from an Army lieutenant being cited for speeding after requesting a warning due to a recent vehicle purchase 130 to a US Marine being arrested by Albuquerque police for alleged lewd acts and child there until you talk to the judge dictates conditions of here are four times entitled cops got humbled by an army Sergeant starting with the moment an Army lieutenant faced unexpected treatment during the window yes this is an officer from the town of Windsor Police Department on November 7th 2020 an officer pulled over Army Lieutenant Karen Nazario allegedly when he was going 54 milph in a 35 mph Zone the officer observes that the vehicle has no tags displayed after traveling for over a minute and a half the officer stops the cruiser behind Lieutenant nazario's SUV in a Food Lion parking lot upon approaching Lieutenant Nazario and requesting his license and registration Lieutenant Nazario explains that he recently purchased the vehicle in New York and the temporary tags are on the window watch how the traffic stop unfolds you have your license and is there any registration for the vehicle yes um the vehicle excuse me so um I got the vehicle up in New York okay um the temporary thing is in the window okay um but I've been I've spoken to otherg they said that DMV is backed up that's why I haven't received the the plates yet but it's in the window if you want to take a look at it from Ruckers driving by speed I like honest is honest mistake I'm like I haven't had a ticket in forever like is honest honest the officer claims that since he was driving 19 mph more than the speed limit he would be issued a citation for speeding however Lieutenant Nazario requests that since he had just purchased this vehicle it would be better if he could just give him a warning rather than a citation observe how the encounter ends right understand please get a warning I'm not at 19 miles over the speed limit I don't I don't give warnings on that we're going to have to come talk to the judge and see if he can help you out with it okay I I just need to get your license okay all right now uh the address that's on your license is that correct yeah yeah that's like exactly it's been updated the I have I renewed it like I everything with DMV is backed up it's it's renewed already though I renewed it all the way back in August with them okay are you living in norfol or you living important appointment to attend the officer said he doesn't issue warnings for driving 19 mph over the speed limit if you think this was the only entitled cop who got humbled by an army Sergeant wait Department on June 6th 2024 several deputies responded to a call regarding allegations of domestic violence in Casper Wyoming officers spoke with the victim at the scene who reported being a victim of domestic violence they attempted to contact the suspect 26-year-old Trey Spurlock for 5 minutes before locating him on a balcony with a rifle nearby Mr Spurlock an army veteran was approached cautiously by the officers who sought to avoid confrontation and engaged him in conversation attempting to steer him away from the rifle and learn more about the incident watch how the confrontation is about to get brutal he's got a rifle sitting next to him [Music] what's going on yeah was also part of the Lo owner trespassing shoot you no I don't care death black cop doesn't sound too bad but argument started because of frustration over their relationship which later turned into a physical struggle he stated that he pushed her several times but did not let her fall when officers attempted to arrest Mr Spurlock for simple domestic assault he suddenly opened the sliding door and turned quickly toward the rifle lying on the balcony after a failed taser attempt an officer fired seven shots six of which hit Spurlock as he reached for the rifle officers immediately provided first aid and Mr Spurlock was transported by ambulance to Banner Wyoming Medical Center where he was later
