Looks to me. >> When was THAT LAST THING THAT YOU EDUCATED yourself on me? >> Reliable. >> I didn't call you. >> Stop right now. Get on the ground. >> GET ON THE GROUND. >> NO, WE AIN'T DO NOTHING. >> SO, we got a call uh about you in your car probably touching yourself a little bit. During their busy shifts, the cops deal with every kind of criminal. But there's a special breed of offenders out there, and they have a talent for getting themselves into humiliating situations. And when the cops catch them off guard, it leads to some of the most embarrassing public arrest you'll ever witness. >> I was just showing my name. On September 7th, 2024 in Valuchia County, the sheriff's office got a call from a local beach. [snorts] Reportedly, an intoxicated woman was involved in a heated argument with employees at a beach rental station. When the officers got there, they found the suspect, 21-year-old Payton, in a very unstable state. Sir issue is I was sitting here enjoying life asking women about what they believe about counter culture and not big counter culture >> and this came on to me with like four me >> okay >> and saying that I shouldn't be on this beach and I was like what are you talking about I'm just sitting here talking to people like >> do you need something specifically from him >> no >> so >> I tried to move away from him he keep talking me talk to him >> I don't want to touch him touching You touched me. Why don't you move? >> Talk down. Why are you still looking at me? Talk them. >> Stoping touching me. >> STOP TALKING TO HIM. >> I DON'T CARE. >> You don't act this aggressively cuz I'm black, right? Talk them. Talk. >> I'm darker than you. >> Payton was already in a full-scale tantrum. Her friends were nearby and clearly they weren't comfortable with her behavior and they kept their distance. Moments later, the suspect completely lost control and the officer was forced to act very decisively. >> Call them. >> What do you need? >> Call your police. What are you doing? >> Call the police. Why are you here? Stop touching me. >> So calm. >> Stoping touching me. That's the lasting time. >> I'm gonna tell you to stop touching me. >> Stop. >> Off of you. Nothing. >> Off of you. Call me. What are you? >> Come on. >> Y >> walk. >> Walk. >> Yeah. >> How many times does someone have to tell you to stop touching them before you learn your [ __ ] LIFE? >> BEFORE YOU TOUCH ME. You like this. I should let you me before I let you touch me. You hear that, y'all? You want to [ __ ] me before he touch me. Why? Mike, you want to you before you touch me, right? >> Oh my god. >> You want to before you touch me, right? >> Because another here stands them out. >> Arrested for what? >> For battery on law enforcement. How many times does a mer got to tell you to stop touching them? >> Sir, Harwood, what am I getting arrested for? >> Come on. Come on. Give it to me. What am I getting ARRESTED FOR, HARWOOD? HARDWOOD, WHAT AM I GETTING ARRESTED FOR, TWIN? Who's talking to me? For what? FOR WHAT? >> FOR WHAT? >> Payton wasn't herself. And obviously, the intoxication had clouded her mind and made her act in an extremely erratic and annoying way. Somehow though, the cops didn't lose their patience even as they were struggling to get her in the [music] squad car. >> Get in the car. >> For what? >> Wig your foot. >> For what? For what? >> Get in the car. >> For what? >> I'm so intoxicated. Y'all can't car. >> For what? >> FOR WHAT? FOR WHAT? [screaming] WHAT? BABY, I DON'T WANT TO COME. >> REALLY? THAT'S HOW YOU FEEL? I'LL [screaming] CALL THEING POLICE IF WE'RE LATE department and you won't feel that's how you feel. Like we said, the officer struggled while getting her in the car. He then tried to speak with her friends, but they'd already walked away, embarrassed by her behavior. The deputy then talked to an employee from the beach rental station who explained what led up to Peyton's outburst. >> So, she was hurt walking off the beach. I think that's their stuff over there as well. And I saw out of the corner of my eye that she had basically dropped herself in the sand. >> Okay. >> And I think the friends were [snorts] pleading with her to, you know, keep walking with them. Well, the friends eventually walked away >> and she was still sitting here behind me. So I could see her out of the corner of my eyes still for about maybe 5 minutes and then she began to crawl underneath our setup right here >> to grab my drill. >> Okay. >> I'm assuming. I'm not entirely sure. And then that's when I ended up asking her, "Do you need anything or or do you need help?" Because I was very shocked when she did that. She kind of like just crawled up on me. >> Right. So after a little bit of going back and forth, I asked her to leave politely and that's when our friends began walking up and then she went to grab our drill >> that we used to put on the ground. Yes. >> And then when that hurt, I tried to take the drill back from her. >> She was completely uncooperative with the officers, refusing to identify herself and arguing. When the squad car pulled off, she had another meltdown in the back seat. >> Why you talking to your radiator? I don't give a [ __ ] >> Huh? [laughter] >> You ain't getting no. Do you have a daughter? Yes or no? You got a niece? You got a cousin? Yes or no? You Yes or no? Yes or no? [screaming] SO WHAT? I DON'T you so I don't got TO GO TO JAIL. I SHOULD RIDE YOUR DICK. I can't breathe. Please don't go to jail. I just can't breathe. I'm throwing up in my mouth. M. It don't matter. It don't matter. I'm throwing up in my mouth. Lock me up afterwards. I'm trying to tell you. Lock me up afterwards. I'm trying to tell you. Let me throw up. Let me THROW UP. PLEASE LOCK ME UP. I DON'T WANT TO DIE. I DON'T WANT TO DIE. [laughter] >> THE DEPUTY tried to calm her down and she did seem to settle down for a moment, but it didn't last long. And soon after, the cops were unpleasantly surprised when they realized what she was doing in the squad car. >> Need your help. She's puking in my truck. No, I think she's puking. >> The same [ __ ] I don't understand. I'm telling you over and over again. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I had a panic attack and if your daughter was here, you would kill her. You would tell her that she would not you that you >> want you want to tie her down or not yet. >> We can try. You want to throw a hobble on her? >> The hobble might have been necessary as she was completely out of control. And sadly, that wasn't all. When the officers opened the door, her condition looked even more concerning, almost alarming. >> What's [laughter] your first? >> All right, listen. Well, you need to relax. Okay, stop yelling and [laughter] you can breathe. Okay. >> All right, relax. Relax. Okay. >> Okay, you need to stop yelling and you'll breathe. Why can't you breathe? >> I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY. >> Cuz you're under arrest. THAT'S >> I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY. [laughter] >> I was just chilling with my friend. What are you doing? >> 11. [laughter] >> Sit up. [laughter] Relax. Shut up. You got to throw up. You got to throw up. >> The cops gave her a chance to relieve herself. Most likely they were hoping that would calm her down, but the level of intoxication in her system was no joke. Even lying on the ground, she continued her nonsense rambling. >> You don't even know you're following orders FROM A MAN YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW THAT WILLING YOUR DAUGHTER. What are you talking about? WHAT DID I DO TO HIM? I touched him because he pushed me. I'm a [ __ ] criminal. I DESERVE TO DIE. THE SAME WAY YOUR DAUGHTER IS BECAUSE I TOLD HIM NOT TO TOUCH ME. THE SAME WAY YOU TELL HIM NOT TO LET TOUCH ME. Is he better than a [ __ ] at it? THAT'S WHY I'M GETTING ARRESTED. Cuz my daddy ain't present. That's why. Cuz if you was my daddy, you be sitting here TELLING ME I SHOULDN'T BE arrested because I DIDN'T KNOW BETTER. BECAUSE I touched on me and I didn't know better. [ __ ] what are you doing? What are you doing? You have a daughter. You're doing this. THAT'S CRAZY. YOUR DAUGHTER'S GOING TO get assaulted and his daddy's going to lock him up. You don't even know that. >> You don't care. It's fake, right? It's not real. The [ __ ] sexually assault [ __ ] even if she raised up on her. >> What are you doing? Get the away FROM TRYING TO TALK TO YOU. >> YEAH. WELL, YOU BEING DISRESPECTFUL. >> HOW IS IT BEING DISRESPECTFUL? I WANT A MAN TO TALK TO ME BECAUSE THIS MAN ME [laughter and gasps] AND NOBODY CARES UNLESS he assault me and you don't give a [ __ ] unless I MOVE 2 IN off to your dick. >> Control your dick, [ __ ] Control your dick, dude. >> She continued pouring out a stream of incoherence and the cops tried to ignore it. [music] Shortly after, a paramedic arrived and as soon as she saw him, she launched into another aggressive rant. >> You have a daughter? Yes or no? I don't want to talk to you if you don't. You have a daughter? Yes or no? >> Yes or no? I don't >> I don't have any kids. >> Okay, so move on. I don't want to talk. >> Do you need help? >> No. Find somebody else. >> Find somebody else. >> Find somebody else that has >> I'm here to help you out. >> No. Find somebody else that has children, bro. >> Find somebody else because somebody CAN UNDERSTAND ME. I DIDN'T TOUCH HIM. I SWEAR TO GOD. >> I DON'T I DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING else that you touched or whatever. I just want to make sure you're all right. >> I want a mother. Move. I don't want to talk to you. I'll talk to someone else. You just me put me a haircut for hours and I CAN'T BREATHE [laughter] AND I DIDN'T DO NOTHING. >> You can't breathe. >> Can I help you? >> Please. I can't breathe. >> Can I help you? >> I didn't do nothing to them. >> Can I help you? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> You okay? >> You put me I didn't do nothing to them. >> I'm going to give you some oxygen. Okay. >> I keep telling them it's okay. They can put me in a cuff. I keep telling them it's okay. >> I'm going to put oxygen on you. All right. >> Cough. They can put me >> I don't know what they're doing. I'm just here to help you to make sure you feel better. Come here. >> I just here. >> Spit it out. Not on my foot, preferably. >> At that point, she vomited on the paramedic. The woman's behavior was completely unacceptable, and the entire situation was outright embarrassing. At that point, the cops took full control of things and they finally used the hobble. >> Right. Yes or no? >> No. Just sit up. >> You don't have a daughter? >> No, I don't have a daughter here. You want >> No, you don't. You have a daughter? >> No. >> Okay. No, that's why you do this job. >> That's why you do this job because it's so easy to do. The daughter will tell you why. >> Hey, listen. >> I don't want to bite you. I just want to breathe. >> Get up in the [laughter] car. Let me stand there. What is your car? You have to get in the car. You're in the car. Why? >> Why? Why? >> You get to jail. >> I just want to [ __ ] breathe. I can't breathe. Your daughter, you would help her, but because I'm darker skinned, you would help me. [ __ ] you, [ __ ] I hope I die. And your daughter bleeds the same blood I bleed. I hope she in the same way I do. I said, n I won'ting with you. I JUST WANT TO BREATHE AND YOU CAN'TING you can'ting ABSORB ME BECAUSE I'M LIGHTKINNED. You [ __ ] you. I'm just a daughter [laughter] that wants theing rips. >> You're going to crush my ass. >> Watch your foot. >> Don't crush my foot. >> I don't give a just >> your daughter. >> No, you're being difficult. >> I'm being difficult. HOW? HOW AM I BEING DIFFICULT? you know, he hadn't. >> They restrained the woman and she was taken to the EMS vehicle for a condition check. She was then taken to jail and charged with battery on law enforcement and resisting without violence. She negotiated a plea deal and they [music] reduced her charges to misdemeanor battery. [snorts] She paid fines in court cost of $775 and was given a year of probation. On May 15th, 2024, the cops responded to a call regarding a terminated employee. They were dispatched to the address and near the business in question. They encountered the fired worker, 41-year-old Germine, who wasn't in the best mood. >> You trying to pull the fire alarm? >> Yeah. What's going on? >> Don't be Don't be pulling the fire alarm. I don't like that. >> What's going on? >> What's the problem here? Why am I here? >> Check this out. >> I don't want to hold that. >> Do you want to hold this? >> No, I don't. >> Why? Because it's not my stuff. >> It's not your stuff. >> No. >> Are you trying to be dope on me? >> I'm going to try to do what? >> You look so dope. Just be gone. >> You see how I hurt my finger? >> Okay. >> You got a bad background check. Yeah. >> Well, the background check doesn't say anything. >> I don't want it. >> Give your ID. >> Why you don't want it? >> Cuz I don't want to read it. Ma'am, can you give me your ID, please? Germaine showed off her bad mood and walked off. The officer followed her to her car and tried to identify her. Meanwhile, the woman's employer got there and gave his explanation to the police. >> Yeah, she's been here for, I think, a week working. No, we got an alert saying her background's not clear. Okay. >> So, we told her, I said, "Please call this number. Go do what you got to do. Fix it. You're not fired." And she went haywire on my HR lady upstairs. Okay. >> So, we all could you please just go fix this? So she kind of left but she tried to pull the the pull station on the way out but missed and then she tried breaking the sign over. She yanking on the sign so just go and she this was >> half an hour ago. Do you guys want to officially trespass? >> Germanine was clearly upset about losing her job. She blamed her employers for hiring her without properly checking her background. After calming down a bit, she talked to her boss. He tried to resolve the situation without a scene which wasn't easy at all. Are you going to leave? Cuz you're going to be trespassed if you don't. And I'm going to have to ask them to trespass. >> I want to work here. >> I know you do. I told you. Fix that. Call the number and fix it. >> Well, there's nothing wrong with this paper. >> There's something wrong because we got an alert saying there's something wrong. That came from the state. That didn't come from us. >> Hey, why don't you just call them? >> It doesn't came from the state. It says agency for health care, but it says medical Medicare participating provider not eligible. Means I'm not eligible for this. Um, this is what they've been checking my background for work. >> I work for these places. >> Well, that's why you if you call them, >> but there's no background since >> you should be. >> I'm not eligible to work in Florida. >> But if if you don't leave, >> let's go. >> Listen, he's trying to help you out. Okay. >> But I'm trying to help you. If you don't leave and go fix this and stay here, it's going to be worse. So >> just call them and fix them. There's probably a paperwork issue or something. Who knows? I mean, I don't I hate to make a big deal out of nothing. >> It's going to be worse on your record if you don't >> if you know if you >> Well, nobody knows anybody. Everybody's just stealing people's identity, but you guys could. But you can fix this at Hong. We can't do this. >> She kept refusing to leave the premises. Soon after, her boss took action and officially trespassed her. That completely pushed her over the edge and she very quickly lost all control. Who's the owner of this place? What did I do? I didn't do anything wrong. >> I am right. >> I need to take a picture of my car. I'm not leaving. >> I'm sorry. You guys cannot fool me. I'm sorry. It's not Hey, >> what do you think's going to happen when you throw that towards people? >> No, no, no. I'll try to throw it that way. >> There's no need. He He told you you're trespassed. So, you need to get your stuff and leave. >> What's stop? That's my car. >> Okay. So, then you need to get it and leave. I've had enough. >> Pick up the wire. Get in the car and get off the property. We're not pulling fire alarms. We're not playing games today. I will take you to jail for trespass after warning. >> Play games. I come to work. >> It's not a discussion. Have a great day. Thank you. >> You're not the boss. >> I am actually. >> I have to talk to your supervisor. You don't. >> Okay. What's >> You can talk to my supervisor in handcuffs or you can get in your car and leave. Pick it. >> The officer was already losing patience and as far as the suspect went, she was way more stubborn than expected. That being said, she still hadn't reached her limit. That happened moments later when she did something that was completely unexpected. >> Let me go show you guys something. >> No, there's no show. No, >> I'm just going to show you something. >> Okay. What is this? >> Listen, I'm giving you 5 seconds. If you don't, you're going to jail. >> Yep. I'm trying to teach you guys. What is this? This is a roof. >> Two on the go roof here. >> You got to leave. Three. You're not going to wear those uniform and try to treat that imbalance. I know my right. >> You're refusing to leave the goddamn state system. >> Hey, come down here so we can talk. Come here. >> People can't help you when you're acting like this. Come down here and talk. >> I'm not trying. No, I'm a grown woman, dear. >> You're not acting like a grown woman. You're on top of a car. >> You guys are crazy. I'm not here for love. >> THEY TOOK OVER MY ART. THAT'S WHY I'M HERE for work. I KNOW HOW TO PLAY THIS CASE. >> Silly for All right. Can you going to come down or are we going to >> Yeah. >> hang out up there the entire time? >> Let's hang out. That's not Let's see. >> All right. >> Human helping people. >> All right. We'll come down then. >> Get down. >> You guys cannot see our You guys are playing what? What? One, two, three. Third parties. >> You are making this works. You understand? >> The cops kept asking her to come down so they could talk. Sadly, she had no intention of doing it. She planned to call her mother up while standing on top of her car. Before that, she insisted the cops move away from her and gave a reason for it that was rather unexpected. >> Well, this is my car. I can't step on it. I just don't want to hear you guys. I don't want to get the virus from you guys. >> Well, why don't you just get in your car and leave? >> Are you calling your mom or are you taking pictures? You're the one standing on top of a car. >> Big teacher. >> Okay. Well, do you want to come down here so we can talk like adults? >> Yeah, let's do it. >> Okay. >> Why are you scratching your skin? >> I'm not. >> What's going on? >> I'm not risking anything. >> Have you taken any substances today? >> No. >> Okay, come down here. >> All right, come on down. Can you come down? >> The cops repeatedly asked the woman to get off of the car. She was being very unpredictable and the woman's next move was just as unexpected as the last. She finally stepped down which gave the cops a chance to gain control of things. You >> help? No, I can do it myself. >> Watch. Let me get you island warrior. >> All right. Now you're under. >> You're under arrest. >> Why? >> Because you failed to leave the property and you were trespassed. >> Ouch. That's crazy. >> We asked you to leave. You refused to leave. Instead, jumped on on top of your car. >> Ouch. Do you guys call EC? >> Stop resisting them. >> That one's locked. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. You're all tensed up. >> You're making this worse. >> All right. >> Okay. >> There we go. Listen, I don't know why you just can't leave. Now you're going to jail. >> Okay, I'm going. >> No, it's too late. You guys always say that after we handcuff people. >> Yeah. Um, you guys car over. >> I have to grab I'll lock it. >> Looks like you guys are such amazing movies here. >> I'm not trying to fight you guys. >> But you are, and I've had enough, so stop. Thank you. >> After getting both fired and arrested, clearly she wasn't having the best day. As the officer tried to get her a checkup with EMS, the woman's situation got even more embarrassing. >> What the You guys doing wrong, BRO? >> NO, YOU GUYS DON'T WANT TO. >> All right. >> You guys are You guys are not SUPPOSED TO DO THIS. [laughter] NO. NO. [snorts] YOU GUYS COME OUT. STOP DOING THAT. >> CONTINUE LIKE [screaming] FOR YOURSELF. >> STOP. STOP IT. >> YEAH, I KNOW. >> STOP IT. I'M NOT I'M BAD. >> You guys are making the wrong. >> If you stand still, they'll >> stop. You guys don't know. You guys have been playing my people. We're been They've been playing with me, too. I don't WANT TO GO THERE. >> CAN you put the belts ON OR NOT? >> I KNOW. I KNOW. MY RIGHT DEAR WAS DEAD. >> COPS ON HER. >> LET'S GO FOR THE COURT. >> PUT THE COURT HERE. >> I'M SO SORRY, BUT >> YOU GUYS ARE JUST WORKING FOR THE SET OF FLOORING. >> RELAX. >> HEY, can you stop? >> YOU GUYS DON'T JUDGE ME FOR WHO I AM. >> HEY, don't open this door. I DON'T DESERVE TO BE IN THERE. LISTEN, >> YOU GUYS GOT THE WRONG PERSON ON HERE. >> After refusing to get in the EMS vehicle, the cops decided to take her to jail in a squad car. Very professionally, the two female officers took on the difficult task of getting her inside. >> Enough screaming. Come on. >> No, PLEASE. >> STOP. I didn't do anything. YOU GUYS DON'T >> UNDERSTAND ME. I'M NOT THE ONE. YOU GUYS ARE [screaming] CRAZY. >> CAN YOU GET IN THE CAR OR NO? [laughter] >> YOU GUYS ARE PLAYING GAMES. STOP PLAYING GAME, TOO. [screaming] >> GET IN THE CAR. >> NO, you're playing games, too. No. >> What games? >> No. Stop it. Stop it. You're playing game, you guys. No. >> Come on. >> No. Please. >> Take a seat belt. >> Ouch. Get in the car. >> ON THE DIRECTION HERE. STOP. YOUR LEGS UNDER >> Can you put your leg in? >> Can you put your [laughter] leg in? >> You're making this way worse. >> You are. >> Stop. >> Stop crying. Put your foot in here. >> I'm [clears throat] crying. Another one, Bangs. Get it. >> Get that foot before she gets it back in the door. >> Got it. >> All [laughter] right. Ready? I'm backing out. >> She was eventually taken to jail and charged with trespass after warning and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence. She later pled no contest to the resisting charge. Her adjudication was withheld and she was ordered to pay $558.28 in court cost and fees. On July 27th, 2025 in Florida, the cops responded to a call at Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport in reference to Marcus Morris Senior. The NBA star was wanted on a warrant for more than $250,000 in unpaid casino debts. When the officers confronted him, the basketball player was getting ready to board a flight. >> We don't want to make a scene or anything. We just need to we're going to we're going to we're going to take you into custody. Okay. >> You had a warrant, >> but we we'll explain, but we don't want to do anything in front of the kids. Does it make sense? >> We're going to treat you with respect. >> Appreciate that. >> Walk this way. >> We We'll get it. You'll have an opportunity. >> I'm not going to listen. Okay. So, he's walking to my brother about we're treating him with respect. >> So, Marcus, Marcus, let's walk over here. >> I got you. >> We're going to treat you with respect. No, we got to do our job, right? >> I got that. So, we So, we don't want to have them see you like that. >> Does that make sense? >> So, >> we're going to we're going to bring you right around the corner over here. Somebody So, they don't see you going in handcuffs or anything. We still have to >> Yeah. So, I still got to confirm the warrant. Okay. >> The cops treated the man with respect, sparing Marcus from being handcuffed in front of his kids. However, he was wanted on a warrant and the officers had to do their jobs. Out of sight, they moved in to take action. >> Go ahead and just face the wall for me. >> Can we walk up a little further? >> Got one right here. We got to do We got to do it right here. >> Okay. I'm going put two cuffs on you hurting your shoulder. >> I'll get it. >> Yeah. >> I don't even know what they're wearing. >> We'll we'll be able to explain them more when we get it confirmed. >> I'm going to loosen these two. All right. Big big wrist, man. >> Just get them on. >> I ain't know no criminal [ __ ] >> No, no, we're not trying. >> We ain't trying to do that. >> Trust me. >> That's why we That's why we talk to you, right? >> Hey, you got another pair. I got shackle. >> All right. Brew, can you grab that the chair? >> Can you grab the chair over there? >> Start walking, bro. >> Unfortunately, based off our policy, we can't walk out. We have to actually have you sit down. Sit >> down. How am I going to get my arms back in? >> Um, hey. >> Hey, this going tight fit on my wrist. >> This one right here. He's rotating it so it'll it'll you'll be able to put your hands together. >> They placed Marcus in a wheelchair, so now he had to go through the embarrassment of being pushed through the airport by the cops. He was handcuffed already, but the cops then took another measure that pushed things way too far for the man. >> Hang on, hang on, hang on. One more. >> One more. What? >> Handcuff. >> Yep. >> Where? >> On the feet. >> Come on, bro. >> It's It's the new policy. That's why I'm explaining everything to you. Okay. >> You never said I had to put custom. >> All right. >> That's fine. >> Not fine, bro. >> While the officer was handing his things to his brother, something unexpected happened. One of the basketball stars kids approached, and the officers knew it wasn't good for the kids to witness their father's embarrassment. So, right now we're in the I'm I'm on the I'm on our warrant channel to confirm the warrant. Hey, buddy. >> Go back over. >> One bracelet. He's got three of them. Two. >> Oh, go back over there. >> So, if you want to use this, I just wanted to show on camera that I'm presenting to you that I'm not taking anything. I can put it. >> Yeah. If you want to put it back in there, that's great. >> So, that's the update that I have for you. >> You guys, you guys travel, do whatever you need to do. I know. I'm assuming this is like a family vacation. This is what it looks like. >> Um, it was flagged on a flight coming over here that [music] >> he was here. So, that's why we knew where you guys knew who you were. It wasn't like we're like targeting you guys or we looked you guys up. >> Well, we Is it because you're going international? But >> that could be part that could have been >> just can't. So, so apparently >> Vegas. >> So, so apparently that it could have been that, but also the fact the warrant just dropped like a couple days ago is from my my buddy looked it up, my partner. He said it was like 3 days ago it came. So, if you were flying it, maybe something wasn't notified, >> but that's what it was. >> Throughout the arrest, the cops handled things professionally. They returned Marcus' belongings to his brother and they shielded his family from unnecessary humiliation. The officers then went back to the squad car where the NBA star was being held. >> So I gave your brother everything. I handed it to him one by one. He put it back in the envelope. Um I explained to him what the what the deal was. I said that yes. And while I was speaking to him, they did confirm everything um that you're going to be booked at Proud County Main Jail. Um that there is no bond right now, but there's and there they are going to extradite. There's a possibility depending on that county if they want to do some virtual court or something, they might be able to see a magistrate here and you might be able to postponder here or you're going to have to wait for an officer to come down from there and bring you back. And again, we treat you with the utmost of respect. I appreciate your cooperation. We tried to keep it lowkey flying back. Yeah, I think you're probably going to end up getting extradited back. And so, uh, there's there's a time frame on it, but they have like a I think they have like two weeks to come down and get you or something like that cuz they have to schedule somebody to come and it's minimum two people. >> You you may Yeah, you may. >> Hey, they're they're ready. Hey, they're ready. You can go for two weeks >> possible, but that's I again I don't I'm giving you as much information of a possibility as I can. Okay. Marcus Morris Senior was transported to Broward County Jail and he was later charged with fraud due to an insufficient funds check. On December 21st, 2024, police responded to a call about a very drunk woman who' caused a disturbance on the street. When the officers got there, they approached the extremely intoxicated suspect, and they were shocked by her behavior as well as her appearance. >> Hey, ma'am. What's going on? >> Hi. >> Hi. I'm good. What's going on? >> My name is Christina. >> Okay. Do you have an ID on you? >> No, ma'am. I don't know. >> Uh, don't touch me now. Okay. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Okay. Uh, do you have an ID on you at all? >> I don't. [laughter] Hey, ma'am. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry that he's trying to upset you. >> Okay. >> What's your name? Serious. Let's come over here and take a seat real quick. Okay. Come over. >> Yes, sir. >> Come over. Take a seat right here. >> Sit down, ma'am. Sit down. Ma'am, >> you you're touching me. Sit down. Back up. >> You were touching me. >> Sit down. >> Sit down right there. Okay. [snorts] >> I'm not. >> Communication with the woman was very difficult. She was erratically rambling, struggling to make a logical sentence. However, after she calmed down a bit, the officer at least tried to identify her name, which turned out to be impossible. >> What's your name? >> My name is Sienna. >> Santa. >> Santa. Si. >> Okay. Santa. >> Yes. >> Can you sit down right there real quick for me? >> No. >> I don't feel comfortable you my face like that. Okay. >> That's very unfortunate. >> Okay. [laughter] >> Do you sit on the curb then? Ma'am. Ma'am. Ma'am, no. Don't do that. Come over here. >> No, no, no. >> Watch out. There's cars over here. Come on. >> Come over here. I'm going put my hands on you. Okay. >> Hey, don't push on me now. I'm not trying to arrest you. Okay. >> Hey, look. >> I'm trying to get you home. Okay. >> My name is Christina. >> You better look at me now. I'm 35. >> Listen to me. >> Look. >> You're not touching me. I haven't. >> Look at me. Look at me. >> Listen to me. You are so sweet. >> I'm trying to be nice. >> Hey, hey, hey, look. Look. >> Hold your hands on me now. >> Do not touch me. >> Long time ago. Okay, listen to me. >> You okay? >> What grade did you graduate? >> Okay, what's your name? >> They later identified the suspect as 26-year-old Christina. But at that very moment, she was completely unable to provide any information about herself whatsoever. That being said, the cop decided to talk to an employee from a nearby restaurant who had witnessed the woman's condition. >> What's wrong with her? Why she acting like that? >> She intoxicated. She got the video right there. Can I [laughter] >> You got the video. >> What time? [clears throat] How do you know her? >> I don't know who the is. >> You don't know her? >> I work here. >> I close this up. I'mma cook. >> I got you, buddy. [laughter] I got you. Hey, I just I I just got here, so I'm just trying to figure everything out. Okay. >> She look She look special. Probably allowing her to drink. >> Okay. So the family, >> okay, >> yelling whether this she was disabled or she is she intoxicated. >> Meanwhile, she got more and more hostile towards the officer questioning her. She began yelling at the man from very close range. Then moments later, she did something disgusting that sealed her fate. >> Okay, listen to me. >> When was THAT LAST THING THAT YOU educated yourself on me? >> Get yourself alive. >> Hey, come over here. >> No, you're noting parking YOURSELF WITH ME. THAT'S WHAT WE'RE NOT GOING TO DO. GIVE ME YOUR HAND. Absolutely not. Give me your hand. >> What happened? >> Give me your hand. >> We're not going to do that. So, don't spit on me. 175 channel. >> Channel 33. >> You got it. Yeah. >> Watch out. She's biting. [snorts] >> You got it. Let me go. >> And I have >> Let me go. Let me go. Let me go. Let me go. Let me go. [screaming] >> Let me go. Let me go. Let me go. >> Tighten that cuff up. >> I [snorts] know. 181. I know. >> Stop pinching me. >> Stop pinching me. I'm going to squeeze harder if you continue. Do you understand? >> Stop it. >> Enough. >> Calm down. >> Even as she was being detained, the drunken suspect tried to spit at the cops and bite them. To stop the woman, they pushed her head to the ground. At that point, she completely lost control of herself and began making weird sounds. >> Bend them up on top. I'm going to I'm going to >> hand relax. [screaming] >> Stop. STOP. STOP. >> MA'AM. >> HEY. HEY. >> MA'AM, back up. Back up. [screaming] Just back up. She's She's lost her chance. Back up. >> Y'all go ahead. >> Stepping up over here with the [screaming] We're sitting in the middle of the road and you can hear the background. If you bite me again, you're not going to like it. >> Christina just wasn't calming down. Instead, she kept shouting and crying and was having a full-blown meltdown. It took three of the cops to lift her off the ground and put her in the squad car. >> Go to the other side. >> Hold on, Abby. Take legs. >> I got HER LEGS. ALL RIGHT. ALL RIGHT. >> Don't spit. Okay. >> I'll [ __ ] kill you. >> You're not going to kill anybody. >> Yeah. They eventually charged the woman with resisting with violence, two counts of battery on law enforcement, and threats of death or serious bodily harm to law enforcement. The threat charge was later dropped, and she pled no contest. She was sentenced to 3 years probation and had to write a formal apology letter to all three of the cops. She was also ordered to pay fines and fees totaling $1,222. On June 26, 2024 in Orlando, Florida, the cops got a call due to a loud verbal disturbance on the street. Allegedly, a man and a woman there were engaged in an argument. When the officers got there, they found both of them and talked to the man first. >> What's going on, man? She spit on me. >> Okay. >> Oh, stop her. >> That's my baby mama right there. Yeah, I got you. >> She live over here at uh Orlando Terrace Apartment. >> Oh, go stop her. She's walking eastbound on Silverstone. >> That's just hang tight. I may have to go help him. >> At the very same time, the female suspect, 29-year-old Alexis, was raging across the street. You could hear the woman's screams from more than a hundred yards away. One of the officers approached her and she seemed so incredibly belligerent that he had to pull out his taser. >> Leave me alone. >> I didn't call you. >> Stop right now. Get on the ground. >> Get on the ground. >> NO, WE DIDN'T DO NOTHING. >> I didn't do Come get her. >> Go get my daughter. >> Come here. Come here. >> Go, [ __ ] GO. my daughter. >> Don't go to my door. >> Grab her other side. >> Move. >> I didn't do >> Relax. >> I didn't do >> Let go your pepper spray. >> She's trying to spray it. >> Okay. You're >> resisting us right now. So stop. >> You do that. She's playing my finger. >> Please stop. Stop. >> Alexis was just plain furious. When they finally cuffed her and started taking her toward the squad car, that's when suddenly she played the PREGNANT CARD. >> NO, I'M PREGNANT. I'M PREGNANT. I [ __ ] you. You I >> swear to God because of what you did. Please, please, please. >> PLEASE SIT IN THE TRUCK. >> THAT DOESN'T CHANGE WHAT HAPPENED. [screaming] STOP. >> HE'S in my stomach. >> Keep your Keep him back. >> MY STOMACH. >> THAT'S NOT BITING IF YOU'RE PREGNANT. >> HE PUSHED ME IN. >> SIT IN the truck. PUSH MY STOMACH. >> GET IN THE TRUCK. >> Let me GET IN MY BRO. DON'T TOUCH ME. >> YOU PUSH my stomach. >> Lift her up. >> WAIT. I'M PREGNANT. STOP. >> IF YOU were really pregnant, YOU'D STOP. >> PUSHING MY STOMACH. >> STOP kicking him. >> Stupid. You mother. GET OFF MY HEAD. YOU COWARD. >> THE officers finally managed to lock her in the squad car. They then went back to the man who was the father of her baby. He said Alexis had spit on him as well and not just on the cops. He then explained to the officers what triggered her outburst. >> She bipolar. >> Okay. >> She take medicine. >> And and I'm so sorry. Okay. >> So she was spitting on you. >> What were y'all arguing about? >> And what she throwing you a drink? >> Is your soap and wet as well? >> That's what you said when I first first talked to you. Thank you, Mom, for taking my to jail, too. >> Thank you. >> Well, you didn't do anything. So, >> thank you. >> We We understand your concern, but that's why we're trying not to throw on the ground cuz she's famous. She's pregnant. We can't >> We only can do But that doesn't keep you from going to jail. >> I know. >> You can't be kicking the police. >> I know. >> You can't be spitting on the police. Can't be spitting people. Is she actually pregnant? >> She is pregnant. How many months, brother? Two months, bro. >> Two months pregnant. Okay. >> Yeah, she is pregnant. >> Has it been confirmed? Has that been confirmed with her doctor? Okay, >> that's the only reason officer I >> Hey man, I think I think what you need to do is take gra >> to restrain the woman as she was extremely agitated. The cops decided to use a hobble. They quickly [snorts] agreed how to proceed. But when they opened the squad car door where the woman was sitting, things didn't go exactly as planned. >> Ready? >> Don'ting touch me. Don't touch me. >> SHE GOT TO CRY. DON'T TOUCH ME. Don't touch me. It hit my stomach. Get away from me. NO. I DON'T HAVE NO UNDERWEAR. >> HEY, >> STOP. >> STOP. >> IT HIT MY STOMACH. >> NO. >> WE NEED TO secure that. >> Hey, HE HIT ME IN MY STOMACH. >> GET THESE LEGS. >> NO. >> GOT TO BE HAND. >> Spit on me, [ __ ] Get the away from me. I killed him. He hit me in my stomach. >> Okay. >> No. >> Hey, Krist. He hit me in MY STOMACH AND Y'ALL ain't sexy. He out my stomach. Why you doing this? Stop. He hit me in my stomach. >> You're not double cuffed. >> THAT'S WHY I SPIT ON HIM. >> NO, >> YOU ALSO KICKED HIM. SO >> I DON'T I kicked him after he hit me. >> No. >> Stop. >> The white pig. >> The minute he hit me on my stomach, I kicked HIM PREGNANT. >> He pushed me handful. We need we need this double cuff first. >> He [ __ ] me on my stomach. >> He's shaking it near me. >> After restraining her legs, the cops managed to calm her down. Soon after, EMS arrived to check on the woman, but she still hadn't calmed down. And this time, she didn't miss the chance to play the race card. >> You know why? Maybe if I was white and had blonde hair with a fake BBL, >> maybe y'all would listen. >> Hey, hold on. >> Y'all cuffed me to the cuffs on my thighs. Nobody cuffed you to the bed. >> You got me thighs time, my legs tied. Like I'm a pig. We ain't roasting no pig, man. >> Y'all knew y'all wasn't supposed to do that. >> Do what? >> What you getting ready to undo. >> Your actions is why you're coming. >> You know why I did WHY I DID. >> DOES NOT MATTER. >> IT DOES MATTER. SUCK out my [ __ ] It does. >> Suck a dick though. Stick it up his ass. Then put it inside your mouth >> in the front. You're showing on this pregnant. >> I got nine brothers. My little brother. Don't pull my weave. >> Stop. >> Don't do that. >> Don't be nasty. >> DON'T PULL MY HAIR. >> It was in the handcuffs, >> bro. Don't And you behind me for a reason. >> It was in the hand. >> How am I supposed TO GET THE HANDCUFF? >> BRO, don't play with me. THE SAME WAY BECKY GOT HER MOTHERING WHITE CLIPINS. Don't play with me. Okay. >> Like I said, I GOT NINE BROTHERS. TO THAT THREAD WITH a handcuff. Huh? >> She was eventually taken to jail where they charged the woman with domestic battery, two counts of resisting with violence, three counts of battery on law enforcement, and three counts of assault on law enforcement. Before making her bond, Alexa stayed in jail for 4 months. On August 29th, 2025 in Illinois, the cops got a report about a man who was allegedly engaging in lewd conduct. When the officers arrived on scene, they were met by angry victims and people who witnessed the suspect's behavior. >> Right here. >> He walked up to my car jacking off in FRONT OF MY KIDS. >> HE DID IT AGAIN. Right here. >> He's right here. Yesterday he called him yesterday. >> I had a BB gun. >> I called officer yesterday. >> I had a BB gun. >> He He walked up to my car jagging off. >> This her son. >> He's walking up to my car jagging off. >> Okay. >> I don't care. >> I want to I want to do something about it. I'm dead serious. >> I'm dead serious. YOU GOT WITNESSES OVER HERE. STOP. Let me talk to you. Stop. I'm going to talk to you. >> Go right now and press the charges. >> The women were furious about the suspect's disgusting behavior in front of their kids. Clearly, they were willing to press charges. The officer then pulled the man aside to hear his side of the story, which turned out to be very different. >> What's your name? >> Alonzo. >> Alonzo. What? >> Just lost my wallet. Try to get my wallet back from her her Why why why she didn't come back to buy my wallet? >> Okay. >> See, they can't find my wallet. I just took I just got some money today and took 50 off. Now I lost my wallet in her daughter's car. >> Okay. So your your your name is Alonzo. >> What's your middle initial? What's your middle initial? >> L. >> What's a good phone number for you? >> Uh I ain't got >> you ain't got a phone. >> Okay. Where do you Where do you live at? >> Down here. I'm trying to get I'm trying to get my money back from the daughter, but her daughter didn't. >> You stay with your mom? Did your mom stay there with you or is she just down here? She live in the courts too. She live over here. >> So, give me just hang out for one second here. >> The neighbors accused the suspect, Alonzo, of pleasuring himself in front of their children. He denied doing anything improper or obscene and had a very different explanation for his actions than it upset his neighbors. >> Me a jack blaster gun. I'm holding for to shoot at some kids right there that's always talking to me when I'm coming up cuz they always talking I'm a I'm a and all that but then he got up in my face and slap me. It's a little Asian like this. He slapped me in my face. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Now I try to back off cuz he got one too. He got a He got a He got two jail blaster. >> Okay. So what now? Now now hear me out. If if if you're talking about some gel blaster and stuff like that, why are they over here saying that you were doing doing what you were doing? Why are they saying that? >> My hands was in my pants. Get in my gun. I'm loading my gun up with some jail blasters with the blue jail blasters. I mean BB I'm shooting at the kids. >> Okay. >> That's how he messing. >> Okay. >> But I never jacked up to no white girl. You talking about a white big girl. She was at in a uh waiting for the bus. I think she was waiting for 60 with a stroller in her hand. I I came over there to catch that bus cuz I was going to catch the 60 going on downtown. Catch the 30th Avenue. >> Okay. >> And I never did it. >> After telling his version of events, Alonzo accused his neighbors of lying. It only made them angrier. And seconds later, a woman stepped into the conversation and began to argue with the suspect. >> Why is she lying about me? Stop. Stop. Stop saying I'm not going to take >> But I'm not J. You did. >> No, I didn't. >> So you going to get behind a person with a BB gun and do this? This a gun. >> Bro, that's how you load. >> Why would you like that? >> Stay Alonzo. Stay right. Hey, >> you don't have to lie. >> Alonzo. Alonzo. Stay here. >> Why do you walk up to you talking about a white girl that was with a stroller? >> You talking about what? The white girl with a stroller. >> Okay. Then the puppy trying to stop the >> Pretty soon all the neighbors got involved and things got very chaotic and hard to control. At that point, the cops pulled aside two of the women to talk to them as they directly witnessed what Alonzo had done. >> This my car? Yes, we right here in the same car. >> You guys are in the same car. Okay, so >> he came up and she was in I'm in the office signing papers. Listen, let me tell them how I was going. >> All right, cool. >> Where was the car at? >> In front of >> In front of Central facing >> the admin building. >> Yeah. >> So, you're out on Fifth Street. >> The front. You know the tree right there? Yeah. >> He's across the street. I say, "You got a light up?" Cuz I'm trying to flame on my cigarette. >> He like whatever he did with his hands. I'm like, "Okay." He ain't going to say nothing. A white lady walk over with her stroller. She's sitting right there now. She waiting on the kids to get out. >> Now, as the kids going to get out, a bus come first. >> Yeah. >> We try to stop the bus. She like, "Okay." He didn't get on the bus. We like, "What? That was weird." So he came up to her and looked at her stuff. >> She like, "What's wrong?" >> The stroller. >> Yeah, the stroller. Like he wanted to snatch it. He came where I was at by the car and then I got in the car. >> So then he walked behind in front of my car and that's when he started doing exactly what he was doing. >> So he was in front of your car. >> He was in front of the car. The lady across the street, Shay, I can show you exactly where she stay at cuz she witnessed talked to the officer like me yesterday. >> Yeah. She said, "I know he ain't beating his meat. I was trying to beat the horn, but I couldn't. And when I got out the cop, why you doing all this then if you ain't doing nothing?" >> Okay. >> I was trying to knock his [ __ ] back yesterday. >> Okay. >> So, according to them, a similar incident had happened the day before. The cops now wanted more details about the indecent behavior, and one of the witnesses didn't hesitate to demonstrate exactly what she meant. [music] >> So, when when you're saying he was he was beaten off? >> Yes. >> He pulled it out and he was beaten off. put it out in the open. >> You know, fat boys got little things anyway. So, he just doing this. >> He So, he pulled it on. >> You know what I'm saying? Not like I just was not down. But, you know, like what is he doing there for the little kids? >> What your gun right here for? >> All right. >> Okay. >> I have to ask the questions. You know what I mean? I >> You have to understand what my job is. I have to ask these questions to a house right here behind my house. That's how I end up seeing him again when he was doing it again right now. >> Okay. And he was walking around out behind the house. >> No, he was on the way going into the house. >> And then when he seen her face, he hurried up and stopped >> cuz I didn't see his face. >> He was just walking through >> hand in the pants and all that. >> No, he came by the gate. >> Okay. >> And our kids is in the back of the gate. This gate right here in the you know in the middle. >> He stayed not this part, the next part. >> Okay. >> Right there by 1350 something. like he got keys to there. He was going in there, but he came by the gate playing with himself. The kids is outside. >> Okay. >> And then she said, "Ooh, that's that same guy." And then I got on the phone and called y'all. >> Okay. >> The women also stated that they thought Alonzo had mental health issues and that he needed help. Alonzo's mother was nearby, so the cop had a chance to ask the woman about her son's mental state. >> Ma'am, so he's your son. >> Does he have mental health problems? >> Yes, he do. >> He does? >> Has you had him up there? Has he has he had uh has he had instances of doing what they're claiming he's doing? >> Has he had instances where he's doing what they're claiming he's doing? >> One day last year, one day >> and like confirmed you like he did. >> Yeah. Down there. And >> just in public? >> Yeah. I don't know if not. He say he do it. He said the little kids came. This no big kid. But I think that lady move. But I don't know. I don't have time for this. I ain't got time fighting no girls or he can get bats and all this. Yeah. He need to go up to the Rob Center and just get evolated. >> Okay. Okay. And he But he's 22. >> Yeah, he's >> Does he stay with you? >> No, he stayed down there >> by himself. >> Yeah. >> Is he diagnosed with anything mentally? What's he diagnosed with? >> Uh what they call it? Uh >> schizophrenia, bipolar, a lot of different stuff, but he won't take the medication. >> Is he on the meds right now? >> No, he's not on it right now. He stepped out to Rob Center that he used to be with Lydia Geese. >> Okay. >> Take his meds again. They telling me about him 21. Ain't nothing else they can do. It's something you can do. >> Yeah. >> It ain't nothing that I can do no more. >> Okay. >> But he can't make his own decision. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> So, he need to go up there and do a 30-day treatment and there do whatever he needs to do. >> Okay. >> Because somebody will cuz it was my daughters. I do the same. >> After talking to the neighbors and his mother, the officers here came to the same conclusion that Alonzo needed mental help. One of the cops gave the man some advice about what he should do next. >> You probably need to go to Robert Young, my man. >> And then talk to them about social. >> Just go up there. go up there and talk to them about whatever issues you got going on. You know what I'm saying? >> I don't have no issue. I only have the issue but that I can't get no more money after I done lost my $50 in and that girl >> that that's something that you can take up with them afterwards, but I think you should go up to Robert Young and talk to somebody. I really do, man. I think it's for your own good that you go up there and talk to somebody. You would you would you be willing to go up there and talk to somebody and get the let this cool down. You go up there, talk to somebody, try to talk about your problems with them because they're mental health professionals, man. They're good at they're good at this. are trained at this. I'm not. You know what I mean? I'm not going to be able to talk you through whatever issues you got going. >> Get get my money signature. >> I could talk I could talk to I could talk to your mom about the money thing, but what I think I will, but you probably need to go to Robert Young and talk to somebody, man. >> They arrested Alonzo and he was charged with disorderly conduct, but he was later released. Let's hope the man gets the mental health support that he needs. On the 21st of January, 2026, the cops responded to a call regarding a very embarrassing incident. Reportedly, a man was pleasuring himself in his car covered by a blanket. An anonymous caller directed the cops to the scene where they surprised the suspect. >> What's up, boss? >> Hey, I'm Officer Myers Police Department. >> So, we got a call uh about you in your car probably touching yourself a little bit. >> Uh, no, sir. No, somebody saw you. Why would they call me? When I'm showing up and there's a blanket on you and your pants are undone. >> I This must have been some It must have been a misunderstanding. >> There's a misunderstanding about your pants being undone and a blanket being on your lap. >> No, it must have been a misunderstanding that somebody saw what they think they saw. >> Okay. Well, what's with the blanket then? I'm a massage therapist and I'm cold. >> Okay. Why are your pants undone? >> Cuz I was about to change my clothes. >> Where's the extra clothes at? >> I guess I forgot it. >> The suspect's version started to immediately fall apart because he couldn't show the extra clothes that he said he was trying to change into. The officer asked for his ID and the man handed it over. >> So, what are you doing at this building? Uh, I was going to do some uh I'm here to do a service in a few minutes. I'm waiting for a client. Um, I was just resting. Yeah. >> All right. Which uh which building is that? >> This one over there. >> You know the building number? >> Uh no, I don't know the building number, but it's called this cocoon is on the other side. >> Okay. >> And by the way, for the record, I didn't mean to offend anybody or anything uh that that could offend anybody. >> Soon after, the cop was done with the interrogation and he went back to his patrol car where he called the man who' reported the incident. The man explained to the officer just exactly what he'd seen. >> Oh, dear Lord. That's 33 years as a [ __ ] fireman. I got to tell you about this. Yeah. The guy been sitting there in the parking lot for a while. He had it undercover. And I mean, I'm not a lawyer. I'm looking, you know, I'm like, "What's this car doing?" And then as I'm sitting there, uh, I had to take a phone call, came back. He's got it out and he's he's going to town on it. >> And he's just and he's looking at his phone the whole time and he had it out what would appear to be a u >> Okay. Did you see it? >> What he was doing? >> Huh? >> Did you actually see his or just the motion that he was doing made you >> Oh, no. Oh, no. I saw it. >> Okay. I don't like to admit it, but [laughter] I >> All right. >> I'm sorry, man. I just like >> I got you. Did Did you >> I wanted to go out and say, "Dude, stop and go the >> Were you Were you outside? Were you in the office?" >> No, I'm inside the building. >> Okay. So, you you >> where that white Mercedes is? >> Yeah. So, you could see it from inside the building. >> Oh, yeah. Viewpoint. I could cuz I was standing up on like a platform painting cutting in the ceiling. >> Mhm. >> Actually, the witness had been in a building nearby. The officer needed more proof, so he asked the man for the exact location. Once the witness told him, the officer then went over to check his vantage point. >> Hey, how's it going? >> Sorry. It's fine. >> Oh my god. Like, this clown cannot be doing this right here. But he was, you can see right there where he was at. And if I'm standing up here, you can see right down in the car. >> Clearly, it was a very unusual case for the cops. That being said, the cops had to make a decision. After hearing the witness out, the cops had made up their minds. They went back to the witness's car and they acted decisively. Hands on right now. No. Please. The building, please. We don't know yet. But now you're just doing walk. Just face the car. Separate your feet a little bit for me. You don't have anything. He's going to hurt me. >> After putting the suspect in the squad car, he looked deeply embarrassed. >> He seemed genuinely shocked by the cops showing up and by how things had unfolded. Also, he shared a very curious detail about his family life. I'll never do anything to hurt anybody. >> Okay. I know you didn't intentionally want to hurt anybody. >> I'm not saying you did want to hurt somebody. >> I'm just asking what were you doing with your pants down like that or undone? They weren't completely down, but you had a blanket over your lap. You said you were cold. Was it really cuz you were cold or because you were trying to hide something? Also, today is my wife's birthday and I'm I'm not the brightest tone tool shed I did, but I am not here to hurt anybody and I just I I don't know. I'm just I guess I'm asking for mercy, grace, you know. I >> I I all I do for a living is help and heal people. I'm not about to hurt you. and I'm sorry if I offended anyone. >> The cop pointed out to him that there was actually someone who was offended by his actions. It was the man who had witnessed him pleasuring himself in the car. The suspect tried to defend himself and he had a very interesting excuse. >> What I know is that the place that this gentleman you say is painting there, that place is empty. I I I always was under the assumption that that place was empty. I didn't know that somebody started coming to renovate the paint, utilize it for anything. Um it's not who I am to uh do anything to affect anybody in that way. >> Look, I I understand that you didn't want you were out to hurt anybody or harm anybody, >> but if somebody does see you and it's something, you know, a lot of people don't want to see And when I pulled up, I mean, you were scurrying to get that blanket over you. >> So, >> I would never I would never do anything to public. >> Is it cuz you were in your car that you thought you weren't in public? >> No, you were in public. Your car if you're in your car and doing anything like that, it's that's public. The shaken detainee asked to talk to the witness as he was trying to smooth things over. But when the officers asked him, the witness refused. Once the man realized he was going to jail, he desperately tried to change the officer's minds. >> Officer, I just want to help you get these things. I I'm not a person to help. >> Um I'm not here to say yes or no to that. >> I know my purpose. That's all I'm here for. My life, my that's my life's only purpose. My small purpose is to help you. >> Okay. Well, good. >> I told my >> you didn't help this this person very much. I know that much. >> All right. I'm going to get your stuff for you. I'm going to close your window and lock your car for you. Okay. Watch your leg. >> The man was eventually taken to jail and he was booked on a charge of loot and lascivious conduct. Every criminal hopes they'll get away with it just one more time, but quite often they end up drawing the short straw and they finish up their day in handcuffs. And if they do get humiliated after getting arrested in public, they've got nobody to blame but themselves.
