gradually. Oh, your girl, you're more aggressive than him. Godamn. Chill. >> Cuz you're driving me crazy. >> You can't leave here. >> Got to poop, dude. >> You cannot leave. >> You cannot leave. >> He just get on the ground. Get on the ground right now. >> Get on the ground. When it comes to drunk drivers getting pulled over, usually things end embarrassingly. >> What? >> Cuz we have to figure out what happened. >> What happened with what? >> You're in a ditch in a park. >> I can't get out. >> And it's not just their drunkenness that's humiliating. It's what they end up doing while drunk that makes them really lose their dignity. There are even some times when drunk drivers poop their pants during a traffic stop. On the 5th of May 2025 in Fulton County, Ohio, state troopers noticed a semitr driving erratically. It kept swerving across lanes, so the troopers decided to pull the driver over. >> Hello, sir. Do you have your license registration, please? >> Yeah. Why are you opening my door? >> Uh because I can't see you. Cuz I'm too short. >> Your truck's too big. I'd have to be 7 foot tall to be able to see you in your window. [laughter] >> I'm sorry. >> Where you headed today? >> I'm heading to Baltimore, buddy. >> You're heading to where? >> Baltimore. >> Baltimore. All right. The reason why I pulled you over is because you were you were in and out of your lane. You left your lane several times back there. >> Uh, >> uh, what's going on? Is there a reason why you can't stay in your lane today? You're tired. tired. >> Okay. Do you have any medical conditions? >> The driver simply said that he had a problem with his blood pressure, which probably wouldn't explain his driving. The trooper then asked the man about alcohol. He already had a hunch that the man might be intoxicated. >> Uh, have you had anything to drink today? >> No. >> All right. I'm going Do you mind coming out this side? I just want to make sure you're okay to drive. >> Okay. So, we had nothing to drink. >> No medications? No. Nothing like that. Just your blood pressure. Black pressure. >> Don't Don't drag anything right now. Go ahead and leave that bag. Go ahead and step out. >> Come on over here, sir. We're going to walk back to my front door back here. Okay. >> Yeah. >> It looks like you hit something, bud. >> Yeah. >> You all right? >> Yes. >> You can't stand. You're not all right. Okay, let's head back up here. >> You got to poop? >> Yeah. >> Well, that's going to have to wait. That's going to have to wait. >> Even though nature was calling at the most inopportune time, at least the man was polite and cooperative. He was trying so hard not to soil his pants that he never once thought about running or resisting. >> All right. Yeah, I'm good. I'm just holding you up and going this ditch. You're good. >> We're heading up the patrol car. Dude, >> I don't know what to tell you. We're the side of the road. That ain't happening. Do you have any medical conditions other? Get your hands out of your pants, man. All right, we're going to pat you down. We're going to down. You keep reaching. Relax. >> Relax. Relax. >> Pat me. >> Keep your hands up. >> Hey, >> I got to poop, dude. >> Okay. All right, >> dude. I have to poop. Hey, I got I have to poop. >> So, it's either going to be poop one here or poop there. Or my poop. There's nowhere to poop here. We can't do it here. Sit up there and relax. Okay. >> Can you take your sunglasses off for me? >> No. I got to poop, dude. >> There's nowhere to go. There's nowhere to poop. >> How much are you drinking? I had two shots before I left. >> Yeah. Where where where'd you have two shots at? Where'd you leave from? I don't know where you >> Grand Rapids. >> So you had two shots in Grand Rapids. Was that a couple hours from here? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So that was the last time you had a drink? >> Yeah. >> You had two shots in Grand Rapids a couple hours ago. >> Dude, I got to poo. >> There's nowhere to go here. Once the trooper established that the man had been drinking, he was ready for the man to do some field sobriety tests. That, however, turned out to be a challenge because by that point, the man had only one thing on his mind. >> Keep your hands at your side for me. Hands down at your side. That's complete opposite what I said. There you go. All right, >> dude. I got to poop. >> There's no bathroom here. I don't know what to tell you. Step away from the car a little bit. Stand right there. Don't move. All right, I'm going to have your hands down to your side. All right, you're going to keep your head straight. You're going to follow the tip of my pin with your eyes, your eyes only. Don't move your head. >> I know the procedure. >> You know the procedure. >> You're moving your head. Keep your head straight at me. Follow the tip of my pin with your eyes and eyes only. Don't move your head. All right. >> Yep. Go. >> You're moving your head for >> You did. Let's keep your head straight. >> All right. You're having a hard time bouncing. So, we we'll have you sit in the car. >> Poop, dude. >> I can't. There's nowhere for you to poop. This Don't Nope. You ain't going. Where you going? Front of the car. >> I want to poop. >> There's nowhere for you to go. You got to hold it. All right. We got to get through this. >> The man might have been familiar with the procedure, but clearly he just couldn't follow the commands. The man's cognitive function and coordination were clearly impaired. And despite the fact that the trooper wanted more tests done, they couldn't even do the simplest tasks. >> Moving your head again, sir. >> Are you willing to complete any of the physical body? You are. Okay. All right. >> Moving in. Go. Go ahead. Let's just keep >> going. Hold it. Keep looking. You're not looking. >> I got a poop. Okay. You're not looking at the pen. >> I got to poop, dude. >> So, you're not willing to complete any of the tests cuz you have to poop. >> I got to poop, dude. [laughter] >> We know, but there's no way we can We not We don't have bathroom. You know, >> we're trying to put your hands up here on your face like this and just hold them there. >> The The better you listen to instruction, the faster this is going to go. You're closing your left your this eye. You're closing one of your eyes, sir. You got to keep your eyes open. [ __ ] Got him. >> After realizing he wasn't getting anywhere, the trooper concluded that the man just couldn't follow directions. The officer still wanted to do more tests, and that's when the real problem started. >> Okay, which are all concerned? All right, go ahead and step away from the car a little bit. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Hands out your side. All right. Place your right foot front of your left heel to toe. >> Oh, >> hands down your side. Do not start until I tell you to. Okay? Just do what I'm telling you to do. Right foot, front of your left, heel to toe, hands on your side. Just like me. Look how good I'm doing. Right foot in front of the left >> to poop. >> What if I do? I'm still able to do this. >> So you say so. So you say so. >> Hands down your side. Right foot in front of your left. >> Nope. Can't do it. >> You can't leave here. >> You cannot leave. You cannot leave. All right, we're done. We're done. >> The cops moved in to arrest the man and the suspect resisted, trying his best to prevent the worst. For their part, the cops didn't make it easy for him and threw him on the hood of the car belly first. >> Stay there. >> You're under arrest. You're under arrest. You're going to go to the ground. >> Put your hands behind your back right now. Put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest. >> Do not resist. Do not resist. Relax. Relax. >> Relax. >> One. >> Another. >> Stop. >> Stay there. Do not move. Do not move. You understand me? >> You okay? >> Yeah, I'm good. >> You ready? >> I don't care. Do not move. >> Oh, hold on. >> Do not move. >> For a moment there, it looked like the man was really going to poop himself. And luckily for the troopers, he did manage to hold it in. After the younger trooper read his Miranda rights, another officer searched him. >> The quicker we do this, the quicker we get to the bathroom. Okay. You will. >> You got to relax. >> You will. >> You got to relax. >> Listen, you don't get music problems. We're going to try to give you any problems. They can't be walking away from us. You're under arrest. You've been drinking too much. >> Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. >> What's up? What's up? >> My junk. My junk. >> What's wrong? >> What's wrong with your junk? >> My junk is stuck. >> Never. All right. >> All right. >> Be careful. Get on. Watch your head. Watch your head. Watch your head. Watch your head. >> All right. Can you twist? There you go. >> Oh, they hurt. >> Yeah. So, listen to me, okay? >> What you got to do, you got to keep your hands, your palms together like this, okay? Cuz they're shaped like an oval. If you twist your hands, they're going to they're going to cramp up on you, okay? Let me look at him. But still, that's going to help you out a lot. Okay? >> After being placed in the back of a squad car, he managed to relax and calm down. While one of the cops helped him with his handcuffs, the other cops inspected the vehicle and realized the man must have hit something. Yep. This stuff >> probably hit something. I We don't know what he hit, but >> probably hit something. Yeah. >> What would be a really cool pull number on him unless we know where it's at, but yeah, I would assume he did hit something. >> Why are you so cool? This guy's an [ __ ] Why you so cool? >> Way worse, man. >> So, you're a cool guy. >> He's the >> I wouldn't say that. I think Trooper Ross is also one of the nicest guys. You probably got two of the nicest guys out here to start off with. >> I'm trying to get a cigarette. >> No, no, no. >> Really, dude? >> This isn't dog. You've been watching Dog the Bounty Hunter too much. If you think you [laughter] >> I know that. >> Oh, it hurts too much. >> I know. Just chill. >> The man was taken to jail where they breathalyzed him and the blood alcohol content was. 253. They charged the man with a DUI. They suspended his license for a year and he was also sentenced to community control for 2 years and he was fined $565. If he violates the conditions of his release, he could face 3 months in jail. On the 9th of May 2025 in Newberlin, Wisconsin, Officer Holiday conducted a traffic stop and she immediately noticed a German Shepherd in the back seat. The interaction began on a friendly note with her petting the dog. She had no idea things were about to go sideways. >> Bye. >> Officer Alli, New Berlin PD. >> Oh, sorry. Sorry. >> Oh, that's okay. >> Oh, it's okay. I love dogs. I don't mind. >> Okay. >> Do you have an ID on you? >> Yes. Yes, ma'am. >> My name's Officer Holiday. The reason I pulled you over. >> Sorry. >> Nope. That's okay. Uh, couple things. Oh, can he go? Will he go in the back? >> Oh, he won't. Yeah, he'll go in the back. >> Yeah, >> buddy. Hey, go in the back. >> Okay. Why don't you roll your window up so he doesn't Oh, he just smashed that. >> I'm sorry. >> That's okay. He's a puppy. I get it. >> Reason I pulled you over. >> Yeah. So, you caught my attention back there cuz you were honking at the lady and then when I was following you, I mean, you kind you didn't stop. You drove off. You almost hit people. So, that's why I'm pulling you over. Okay, >> that's okay. Where you heading to? >> The driver claimed he was driving to his brother's house from his mom's place at Lake Geneva. The man sounded very drowsy, potentially a sign of impairment. As if that wasn't enough of a red flag, the dog accidentally punctured a smearing off ice can and it started spraying all over. >> Yeah, you might need a towel. I think he >> I think his nail messed it up. Is that your dog? >> Yeah, it's my dog. >> He's a good boy. >> I can start cleaning up cleaning the stuff up. >> Uh do you have a towel somewhere? >> I do. >> Is it in the back? Can you Can you easily grab it? Oh, yeah. Go ahead. Start cleaning up. Yeah, you're good. Nope. That's okay. This guy is insanely drunk right now. >> I was sitting on keys at all or not? >> Uh, no. He's cleaning up. So, he has a dog in his car. >> Yeah. >> He's got an uh closed smearoff ice and in the excitement the dog punctured it and spread smeared off ice all over the car. >> Amazing. >> What's up? >> Nothing. My dog. My mom's on her way like driving right behind us. Dog is >> right behind us. Sorry. >> That's okay. Don't be freaked out. Hey, I'm going to have you do me a solid, though. You're going to step out with me, okay? We're going to have a chat. >> Yeah, no problem. >> I just don't want to lose these. Okay. >> No, no problem. >> Even when they asked the man to step out, he remained calm and cooperative. After ensuring the dog was safe, the male officer proceeded to search the man. And at that point, he realized the man looked familiar. Have you ever had contact with the New Bron Police Department before? >> Yes, I have. >> When was that? I recognize you. I'm trying to remember how I remember you. But >> uh Springdale. >> Springdale. You and me. >> I remember. Okay, I remember now. >> Yep. >> The reason I pulled you out. Okay. There's a couple concerning things. >> Um I'm getting indicators that you may be under the influence of alcohol right now. Okay. Um including the Well, it was closed. Now your dog punctured it to smear it off. Um, how how much alcohol have you had today? >> None. >> None at all. >> No. >> Any illegal drugs? >> No. >> Any prescription medication? >> No. No, ma'am. >> Okay. Yeah. >> Um, so I'm going to be running you to >> I don't know who that is with that. >> Don't Yep. Don't Don't worry about her. >> Sorry. >> Um, can you >> You can sit down for a second. >> Okay. >> Despite claiming he hadn't been drinking, the suspect appeared very wobbly. Clearly, he was in no shape to drive. When officer Holiday mentioned doing field sobriety test, he was a little bit reluctant. >> Well, I'm going to have you stand up, okay? So that way we can start this and get you all set to go. Okay. So, >> Yep. I' I'd rather not take field sobriety. >> So, you're not willing to cooperate with any? >> I'm not trying to tell you that I'm not willing to cooperate. I just >> Okay. Well, I'd like you to try the test because right now I want to give you the benefit of the doubt. I want to give you the best >> you try the test. Okay. >> Yep. The SFSTs. Okay. >> So, are you willing to stand with your feet together for me? Put your arms down to your side. >> Right there. Right there. >> Nope. Down to your side. Stay just like this until I instruct you otherwise. Do you understand? >> Yes, ma'am. There she is. >> Okay. Well, we'll worry about her in a in a sec. Okay. I don't want you to be distracted. >> She's going to No, I'm not distracted at all. I'm just looking at her and >> Okay. >> Noticing that she pulled up so we could >> That's okay. We'll have her hang tight. Okay. Can you finish the tests? >> You can You can >> Can you keep looking? I can just hang tight with her. >> Like you said, my mom just pulled up. >> Yeah. So, we're going to have her sit in the car and wait. >> Great. >> So, can you finish the test with me? >> No. No. >> Okay. >> What the officers didn't know was that the moment he saw the police lights, he immediately called his mom to pick up Winston, the 11-month-old German Shepherd. When he saw her car coming down the road, the suspect decided that he no longer wanted to do any field sobriety test. At that point, the man's mood started changing for the worse. >> Okay. So, what I'm going to do is we're going to do the walk and turn next. Okay. So, >> I' I'd rather not do that. I'd rather just have the woman holding in front of this car uh pick up the dog that's in this car. We will worry about that with myself. Well, I'm not worried about we're doing that one. I'm going to give you one more option. >> I I'd rather be done right now. >> Okay. So, I'm going to have you turn around. You were going to be under arrest for OWI. >> Okay. We can do that. >> I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt, dude. But >> yeah. Hey, you know, you do what you got to do. >> Is there anything illegal in the vehicle that we need to know about? >> I don't know. You can go let my mom, my 67year-old mom know that. >> Is it your mom's right there? >> You're not going anywhere yet. >> She can take care of the dog. Not going anywhere. >> Tough guy. I've just since >> punk mother tense up tense up all I buddy. >> As they put the cuffs on his wrist, the suspect suddenly shifted from calm and cooperative to very brazen. It wasn't the first time he'd gone down for a DUI, and as a matter of fact, it was already his seventh, and he was not very happy about it. The man started with insults and profanity, but things were about to get even worse. >> I'ming 42 years old right now, and you want to just >> do what you do. Go ahead. Beat me up. Throw me in the car. Do what you do. I ain't going toing arm wrestle you, do this, that, and the other thing. You guys areing spinelessing, both of you. Did you lose the edit? >> Hey, hey, hey, dude. Hey, hey, hey. Yeah. You get beat up in high school, >> you must you must have. >> Stop. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Stop, man. >> You're pissed off at You're taking it out. >> I'm pissed off at myself. I ain't going on the mother ground. >> You both you motherers. Both of you. You don't yourself. I know where I'm going. >> He just out. >> Get on the ground. Get on the ground. right now. >> Get on the ground. >> Thankfully, the cops stayed professional and let the insult slide. But the moment the suspects spit at them, the tables were turned. Spitting at law enforcement is considered assault, and the cops weren't going to give him a chance to do it again. We know mother you youing. You ain't nothing but a >> Yeah. Put your knee on my chest. >> Put your knee on my chest. You [ __ ] >> I got his leg down. >> Go ahead. Go ahead. You got mying arms? >> Yeah. You got a female helping you? Yeah. Put your hand on my arm, you [ __ ] ass motherucker. You >> know, we just got him in the car and he turned. He spit in my face. I got to spit all over my face. >> Hey, bud. >> Yeah. >> Can you not do that? >> Hey, bud. >> Hey, man. I'm the supervisor and I I can I can tell like obviously you're upset. >> I do. >> You see my cuff? >> You're going to end up in a chair. Are Are you going to go along with the program? >> You No, you're not. you. >> You're going to end up in a chair and that's not so good. >> I know what the chair looks like. I'm not worried about it. >> All right. Where you going? There you go. >> The man was warned by the supervisor that they'd restrain him in a transport chair, but it didn't phase him one bit. Realizing there was no point in talking further, the sergeant asked for a spit hood, some leg irons, and a hobble. As they waited for them, the suspect mentioned being in the army, as if somehow that was supposed to exonerate him. >> How long did How long did you serve? I served three and a half years. >> You want me to get your mom over here and tell you if you want to compare >> soccer? Hey you. How about that? >> You guys like slap my face again. >> Do not spit. >> Get that on video. >> Do not >> get that on video. >> Good. I'm glad it's on video. >> Yeah. Grab my neck, you >> [ __ ] All your names are on the police report. I can't wait. I can't wait. You >> mind if I grab a towel to wipe my face? >> Absolutely not. >> Wipe your face. >> Usually the guys that run their mouth most about their service are the ones that didn't sh it at all. >> Yep. Yep. >> In my experience. >> Yeah. In your experience. And you have none. >> Well, I just told you my experience. Christopher. >> Boy, look me up. You you mother >> did look you up. >> He was later taken to jail and booked for his seventh DUI. He was also charged with throw or discharge, bodily fluid at a public safety worker and battery or threat to a law enforcement officer. He was sentenced to 6 years in prison and a further 8 years of extended supervision. On the 25th of April 2025, during a late night patrol in Florida, officers passing near a shopping plaza noticed a vehicle stopped in a travel lane. The driver was passed out with his hand fully submerged in a bowl of spaghetti. Something was clearly not right. >> How's it going? It's the police. >> I saw that you want to watch. >> You pass out by the wheel of your car. You all right? >> Sorry. >> Are you okay? >> Yeah, I'm fine. >> Okay. >> What? >> You pass out by the wheel of your vehicle. I want to show you okay. >> Oh, fine. >> Where you coming from? Why you eating with your with your hand like that? >> What? >> Eating with your hand like that? Yeah, I was eating. >> Yeah. Is everything all right? Oops. >> I don't know. I just want to make sure everything was all right. >> Yeah, everything right. I stopped cuz I wanted to eat some food. >> I don't have any silverware. >> I see that. >> I want to eat. [laughter] >> I said I got to eat some food. I mean, that's that's all it was. I mean, I I said, "Let me stop." >> Medical problems. >> Medical problems? >> Yeah. >> Do you No. Why you just pass out like that behind the wheel? >> Pass out? >> Yeah. >> No. As the man slowly opened his eyes, he looked drowsy and confused. He was surprised to see the cops and it took him a few seconds to remember where he was. He gradually came to his senses and got a little more responsive, still not realizing that his hand was in a bowl of spaghetti. >> Have you been drinking tonight? >> No. >> What time did you get off? >> Uh, just a little bit ago. >> I clocked out just a little bit ago. >> What time did you clock out? >> Ah, man. here short 160. >> I don't know. Maybe about 20 minutes ago. >> 20 minutes ago. >> May maybe however long it takes to get from Kabas to here >> to here. So you left Kabas and you came here directly. >> Yeah. But I mean we >> Why did you stop here? >> Straight away. I just I just Where do you live? >> Can you call it 28 for me, please? >> Where do you live? >> I'm sorry. >> Where do you live? >> I live in Port St. Why are you asking me these questions? >> I want to make sure you're okay to drive. I want to make sure you're coherent. >> I'm fine. >> Okay. >> Can you stop? Can we talk out here? >> No, >> I'm okay. >> I don't think you're okay. >> I'm fine. >> The suspect smiled at the officer and put his glasses down, assuring him that he was in good shape to drive. He even denied being passed out despite the fact that the cops saw the man as he woke up from his stouper. It was just one more sign that he was not okay to be driving. >> You didn't pass out? No. >> So you're telling me did not >> You're telling me I'm a liar? >> No, I'm not telling you you're a liar. >> Okay. >> Absolutely not. >> So what happened? >> Nothing happened. I parked my car. I said, "I want to eat some food." >> You were not eating. Your hand was on the food. >> What do you mean I wasn't eating? I was eating with my fingers. >> Okay. >> I was trying to trying to eat my food. >> All right. Well, I do need you to step out of the vehicle for me so I can talk to you out here. >> Oh, no. We don't need to talk anymore. I I I haven't done. Is there a violation? >> So right now you're behind the wheel of your car and your speech is slurred and I think you might be impaired. >> No. >> No more no normal person just pass out behind the wheel of the car like that. >> I didn't pass out in the middle. I didn't pass out. >> If you don't come out, I'm going to yank you out. >> Oh well, I'll come out, but I'm not doing I'm not I'm not >> I'm just telling you right now. If you don't come out, I'm going to yank you out. >> Oh, no. I don't want you to yank me. Then step out. We step over. Start simple. Open the door and step out. What's your name, son? >> My name is Mark. Mark wiped his hands on his pants like the officer instructed and stepped away from his vehicle. At that point, he decided to be honest and admitted to the officer that he was tired. Even so, he still denied drinking. >> You know what? I'm tired. I work 7 days a week at my store that I opened. >> And I work kavas at night. >> You had a a drink or so. I mean, I can smell it from your breath. >> No, you might smell it on my body. I mean, I sp I spilled uh alcohol man. >> Yeah, I'm tired, man. I'm just tired. I mean, honestly, the fact of the matter is is that I work 7 days a week >> at my store and I work. I'm tired. >> I'm a tired person. >> That's all it is. >> So, why would why would you spill alcohol on you? On your person? >> What do you mean? I I carry trades. >> Do you do you serve drinks to or you just carry trades? >> I serve drinks, too. I I do everything. I I'm a server. >> Okay. Spilling drinks happens to every server, but you don't keep serving people in a shirt that's drenched with alcohol, right? Especially in a family-friendly restaurant like Kuraba's Italian Grill. The cop wanted to make sure the man was good to drive, but Mark refused to do field sobriety tests. >> The thing is, I have reason to believe you're impaired. You drive behind the wheel. >> No, I'm just tired. So, I'm not tired. >> I'm not interested in doing any tests or anything like that. >> Nope. I'm tired. >> Why you don't want to go to class? >> Cuz I don't want to. So, I need to advise you if you don't do what I'm asking you to do, I'm going to base my investigation. Right now, it's a DUI investigation. >> I'm going to base my investigation on my observation. >> What's your observation? >> You go behind the wheel, you pass out. Okay. >> No, I didn't pass out. >> Your speech is slid and I can smell alcohol from your breath. >> No, you can't smell alcohol. You smell pomodoro sauce, my breath. >> You smell tomato sauce. You smell kapalini pomodoro. That's what you smell. >> Oh, have you had any alcohol? >> No. No, I did not. I I'd like to go home, please, if you don't mind. I'm very tired. >> I work two jobs. >> I I own a store and I work karate. Two jobs, seven days a week. >> Despite the officer's warnings, the man still didn't want to do any tests, but he was still smart and cognizant enough to know that he shouldn't be driving. He was hoping the officer would just let him go on home. >> Wait, I would just like to go home. >> I'm just tired. And I got to be back on that temple. >> That's it. I'm just tired. I don't want to do anything. I just want to go home. >> Tired. There's no there's no suspicion necessary because I came here, sat down, decided to sit down and relax for a minute. Ate some food. And ah if I started to fall asleep a little bit while I'm eating food with my hands cuz I don't have any silverware cuz I'm hungry as >> So why didn't you just get a silver like a like a spoon of fork out and eat? >> What do you mean? >> Why didn't you eat before you leave? >> What? Before I leave? Why? What do you mean? I didn't think of it. >> You're walking out of You're walking out of work. I'm clocking out. What do you mean? What do you mean? Oh, I have to prepare for everything. I said, "Oh, man. I'm really hungry. It's not completely impossible that the man was just really tired and really hungry. But if that was all that it was, why didn't he just do the field sobriety tests? Something here just wasn't adding up. >> I wanted optical, a place to get glasses. I worked there at 9:00 in the morning. >> Mhm. >> Once I was done there, I work at the restaurant. Then when I'm done with the restaurant, I come home hungry. I eat one meal a day. It's all I eat. Okay. So, how are you going to get home? >> Uh, I I I could leave my car here and have somebody pick me up. If you're if you're worried about it, I'd be happy to leave my car here and have >> Why would you leave your car here if you >> Cuz if you're worried about it, I mean, you know, I mean, you say you're worried about it. I'm not worried about it, but you say you are. So, I'd rather you feel okay. >> I mean, I'd rather you feel okay. >> Okay. >> So, I'd rather just I'll leave my car right here. Um, I I can understand that you want to leave your car here because you probably feel guilty that you're impaired. That's why you >> No, absolutely not. No, no, no. You're worried about >> Why would you just say, you know what, man? I'm going to drive my car because I'm not impaired. Just tell me. >> I will I will drive I'll drive my car. I'll drive my cars. I'm impaired. But you you want to make make me go through the dance and this. I'm not doing my suspicion. That's what I'm asking. >> I I don't want to do all that stuff. >> The officer inspected the car once more and didn't see any open alcohol containers in plain view. Still though, considering the suspect was passed out and that he also smelled of alcohol, the officer didn't have much choice but to take him in. >> I can smell from your breath. Your suspicion is red. >> Your eyes are glassy. That's my eyes are >> That's an indication you are impaired to me. And I'm giving you the chance to dispel my suspicion. And I I already have I already have. >> If you don't do what I'm asking you, I want to base my investigation on my observation. >> And you arrest me on what? >> Yes, I'm going to place you under arrest. You don't do what I said. What I what I'm asking you to do. >> No, I don't want to do that. >> I'm asking you. >> Okay. Put your eye on your back for me. I'm going to arrest for D. >> I don't understand what I'm being arrested for. >> Please explain it to me. >> No, I I I didn't uh >> I didn't submit to any tests or anything like that. I've been standing here. I told you I was tired. I I told Le, >> of course. Mark was taken to jail and he was offered a breath, urine or blood sample which he refused. The officer had no choice but to charge the man with DUI and refusal to submit to testing. On the evening of July 13th, 2025 in Rio Rancho, the cops responded to a nearby park where an SUV was stuck in a ditch. Upon closer inspection, the officer realized that the driver was a woman and she appeared to be very intoxicated. >> All right, step out for me. >> What? >> You're in a ditch. >> I couldn't get out. I got it. >> All right, step out of the car, ma'am. >> Say it again. >> I'm trying to get the key out. >> Is it not coming out? >> No. >> All right, just step out for me. Okay, we'll have the window roll down, so you're good. I'm >> going to open the door for you. Okay. Do you have any shoes on? >> No. >> Grab your flipflops right there. >> I don't. >> All right. >> Step out. >> What? >> Cuz we have to figure out what happened. >> What happened with what? >> You're in a ditch in a park. >> I can't get out. >> Are you hurt? >> No, I'm not. >> Can you check on her just to make sure she's okay to get out? The woman claimed she wasn't injured, but she appeared very drowsy and not really aware of her surroundings. Before the medics helped her out of the vehicle, she told the officer she was going through a divorce. And according to her statements, it was a very volatile relationship. >> Were you trying to get home? >> I was just trying to get back home to be honest. I was trying to separate myself from a situation that was >> You live Do you live fairly close by or? >> Yes, I live extremely close by. >> How many minutes do you think? Um 2 minutes >> about 2 minutes away. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Yeah. So >> where where were you headed from today? >> I I wasn't trying to get anywhere. I was just trying to be home and literally I got physically assaulted in the face. Someone hit me in the face yesterday. >> I I I don't deserve that. So >> Okay. >> I was trying to separate myself from the situation. Uhhuh. >> Um but this is where we're where we're at now. So >> Okay. >> Yeah. You had anything to drink today? Uh, >> yes, I have had something to drink. Yes. >> Okay. How long ago was that, do you think? >> Um, last night. >> Despite her very slurred speech, she did manage to give coherent answers, but there were some troubling signs. For example, she wasn't quite sure what time it was. Listen to the woman as she explained what happened. >> So, you don't remember how you got into the ditch at all? >> I do. >> You do? >> I do. Absolutely. How did you how did you get into the ditch? >> I remember sitting here for hours and not being able to move because I was so upset and then I tried to move and I was not able to get out and I was stuck. So, >> do you remember how like though like cuz your your tire tracks go all the way out here. Do you remember which way you were driving on 17th? Do you were you going this way or were you going that way? >> I was driving like an abnormal I wasn't driving like ex like crazy. >> No, that's not what I'm asking. I'm just asking, do you remember which way you were going >> on the way? >> I I probably would have been going this way. >> This way towards your house. >> Yeah, toward this way. But >> do you remember where you veered off the road or >> I I didn't veer off the road though necessarily. Like I >> Yeah, but I mean your car is all the way over here. >> I I I I get that, but I didn't veer off the road. The suspect, later identified as Chanley, said she didn't veer off the road, but the evidence said otherwise. Somehow, she ended up in a ditch and was also in a no drive zone, and she couldn't really remember how she got there. Naturally, the cop went back to the issue of drinking. What What did you drink today? Do you remember what you drank? >> I had something to drink last night. >> Okay. What What was that? Was it >> import? >> Last night. >> Okay. How many hours ago was last night? >> Um, I don't know. What time is it now? Last night. >> Just Just remember. >> I'm trying to be as pleasant as possible, but last night. >> Okay. >> What time do you think it is? >> Um, about It's probably about 6 or 7 8 9 p.m. It's probably about that time. Yeah. So, last night. about the same time last night, 12 hours ago. So, >> okay. >> The medics offered to take her to a hospital, but Chanley refused. By that point, the officer had no other options but to ask the woman to do field sobriety tests. As drunk as she appeared to be, she was still coherent enough to avoid admitting she was drunk. >> There standard tests just to see if you were okay to drive and then figure out, >> are you not okay to drive? Why is that? >> Because why not? >> So, Chanley, let's go over to my car really quick and then we're going to ask you some more questions. I just don't want you sitting out here because we got to get a tow truck to get your car out of here. They're going to be in the way. So, let's just go where it's, you know, out of the park and stuff and need to ask you [music] some more questions. Okay. >> Mind standing up for me? >> Yeah. >> All right. Let's walk right over here. Okay. >> Yeah. Watch out for the stickers, though. Okay. >> Just right. Right this way. Follow those fire fire uh EMS people. >> Okay. Let's stand. I'm going to have you stand right here. Okay. Are you okay if we run you through some standardized field sobriety tests to see if you're okay to drive? >> Okay. >> Eventually, she agreed to be tested. She denied having any recent injuries, but she did say she had kidney issues which gave her swelling in her left foot. However, based on how she struggled to walk, it didn't look like the woman could perform the test properly. >> Keep your head still for me. Thank you. >> Keep looking at There we go. >> I'm going to go really slow now. Okay, keep your head still for me. I >> I'm really trying. This car was just suck, bro. like >> are you ready? >> Um, >> are you ready to start? >> I can't do this like naturally, so I'm not This is not fair, but yes. >> Okay. You ready? >> Hold on. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Go ahead and begin. Hold on. Do you have any questions? >> No, I have a problem because I'm not naturally punching. Like I I can't do this normally. So, okay. >> She couldn't even manage one step, let alone nine. And the one-legged stand test went just as bad. The cop decided to do more testing. One with the alphabet and another one with numbers. What level of education do you have? Huh? >> College. >> College. Okay. So, you know, so you know your alphabet and stuff. Yes. Okay. I'm not going to ask you to do it backwards or anything like that because I can't do that. Um, but for this one, I'm going to ask you to start instead of starting at the letter A, I'm going to have you start at the letter I >> and say out loud the letters to Q. Starting at I, go to Q. >> Okay. I, J, K, M, O, P, Q, R, S. Yes. That that stops at Q, right? Yes. Yes. >> Okay. >> I'm I'm fully like I'm more aware of >> it. It sounds like it. >> Yes. >> For the for the next one, I'm going to have you do a numbers test. Okay. Do you know your numbers 0 to 100? >> Okay. I'm going to have you count backwards. Okay. >> From 72 to 51 out loud. >> Okay. >> Can you do that for 72 71 70 >> 70 >> reference I call this 4172. >> Based on her terrible test performance, the officer arrived at the only logical conclusion. Chanley was drunk and was in no shape to drive. Surprisingly, she agreed with his assessment. >> So Chanley, I think you've had way too much to drink today. >> You know that, right? >> Yes, I had way too much to drink. >> Yes, I agree. Um, so I'm I have to place you under arrest for DWI. Go ahead and put your hands behind your dad. >> Look, my shoulder is in my place, so please be careful with it. >> Okay. >> My shoulder is >> Which shoulder is it? >> My left shoulder. >> Your left shoulder. >> Yes. >> So, please be careful with it. >> Make clearance. like this. >> I don't want to scoot in the floor. I'm going to have him go in the front. Okay. >> Okay. Thank you. I really appreciate that. >> My my left shoulder is really up. >> Go ahead and have a seat. >> Just for 49. We don't have females and for uh 27 currently. >> 104. I'll add it here in a second. >> I'm sorry. I've never been arrested. This is like >> It sounds like this will be the last time we might go. >> Yes. Yes, for sure. >> Jay was taken to jail where she consented to giving breath samples. Both samples came back way over the limit coming in at 29 and 31. Having such a high BAC, she was then taken to a hospital to be medically checked. After being cleared, she was later booked and charged with aggravated DUI and criminal damage to property. On the 23rd of August 2025, after attending the Pirate Viking Summer Festival, a woman left the area in her Jeep with her RV still attached. After tearing through the RV park, she got on the highway and continued driving erratically. When the cops caught up to her, she pulled over at a gas station. >> They just hit the gas pump with their awning on the camper. >> [clears throat] >> How are we doing, ma'am? >> I just want to close. They scared me off. I just want to close my gate thing. I know that that happened. Please let me go home. >> How much have you had to drink out there? >> Nothing. >> Nothing. Cuz I can smell it coming off of you right now. >> Then the they didn't do their stuff right then. >> Okay. Do you have your you have your ID on you? >> If you let me fill up my gas tanking and close my awning. I do. Ma'am, I need I need your ID now. This isn't You're not going to dictate how this goes. Okay, >> I'm fine. >> The driver insisted she was fine, but she appeared to be nervous and kept looking down on the ground. She was either avoiding eye contact or she didn't want to breathe towards the officer. She immediately started saying she was afraid because people had threatened her at the festival. At that point, the officer asked for her ID. >> I don't want to give it to you, sir. >> You You have to You This isn't a question. I'm fine. Can I close my awning and get gas? >> If you do not give me your ID, I'm going to arrest you. >> Okay. >> May I find it without thinking you're I have no weapons. >> I have been checked on that. >> Okay. Go ahead. >> This is my house. I'm scared. >> Okay. >> Do you know I'm scared? >> Why? >> Cuz I've been abused by the ninth judicial district and I'm in the middle of a restitution lawsuit. >> Okay. Well, we're not there right now. This is Ed >> and I'll leave it parked here. So, >> and I can walk from here. I will give you my ID, but I didn't do anything wrong. I'm scared off of property that I was parked at. >> Okay. >> Do you understand? I >> will give you my ID, >> but I'm tired of being abused by police and I do call the FBI often. I work for the Space Force. I have PTSD, diagnosed from Meridian Behavioral Health. I'm recently discharged and have been illegally detained for a while, about 6 weeks. >> Okay. >> So, where's your ID? >> I don't know. I'm trying to find it and you scare me. So, >> let's start off with that. May I find out your woman? May I look for my stuff? I don't have guns. >> What is your name? >> Kylie. >> What are you What are you afraid of right now? >> You. >> The female officer tried to calm the suspect down, but Kylie didn't seem afraid. She just wanted to be left alone. The problem was she'd already made a mess. She was also getting so agitated that the cops barely had a chance to utter a single sentence, let alone explain things to her. >> Sarah, I didn't do anything. >> Just stay back over here. Lay back. >> Please don't touch me. Please don't touch me. Please don't touch me. Please don't touch me. >> Please be okay. I want to look out. >> You want to be >> Don't hit my hand. No, I don't. I don't. I don't. I don't. I don't. I put my hands behind your back. >> I don't want to be detained. I'm about to piss myself. >> Please don't ditch. >> What is the problem? >> Stand. I need my Lord's present now. Please God, don't hurt me. I'll stand here. >> Hey, stop touching me. Please stop touching me. Please stop. >> You're being handcuffed at this point because you're not cooperating. Do you understand that? >> Please stop touching me and cooperating. Understand that. Ma'am, >> do you have any weapons on you? >> No, ma'am. Nowhere in this vicinity. Not at all. >> I want you down to make sure you don't have any weapons. Okay. >> Why did you leave the festival? >> Because they illegally detain me. The private people security told me to run. >> Run from what? >> Them. I was enjoying the music. >> The officer would later discover that she wasn't just enjoying the music. But at that point, they had to take things step by step. First things first, they wanted to see if the woman was even aware the awning was open or if she knew about the damage she'd done to the gas station. >> Are you aware that you just damaged a gas pump? >> I didn't mean to. I was scared of them and I just told him I didn't mean to do that. How much have you had to drink today? >> Nothing. >> Kylie, stop. >> I'm scared and I'm shaking and I have complex PTSD disorder diagnosed and I need my lawyers and I'm illegally the same. Kylie, stop moving. Okay. >> I'm scared. I want to pee. >> Kylie, is it okay if I look >> pee myself on purpose? >> Don't. Why would you do that? >> Cuz I'm scared of you and I'm scared and I want to be myself and I have to pee and they maybe not be able to pee. >> Kylie, can I look in here for your ID? >> No. >> No. You can look at the back of that discover card. >> That's not going to help me. Okay. >> That's my name. >> I need your information. >> You can't get my information. That's my illegal civil New Mexican whistleblower protector act. Right. >> She was trying to postpone the inevitable, hoping that her wild PTSD story might make the officers let her go. However, they already found out that reportedly she'd assaulted a person at the festival. So, they wanted to know more about that. >> What did you drink at the festival? >> Were you drinking beer? Mead? >> Mead. Sample. >> I don't want to wrap that up. >> Okay. One, two little baby ones. It was me. >> Okay, >> Kylie, we were told that while you were at the festival, you threw a bottle at one of the performers. >> I didn't do that. >> They were my friends and I was celebrating with them. I didn't do that. My my Eastern New Mexico flag is still there and I dumped change on their porch. Their porch being the state and I didn't throw a bottle. >> You are going to be officially trespassed from there. You're not >> I never want to go back. >> Okay. You're not to go back there again. >> That's great. Okay. >> The New Mexico Rival Life Reserve of Eastern New Mexico doesn't want me to be there. That's fine. >> I understand. Thank you. >> I'm going to ask you again. How much have you had to drink today? >> Nothing. >> Well, you just told me something different, Kylie. >> The meter from Carlsb. >> Not serving correctly. >> The female officer wasted no time at all and mirandized the woman while the woman kept talking over her the entire time. When asked if she understood her rights, she said yes, but then said she'd plead the fifth, meaning she wanted to stay silent. However, staying silent was not her strong suit. >> I need an emergency phone call now. >> You're going to be going to jail for disorderly conduct. >> I think that's inaccurate and illegally detained. Still, I paid my right to be there and I want to leave and I want to walk. >> You're not going anywhere. >> I want to walk away and you have all my stuff >> and my IDs and my phone and they keep taking it. Don't drag me. Don't drag me. >> But don't drag me. I still need to pee and I might piss myself. >> I'm not kidding. >> Okay. >> Excuse me. May I go in swiftly? I will. I have disabilities. My knee hurts and my kids. >> I'm not I'm not pushing you. I'm helping you in >> I'm going to make sure that illegally. >> I'm not I'm making sure your head is not going to touch the >> You're still touching me illegally still right now. Don't touch me. >> Having secured the woman, the cops reported to their supervisor and explained what had happened. As for Kylie, she was obviously headed to jail. The question was just how many charges would she face. >> Did you guys see any liquor in the vehicle? >> I haven't looked because she kept trying to walk away from me. >> Plain view. I mean, >> turn around and I'll get the hair out of your face real quick. But I'm going to explain something. >> Don't do it heart. >> I'm going to explain something to you. Okay. >> Okay. It's still in my face. Please get my baby hairs out of my face. It tickles. It really tickles and it hurts. I have lupus and probably >> Okay. Can you put my hat on better? >> Listen to me. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. >> I'm going to take the handcuffs off. You're going to be transported by medical. >> If this is what you do to me after all, >> listen to me. We're not done. You are being trespassed from the Wildlife West Zoo Park. You cannot go back. >> That's fun info. >> Okay. Okay. You are also being charged with disorderly conduct. >> Final. If I get a statement from the employees at the park that you did indeed throw a bottle at a performer, you will also be charged with aggravated assault. >> Okay. >> Okay. And you were also going to be charged with criminal damage to property. >> I'll pay for that right now, but you didn't let me. >> After paramedics took her to the hospital, the cops headed back to the festival to find potential witnesses. >> Hi. Are you part of the band? >> Oh, you part of the band? >> Are you part of the band? >> No, I am running south with Christian. Who is part of the big? >> Um, so these people >> Okay. The two on the side. I'm just need to talk to him about an incident that happened earlier. >> Okay. >> An incident that happened earlier. >> Saw the the bottle throwing. >> Yeah. >> Hey, you saw the girl throw the water bottle. >> Yes, I did. >> She saw one. Okay. >> I saw I'm the one that talked to security. >> Okay. So, can you tell me? Well, let's just wait real quick while she gets this information and then >> Yeah. Yeah. >> That way you're not repeating yourself. No, no problem. Because we also had a crazy lady last night at our campsite and we're wondering if it's the same one. She threw an empty water bottle at the drummer, Chris. And then she ran up the >> Chris the drummer >> right there. >> Okay. >> And then she ran up the ramp and I saw her trying to like try to get on stage >> and I was like, "Uh-uh." After she threw the water bottle, I looked at my husband. I said, "I'll be back." >> How did she throw the water bottle? >> She just kind of like tossed it. It wasn't like a hard throw, but she chucked it and she yelled something at Chris. I couldn't hear what she was saying. Like nothing she was saying made any sense. >> The woman's conduct during the traffic stop matched up with what the witnesses said to a tea. Because she only threw an empty bottle, she wasn't charged with assault, only reckless driving and disorderly conduct. That being said, she didn't show up for her arraignment. So, a bench warrant was issued for her arrest. On the 30th of June, 2024 in Florida, the cops responded to an altercation in a parking lot. When they arrived on scene, they found a 59-year-old man sitting in a pickup. The man's speech was slurred and he wasn't wearing pants. As if that wasn't a big enough clue, he quickly admitted to being very drunk. >> I'll be out at Steak and Shake on Silver Boulevard with a vehicle from my home. >> I'm going to go home. Huh? >> I'm going to go with >> You want to go where? Why are you honking your horn and stuff? >> That woman. >> All right. Put your car apart. You got your driver's license on you? >> Yes, sir. >> Second. >> Nope. Leave your part. At least leave it a park. >> How much have you had to drink today? >> A little bit too much. And I was just trying to find a place to sleep. I'm not sure where my where my license is. Okay. Do you even have pants on? I'm pretty sure I do not. Is that them next to you? >> The deputy briefly talked to the woman who was sitting in the Honda. Apparently, she noticed the man getting into his car and since he was clearly drunk, she called police. She also honked her horn at the man and that's when he started arguing with her. The truth was there were multiple 911 calls for the same [music] man. >> You aren't able to find it. >> My phone. your wallet with your driver's license. >> Walmart is the place that they let you actually sleep, right? >> No, your house is the place they let you sleep. >> Okay. >> No, they don't let people sleep in the parking lot. >> I was told that that is where they >> Yeah, I know. >> Are you arguing with her just cuz she honked her horn at you? >> You know what? Yes. >> Any street? And you know what the thing is? >> I was I was in my mind talking about this late night. >> Is your wallet in your pants there? >> The man was sure he had his wallet in his car, but just couldn't manage to find it. He also said that he was aware he shouldn't drive, so he wanted to find a place to sleep it off. The deputy told him to look in his pants one more time. And speaking of pants, >> why don't you got your pants on? >> Well, I don't have I was just going to climb in the back and go to sleep. >> You know what I was going through? >> I don't. We got multiple calls on you. >> You know what? >> I really go ahead and slide your pants on and step out here for >> Is the vehicle registered to you? >> Of course. Yes. Ah, >> I just had a new hip installed. >> Okay. >> That's why I'm the way I am. I just had a new hip installed. >> Are you taking medication for it? Like pain pills and stuff? >> Yeah. >> Are you not supposed to use that with alcohol? >> Probably. >> Uh, yes. Uh, yes. I I have uh Oxycottton. When's the last time you took one of those? >> Uh this morning. >> Oxycontton, of course, is an opioid painkiller, and it's used for very severe pain when regular medicine just doesn't work. It can make a person dizzy, drowsy, or lightaded. [snorts] It's also very addictive. It's obviously a drug that limits a person's driving ability, and alcohol just makes it worse. >> Yeah. Go ahead. Do what you got to do. My wife, she damn it. She gave me the like, "Get out of here. Go. I don't want to see you anymore." And it really hurt, >> man. [ __ ] you. >> Is that why you kind of just been driving around? >> Mhm. I was coming here to just sleep. I swear to God, bro. I was coming here to sleep and nobody would see me until tomorrow. Well, the problem is all the driving in between all that. >> I know. I know. >> We got a call before you pulled into the last gas station. >> You got a call. Yeah, woman. >> And then and then obviously you just told the lady at the park that you're too drunk. >> I just want to walk around your car to the front of my car over there. They identified the suspect as Jeffrey Allen Lincoln. He explained that he had surgery last week and that he was still using a walker. The man agreed to the DUI investigation, but due to his condition, they let Jeffrey do the field sobriety test while sitting down. >> All right. What's your first name, bud? >> Jeff. >> All right, Jeffrey. So, I am going to do a DUI investigation. >> Okay. >> So, are you willing to do field sobriety exercises? >> Sure. >> Okay. Well, we'll do seated ones since obviously you with your hip I can't have you walking around and stuff. >> Thank you, sir. All right, let's go. >> All right. Uh, so the first thing I'm gonna do is I'm going to check your eyes. >> You should be able to leave that there. >> Do you have blindness in either eye? >> I do. >> You like completely blind? >> Uh-huh. >> Which eye can't you see out of? >> Right eye. >> Okay. And left eye is good. >> Do you wear contacts or glasses at all? >> Okay. >> Just blindness in the right eye. >> Okay. During the eye test, the man kept blinking so hard and for so long that he appeared to be on the verge of falling asleep. After the touch your nose test, he was then instructed to clench his fist and then switch them up in a very specific sequence. >> Better. >> Wow. >> Little bit. >> Yeah. So, like I said, you said >> left fist against your chest. You're then going to open your hands and put them in your lap. Okay. >> That's a whole bunch of stuff. Do you not want to do this one? Do you not think you can do it? >> It seems like a whole bunch of stuff. Yeah. Well, driving is a whole bunch of stuff. That's why these exercises have multiple layers. >> I just want to stop and >> But you haven't been stopping. You've continued to drive. >> But I'm going to stop. >> Well, we're not going to take that risk. >> I'm going to do it all at once. That way you know what it looks like. Okay. >> 1 2 3 4. >> One, two, three, four. You're going to clap three times. Five, six, seven, eight. You're going to end with your fist against your chest and then open your hands and lay back. >> I'll give it a go. >> All right. >> All right. Uh, >> if you think you understand. >> One, two, three, four. Clap. Bash. Clap. Don't like that. >> The man's performance was less than stellar, and it was enough for the officer to make his own conclusion. But there were still more tests to do. The next one being the alphabet test. And once again, the man was sure that he'd ace it. >> What's your highest level of education? high school diploma. >> So, you know your alphabet? >> I do. >> Okay. So, all you're going to have you do is for this one, so I tell you to begin, you're going to touch your head back and close your eyes and you're just going to say your alphabet from A to Z. So, it'll be A B C all the way to Z without >> singing X. No. >> Oh, backwards. >> No. Regular. >> Do it backwards. >> Okay. So, it's going to be A B C D all the way to Z without singing. All right. You understand those instructions? I do. >> All right. If you understand, you can begin. >> A B C >> D F W. It didn't take Jeffree too long to mess up his alphabet. It was like he was battling to get his words out through a fog of memory. The man just couldn't do it, and he kept pausing for longer and longer until at one point it looked like he'd fallen asleep. >> All right, buddy. So, you're going to place under arrest for driving under the influence. Hey, Jeffrey, I'm going have you walk back here with me. >> Some water. >> Uh, do you got some in your car? >> Maybe. >> All right. I'll see if you got some in a minute. So, we're going to come back here. >> First, water. >> Huh? No, we're going to come back here and do the breath test first. >> Water. >> I don't have water. >> I would like some water. >> So, we're going to come back here. >> My mouth is so dry. I could barely. >> I will try to find you some water, but we're going to walk back here. >> Water. >> Jeffrey, I'm not asking you. I'm telling you. We're going to walk back here. See, >> you know what? You are asking water. >> No. At this point, you're under arrest. >> Water. >> Jeffrey, get up and walk back here. Let me I don't have water. You I can't just pull some out of my butt. >> The man looks surprised he'd been arrested. He probably thought the deputy might cut him some slack. I mean, he was elderly. He just had surgery and he'd been kicked out by his wife. >> You're arresting me for being drunk? >> Yeah. >> So, what makes you think? >> Because you walked from back here. >> Well, you know what? >> Here's your walker. Let's walk over there. >> No, I'm sorry. I can't do that. >> Okay. So, you want me to >> Yeah. I I want you to >> Okay. So, I don't want to hurt you. So, let's get up. I'll assist you in walking over there. [clears throat] >> And then I'll see about finding you some water. >> Okay. >> Now, the water, huh? >> I told you I would get you some water. >> I don't think, dude. >> [ __ ] >> You know, I'm not I'm not the the the the hardest criminal. You're gonna take out tonight? >> I'm not, but I believe I'm preventing you from someone. >> Well, you know what? >> Yeah. All right. Well, go ahead. >> Get all the way in. How do I >> You can slide if you need to slide your butt back and sit that way. >> The body will tell me. >> That's what I'm saying. >> What it needs however you need to. >> Ultimately, Jeffrey did get his water just like the deputy promised. Inside the man's vehicle, there was an open container of vodka in plain sight. It was the man's fourth DUI offense, and this time around, his blood alcohol content was 241. On the 22nd of February, 2024, the cops pulled over two females driving a distinct white SUV as they were suspected of running into at least four more vehicles. Right off the bat, it was clear the traffic stop would not get resolved easily. >> Yes, there is. There's vehicle damage that's consistent with all the damage that >> But that was not me. >> Okay. That's why you're being detained and that's why she's being detained. That's why she needs identify >> because I'm not being detained because that was me. That's not >> You have proof. >> Exactly. Do you have proof? Because that is not me, sir. And you know what? My vehicle's been the same with a black fender on top of my bumper and I got another bumper on top of that. >> Do you know them? Do you know them by chance? >> They don't look familiar. I don't know the car. >> No, nothing like that. Okay. >> You don't need the business owner or nothing, right? He's made contact with the victim. >> There's no car. He's going to get their victim information. >> Yeah, we're not taking her there. >> Yeah, we'll just have her step out. He can drive by. >> He's asking what did you stop? >> Can you tell him what I told you? >> No, but you didn't explain. Excuse me. What am I being stopped for? >> The problem with entitled drunk drivers is that they have a hard time listening without interrupting. And the young woman here was no different. Every time the cop tried to explain something, she just had to butt in. >> Okay, I'm gonna explain this, but please don't. >> He's on the line, too. So, what am I being stopped for? Because >> I don't really care. >> Mr. uh all Nanison or whatever his name is, cuz it's not presented. And I'm going to take his badge number, too. >> Okay. >> Are you ready for me to explain? Yes. Yes. >> Somebody called us. >> Please get your hand off my vehicle. >> Somebody called us. and said that a white Tahoe with a black quarter fender >> and guess what? >> Are you going to let me finish? >> Go ahead. >> Because if you interrupt me one more time, I'm not going to explain it. >> Go ahead. >> Okay. A white Tahoe [clears throat] with two females driving hit some cars. Don't know exactly how many, but more than one on Flaggler and left. Okay. This officer happens to find a white Tahoe with a black quarter panel with damage consistent what they're saying happens. >> So you don't >> Hold on. I'm not done yet. So he stopped you for that. If it wasn't you, we're going to find out and then you guys will be on your merry way. >> The whole situation could not have been clearer. At least it would have been clear to a person who was sober. In this case, the cop had already explained everything less than 5 minutes ago, but the self-righteous driver had already forgotten it. >> What What is uh going on right now? >> I've already explained it to you. >> He's explained it to you. I've explained it to you. >> But I don't understand what's going on. You guys have us pulled over for what? >> So, what is the reality? Cuz you put you pulled us over for a traffic stop. >> I already told you to forget about all that. >> No, no, no. But it's nothing forget about because that's what you put us over for illegally. >> Are you an attorney? >> No. Um, no. But my brother is military police and has >> Yeah, it doesn't matter. So, I'm telling you, you pulled me over for a little uh traffic stop. So, what goes from here? >> Well, he pulled you over immediately cuz you almost got into a car accident. >> No, there's no car setting cuz I have my uh >> Okay, that's your opinion. >> No, cuz I have my uh my I'm sorry, my signal light on. My signal light was on. So, where would we go from there? >> There's no sensor. Don't Don't even >> Okay, but I don't understand. and we're just all standing here and I want to >> We already told you twice what we're doing. >> The officer's patience was slowly running thin. Based on the woman's behavior, the cop had a hunch she was under the influence. And when the woman kept asking the same questions over and over again, the officer decided to take the next step. >> Actually, as a matter of fact, could you go ahead and step out of the car for me? >> No, I actually cannot cuz you cannot search my vehicle cuz I have a a service animal in here. >> Let me explain something to you. Listen, let me explain it to you. >> Okay. And my brother You You can hold on to the phone all you want, but there is a witness to the crash. >> But where's the witness? >> I'm not going to tell you again to stop interrupting me. Okay. Go >> ahead, Ben. >> It's going to go from me being polite to ripping you out of the car because you're not listening. >> I just Do you understand? >> Okay. Well, he could search the car, but Chaz is in the car. >> We're not searching the car. >> I need you to step out of the car. >> I can step on my vehicle. >> Yes. Stand right there. So, I want to ask you, but when I do step out, what is >> you're going to come over here and stand any >> and this has been fixed. So, this goes like this and this bumper. >> All right, the other side's messed up. >> All you got to do is sit stand right there. >> The woman clutched her cell phone like her brother on the end of the line might somehow be able to save her. She tried to explain to the officer that the damage was there before and even said she bought the car like that. And she wasn't the only one giving the cops a hard time because her passenger was just as difficult. >> Did you guys explain to her that she was involved in a crash? She was a passenger. We need to identify her. >> What? You got a warrant or something? >> And why are you failing to identify yourself? >> I'm looking to go to work. I'm looking to see what they need to do. >> I don't know. So, we're going to >> put yourself at risk of going to jail rather than just giving us your ID. That makes logical sense to you. >> Well, I was just waiting for your friend and like this isn't like a negotiation. Like, you're not in charge of the scenario. >> Okay, let me Can I call or No, >> you can just hand me your driver's license. >> Am I still free to call or No. Am I still free to call? >> We are. >> Am I free to call? >> You can do whatever you want. >> Okay. So, >> you're not leaving here until you get ID, >> right? So I have a >> So the longer you prolong this >> So she has her boyfriend who was in a So I would just call her and ask what she thinks. >> It doesn't matter about an attorney. We're just asking you to identify yourself cuz you were involved in a vehicle accident in a car. Do you understand? >> I were you in that car? >> No, no, no. So I'm just trying to identify where I need to be identified, but you're identifying me in places that I don't need to know. >> Eventually the cop got on the phone with the passenger's friend. The friend was smart enough to advise the young lady to do what the cop said. As they waited for a witness to identify the suspects, things got more tense by the minute. >> The stress and anxiety with an emotional support animal, and they're trying to tell me they don't got any video or anything. They got meed up. >> I'm asking you to stand there and look north. >> What do you want me to look north for? >> Stand there. >> Benny, he took my phone and shot. Benny, he's taking this off. Listen to me. He's taking my phone off. >> Stand here. Benny, he's taking my phone off. Look forward. That's all I need you to do. So now you are not free to go. >> But why though? >> Because you've been positively identified as a person driving this car when it hit a car. And >> so guess what? What is my identification? >> Do what you guys did was you. >> I already talked with somebody. >> Stand right here. >> She's free to go. Actually >> sending my location now. >> I'm not going to tell you again. This is not a game. Stand right there. >> Military police. Am I free to go? I was free to go. He gave me free to go. He gave me free to go. >> When people are drunk, their manners, their common sense, and even their grammar goes right out the window. If they're persistent enough, a pair of handcuffs and jail time are what's usually on the horizon. Shortly after, the cops decided enough was enough. >> Turn around and put your hand behind your back. You're being detained. Don't flex. >> Don't flex. Okay, but I'm asking. >> Don't flex. What am I being deceived? >> Because you're not cooperating. You're not listening. You're doing whatever you want. >> I'm not cooperating. You said that I stand by this card >> and I stand by the card. >> You're not listening. >> There's no proof. Can I call my brother right now? Because you took my phone. >> No. >> My brother is the owner of thating dog. And I'm telling you right now, he will press charges. Bro, >> listen. >> I'm telling you right now, he will press charges because you have no proof. You stop talking. >> My truck's been bought like this. >> Can you stop talking? >> Okay. Okay. Go ahead then. >> Give me your brother's phone number and >> I did not have his phone number because guess what? All this all these satellites went out today. If you wouldn't notice. >> I mean to call my brother, bro. >> Yeah. I don't care. I'm giggly, too. And you know what? This is not funny because you don't have any proof. >> We're not even talking about you. >> Okay. And guess what, bro? What are you pulling me over for is what I want to know. Mention it on your camera. When the witness arrived, he identified the suspect 100% saying she had caused the accident. After that, there were no ifs, ands, or buts. >> The car being kind of the car >> gradually. Oh, you're a girl. You're more aggressive than him. Godamn. Chill. Cuz you'reing grabbing me crazy. >> You need to have some chill. >> No, you're going crazy. Look, all I'm trying to ask is shorty can't even see my face at a truck. So, what I'm trying to ask is even if I put my face to her, how do you know if it's even me? I don't understand what the hell is going on straight up, dude. >> Eventually, the cops called one of the suspect's mothers to come and pick up the dog. The driver was charged with DUI with damage, leaving the scene of a crash, refusing to submit blood samples, and four separate traffic infractions. After spending two days in jail, she was sentenced to 12 months probation, 50 hours of community service, a suspended driver's license, as well as fines. Her friend was charged with resisting without violence, spent 2 days in jail, and also had to pay fines. Thanks for sticking with us to the very end.
