You became aggressive cuz you wanted to be racist. You want to pick a side because it was a white man that called on me and I didn't do >> That's what you did. You came and slammed ME BY THE DOOR, GRABBED ME, THEN YOUR HOMIE kicked me in my face. No. >> Parents are supposed to set a good example for their kids and teach them how to behave in public. But it's a challenging task and some of these parents just fail miserably. However, through a painful reality check, these entitled couples find out that they're not above the law. Do you feel this proud that you are this worthless? Shut the up because I paid your salary and you don't need to leave. >> You are in my one more time. >> On the 19th of November 2024, a couple came to a school meeting to discuss an altercation involving their son. Their son was 11 years old and the fight was with a 10-year-old girl and it resulted in the boy being arrested. As the parents, Jorge and Dagmary sat there listening, the tension became palpable straight away. >> So, I understand the frustration of the whole situation. >> No idea. I'm sorry. >> You have no idea. Okay, but let's let's continue. Let's let's forget about the I'm sorry here, I'm sorry there. [snorts] Let's go. I'll take care of what we have to take care of. >> So, as far as pressing charges, unfortunately, it's not going to be applicable the situation. >> Why? >> Because the video surveillance was reviewed. >> We have video that they say that they saw walking away from the situation where he pushed and he threw a he threw a chew at his head. That's assault with an object and he pushed her to avoid confrontation and he walked away. >> Jorge's account of the event was not actually true. The footage showed his son being verbally aggressive to a girl who was half his size. When she yelled back, he escalated things by shoving the girl into a wall. The girl screamed for a teacher and threw a flip-flop at him, but it didn't hit the boy's head, only his backpack. So what you can do from here is [music] everything is going to be going through the court process and you will have that time to be able to let the judge know this is what happened. This is the full story. >> Okay. >> But why is going to happen here? >> No. No. >> You keep interrupting me and I can't >> because Okay. You're talking too slow. >> I want to know why I >> Well, then we're going to we're going to end this conversation if [music] I can't talk. >> Man, you need to give us answers. Okay. >> If you work for us, we pay your salary. >> We're not gonna continue this conversation. Do your thing. Okay. >> Okay. >> What is the specific question you're asking? I want to know. I want to know >> what I can do against the child that threw a shoe to my son's head. when he walked away from a situation that had already ended. >> After the altercation, they arrested the boy and gave him a civil citation. The deputy calmly explained the reason for the arrest and the possible outcomes, but calling their son the aggressor didn't sit well with his parents. >> He was the primary aggressor. >> Being the primary, >> this isn't an argument yelling at him. Okay. And then I'm gonna I'm gonna finish this conversation. You just messed up. You failed a kid. Okay. That that's okay. You are failing kids right here. We're not talking about us because believe me, if it were about the adults, we can solve this a whole different different level. >> We are talking about a kid that I'm now. I'm telling you I have I'm talking. >> Okay. Yes. I am going to do guess what? Because I feel your sad. Okay. What happened to you? >> Okay. Why are you so worthless? Do you do you feel do you feel proud that you are this worthless lady? >> Do you feel this proud that you are this worthless? Shut the up because I pay your salary if you don't. >> That's what happened. Look. Look what is going to happen. >> What is going to happen? You need TO LEAVE. >> YOU ARE a worthless piece of >> Yeah. Go backwards. >> In a moment of clarity, Jorge stood up and started to walk away. But as he did so, he continued berating the officer in a threatening manner. The question was, will he manage to calm down or will he take things too far? >> But don't worry, we're going to hit this guy. >> You are in my one more time. Where the are you? >> Put it down RIGHT NOW. >> PUT IT DOWN RIGHT NOW. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND your back. >> Put your hands behind your back now. >> Put your hand back now. >> Thank you. After the mother, Dagmary got involved. Jorge swung at the deputy and struck her. She immediately reached for the taser, but he grabbed it from her hands and then punched her again, knocking her down. That's right. A gigantic man knocked a female officer to the ground. It was a little bit clearer where his son got that violent streak from. >> No, that's okay, man. saying nothing. [snorts] >> Yeah. [laughter] >> He was upset because his his son was arrested last night. >> So he gets all angry that he got arrested. >> Yes. We can't have a productive conversation. So I tell him to leave. Then he gets in my face and starts yelling at me. >> And then as he's approaching me, then I go to grab him. And then him and mom start fighting me. >> Are you injured, babe? >> I don't know. >> Okay. Listen to me. Listen to Listen to me. Okay. >> Are you injured anywhere? Do you feel like you're going to pass out? You're whatever. >> Pass out. I just remember it. >> Are you mad? Scared? Whatever. >> I'm not scared. >> Here's what I'm going to have do. You're going to sit there. Okay. Look at me. I'm going to have rescue come check you out. While the deputy seemed fine in the aftermath, after the adrenaline wore off and she'd seen the surveillance footage, the emotions came flooding back. Simultaneously, they were questioning Dagmary in the room next door. >> What happened today? Sounds pretty crazy. >> Yeah, very [music] crazy. It all started yesterday. >> Okay. >> It happened all so quick and she started telling my husband not to point at her. So before >> and my husband got all frustrated because you know >> before we before we continue with that part um when you were told that charges couldn't be pressed for the shoe being thrown is that what caused the uh emotions to kind of >> Yeah. >> flare up a little bit. >> We asked why. >> Mhm. And she's like, "Well, if you want if you want, we can talk to our my supervisor now. You have to wait and go to the judge." >> Mhm. >> And I'm like, "Why?" Because it's not self-defense because he walked away. >> Mhm. >> And I was like telling my husband like, "Just walk away. Just shut up." Cuz I knew I knew it was going to happen. >> Mhm. >> And she told him, "Can you please stop pointing at me?" And he like kept pointing at her. And he said, "What's going to happen?" And she like like tried to go like like on him like like I went in the middle because then I tried to hold her and hold him and he just threw a punch and punch her on the face and she fell to the ground. >> Okay. >> Dagmary claimed she held the deputy trying to prevent the altercation. But in doing so, she prevented the deputy from properly defending herself against Jorge's blows. As if the case against her son wasn't enough already, there was now a battery case against Jorge, against law enforcement, no less. >> Listen, because you um went ahead and you you put your hands on the deputy, we have to detain you for now. Okay? So, it doesn't mean you're under arrest at this moment. We just have to detain you at this moment. Okay? So, I'm going to have to have you stand up. I'm going to move your bag. >> Correct. Correct. We're just going to place you in handcuffs. Doesn't mean you're under arrest right now. You're just being detained. And with these rights in mind, are you willing to continue talking to us or? >> Yeah, there's nothing for me to hide. >> Okay. At any point in the altercation, I know you mentioned that you were in the middle between two of them. Is it possible that you may have also hit Deputy Curtain? >> No. >> No. Okay. So, you were there to separate them? Okay. Now, I will say um I did have a chance to review some of the video um and it does show um you making the initial contact first. [music] >> Yeah. Because I got in the middle. >> Mhm. >> Both parents were facing multiple charges and some of them were felonies. When things got to court, there was a major turnaround in the case because the judge started blaming the deputy for instigating things, saying the man was apologetic and was just defending his wife. >> You can hear it in her voice. Oh, the poor This was all the dep it was all the deputy's fault. Everything's the cop's fault, right? This is an absolute smack in our face. It's a smack every We're all here to support Deputy Curtain and to blame her for what happened is it's I think it sucks. >> Ultimately, the judge reduced all the felonies down to misdemeanors. Jorge was sentenced to 45 days in jail, which he'd served already, as well as 45 days of probation. He didn't even have to pay court fees. As far as the woman, Dagmary, her trial is ongoing. On the 18th of February, 2025 at Universal Resort in Florida, there was a flurry of activity after a drunk couple to scene. By the time the officers got there, the wife had taken the kids into the bathroom, leaving her husband and the brother outside. >> I need my wife. I I'm so And my brother. >> What's your copy? >> Hold on. Yes, I do. Hold on a second. Wife the kids are >> my wife. >> I think she's taking a minute and then she's playing. That's what I think. >> Maybe if you want to just go double check. We'll hang out with you for a second. Just wrapping up. We're good. Might be hostile to me. Oh, then then >> why are you talking to me about my wife? >> Because right now I want a third party to talk to. Number one, you say >> everything's fine. >> I need you guys already have guys in there. >> Yeah, we got officers in there. >> She doesn't want to see them, too. Okay. >> I don't know. That's her. >> Hey, are you guys staying at a hotel here or are you guys like >> offsite or whatnot? Are you at a Universal hotel? >> Yeah. >> Which one? I don't know. >> Well, she just wants to finish up in there. She doesn't want to come out right now. >> Hey, boss man. Leave the stroller here with your brother, but we're going to ask you to leave. >> Okay. Okay. The stroller has to say, but you guys >> got a bunch of our stuff. >> Okay. We'll get it. We'll get it to you. >> Later identified as Anthony McCasslin and Juliana Gamble. They both showed clear signs of intoxication. The cops could already anticipate that things were not going to end peacefully. >> Yeah. She's she's about the same in the same boat. She's just standing there with two kids. She doesn't have bags. She doesn't have. So I talked to her. She doesn't have your She doesn't know where >> she's black out drunk. Can't she tell as a police officer she black out drunk? >> I wasn't talking to her. >> She has my kids. I'm her husband. >> Leave the story for her. >> All of you. Listen. Do you think it's safe? Do you think it's safe to set a a drunk woman loose on the city wall with two small children? Honest opinions all around. Please right now. I'm telling you why. Let's get the out. This is our stroller. I own this stroller. >> But the kids So you don't want the kids to sit in the stroller. You'd rather her drag the kids around. >> She drunk the whole stroller, brother. Cuz she's driving. >> Okay, that's all right. See you. Have a good day. Have a good day. >> Break the lights. My wife. >> Have a good day. >> You know your problem. The price action lawsuit. If anything happen, my wife is in that restaurant. Blackout. Please help. I'm asking you to please help her. >> You're going the wrong way. Once the cops dealt with Anthony, they had to do the very same thing with Juliana. She appeared to be just as drunk as her husband, if not even more. And as far as the language she used, it was definitely much, much worse. >> Go ahead, baby. Go ahead. >> What's that? >> Go ahead, baby. Go ahead. Go ahead. 2116, baby. 216, you keep walking down to the sidewalk. Give me a ticketing that's going to >> as if I don't have make more money than you. I make more money than you. >> It doesn't seem like the usual. [screaming] On the way to the hotel, Juliana reunited with her husband. Once they got there, they were told to pack their things up and leave. But Anthony was so busy arguing with the cops and threatening lawsuits that he didn't even notice when his wife suddenly went missing. >> Your wife is not in this room. >> They're looking They're looking for her right now. >> Who's been watching my wife? >> I told you she took off running. >> I told you since the restaurant since the restaurant. >> No, I didn't. I trespassed. >> You are being trespassed. Get out. >> End the story. Hello. Orlando police. Ma'am. Ma'am. >> What? >> Orlando police. Hello. You okay? Have a seat. You can stay there. You don't have to get up. What's your name, ma'am? Nope. Don't get up. Just have a seat. Just sit there. Yeah. You don't have to get up. I don't want you falling. What's your name, ma'am? >> Juliana. >> Juliana. Do you know where you're at right now? Juliana? >> Thunderbird. >> Thunderbird. >> Walking in Thunderbird. >> You're walking in Thunderbird. >> Nope. Don't get up. You have a seat. Yep. Just have a seat. You know what day of the week it is? >> Wednesday. >> Wednesday. Other than Thunderbird, do you know where you're at? Castabana without >> where? >> Castabana. >> Castabana. How much have you had to drink? Is there any reason why you decided to lay down and fall asleep next to a car in the dirt? J U O I A N A. >> Where you from? >> Why is that in your business? >> Are you from Florida? >> No. >> No. Where you from? >> No. None of your business. >> None of my business. >> Okay, no problem. >> The cop told the woman that if she didn't identify herself, she'd be taken to jail. So, she finally complied and said she was from New Jersey. She was then informed they were all being trespassed and that they needed to leave. >> Piece of literally what you are. >> That's rude. >> I don't give a bro. >> What are you doing here? >> Flash your face. >> Just try to be nice to the fire department. Okay. >> All right. >> What is that? What does that mean? >> I don't I don't contend anything. >> Sounds good. needs more. >> So, she's been detained and you did it say nothing. >> She's been detained. Did you say nothing? Keep going. Keep on walking. >> Stop. Julie, stop. >> This cop is >> during all this commotion. The suspects didn't pay much attention to their kids' well-being. As they were shouting at the cops, they pretty much ignored them. Not to mention, they were using atrocious language, especially Juliana. >> Oh, video camera. Oh, you turned it off. back. >> What have I DONE? >> WHAT HAVE I DONE? >> STOP. What have I done? >> You want to get resisting? >> Free speech, mother. [screaming] FREE SPEECH, MOTHER. >> TURN THAT WAY. >> Free speech, mother. >> Okay, cool. >> ALL RIGHT, I GOT YOU. I GOT YOU. YOU GOT THIS ON. YOU GOT THIS ON CAMERA. This is the last time I'm telling you. >> The Tesla key doesn't work without her Tesla key. Please get it, sir. >> They took your mommy from you. They took your mommy from you. >> Who cares? >> Even after his wife got arrested, the man's primary concern wasn't soothing his kids. It was filming the cops and harassing them. Eventually, even his brother tried to calm him down a bit, but he failed. >> Hey, man. Stop recording and put your KID IN THE CAR. >> STOP RECORDING. HE'S MY FIRST. NO, NO, NO, NO. >> Put your kid in the car. >> Get off me. Get my kid in the car. Get my kid. >> My brother. Get my kid in the car. >> Go get the rest of your stuff. >> Go get your suitcase. >> Okay. I record. I'm not going to stop recording. It's my constitutional right to >> every face. I want every suitcase. >> Oh jeez. You forced me to do that. >> Now I got to take time to repackage. >> Why don't you put your phone down and >> No. Am I How strong am I? I'm a muscle man. I'm going to even with two arms. It's behind your back. >> I'm not [ __ ] anybody. >> My kids are over there. >> I just want to get my [ __ ] out of here. >> I just want to get myit out of here. >> You've done this to yourself. As soon as they arrested him, Anthony changed his tune and wanted to comply. Still though, he was blaming the cops for what had happened. Juliana, however, did not go down so easily. >> Oh, you're not ready. You're noting ready. YOU'RE NOTING READY. COME BACK. >> JUST LOOK AT THE CAR, MAN. >> OH, just so listen here. All right. Listen here very clearly. Not try to kick any. So, sit there AND RELAX. YOU UNDERSTAND? DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME? BECAUSE THEN YOU'RE GOING TO GET put on the ground and we're going to dump you on your face. So, stop. Scumbag. >> Stop. Now you're going to jail for a felony. Okay, >> scumbag. Don'ting touch me, YOU [ __ ] SCUMBAG. >> They were both charged with criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, and battery on an officer. On the 5th of October 2025, the cops were called out to a gas station after reportedly a customer assaulted a staff member. When the officers got there, things had already begun to escalate and before they knew it, there were multiple people involved. >> We're not going to be playing these games right now. I'm investigating. Time out. Time out. Time out. Time out. You came at me. >> Don't walk up on me. >> You came up. Don't walk up. You got your body camera? >> Yes, it is on. Okay. Now, play with me. >> I'm asking a question and you're yelling. I said I don't matter. You told me you were involved. All right. I am involved. I'm I'm investigating a battery. >> What's a battery? Battery or what? >> You want to tell me? >> If you're not involved, then start walking AWAY BEFORE I LOCK YOU UP. >> YOU WANT HANDCUFFS ON YOU? >> NO. YOU'RE stepping outside. Come here. WHY DON'T YOU PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK? >> PUT YOUR HANDS. >> It was an agitated group of people and the cops were quickly being outnumbered. To make things worse, nobody there was complying with lawful commands. In a situation like this one, anything could happen. >> He hit a head to the goddamn thing. The head stop. Get back. >> Stop moving. Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> Call my attorney. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> Please call Reef. Call Reese right now. Call my attorney. He arrested you for no reason. He had no proof. Call Reese right now. I'm not He sure did. He sure did. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. I would help myself. Please don't talk to me, >> dude. Dude, I already kicked her in the face. Get in the face of the side. Kick her in the face. You're going to face the side. >> Vacuum away. >> After a few minutes, the officers managed to handcuff and detain the woman. For a moment, it looked like things might be over. But when emotions are running high, the cops can never be sure. >> Why am I being in my pocket? >> Nobody's getting anything. >> Yes, he is. My kids is in the car. She need my keys. >> [screaming] >> STOP. >> GET IN THE CAR. >> GET IN THE CAR. >> Get in the car now. >> GOOD. >> THE KIDS. >> Put your hand behind your back or you're going to get ted. >> You are going to get ted. Put your hands behind your back. YOU'RE GOING TO GET THIS. >> Put your hands. >> 1713 County. Taser deployed. >> Shut up. >> Once a taser was deployed, the male suspect decided to cooperate. As the cops struggled to handcuff such a large individual, the relative kept interrupting while it was from a safe distance. No, stay there and be quiet for a minute. >> I can't believe >> Well, we can't believe you didn't listen. >> I need water. >> You're going to need a lot more. Shut up. >> Physical condition. >> You have a physical condition that you're being extremely confrontational. >> Stop. Stop. >> Should have stopped when I asked you the first time. >> It was unnecessary. >> You're unnecessary. >> All right. Let's go. Please. I can't breathe. >> I can't breathe. >> Set him up. We'll help you stand up here. We'll move that out real quick. >> My leg already. >> All right. On three. >> Now you got to use all your muscles. table. >> You got to put your foot ON THE GROUND, NOT UNDERNEATH your ass. Bend your knee. >> You don't have to. >> Bend your knee. >> Once the female found herself handcuffed in a squad car, she suddenly realized she had two kids in her vehicle. But even at that point, it seemed like the cops were more concerned about her kids' well-being than she was. >> I have a one-year-old. >> Were you involved in in an accident? No, he tried to hit my car, but it don't even matter now. I'm calling my attorney. He's just assaulting me for no reason. >> That's fine. >> So, I'm calling my attorney. >> I'm calling my father. My father is an attorney. >> That's fine. >> So, please let your body cam body cam. Can you listen to me for a second? >> Ain't nothing to listen about. >> Whatever just happened out here, let's put that aside for now. Ain't no >> You didn't want to listen to me when you growing up. I'm a woman. >> OKAY. >> REGARDLESS OF HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT ME ON my race, I'm a woman. I have two kids in my car. >> Were you involved in an accident? >> I'm aing registered nurse. All I was trying to do is get some gas. Go home. >> INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT? >> NO, I did not hit nobody car. Nobody hit my car. That's all I want to know. I'm going to that car to go put eyes on these kids and see how they're doing. She has somebody that can be with the kids. Is your sister here? >> Yes. >> Okay. Can we sort that out? As the medics went to check on the kids, the responding officer reported to her superior, explaining how the incident started. To make things even more ridiculous, it appeared the sisters had been involved in a road rage incident. >> So, the two sisters with the kids in the car and they pulled into the gas station. They probably didn't signal fast enough or whatever, but the car and started honing. >> So, is this a 1050? >> So, this is a road. So, so she said they did not get into the accident. >> Yeah. The two sisters pulling the gas station and then they were railing on the horn behind them like whatever maybe it is fast enough to stop fast. He gets so the the male driver of the other vehicle gets out throws a glass bottle at the car. You got damage on that vehicle and glass shed all over it. Uh and then the sister gets out driving and then the two male and female passenger rather get out start working on the sister. She just tried to break it up. She never swung on anybody. She threatened me. >> She did. >> She didn't swing on anybody. She broke it up. >> Okay. >> She threatened me when they would stop whipping on her sister. >> Two against the law. >> She didn't. >> So, who was the one who would have been sister? >> The entire situation could have been avoided if the woman had just stayed calm and cooperated with the cops from the start. Now, she was headed to jail and her sister's boyfriend was getting checked after being tased. I need to lean on you >> because my hands are tapped behind me. >> Well, this is what I'm telling you. My leg pull my pants up. It's up. No, cuz you need to understand. So, my leg up real bad, right? So, I can't just walk from this far distance. >> They taking sweet baby Jesus away. Check it out. They tas me for no reason. I did nothing wrong. I broke no law. Trans. >> I don't know. Can I have a bottle of water? They didn't want to give me no water. They beat her up in front of me. They probably try to kill me. Take a picture of me. Take a picture of me because they probably gonna try to kill me. They tas me for no reason. Take a [music] picture of me because they already and and I did nothing wrong. These men men be on her. She was bleeding in the face. >> I did nothing wrong. I promise I [music] am. >> You got a lot of water in your pocket. >> They don't even give me no water. >> Why am I being arrested? >> I'm struck. that I got it. >> How am I obstructing when y'all? >> They charged the woman with disorderly conduct, battery on an officer, assault, and resisting arrest. The sister's boyfriend was treated for his injuries, and he was then taken to jail and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and battery on an officer. >> [music] >> On the 14th of July 2025, a patrol officer spotted a driver with no seat belt. He initiated a traffic stop and followed the vehicle to a gas station. However, when he approached the vehicle, he realized the couple inside had switched seats. >> Well, you were driving. >> I was driving. >> Yeah. Are you sure about that? >> I'm 100% sure. Yeah. Do you have your license? Cuz I seen you driving without a seat belt. >> Yep. Do you have your license? >> I don't have a driver's license. >> You don't have a driver's license cuz you guys just switched. >> Are you positive we just switch? >> Yep, I am. >> Can I see a camera that you saw switch >> when you pulled in? >> Is there a camera that Can we show that camera to see you switch? >> Listen, I'm not going to argue with you. >> So, you're getting loud with me. I'm telling you you switched. Okay. I'm asking you asking me a question. >> I observed you in the driver's seat of the vehicle. >> While the man kept arguing with the officer, demanding video proof, the woman in the driver's seat stayed completely silent. Since the man claimed that he didn't have ID, the officer decided to run his license plates and found out the reason why the two had switched seats. >> Step out, brother. >> It's a real Huh? Josh, what? >> No, it's a suspended license. Put your hands up on the car for me. >> Suspended? I My license is suspended. Put your hands behind the car, brother. >> You say they got to take me to jail for suspended license. >> Yes, sir. >> Come on, man. That's my first time, brother. >> Stay in the car for me, ma'am. >> Stay in the car. >> Hey, Ryan. >> Hey, Ryan. >> You're dead. >> I'm currently getting incarcerated right now. The police officer. >> Can I? >> Yes. Just relax though. Relax. Okay. >> Yeah. He said he saw me switch driver. >> Seriously, man. There is no proof, man. >> Can I get a sergeant? >> Yeah. Can I please get a sergeant here, please? Can I please get a sergeant? Cuz there is no proof he saw me driving. >> Okay, back here. Calm down. >> As the officer handcuffed the man and he was escorted to a squad car, the pregnant female stepped outside. As she watched her partner getting arrested, she got very emotional and began to argue with the cops. >> Can I see? >> Dude, you drive every day. Every day I see you driving the car. >> Can I see proof? >> And today you switch. >> Can I see proof? >> Seriously, man. >> Is there anywhere I can see proof, please? Man, >> that's something I will notice you've been having it out for me, bro. You've been watching. >> I never I don't have it out for you. >> You do. You've been watch You the one that kicked me out of that hotel cuz my kids were a nuisance. >> Hear me out for a second. You always drive that car. So don't lie to my face. You always drive. >> But today I wasn't today. I'm telling you, I was not driving today. >> I was not driving today, boss. >> How? Bro, I was not driving today. >> I would like to see cameras, please. >> I don't know if this came. >> I would like to see cameras, please. I do. I'm not denying that. I don't drive the vehicle, but today I was not driving. >> The suspect tried to blame the situation on the officer. He asked for a sergeant on scene, but after the sergeant got there, he suddenly realized there was no point in arguing. >> This is a hereby, man. Like, you're really going to incarcerate me and have me spend money that I don't have, man. My my literally, man, I have kids, bro. I don't have I don't have fun, man. >> You just shouldn't be driving. Simple as that. >> I wasn't driving today. So, how you doing, Sergeant? You probably said this ain't going to go well anyways. >> Yes, sir. You continue on. She's going to access her to this. >> Just calm down and record everything, please. If you're on the phone, if you're on the phone with real Ryan, can you please uh see if he can bomb me out or something? I don't know. Will I have a bomb? >> Yeah, $500. >> So, he said my bond will be $500. So, I guess with $50, I don't know. >> The man tried to calm his partner down, but he wasn't that successful. The cop was kind enough to let the man have a few more smokes and then proceeded to pat him down. >> Okay, we're done with this. >> Turn around. You got any weapons on you? >> These saw me switch, boy. I was not driving. >> I observed you without your seat belt on. Have a seat belt. >> I want to see video proof. >> Okay. >> I'm fighting this in court, >> man. Let me chat with you for a minute. >> Okay. So, you're going to be charged with obstruction. So, place your hands like this for switching. Okay. >> I'm being charged. >> So, put your hands like this, man. >> To this corner. Right here. Right here. >> Yeah. Watch. We're taking it to court. Just stop. Stop. Yeah. We're taking it to court. >> That's what everybody says. It's okay. >> That's what everybody says. It's okay. I'mma take it to court. I'mma take it to court. I'mma take you to court. We're going to court. >> We're going to court. >> Let's do it. >> As the woman continued arguing with the cops, she noticed her partner tried to say something, but she couldn't hear him. She demanded the cop roll the window down, but she was so incredibly tense that at one point even her mom stepped in to try and calm her. This is necessary for a stop. For for a stop. This is necessary. He's trying to say something. Okay. When people go down. >> Well, he's yelling like an animal. >> Yeah, because he's trying to tell me something. >> You guys got to relax. Once everybody. I am pregnant. I am in high. I can't also make it more complicated. So, I'm trying to relax just for my baby. >> Okay. You all take a deep breath and then we'll we'll >> They don't care about the pregnancy. They don't care about nothing. Let's just get taken apart. I am allowed this freedom of speech. I am allowed to speak. I am allowed to I I didn't do nothing wrong. It's fine. I'm taking this to court. I didn't do nothing wrong. No, I didn't do I am pregnant. I am 33 weeks pregnant. This is crazy. They're saying we jumped and I jumped. >> Come on, be real. For real. Curiously, she was so adamant that they didn't switch seats that she even threatened to sue the cops. She told the officers that the cameras at the daycare would show she was driving. That being said, she had no idea what was about to happen. >> We just dropped the girls off at daycare. They got cameras in the daycare. They're going to see me pull up and him getting everything. The other two little ones at the daycare. >> That doesn't justify it because you guys did the switch right here. So that doesn't justify who got in the driver's seat at that time. >> We just dropped them off. >> Literally, they have time of everything or something. >> Um, he's trying to give he's trying to tell me the number, but they won't put the window down because he's speaking acting whatever. He's just trying to scream. There's he's stating that he's acting dead though, but he's just trying to speak at this time. We had handcuffs. What the we got to do? >> The woman was seated next to her partner and at that point the officer told them that their car would be towed. After realizing that he'd be paying out of pocket for the towing, the suspect suddenly came to his senses and decided to confess. >> Yeah. No, we're going to tow it. Okay. The number. >> Please, man. I don't have it like that, man. Please, >> can you just cut me? >> Dude, you just lied to my >> Can you just cut me that, please? >> At least be honest with me. >> Can you >> and then I would work with you. >> I'm sorry about that. Honestly speaking, man, >> I am sorry >> because you made me look like the wrong in in the wrong year and I know I'm not going to I've dealt with you plenty of times and I know you're a upfront person. I know that for a fact. >> I would never lie on this person. You know that >> you listen, you dealt with me with Officer Brown and officer. I know for a I know you're an upfront person. >> Yeah, I am. >> That is my fault. I am so sorry about that. >> But I do not have the money to get my car out, man. >> I barely work, man. I work three, four times a month. All right. Well, now since you're being honest with me and you admitted to switching, I'll cancel it. Okay. >> See, when you you're honest, it's a much it's smoother. Okay. >> I just canceled the toe. I'm saving you money. I got a job to do. I hope you understand that. And I'm straight up with everybody, man. >> Listen, I don't I don't lie to cops, though. That's not my thing. I I'm saying I'm upfront with them, too, man. That's what gets me in trouble. >> After their arrogant threats about taking the cops to court, it was the two suspects who ended up in jail. Both were charged with obstruction. On the 7th of November 2025 in Crystal Lake, Illinois, the cops responded to a local hotel concerning unruly guests. As they knocked on the suspect's door, shouting could be heard from inside. But as soon as the suspect saw police, his tone suddenly changed, but not for too long. Stop like that. Police Department. >> What's going on, man? >> What's going on? >> Nothing. >> What's going on? >> I don't know what's going on with you. >> Can I come in? >> No, you cannot. >> So, we got to call. Well, I'm going to go in. >> Well, you're not going to go in. >> I am going to go and make sure everyone's okay. >> Uh, everything's okay. >> It's fine. We're having an argument and it it was just not appropriate and I [music] understand that you got [laughter] >> Okay, I'm going to go in. Okay. Go in for what? >> To make sure everyone's okay. So, move. >> All right. Well, you don't have to push me. >> Well, you're in the way. >> You don't have to push me. >> You're in the way. So, open up the door. >> All right. Do you want me to open up the door? >> Yeah. I don't want you to open up the door. >> Can I talk to you? Can I make sure everyone's okay? >> We don't want to talk. And you know what? >> So, goodbye. [laughter] Have a good day. >> No, we're good. >> No, we don't actually. No, actually. No, you can't do that. No, I guess the law. >> No, that's actually against the law. At first, the suspect tried to calm the woman, but it was easier said than done. Moments later, he decided that he'd had enough and left the room voluntarily. >> Have a warrant. >> No. No. No. No. >> No. Do you have a warrant? >> No. Jason, I was going to be a cop. >> Do you have a warrant? No. No. Nothing's going on. Stop. >> Can you come over here? >> Do you have a warrant? You guys have a warrant. Yes or no? >> No. No. No. No. Do you have a warrant? We are Let's do our job and we're going to talk. >> No, let me do my job. DO YOU HAVE A WARRANT? >> NO, we don't. >> You can't touch me. >> Okay. >> Put your HANDS BEHIND YOUR HAND. >> Put your hands going. NO. >> PUT YOUR hand under. >> No. NO. YOU'RE GOING INSIDE AND YOU'RE you have a friend. No. You >> stop. >> No. You can't do this to me. >> After initially resisting the officers, the woman calmed down. Sadly though, it didn't last long. To make things worse, when her partner heard her wailing, he began resisting as well, and the whole situation turned into a circus. >> That's my man right there. That's his dad. What the You guys are stupid. You guys are stupid. You guys are going to get sued me. Yeah. NO. [screaming] >> Stop on the ground. >> Oh, it's fine. No. Wait. Wait. Wait. Stop. I You arrest me. It's not a big deal. How? What the >> Hey, you look at me really quick. >> Come here. Come here. What? >> Look it. This is the one that was distressed. That's why they called the cops right there. Look. Look at me. >> Put your arm behind her back. >> I WILL [ __ ] >> I RESISTED IT. >> I DID IT. >> CAN YOU TELL ME? I'm telling you. Who was distressed? Look at her right there. >> You [ __ ] >> Can you look right now? >> Can you look right now? You idiot. >> Can you LOOK RIGHT NOW? NO. >> NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. >> Seeing his partner dragged out in handcuffs just antagonized the man further. And just a few seconds later, the entire hallway got chaotic with multiple officers detaining the suspects. >> I think it's for both of us. >> Here, legs. >> Go ahead. >> Let's get that helmet on. He has wash your legs. >> Oh yeah. >> Hey man, stop. Yeah. >> Get up. Get up. Get up. You know what? I can't. Goddamn >> [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Because the man had no intention of cooperating, they decided to put him in a wrap and carry him outside. Since he couldn't physically resist anymore, he then resorted to making petty insults. >> Are you serious right now, guys? >> Really? Really, dude? I kidding me right now. >> I don't care. >> I don't give a >> Oh, this one goes down here. >> Okay, sweetie. Should be another strap. >> Whatever you say. >> No. >> You look like your girl you go. >> No. Oh. Are you gay? >> Oh, okay. You got a boyfriend? All right, cool. >> Can you breathe? [snorts] >> Good. >> No, I don't care. >> I don't care. I don't care if I can breathe or not. >> I don't give a [ __ ] >> What do you care for? >> I said, what do you care for? >> Make sure you can breathe. No, you don't give a [ __ ] I'm a piece of Right. I'm a I'm a I'm a I'm a evil piece of Right. >> Start going. We got to go use the stairs. >> You can't go. >> WELL, BRING HIM DOWN. >> Put her in the >> W. >> The other cops were hoping that they could at least escort the female out on her own two feet. When they realized it was just wishful thinking, they gave her [music] the exact same treatment as her partner. All right, listen. Take a deep breath. Take a deep breath. You >> do want to go place in the rat. >> YOU HAVE THE camera on. >> I do. >> Yeah. You >> Okay. You >> No, you guys are [ __ ] >> Yeah. >> No, me. >> Are you going to walk? >> I will, BUT LIKE >> OKAY, LET'S WALK. PLACE IN THE RACK. >> NO, I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> I'm giving you two options. You're going to walk. >> Dude, I didn't do nothing. >> OKAY, LET'S WALK. >> BRING THEM DOWN. We will bring him down. They're >> down. >> No, don't touch me. No, no, no, don't touch me. Hey, this camera. [screaming] >> Really? Oh, yeah. I hope you get something out of this. >> Yeah. Get Get the anchor, please. In just a few minutes, she was wrapped and ready for transport. And just like her partner, she continued berating the cops and insulting them. What was even more interesting, though, was that she kept claiming she was innocent. >> Oh my god, you guys might be the most [ __ ] people ever. I didn't even do >> like Are you serious right now? This is so [ __ ] >> Well, I hope you guys had all your cameras on cuz I'm going to sue you guys >> for nothing. >> Oh my god, you guys are [ __ ] >> You guys are really I could walk. >> You guys are so stupid. >> Thank you guys. I hope >> you guys trouble screw your ass. >> I'm the wrong person to take. I didn't even do. >> As if the cops didn't have enough problems. They now had to carry her down several flights of stairs. It just gave the woman more reason to poke fun at them like that was going to help her situation. >> I know you guys are not strong enough. Look at you guys. You're always struggling. You're struggling. I'm going to make you guys struggle. Don't worry about it. Okay. >> Yep. Struggle. Yep. Yeah. >> I hope you have all that. >> Oh, you broke my camera. So, everyone else, right? >> You guys have a >> Oh, look at him. He came bring us What kind of copy? See, thank God. What the hell? And look at this over here just walking around. Get this in right before I'm going to call my lawyer tomorrow. Don't worry. >> What's the name? >> Don't worry, buddy. You guys are [ __ ] You guys took the wrong person. You guys took the wrong person. >> After being carried outside, she was demanding to see her partner so she could say goodbye. When the cops wouldn't let her, she broke down in tears. Ultimately, they both were charged with resisting arrest and battery on law enforcement. On the 1st of February, 2026, Officer Morris responded to a sports bar after a couple was causing a disturbance. The witnesses claimed that during the altercation, somebody drew a gun. >> What is going on? >> Hold on. this car >> this one. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Come on, man. >> What's the point in fighting? >> Come on over here. Come here real quick. Come on over. No. Hey. Hey. No. Don't walk. W. Come here. Come here. Come here. >> Come here. Come on. I >> want my phone. Listen. >> I DIDN'T DO NOTHING. >> I SAW YOU JUST PUSHING DOWN TO NOTHING. I DIDN'T DO NOTHING. >> I JUST SAW HER PUSHING DOWN. Get my right. >> Listen up, BRO. >> YOU BROKE your eyes. >> Okay. I pull up. I see her push her down. Okay. >> NO, SHE DID THAT. SHE BROKE THE >> SHE WAS BREAKING UP THOUGH. >> She broke the >> After the initial confrontation, Officer Morris wanted to deescalate things and get right down to the bottom of it before things got riled up again. A few moments later, the owner of the establishment got involved. >> Hey, >> you going crazy right now. >> Okay, >> they push me down. >> Calm down. It's not going to get anywhere by yelling. >> Who has a gun? >> I don't know who has a gun. >> Okay, so what's going on? >> Okay, so my door guys were dealing with an incident. I'm over here trying to get my my bar closed down, getting tabs closed out. You okay? >> No, I'm not okay. All of a sudden, they were walking out. One of them threw a chair across my bar over towards the juke box. And then he same guy lunges at one of my door guys and was refusing to get out. Started fighting him. >> I'm trying to get names so I can give them to you guys. I'm on the phone with you guys >> and then I'm trying to get names over here because I see the guy who threw the chair >> and they they're like, "No, no, no. We're not giving you names." They pushed me down in that snow. >> The woman said she suffered from a back injury and was currently in physical therapy. She also said she didn't see anyone with a firearm, which conflicted with the original call. The cop wanted to make sure there was no firearm, so we started talking to the other people who were there. >> So, we want to make sure that there's no firearms in play and that nothing's going to escalate. Okay, just hang tight. You have your ID with you? >> No, I do not get that for you real quick to do with that. I don't got no name. >> Okay. Well, here's here's why here's why. Okay, I'm going to explain to you real quick why I need your information. Okay. My information got nothing to do with it. >> Okay. I'm here investigating. I don't have nothing to do with >> Listen to what I'm saying. Listen to what I'm saying as I'm talking to you. Okay. Listen. Okay. Well, then your car is not going to leave. Okay. So, I'm not sure why you're you're refusing to identify yourself. >> Because I don't have nothing to do with that. Why are you talking to me? I don't have nothing to do with that. I put my >> You were over here. You're interjecting yourself when I first came up. >> No, I said they don't have nothing cuz I seen it. But I don't have nothing to do with that. >> So, what did you see? >> Okay. I'm an anonymous talker and I said they didn't have to do with it. I seen that. >> What did you see? >> I seen that the whole the whole thing, but I don't have nothing to do with it. I'm not giving my information. >> What did you see? >> Okay. I seen that they never said that they was about to shoot something up. I seen what that man said over there. >> Okay. The guy in the red hat over. >> Please stop talking to me. >> No. No. This is my job. >> Okay. >> The cop had a hunch that the woman here, Nisha, had been involved in the confrontation and he had no intention of just letting her walk away. However, the woman's partner, Chris, kept stepping between the two of them, interrupting their conversation. >> So, the guy the guy in the red hat never said that? >> Yes. >> No, they they said that they about to shoot off the top and I said that that never happened. >> Nisha, stop talking. Okay. She she ain't have nothing to do with >> Okay. Well, >> well, she said she said I heard him say or not say something. It is It is her but yeah, but just talk to me instead of instead of >> Okay, >> the thing is to talk to as many people as we can. >> Go. >> Okay, >> go. >> That's my job. Okay. >> Okay. Yeah, I feel you. I feel you, bro. I feel you. >> I got you. I understand. >> Nah, nah, nah, nah. Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. This this this my cousin. >> Okay. a had nothing to do with this. >> Fiance go, did she? >> No, my fiance trying to bring it up. My fiance had nothing to do with this. >> That's why I'm just asking. >> Roll the window back up. >> I just want to check if she is okay. >> Roll the window back up. >> That's why I'm asking. >> Okay, I got you. Roll the window back up. >> At that point, Chris was clearly interfering with the cop's work and preventing him from interrogating not just one, but two potential witnesses. Based on Chris's size, most likely the cop was probably pretty hesitant to make a move without backup, but it eventually arrived. Hey, what what's your first name? >> I got a freaking right. >> What is your first name? >> Don't do that. >> What is your first name? >> Don't do that, bro. >> What do you want me to refer to you as? Don't do that. >> My sergeant's already told me if you cause another issue, you're going in handcuffs. >> Who's your sergeant? >> My sergeant is Sergeant Plasma. >> Where your sergeant at? >> He's inside and I've already had a direct order, so let's not cause anything else. >> Where your sergeant at? >> We're done. >> Where you at? >> We are done. >> Where you at? >> Where you at? >> Do you want to end up in here? >> Go get him. >> Stop. >> Go get him, bro. Let us do our job inside. >> Let us do our job. >> That's my brother over there. >> I understand that. >> That's my brother over there. >> I understand that. We're trying not to cause any other issues out here. That's why we're here. Let us do our job so we can go home. >> Okay. >> What's your first name? >> Completely irrelevant. My name is Officer Morris. >> I'm done talking, >> bro. Stop. >> Get out of my face. >> I hear you in my face. >> 109. They're talking. >> God damn. For a moment, it looked like things might settle down. By that time, the sergeant was in the bar taking statements. Suddenly, Officer Morris was instructed to place Chris under arrest. >> The one I'm talking to hand behind your back >> for battering the door, man. >> The guy that works here, the one you push. His name's Chris. Okay. >> How the I push somebody. I ain't push. >> Put your hand behind. >> Go [snorts] and get him in my car. It's the first one right here. >> What the? >> You got to get on out. >> Get out for what? >> We got to talk to you. Come on. >> Talk to me. >> Cuz they're saying you're involved. Okay. I just got to make sure you're not. So, come on out and talk to me. >> Thankfully, Chris didn't resist arrest, but his brother, however, was a different story. He refused to come out and just sat there. Finally, after seeing six officers ready to pull him out if he didn't comply, it was enough to motivate the man to step out. >> Did you talk to me? >> Yeah, they they identified what they said. >> Well, get out of the car and we'll talk about I'm You're not going to jail right now. I get out of the car. >> So, I'm not going to jail. >> Not right now. I just got to get your side of the story. >> Hold on. Not right now. >> Cuz I don't have your side of the story. I can't say no for sure cuz I don't have your side. >> What's your name? What's your name? >> Cromer. But you got to you got to get out. Come on, >> bro. Come on. >> I got I got to understand that you're not going to take me to jail. >> I got to get your side of the story. We're trying to work it all out. All right. >> Where's the sergeant? >> They can go talk to him. Sergeant somewhere around here. >> My sergeant. >> You lying. >> I'm not. My sergeant's literally right there. No, I'm not. >> Okay. >> You won't go to jail, bro. >> You're going to jail. >> Last chance. She's going to go to jail. I don't want you to go to jail. I need you out of the car. >> All right. >> Get up. >> Come on. >> Yeah, I see both hands. Just keep your Yeah, just keep your hands where I can see them and step on out the car and we'll talk. All right. >> As the officer struggled to get Chris's brother out peacefully, Nisha could be heard yelling and arguing. It was only a matter of time before she took things too far and did something dumb. Listen, if you don't step back, I'm going to go and put you in cuffs. DON'T STAND OVER HERE. >> I CAN TALK. I HAVE freedom with the speech. >> Yes, I do. And you can stop. >> Touch me. TOUCH ME AGAIN. TOUCH ME AGAIN. YES, YOU just touch the door. >> Back up. >> You can't listen. >> You cannot listen. >> I can press the door. >> No, you hit me. Stop. >> Stop. >> Hey, y'all handling me. >> Twisting my arm. >> I'm not pulling away. Y'all twist my arm. After reviewing all the evidence and the witness statements, Chris and his brother got a battery charge, while Nisha was charged with disorderly conduct, battery on law enforcement, and resisting arrest. While some couples could turn a bar crawl into a brawl, others managed to get into similar trouble while just hanging out at a park. In the early morning hours of October 16th, 2025 in Key West, Florida, a cop saw a couple sitting in a park while it was closed. [laughter] >> The park is closed. >> IDs. >> I need your IDs. >> We literally >> Well, the park is closed >> until it's not 7:00 yet >> and it's like a few minutes till 7. >> All right. So, so I need your IDs cuz you're in the park after hours. >> We literally just got here. But okay, >> but I need your IDs first. >> Do you understand? I need your IDs first. >> For what? >> For what? >> Yeah. >> So I can give you a warning for being in the park after hours. >> There's other people that are here. >> Okay. Well, I'm talking to you first. >> And I'm telling you, we literally >> Are you going to give me your IDs or No, >> we have witnesses that we were just here. It was that big of a deal. >> Are you going to give me your IDs? Why? >> We didn't do anything wrong. >> 52. I have two refusing to identify. >> A case could be made that they complied with the officer's request and started to leave. But at the same time, the officer had to get their IDs to give them an afterhour warning. They disobeyed a lawful command and refused to give the officer their ID. >> We're not refusing. We didn't do anything wrong. >> Got a warning right here. You said we can't be here, so we're leaving. Well, I do not have IDs in my hand after I ordered you to give them >> to tell us that we Okay. Well, you guys are not free to go. >> You gave us our warning. You told us we can't be here. >> You have you need to identify yourself. >> Going to be a big issue. >> We're going to go to jail. >> Identify yourselves if we're just being told we have to leave at 7. >> I just need you guys to hand over your ID so I can give you an after hours warning. >> We weren't here. We just don't need our names to tell us that we're leaving cuz we're we're coming right back at 7:00. >> We're going to walk out and then once it hits 7:00, we're going to walk back in. >> It's literally only 6:55. Park opens up at 7:00. >> Are you going to do yourself or not? >> We just got here to the park >> and we're having issues already. >> The park was going to open in just 5 minutes, but it was sketchy how they didn't just provide their ID and take the [music] warning. Seeing how reluctant they were to provide their ID, the cop had a hunch that something else was going on. >> You guys are in violation of park rules. You have to identify yourselves. >> So then you hit everyone else that's been out here. >> Everyone else that's been out here, too. That's not fair. You guys discriminate >> and harass. >> Come on, guys. Come on. Harassing us. >> 52. They're still refusing to identify as they're walking out towards the parking lot. They're camping in the park after hours. >> Plenty of witnesses [clears throat] that just saw us. And there are people that come out here with their dogs and walk the loop as well. If you're going to discriminate us, then you need to go against everyone else. There's no reason for it. >> No reason. >> All you have to do is identify yourself. >> Why though? We don't have to. >> You guys told you multiple times. >> There's no reason for it. >> Investigation. What do we have to do? >> Lawful investigation. There is no investigation. >> There is no reason to hand you our IDs. It is our right and a commitment. >> I told you you're in the park after hours. Violation of park rules. >> The officers thought they might be camping in the park, but the suspects denied it and said they came to the park every day. >> It wasn't camping. We literally just got here. We >> are You guys are literally camping. >> We literally come out here every day, bro. >> And that's how we set up. We weren't camping. camping. >> Jerry and Jason know about us. We come out here every day and Jason is no. >> We wait until 7:00 most days, but we were up early enough today. >> So what? We're not camping. This is our daily routine. Like what? What the hell, guys? We don't do anything wrong. This is what we come out here and do. >> We keep an eye on everything else that goes on out here. >> All you have to do is identify yourself. >> We don't have to though. It's a lawful investigation or >> he could probably state that ordinance for you if you want to get that >> dude. >> Are you guys going to identif >> thinking she might outsmart the cops. The woman claimed that she didn't have her ID with her. But at that point, things had dragged on for a while and the officers weren't just going to give up and leave. >> You want to give me your name, >> sir? Maybe. Go. Why? >> What did we do that was wrong? >> All right, get off [music] the bike. Turn around. Put the trans on your back now. >> No. >> Now. >> I will give you my ID. >> Get off the bike. >> I've got my ID. >> Get off the bike. >> I don't have a restful reason. >> Get off the bike. Let go of me. >> Get off the bike. >> Please let go of me. >> I will give you my bike. Please let go. >> Get off THE BIKE. >> I WILL. BUT WILL YOU please let go? I didn't do anything. >> I can't do anything. >> Get off the bike. Put your other hand on your back now. >> This is not necessary. Would you please stop? >> This is a gift of right. He's going too. He's got to be detained. >> I'm irritated right now. >> There's no reason to be irritated. You would have been gone 10 minutes ago if you just identified yourself. You put yourself in this situation. You understand that, right? >> Your hard-headedness put you in this situation. >> God gave you two ears and one mouth for reason. Shut your mouth and open your ears. You have been gone. >> I'm sorry. I get that and I'm sorry in the morning. >> We have barely got any sleep. >> Do you have anything else on you? >> No, I don't. >> It was only when they put the handcuffs on her that she changed her tune completely. She opened up a bit and told the cops she was from Daytona and that over the last few months she'd been going back and forth to Key West. Sadly, there was nothing more the cops could do except teach her a lesson. >> Doesn't matter how tired you are, what you've had to eat, what you've had to sleep, it doesn't matter. It's different here. You're going to learn that today the hard way. >> I have one to say. >> Please don't talk to me like that. >> Talk to you the way I want to talk to you, ma'am. because you were asked simply to identify yourself by a uniformed police officer and refused to do so. So much to the point where you have 1 2 3 four units coming here. All you had to do was get who decides that you >> did you go to the police academy? Do you have a law degree? >> No, but I do not. >> Do you know the policies of the QA Police Department? >> Thank you. >> Okay. You identify yourself when a police officer askked you. It's really just that simple. necessary. You do this every day. >> One of the junior cops recognized the suspects from a previous encounter.
