But, what's your problem right now is under color of law you're trying to curb my first amendment rights. >> No, I'm not trying to do >> Yes, you are. You are very much doing that by talking over me. >> to keep you from acting a fool out here in this desk. >> Oh [screaming] dear lord, help me right now. >> We looked in the car. >> [screaming] >> What the [ __ ] is wrong with you? The white It's the government saying >> Airports are stressful enough without some entitled Karen making them worse for everyone. But, narcissistic individuals always manage to make a scene whether it's an oversized brat who demands special treatment or a bully who goes absolutely ballistic at the airport. >> Come on now. Tick tock, tick tock, tick tock. Nobody going to save you if I take off on you, boy. >> You can do whatever you want, bro. >> Yeah, I know. >> You can do whatever you want. >> I know. >> On the 17th of January, 2024 at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport in Broward County, the Sheriff's Office got a call about a disturbance. When the deputies got there, they quickly realized that things were just about to escalate. >> I asked you a question. >> What's the problem? >> I asked you a question. Yes or no? Come on now. Tick tock, tick tock, tick tock. All right, peace. >> What do you want to do now except that? >> Over what? Not saying so. >> Shake your head all you want. Just follow me home, see what happens. >> [ __ ] You don't want to have no [ __ ] kid. Dude, I'll [ __ ] you up, bro. Dude, I'll [ __ ] you up, bro. You already live like that, huh? You're my hero. I'LL BLOW YOUR ASS AWAY, BOY. SOMEBODY get this man. >> Just like the report said, the suspect was erratic and acting in a very threatening manner. The officer's presence didn't scare him at all. For the time being, the deputy tried to de-escalate things and simply escort the man outside. But after that outburst, things were hanging by a thread and all it took was one wrong move. >> Ain't nobody going to save you if I take off on you, boy. >> You can do whatever you want, bro. >> Yeah, I know. >> You can do whatever you want. >> What's up? >> You're not that [ __ ] The [ __ ] is wrong with >> Hey, there's a danger. >> I'm a god. I'm a god. I'm a god. You're a god. You're a god. >> You know where I like to go to bed? >> Well, [ __ ] move. You hear me? >> You got [ __ ] >> Shut up. >> I told you to stop following me. >> Shut up. >> I told you to stop following me. Let's go, man. That's inside. >> Even after the man was lying face down on the ground in handcuffs, he just wouldn't calm down. He kept yelling and arguing and refused to accept his fate. Amazingly, all that pepper spray didn't tame him at all. However, the effects of it were starting to set in. >> Where are you going to take me now? I'll have a [ __ ] Oh, help me, help me, everybody. >> Greenwell, K9. >> Can I make this up? >> I need rescue, please. And a medical unit at the deployment center. He's in custody. Hey. Get us some wipes. >> Sorry? >> Get us some wipes. You know one was helping you. >> You really like >> You know one was helping you. All right? >> You lied before. >> Shut up. Get on your side. Get on your Shut up. You got to stay on your Shut up. Stay on your side. No. >> [groaning and screaming] >> Once that pepper spray was in full effect, he started complaining about the burning in his eyes and across his face. And before too long, he began screaming in pain and pleading with the cops to do something. >> Will you spray my face with water, please? Please, my eyes are burning. >> [groaning] [groaning] [screaming] >> Bro, stay still. You understand me? Stay still. Don't fight. >> I'm not moving, bro. Let me get >> Stay still. No, you ain't getting up. Stay still. >> Funny how in the beginning, he was being all macho and aggressive and didn't think twice about attacking an officer. Ironically, at this point, he was begging the same officer for some favors. At that point, the cops had no intention of leaving the man for a second. >> Somebody help me, man. I can't >> Listen to me. >> I can't breathe. >> That's cuz you got sprayed. Stay still. >> I can't breathe. Somebody help me, please. Ah! I told him to stop following me. He wouldn't listen. Somebody help me! >> [screaming] >> Yeah, you got hit No, you got hit in the face. You are Hey, you got hit in the face. I saw it. >> Ah! No, he sprayed me first. He sprayed me first. >> I'm just sprayed. I'm just sprayed. THAT'S WHAT I'M DOING. LISTEN! YOU BETTER STOP YOU BETTER STOP MOVING. You hear me? You better stop moving. You better stop resisting me. You understand me? Stop resisting. You want me to taser you again? Stop resisting me. You understand I'm going to taser you again. You hear me? >> With the pain becoming unbearable and the cops not doing a thing about it, he eventually called out to anyone for help. At one point, he even cried for his mommy. As far as the cops went, they were just wondering why it took so long to take effect. >> Stop resisting me. You are. Stop resisting me. I'm going to decontaminate. Listen to me. Stop yelling for your mommy. I'm going to decontaminate. Stop screaming. Stop resisting. Dude, he Hey. That did nothing to him. face. >> You're going to get water. Stop resisting. >> Please, I'm begging you. Ah! >> You hear me? There's nothing in there, bro. >> Ah! >> [laughter] >> I used the whole thing on his face. >> He's still He's still kicking, bro. Stop him. I used the whole thing on his He's still kicking, bro. >> Yeah, bro. How about I get you up? >> I can't see. >> Kevin. >> What do you have? >> Be careful. He's got spray all over him. >> Help me, please. >> Naturally, the burning sensation didn't just cause pain to the man's face. After a while, it got into his lungs and was causing breathing problems. Most likely, the man's surge of adrenaline made him oblivious to the effects during the assault. But by that point, it was just making him angrier. >> Let me go to the Get up. >> No, you're not getting up. >> He's not there yet. Not time yet. >> I can't see [ __ ] >> Hey, you got to calm down. >> You ain't never going to calm me down. >> I think he hit me right here, bro. >> Kevin. >> No, he's not getting sprayed. That's all. >> He sprayed me first. >> Don't you make me. Don't start to spit, let me tell you. You don't want to spit, bro. You don't want to spit. I'm going to put a mask on you. He needs to let me take care of him. >> I got punched in the face over here. >> All right. >> Do I have a right? >> I don't know. >> I got hit right here. I think I got hit right here. I got hit right I got hit right there. >> Yeah, maybe. >> I think I got hit right there. >> Put some ice on it, but I think you >> My glasses are >> Hold on. >> Hey. >> You good, man? >> You got to think I can Open your [ __ ] >> Yeah, the fastest way to get checked out is somebody wants to come in here for >> Yeah, yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, [clears throat] I'm You know, I'm I'm going to the hospital, bro. I'm going to the hospital. >> Yeah, you got to get it >> Before going to the hospital, the deputy used some water to freshen himself up and then decided to help the suspect as well. Ironically, the first person to try and relieve the suspect's anguish was the very same deputy who he'd viciously assaulted just minutes ago. >> Ah! >> [screaming] >> Please pour water on my face. >> Let me put some water on your face. You can feel better. >> Get the fresh one. Get the fresh one. Get the fresh one for you. No, for you. I'll take this one. Get the fresh one for you. >> Got to help the guy out, you know? >> No, no. Yeah, get the fresh one. >> Thank you. Please pour water on my face. It's burning. >> Drink the fresh one, buddy. Stop. Don't start. All right, tell you. I'll tell you. I'll stop, bro. >> I'm not. >> Okay. >> I'm not. >> Relax. Do you have any shackles? >> Because the suspect here showed no signs of calming down, he was eventually shackled and taken to jail. They charged the man with battery on law enforcement, resisting with violence, and disorderly conduct. On the 2nd of January, 2024, deputies responded to Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport after reports of a disruptive passenger on a Southwest Airlines flight. As the officers boarded the plane to escort the unruly traveler, he appeared to be calm and compliant and met the officers' demands with a smile on his face. >> You want to point out that >> 29F is here. >> 29F. >> Yeah, I'm not going back there. 29F is here. >> Me? >> Yep. >> I'm the lucky winner. >> 29F. >> Excuse me real quick, sir. >> Do you have all your stuff? >> I got a bag overhead. >> grab it? >> Yeah. >> Wonderful. >> I'm the lucky winner. >> You are. >> I feel like a great escort. >> Yep. >> Excuse me, sir. Do you need a Do you have any shackles on you yet? I'm trying to get you out, sir. Thanks, folks. Appreciate it. >> As he was being escorted off the plane and through the airport, he didn't seem to mind. Strangely, he just started asking questions about the nature of the disturbance. In his mind, it wasn't that big of a deal. >> Can you tell me what the disturbance was about? >> Well, we were told we were told you got on the plane and you were cussing and swearing and acting a fool. >> That's not what it is. >> Well, Southwest doesn't call us very much. So, when they call us, there's a problem. >> Well, what happened was and if you don't mind me telling you the story >> Oh, we're going to ask for your side of the story. >> Okay. Well, I just didn't know. It seemed like somebody was very eager to get cuffs on me. That's the way you guys are. >> Well, we usually do cuff most people, but >> That would be ridiculous if I'm being cooperative, right? >> Well, usually when we're told that people are acting a fool, we usually cuff them. >> You guys are acting a fool, right? >> Yeah, we're going to go back to our office. We'll get your statement. >> Well, I don't have that explanation. This is all I carried with me. >> Okay. >> I told you that everyone that was around us, when they heard that we were waiting for law enforcement to approach, they started laughing like she really I guess I deserve that. >> I guess so. We're going to get law enforcement to explain what all is going on. >> Well, >> Up until that point, he'd been a model suspect. He'd been complying with the officers and acting very polite. Slowly though, he began to question how the cops were handling things and his frustration started to grow. >> Who asked to handcuff me? Who was that? Which one of you? >> It doesn't matter. I'm being detained. >> Why? Why are you so stern? Jesus. >> Why are you so stern? >> This is our procedure. Usually, when we're asked to take somebody off the >> You guys going to want to >> plane. So, >> Jesus, why are you so intimidated by us? >> Relax. >> I'm just a general guy sitting here. >> I know. I know. >> How's it going? Are we going to have anyone from the flight on this interrogation? >> It's not an interrogation. We're going to ask for your side of the story. >> I mean, if you want to handcuff me, then it is a being detained. And he wanted to handcuff me. Very promptly. So, I'm being detained, right? Which means I have the right to a lawyer. So, detained, not arrested. Detained. We are asking you Detained. So, if you're going to detain me, there's a difference between detained and if you're going to detain me, I have the right to remain silent. Anyway. >> While the man was still being compliant, he started making demands. By the time they got him to the station, he'd already started talking about his rights and was trying to run the investigation the way he saw fit. >> Where are we going? I'm following you. >> Just keep that. Stop. >> That was a curse word. I said >> Yeah, it was a curse word. Apparently, you're pretty good at that. >> It's called freedom of speech. Yes, it is. >> Well, not in a public place it's not. Do you have a uh license? >> Oh, no. Unfortunately, I I don't, I guess. >> How did you get on a plane? >> You know, I I don't remember where it left, you know. >> Where's your license? >> Okay, stop. Hang on. Sir, I need your driver's license. >> All right, hold on. Who's in charge? Who's in charge? >> The sergeant. >> Okay. >> see it? >> Thank you very much, brother. And >> Okay, why are Southwest people exiting? We need a ID. We'll get it to you outside the door. >> Who's in charge? >> We'll be with you in just a second, you guys. >> Oh, no. No, I'm not going to be forbidden from flying with you guys cuz you got a Why do you >> Have a seat, sir. Have a seat. >> I think your supervisor told you to stop. >> I'm telling you to stop right now. >> great. I have a freedom of speech. I'm not a public servant here. >> That might have been a misstep, the way the sergeant removed her officer. She probably felt that her officer was getting irritated with the suspect and hoped that she could de-escalate things if she removed her. But, the only thing it really did was embolden the suspect even more. >> Are you searching? >> I was on a TSA flight. Do you assume I have an ID? Uh-uh, no, no. No, no, no. Come on now. >> Have a seat. >> You don't have the right to my property. Okay. Hold on. If you If you don't have the right to search my property. Okay. Tell me something. Is it Is it Is it Sheriff's to go? Sheriff's to go. Can I ask you a question? When do you have the right to search my property? You told me I was not Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. You told me I was not being detained. Therefore, you have no right to search my property. >> All right now, you are under arrest. You're under arrest >> I was just told by him I was not being detained or under arrest. Come on, guys. I was just told by him I was not being detained or under arrest. Come on, guys. >> I have changed my mind. >> For what? Dis- Disorderly conduct under what? >> The moment the sergeant grabbed the man's bag, he immediately jumped and began to object. The real interrogation hadn't even started yet, and already the tension was evident. When it came to the officer searching his belongings, he was hell-bent against him doing it. >> Okay, put that down now. >> Comply. >> Put No, hold on. Let me talk to you, please. Okay, calm the [ __ ] off. Are you serious? Put that [ __ ] down now. My hands are behind my [ __ ] back. Put this [ __ ] down. Sheriff, supervisor, my hands are behind my back. Why is this still aimed at me? You have 5 seconds to put that [ __ ] down. Supervisor? Then tell him to put the [ __ ] [ __ ] down. I have no reason to be in handcuffs. >> Stop resisting. >> I'm not. They are pushing me into you, and you're putting that [ __ ] Get your god- Okay. Get your [ __ ] hands out of my eyeball. Hey. Did you see the sheriff just put her [ __ ] hands in my goddamn eyeballs? It was in my [ __ ] eyeballs. Yeah, put the [ __ ] up now, [ __ ] >> Barking orders did nothing for the suspect, and if anything, it just made the cops more determined to arrest him. Luckily, they were able to handcuff the man without any incident, except for his verbal disapproval. And of course, he was still trying to run the show. >> All right, hold on. No, no. Tell me where the [ __ ] video cameras are here. I just had her [ __ ] fingers in my eyeballs. His taste are against my [ __ ] chest. And you have no evidence against me. There's no such thing as disorderly in a non-public place. This isn't public. This is a private office. And it looks like you guys are getting ready to sweep me off my goddamn feet. Markowski. Come on, sir. Come on. I know we're all there in place of this. Can Can you at least let me step over there and relax? You guys don't have to hold my arms. Get in between me and this dude. You can't catch yourself. I I guarantee you I won't fall. Jesus, I guess so. Probably so. You don't want to fall. Unfortunately, you got to go a little lower. I know how to stand up. Markowski. All right, cool. Can't I just stand over here, you know, with some fresh breeze? Why is that? You guys stand here. Well, I want to stand over here. I stand over here. You guys are talking to yourselves? >> With nothing else better to do, the man started teasing the officers, but they managed to keep their cool. One of the cops, Officer Markowski, even had a debate with the man about physics. Whatever the case, nothing was going to change the outcome. >> I told them they weren't allowed to search my property unless I was being detained. Is that illegal, sir? >> What? >> I said you are not allowed to search my property unless I'm being Southwest. I said you're not allowed to search my property unless you're being [music] detained." >> But you are detained. >> But they told me I wasn't detained prior to getting here. >> They answer going through your property till after you're in handcuffs. >> No, that is a [ __ ] lie. Come on now. Come on Stigall, you know the law for him? No, I was sitting here not in handcuffs. They grabbed my bag. I said, "No, you cannot search." I'm reenacting. Please, allow me a little 3 cm of movement, Markowski. And Murphy pulled a Taser on me. And these guys grabbed me. And then they decided, "No, now you're arrested." To this point, they still haven't read me my Miranda rights. Okay? And therefore, I was told at that point they just decided that not only was they changed their mind about detaining me, they were arresting me. Now, I have a right. I will leave here peacefully, but you guys denied me my rights all night long. >> The man kept on complaining, but he still got arrested. They booked the man, and he was later charged with disorderly conduct. On October 18th, 2025, at Tampa International Airport, one of the passengers got angry and started threatening staff. The cops responded and trespassed the individual. All he had to do was leave the airport. That, however, turned out to be more difficult than it sounded. >> Yo. What's going on? I'm leaving. >> All right, well, where are you going? >> I'm leaving. I'm exiting. >> You're leaving the airport? >> No. >> All right, let's go. >> What did you call me last night? I'm leaving. You called. >> All right. >> You better shut your mouth. >> What? >> Cuz you're being loud. >> What? I'm sorry. I'm leaving. I'm sorry. You know I'm leaving. I thank you. They don't thank you. I'm going, bro. Go. Have a good day. Go ahead, practice. You're being a trespasser. >> For what? >> You come back When you come back, you're going to jail. >> you're going to jail. >> What up? Let's go. >> All right. Don't do that. He's walking away, all right. He left the property. He said he's going to get a ride and get out of here, but we verbally trespassed him. >> While the suspect was confrontational, he appeared to be following the cops' orders. Still though, two of the cops followed the man to make sure he would leave. And sure enough, the man didn't go where he was supposed to. >> We'll try to keep eyes on him and make sure he gets off the property. You can't go that way. Nobody's going to pick you up that way. >> What do you want, leave me alone? >> You can't go that way. >> I'm leaving the area, cop. >> All right, well, you you got to leave the property. Listen, I don't know what you're going through or anything. So. >> I don't know nothing. I've got police following me everywhere. >> When a person's trespassed from the property, they're obligated to leave and not return. This guy decided to take a detour to a smoking area, then light up a cigarette with the pretense being that he was just waiting for a ride. No matter how much the cops tried to reason with him, he just wouldn't listen. >> They ain't touching me. I don't need no I'm I'm I'm the only one. I don't need no assistance, officer. Leave me alone. That's cool. I'm by myself. I'm on the phone, bro. That's cool. Leave me alone. I'm cool. I don't need no seeing, bro. Leave me alone. I'm good. I'm waiting for my ride. Thank you. Have a good day. >> You can't wait for your ride here. >> Yes, I can. I can't There's no instant >> Okay, this is not This is not a ride. You got to leave the property. >> I'm smoking. It says It says >> Okay, you're not We're not giving you that We're not giving you that opportunity to smoke. >> know what you can give me, man. >> You're going You're leaving. You're leaving. You're leaving or you're going to jail. >> How do you want to tell me I'm leaving I'm going to jail? >> You have two opportunities you have two choices. Leave now or go to jail. >> Where am I going to go? What? Tell me where to walk at. Tell me where to walk at. >> One more chance. One more chance. >> By that point, [music] the cops had seen enough and they knew exactly what kind of suspect they were dealing with. They knew the man had no intention of leaving so they intensified their efforts to make him go. >> Don't touch me. Don't even touch me. I'm not stalling now. I'm putting it out like you said, bro. >> Put it out. >> So where do you want me to walk? >> Put it out. >> Where do you want me to walk? >> I said you go to your right, man. >> I'm going to my right. >> Get your right. >> Damn, bro. >> Get your right right now. If not, you're going to be up. >> Okay, so I don't need to I don't need >> Keep walking. >> I'm not talking. >> Do what you got to do. Keep walking. >> Don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> You don't need to touch me. >> I'm leaving, bro. I'm walking, bro. >> All right, let's go. >> Don't touch me. >> Get your right and let's go. >> Don't touch me. >> Get your right and >> Don't touch me. >> Don't touch me. >> Don't touch me. >> Get your right over here by now. Tell them where you are. >> I'm calling them, man. Give me A BREAK. I'M CALLING THEM, BRO. I'M CALLING THEM, BRO. YOU TOLD ME TO WALK. >> Call them right now. Stop and call them. >> No, I've got to walk it, bro. >> All right. >> Hey, stop. I stopped. I stopped. I stopped. I ain't do [ __ ] What I do? You I kept walking where y'all told me to do. I'm chilling. I'm chilling, bro. What I do wrong? >> The moment the cops decided to arrest the man, he then started saying that he was just about to call a ride and that the cops were harassing him. The man was clearly stalling and the cops decided that playtime was over. >> Can I call my ride? >> No. >> Cuz I ain't give me a chance to call my ride. >> No, that's gone. >> Your body cam record it? >> Yes. >> Yes, it is. >> We've given you so many opportunities. >> Y'all told ME TO WALK EXACTLY WHERE Y'ALL WANT me to walk to. Where you want me to do? >> I wanted you to stop and call your ride. >> I I I was on the phone with him. Why you took my phone? I ain't do [ __ ] I ain't do nothing. >> You're the only one that everybody else >> Look, they brought me to the point where I could be picked up without being harassed. >> No. Well, you should you should have figured that out. >> I did. I They ain't give me a chance, bro. >> You were yelling from the from the third level to the second level yelling. >> I don't know, bro. I don't know. >> Look at these people. They all know what to do. You're the only one that doesn't. But yelling does not get you nowhere. Yes. >> I don't want to get slammed. Can I please sit down? >> Have a seat. >> Sit down, buddy. Nobody is >> But yelling doesn't make it right. Now, you just cuz you're the loudest doesn't make you the right one. >> The officer tried to teach the man a very valuable lesson. And by that point, whether it was his calm demeanor or something else entirely, the man took a deep breath and then tried to turn the page. He apologized and explained why he was so angry. >> All right, man. I lost a family member, man. I'm trying to get home. I lost a family member, man. Stop, bro. Stop. I'm [ __ ] up. I got a If you need my knee, I'll show you proof. I got a [ __ ] up knee. I got a bad back. I got a bad shoulder. I got a bad Set me down easy. Don't don't Please. >> You can sit down yourself. I'm going to try my best to get these in your bag for you and we're going to see if we can get the bag going with you to jail. That way you have everything in one place. >> After removing his jewelry and his personal possessions, they placed the suspect in the squad car. On the ride to the jailhouse, he started questioning the whole arrest and eventually, he started arguing again. >> Man, you guys ain't warn me nothing. You said leave and I did. Y'all y'all directing me. How the hell y'all arrest me, bro? Oh, yeah. Y'all don't know who y'all messing with, man. Y'all don't know. Where was y'all you taking me for? Copper Ore? >> Ore. >> Well, what y'all charge me with? >> I'm not charging you >> You think I'm the arresting officer? >> Then what y'all taking me for? Y'all not >> Disorderly conduct or trespassing after warning. It's one of the two or maybe both. >> y'all charge say trespass after warning when I was walking away? >> Dude, was I there on scene, buddy? >> I don't know, but I ain't do nothing wrong. >> Okay, well, you can look at your ticket to see if you have any updated information. >> That's man. How the hell I'm supposed to How the hell I'm supposed to know when I ain't do nothing? I was walking walking away off the property. >> You're drunk and causing a disturbance. >> I'm saying drunk? How the hell y'all know I'm drunk? >> You can smell yourself. >> It don't matter what I smell like. It could be my cologne, dude. Don't mean I'm drunk. >> Yeah, you're pretty drunk. >> Man, dude, you're drunk. You seem like you're drunk as hell. >> Okay. Well, I'm not the one in cuffs, am I? >> The suspect kept saying he'd been arrested for no reason and said he was just about to leave when the officers jumped him. The officers tried to calm him down and explain things to him, but he just wasn't having it. >> I was literally walking off going turn by turn where y'all telling me to go at, man. How the hell y'all lock me up when y'all tell me to turn by turn, man? How the hell that's turn How the hell that's warning? Come on, man. That ain't warning when I'm telling when y'all telling me to turn by turn, man. Y'all know that's some [ __ ] >> You stop that? We going to get >> Wait, bro. I what? Spray me? >> Yeah. >> Do it. >> You punch, you break something. >> Do it. >> Damage to property. >> Spray me. Spray me. Do it. Come on, wise ass. Do it. >> Don't be a wise ass. You're still going >> Do it. Don't talk. Do it. Come on. Blow me a kiss, sweetheart. >> Very >> The feeling of being sorry for the situation didn't last long. Not that it mattered though, because the The the cuffs went on him, the man's fate was sealed. He was transported to jail and charged with disorderly intoxication. >> [music] >> On the 20th of June, 2025, the cops were called to the Orlando International Airport after allegedly an intoxicated passenger was causing a disturbance. Upon arrival, the suspect was pointed out to them and we were about to see once again that alcohol and airports don't mix very well. >> Hey, uh >> I need it. >> Hey. What can I do for you? >> I'm scratching right now. >> Hey, come here. Come here. Yeah, it's the suit. >> Yeah. >> You can explain the whole thing. >> This ticket. Okay, basically >> $100 for child. >> That's our reservation, so tomorrow at noon she has to go to ticket counter. >> Uh-huh. >> With that information, they print the boarding pass. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> That's what it is. >> Okay. You got it now? >> Okay. >> All right. >> Okay. What my ID and everything else? >> Yes. All right. >> Thank you. Hey, buddy. >> Hey, buddy. >> I'm watching. >> I know. >> I like this. >> Whatever. >> 4101 10428 1042. >> Somebody want to take me home? Cuz I don't have a car. >> You grab a cab or an Uber or what? >> Escorting the suspect started off pretty smoothly. For the first few minutes, she wasn't causing any issues and as a matter of fact, she seemed pretty content about things and seemed to be happy to have an entourage. However, as she progressed toward the exit, things slowly started to change. >> Look. I'm a exported. Yo, I'm a bad [ __ ] right? I got three [ __ ] >> Keep walking. You're doing great. You're doing great. Keep walking. No, you need to keep walking. Cuz if you don't >> I'm looking at >> You're going to jail. No, keep walk and dial. You can do it. Thank you. >> Oh, I'm going to jail? What does booking look like over here in Florida? Cuz booking in in um South Side Jamaica is clean. >> Mhm. >> They literally they give us they give us sheets that like literally have us >> Uh-huh. >> What does it look like over here in Florida? >> [ __ ] >> Suddenly, she slipped ahead of the officers and made a little detour to the women's restroom. The cops were cool about it and let her answer the call of nature and waited patiently outside. However, they noticed the woman was taking a little too long. >> Are you done in there? >> No, I'm taking a [ __ ] >> What's that? >> I'm taking a [ __ ] >> Uh I would go to another one but >> Well, she seems like she's coming. >> Okay. I I would use another one. Yeah. Sorry. Are you done drying? >> No, I'm reporting you. >> Okay, great. Well, let's go. We got to go. >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> This way. You're going to go to jail. >> Why? >> conduct. Let's go. >> What? >> What? Let's go. >> do anything wrong. >> Keep moving. >> After her toilet break, the cops reminded her again that if she didn't comply, she'd be taken to jail. So, at that point, she agreed to leave even though in her mind she'd done nothing wrong. She made a few more little detours and the cops are getting tired of it. >> You're almost there. Keep moving. >> Shut up. My lift >> Don't tell me to shut up. Get on the escalator. Let's go. >> I have to see where my lift is. >> Get up on the escalator. >> I have to see where my lift is. >> Up into the right. >> How are you stupid ass [ __ ] >> Go. You're almost there. >> STOP. STOP. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO YOU. >> STOP RESISTING. >> OH NO. >> I GOT THE LEGS. >> You [ __ ] turd. Are you really I got my dog here. >> You feel good? Come on guys. You don't hit an officer. >> The cops ignored her insults, but the moment she swung on one of the cops and hit them, all bets were off. While one officer tried to handcuff her, the other one utilized a leg control position to immobilize her. Clearly, she didn't like it at all. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> You cannot do that. >> Roll to your side and we're going to help you up, okay? >> You cannot do that. That was not nice. >> Roll to your right side. >> You hit me first, you know. >> Here we go. You got to stand up. >> You hit me first. You have the camera on, right? You have the camera on, right? >> Yep. You got one more. You got one more. >> Oh, that's not nice. That was not nice. There's so many There's so many of them. >> Yeah, dude. >> There's so many criminals >> Come on. Let's go. Let's go. You're doing good. Keep walking. >> How are you [ __ ] stop? >> Keep going. >> I didn't do anything to you. You hit me first. >> No, ma'am. You did. >> By that point, she was acting so weird that it was hard to determine if she was actually objecting or just teasing the cops. At times, she was being whiny and seemed close to tears, but then she'd flash a little smirk. Whichever it was, she didn't miss an opportunity to complain about police treatment. >> Why do you bend me out? >> Stop. >> I'm not even resisting anything. What the [ __ ] is wrong with you? Why are you so Do you hate women? Do you hate women? >> People when you drive away. >> Do you guys hate women? I didn't even do anything wrong. Ow, I just want to put my hands down. >> Keep walking. You want to change it? >> Ow. >> Keep walking. >> Ow. What the [ __ ] is wrong with you? What the [ __ ] is wrong with you? You're white It's a federal offense. You know what? I'm just going to bend my hands. Go ahead, bend it. Break it. Go ahead, break it. Stupid ass. Break it. Break it so I can sue you because I didn't do anything wrong. >> By the time the suspect was taken outside, she was definitely close to tears. After realizing that wasn't working, she began to threaten the cops with lawsuits. It's a very common tactic, even though it never really works. >> I will sue you. I'm going to sue you. I have money and I'm going to sue you. You don't even know what the [ __ ] >> You're right. >> Right? Right? Right? Oh, you don't know how much money I have. Yeah. Go ahead. What's your name? >> You'll be in the report. >> What's your name? >> Keep moving. We're almost there. >> I'll get you on the police report. I'm to sue you. I'm going to sue the [ __ ] I didn't do anything. I didn't do anything wrong. >> You need to right here. >> I'm going to >> Right here. Right up against the car. Put your right here. >> Can you let my arms go? >> You got to fight? >> No, I didn't. I didn't fight from the >> Dude, just please stop. >> I didn't I didn't fight you. >> stop, we'll just cut the bag. >> The female officer who came to search the suspect knew exactly what to say to get her to cooperate, and she threatened the woman with destroying her bag. From that moment on, she didn't resist anymore. She just kept repeating that she'd done nothing wrong. >> Do you have anything on you that I can stick me, poke me, hurt me? >> No, man. >> Do you have on a sports bra or anything or not? >> Uh-uh. >> Is there anything in your purse that shouldn't be in jail because you'll you'll get another charge as >> No, nothing. >> Okay. >> I was going to thank you. >> What did you say? I just said you can make sure that I don't get another charge, okay? >> Okay. >> All right. Are we putting her in? Good. Try to get in. Come on, seat. You got to put your left foot in there. Come here. All right. I'm going to put your seat belt on. You just want to bite off your I don't know. >> Yeah, no. I feel dizzy and I want to throw up and my head >> Okay. >> And I have a knot in my head. If you could feel it, can you feel the knot in my head, please? >> You're not going to fight with this, right? >> I didn't fight from the beginning. >> No, you did. Slide your feet out. >> Can you not touch me? I don't want you to touch me. >> You can step out. >> You can touch me. >> After complaining about her back hurting, she was taken to the hospital. After getting medically cleared, she was taken to the Orange County Jail, where they booked the woman, and she was charged with disorderly conduct and battery on law enforcement. Sometimes, all it takes is one bad decision to turn a minor inconvenience into a trip to jail. On the 19th of November, 2025, airport officers were called to the ground transportation center after a driver there refused to move her vehicle. The cops were warned that she was irate and confrontational and the moment she opened her mouth, they realized why. >> Hey, how you doing, MA'AM? >> I DIDN'T WANT to tell you. >> [crying] >> Okay, THERE'S NO NEED TO YELL. I JUST ASKED YOU HOW YOU WERE DOING. I WASN'T YELLING at you. >> OKAY, THANK YOU. >> OKAY, WELL, you can't park here, MA'AM. >> OKAY, FINE. SEE YOU LATER. >> YOU CAN LEAVE WHENEVER YOU WANT. GOODBYE. >> CONTROL 12, SHE'S SHE'S LEAVING ON SITE HIGH SPEED. Control she's very irate. Control 13, I have her blocked in. >> Get out of the vehicle. Ma'am, step out OF THE VEHICLE. OUT OF THE VEHICLE. >> She reluctantly agreed to step out of her car. She appeared to be perfectly calm and even enjoying herself. She obviously thought she'd done nothing wrong and therefore there was nothing bad that could come of it, but she was sorely mistaken. >> Put your hands up where I can see them. Turn around facing the vehicle. Hands up where I can see them. Okay, come over here away from the vehicle. Turn around, hands up against the vehicle. Hands up, put your hands on top of the vehicle. Put your hands up on top of the vehicle, ma'am. On top of the vehicle. >> They're arresting me for something. I don't know what and they haven't told me anything. So, just hold on, okay? >> All right, ma'am. Come stand back over here. >> I can't >> Just step back there. >> Why are you touching me? Why would I Why are you Why are you Why are you arresting me? >> Ma'am, you just tried to run from us. That's evading. All right. >> I'm standing here. I haven't done anything. >> So, when you slammed on your brakes over there, do you think that was nothing? >> Yes. >> When you took off and swerved >> Yes, it was nothing. >> That was nothing to you? Okay. >> The suspect here was surprised she was getting arrested, so the cops explained to the woman she'd be charged with evading and reckless driving. Even then, the woman's attitude didn't change, and she went on being confrontational and was blaming everything on the cops. To make matters worse, she was getting very vocal about it. >> Look, ma'am. Could have been all simple. >> It was simple. >> You started screaming at me when I wasn't screaming at you. I wasn't screaming at I was not. >> Yes, you were. Yes, you were. >> You should not be screaming at I was not. I was trying to be really nice. >> You were screaming at me. >> I was not. I was trying to be really nice. I'm a I'm the coolest officer here. Trust me, you can ask this guy. >> This is hurting my wrist, so please I don't know why you're hurting me and enforcing me and doing bad things to me for no reason when I'm a law-abiding citizen. >> What went What went on, ma'am? So, >> Listen, you're hurting my wrist. >> Ma'am, I can put my finger literally right through my hair. Put my Twitter AND MY INSTAGRAM >> YOU'RE HURTING MY WRIST. >> Put on my Twitter and my Instagram. >> While she was already secured in handcuffs, this ordeal was far from being over. She was about to test the officers' patience as well as their eardrums. And at this point, the volume of the woman's screaming had yet to reach its max. >> We're going to sit you back here until you can >> No, I'm not GETTING IN THIS CAR. PLEASE, WHY ARE YOU >> MA'AM. >> [screaming] [screaming] [screaming] [screaming] [screaming] >> WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME? Why are you doing THIS TO ME? WHY are you doing this to me? WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS >> Just as the cop closed the door to shut the noise off, his supervisor arrived. He'd already heard enough, and after being briefed on things, he instructed the officers to take her to another area to conduct their search. >> Why am I being searched? >> We're going back to our station. >> Why? >> For everything you just did. >> Huh? >> Everything you just did. >> For all who? >> Ma'am, we're going to take you to the station for processing, okay? >> Processing what? What are you talking about? Processing what? >> You're going to go to jail tonight. >> Why? WHY AM I GOING TO JAIL? >> For being reckless. >> So, you don't write tickets anymore? >> Well, you were going to get one if you were just behaving and wouldn't be yelling and take off like that. >> Because you were arresting me for nothing. >> You don't think that how you were driving was was reckless? >> No. >> Okay. >> I got my ticket number. For what? You said I was what? Well, um there is someone who is waiting for me at the airport, so are you guys going to call them or what's going to happen? Because they need someone to get home. They need somebody that uh lives in that area. know. >> She kept denying any wrongdoing and seemed to be hoping that she could go home with just a ticket. Simultaneously, a team was getting ready to give her a very warm welcome at the police station. >> I don't know if she's a veteran, but she had DV plates. >> Is it a veteran? >> hearing, so she might >> Okay. >> I don't know the whole story behind that. I saw her plates and DV plates, so she might Something might have been going on. It's just the way she pulled out of there. Okay. Yeah, so. >> Ma'am, what's your name? If you don't mind, I'm going to have you step out of the vehicle and I'm going to search you real quick, okay? You with that? >> Okay. >> I'm going to unbuckle you here. And I'll just have you step out and go to the front of the car with me. >> What hurts? THESE HANDCUFFS are hurting me. >> Okay. We'll We'll take a look at them. We'll take a look at THEM, MA'AM. >> CUZ THEY'RE HURTING ME. >> Because she kept on complaining about her handcuffs hurting her, the female officer decided to check them. Naturally, the suspect here kept protesting the entire thing and was doing it at top volume. >> We're going to check your cuffs. JUST GOING TO LOOSEN THEM UP A LITTLE BIT. WE'RE GOING TO LOOSEN YOUR CUFFS up a little bit, okay? >> Why are y'all hurting me? Why are y'all doing this to me? Why are you torturing me? >> [screaming] >> All right. I'm going to pat you okay? >> Why are you Oh dear lord, help me right now. >> We'll look in the car. >> Can you tell me what's going on? >> They arrested me for nothing. >> Okay. Okay. >> They said I pulled out suspiciously or something. >> Okay. Okay. So, what was what was going on before the officer before the officer got there? What was going on? >> I'm just sitting and waiting for my friend. >> Okay. Are you a Uber or Lyft driver? >> No. >> Okay. Well, is that That that is the Uber and Lyft pick up area. Um so, I was just wondering what you were doing down there. >> Well, she had just landed, so I was getting ready to go. >> The woman kept saying she was just trying to pick her friend up, but the officer informed her that the area she was waiting in was only for drivers of Uber and Lyft. That's why she was asked to leave in the first place. What the cops explained to the woman seemed easy to understand, but the woman still had a feeling that she'd been wronged. >> Is this is this comfortable being treated like this and and arrested for craziness for for nothing? I mean, I know you're going to call it reckless driving and that's what y'all got to do because y'all do things like that on purpose. I mean, y'all have to save your own butts. I don't get it. I get it. I I I've worked for the government, too. I know how you guys feel like this works, but I didn't ever treat people bad. I didn't treat people like they were >> Um whatever whatever y'all are doing. So, I I domestic terrorism or something like that. >> I'm not going to keep talking because I know this is all being recorded and probably going to be used against me in some kind of way. >> I'm not asking you any further questions. I just want to make sure that you're taken care of right now. So, if you're okay with keeping your hearing aid out and your glasses off, I'm going to seatbelt you back in and the officer is going to work on some paperwork and then we'll get you transported. >> Despite objections, she was taken to the jailhouse and was booked. They charged the woman with reckless driving, disorderly conduct, and resisting being searched. On the 4th of June, 2025, the cops were called to Fort Lauderdale International Airport after a disturbance broke out. They didn't know the exact location or the nature of the incident, but the moment they headed towards American Airlines, it wasn't hard to figure out where they were supposed to be going. >> 10-4. >> I'm going to 10-4 10-4 3. >> Hey guys. Have a seat. >> Sorry. >> Good evening. >> No, but that's my girlfriend. We're okay, bro. >> Young man. >> Yes. >> Talk to me. >> We just having A BAD DISAGREEMENT. >> ALL RIGHT. Y'all have been having a bad day. >> A bad day. >> Y'all almost didn't even make it out of here. So, what's the problem now? >> to make it out of here right now. I'm good. You can ask her she's okay and everything. >> Come on, young lady. Let's go TAKE A WALK. 31. THE INITIAL REPORT SAID A woman had been assaulted and when the officers approached her, she was still too upset to talk. According to her boyfriend, it was just a simple disagreement. Something was definitely going on here and the cops had to get to the bottom of it, so they separated the two and began to investigate. >> Are you here with him? Pick another seat. >> Yeah, yeah. Right. >> Are you getting close? >> Baby, you okay, baby? You all right? Everything all right, baby? >> Are you going to stop crying? Let's talk to me. What's going on, man? >> We just having a bad day. I mean fight going on. It's going our way, bro. That's all. the main >> Whatever it is, it's verbal, so you can still talk to me. There's no one saw or heard anything, right? What's her name? >> Her name is Gia. She's good. >> Hey, you can talk to her. >> Hey, you don't need to stop talking. >> What about her being pregnant? >> Hey, do me a Listen to me. >> Hey, what about her being pregnant? You can stop. >> Do me a favor. Stand over there with him, okay? You can leave it right there, man. >> This is my passenger. She's pregnant. She's pregnant. >> The officer talking to the girl repeatedly asked her if she needed medical support or police assistance, but the woman kept on wailing, not responding to anything. Eventually, another officer stepped in and tried to calm the woman down and get her to open up. >> Listen, stop crying. I'm just coming to talk real quick. Okay? I'll help you out if I can. I'm not going to be mean to you. I'm not going to be a jerk, but you got to tell me what's up. I Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Wait, honey, I can't I can't I can't understand you if you're crying. So, chill for a minute, and then you kind of give me an idea. Where are you guys going? Were you traveling together? >> I'm going to Buffalo. Yeah, he asked my police to come and help. >> Are you guys married? >> No. >> Just boyfriend and girlfriend? >> Why were you here again, though? >> No, we just So >> I'm talking to him. >> Yeah, I guess he was >> Yeah, well, that's the >> Oh, please. He called the police on me. We here because he had a disagreement. That's it. You feel me? And then we was talking, we kept having an argument. That's it. This is the only argument that we I don't know what happened. We didn't We didn't do the argument. It's over. We was sitting there chilling, talking. >> Have you done anything to her? >> You feel me? But these people keep calling us telling that my girlfriend is cheating on me. You get what I'm saying? And she telling me that she not, whatever. And I'm believing her. I just want to get home. >> The man finally explained to the officers how the argument had started. Allegedly, he got a message that his girlfriend was cheating on him, and while the woman denied it, an argument ensued. The only question was, was the argument only verbal, or did something physical happen as well? >> Were you fighting before you came to the airport or did it start here? >> It started here. >> Why? >> First of all, we got kicked off the first plane. >> Why? >> Because of the altercation, the girl got She heard him say something. And then that altercation happened. >> like the employee? >> Yeah, the employee. >> Okay. >> So then she He got us kicked off the plane. >> Okay. >> And then so I went with him cuz obviously he bought bought me a ticket to go to Florida. >> Right. >> um He came back here and then he tried to scream and then we came here and he got a text message from somebody that said I was doing something and he wanted to believe it and hit me and just took my phone. >> So he wanted to believe some stupid >> Yeah, something on his phone. >> Yeah, that you were doing something wrong but you weren't. >> I'm so sorry. I'm the manager of the airport. >> Does he have your boarding pass or something? >> He has. >> He has it. You have Okay. So So then he started accusing you of whatever nonsense that it wasn't true. >> Yeah. >> The girlfriend explained that they live together in Buffalo and they were about to go home. While she'd been calm and cooperative, she suddenly got irate again. At that point, the cop tried to give the woman some friendly advice. >> Here's the thing. If you guys if Forget what he's doing right now. You have to remain calm and be chill or they're not going to let you fly. So like don't yell over there. Don't like get like what it like All right? Just listen to him work. >> 10-4. >> Listen to him. >> So This is where we're at. You and him have a ticket to leave. This is your passport, correct? >> Yes, we are. Thank you. >> We've been trying to get out of here all day, right? Any more interaction with us, they're going to cancel all of your tickets and then you're going to have to go to Miami. >> That's what was telling her. >> This is the last place you can actually fly out of. Do you understand what I'm saying? >> Since the alleged assault happened earlier in a different location, and it didn't seem serious, the cops decided to look past it and give the couple a second chance at getting home. All they had to do was remain calm and follow the instructions to board the plane. Unfortunately, it was more difficult than it sounded. >> Same. >> We're going to give you a chance to get on your plane but no more dramatics. No more dramatics. >> Nobody was being dramatic. >> Dramatic. I'm not accusing. >> Hit in the face. You're not ACTING DRAMATIC. I'M TIRED OF LETTING THIS little guy embarrassing us throughout the whole airport. >> You were talking to me a second ago. That's not the way you were talking to me. >> Yeah, because he came in here. >> I'm going to walk away. >> Well, stop him. >> I'm going to walk away. >> All right. So, so let me ask you a question. I'm about to deny her boarding, but what about that gentleman? >> See, one of them got to get out of here. >> Okay. >> They've been going from gate to gate to gate and probably airport to airport. Whatever they had issue, wherever they were at, but they're still together. So, we need to separate them. They had an issue somewhere off here. But she's making accusations now about something that happened somewhere else. And I don't have time for that. We don't need any drama here. >> The officer thought that separating the couple was the best course of action and asked the manager if he could let the man leave first and rebook his girlfriend for later. But as far as the boyfriend went, he was hoping for a different ending. >> So, nope. Nope. I'm making that decision right now. You're not leaving with him. >> Okay. >> Whatever happened Whatever happened >> Yes. >> it's still here. >> Okay. Now, >> Cuz y'all brought it here. >> Right. >> All right. So, right now, you're going to walk out with this gentleman. We're going to rebook you. There's no more questions. There's no more There's no more No. Let's go. >> Can I get on this flight? >> No. >> Should we get on the next one? >> No. >> I will be willing to get on the next one. >> I already told you. Move. I'm a I'm a patient Stop talking to him, man. >> Just walk. All right. Keep walking. >> Sorry. Sorry. >> Okay. Put your hands behind your back. >> I'm not even doing that. >> Hey. Hey. Hey. Hey. Relax. Relax. >> I'm not even playing, bro. Woo. I'm pissed off, bro. Jeez, officer. Can you take me to my gate, man? >> You're under arrest. >> Please, can you take me to my gate, bro? >> The one thing the officer asked for was no more drama, but that's exactly what he was given by this toxic couple. The girlfriend kept wailing, and the boyfriend decided that the best possible move here was to drop to the ground and pretend to pass out. He thought it was a game, but he was sorely mistaken. >> Please, I did was fall, bro. I'm pissed off, bro. I'm I'm not even talking, bro. I'm really just mad as hell. Y'all don't understand what I went through today. I got a whole fruit roll to go to at 5:00, and y'all not understanding this. >> Baby, say something. >> Man, I'mma stay here. >> Can I get the Is there money at least or the or is there my charger? >> He's not going to give it up, and I can't take it from him. >> The charger in the in his pocket. My phone's going to die. >> I I know, but I >> I have a stop somewhere in those My I phone's going >> I will see if I can get it. Please Please come back and sit down. >> And he just got arrested. >> Hey, he's got a bunch of money. Can someone grab this? >> Yeah, he's got a bunch >> Can you please not arrest >> Yeah, I'm arrested. Can I go to the bathroom? >> No. Bring your knees up to your chest. Two. Three. >> Can you walk me to the gate, bro? Can you take me to the gate like this, bro? That's crazy. Yeah, that's crazy, dude. That's crazy. I'mma calm down, Mr. Officer. Can you take me to my gate, please, guys? >> You're under arrest. Going to jail. >> After everything that had happened, the manager of the airport decided not to let the girlfriend board the plane, either. The The thing the officer wanted was to have to deal with more crying, but unfortunately, the manager had to break the bad news to the girlfriend. >> Ma'am, ma'am, he needs your boarding pass again. >> He's right. I'm sorry. I hope they don't take me off the flight cuz I have no money, no car, no >> Ma'am, I'm going to give you a refund, okay? So, you're going to have to book a flight >> No, sir. I I sir, I don't have no money. I sir, I REALLY DON'T. >> HE'S He's leaving. He's holding her. So, she's by herself now. I don't think there's anything to worry about with her at this point. She's by herself. But, come talk to her. We'll do it, you know, together and make sure. >> Sorry. Give me your first name, please. I I get it. I I get it. Give me your name. >> The last thing I want to have is a fine of 30,000 cuz that's going to create a lot of problems for our 150, 70 passengers, all right? So, I'm going to let you go I'm going to let you go on board. I'm going to let you fly. Please, just keep it quiet, okay? >> Listen, I'm going to tell you this right now. I cannot be any more serious. If you guys get up in the air and one of those flight attendants says something and you say something back and it turns into an argument, they're going to land that plane the closest airport to wherever they're at and they're going to take you to jail. >> After several very stern warnings, they allowed the girl to board the plane. As for the boyfriend, he wasn't so lucky and he was taken to jail and charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing. Not every airport disturbance involves a drunken passenger or a public lovers quarrel. Sometimes, it's just a weird combination of a very big ego and a trivial issue like renting a car. On the 28th of May, 2024, in the car rental area of the Atlanta International Airport, the cops are called out when a man's dissatisfaction was causing an issue. >> What is going on? >> First, he threw the credit card. >> It was fine. So, I said, "I can pay something." All right. Right. Right. Right. Okay. So, you still going to rent him a car? >> No. >> Sir. >> For what? >> They're not renting you a car, you can leave. >> I've already prepaid. >> It's cancelled. >> No, it's not. It's cancelled. No, it's not. >> It's cancelled. >> It's cancelled. I've already prepaid. >> You're approved. >> He says he's not going to move till he sees a supervisor. >> Oh, you gave him a printout? >> It's already emailed to him. There's no printout. >> Right. He's even He's emailed you the receipt. >> Huh? >> He's already emailed you the receipt. >> I want to see the one supervisor. >> He He just told you one of the supervisors is here. Supervisor will be here at 8:00 in the morning. >> I want to talk to somebody on shift that I can talk to about this. >> Just these two guys right here. That's it. That's it. >> The man refused to move, saying that he needed paperwork. He was demanding that the rental car salesman produce some kind of proof that his rental had been cancelled. The cop here waited patiently for backup and then decided to move in. >> He needs his release paperwork. >> I'm moving the rental car. >> No. No. >> You want to see the receipt? >> I want to void it. I voided the contract now. I cannot void it again. This is stopped. >> Right. >> If he calls the 800 number, he can get all of that. >> Okay. You hear that, sir? He said he called the 1-800 number and he >> He's got to go and print something up for him to cancel >> He He just told you >> He said he I've not received anything in email. >> He's barely checked. >> He just said he can't, man. >> I don't I'm not taking his word for it. >> Okay, well. You can sit there all night. >> It's open, right? >> They're not going >> Sir, go to the next counter. Go to the next counter. I'm going >> right down. >> My man. >> I am not breaking I'm not breaking any laws. I'm a paying customer. >> You're keep- You're keeping him from doing his job. That's what you're doing. >> I'm not doing anything. >> You're keeping him from doing his job. >> I'm not doing anything. He didn't do his job to begin with. He walked away. >> But you have to take your complaint up with corporate office. >> It's one thing to get angry and make a mistake, but if you double down on it when the cops show up and tell you to leave, that's a whole different kind of entitlement. You see, in this guy's mind, everything he was doing was perfectly reasonable. >> I don't know what this gentleman's name is. I don't have any proof that he canceled. I don't have any justification for why he canceled. I don't have anything. I prepaid. I came with two questions. Why is the preferred booth empty? And why do I have to always at this location present my driver's license every time I rent? >> Okay, well, that's their procedure, so >> Those were my two questions. >> Those That's their procedure. >> Are those Are those unrealistic Are those unrealistic questions? >> But if you're unhappy, why you keep coming back? >> I stopped in to ask him two questions and to pick up my car. Because this was the final straw. >> All right, you're going to have to get with corporate office to get What do you need? What's your first >> in front of me. >> What's your first name, sir? Okay, Mohammed is his first name. You don't need his last name. >> I need I need all kinds of ID. Not just a contract ID, just contact information. This is a civil matter. You guys don't have any any any involvement whatsoever. >> First he tried to teach the rental car manager how to do his job, then he was trying to teach the cops how to do theirs. At that point, the manager, Mohammed, had had enough and decided to tell the cops a little bit more about what had happened. >> I haven't done anything, sir. >> Okay, you come across the counter right here. >> come across >> I grabbed my driver's license that fell on the floor and he was over there doing God knows what. Why are you having a Bro, I Why are you having >> Let me finish talking about my car. >> Why are you acting a fool over somebody else's car? This is a car. >> I need to get to my destination. >> The cop was desperately trying to break through to the man and let him know how dumb this whole thing was and that he was at risk of going to jail over nothing. But the man was way too stubborn to accept any of it and he wasn't about to leave till they met his demands. >> So, if you're not getting the satisfaction that you need, you go to a different company. >> Here's the medicine you need. >> Sir, if you go to a different company, maybe they'll give you better service. [music] And if they don't give you better service, you go to another one. If they don't give you another better service, you go to another You don't sit here and act a fool. >> This This is all >> Sir, you don't sit here and act a fool, sir. >> There's been no loss broken. >> Sir, you do not sit here and act a fool. You're not going to get a car and >> so let's let's just make sure we get this >> No. No. No. Listen to me. Listen to me. >> Listen to me. >> I'm giving you the option to try to find another rental company that'll give you better service. >> So, let's just make sure this is straight. >> I'm trying to get you a rental car company. >> You're telling me >> I'm trying to get you to go to a different rental car service so that you can get the service that you need. I've been listening to you. >> talking while I'm talking. >> I've been listening to you. You're still talking while I'm talking. Listen to me for a >> You're still I'm not finished talking, sir. >> I don't care. >> Entitled people are used to having their way or no way at all. No amount of reasoning was going to change the man's mind and naturally the officer's patience was running thin. It was a matter of when and not if. >> What you're doing right now is under color of law you're trying to curb my First Amendment rights. >> No, I'm not trying to curb your rights. >> You are very much doing that by talking over me. >> I'm trying to keep you from acting the fool out here in this desk. Is that rolling? >> Oh my god. You just You just don't want to act You just don't want to act right. Go ahead. Go ahead. Give me your arm then. Give me Give me your arm. >> To the man's credit, at least he was smart enough not to resist. Sadly though, he wasn't smart enough to know when to walk away. By that point, it was way too late and if he wanted to contest the matter, he'd have to do it in court. >> What is the idea of this? >> Don't Don't search my pockets. >> I got to get your ID, sir. Right now you're under arrest, so >> I do not consent to search. I do not consent to search this bag. >> Right now you're under arrest. >> This is not a search and seizure. >> The ID department put charges on you. That's what >> For what? >> Disorderly conduct. >> Disorderly conduct? >> Yes, sir. >> I'm not going anywhere. >> [snorts] >> It was like the man expected to get arrested and he didn't object. He was taken to jail and charged with disorderly conduct. The funny thing is a lot of these bullies got so close to walking free, but they were quick to let the opportunity pass.
