Do what are you doing? Are you seriously about to pull out your taser? >> I'm an attorney. >> NOW YOU'RE IN TOTAL VIOLATION, BIG BOY. Get ready. Get ready. >> A sovereign citizen. >> Can't pretend like this is a 5-year-old toddler thing. Like, hey, look, >> I made a mistake and now I'm all good. Welcome back to the Vambalian channel, guys. Today we head back to Washington State for another how to get arrested in under 5 minutes and how not to behave in the back of a police car demonstration, courtesy of Right to Travel Guru Cameron. Right, let's get into the video. Open the window. Nothing. Nothing. >> What's going on? Huh? >> What's that? >> You're not going to violate my rights today. >> What are you talking about? I'm seeing if you're okay. >> I'm okay. >> Okay. >> You're not going to violate my rights today. Okay. >> I don't need your service. >> Can you step back to your car, please? >> No, I'm not going to step back. >> Step back to your car right now. >> What do you mean? >> Step back to your car. >> You suspected committed. >> Nothing. You have You have license. Stop. Let me talk. You have license plate covers. That's illegal in Washington. Get back in your car. >> Dude, get back in your car. Sergeant, >> get back in your car. >> I'm not going to take advantage from you. >> Get back in your car. >> That's not how this works. >> Get back. This is exactly how >> No, it doesn't. I have constitutional right. I'm not getting back in my car. >> Good for you. Get back in your car. >> I'm not obeying an unlawful command. >> That is a lawful command. Get back in your car. >> I'm not getting back in my car. Follow your sergeant. Dude, this is not going to die. As of 2025, all license plate covers, including clear, tinted, or plastic, are illegal in Washington state, making the stop and the 11 orders to go back to his vehicle lawful. The trooper now requests backup, but the stop goes way off the rails before they can get there. >> 510 North 97 combat. He's going to get another down here. >> Additional united emergency 39211. >> Get back in your car. >> I haven't done anything wrong. What I'm about is a right, >> sir. Get back in your car. >> You're not going to violate my right. >> I need to see your license, your registration, and proof of insurance. Yeah, I'll reserve all rights. I'm done talking to you. >> You're >> I reserve all rights. That's it, sir. Leave me alone. >> I'm not leaving you alone. >> You are leaving >> at this time. You're under arrest, sir, if you don't stop this. >> Stop. >> Hey, stop. Stop moving. >> I You can't do that. >> I can I can't harass you. >> The reason for the stop is your license plate cover. >> You didn't stop me. I was already parked on the side of the road. >> This is still a contest. >> You said to me, "What did you say? I'm checking on you to see if you're okay. That was okay. Leave me alone. >> I'm okay, dude. You're literally losing your mind and about to go to jail over what would have been a warning or at the very most a fix it ticket. Also, fun fact, law enforcement can do both a welfare check and investigate violations of the law at the same time. It's called multitasking. >> I'm not leaving you. Stop moving right now. Stop. >> Stop moving. >> What are you doing? Are you seriously about to pull out your taser? >> Yes. >> To a lawful person standing here doing nothing, please. Dude, >> stop. >> Sean Bourne, deescalate. >> I am. I'm trying. >> You're the one that's yelling. Okay. >> All right. Let's deescalate. Okay. Dude, I got one leg. I'm going to >> If you violate me in any way, there's an ADA violation because you know that you do not have the right license. >> I'm not giving you anything. I reserve all rights. I'm not speaking. >> If you don't provide that, you'll be under arrest. Remain silent. >> Okay, good. >> Remain silent. Yeah, that's not happening. I give him 2 seconds before he starts talking again. Also, the ADA, isn't that an act? The thing that you guys like to claim isn't the law when it comes to vehicle registration and driver's license requirements. Yet, here you are citing it as an authority when you think it might be beneficial. >> I need a seat. >> I reserve all right. I need >> You're under arrest >> for what? What? >> I'm not providing you the information. >> I'm reserving all rights. I don't have to give you any arrest. Turn. >> Dude, stop touching me. >> I haven't touched you ONCE YET. >> YOU'RE TRYING TO HARASS ME FOR WHAT? >> I am trying to arrest you now. For what crime? >> For not providing for probable cause and reasonable, articulate suspicion. >> Turn around right now. >> Okay. Okay. Don't hurt me, bro. >> I will not. Okay. >> Why you doing this to me, bro? >> Why? Cuz you're not providing me the information. >> Stop. >> I don't have the guard, >> dude. This is a major constitutional violation. >> Stop. You're going to lose all qualified immunity, bro. You're back. Okay, don't shove me. I got one leg, dude. Be nice, bro. Please be respectful. >> All right, let's go. >> Okay, let's go. Why are you pushing me? Back to my car. >> What crime have I committed? >> We're going back to my car. I'm going to read you your constitutional rights. Okay. >> What am I being arrested for? >> Failing to provide information when requested. >> That's not a >> That is a crime. >> Name the name name the uh >> Oh my god, bro. I cannot believe this is happening. >> I cannot believe this is happening right now, bro. >> Well, I would start getting comfortable with it if I were you because you managed to get arrested again a few days later in this video and again in October. >> You are totally inconstitutional violation. >> Big time, bro. >> You're a state patrol. You know you're not supposed to do this, bro. >> Bro, you know you're not supposed to do this. Why are you doing this right now? Yes, sir. Fine. >> Yes, sir. >> I first came I first came to check on you to see if you're okay. I saw that you had license plate covers. >> I'm on Oregon. I'm not I'm not there. That's for Washington only. Go ahead and take your phone. >> You can't do that on other people's other state. Know that it's >> so Washington state law doesn't apply to you because you're from another state. Yeah, that's not how that works. It's no wonder you're in a pair of handcuffs. But well done for turning what I'm guessing would have been just a warning into an arrest. 510 Golden one in custody. You can clear tones. All right, sir. >> I reserve all rights. >> All right. You have the right to remain silent. You have the right of this time to attorney. At >> all discretion, >> anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. >> Right. You have the right to talk to an attorney before answering any questions. >> You don't have a warrant for my arrest. >> You have the right to have an attorney. >> A warrantless arrest requires a gross misdemeanor felony. >> If you're not if you cannot appoint an attorney, one will be appointed for you without cost if you so desire. You can exercise these rights at any time. >> God bless. >> Do you understand these rights? Father God, I'm praying to him right now to bless everything in this life. Do you understand the way that he's acting right now, Father, for there is no reason for these actions to be placed upon him. He has all discretion, Father. and I rain down and ask you, Father God, to bless this man in his heart. Ask that you have him change his ways right now, Father God, for there is no reason to justify any ill will being done whatsoever. >> Do you understand these no corpus delect or any men's ris in relation to a crime whatsoever? Father God, I thank you. I thank you. >> Okay, guys. So, now we're going to jump ahead 10 minutes to the part just before the sergeant arrives where Cameron goes on what can only be described as a megalomaniacal rant. Enjoy. >> All righty. Your phone and headphones are right here. Okay. As well as your hat. All right. >> Where's the sergeant? >> He's on his way. >> Why'd you take my property from me? >> Why did you keep it safe? >> No, so I couldn't call people. >> No, it's to keep it safe. No, you're a liar, dude. >> All right. >> You know how bad this is going to look when I depose you? The disposition, the deposition is going to be great. Letting you know that right now, bro. I'm an attorney. >> Oh my god. I'm attorney in fact, bro. >> Is there anything in the vehicle you like me to grab for you before we go to the jail? No, you're not taking any of my property. >> And when the sergeant gets here, he's going to release me because you have no articulable suspicion of a crime being committed. Your first words out of your mouth was, "I'm checking on you to see if you're okay and you're back there lying to the sheriff's saying that you came up uh and because it was a license plate, you're a liar. God is going to show the truth of your actions today. You will be put on the Brady list. I promise. >> Cameron claims the trooper was lying to the sheriff's deputies, but this is actually what the trooper told them. Let me know in the comments if you think the trooper's version of events matches reality. >> What'd you get for a community caretaking stop at first and they saw he had well the license plate covers. As soon as I stop behind him, he's already out yelling at me like, "I'm not doing anything. I didn't do anything wrong." Like, "Okay, calm down. Get back in your car. I need to see your license, your registration, proven insurance. I'm not giving you anything. All right, cool. So then it just kind of went went down from there. Yeah. >> Cameron now accuses the trooper of violating the Clu Klux Clan Act because of course he does. >> I guarantee it. >> Still failing to identify. >> Identify. >> That's right. I have a constitutional right. I can be private at any time. I do not have to identify without a reasonable, articable suspicion of a crime. This is kidnapping and harassment. This is a deprivation of my rights under title 18 section 242 of 1983. I'm about to file a 1983 section 1983 1871 Kuts Clan Act complaint against you. And I know you don't know what that is. >> Are you okay? >> I am okay. And I know everything. >> Are you on anything right now? need to know about. >> No, >> no, >> no. >> I don't do drugs, bro. I the great You don't understand, bro. Let me speak wisdom into you. I have a YouTube channel that has over 4.5 million views in relation in the past 28 days in relation to my lawsuit. >> Look up Cameron Wilson versus Hood River. Hood River right now, bro. Look it up. Look it up. Did Cameron just inadvertently reveal his identity to the trooper by bragging about his YouTube stats and lawsuit after spending the last 20 minutes arguing that he isn't required to identify? Of course he did. And is he now going to try and use it to get out of this refusing to ID charge? Of course he is. >> Look it up. Go ahead. Look up Cameron Wilson 2587. Papa, you want it? There it goes. Uh-oh. NOW WHERE'S THE CRIME? NOW WHERE'S THE CRIME? YOU AIN'T GOT ONE CUZ I IDED. NOW YOU'RE IN TOTAL VIOLATION. Big boy, get ready. Get ready. You're fired. You're fired. You're gone. You have no qualified immunity. Out the window. You're gone, bro. No longer on the force. You're done cooked. >> You don't get to violate the creator. >> 510 Rosel, can you run the RO? >> You're cooked, bro. You did wrong. You took an oath. You're going to pull your oath and your bond. >> You're cooked, bro. >> You shouldn't have done this. I told you. I warned you from the beginning. I said, "Don't violate my constitutional rights." I knew it. Soon as you hit that UI, I knew it. Bait. Old bait and switch, right? That's what y'all do, right? Old bait and switch. You're thinking now, ain't you? What can I do? You're thinking hard. >> You going What are you going to do? It's all on camera, bro. >> Yes, it is. >> It's all on camera. >> Mhm. >> And what was your first words? I was just checking to make sure. All right. And what' I say? I'm all right. And what'd you do? You did it anyways. Yeah, cuz you have license PLATE COVER. IS IT >> I AM NOT A WASHINGTON CONTRACT. I DON'T HAVE TO. IF I HAD A Washington license sovereign citizen. >> Do you know what a sovereign citizen is? In 1940, a joint resolution was signed about American citizenship. There's a letter from Tom. >> Okay. He's supposed to send me a receipt. >> Tell me. >> He is the RORO. He just he just identified. Oh, he's just stating that he's the >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> I keep telling you and I'm an attorney you >> 510. Go ahead. And uh if there's a photo, can you send that to me? >> I have no contracts, bro. I'm not contracted. I'm not operating in a commercial capacity whatsoever. Cameron James. >> Cameron James Wilson. >> Black Canal 1987. >> Mhm. 2587 Brown. >> I'm 165. No, really. 130. >> Failing to appear driving while suspended. Three DUI bail jumping 5,000 Clark County. And another >> that was failing to appear, driving while suspended, and bail jumping. Just in case you didn't hear it. Cameron claims he doesn't know anything about the warrant. >> You're a violation, bro. >> You got all this illegal. >> So, did you did you not want to identify because of the warrant? >> What? >> Did you not want to identify because of the warrant? >> What warrant? I was never given notice of a warrant. >> What notice? I have a warrant. >> Yeah. So, there's a warrant that's out for uh the the registered owner, Mr. Cameron Wilson, >> for that vehicle. >> I'm not I'm not uh What do you mean, Cameron Wilson? Cameron Wilson? What >> you just said? Which Cameron Wilson? >> Which Cameron Wilson? >> The registered owner of that vehicle? >> Registered owner of that vehicle. >> Correct. >> So, what do you mean? >> The registered owner of that vehicle has a warrant. >> Let's Let's figure this out. Did you violate my constitutional rights? >> Okay, we're we're we're done. We're done. >> Yeah, we're done. We're done with that. >> I can't wait till gets here, bro. >> Yep. I can't wait either, but for entirely different reasons. So, let's skip ahead to where he arrives on the stop. >> Okay. So, waiting to see on the warrants. What do you want to do at that point? Are you just looking at booking him on the for failing to failing to provide his death? >> Okay. He does want to talk to you. >> Perfect. >> He thinks he's going to get released with you. >> Um, handcuffed. Sounds like county helped search. >> Yeah. So, we're good to go. >> Yeah, I got him. >> Use the forge. >> I use the force. No, I just quickly cuffed him. >> Yeah, calm her down. Okay. Yeah, I'll talk to him real quick. >> How you doing? >> Not really. >> Hi, I'm Sergeant Hobie with State Patrol. >> So, I heard you wanted to talk to your supervisor. What can I help you with? >> Um, we're being audio reported, too, just so um the officer just come through. >> Well, tell me about it. Uh he pulled up behind me while I'm parked car off and uh I got out my car and I asked him, "Hey, uh he said, "Are you okay?" I said, "Yeah, I'm fine. I'm okay." Uh and then he just kept going, chased me, were you able to? He pulled pulled his taser out. Uh and I don't know where the crime was going. Traffic stuff. Wait, you forgot to mention the part where the trooper informed you about the plate cover and the 13 lawful orders to get back into your vehicle. I wonder why. >> There's no crime, but it sounds like you have covers on your license plates, which Washington state made illegal. >> For Washington residents? >> Nope. For anybody traveling in Washington? >> Where how can that be if I've never been given notice if I'm from another state? >> A lot of times we can give you a warning and say, "Hey, FYI, you have to take these off and we're traveling Washington." >> Yeah. Why did that happen? >> Because you wouldn't provide any information to him. You became instantly hostile. >> No sir, I didn't. >> No. Did he ask you for your information? >> No, sir. I told him I said >> I got to tell you everything's recorded. >> Okay. No, but initially initially in his >> Yeah. So, initially, did he ask you did there ever come a point in time where he came up and he goes, "Hey, can you give me your I need your license, registration, insurance?" >> No, cuz I wasn't in the car. >> I understand you got out of the car right away and just started being confrontational. >> Yes, sir. >> No. >> All right. So the sergeant surprisingly didn't release him even after hearing that he identified after getting arrested. The sergeant's response to this is comedy gold. >> Identified after illegal violations. >> Look, look, you can't pretend like this is a 5-year-old toddler thing. Like, hey, look, >> I made a mistake and now I'm all good. Papa Bear, please don't do this. >> That's how I speak to everybody. >> But that's not where we're at. Like the violations occurred. You have other warrants. Okay, so the sergeant agreed to wait for his wife to pick up the car. He was taken to jail. Charged with failing to identify, his mugsh shot and fingerprints were taken and he was released a few hours later on a $500 bond and he followed through with his threat to sue the trooper. The last filing date was on October the 31st. Right, thank you so much for watching, guys. If you enjoyed this video, please leave me a like, share the video, and subscribe to the channel.
