That judge has nothing over me. I'm an American state national. I'm with the people. >> Go to jail. I'll turn around. >> You're under arrest. >> I will leave. >> You're under arrest. >> I will leave. >> Don't wait. >> I'm getting there, mother. >> Okay. >> When he walks out that house, I'm getting I'm >> soon as he comes out of that house and hits >> I'm a straight hillbilly. I don't give a because I'll kick his right here right now. I don't give a >> PD or not, I'll still beat his little right here right now. >> Some people think toughness means taking on anyone, even the police. But their really dumb arguments and inflated egos lead to ridiculous arrests when these rowdy hillbillies think they can overpower police. >> It's a bells fat shells. Literally look at the goddamn outboards IN THE BUILDING. >> THEY can't even bend chairs out front because they're afraid >> doesn't smoke. They couldn't in the basement. >> On the 26th of April, 2025, a man who was drunk got into an argument with his neighbor's boyfriend. According to reports, when the woman tried to leave, the man got more and more belligerent, trying to start a fight in the process. >> Hey, calm down. >> Hey, you're good, dude. It's me. I'mma get that. >> Okay. I have no idea. Hey, this house. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Okay. Hey, just come. >> No, you can rest me. >> I'm not going to, you know. Yes. Hey, come over here. >> Shut up. We're cool. >> Okay. Come talk to me, man. >> You come over my knives. >> You're good. You're good. >> I want that in the hell. >> No. I'm getting a mother. >> Okay. When he walks out that house, I'm getting >> Who is it? >> I don't know. Some punk. >> Okay, >> I'm going to get dude. As >> soon as he comes out of the house and hits a rock. >> The drunk guy whose name was Drew was aggravated and very aggressive. And while he might have gotten away with intimidating his neighbor's boyfriend, that kind of approach was not going to work with law enforcement. Let's go. >> Bro, you're going to get angry here. >> STOP POLICE HERE. >> Come on. >> I don't care. I care. I don't care. >> I want that mother in that house. >> Okay. >> Let's let me >> He leaves this property. >> Let me handle it, Drew. To get to the bottom of things, the officer talked to Drew's neighbor. It turned out she was so frightened by the man that she'd locked herself in the house and called police. >> So, how what all started these? >> He drove He rode my bike to see if the tires were would hold air down my driveway. >> And he just just started. >> Yeah. >> So, he just driving up and down. >> Oh, she needed her bike first. I fixed her bike. I'm riding up down the road. I come back in through here. >> I don't drive because I have anxiety. >> Okay. Like I hear who going up cuz I'm like anxiety so bad right now. >> I said I'm fine. We're I'm fine back here. Drew's being issue. >> Yeah. Drew me. >> Okay. So >> I don't I have anxiety and yet >> he's over here talking >> because I have a Victoria Secret book bag, dude. Like I mean my kids don't you live here? >> No. >> Okay. Is this more from this morning? >> No. That guy from me. >> Don't give a you. You. Yeah. I'm ass. >> I want him out of the yard. If he leaves the yard, I promise you coming back. Threatening violence in front of the cops like that probably wasn't the smartest move. But Drew didn't come across as the sharpest tool in the shed. As he chugged down his beer, he continued being aggressive in front of the cop. >> Mother's never going to come that when he walks out that bat gate, he walks out. I promise you I'm going to jail for >> my life is being threatened. >> I can't press charges on that. >> No, we're getting there. So that's why I'm pressing >> Yeah. No one said you're not. So, I can't >> I'm just I'm trying to get all the evidence I can. Right. >> Sorry. No, I have my headphones on. >> I'm done. >> You drove three separate cars. You could have carp. >> Done. >> They don't even like Drew and they're stilling STANDING UP FOR HIM. >> THEY DON'T LIKE ME. They brought me mushrooms and was like, "Hey, look, we got some >> over here is ready to tase." Every day I got to DEAL WITH MY WIFE don't sleep in my bedroom cuz they got a chop shop in a garage. Y'all don't do this. A house fat sales literally look at the goddamn outboards in the building. >> They can't even chairs out front because they're >> done smoke. They couldn't in the basement. Come on. I'ming done. I'm fighting every one of these mother and walk in the yard and yo, get rest me. I don't give a >> At this point, it wasn't clear whether that story about his neighbor running a meth house was true or not. The man kept talking a big game, but the truth was he damaged his neighbor's fence in a fit of rage. Coupling that with a series of threats and he was just about to talk himself into a pair of cuffs. >> The shock hol Walk away. He's not. I'm take this life. I'm beat. So do what you got to do. >> They're not going to do anything. They're going to leave me alone, man. Unless you bother them. >> They don't care. Once dude gets out, you're doing their work for them. Leave them alone. >> All right. Go home. >> You guys are gone. >> I'm not I'm not done. >> Let him beat him up later. Call >> Hey, stop. They'll leave and you can beat him up. Sweet. >> The cops told Drew's neighbor and her boyfriend that the best they could do was trespass this hillbilly from the property and pursue charges against him for making threats. Sadly though, making threats wasn't a crime that would put him in jail. >> I'm a kid. Nobody calls me a cuz I'm also a goddamn high classified skin head and I did all my time under mying flags as ano >> cuz I didn't do this. >> Yeah, except I mean he's going to be arrested and if he causes any problems he's going to jail and he will be detained. >> Hey Drew, you got to stay over here man. >> You're not free to leave. You got to stay with us. >> Are you detaining me? >> Yeah, you're not free to leave. All right. You're detaining me? Yeah. >> Here you go. >> Uh, just sit over here on the curb. Just sit over here on the curb. >> Now, you're detaining me, right? >> Yeah. So, don't don't move from here cuz I don't want to have to put my hands on you. >> Cuff me up. You're detaining me, right? >> I don't think we need to. Yeah, but you're not free to leave. >> You're cuffing me up? Yeah, cuz you know what I'm going to do? >> Yeah. Ask him. >> What'd he say? Do >> you're good. I ain't going nowhere. I don't know what I'm getting charged with until you hear all >> this guy was pushing in way too far. While the cops tried to escort Drew's neighbor and her boyfriend through the back of the property, he tried to cut them off behind the house and that's when they handcuffed the man. >> So Drew went around the other side of >> He's under arrest. >> Why? >> Because I'm not doing this bull. >> Okay, do something with these junkies. >> Okay, >> man. I'm tired. to me. >> Shut the up and get over there. >> You >> got to calm down. >> Hey, listen. I gave Drew every opportunity. >> My duty. You can't be disrespecting my mother. >> Okay. And then she can't be disrespecting me. Listen. >> I was so patient with Drew. I did. >> I can't. But we are. >> Do you not see all these neighbors piss off? >> Hey, listen. >> Why don't you guys do some blackout? Turn it down. >> Okay. do something. >> Just stop. I'm sorry that I said that. Okay, but listen. I'm trying to I got to go pay the >> How many times How many times have have I personally been out here and been nothing but patient? >> Literally the other day. >> Yes. >> Oh, I took it down five last year. How many did you take? >> It is being is being worked on. >> Oh, it's okay. >> It's being worked on. >> Okay. Just don't step on the property. We're done. Drew's friends and family and his neighbors were not too happy about how things were unfolding. Thankfully though, the cops would soon be out of their way. With the man secured in handcuffs, the only thing left to do now was to get him down to the station. >> Y'all better learn how to goddamn figure out a back in way to how deal with [ __ ] >> If I can take down five labs on my own in a year, y'all can do one. >> No, they don't. >> Yeah, they don't. >> No, you don't. Just put cover one day and do things. [laughter] They >> can't do that. >> I have no problem doing it. >> Tired of this. >> You're going to back up. >> Hey, back up. Back up. >> I promise. Call >> I'll be out in an hour. There's no bond. >> They charged the man with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. They released Drew just a few hours later. Getting trespassed from your neighbor's property is one thing, but getting evicted from your own house, like our next suspects, takes it to a whole new level. On the 29th of May 2024 in Swani County, Florida, the cops were dispatched to a residence to issue an eviction notice. Apparently, a sovereign citizen lived there and they were not up to date on their payments. >> I'm not in violation. There's an injunction on I called you guys to come out here to make a report the other day. Can you explain? >> Okay. >> There's an injunction filed against you. Okay. That means at this point you have to move out of the residence. This lady owes me This lady owes me over $40,000 for over a year supply [music] of work that I've done here. I have an agreement with her. Okay. >> No, I need to go in front of a judge right now. >> Well, that's what needs to happen. >> Okay, that's that's >> No, I ain't leaving right now. >> Hold on a minute. >> Listen to me. Listen to me. >> Get a camera. Get the camera going. >> Get the camera going. I got the police out here. They're harassing me. I'm American State National. Okay. Okay. I I have an agreement with her. Okay. >> The suspect, Dwayne, put his foot down saying that he didn't have to leave the property or pay the landl owed him money. Unfortunately for Dwayne, the cops had a court order. And if he didn't obey it, they'd remove him from the property. >> Are you refusing? >> You come out here and tell me. I didn't say you couldn't get some belongings, but you're leaving the property. >> And how am I going to get my stuff off this property? >> You're saying that this woman is stealing my property with the money that she owes me. Oh, yes, you are. You're saying, "How am I going to come back out here?" >> But you can come back out. >> How am I going to come back out? >> If you'll shut up, then let me finish. >> She needs to pay me the money she owes me. >> Listen, >> you're going to have to pay for that. >> Yeah. For the >> No, you need to file an eviction on me. That's what you need to do. >> That's what this No, it is an eviction cuz eviction one time. One time only. Don't get in my face. >> I'm not trying to get in your face, sir. >> It's not going well. >> I'm not trying to get in your face. I'm not trying to get in the face. I got bugs in my face. >> Back up. >> We're trying to explain to you that >> this has happened. But this is an injunction. It's temporary injunction. Okay. With this means you have to leave the property. >> The cops gave Dwayne multiple chances to cooperate, but he refused to listen to them. again putting his foot down and saying that he wasn't going anywhere. As a result, he left the cops with no choice. >> That judge has nothing over me. I'm the American State National. We the people around. >> You're under arrest. >> I will leave. >> You're under arrest. >> I will leave. Don't tense up. Nope. Too late now. Bud, don't face away from me. >> You're going TO TAKE ME TO jail like this and let >> I'm warning you. If one thing of my property is gone, you're in trouble. >> Since you wouldn't be reasonable, >> I was trying. >> YOU WERE NOT TRYING TO BE reasonable at any point when you continue to yell at me and tell me what we could and could not do. WE'RE TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO you is a freaking injunction and you wouldn't freaking >> That isn't that isn't an eviction. I will sue you guys. >> They placed the man in the back of a squad car. He was understandably upset, but the entire situation was completely avoidable. Even worse, he managed to work himself up so much that he started to feel sick. >> Have a seat. >> Have a seat. >> Be careful. I got a bad seat. >> Hey, put the heck up in front of me. >> Can you put these in front of me? >> It would have been reasonable if you would have been reasonable. >> You weren't reasonable at all. >> Put the air on. >> Going to jail. YOU WANT >> I HAVE PAINS IN MY CHEST. I need some oxygen back here. >> You don't care. You didn't hit any offers up by yelling. >> I'm telling you, I GOT PAINS IN MY CHEST. I GOT HURT the other day. >> Yeah. >> Yes, I do have pains in my chest. >> Yeah. >> I want this on recording. I have pains in my chest and I'm asking for an ambulance. >> Okay. >> And you just told me to off. >> I didn't tell you to off. You said off. >> You are to lock that house up and make sure none of my property is messed with. >> First off, you're not going to tell me what I am going to be doing. >> Explain to you. We were going to let you collect some belongings and go, but you wouldn't stand there and listen. >> I didn't say I wouldn't leave. >> Yes, you did. >> No, I did not. >> Yes, you did. Several times. >> I said I needed to put my clothes on. I'm really getting some pains in my chest. Can I step out? >> You all right? >> I have pains in my chest. I ain't. >> The cops tried to read the eviction order to him, but he was so worked up that he couldn't be quiet enough to let the cops get a word in edgewise because he claimed he was experiencing chest pain. The cops, of course, called paramedics. I'm going to take you out of this car and let them check you out. >> I want I would Can I come out? Can I step out? >> Step right there. >> Can I get a little more of that water, please? >> Right there. >> Can you give me a little bit? >> Right there. >> I just need you to stand still for me. I do. >> I am not in war with you. My civil flag is right there. I am peaceful. This is my domain. And you've come over here and violated it and violated your constitutional people. Keep talking yourself up so you have high blood pressure. That's what you did. >> I'm warning you right now. They are not allowed to go on that property. Let them kick that door down. Let them violate THAT CHURCH PROPERTY. SEE HOW WELL that works for him. My gold and silver's inside that house. So my paperwork, all the proof for over 40 grand that this woman owes me. She wants to go in there and steal my and my money and my property. While the paramedics eventually cleared him, the man still insisted on going to the hospital. It was his right, of course, to seek medical attention. So, EMS got ready to take him to the hospital to be further checked out in the emergency room. >> I'm not a mister. My name is Dwayne. I am not a servant under the king. I'm a servant of God. >> All right, man. Whatever you are, I need you to get on the stretcher. Okay. You can be the devil, the lord, I don't care. If you guys take the stand up so I can have >> I need you to sit right here for me. Come on. Don't do that. >> Come on. >> Come on. >> Back. Good, man. Good. >> Thank you. Thank you very much. Take the water. I'm sorry if you think I gave you our time. I'm not trying to give you a hard time. You guys supposed to protect me. >> You're supposed to protect my gold, my property. >> I'm telling you right now, I got gold and silver inside that property and I got all kinds of bonds. Okay? And all the money that you owe me. She wants to go in there. >> I was going to let you collect your property and leave, but you refuse. >> You don't have an article or a proper court. >> I'm warning you. >> You guys know the law. >> You heard what I said. American State National and you guys have been fully notified. You don't have plen. >> With Dwayne on the way to the hospital, the cops turned their attention back to the trailer. Dwayne's partner, Kelly, was still inside the trailer, but she also had to vacate the place. And just like getting her partner out, it was easier said than done. >> Kelly, I don't want to break this door. I need you to step outside. Kelly window. Kelly, you going to come outside? Kelly, last time, dear. >> The cops here were not going to take any chances. If you're in law enforcement, you never know what kind of person there might be on the other side of that locked door. That being said, they had to be quick about things and on high alert. Sheriff's office. [snorts] Go down the steps. >> Have a seat. >> It was simple. I would have served you a trespass, served him the injunction, and y'all could have taken this to court. >> Y'all would have just collected some belongings, and went to court and fought it there. But he wanted to refuse the injunction saying he doesn't recognize it. You didn't want to recognize the fact we're just trying to talk to you. Is you a trespass? >> I'm scared. >> How many times was I not come and talk to you? >> Hollered in the window like 10 times. Point your foot. >> Put your foot in there. >> Eventually, both Kelly and Dwayne were taken to jail. Getting evicted from your house is a terrible situation. But if the cops are serving an eviction notice, you really have to cooperate because failing to do so only makes things worse. On the 12th of September 2024, in Panell County, Florida, the cops were dispatched to a scrapyard. Reportedly, an intoxicated man was operating heavy machinery and got into a verbal altercation with a customer. At least it's not raining anymore. >> Did anything happen today? >> Nothing y'all need to be involved in. >> Okay. He been a custom air for a long life. He's a hard man. >> Hard man to deal with. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Do you know him? >> I only I met him five minutes ago. That's about it. I never met him before that. >> For a long time. >> Okay. >> You can have anybody who works here. >> I got you. Before the suspect, John, even stepped out of his excavator, the cops could tell he was hammered. He could barely form a sentence, and the fact that he was operating heavy machinery was just insane. >> So, what happened today? >> Well, it was it was pouring down, right? >> Mhm. You got a tongue full of nails and screws right there in the dirt. >> Okay. Just knocked it over. >> Yeah. Dumped it right in the dirt so many times. Nobody do that, >> right? Why you dump that out in the dirt like that? >> He had a little joke. >> You're going to pop your own tires. >> Yeah, I got you. >> The rest of the customers, >> right? It was hard to understand the man given his very slurred speech, but he seemed to have gotten into a very heated argument with a customer. The man had apparently made a mess, dumping screws and nails in the scrapyard, which was already quite messy. >> I got you. >> Right. >> [music] >> one man. [clears throat] What did you say? >> Yeah, he called he called me a >> I did. I said you insult my mother now. >> My mother's not a >> That's I got you. Don't don't be insulting my mother like that. But >> technically, John did have a point because the man did insult his mother. However, it quickly became obvious that John wasn't telling the cops the whole story. >> Amazing. >> You said that? Why you saying that? You think that's what he said? >> Yeah, that's the kind of guy that he is. >> Well, why would he come up with something like that if it never happened? >> Don't hit me. Don't hit me. Don't hit me. >> And where were you this whole time? >> S and and doing my job. >> You were sitting in the loader and he's saying, "Don't hit me." >> Yeah. >> What do you think you were going to hit him with >> that? >> Oh, with the grappler other than him telling you you're a son of a [ __ ] You didn't say nothing back. said, "Why you call my mom? Why you insult my mom?" >> I got you. >> Well, you didn't say nothing back to him or swing the grapple near him or nothing like that. Were you working? Were you moving stuff when he was here? >> No, I was sitting pouring down rain. I was I was over that way just a little bit. I was >> So, you were moving some of this stuff. Not paying no mind to him. >> Oh, you weren't even moving stuff. >> Oh, >> you just weren't paying no mind. You had the grapple hook over there. >> He had clearly left parts of the story out. But the man's biggest lie was saying he was sober. Anybody with two ice in their head could see the man was drunk and he shouldn't have been operating any kind of machinery. That's >> when we pulled up here. I thought you were about to fall asleep. >> Fall asleep. >> That's you. Take your sunglasses off for me for a minute. [laughter] >> What happened to the nose? >> Yeah. This is my second pair of glasses. The other pair, they're see they're clear. Kind of give me a little buster on the side of my nose. >> John said all he had to drink was two cans of bush beer. Sadly for him though, the cops weren't born yesterday and as a result, he was asked to do some field sobriety tests. for a long time. >> And you said you were willing to prove that to us. So we were just going to ask you to do some test that >> What's that? >> I'm done. >> No, you don't want to. I thought you said he was reading. >> I thought I thought >> Hey, can you keep that down for now? >> Drop your stuff. Drop it. >> Drop it. >> Can we step back out here >> away from this stuff? >> Why? >> We're going to talk over here cuz I already asked you not to pick this stuff up and now you're digging back into it. >> We're getting you away from anything. >> And you're starting to get frustrated with us. So now I'm asking you to come out here for everybody's safety so nobody gets hurt. This is slippery and you're starting to pick up tools. >> By that point, the cops had seen enough. With John refusing the field sobriety test, they had every reason to arrest the man on suspicion of DUI. They could then take him to the station where he would then have the option to do a breathalyzer. >> All right, John. I'm just going to ask you one more time really quick. Would you be willing to let me do a It's called a nestagmus test on your eyes. I'm just going to check to see if they how they flow, if they flow with the pen or not. Would you would you be willing to do that for me? No. Okay. >> All right. >> Do me a favor. Turn around. >> Turn around. >> Can I get a shot? >> You're going to stay right here. Keep your hands together like you're praying. Okay. >> Just like that. All right, John. shot of me. >> So, you're in direct immediate control of a vehicle. When we pulled up here, you look like you're falling asleep. Based off of our observations, everything like that, you're being placed under arrest for DUI today. Okay. >> We'll explain it to Steve. >> All right. >> Before John was placed in the back of a squad car, they thoroughly searched him. So, let that be a reminder, folks. Showing up drunk for work is never a good idea, especially if you operate heavy machinery. >> Oh, man. This side right here. >> All right. Right here. Take a seat. >> You got nothing in the boots, right? >> No. >> Okay. Take a seat. If they get it at the jail, it's a felony. >> Any narcotics or weapons? >> They charged the man with DUI, but he quickly posted bond. That wasn't the end of things, however, as he violated his pre-trial release conditions, and they had to arrest the man again. After posting bond and being released again, he failed to comply with the court's orders and was taken back into custody for a third time. On July 29th, 2023 in Austin, Georgia, the cops responded to the scene of a crash. Reportedly, a Hidden Run driver had smashed into a US mail truck. >> Where? >> Where is he at? That way. >> Yeah, >> he ran towards that way. >> Yeah, that way. >> They're saying he ran down that way. Harris, >> straight down that way. >> What was he wearing? >> So, you okay? You need medical attention here? I don't know, man. My bag concerned about I lost my glasses. I I may need medical. I need I need to hit my boss up though about this ordeal cuz it's >> 812. Go ahead and start. I'm scared. >> As the other driver had fled into the bushes, a handful of officers were on the hunt. As the USPS driver was pretty shaken up, the officer called for paramedics. Thankfully, the aftermath of the event was caught on camera by a witness. >> Get over here. >> Oh, he's just sitting there. He looks drunk. He looks drunk. >> Get the dog in the house. I don't need anybody. Leaving the scene was pretty much pointless because even if they didn't track him down at the moment, they'd still find the driver after running his license plate and his VIN number. In the meantime, the cop asked the USPS driver to fill him in on the details. I'm working on a U-turn, but I know it's a dude speeding at a high at a higher rate of speed. I do a U-turn so I can go to the right side of the boxes. And this guy just comes speeding and just hits me real bad like bam. But I knew it wasn't an accident because he was far away. I already cleared my turn. So as he's hitting my truck, he's backing it up and it's hitting me and it's hitting me and I'm like, "What the heck did I do?" Cuz I'm just delivering mail. I haven't did nothing. And then like he's guilty because he ran away. He he he headed north and I'm I'm just doing I'm just doing my job. >> So he just hit you out of nowhere. >> Hit me out of nowhere. He was coming down on Sylvia Street and then just hit me real bad like bam bam. And I had to I ran for my wife cuz I don't know if he even have a gun or he was going to finish me off. >> No, he kept on hitting you. >> He kept on hitting me. That truck is totm trucks are indestructible. As things turned out, the mail truck wasn't the only vehicle they hit. While the officer relayed details to a colleague, a witness approached and described another incident. >> There's some houses that he was supposed I talked to him. He hit up, sir. >> I'm I'm a person that called the first time. He hit me in his car about an hour ago. He was running down the road and then he just boom, knocked us off. We on cherry drive. We reported an hour ago. >> We called Yeah, we called a big Yeah. Nobody came off. He tried to run me over. I jumped in the car with my person right here. So he was right here. He came down there real fast. Ram ran ram. So he was right. The mailman right here. Look like he's going to go straight. He rammed. So the mailman pushed him up there and then he backed up and pushed back up and hit it again. So I told her, the first person I told her to call police. They were still in the house. They didn't know what happened. I was here on the scene when it first happened. Paramedics and fire trucks rolled up to render first aid. Shortly after, the officer spotted a man matching the suspect's description, but he claimed they had the wrong guy. >> All right, just stand right there for me right quick. Just stay right there. Is that Do you have anything on your body? >> Don't dig in your pockets. Don't do that. >> Don't dig in your pockets. >> So, >> right now, we're just detaining you. Okay, sir. Yes, sir. You just being detained right now. Okay. >> Turn around real quick. You can definitely hold your Let me Let me have your Bible for one second. Going to be a brown skin, gray shirt, blue jeans, black shoes. >> Spread your legs for me right quick. And again, you're just being detained. Okay. >> The suspect said that the man they were looking for had run off into the woods. After running the registration plates from the abandoned vehicle, the cops now had a driver's license photo to work with. >> Nah. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> Nah, that ain't him. >> Nah. >> One of y'all units ran. >> What's your What's your name, man? You got ID? mean a younger version of him. >> So look at me. >> Yeah. >> Hey, don't worry about that. We'll get it. We'll get it. >> That's your van over there, right? >> Okay. come off. Yes, sir. >> For a minute there, it looked like his lie was working, but upon closer inspection, the cops realized he was indeed the right suspect. Next, they searched the man and placed him in a cruiser. >> So, why you lying to me, sir? >> I'm sorry. >> You're sorry for lying? >> Yep. It don't pay though. >> As you can see, >> Yes, sir. Hold on. Let me come on back here. I'm going to go ahead and completely search you. Okay. At this point, >> you are under arrest, sir. >> I'll turn the AC up for you. Okay. >> Uh, what happened? >> I just my bands the brakes are bad when I trying to get away from this area. >> You was trying to get away. >> And what happened? I just steering wheel. I tried to turn it slipped straight in. >> Say that one more time. What happened? >> Turning out of here. Turning left. >> You was turning left. >> And it and it as I was turning it flipped around basically. I let go of it. >> Uhhuh. You let go of what? The >> steering wheel. >> Yes, sir. >> You let go. >> Why did you run? >> Uh cuz I wanted to come. >> You said what? I wanted to come over here and say a prayer. >> You want to come over here and say a prayer? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> So, you knew you hit somebody? >> Yes, sir. Okay. All right. Thank you for that. >> The cops transported the man back to the scene of the crash. When they got there, he changed his story once again. Instead of a simple wrong turn, now the suspect claimed that he was on the run. >> Hi, sir. Could you explain to me what happened? >> I can't hear you. Speak louder. >> I was trying to get away from the house over there. >> Uhhuh. >> And I came this way and around. People were after me and I took a left. >> Who was that thing? >> Oh, I don't know who they are. >> Okay. >> Just other people. >> Okay. So, you just happened to be speeding through? >> Yeah. Well, I was turning too fast and my arm slipped off the steering wheel and went straight Stand by. >> So, so, so you're saying that somebody was chasing you. He was trying to get away from you. >> He was going too fast. You tried to cut. You tried to turn, but your vehicle >> No, no, no. They jumped in my van. >> Who was they? >> I don't know who he was. He was dressed somewhat like me. They're trying to set me up, sir. >> So, you saying that is not your van? >> It is my van. Was you in that over there? >> But they jumped in it and took my keys and drove off. >> That's not what you just told me. >> So you're lying. So check this out. What you told me was you were in your van. >> You were driving. You were Wait, hold on one Hold on one second. >> You said you were turning left and you let go of the steering wheel. >> So don't change your story. >> Yeah. Whatever you do, sir, you're already in the thick of it. So just be honest at this point, okay? This is no game. Somebody is injured because of what you did. So just be honest. It's you're going to make it worse for yourself. >> Every time you lie, we're going to hold you accountable for that. >> They charged the man with hit and run, reckless driving, and aggravated assault. On the 4th of May 2023 in Marian County, the cops found a man in the middle of a meth binge lying next to a jeep. However, as they tried to detain the man, he resisted them and one of the cops body cams dislodged. >> Can you grab that camera from under the truck for me? >> Camera. >> Yeah. >> Thank you. My dog's bloody now. >> What's your name, buddy? >> Um um K U R T um K W I L L K E Z E L Stay safe, sir. >> The suspect was high as a kite. What he was doing there, lying in the mud when the cops arrived, was anyone's guess, but trying to fight the cops while they detained him was about the dumbest thing he could have done. >> Go, sit down. Sir, so he came in your yard, sir? >> Tried to tear down my fence, jumped on my fence, attacked my dog, and then my dog >> come around. I came out the stairs. He jumped at me, and I back in the house to get my gun. >> Yeah, I didn't want to kill nobody. So, I got my back. >> Okay. Any property damages that? >> Good. What a $500 window. >> Okay, >> give me one second. Let me get my my other colleague over here. We're going to go over there and document it. Okay. You said your house is this one right here. >> Yeah, right there >> with the silver Nissan. >> Yeah. >> Okay. We'll be over there in a minute. Okay. >> The residents really didn't know who Kurt was or what he was doing in their neighborhood. All they knew was that he was high on meth and causing a disturbance. Beyond that, they were just thankful the cops showed up when they did. Heard >> you got hit. You mind putting the bat down or giving someone the cop? So what happened? >> Yes, I watch that freaking guy was he >> that was a pretty good show. >> Come up that way and jump >> after my dog trying to >> get a hold of my dog. My dog was running from him. So >> I seen him through the window. So I came outside and by the time I got outside, he was around here. started at me >> and attacking tried to attack me and I went back in the house cuz I was going to get my gun >> right >> and and I came back out. He was over the fence. >> He couldn't even open a gate. He was jumping over the fence >> and he was running down this way and I said, "I ain't going to shoot him. Put the gun down. Want to get my back." >> There you go. So, did he did he hit you? >> No, he was just >> He got in your face and you fell. >> Yeah. I could get the hell out of the way, you know. >> The cops inspected the damage he'd done, which was a broken window. At the same time, they continued gathering witness statements from other residents. >> How you break the outside? >> Hit the outside. >> You hit the outside. >> Okay. >> But you glass out the outside, but inside looks like glass. >> I have no idea how he did that, but >> window is about a $300 window, wouldn't you say? >> He had somebody pay for it. Yeah. Is that a five by a five uniform on a blue Hyundai Sonado? >> Weird how the inside broke. >> Do you mind if I come inside and get some close of the inside of it? >> Don't Don't mind the mess cuz I just put that window in. >> Was he inside the gate? >> Oh yeah, he was >> he was he was standing right here, right? >> You saw him jump into his yard, >> huh? You saw him jump into his yard. >> What did he do when he was in your yard? >> You didn't see that? >> I didn't see that. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Paramedics arrived on scene to assess injuries and render treatment if necessary. Considering the crime was in Florida, he was lucky they only chased him with baseball bats and not firearms. >> Hey. >> Yes, sir. We're going to check some vitals on you. Okay. >> Um um do my best to cooperate. >> Okay. What what's going on today? >> Um just a lot of um some sediment with straw. >> Okay. >> And um a bunch of bull associated with with that. Do you know where you're at right now? >> Um, yes sir. O California. >> Okay. Where in Ocala? >> Um, southeast. >> Okay. >> Are you at a certain friend's house or anything like that? >> I live about five. >> Okay. >> Do you drive over here? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> The officers read the man his Miranda rides. Kirk claimed he was experiencing methreated issues, but when they asked the man what drugs he' taken that day, the answer he gave didn't match his behavior. And when they mentioned illegal drugs, he got defensive. >> Well, let me ask you a question. Did you take anything? It's It's important for your health that you took some. >> I know. That's why I take it daily. >> What do you take? >> Daily multivitamin. >> Okay. But you didn't take any or anything? >> Well, you're you're kind of off off the chain here. You're all crazy. I >> I think you're off the chin, sir. >> Okay. Well, I guess we're done. >> Well, >> move your foot. >> Get back in the car, sir. >> Get back in the car. EMS is going to check you out. Get your foot back in the car. Get back in the car. [music] >> Get back in the car. >> You grab on the other side. >> All right. All right. The cop was trying to be cordial, but the man kept pushing his buttons and eventually he pushed the officer too far. Before they took the man to jail, they talked about his charges. >> Now we're dirty. >> Um, you didn't say anything about being battered, right? >> No. He said he he said the guy got in his face. He felt in fear. He went to go get his gun. He got his gun and he goes, "Yeah, let me let me I don't want to shoot him. Let me go get my bat." And that's where So he was he was assaulted. >> Where he hit you at the forehead? >> No, he didn't hit me. I headbutted. >> Oh, yeah. Well, >> no. So, give me the rundown for for your guys. What happened when you got here? >> So, when we got here, I was laying on the ground and [snorts] so he tried to get up and so I tried to grab him by the arm, slippery, so I just grabbed him by the hair and pulled him down and that's when he got up and then we end up spinning around, slamming against the car by the cameras. I I I observed him punching kicked by the guy. Okay. So that was with his free arm. He had a free arm. [music] So he pulled me >> on the hair with >> Yeah. Where the head goes. >> Where the head goes, the body's going to fall. >> I did that to him one night. >> Had a guy. >> I had the same I had the same reaction. I was like, >> "Yeah, [laughter] I just I did the rap and pull and he looked at me like you do that." >> Oh yeah. They charged the man with battery on an officer, resisting with violence, criminal mischief, and trespassing. They set the man's bond at $17,000. On September 26th, 2024, the cops were dispatched to a neighborhood after reports of an altercation between neighbors. When the officers arrived, there was a man in the middle of the street who was yelling, >> "What's What's going on, man?" >> Dude, all the thing I was doing was talking to my foreman. your foreman. >> My foreman. >> Yeah. >> About he just dropped my phone off to me. >> Okay. >> Because I was like him because I don't give a this mother like he wants to talk about my own man. >> Let's get out of the room car. >> I don't want you to get hit, man. >> I don't give a time right now. This mother here wants to talk about my old man having third degree cancer in his throat and talk about my ass girlfriend. >> Where does he live at? >> Yeah. Little punk little. >> So apparently the man got into a heated argument with his neighbor because his neighbor was insulting his father. But like always, there was probably more to the story than meets the eye. >> So what happened today when he came up? just him outside. He's like, "Hey, don't your mouth. Come say something to my face." >> I ain't down with the mother wants to run his mouth because my dad had third degree cancer in his throat. >> Yeah. >> And I with a mother that is going to say about my stepmom because I'll kick his right here right now. I don't give a be or not. I'll still beat his little right here right now. >> Bro, we don't want to we don't want to send you This one here. >> Yeah, >> that's my truck. Yeah, that's my old man's house because he's out in Florida right now with my >> step brother and sister-in-law right now with my with his wife. >> Of course, it's never a good idea to threaten to beat someone up, especially in front of the cops. Not only if you're doing the honorable thing by standing up for your father. >> Listen, you're on camera. You say the wrong thing, you go to jail. So, watch what you say. >> I'm not going to jail. >> I'm telling you, you say the wrong thing, you'll go to jail. Don't say the wrong thing. Okay. I don't give a >> I'm just telling you. I'm trying to help you out. >> I'm not TRYING I'M TRYING TO BE A GOOD GUY but be a the same time. >> Okay. Well, we'll talk to them. >> I don't give a what about him. I don't give a about anything. Don't run your mouth because I'm going sit out here talking to my foreman about he dropped my phone off because he's a little because he was got hide behind his curtain by his wife. >> Girlfriend. >> You guys ALWAYS HAVE ISSUES. HE HAS ISSUES WITH MY OLD MAN BECAUSE he wants to play peekab-boo because my stepmom's got a tattoo says Brian the wrong name. It says B R Y instead of that I >> up to this point there hadn't been a crime committed at least to the officer's knowledge. If the suspect was willing to cooperate and call it a night, they could all go home. But unfortunately, the man was way more interested in playing the tough guy. >> I'm a straight hillbilly. I don't give a Well, here's the thing, man. Like, I understand right now you're frustrated. >> No, you're all right, but I'm just trying to make sure I don't have someone come up my house. >> Yeah, well, APD backs up APD, man. That's just how it works. >> I'm going to tell you right now, I'm a uphill from [ __ ] West Virginia and from here and I will beat the somebody talk about my old man, especially having thirdderee cancer and throat cancer. This guy's story was full of holes. His father's relationship with his neighbor was pretty bad. The angry hillbilly had heard all the stories. And when he saw his father's neighbor, he went completely berserk. To get to the bottom of things, the cops then talked to the neighbor who'd called 911. >> Good. How are you? >> Well, you mind if I step in? >> Yes, absolutely. >> Do you know who that is? >> I have never met that man. Um, can I give you a little bit of a rundown? >> Go for it. So, um, my fiance, she was doing a test >> and we looked out and there was somebody screaming again or loud profanities >> and I look out the window and then that is when he starts screaming at me you because you don't like my family, you don't like my dad, you don't like my mom. Well, the only reason respectfully I don't like them is because their dogs have and we've already called the warden and yada yada yada. They've defecated in our yard. They've been in my backyard. They've attacked our dogs. >> Where do they live at? >> Right there. just the next house. >> Yeah. So, we've already So, we did a privacy fence and that's kind of helped. Um, but then I opened the window to see what the one racial slurs that were being yelled outside my window was. And two, just to kind of get an idea of what was happening and then that's when he started screaming at me, you you're like, "I'll beat you this and that. I'll lady I'll bend her over raw and she'll like every second of it. We have all of this on video." >> Okay. The man went on to tell the officers that for quite some time now he'd had problems with his neighbors. This time, however, it wasn't his neighbor he was having problems with. He was really having problems with his self-proclaimed hillbilly son. >> He was saying that he was here to talk to his foreman. >> His foreman came and dropped off his phone and then started talking about his dad. >> That's what he told us. And so that is a new that is now what happened. But I like >> it just it is we we've been here for a year and a half now. >> Okay. >> Um again we have two dogs and then we've always had situations with their as their dogs. So we got a privacy fence put up. We've tried to take all the steps. >> They are in the plight way very loud and obnoxious people. >> Mhm. >> And I >> Yeah. Yeah. the neighbor thinks >> it it really it's just at the end of the day you don't like your neighbor, but I don't want to be threatened that way. >> Yeah. >> What's up? You're the one he's yelling about. >> I am sure. >> Okay. Um >> he's never seen him before. >> My life. >> The caller said that he captured everything on video, including the suspect making threats and threatening his girlfriend. To prove it, he showed the cops the footage. >> You say what word me? [screaming] >> I'm going to be honest with you guys. I don't feel safe with that being next to my house. >> He's He's a [ __ ] I'm not even leaving, bro. >> I'm not even leaving my driveway. >> Put clasp your hands together like you're praying. >> No, no, no, no. Like clasp your hands together. >> Like you're praying, man. >> There you go. It's way more comfortable that way. >> Can I answer my phone, please? >> Yeah. Just call me calling you right now. >> Not now. >> Am I going to jail for what? >> What am I going to jail for? Anything else? >> What am I doing? >> Yeah, >> I haven't done nothing wrong. >> Go over to the scooter. >> I have not done nothing wrong. That's a problem. >> You got anything else on you? >> No, sir. No, sir. >> I would tell you in a heartbeat. I promise you that. >> All right. Watch your head when you get in. Okay. >> Like this mother. Like what? >> After placing the suspect in the back of a squad car, the cops ready Miss Miranda rides. At that point, the only thing left to do now was to take him down to the station to be further processed. >> Okay. >> So, y'all, like I was telling you when I pulled up, there's certain things that you can't say and you said. >> Yeah. So, you can't say you're going to You can't threaten. >> I wasn't wasn't threatened. >> It's on It's on camera. >> Is it on camera? >> Yeah. >> Yep. >> Eyes in the sky, brother. People are always watching that. >> Yep. >> Yeah. It's as clear as day. You in the road. It's >> because I was in my own right talking to my dad about that. Don't be talking to my dad about that. It >> It's okay to be upset about things to confront people in a rational way. But >> face to face with them though. >> It doesn't matter. >> It doesn't matter. >> You're his living right next to him. He does not feel safe with you living next to him by you making threats >> house. >> Regardless. Okay. >> I didn't know that. >> Okay. Well, >> can I call my old man? because >> not right now, so hang tight for me. >> The suspect was taken to jail and he was later charged with uttering threats. On the 7th of August 2024, a man stole an ultralight aircraft and took it for a joy ride. Because he had no experience flying, he crashed it. Luckily for this guy, he somehow survived. noise in my airplane in the field >> when it was like a couple nights ago. I've been trying to repair it. I bent up the front end. You want to go take a look? >> Where are your shoes at? >> From walking through the fields that there was a gentleman that worked here that helped me out. He let me use the shop to fix to bend it. >> When were you in the shop? >> Uh I think that was uh two days ago. >> So what actually happened is that after he crashed the aircraft, he then broke into an apartment to charge some tools. And at that point, some residents called the cops on him. >> You want to go through the airplane? I'll show you quickly. >> So, you just been walking around the last few days to fix my airplane. Where have you been? [snorts] >> I slept in the airplane. Let's go to the airplane. >> The airplane is on the little side of the hill. >> You don't want to go see the airplane? >> Do you have any weapons or anything on you? >> Just tool. Just keep your hands out your body. >> Starting tools. >> You can touch. >> Nothing else. I'm just going to piss you from >> What is it? >> Bug spray. >> It's all right. Don't reach for it. >> The officer searched the man and found some tools and some bug spray, but they didn't find anything illegal. The suspect tried to play it cool, like he just needed to make some repairs and then he'd be out of there. But the officers knew there was more to the story than meets the eye. >> Cool airplane. You >> ever been up in an airplane? >> The two seat >> highway pusher. >> You have ID on you? >> I don't. I don't have my wallet. >> Where do you live? >> I have ID in the airplane. >> Where do you live? >> I'm back and forth between places in Peton. >> The airport where I flew out of is >> Peton airport 3J1. It's a grass farm. >> All right. So, all right. We got to figure some stuff out real quick. I'm just going to put you in the back of my car for >> Yeah, that's fine. >> All right. Walk over here. >> Yeah. >> I'm going to take the bus. Yeah, man. Go for it. Take whatever you'd like. >> The man identified himself as Robert, but refused to give his date of birth. He told the cops that if they wanted his info, it was all inside the aircraft, but the officer told the man they'd deal with the airplane later. >> What's your date of birth? >> 12. >> It's on the information. >> I'm not going I'm not going. >> I'm not telling you anything else. You guys don't want to help me. You don't want to work with me. I'm not going to work with you. I'm telling you. >> We're We're investigating a crime right now. Why are you got to tell me who you are? >> I just told you who I am. That's >> what your date of birth. >> I have the I have the right to remain silent. >> No, you do not. >> I don't. >> No. >> Why do I have I don't >> I'm I'm trying to figure out who you are. I got to identify you. >> Well, I think I'm just going to >> I'm going to ask you one more time for your >> Let's go take a look. >> I'm I'm going to ask you one more time for your date of birth. If you're not >> all right, >> identify the station. Let's go. Take me to the station. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> Step out. >> Step out. >> Step out. >> All right. Turn around. >> You can stack for 9047. There was a pretty good chance that Robert wasn't his real name, but it really didn't matter at this point because down at the station, it would be easy enough to get his fingerprints. >> Told me I didn't wear you real quick. But >> all right, we're going to go around the other side. >> Put your shoe back on. Your >> shoes. How does it stay on? Robert Sarap >> I'm going to be very cautious guys. I'm not trying to >> I just gave you a hint. You're already under for obstruction. >> Okay. >> Obstruction for what? >> Watch your hands. >> Fair to identify yourself. >> I just identified myself. just put. >> As far as this incident went, the man plead guilty to the charges. As a result, he received 3 years probation. Sometimes a little misplaced confidence could easily lead to jail time, especially if someone starts believing that they're tougher than the law itself. That's the lesson that's learned when these rowdy hillbillies think they can overpower police.
