rude cops always have dirty tricks up their sleeves that allow them get away with misbehavior but what happens when these tricks don't work here are four cases when rude cops got what they deserve if you would leave you are on private property thank you do you have the audio on on those cameras yes okay would you mind turning the audio off um no I don't need to okay okay do I have to repeat what I police officer reported to the Philadelphia gun club during an illegal live pigeon shoot the club members had called them in over two women who weren't on board with the shooting party Sergeant blickley repeatedly tried to intimidate the women but unfortunately for him one of them was Philadelphia attorney Maryann Bessie who was of course well-versed in matters of the law and I'm going to ask you to turn the audio on the cameras off cuz it's illegal in P it's not illegal yes it is I'm sorry ma'am you can videotape me but I'm asking you not to audio tape without my consent can you videotaping the people who come in okay you asked why we need your name and your information did I ever say that I'm going to take you into custody well you you said that you needed it for the wiretap law you said you think I'm inv violation of the wiretap law so I'm assuming that you're going to do something about that that's why you need my name but I never said I was taking you into custody okay well then I don't think I need to give you my name every police call that we go on we identify who we talked to who called the police who we're talking to and they go in the police report unless I'm under suspicion for something I don't think I'm required to give you my name I don't think I am if if you say I'm under a suspicion for violation the federal wiretap law or the Pennsylvania wiretap law that's why you need my name I'll give you my name I kindly asked you to stop audiotape and that's all I did okay you did yeah and I said that I understand I'm a lawyer well versed in the law I'm have prosecuted cases under the federal and the Pennsylvania state wiretapping law I know that this is this is legal so you know you're telling the sergeant repeated reply misrepresented the Pennsylvania wiretap law and also pressed the women to turn off the audio on their camera this is a request that is only reasonable when you're doing something illegal unfortunately for them the women were well educated and so all their efforts were in vain the cops eventually had to relent when they found that they couldn't bully these women out of their rights but if you think Maryann and her friend put the sergeant in his place wait until you see how Rolando bass humbled this officer put your windows down for please can you put your windows down for me please no I'd rather not put my window down windows down now he yelling roll your windows down now this is Rolando bass who was pulled over by the police after his car fishtailed on a wet Road from his firm refusal to follow the officer's request it is clear that the interaction is going to be an interesting one I refuse to put my window down your windows down they both sitting there with guns on their hand and they expect me to roll my window down I feel like pulling off not rolling my window down out of here roll your window down I'm not open the door no open the door no what you jump what you grabbing my for open the money you come back I was just getting my money on August 19th 2022 Albuquerque police officers skes and Co were dispatched to a Target after reports of shoplifting when they arrived however the staff pointed them towards Matthew mcmanis a 53-year-old man with disabilities yet they didn't care if anything it made them even more cruel I got my my [Music] down not playing sit down any with I ain't H horribly when they should have been helping him out so it was no surprise when officer Kenneth skin who led the operation was fired from the department and later charged with false imprisonment battery making a false report and perjury but rude cops getting what they deserve doesn't end here what you're about to see is another cop who arrested a guy for swimming and paid dearly for it done you can't tou pockets for me I'm not the one sir I don't keep your hands out of your pockets the phone down done a crime don't talk to me like that listen to me I don't know you you put I don't know this is Officer Guerrero who is most likely the most irrational and aggressive officer anyone would have the bad luck of meeting Ryan gold was swimming at Palm Beach Garden when a woman approached him and demanded that he swim the other way when he refused to bend to her whims the woman summoned her husband who appeared with a gun husband and wife then threatened Ryan with the gun because he wouldn't leave the pool for them Ryan backed off and called the police immediately only to be attended to by the abusive officer Guerrero who decided to put him in handcuffs instead you're terrified of a guy in a swimsuit I didn't do anything you can shut your mouth she just they just detain me I explained there's no gun that guy has a gun I don't detain anybody for no reason then what reason because I what crime did I commit for you to detain your mouth so I can explain it to you are you in charge of this lady who's the sge this is absurd why am I in handcuffs on the ground can you are you a supervisor no he's not can someone explain why I'm handcuffs you shut your mouth so I can talk to you look at you you're Furious what did I do you did not listen you're not my boss listen to me I don't need to listen to you yes you do no I don't who are you this is the only way I didn't commit a crime I don't I didn't commit a crime she doesn't get to detain me pull her gun pull her gun on the police force for 20 years and still being as ill-mannered and unprofessional as this woman it is certainly nothing to brag about are you a supervisor can you ask this lady why I'm in handcuffs fine making matters more disturbing was how politely the officers treated the actual perpetrators who had threatened Ryan with a gun it makes you wonder what side of the law they're really on wondering me so I had to call my house wish to tell me what happened here today so I can have a better understanding yeah I mean my wife called me this is where my you know my involvement started my wife called me that's your wife yeah um I was in the apartment grocery way and she called me and said that there was a guy harassing her at the pool okay was it that guy over there um and so I just ran over here um and as soon as I got here he got out of the pool and started screaming um at you well at me and my wife okay saying he Wasing like your wife is crazy she's or she's crazy she's making me move I'm not going to move and um that's kind of how it started was just like you know basically probing insulted my wife um and but then he got out of the pool and he started like you know like swinging his arms up and down or something just Ryan was eventually arrested but later released without any charges officer Guerrero however faced the consequences of her actions when she was fired
