ow you again behind your back behind your back on the 12th of June 2023 in [ __ ] Valley Wisconsin the cops responded to a tip about a drug dealer who'd apparently been supplying the entire region with methamphetamine and fentel the Vernon County Police Department wisely decided to contact the dealers away from their residents in order to prevent them from destroying evidence but no amount of planning could have prepared them for how these drug dealers were going to react when they realized their time was up oh your car is acting up but it looks like a nice car it's all right gotcha cool all right that's a cool car it's got some electric problems you guys live up here somewhere or I live right oh okay my own oh okay perfect I actually need to talk to you about something about some sheer quality of their police work it's pretty strange to watch the officers here treating Stanley so kindly even going as far as to light a cigarette for him let's not forget the massive amount of poisonous drugs he'd been supplying the area and the countless lives he may have ruined just so he could make a few bucks little excitement you didn't probably expect today huh I don't know how long for more questioning but first it seemed like Stanley was going to need some serious medical attention due to his obvious drug induced impairment so why don't you go ahead and have a seat back in there again for me and we're going to head right to the hospital okay all right so I'm going to get head over to the hospital here with the suspect heading to the hospital for treatment the cops could then conduct their raid on the suspect's residence and when that went down they found over 3 lbs of meth along with other illicit goodies Like Cocaine Fentanyl and heroin the end result was a long list of criminal charges including possession with intent to distribute and resisting arrest he's currently serving a nearly 12-year sentence in federal prison on the 9th of September 2023 in Fort Walton Beach Florida officers with the special Investigation Unit executed a search warrant on a Circle K gas station after a recent string of fentanyl overdoses in the area they began to suspect someone was dealing out of the store that obtained a warrant for a drug raid everybody up'll take you're coming this way being hand now police what's going on ma' okay right now we're just handing you both and we'll be explain to you all right if you're not an employee you need to leave okay when executing warrants like these the key to success is speed the last thing the officers wanted was to allow anyone to destroy or hide any evidence after quickly shutting the store down and telling all the customers to leave the cops were able to round up all the employees while they conducted their with mask came in and shut your store down that's what we know yes my my market manager is on the way too because when y'all said it wasn't just that you had my csrs and cuffs you shut my store down and I'm like with all of her employees in handcuffs and the entire store shut down you can certainly understand the level of concern on the store manager face and as the cop zeroed in on a woman named Joanne as the primary fentel dealer that's when things started to fall into place for the bewildered store manager law ENC offic shff off we had suspicion of Joanne and something but I didn't know what and she was like having issues with like standing there nodding when I first started before I took over as manager she would be nodding like she was on something well she gave the manager at the time an excuse that she was you know on um pain medication because she was going to the dentist and that behavior stopped she quit so it was like okay you know no need to worry doesn't affect me cuz I'm the manager of the store does like what the I don't know but this is my damn store and people selling drugs out of it so allegedly allegedly IED to make I'm glad you understand cuz typically it's questioned why we're still standing here but you know my correct with the store manager and the police now officially on the same page the cops were now free to search Joann's bag and what they found inside was a prodigious amount of fenyl as well as wads of cash with any luck she'd be willing to talk to the officers and provide some information about her work is there any concerns I can use for you something I can explain to you what's going on we're GNA have Bane come through okay do you know what I'm being charged with at the moment uh I don't want to say right now because we're not completely finished I don't want to tell you something wrong so if uh you change your mind once I explain everything to you what uh what the charges will be and all that I'm going to ask you again if you'd like to talk with me and uh change your mind yes sir well so much for Joanne being willing to talk Joanne was pleading the fifth and while it didn't necessarily make things worse for her with the amount of evidence found on scene the cops had everything they needed to press charges so Joanne was on her way to jail back at the scene the cops fill her daughter in on what's been going on oh yeah so she's from the looks of it from what I saw on there she's going to be chared with uh possession with intent to distribute uh control substance by two counts M and also what does two counts mean two different two different chares and within a th000 ft of the church and probably trafficking at that moment what I ain't supposed to be here for you she need a little SP it's a lot to take in while it's hard not to feel bad for Joanne's daughter it's also important to remember who the real victims are in this case the life and the families that were destroyed by the dangerous and illegal drugs Joanne chose to sell I reg Miranda at the store and at that time he said you didn't want to talk to me while you were at the store um I'll tell you that we do have ways to work around things um yall don't have to but is there anyway I could smoke a cigarette please not right now okay the cops in this town know a smalltime drug dealer when they see one and they obviously wanted the woman to give up the names of her suppliers after refusing to do so in turn there was a list of charges including possession of methamphetamine and Fentanyl as well as sale manufacturer or delivery of fentel it was August 8th 2022 and it was a hot summer night in Dayton Ohio police were dispatched when they received reports about a woman causing a disturbance while riding her bicycle around a hotel parking lot it was a pretty straightforward call but these officers were about to get a lot more than they bargained for we Poli telling you stop hey and I'm about to P stop now you've been doing laps in the parking lot stop I have to stop yes do cuz we're telling okay off the B stop moving do anything I didn't do anything behind your back now stop resisting your under arrest for failure to bail off order from a police officer that was stupid didn't do anything well then you shouldn't have ran and we would have found that out and you'd have been on your way okay he s up there and knifed me and bro well then we would have talked about that that's what I trying to kill y'all why were you running because he had a knife in my b stand up damn I'm triy to tell y that I had a knife on me he had a knife on my back let's go over here damn I just told out it when you run from police things always tend to escalate quickly and it's clear the cops weren't buying this lady's story that the only reason she ran away was because she had a knife in her bag there must have been another reason and these officers were going to find out what it was I have a knife on me okay where's that at that's made her more comfortable with looser handcuffs her excuses for not listening to them were starting to pile up but after learning she was placed in the hotel by the Artemis Center which is a local orders she was issued multiple charges including disorderly conduct fleeing or evading a police officer obstruction of justice in possession of a controlled substance it was a cool full spring morning in the town of PA paa Michigan when officers noticed a blue sedan driving erratically with a cracked windshield what began as a simple traffic stop was about to become one of the largest drug bust in State history hello good morning how are you today good Trooper El with the stfe police your driver's license okay yeah grab that for me you have the registration and insurance as well yeah that looks she immediately picked up on a number of red flags in the man's story including the fact that the man didn't seem to know where he was going or where he came from is this your vehicle yeah okay his his name is in my mom okay your mom's vehicle okay do you drive it though are you normally the one that drives it yes okay do you have any bags your luggage with you in the back in the back in the back seat or the trunk in the back seat no in the trunk in the trunk okay anything in the vehicle that's not yours that doesn't belong to you any bags luggage anything like that probably no okay so there's not like any nobody else put anything in the vehicle or anything no it's not all your stuff in the vehicle no at this point it's pretty clear that the officer fully understood what was going on here she could definitely spot a drug mule when she saw one and her thin veiled questions about the man's luggage and belongings seemed to get all the answers she was expecting all right we're going to go search real quick do you want to stay in here or hop out do you want to stay in the car or do you want to go outside go outside well I search yeah okay you're going to you want to stand outside or do you want to sit in here where it's warm uh outside outside okay if we go outside can I pat you down yeah okay all right give me one second I'll get you out all right go on have out for me going to P him down quick okay you can go walk right in front of your car okay you want to come out in front and go stand just a little ways up okay it's a little chilly hey go hug him go hook him go all man come here yeah probably let's take him to the front of the car so it didn't take long for the officer's suspicions to be confirmed as she quickly found a large duffel bag filled with drugs it's incredible the suspect made no attempt whatsoever to hide the drugs or conceal them it's good for the drug sniffing dogs who got to take the day off just throw in my car when you're done yeah I got at least four kilos so we'll we'll take it to the 52 I can them uh in a minute it was in [Music] here be no this must be some kind of like smell they're trying to [Music] I got go man with the drug secured back at the station they suddenly realize they made one of the largest drug bust in history 4 kilos of fentanyl but their work wasn't done yet and it was now time for detectives to try and get any information they could from the suspect where do you live where at M working and me and mechanic diesel you're diesel mechanic yes where at in California FR Fresno yes my first time you know your first time doing this yeah one just me that I need money and oh no problem S one one and you see nothing just TR okay I'm pay money and I need money for my kids you know my mom is Si your mom is sick it's a Time old tale a young father in desperate need of cash makes one bad decision and ends up paying the price in this case the driver was charged with a felony count of possession of a kilo or more of fentanyl with intent to deliver on June 28th 2022 deep in the heart of Louisiana a routine traffic stop along a state highway took a series of wild turns luckily the cops have seen it all before and they're trained to respond and pivot to any situation that may present itself including unexpected drug busts couple of reasons I'm you can't buy me your speed when you jam on the terrorists anything like that no okay um is there anything illegal in this truck that I need to know about no does everything in this truck belong to you yes okay would you know if anybody put under arrest by any stret imination it's not free to leave basically until we conduct this search okay with the suspect's dog still inside the truck Mustang the can9 officer conducted an openair search of the vehicle and it didn't take long for the dog to detect the presence of illegal drugs now all the young woman could do was stand there and watch as the officer searched her truck for what she knew was inside let me ask you this are we fixing to find something you're not supposed to have in your car cuz the best thing you can do is be cuz we're okay it's going to look better on you if you come clean now everything that we're doing is audio and Visually recorded So if you wind up doing something that puts you in front of a judge or jury this is your chance to to help yourself we' eventually the Troopers got her to confess to having drugs in her truck now their mission shifted to getting both the suspect and her K9 friend into custody so they could then conduct their search in full got her oh I haven't ped it out or anything so do you have any weapons or anything on you after finding the stash of drugs it was pretty obvious to the Troopers that such a large amount of meth probably wasn't for personal use especially given the suspect was expecting a baby it was obvious she was either dealing or smuggling for someone else and the deputies wanted to know for whom all 500 G or more of a controlled substance she's now serving a 30-month term in federal prison on April 24th 2024 in New Mexico the state police received a call from a safety inspector at the Lordsburg point of entry about a suspicious truck tried to gain access to the state apparently the truck's cargo hold was bolted shut with a lock and the driver said he didn't have a key so it was then decided new ways to dodge the ever tightening net of the law but every once in a while it's the cops who get the win and they Revel in the satisfaction of catching drug dealers in the act
