domestic dispute and this one involved a mother and her son upon the officer's arrival they spoke with the son and attempted to talk with the mother as well but the situation quickly escalated from bad to worse because of the entitled mother's obnoxious behavior you tell me you're going inside don't just start walking into your house you're being completely ridiculous you like okay why don't you have a seat on the ground you asked for me you asked me for some ID yes or no well because you have your person I went to go get you some ID I've got enough I was not I was could I go get him some ID I don't need an ID right now ma'am I'd really appreciate it though if you could hang tight for a second can we do that please I would really appreciate that ask me for some ID I understand I am trying to comply with the person who has threatened to arrest me if I do not come the woman here seems hell bent on getting her ID even though the officers have told her that she needs to remain outside this wasn't her first runin with police either as she was already on bond for a prior charge Donna's attempts to avoid being taken to jail by pretending to pass out didn't fool anyone on October 1st 2023 Florida police officers were dispatched to a mall to confront a man who'd been previously trespassed but came back anyway as officers tried to confirm the man's identity he just gets more unruly as Virginia and Wargo pittner the situation escalated and Virginia kicked the man when he tried to ignore her erratic Behavior So eventually police were called to the scene first of all it's a felony to touch me after 65 it's another felony to touch two felonies running right now have a good day so you wanted to explain to me what happened just so I can relate it to him you knowby I'm walking thanks once the ambulance arrived the woman was transported to a local hospital her legs were examined and found to not be broken after being discharged she was taken to jail and shortly after the ordeal she filed a lawsuit against the police force claiming excessive force the lawsuit was later denied on April 6th 2023 police responded to a call from a local restaurant a woman there had eaten $34 worth of food and refused to pay when police arrived to talk to the woman she'd already run off the officers tracked her down at a local park ma'am how we doing today I'm officer here at zel's away from me I got you stop what part of stop the hell are you people the woman attempts to Scurry off without a word but not speaking to an officer isn't a magic trick to make them go away it is however an express lane to getting detained and handcuffed right now you are being detained for a criminal investigation you have been accused of stealing I'm going to read you your rights and then pleases isn't going to land her anywhere but jail so without money you went in there and you ate food and had no intention to pay I was hungry I understand that but that doesn't mean you could just take other people's food oh and what do I do to get food huh well there's plenty of places in town that have oh yeah where where okay you can go down to the blessing boxes oh miles here every day I think thrown in the back of these cars they're going to keep arresting me I got beaten up and thrown in jail I was locked up for 3 years total in a jailhouse prison they walk me down depth row okay they have pictures of me okay I'm 63 years old I'm an elderly person why can't anyone help me okay why am I being thrown in these jail stealing from a local business instead of utilizing the resources available to her is something this woman appears to have have no issue with every city has options available for poor people to get free food so there's no need for anyone to steal je what man' okay later identified as Cynthia was later charged with theft for stealing from the restaurant and also charged with resisting arrest hopefully someone could educate her more on where she can access free food and she won't have another runin with police on the 6th of March 2022 police responded to a call about a heavily intoxicated elderly couple at the funky Pelican Restaurant the couple was acting belligerent and an employee was keeping an eye on them outside the restaurant until police arrived hi what's the problem I just want to find my man you want to find your man yeah or your B my man okay well we'll find him for you we're not driving we just want to go we'll get over and we'll go home okay thankk you I don't want I don't want no is that him coming right there ma'am ma'am ma'am I'm driver going the wrong direction on a oneway her intoxicated State prompts the woman to join in come over here ma'am hey hey hey hey come over here if you don't listen to me you're going to be detained and you're going to make this worse on yourself I'm serious what me like that come on ma'am are you what what what what are you kidding me h t this this for your safety no no you need to stop are you kidding me you put me handcuffs I didn't do anything okayo he put me in handcuffs and I didn't do anything the woman blurts out the classic I did nothing wrong that's pretty unbelievable from someone who can't even walk or talk straight the cops are trying to keep this woman from causing harm to herself or others while they try to get her husband out of hiding without supervision there's no telling what she'd get up to you have your idea where get at get get the out of my pH get the out of my I never gave you permission I don't need your per you don't need get the F out take off me woman brings up that she's 75 years old like that can get her out of trouble if anything it makes being belligerent in public even more embarrassing for her multiple officers have to step in to handle the situation because This Woman's becoming more than a handful where you why your legs in where are you taking me where are you taking me well you're not going anywhere but you're about to go to jail if you don't if you stop doing what I tell you to do slide your legs in why why are you doing this to me why are you doing this to me where now that she's in the car officers can now track down her husband who's been avoiding the situation entirely the man wasn't that good at playing hide and seek as the cops eventually found [Music] him down I don't have to give a I'm oh you got to brother no I arrests not the best duo but it's safe to say they're the perfect match the man could have avoided the handcuffs if he just let the officer remove his weapon but of course that can't be expected from he'd been waiting all this time for a uber I guess that's the Thrift Shop version of a ride share service you have my 7 woman handcuffs now you're digging through my pockets I'm going to find you just spit on me I'm going to find you no I spit abolutely did I my arm St me with the way this couple goes back andth forth between pleading with the officers to let them go and being downright offensive towards them it's no wonder they ended up together no I want not stop body cam shows it all me doing nothing and you be watch out when you walk out your front door be quiet I don't even own gun I'm going to get a gun I'm going to kill you shut up he's not mean he's doing his job song video you a't got no kids to it's all body you're going down careful when you walk out your front door every day give me the charge I'll pay for the charge be careful walking out your front door because either you or your wife or your children I'm going them all shut up he's just running his b no no no I don't forget can you like take these things off me no the man racked up four charges that day disorderly intoxication resisting an officer without violence battery and threatening an officer with serious bodily harm the judge revoked his bond but 23 days later he posted his $6,000 bail the woman was charged with disorderly intoxication and resisting an officer without violence she posted her bond of $1,000 that same day it's hard to imagine someone's dear old grandparents acting so atrociously to the point of being arrested but these old folks need to be humbled and taught that just because they're old it doesn't mean they're free to commit crimes it's never too late to start making better choices
