that it was all a delaying tactic when she requested to get her heart murmur checked out at the hospital did you see which way she went after we went after the other girl uh she went west side but I I wasn't paying attention to either I was watching guys chase her down okay well my training Tracer now he caught her I got one receipt um he's working on the other one but I start something were they were they together yeah they always coming together pushing some separate cards yeah back at the loss prevention office the Target employee revealed that the two shoplifters had been there together contrary to what the second woman claimed the officers learned that it was an ongoing case and the woman they detained had pulled the exact same stunt about four times prior I can't breathe I can't though the cops and the Medics are aware of her intentions they still had to follow protocol after she was cleared at the hospital a detective interviewed her investigating the prior thefts she committed at Target while she had a ton of arguments while talking to police she refused to say much to the investigator so she was simply sent to jail so you know what all they charged me for yes so this is what's on the paper M okay it's called Grand Theft that's for theft over $750 and then resist without violence because they stated that you ran from that mhm have you been arrested before yeah a while back a while back mhm a year or more yeah yeah were you convicted of it um I had did um I had did like this kind of um probation thing and I finished the you finished the L I'm sorry I had finished this the like this probation thing successfully okay it sounds like she needed a little more than probation because after her previous arrest it was clear she didn't learn her lesson on the ride to the jail house she continued to fabricate lies to convince the officers of her innocence they they like rung me up for two buggies they run you up for two buggies yes what's a buggy like cuz when we was coming out I was pushing out a buggy and another girl was doing so so but it seems to me that they charged me for both if it came Char you or law enforcement charged you we both no I don't know if they run it all for it to be $800 son cuz I didn't steal 800 how much is a buggy no it's not it's not the buggy it's like it was the C you know like oh the car okay I got yeah I understand but I didn't have nothing 800 I my the stuff that I had was not $800 and something dollars that I had in my car that's not trying to figure out why I get so high after seeing a judge the following morning she faced charges for resisting arrest as well as Grand Theft she was released on bond but failed to show up on her court date so the bond was forfeited and a warrant was placed for her arrest but thankfully for this woman the resisting charge was dropped by the judge on July 23rd 2023 in Washington police were sent to investigate a potential shoplifter who threatened a Costco employee with a guy according to security camera footage the 33-year-old woman got agitated when she was asked to show a receipt before exiting the store it was in the car what did she she waved it in my face over here told me to back off came to her car Sheed she pointed it at your face she pointed it at me like directly at your face yeah it was still in the holster okay what what did you do after she pointed at you I backed off I called my manager she came over here and lo 2015 PC USA too yeah and she went over there and we saw him pull her out of the car um and take her down over there so I'm the one that okay sir you guys have like uh footage of the where it happened should yes okay say this it happened right in front of this camera so down where where where in the parking lot was it right here when she approached me or when she waved it in my face and then she loaded her car up right there in the first stall where the key is yeah perfect that's when I went over find out what was going on woman is directly contradicted by the Costco manager who called the cops in the first place they called for a manager to the display car area out in the parking lot I heard some screaming and shouting and I walked over to the member um loading her groceries in her car at that point she told me to get the back you know get the F back um that I didn't bow down to her when I was approaching her and that she knows the truth at that point I told her that I was there to help her and she still told me to get the F back and that was when she pulled out a gun and set it on top of the car and at that point I called the police did she shop this or no so there's she she bought her stuff but she was upset because she didn't want to show her receipt which everybody had cost Bianca managed to turn a potential shoplifting case which she was not guilty of into a full-on assault case with additional charges of obstructing justice all the while she maintains her innocence and is invalidating the trauma she caused to the Costco workers why are you doing this because you're under arrest but that doesn't mean you have to keep doing this though what am I doing I just him to let go in my r and illegal to reveal a weapon in public but since Bianca only used it as an intimidation tactic and not to harm the employee she wouldn't be charged with a felony on the 29th of February 2024 in Washington state law enforcement was called to a Walmart store for a shoplifting in progress when they arrived at the location they noticed the suspect tried to sneak out the back door with unpaid
