investigation they discovered skid marks and a large tree that had been knocked down an officer who approached a disabled Mustang noticed damage to the passenger side and found a male subject sitting with the officers on the scene and refused to identify himself as more officers arrived to assist with the investigation the driver continued to conceal his identity Rio Rancho police ran an ncic check and discovered the vehicle was registered to a person named fuad Cher during the investigation officers noticed an APD Insignia on his cell phone and the subject eventually admitted to being an chair or can I get another space blanket an Albuquerque Police Sergeant arrived at the scene to identify officer Cher he was taken to a Rio Rancho substation for a breathalyzer test which he refused he was then transported to a local hospital to assess his injuries from the crash before being booked into the sandavol County Detention Center he faces charges including aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs driving without a license failure to give immediate notice of accidents and careless driving the proceedings of this case are unknown if you think this was the only cop who got imprisoned wait until you watch this next case so you went to Walmart your C didn't work so you didn't buy nothing came back home came in you wound up using your electric razor yeah which I mean everything's still over there uh okay but I used that got everything done was going to go back 81 and that's when I realized my bodycam was still on on the sink I was going to come back down to get it and the door was wide open this is an officer from the ruid doo Police Department in July 2024 a newly admitted officer from the ruid doo Police Department went to his job when he arrived at his office he was told to go home and shave he on his way toward his home stopped at a nearby Walmart to get some equipment for shaving he then came back to his house shaved as he was told to do so and left his residence however he forgot his body camera in his house he went back to get that he kicked in his door to retrieve his body cam then called 911 to falsely report a break-in in reality no one had entered the home and he was lying to create an excuse watch what happens when cops respond to the scene and arrive at his residence but yeah like I said I didn't see anyone go up and down the stairwell so you went to Walmart your car didn't work so you didn't buy nothing came back home yeah came in you wound up using your electric razor yeah which I mean everything still over there uh okay but I used that got everything done was going to go back 81 and that's when I realized my body kind of still on on the sink I was going to come back down to get it and the door was wi open how old are you ski 21 21 you know how long I've been doing this many years sir 23 so I'm I'm pretty good about reading situations you know what I mean so I want you to know that first of all you know I can help you out if there's something else going on here okay but I need you as an officer to be 100% honest with me right now yes sir 100% yes sir now it's my understanding you were and when you called your mom which you say was you were sitting right here was at 6:42 at 6:42 you were in Walmart no sir if this will load I have my tles right here dispatch key on that same keychain yeah yeah so he didn't put in your car right just tight for B the officer was arrested for making a false report the cops were quick enough to interpret the situation and realize that the 21-year-old newly admitted officer was making it up as an excuse he was handcuffed and placed inside the cop Cruiser very little is known about this case if you think this was the maximum circumstances that can get cops imprisoned then you probably aren't aware of this next case do you have any other weapons on no that's no back no ankles n arrest we have warrant for your arrest copy that short this is officer Jeffrey Wharton from the Albuquerque Police Department on February 22 2020 before his shift it was discovered that officer Wharton had severely beaten his girlfriend causing multiple gashes on her head and face her injuries were so serious that she had to be taken to the hospital where she was diagnosed with a brain bleed watch what happens when officer Wharton arrives at his shift [Applause] hello just the two yes maybe um I'll see do you have any other weapons on no that's no back no ankles n we have warrant for your rest copy that shortly get away battery it's a househ member um two counts of that uh kidnapping and and interference with communication okay so those are the charges that are pending right now um I do want to give you the chest and me tag it's fine the officers removed Wharton's duty belt and searched afterward they were seen cutting off his fully marked uniform shirt officer Wharton was then LED out of the substation to a waiting Cruiser he was booked into the Sandoval County Detention Center on charges of kidnapping aggravated battery aggravated battery against a household member tampering with evidence and negligent use of a deadly weapon officer Wharton resigned from the Albuquerque Police Department shortly after his arrest the department reported that Wharton had been with them since November 2010 if you think this was the last cop who got imprisoned then you probably haven't heard of this next case so the options of me going outside is I place him under arrest I kill him or he shuts up and leaves no like that's just standard use of force I'm not gonna fight that guy I just got over Co I'm a cop too this is Officer Neil Schwarz from the US border patrol Mexico in October 2021 a neighbor of Officer Neil Schwarz reported their chocolate Labrador missing noting that the dog was wearing a GPS tracking collar the GPS data pinpointed officer Schwarz at specific locations linked to the dog's whereabouts the neighbor contacted the police with this Evidence Officer Schwarz and his wife were subsequently questioned by police after the neighbor confronted them at schwarz's gun shop watch how the questioning follows when the cops arrive at his shop and who the does this like the second time in a row we have nothing to do with this guy's dog oh why don't you come outside and talk to me and we'll handle this like what right so the options of me going outside is I place him under arrest I kill him or he shuts up and leaves no like that's just standard use of force I'm not going to fight that guy I just got over Co I'm a cop too I have explicit instructions from my management that this type of [ __ ] going on I have to give to you because they deem this a local PD issue if I get involved then the FBI is going to start showing up and I hate the FBI passionately so this guy is crazy we don't have his dog I will take all three of you to my house I will give you an unlimited
