ground apparently the suspect would not let his girlfriend leave the apartment nor would he let her mother come inside when she dialed 911 he took the phone from her and disconnected the call Little vehicle that was missing its front license plate after refusing to pull over the suspect took police on a wild goose chase before finally stopping at a nearby house roll your window down he now hey step out of the car step out of the car I made a stop on you you took off I'm trying to get home step out of the car hey I'm not going to tell you again step out of the car man man step out of the car I'm making a stop on you for no front plate no front plat yeah man get out of the car sir hey open the door man I'm trying to see relax put your hands on the wheel first of all all right can you roll this window down anymore no I can't stop don't reach for anything keep my phone no put your hands on the wheel they are can you step out of the car no why for what reason I told you man I was making a stop on you for no front plate and you drove away from me I'm trying to the suspect refuses to exit the at the vehicle and claims that he doesn't have his ID with him he also states that he's scared for his life but it appears these are just stalling tactics and the officers don't buy into it at this point they might be forced to take more drastic measures to get the suspect out I'm taking my
