Do not touch my shoulder. Do not touch my shoulder. No, he threw all my shoulders out of order. Do not touch me like that. Stand up. Put your feet on the ground. I'm touching you. I'm touching you. I'm touching you. If you're not going to stand up, we're going to have to carry you. I'm touching you. STOP. STOP. STOP. ARE you laughing or are you just going to butt in? Cuz you can step out. You can step out. They're going to be immature and laughing. Can I just stay right here? No, cuz I heard you. Being a mother is one of the biggest joys in the world. But it's also one of the biggest responsibilities. Things tend to take a very bad turn when reckless mothers drag their innocent children along with them when breaking the law. And when these dumb mothers realize they've been caught by the police, they usually don't handle this very calmly. Stop fighting with me. I'm 300 lbs. I can do whatever I want. Touching me? Are you serious? Yes. Wow. GET OFF OF ME. GET OFF OF THE COUNTDOWN KICKS OFF WITH ONE OF the most unhinged mothers ever. On the 19th of October, 2021, Albuquerque police were dispatched to the Four Hills Studio Apartment Complex in response to two young children being left unsupervised. The cops showed up and they were met by a distraught little girl. What's going on, guys? Is everything okay over here? We got called out here to check up on you guys. It's okay. Nobody's in trouble. Yeah, nobody's in trouble at all. We're just going to talk to your mom when she comes back home. That's all. It's okay. So, we got a call. We've gotten a couple of calls prior to this that they've been having them, um, but we couldn't get in or check it or anything. How long have you guys been getting calls about this? Like how For I've been here for a couple weeks and it's been since day one. Where is your mama? She went to the store with Chico, baby. We learned that the mother, 27-year-old Samantha Sanchez, makes a habit of leaving her young children home alone. The 7-year-old girl was left completely in charge of her 9-month-old baby brother, and it's clear that they were not well taken care of. Your mom made a bad choice by leaving you here. She did. She shouldn't have left you here by yourself. You're too young to be here alone, especially with a 9-month-old. Nothing. We got to talk to her, though. That's not fair. It's not fair for her to be mad at you, and I'm going to tell her that. It's absolutely heartbreaking to hear the little girl break down in fear because she thinks her mom will be mad at her. This shows us everything we need to know about the mother's parenting style. The officers call Samantha, notifying her that she needs to get home. However, things are quickly about to go south. First off, I want to know who called the cops on me. First of all, there's a few things we need to work out before you decide who which of your neighbors ratted on you, okay? Yes, who snitched on me? I want to know who it was first, and then second of all So, you don't see a problem with leaving your children alone in the they've been here all the time. They do this all the time. And? They're taken care of. you're upsetting her, making her cry, and just walking down the No, you can close my door and get out of my house. That's what you can is a criminal investigation. No, it's not. It's not Nothing's been criminally done. Actually, this is a crime. Okay, well, I'm going to leave, sir, so um you can like So, are you are you requesting that uh CYFD takes your children? Is that what you're requesting? And if CYFD takes my and um children, I will be suing the officers and everything. So, right right now, this is child abuse, okay? What you've done here is child abuse. Take the lawsuit. Yeah. Take the lawsuit. Okay, then get So, are you wanting to go to jail? Is that what you're wanting? I'm not even doing anything wrong to my kids. My kids are taken care of. Samantha's immediately in a rage. She acts like nothing's wrong because the kids have already been left alone many times. She's also upsetting the kids even more. Yet, she's the one who has the audacity to threaten to sue the officers. I'd say she's in for a rude awakening. You can talk to her for a second, but we need to we need to sort this out. Leave them out of this. No, you left your kids alone. That's why we're here. They have everything. They are fine, officer. Yeah. Yes, we're fine. Why are you picking on us? I'm going to handcuff her then, or what do you want to do with her? Yeah, I guess if she's not going to cooperate. What is wrong? No, I don't want to be under arrest. we can either have a conversation about this civilly, or you can go in the back of a police car. Do you understand how that works? Okay, well, let's talk and you need to walk your points down about this. you've done and for upsetting her so much. I don't need to walk away from my doorway, sir. So, let's talk. Go ahead and put your hands behind your back. to talk. hands behind your back. It doesn't take rocket science to figure out what the next step should be. But, the moment the woman's told she's going to be placed in handcuffs, she loses her mind. She even attempts to get the kids to convince the police they were fine. Don't pull away from us. Go to my car. Hurry, go to my car and tell Therman to come get the van and the baby. Hurry. Hurry. Don't pull away from us. I need to get the other I need another cop. Okay. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. YOU'RE RIDICULOUS. WHY DON'T YOU MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS? Stop pulling away from us. Stop pulling away from Get off of me now. Get off. Get on your stomach. Ow, my arm. GET OFF OF ME. WATCH OVER THIS STUFF. LEKA. THIS IS CHILD abuse by leaving them in there like that. Ironically, she accuses the cops of child abuse for leaving the kids inside while their mom's getting arrested. That's what she did in the first place, and it's the very reason why she's being arrested. Stop kicking me. STOP KICKING THE POLICE. NO. STOP IT. NO. SIR, ARE YOU INVOLVED IN THIS? I'M NOT DOING GET THE [ __ ] OUT of here. Hey, just give us a second, okay? US A SECOND, OKAY? JUST STAY DOWN THERE, SIR. OKAY. WHERE'S THE YOUNG CHILD? OKAY, is she safe? Yeah. Stop fighting with me. I'm 300 lbs. I can do whatever I want. You're pinching me? Are you serious? The woman does everything in her power to hurt the officers, and she doesn't seem to realize this is a very serious offense. She thinks with her huge size, she can overpower the cops with ease. But as we can all see, she's failing miserably. There's dog right here. Can I please get up? Where is it? Right in front of me. I want to get off the floor. If you stop wiggling around, we'll move you away from it, okay? up. Did you hear her last question? Jesus, let me up. I can't hear anything with this. It's It's awful. Yeah. My arms, everything hurts. Come on, let me up. Yeah, we're going to Let me up. Stop. Why don't you let me up? YOU'RE HITTING ME. I KEEP KEEP TELLING YOU, YOU STUPID Don't you hear me? Then let me up. Stop moving. No. If you break anything on me, I will sue you. With everything she pulled so far, the cops aren't that eager to help her. If you ask us, she might just deserve to be smelling that dog poop for a while, and unfortunately, her high-pitched screams seem to be only getting worse. I can't breathe. I want to get up. STOP MOVING. SHUT YOU'RE UGLY AS OFFICER. OH MY GOD! MY ARM. MY ARM. MY ARM. MY ARM. I CAN'T BREATHE. OH. HELP ME. I got to breathe. Oh. In a flash, she goes from crying and pleading to being angry and swearing at the cops. The worst of all is that her young daughter was able to see all of this and hear all of this, which is dramatic for any child. Unsurprisingly, the mother has other concerns on her mind. I want my slippers. I'm not walking on these floors. They're drug infested. Woah. Go. I didn't I'm dizzy. Okay. You have everything you need? Oh. Just ask me to do, okay? Take small steps. Take small steps. Here you go. In a shocking revelation, the mother states that she refuses to walk barefoot since the apartment building grounds are drug infested. Despite this risk, she still left her children unattended. This woman's digging herself even deeper into trouble without even realizing it. This will be dismissed. My case is going to be dismissed. I'm sure the judge will love to hear you say that. Yep. You good? I think so. I'll bring your feet up. And I'll I'll adjust them, okay? You okay? Do me a favor and don't kick me, all right? I won't. Okay. I only did that because they were being rude to me. I understand that's enough. Well, I appreciate you being cool with me, okay? You're nice. You're being calm with your voice. It's all about the voice. Samantha was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, assault on a law enforcement officer, attempted battery, child abandonment, and driving without a license. She took a plea deal, but this would not be the end. The following year in May, the woman fired a gun accidentally and shot her baby's toes off. She was charged with two counts of child abuse. She pled guilty and served 1 year in prison and 5 years of probation. In the late afternoon of March 21st, 2024, police received an alarming call from a local elementary school after a mother forgot to pick her child up. After more than 20 calls, they got in contact with the mother who was very intoxicated and slurring her speech. There were no other parental contacts in the school system, so the only choice was to call the cops. Hey, buddy. This is Officer Hi. How are you doing? you to be with Sawyer. Mama's not feeling very good, so he's getting Mama checked out, okay? Okay. He's going to take you to hang out with Sawyer for a little while, okay? You want to ride in my car? Ooh, that's fancy. No. You get to ride in it. want to ride in it? What do you mean? I like that shirt. Wait, why do I? Why do you what? Why do you want to take me to Yeah, I'm going to take you over to see Sawyer because your mom's not feeling too good, so we had to get her checked out, okay? Okay. The officer tries his best to cheer the kid up being light-hearted and funny, but unfortunately, the officer wouldn't be able to shield the kid from his own mother. According to school officials, he was often left in the care of babysitters, often for extended periods of time. Enjoy. Hi there. Hi. Everything's okay. You're okay. Do you have a surname for Colton? Yeah. Do you have a surname? I like you. Okay. Is someone supposed to pick him up from school today? Okay. Who's supposed to pick him up from school? know time right now. Okay. She doesn't know time. Okay. Do you know what time it is? Yeah. So, who's supposed to pick your kid up? Are you serious? I'm dead serious. They're calling us. Okay. Okay. How much have you had to drink today? Nothing. Nothing? Nothing at all? Nothing at all. The woman's hoarse voice, and that she's struggling to speak even a single word, is yet another bad sign. The little boy being aware that his mom doesn't even know time proves that he's already seen his mom act like this before. Even the cop says that this isn't his first time paying her a visit. You're intoxicated and you're in control of a child and there's nobody ELSE HERE. OKAY, STOP. HEY, LISTEN. STOP. Sit down. Just sit down in the chair. Don't talk to Sit down in the chair. Sit down in the chair. Give me your hand. Give me your other hand now. I'm not intoxicated. Don't pull away from me. You'll be in a lot of trouble. As soon as the cops take action, she takes it up a notch, and the poor kid can be heard crying in the background. The father has a protection order against him, and it doesn't seem like there's any other family close by. So, the only remaining option is to send in a rapid response request for DHS. That's why I think you came here intoxicated. I'm not. Okay. That You can say that all you want, but I'm not intoxicated. No. My car reeks of alcohol and you're inside my car. Absolutely not. Can I blow? Okay. Okay. Okay. I'll blow. You want You want to blow? Okay. No. No, stay seated. If the woman's voice isn't a clear enough indication that she's been chugging straight spirits, the cop car reeking of alcohol with her in it definitely is. She doesn't even see a problem with her current condition. And that might be the most concerning thing of all. Get out of the car. No. No, you tried to get in your car earlier and drive off and that's not No, we can't do that. And then instead of listening to me, you tried to get away from me and that's not okay. No, you're being very offensive. Okay. Yeah, you're being offensive. Okay. Don't be I'm not trying to be offensive and I'm not trying to be a jerk. I'm just giving you the facts, ma'am. Everything that I've ever You're not. Okay. My child was at school um 15 minutes later. No, I'm not going Not going to blow now, imagine. No. You don't want to see I thought you were intoxicated. This will show if you're intoxicated. No, what the heck are you doing? Taking you to jail. Yeah. That's what we're doing. Getting him I'm I'm done. car I I mean he was at school 15 minutes later. Although he was supposed to be picked up, the boy was stranded at school for over 4 hours. She also refused to do a breath test moments after she agreed, probably trying to delay her impending arrest. In the meantime, the case worker for DHS had arrived on the scene. I'm mad. Yeah? What What are you mad at? I'm mad at this whole situation. Okay. Didn't pick my kid up from school. He's at school 15 minutes late. Which kid did you not pick up? My kid. And walked home. So you said it was 4:11? It's 4:11 and he walked home. He's at walk home. Does he usually walk home? Yes. Did you see that? I'm an alcoholic. I don't have kids. You were getting any help for that? Yes. Okay. In an unexpected turn, the woman actually admits to being an alcoholic. She tells the case worker she consumed an entire bottle of vodka after she dropped her kids off at school. Then the conversation shifted to the woman's next door neighbor, who was also a teacher at the school and often watched the kids. It's not okay. Okay. Yes. She's going to get this. Yeah. She did it. Yes. You did this. called us. She did not call us. I had to go there and ask her for help. She did not call. The woman's more concerned with who contacted the officers than how her children are actually doing. And this is a huge red flag. In that area, letting your young child walk home from school alone without anyone knowing about it is one of the most irresponsible parenting moves we've seen. That's because you didn't make very good decisions today. Let's be honest. That's why this is happening, okay? hurt They hurt my grandkids. This is what you guys are doing. Call the service. You can't You can't blame this on them. You can't blame this on them. They didn't put you in this condition and tell you to do what you did. Obviously, the mother tries to play the blame game, but the officer makes it very clear that she's the only one to blame. And we couldn't have said it any better ourselves. But the neighbor took the kids in and the mother was taken to jail, ending this very eventful afternoon. The deranged woman was charged with child neglect and received 2 years probation. Police arrived at an apartment complex on the morning of August 21st, 2022 in response to a minor threatening his sister with a knife. The mother was the one that called 911 and the boy was initially found outside and searched. First of all, I said I just had a headache and I don't feel like going to school and she talked about I could get truant and I said you can't cuz it's only one day. If you could get truant if it's 30 days. You want to go in he did say that the knife's right there. He he said that he didn't punch his sister her nose is not bleeding but he said he didn't stab anybody. She tried to lie and say I stabbed somebody. No, no, no. She just said that you had a knife. So we're just we got to make sure obviously that we're here that nobody's hurt other than your sister's nose, right? But anyway, so you don't want to go to school I got a headache you said truancy. Then what? Then she tried to pull me out the house and then that's when I punched her face. Who your mom or your sister? Why your sister try to pull you out the house though? Because she was trying to pull me out the house. How old is she? 16 17. The cops get a brief recap of everything that happened in the chaotic incident. If you ask us, this entire situation stems from children who were never disciplined. All right, so walk me through what's what's up with your little 9-year-old brother? How'd that happen then? Because she was like you're not about to hit my sister you're not about to do that and then he grabbed the knife. This knife? No, not that knife. He grabbed like a cake knife. Uh-huh. And then charged at him and then I slapped him with a pillow. Slapped him with a pillow okay. Is he hurt? Have you ever been in like any kind of trouble before? Any kind of trouble yeah. You like gang street? Did you have to go to What for? A lot of stuff. For real? That's what she's trying to do she's trying to send me back there. Are you on probation? No. Uh what did you have to go there for? Like what did you get charged with? No charges I don't know. You don't remember? I was like custody stuff and then Oh that's not that's not like trouble you know what I mean? I was I was in the uh jail up there. Up until this point this young man's life has been pretty unstable even his little brother was running around with a knife somehow in all this chaos the mother who was supposed to be in charge could not manage to calm her kids down a single bit instead of parenting her children she decided to let the cops deal with them. I get depressed because of my mom. But do you get treated for it? Do you see a doctor for it? So I mean I'm not and this means this is coming from a guy who like trust or wants the best for you but do you understand like this reaction to the to your life problems? You could benefit you may be depressed. You ever thought about like maybe going down and talking to a doctor about it? Cuz you know what I mean like this is not a normal reaction to stress you know what I mean? Cuz life is going to throw you you know messed up situations and stressful situations and so you're not on probation or anything like that too right? And she threatened to call the police to escort me out. Yeah no she did that for sure. And she probably going to try to press charges or something to get rid of me. I'm not sure what she's going to try to do here. This might be the first time the young man has ever had an adult talk to him about mental health even though it seems like the officer's making a breakthrough with the boy his cooperation would unfortunately be short-lived. There was proof enough to arrest the kid and transport him to the station. What you doing bro? Put your hands behind you. Hey. It's really not worth it. Get off I didn't do anything bro. Don't lie. I didn't I didn't do nothing bro. Come on bro come on bro. I didn't even do nothing bro. Get off of ME FOR REAL. YOU'RE AMAZING. GET OFF OF ME. GET OFF OF ME. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. STOP IT. STOP IT. GET OFF OF ME BRO. Put your hands behind your back. Get off of me bro. GET OFF OF ME BRO. I WANT TO STOP IT. GET OFF OF ME. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. GET OFF OF me get off of me. You're not listening. Put your hands behind your GET OFF OF ME. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND your back. GET OFF. GET OFF. GET OFF. THEY KEEP TOUCHING ME. STOP RESISTING. GET OFF. BETWEEN THE BOY'S embarrassingly high-pitched screaming and the cop's instructions, the struggle is a cacophony of noise. To make matters worse, here's where we start hearing the mother chiming in with her two cents as well. Get off of me, YOU GUYS. THEY'RE PUTTING MY FACE INTO THE GROUND. THEY'RE PUTTING MY FACE INTO THE GROUND RIGHT NOW. TURN AROUND. THEY'RE PUTTING MY FACE INTO THE GROUND. TURN AROUND. JUST STOP COMPLYING. HOLD BUDDY. HOLD BUDDY. JUST COMPLY. NO, I CAN'T. DO THE BEST you can. You don't want to hurt me. They're going to hurt you so THEY END UP HURTING TURN AROUND. ROLL OVER. TURN AROUND. TURN AROUND. TURN AROUND. Turn around. Turn around. Stop doing that. Turn around. Turn around. Get off. Get off. Turn around. What he fails to realize is that the entire reason the cops are restraining him is because he's resisting, and the mother's endless screaming in the background is not helping things at all as it seems to be making the kid freak out even more. We're not sure, but this might be the first time he's facing really serious consequences for his actions. Stop putting my head into the ground. One more chance, Mom. Mom, one more chance. Back up, Mom. Mom, I HURT MY ARM. MY ARM, MOM, ONE MORE CHANCE. I promise, one more chance. Walk out. Please, Mom. Mom. Mom. Mom, please. go. Mom, please. Welcome. GET OFF OF MY FACE. GET OFF OF MY NO, YOU CAN'T DO THAT. NO, LET ME SEE WHAT THEY STOP RESISTING. It's pretty sad to hear the kid begging for another chance, but at this point, he's made his bed. An officer sustained an injury, proving just how rough the scuffle was. The officer tried a technique of using pressure points behind the jaw to get the kid to calm down, but somehow this attempt just made things worse. You need to comply, buddy. Let go, buddy. Her chance to save her son from this fate has pretty much passed, and now she's interfering with her son's arrest. The cops eventually managed to get the kid up, and they take him to the patrol car. Adrian, get in the car. Please get off of me. Come on. the car Stop pushing me, bro. This guy. This guy. While the are trying their best to control this dramatic kid, we can still hear his mother's shouts echoing through the parking lot. The first officers had more than enough, and we can't blame him for his frustration. I don't know if this is really necessary at this point to press charges because he Well, he he's he's He was gouging my son's eyes out. Is that Is that a Is that a professional legal He wasn't gouging your son's eyes out. He was doing the Listen, listen, listen. This is what you're not going to do. Okay. Cuz I'm playing I'm 22 years old. I'm 22 years old. You're not going to tell me what I seen. Okay. All right. I was trying to explain what it was. You You can lie. He can lie to this FaceTime blue. Okay. He had his finger this much inside of my gouging my son's eyeballs. We have body cam. I know what I seen. We have body cam, and we're going to watch it. We're going to watch it. going to get it. But don't do that because it because see you're you you are the lead example of all of them. They They go off of you. Right. So, if you make him feel like it's okay to gouge out a 15-year-old's eyeball And I will watch the body cam. That's my job. do But what you just did was not right as a supervisor. This wasn't right. I'm going to watch the That's what I have to do. I'm not going down there and talk to him, and I'm not signing nothing. I'm not In fact, as a matter of fact, I'm not opening up my door anymore. To tie things up, the officers had to go have a final chat with the mother. From the first moment she started talking, it became crystal clear where the kid learned his bad behavior. How the cops are keeping their cool with her is completely beyond us. You're going to get a summons, and you'll have a court date. All right. to get a summons for what? You're going to get a summons for the your dealings with the officer All I All I did All I did like this and stopped him and and moved his hand from gouging my son's eyeballs. I'm a mother. I I I Instinctively I understand. Instinctively that kicked in. I did not physically cause my hand I did not physically go to to fight him. I understand. telling him to stop what he was doing. Okay. I understand that, but what I'm what I'm telling you is that you're not going to jail. You When you go to court, you go to court and you tell your side of the story to the judge and that's how that goes. The mother seems utterly offended that she's getting a summons to appear in court as well. What did she think was going to happen when she physically tried to get between the cops and her son? Did you feel like I was interfering with y'all or helping y'all? You know, okay, at the beginning yes, you were trying to help, but at some point to gouge my son's eyeballs out. At some point then you became violent. You were trying to pull him pull You were trying to assault him and trying to pull him away from us. You didn't Did you notice when he had his hands He was trying to do what's called a pressure point on his jaw. No, he was in his eyeballs. His hands was His fingers was in his eyeballs. Yeah, it's it's on there. It's on there. It's on there. This is why we think that this these things are happening. He should hold his partner accountable for he did. You didn't see him gouge his eyeballs? No, he was He was on his jaw. AND THIS IS WHY WE DON'T RESPECT Y'ALL, BRO. THAT'S WHY. YOU CAN'T GET OUR RESPECT. YOU'RE A LIAR. You're just lying in front OF ME. YOU'RE LYING. These four officers are extremely tired of these people by now. It seems like no matter what the cops do or how they handle the situation, suspects always find reasons to be disrespectful. I think we need to advise y'all what you doing. Why are you gouging his eyes out? What does that have to do with you arresting him and trying to calmly get him into a car? But see, they do these things as a terror point so the victim can get all so they can get a prime more pressure. I'm already here. Is it Is it a tactic? This is surely a day the officers won't forget soon and we're pretty sure they heaved a major sigh of relief when they were finally able to leave. The 15-year-old was charged with domestic violence and resisting arrest. The mom on the other hand was charged with obstruction of a legal investigation. On the night of May 16th, 2023, cops received a call from a local grocery store in New Mexico. A former employee was making a scene, kicking the doors and throwing trash at the store. The officers were met with a brother-sister duo in a blue Dodge Dart. Who's Bears out in Santa Cruz? Who is Bears? Who's Bears out in Santa Cruz? Who's Bears out? Should be honest. I I'm not going to blame my brother if it's him. Whatever. I don't want to get my brother That's Cuz he's going to be pissed. So, I'll just blame it on me. The cops immediately noticed an open beer container in the vehicle, which was the first red flag. During questioning, the cops learned that the brothers currently on probation for a slew of charges, including DWI, and aggravated fleeing of a law enforcement officer. The worst discovery of all was that there was a young child in the back of this woman's car. So, what happens? She comes in and she comes into the store with her kids in a stroller. She starts standing at the cashier there. She looks at a lot of kind of stuff towards the liquor aisle. We turn on this light and we're like, "Hey, sorry, we're closed." She slowly backs up towards the exit to leave. Comes to the front. What does my video footage show of her coming in with a six pack of beer and a piece? Uh grabs a six pack of beer and walks in through the side door. She just puts it puts She puts it down. Starts yelling and screaming. Uh she was a walk out. They shut the door on her. She kicks the door. Starts shaking it. Gets to the car. Driving around the parking lot. Throwing out all this trash. And then flipping me off. They have surveillance of her driving in the parking lot. After talking to the employees, the officers pieced together a picture of exactly what happened. The nail in the coffin is that everything was caught on surveillance cameras. The cops confirmed that the woman and her brother both drove the car. And the woman admitted to having a shot of 99 watermelon earlier in the day. Sorry, I can't look at you. Cuz I'm going to laugh in your face. You want to fight? No, no, no. We're really good to go from here. Sorry. All right. Now, I want you to say the alphabet from this I to Q. Just I to Q. Can I sing it? No, just say I to Q. A B C D I M G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T V W X Y Okay. All right, you're being placed under arrest for DUI. Will you come pick up your kiddo? Where is my license? I don't know. But that's your kid. Can I get my license ticket away? I just want to So, our concern right now is your kid. Even without that embarrassing field sobriety test, judging by her giggling alone, we're not convinced that she had only one drink. When she was finally placed in handcuffs, she was more concerned with her driver's license than her child, which makes us lose any and all sympathy we might have had for her. Hold on. Relax. Oh, my god. Yeah, I'm going to find her. Y'all are acting like we're resisting arrest. Like we're not. I told you to relax. My kid. Do you have anything inside your mouth? No. Hey, why are you getting up? We're just stupid as Okay. Open your mouth. Uh Open your mouth. We'll do a curtsy. Open your mouth again. Uh Lift up your tongue. All right. Her fake tears were quickly replaced with rude comments to the cops. A clear sign she's going to be one heck of a Karen. Her extra sassiness when lifting her tongue up certainly got on the cops' nerves. Vitamin C He's walking. That's fine. He probably heard you calling us names, which is I wasn't calling you names. Oh, we heard you. Did you hear us say that I guess? Yeah, but it wasn't me. No. I don't I thought it was you. I don't think she has a phone. Does she have a cell phone? I just want to say goodbye to him. Pretty please. What is it? What do you want? Please say goodbye to my son. Pretty please. To your son? Yes. I I'd I'd much rather your son not see you in handcuffs. I just want to say goodbye. You know what he wants. Pretty please. It seems that the serious nature of this situation has finally set in for the mother. Her begging to say goodbye to her son was pretty rich considering how much danger she just placed him in. What do you think? Is she feeling any remorse at all? So, here's the deal. So, you told me you drove here? No, I I parked right here. Just parked right here. Cuz she parked right here and then you drove I just parked right here. Parked right here. Yeah, cuz she said she's coming to pick her up at the apartment. So, I was going to park right here. Well, there's no one here, but So, here's the deal, man. You said you've been drinking. I just want to make sure you're okay to drive. Okay? Yeah. That's it. So, we're going to do a couple tests. Is that all right with you? All right. And just make sure you're okay to drive, okay? Okay. Um How much have you had to drink? Just that can. Is it full or empty? It's almost gone. It's almost gone? What is it? Budweiser. It's funny how both siblings try and claim the beer, probably thinking they're saving the other. It's also not that believable that the woman struggled to park her car in an empty lot as we have no idea how you'd get a license if you can't even do that. So, let's see. Would you now agree to be tested? I'm telling you the truth. I was smoking weed, too. Look, it sounds like you've been through this before, right? Yeah. How long ago was that? No, no. Just last year in August. Yeah. Here? Yeah. At my house actually at the apartment on the road. So, look, it's just these are just yes or no questions. Um I just need a yes or no if you want to take the test or not. That's all I I do want to to be honest. I Look, I I totally agree and we love honesty. I appreciate that. Um It It's unfortunate was it? It's unfortunate the situation you're in. It doesn't take long for this guy to incriminate himself even more with additional confessions though. But hey, at least he's being honest. In the meantime, the other cops are dealing with a little boy and they even give him a stuffed pig to try and cheer him up. What's up, dude? How are you? What do you got there? What kind of snacks? Hot fries and spicy Oh, hot fries? Yeah. Are they good? Yeah. They smell good. Yeah. Mhm. How old are you? Four. Four? Yeah. Thankfully, the cops are super nice and for a little while, they managed to distract him from what's happening. This wouldn't last long unfortunately because the mom insisted on saying goodbye to the kid and as we can expect, this is a lot to handle for someone so young. No, fries. You're okay. Give me a kiss. Give me a kiss. Give me a kiss. I'll be fine. We'll be okay. Come here. Mommy's going to be okay now, okay? Mommy's okay. Mommy's okay. IT'S OKAY. NO. HERE, COME HANG OUT WITH WILL MY mom come? You're okay, buddy. You're okay. Mommy. She's going to be okay, okay? And then she'll be back in the morning. Okay? Yes, she's going to come back. She's going to come back in the morning, okay? I promise. I promise. Instead of putting a brave face on for her son and reassuring him that everything will be okay, the woman proceeds to completely break down. Her sobs and screams make the kid freak out. So once again, the cops have to calm him down. Thankfully, grandma arrived a few minutes later and took the kid home. Listen to me. I'm going to tell you something important. You're under arrest for operating a motor vehicle Yeah, yeah, yeah. Listen. Just let me get it out. Stop talking. I'm sorry. No, listening. Bless you. Yes, I'm going to go home. After you take our test I'm going to Your mom would hate you. Your mom would hate you. Do do you Do you agree to take the test? I'm going to get Do whatever the [ __ ] you want. Give me my Yes. Unfortunately for the officers, once they were in the police station, her behavior got worse. The cop couldn't read any of the procedures or charges without her chiming in and shouting. This makes it quite difficult to process her. Can I have male officers cuz these ones are like lesbians and I'm like them? I don't like lesbians. I've been molested. Can I have other officers? Can I have guys instead? I don't feel comfortable with lesbians. I really don't. Let me my key. I do. Her outlandish claims and requests for male officers are pretty annoying and we can't help but wonder how long she'll keep this up. Are you laughing or are you just going to laugh back there cuz you can stop now? You can stop now. You can be immature laughing. I'm going to stay right here. No, cuz I heard you. That's fine. Can you lift it for me? Testing revealed that the woman's alcohol level was three times the legal limit. The suspect, Annabelle Betancourt, was charged with DWI, DWI with a minor in the vehicle, and an open container violation. Her license in New Mexico was suspended and confiscated. Her brother, Miguel Rodriguez, was charged with second offense DWI and DWI with a minor in the vehicle. It was October 19th, 2019 when police received a call from a frightened 17-year-old boy. This was a domestic abuse call and the cops were quick to respond. The boy was afraid of his own mother and let's just say she was less than happy when the police walked into her living room. If I'm NOT UNDER ARREST, I'M GOING TO SAY I SAID THAT throwing things and breaking THINGS AND ERIC GARNER SAID THAT? YES. ERIC GARNER SAID THAT? YES. ALL RIGHT, JUST GO. I don't WANT TO TALK. I WANT TO FIND OUT WHY somebody is so scared that you're BREAKING THINGS THAT'S WHAT ERIC SAID. that they feel unsafe. Okay? Okay, nobody asked you to COME IN HERE. NO, ERIC SAID THAT I WAS BREAKING THINGS. GET HIM OUT OF HERE. GET HIM OUT OF HERE. THE WOMAN seems incredibly dramatic and emotional for someone who claims nothing has happened. All she wants to do is confront Eric, her son. And given the situation, that's quite counterintuitive. The root of the entire problem here is her aggressive behavior. So you are a criminal want to talk. I'm not talking. I have nothing to say to you guys. I didn't call you. I have nothing to say. Nothing at all. Somebody called us. I don't really care. Somebody called us and said that you were having some type of episode where you were throwing things. They felt unsafe and that you and you had been asked to leave. Oh, really? By who? That's what I'm trying to figure out. Really? By who? Who was I asked to leave by? It seems like it's a crowded household and some serious tensions have started to develop between the woman and her kids. It's obvious things have gotten out of hand and the woman's unwillingness to clear up what happened is not a good sign. I have nothing to say. I have nothing to say. This would go a lot easier, a lot smoother. I I understand, sir, but I have nothing to say. You've done a lot of talking. Let me talk. Okay, go ahead. So, this would go a lot smoother, a lot easier if we would know we could Well, what do you need to know? Can I talk? Not really, cuz I don't have anything to say. You don't have to say anything. This is the best part about it. You don't have to say anything. Just listen right now. Okay, go ahead. We don't have a crystal ball. We're human. We don't have a crystal ball. This could go a lot easier and a lot smoother if you would just tell us what happened. That's Okay, I understand that you're the police, but you're not going to save the day here. There's nothing to save. There's Other people do that I need to be worried about. I just don't have nothing to say. Okay. For someone who insists they don't have anything to say, this entitled woman has an awful lot to say. Even though she's endlessly blabbering, she's not saying anything that's helpful. The officer can't get two words in, and we're pretty sure that even if he did, she wouldn't listen anyway. What grade is your son in? He's in 10th grade. Okay. Is he homesick today? Ask him that. Okay. Is that what the fight was over? By Ask him that. Why don't you go ask him about that? We can. But I'd also like your side of it. I would like you to say. No, I don't want to talk about it. It feels like the woman's trying to be as difficult as humanly possible, despite the cops being incredibly nice to her. She could have sped things up significantly, but unfortunately, she doesn't seem like the type of person that takes other people's time into consideration. She was willing to talk to us and explain her situation. nothing Your son was willing to talk to us I don't have nothing to say. You're You're going to be the only one WHO IS BECAUSE WHATEVER I SAY TO YOU IS I'm going to change anything. You know what's cool about these body cams? It's not going to change anything. Hey, you know what's cool about these? I don't care. They don't twist anything. I don't care. These things right here Good, then hers is not twisted. Right. So, whatever you say isn't going to be twisted. It's on video. SO, WHAT AM I SAYING? WHAT YOU'RE SAYING IS SHE'S TWISTING HER WORDS. WHAT ARE YOU SAYING? EXACTLY WHAT I SAID. WELL, JUST GET THEM OUT. IF NOTHING'S going to be done, I get them out. I have nothing. Whatever I say is whatever I tell you is not going to change anything. Everyone else is willing to work with the cops to get things calmed down, but unfortunately, it seems like there's no getting through to this woman. It's likely that everyone in the house has a problem with this woman. We come into something that we're not involved in, obviously. But that's what we come in here for is to make sure that everything's okay, make sure people are okay, make sure that it's not going to escalate further, and once we leave, we have to leave here know we have to leave here being comfortable that nothing else is going to happen. you please tell me I'm not going anywhere. If anybody has to go, it's these three officers. Nobody else. I was saying, we have to leave here knowing, being comfortable with policy and and personally that everything is going to be copacetic once we leave. Mom, whatever they say is not true. They all twist their words, and it's always lies. I know, and don't believe none of them. At this stage, the cops definitely have no peace of mind that things are going to calm down when they leave. Next up, we'll be hearing from Eric for the first time, and everything's about to make a lot more sense. It's all right. It's all right, relax, brother. Relax. We'll take care of it. You okay? All right. She's always breaking stuff in here causing problems for the family. This poor young man is visibly distraught, and it's definitely not helping that he can hear his mother's hysterical shouts as he's trying to talk to the cops. It's clear that all this is a regular occurrence, and today, Eric finally tried to make a stand against his mother. Eric, you told them you were scared for your life? He didn't say that. No, I'm asking him. Did you say that? No. Well, how come she's telling your mom that? What did you say? I said He called because he was scared cuz she was breaking things. That's what made him call. Okay? She was breaking up for your life, right? If that gets her removed, then yeah. If what? That gets her removed from this house, then yeah. Eric, stop looking for problems. Stop Come on, let's go. Let's go for a ride. going to go nowhere. Eric, please. I'm tired of her. Shut up and don't say nothing that you're going to regret later. He's trying to talk to the officers in peace without members of his family constantly interrupting. It even felt like the grandmother was subtly coercing him to not say anything, which is pretty wild. But Eric still revealed that his mother threatened him multiple times. What did she say to you that was threatening? I'll beat you." Like, "Man, I don't care. I'll" And then like she said, "I'm going to beat you. I'm going to break your jaw." All that. She said all that. Stand up. For what? Come on. You're going to jail. What am I going to do? Stand up. What am I going to jail for? What am I going to jail for? or it'll be worse. What am I going to jail for? Domestic. How is it domestic? I didn't put my hands on anybody. No. You know what assault is? Assault? You know what assault is? What is that? What Who did what? Placing somebody in fear because of your actions. My actions cuz he Eric. ARE YOU SERIOUS? I DIDN'T PUT WHAT ARE MY ACTIONS? We'll explain all to you when we get outside. Everyone's more focused on being mad at Eric rather than addressing and solving the issue at hand, and we can't help but feel bad for the guy. In the squad car, she claims that Eric spat on her, but this feels like a last-ditch effort to paint her son as the villain. Even the officer notes this is something she would have mentioned earlier. You're going to have to go out to the jail, okay? Um we're going to charge you with domestic assault, okay? assault? He's my your son. You guys live together. I didn't hit anybody. Right. Assault is not hitting. Assault is making threats or placing somebody in fear. no threats, sir. Okay, well, that's what he said. So, that's what we're going to go with. CUZ I TOLD HER I WAS GOING TO CALL the police. Right. Well, listen, here's the thing. son. but here's the thing, okay? We can That's what court is for. That's what you're going to have to explain that to the judge, okay? I'll I leave the house. That would I don't think we have a choice at this point. Somehow, the woman seems completely surprised that she's going to go to jail. However, the fact that she acts like this, even in front of her young children, proves exactly why she's the one in handcuffs. New Mexico officers received a call from a concerned citizen about a drunk mother on the road with her two children on March 29th, 2023. The caller, who made the report about the drunk mother, and offered to drive everyone home, but the mother lost her cool and sped off. Thankfully, the officers locate the vehicle in question quite promptly. The reason why we pulled you over is you were called in as a like a reckless driver, a drunk driver. Have you consumed any alcoholic beverages today? No, I just left WinCo. I just left WinCo. Did you? Yes. But when I first turned around on you, you were going southbound on Las Cruces, WinCo. It's the other way. Well, I just left WinCo, and I went to my friend's house. Are you on the phone with someone? No. Well, I was trying to call someone. Mhm. So, I'll explain to you what I was called for. Okay. That you left the residence intoxicated. You had called for a ride. Um at which point then you proceeded to leave the residence with your two kids in the car. So, right now, I am more concerned with your kids' welfare. Well, I'm on the phone. Where is your phone? Right here on Okay. Would you mind stepping out of the car for me? You can leave the windows down so you can hear them. It didn't take long for the officer to realize that the woman's story didn't add up, and the children clearly need to be rescued from this dangerous situation. For some odd reason, the driver's trying to make a phone call while the officer talks to her. All right, have you consumed any alcoholic beverages today? No. No? I I took the kids to um Tularosa, we went to WinCo. Okay. I have consumed NyQuil because I haven't been feeling well because I've been cleaning cars Okay. in the cold. I can smell a little bit of alcohol on your Not a gargantuan amount, but I can smell it. I'll be honest with you. Okay. So, have you consumed anything today? Any alcoholic beverages today? No. That would account for that smell. But why would Why do you smell like alcohol? I did have a marijuana alcohol. How long ago did you smoke? Uh I'd say about like an hour ago. Okay, cuz what I'm seeing does not account for marijuana. That is entirely alcohol that is causing that smell. Okay. All right. So, be honest with me. Have you consumed any alcohol today? No. No? All right. Even if she didn't drink much alcohol, she's still acting like she's heavily under the influence. As you may know, it's not uncommon at all for people to get addicted to NyQuil. But if she's mixing this and marijuana, it's a much higher level of risk. She definitely should not be behind the wheel. Especially with those two kids in the backseat. 1,001, 1,002, 1,003, 1,004. Oh, boy. On a scale of zero being zero to 10, 10 being severely intoxicated to zero being you haven't had a lick of alcohol, how intoxicated do you feel you are? One. One? So, you have consumed something. No, well, you asked. What do you want me to tell you? Zero? Well, zero is completely sober. 10 is severely intoxicated. zero. Zero? Yes. Okay. Well, right now I am placing you under arrest for DUI, okay? Okay. So, turn around and put your hands behind your back. She failed the field sobriety test, so the best decision, no doubt, is to place her in handcuffs. Unfortunately, the two children were witnessing the entire thing go down. There's two kids in the car. Do they have a dad, or are you They have a dad. They don't Okay, do you have any family members that can come get them? I thought I was trying to call. Okay. Which is why I'm trying to get off my phone, so Well, because I needed to communicate with you, but it seemed like you already knew the outcome of what was going about to happen, okay? Yeah, so what? Okay. So, um can you give this officer the phone number to whomever the parent is or guardian? I I I don't Where do they live? You don't know? Where do they live? Well, Don't do that. Just go. What? I need We're trying to take care of your kids. You're not trying to take care of them. You guys are getting Hey. Take a breath. I'm trying I'm trying to work with you. The mother claims to be the sole parent of these children, and that makes us wonder how often this happened before. Her obnoxious remarks turn into a full-on breakdown with crocodile tears. I'm sorry. She doesn't need to see you like this. Put your foot in. You shouldn't have done that. So, you really are. Hey, we're not the ones driving around with our kids drunk, okay? Put your foot in. No. Put your foot in. I'm going to Okay? Boots. Only one of us was driving around with our kids drunk, so Huh? I'm going to read your book to you. I see a bug. Oh, wow. See bug. What kind of book is this? Look there. Look there. Oh, there's a bug. Ugh. Yeah. The cops checked on the kids to make sure they were safe. Thankfully, they seemed fine. The adorable girl immediately shows her book to the officer like nothing was wrong, but the fact that she doesn't seem bothered by her mother's breakdown says a lot, too. Get in the car. Can you call somebody, please? I am, but before I can do that, you need to get into the vehicle. I know, but I just want you to I want to see you guys. I will, Jessica. Please get into the car, okay? not care about us? I absolutely care about the welfare of them, okay? Can you please get back in the car? You kind of just fell out. The woman's having a hard time staying in the cop car, and this understandably causes quite an annoyance. It's ironic that she's worried about the cops not caring about her kids, considering she was recklessly endangering their lives only minutes before. Do you agree to take our test? Shut up. We consider your actions refusal. Now I have to read you this. I cannot force you to take our test. But if you refuse to your New Mexico driver's license or non-resident operating privileges for 1 year. So do you agree to take my test? Yes, what do I have a choice? No. You have the right to refuse, but do you refuse to take the test? Watch your knee. No, don't put your foot in there. Just watch your I don't have my phone. While we might not have caught this woman on her best day, there's never an excuse to act so immaturely. Also, the cops weren't getting any useful information out of her regarding who her kids could go to. Did he eat all your candy? He did? Or did the officer eat all your candy? Cuz I wouldn't put it past him. Okay. We can't help but adore how cute the cops are with the little girl. Thankfully, they're keeping her mind off everything. Someone eventually picked the kids up, but mom, however, was taken directly to jail, and her car was towed. Jessica, do you need any medical attention? Like you care. Just so you can get your two minutes of glory. Shut up. You shut up, too. Do you need any medical attention, officer? [ __ ] you. Shut up and put me in jail. So you can go to turn me into jail out there. Because that's where the [ __ ] I'm going to end up at. If you guys don't give a [ __ ] then hurry up. I don't even care anymore. Maybe this is my karma. At the station, her attitude did not improve. Jessica was throwing a huge pity party, but the cops paid her little attention. Hopefully, this day will serve as a bit of a wake up call for her, but we wouldn't bet on it. Jessica was charged with two counts of child abuse and aggravated DWI. When cops get repeat calls about domestic cases, you can already guess that it's going to be really bad. It was September 18th, 2023. Cops were asked to visit a home they'd been to before. A stabbing had previously occurred at the residence. As they approached, the officers could hear screaming coming from the apartments and the drama would only get worse. She kept hitting me. Okay. So, no nothing physical or anything going on over there? Yeah. Okay. That's right. All right. Which window did you throw something at? That one right there. And the paint cans are out there still. Okay. So, she threw the paint cans? Yeah. She also threw a shoe out there. They had to drag her out of here. I can't do much more. I'm about to get a restraining order now. Yeah. I think I encouraged that last time I was here. But, you know, I I kept trying cuz they're taking the kids, but I'm going to call CPS and go tell them you need to take her kids. You need to get me out of here. I'll get a restraining order. And then she breaks all my windows, then she What is your fit, right? Yep. That's my niche. So, outside of saying she's going to kill you, she didn't Then she kept trying to come towards me and they took her outside. Okay. Did she have any weapons on her at that time? Well, she just threatened to kill a knife somebody down there. I know she usually has a knife, didn't she? Yeah, she always has it. You know, but I don't understand her face. I heard her raise her voice out there. How drunk is she right now? Oh, she's been lit since 10:30 this morning on my keys. What's her What's your daughter's name? Lakendra? Yeah. According to the victim the cops just talked to, her grandchildren live there along with her daughter Lakendra. Since Lakendra was making death threats and getting blackout drunk, no one felt safe around her. Next the officers would go to meet up with her and everyone was a bit nervous about what state she was in. You're cute in my hand and you're still not that cute. Why you still bothering me? My kid doesn't have a name? No. I'm Lakendra. My name is not No, I'm just kidding. Hey girl, what's going on today? Um my mom hates me cuz my dad loves me better than she does. I'm a little drunk. I asked anybody out here, I have not bothered nobody. You guys constantly harass me. I've had murder and kill me and now you're mad at me. No, baby, be quiet. You don't have to answer to We don't know where she gets the nerve to make flirty comments towards the officer, but her attitude quickly takes a sour turn. She also confesses mental health struggles to the officer, but clearly there's more to this story than she's telling. I've already got counseling. Okay, are you feeling suicidal today? No. Okay. Do you have any weapons on you? No. No? Do you mind if I check? Uh you can't touch me. Like I said, I don't got [ __ ] on You all leave me alone. All right. But hold on. What I said What's this thing I got playing on on backwards. Hold on. What y'all doing? Let's not do that. Let's not Y'all That's what I had. I said I had nothing said on So get the [ __ ] away from me. Yeah. So get Okay. Do not pull away. The woman seems to know exactly which buttons to press to get on the officer's nerves. What she did can only be described as wildly inappropriate and all this in front of her young kids, too. Still, she kicks things up a notch when the officers try to handcuff her. Get on the ground. Don't [ __ ] harass me. I told you to No, get Get this off me. Well, she's got her other hand Get this off me. Cody, get this off me. Off. Get this Stop resisting. No, get this Get away from us right now. Get off me. Have your hands Get off me. Just cuff her. Get off me. Just cuff her. In the midst of this hectic scuffle, the woman managed to knock the officer's body cam right off. At the end of the day, she stood no chance against the officers, but that didn't stop her from giving her best effort. To make matters even worse, she tried to get her young children to help her fight the cops, proving just how utterly deranged she is. I'm going to come back and talk to you. I'm going to get this to the police officers who are involved. But, I'll come back and talk to you in a That woman right there is my daughter. You said TO STOP SAYING I'M I didn't see you. I didn't see you. I'm going TO YOUR HOUSE. I HAD IT. YOU HAD IT. I DID IT. I GRABBED IT. I TOOK HER OUTSIDE. I TOOK HER OUTSIDE WHEN YOU When she was yelling at you. When she was I TRIED TO STOP HER. I DID. I tried to stop her. After the daughter was restrained and handcuffed, the officers returned to the victim. It was clear though that tensions were still running high. Chaotic arguments are still breaking out and the poor cops are just trying to handle everything. Someone else also arrived and they were less than happy. Y'all keep quiet until she really kill my grandma AND THEN ALL ME Y'ALL GOING TO HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME. Y'ALL IS THIS YOUR FIRST TIME COMING OUT HERE? BUT, YEAH. What did YOU DO NOW? FINALLY, RIGHT? 30 CALLS LATER. I was on I was on the phone with my grandma talking and I hear this with a bat in the background breaking. So, my grandma said, "I'll call you back." I didn't hear nothing from her. So, that's why I came over here. Because I didn't hear her phone ring. Oh, you drove from your house to here? over here and yes, I don't stay here. The victim's granddaughter heard the entire commotion before the cops showed up and she decided that she needed to help, too. It's upsetting, of course, when members of your family are threatening each other and hurting each other. So, we can't blame her for being scared and worked up. Hi. Do not touch my shoulders. Do not touch my shoulders. No, he threw all my shoulders out of order. Okay. Do not touch me like that. If you're good with me, then I will let you step out. calmly call what that he threw my shoulders out of god damn shoulder my head. I'm going to let you step out cuz I trust you. And I will. Okay. He threw my [ __ ] out. I trust you. Is it your right one that's hurting? It's both of them. Okay. I'm going after him. Okay. No, you I don't know what's Now, you don't talk to me. I got medics here to look at you, okay? Yeah, go ahead. want me to help you? No, no. Don't touch me cuz y'all just threw all my [ __ ] out, [ __ ] Now, it's back to the start of the show, and Laquindra's escalated her behavior to full-throttle craziness. Apparently, while the officers were handcuffing her, both of her shoulders were dislocated. That's what she says, at least. And since she clearly has a penchant for drama, no one's taking her too seriously. For what? Does this one hurt right here, or They all hurt cuz they had no right to put their hands ON ME, [ __ ] OKAY, SO LISTEN. YOU WEIRD YOU. YOU. You don't talk to me, You. Now, listen. You have to be chill with the medics. No, I will talk to them. I don't want to talk to these fake-ass These are You. These are firefighters, okay? No, they nicer than them. You fake-ass I hope you die. Ma'am, what's going on? Yeah, if you let them get the [ __ ] away from me. I don't trust them. They're here Don't tell Tell them to get the [ __ ] away from me. I won't talk to them. Tell them to get the [ __ ] away from me. I won't talk to them. I'd rather walk home. Tell them to get the [ __ ] away from me. I don't want to talk to them. For someone who claims to be in a ton of pain, she doesn't seem to want the help of the medics at all. She gets so into her ranting that she completely forgets she's swinging her arms around and pointing at people, proving that her shoulders were working fine. Can I go home? I don't know what's going on. Can I go home? Cuz I hurt nobody. Okay, let them check you, please. I didn't hurt nobody. They were hurting me. They need a finger and your blood pressure. Which arm can they use? Which arm? to have nothing because y'all keep checking it. These are firefighters. My shoulder hurt. Okay, they're going to take a look at it for you. They're going to take A MY SHOULDER HURT. IT'S INSANE that this woman tries to take the moral high ground with the officers since her behavior's been completely repugnant, and she's definitely reached peak intoxication. I don't want to go nowhere with you, with you, with you, with you, with you. I want it. Who do you want us to call? We can call the father. No, cuz he ain't listening. Cuz I know you understand me. You respect me. You hear me. Everybody else. I want my [ __ ] whatever the [ __ ] you do. And I want to go home to my kids. She doesn't even realize how ridiculous she sounds. She can't expect much sympathy for her situation when she acts like this though. She also doesn't realize that a lonely night in jail is what awaits her. It's okay. Go ahead. Go ahead. I'm going to enjoy the night. I'mma get so much money. I'mma finally be able to live comfortably. You stupid dumb This woman's so deluded it's actually scary. She thinks she's actually going to get a payout from the state and never have to worry again. In reality, she's now virally known as one of the most irresponsible mothers on the internet. Lakendra was charged with assaulting a peace officer, resisting arrest, harassment, and malicious mischief. Our last idiotic mother on the list was caught in Indian River County, Florida. March 4th, 2022 was a sunny day out and dispatchers received a very alarming call about an infant that was left unattended in a car. To be precise, it was a 27-day-old baby. And when officers arrived, the mother was nowhere in sight. Vehicle all locked, car is running. Hey there. Want me to call the contact the parents? I know they're at the arcade, but I don't want to leave the child by themself. If he's in the arcade, he won't be able to see me parked out here cuz it's all tinted out. Temporary not distress. Um VMS was around I think you can disregard. Hello. Hey. Is this your car? Yeah, but my cousin was in here. All right. give me a second. Just relax right here for a second. You have an ID on you? Yes, I do. Who's your Who's your Huh? Who's your uh Cousin. Cousin. Her name is um um I'm just so nervous. Britney. Where is she at? I don't know. I thought I had to stay in here with the baby. Where could she have gone? Huh? Where could she have gone? I don't know. She usually be She usually tell me if she going somewhere so I can stay out here with the baby. She's supposed to be in there with you, too? No, she was How long you been here? Me? Just Just I just walked in here about 10-15 minutes ago. In truth, based on the surveillance footage from the gambling arcade she was in, she was gone for more than an hour. While the cops didn't know about that lie yet, it was already fishy when she struggled to provide the most basic details about her cousin. Just hang out. Just hang out. You're not going in the car right now. Why not? Because you're not. Why don't you tell me? I'm going to inspect this car real quick. All right. Just stand back. Do you think you're going to get the video? I got to talk to one of these ladies on the car real quick. What's your mom Do you have a a mom that lives close by or anything? She live that way, yeah. Okay. I'm going to call Britney real quick, the supposed person that was sitting that's supposed to be sitting in the car, all right? See what she says, all right? Okay. have a family member that can come here? My mom, she live that way, though. Where does your mom work? Oh, you know, my aunt. I can call my aunt. Okay. You just tell her to be outside the casino. All right. I can call my aunt. All right, just give me a second, all right? Can I call my aunt? We'll We'll We'll get on that. Just give us a second. When the cops try to contact the woman's cousin, Britney, everything starts to fall apart. The mother looks increasingly nervous, and for good reason. One thing is certain. The baby's going to have to be picked up by someone because this woman has a straight ticket to jail. When was the last time uh you fed and changed her? Before I came. Okay. Hey, can you give me a an address for Britney? Can you look it up on your phone where you picked her up? An address? I'm not sure what her address I know it's right off of Shuman. It's right off of her? I thought it was off of her. We just need a back window gun. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You got diapers diapers in the car anywhere? In the front front seat. I'll follow her. The diapers are saved in the wallet. Are you able to get that for me? What? Can you give me an address for Britney? I'm not sure what her address is. It's off of Shuman. All right. So, look, this is what I'm going to do right now. I'm I'm going to read you your Miranda rights, right? Cuz I'm going to start questioning you. All right? All right? Have you ever been arrested before? Um I've been sent to jail, but I've never So, you've been arrested? You've never been arrested? Yeah. Okay. So, you have the right to remain silent. Do you understand that? I need a yes or no. Yes. Anything you say can and will be used against you. The baby was discovered to be extremely hungry and sitting in soiled diapers. Apparently, hitting the slots was more important to the woman than caring for her newborn baby. She even left her car unlocked, putting the baby's safety even more at risk. You don't have an address of where you picked her up from? It's just off of Shuman. She gave me directions. That was it. She called you? Let me see. Yes. Yes, I got it in there. You go to your recent calls. Wait, I'm trying to see. Today, there's no calls from that number that you provided me. No, because she didn't call me from that number. That's why. What number did she call you from? Because, look, there's this number you called at 9:20. Well, I'm sorry. I have a habit of just deleting my phone. Okay. Well, I have her phone call on there. And then at 10:16 you called Nicole or she called you, then you called Nicole back at 10:37. You received a call at 11:21, and then you made two calls just right now while we're standing here to Tonya. So, at no point in time did you receive any other call from any other other person? numbers. Why do you delete numbers? All these other numbers are here. Because I If it's not That's her cousin's number. Why would I keep her cousin's number? Okay. And the phone So, you're telling me there was somebody in the car the whole time. That that was cameras are going to show. You hear Sammy? The woman clearly thinks these cops must be stupid. I thought she'd try harder to come up with a convincing story. It's also totally unbelievable that she just happened to delete the only call from her phone that would back up her story. I'm talking to you. That's what I'm trying to figure out. If you sit here and lie to me, it's not going to go good. You understand what I'm saying? There was nobody with you. So you left the child here all by yourself by itself while you went in there and played in the arcade. Yeah, it was I wasn't trying to take too long. I was going to leave, but obviously somebody called in on me. It doesn't matter. Exactly. You went in there to play an arcade game. You said you've been here since 11:30. Did you actually go to Bank of America? Yes, I did. Okay, you went to Bank of America? Let me see. Well, surprise, surprise. The woman finally comes clean that there was no one with her baby. Seems like the poor baby's been dragged along for a long morning of errands already. So the baby's been in there for over an hour. You know what I'm saying? Probably, yeah. Probably not. I know. All right. Okay, so what I'm probably saying is what's DCF going to do? So this is what's probably going to happen. All right. DCF is going to come out here and pick up the child. I My mom is at work right now. I can have her come and get her. Get her. Okay. So look, this is what's going to happen to you right now. All right. Now I'm going to be really honest with you. That's up to DCF. That's not up to us. All right. So right now, you want to put your phone in your purse real quick for me? Take your purse off for me. I got to know on my phone. What's that? I got to know what's going on. Cuz as of right now, I need you to place your hands behind your back. You are being arrested. All right? Put them together. All right. Inwards. Just like of All right. You might have to lean a little bit forward. Leaving anyone in a hot car for any amount of time is dangerous, let alone a small baby. And the fact that it was for more than an hour is simply cruel. This irresponsible and reckless behavior proves that this mother is totally unfit to parent, and we hope someone rescues this poor baby. Hey, do you have any formula in the car? What's that? It's at my house. No, it's all that everything's at her house besides what's in the car. What kind of formula she is? She is um Enfamil. Enfamil, which one? The purple one or the regular orange one? It doesn't matter? Cuz she's she doesn't um she's not allergic to anything? No, the bottles are in The bottles in the car? What's It's all in our formula goes bad. I'm going to get her up here, all right? The mother didn't even think to bring formula with her and can't even specify which exact formula her daughter needs. The poor baby was probably starving by now. The good news is the cops swooped in and saved the day right in the nick of time. The mother was charged with leaving an unattended child in a vehicle and felony child neglect. The behavior of these horrible moms is absolutely disgusting. It's our hope that their children will be placed in better hands. Thanks for watching and before you go, make sure to check out more clips in the hidden file.
