entitled cops may think they're above the law but what happens when they're put in their place by higher authorities here are four times when entitled cops got humbled by CIA agents so this all so this argument started in you guys started talking in body Zone uh I've just walked up to in body I haven't seen her since okay you know and um so I've been word sick a call text and then uh obsessive amount trying to fix [ __ ] I'm not going to downplay that of course and then when I saw her you know she's got in the parking lot she's got an engagement ring on say she's leaving town with somebody else okay like I haven't we've been together like nonstop for last couple months we got dog together we've been you know doing life together and then suddenly so so you saw outside of body Zone you started talking she walks over to her car yeah so after she's in her car how does what happens between the car and when cuz I I mean I heard the argument took place in when Dixie so how no I think she she walked this way and then I was I went inside back in the gym and I grabbed my bag and then I came out here and I saw you guys rolling up okay see this is like a your sergeant that just showed up that's her ex-boyfriend this is Scott Dale Hatfield a federal agent on May 31st 2023 officers from the Key West Police Department responded to a call from a woman reporting an incident involving her ex Mr Hatfield she informed police that Mr Hatfield approached her in a gym within the same shopping plaza and follow followed her to her car after she entered the vehicle Mr Hatfield held the door open preventing her from leaving when she attempted to get out he pushed her back into the car twice Mr Hatfield only left the scene after a nearby construction crew began shouting at him the woman then walked toward wind Dixie in Key West Florida and called 911 watch how the cops apprehend Mr Hatfield so there's been a lot of that's been faster because of all that they were both in the gym he wanted to talk to her she didn't want to talk to him um she kept trying to avoid him she went out to her car he followed her out to her car okay she tried to put it to close the door and put it in reverse he got between the door and her wouldn't let her close the door so she tried to get out of the car um he pushed her back in the car said you're not going anywhere okay and then he um two kind of Maintenance workers here in yellow shirts his b guys started yelling at him um and then she got out of the car and went into the when Dix called that so we have domestic battery okay I don't recognize you I work for immigration yeah yeah think I've seen you running a couple times probably I love that by the uh yeah probably walk what the deal people uh getting arguments and disagree all the time you know huh just kind of what's the deal with uh people fight do arguments all the time yeah we got to figure out got dog together man puppy puppy who y'all two 8 weeks old puppy what kind of dog giant schneer giant schneer yeah it's going to be they mixed like the snowers you ever seen this now the Beards yeah they mixed them like years hundreds of years ago with like great Dans and Rottweilers and so they're they're much bigger so he's going to be about 100 pounds crazy got this little thing running around my house right now I share my location with her as well so she knows where I'm always at not that that mattered but like we were living together so until Saturday morning say immigration yeah immigration yeah Homeland Security different from border patol we are like brothers so we were the blue they were the green anything you guys aren't the ones that come out to the cruise ship yeah and get warrs you are oh okay I thought they were green no they were blue yeah we were blue bols green yeah yeah relationships are rough down here man relationship are R in general nowadays yeah I told her like man I can't handle a puppy the cops met with the woman and noticed some red marks on her shoulders giving them probable cause to arrest Mr Hatfield for battery Mr Hatfield also confesses something watch what he's about to confess she okay I help you we can blah blah blah blah puppy puppy man my house smells who wanted the puppet I've been looking at him but I've been dragging my feet and she's got a dog she like no fine like her dog Milo she like mil have a friend they'll play together oh now there's two dogs yeah I need you do me a favor turn around Place trans back so I got um can I make a real quick phone call before um we'll give you a minute when you get there you can just call from the my son's at home by himself with a friend okay how's your son 15 15 all right who would you call uh probably call him and then call my friend Carol okay can just got to go through the process and um yeah everything kind of lines up according to what you said can I can I just make a a real quick phone call a couple calls for work and then um yeah what why care of him okay so when you get to the jail they're going to let you use your phone to get any numbers you need and all that and you know juste need to call somebody D how does the uh the bail thing work at the B on like how do you uh um is there something that's recommended I'm not sure uh when we get there I'm not sure what What charges have preset bonds what don't I mean so when you get to the jail you talk to the jail step ask them what charges have you know if you're charged I'm just going to get you a simple battery man I'm not going to I'm not going to go domestic I'm not going to get crazy with it I'm just going to charge you with simple battery um battery touch strike um that's pretty much it man that's that's all I got on my end anyway um like I said you talk to jail staff ask them what what uh what the bond is or if there is a bond for your charge if there isn't you just have to see a judge uh they're doing court today at 1:30 so let's I'm going to try to get you down there try to get my report knocked out quickly so you can uh see a judge all right all right Mr Hatfield was arrested while he was off duty as an agent he was charged with battery and stalking he has been placed on administrative leave by his employing Federal agency following this incident the proceedings of this case are not certain if you think this was the only cop who got arrested by a federal agent wait until you watch this next case finally got into that lab okay McDonald's and B [ __ ] on the corner did you have a collision with another vehicle at all no I was to tell you the honest to God truth eating my McDonald's and my fries okay not paying attention hat [ __ ] on the curb try to get off the roadway you're a h okay this is former officer Jonathan Schuler a SWAT officer on September 8th 2018 while driving his vehicle officer Schuler attempted to murder merge onto the freeway in the single HOV lane but struck the concrete curve barrier with the passenger side of his vehicle he then pulled into a parking lot and parked where he was contacted by the Chandler Police Department he was allegedly returning from training observing that officer Schuler was sweating heavily in visibly shaking Chandler officers initiated a DUI investigation watch how the investigation unfolds where did you say your license was yeah who do you work for city of Maricopa okay so I do have one off duty weapon right here just so you know okay and then I have one in my truck as well sir okay Insurance oh yeah I'll let you talk to this officer real quick okay what's going on man who do you work for what's that who do you work for City Maricopa oh okay I see the radio there oh yeah we we did our hgn lab our final uh Gaz is in uh pcso oh okay is that where you're coming from now yeah oh okay stop that M so what happened to your car well driving down the highway trying to eat my Big Mac and my double cheeseburgers trying to punch in the address and radio I [ __ ] up what' you hit curb like uh on the freeway or yeah on uh got be the 202 or something was it was the tire sparked or something I don't know that's what we were told that's what I'm asking oh okay no I don't know I hit it and then I was just looking for an exit found this one and bust it over here okay so where how was the training was it any good I passed that was for hdn yeah was the hn class so where was the curb at that you hit you think like a mile back officer Schuler had not consumed any alcohol prior to this investigation however he admitted to taking several of his prescribed drugs the cops conduct several field sobriety tests on him and subsequently decide to search his car watch what they are about to discover all go ahead and begin 1 2 3 4 5 SC it there 6 7 8 9 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 all right but you can go ahead and relax all right you all right take take a minute you're psyching yourself out bud I know just you know how it is all right I understand but you also know that if rolls reversed no if there's no impairment then there's no impairment right but the totality of it with another car we just okay you're good all right bud so the next one just relax you're you're psyching yourself out I can see it all right all right so the next one I want you to do stand with your feet together arms straight down at your side all right when I tell you to I want you to raise one foot 6 in off the ground and keep that foot parallel to the ground keep your eye on your raised foot and 1001 1002 1003 and so on until I tell you to stop okay the purpose of the demonstration I'm going to hydrocodone you took hydrocodone yeah for uh my elbow surgery when was that 4 hours ago 4 hours ago yeah so it should be pretty well out of my system I would thing how how much do you prescribe Oh I thought you said you took 10 pills I'm like good God man call an amambo yeah holy crap okay um so you took what's the milligram five you took you took five it's the the prescription is five whatever and 325 time release stuff I just had elbow surgery okay during the search of his vehicle officers found two prescription bottles labeled for anastrozol which had been prescribed to officer Schuler however one bottle contained Xanax pills and the other contained labeled as Aderall neither bottle contained an asrol and the adderal pills were later found to be counterfeit containing only methamphetamine officer Schuler's blood test results came back positive for ambian Xanax and Oxycodone watch how the encounter ends all right Jonathan here's here's what we're looking at all right the triple zeros is was kind of what we expected I think with with everything else that you may have either taken more than you were prescribed of the oxy or you took it too soon to be driving safely in a vehicle all right so at this point you are under arrest for DUI all right I need you to put your hands behind your back for me please is it is that going to cause you any discomfort no you're good have flashbangs in your car some gas stuff like this we got to roll at any point so there's going to be some stuff gas as well okay yeah I don't have any there's no gas like I'm not talking CS gas or those look like officer sheller was arrested for DUI drugs and possession of a dangerous drug he resigned from his position on March 2nd 2019 and later pleaded guilty to one count of d UI drugs for each arrest all other charges were dropped if you think this was the maximum cops can get humbled by CIA agents then you probably aren't aware of this next case serious man nobody says on the radio no company indicate to them that that Plate's not on file okay so you don't get stopped have a good day thank you the agent said that she had been respectful and claimed to have no idea what the deputy was referring to the situation became more Awkward as the deputy had the discretion to issue a ticket to her at any moment the ice agent confirmed she was traveling with co-workers and reassured the deputy about their intentions they walked back to the deputy's vehicle where the deputy criticized the ice agent for her approach suggesting she had not handled the situation appropriately and had failed to follow proper procedures the agent appeared surprised mentioning her tires and expressing concern about the flagged plate both the officer and the agent left the scene afterward if you think this was the last agent who humbled entitled cops then you probably haven't heard of this next case how you doing I'm doing fine United States porder Patrol can you your window please do what with my window your window what's up uh how you doing everybody on board are you a citizen the purpose of the stop Yes uh I followed you from the uh yeah and I slow down and let you pass me and you kept following me you C the the checkpoint and you're all the way over here this is Officer Montoya a border patrol agent in September 2015 an agent conducted a traffic stop on a driver on Interstate 10 Highway while the driver alleged ly circumvented a checkpoint the agent asked for an explanation of why he did so agent Montoya explained that the route taken raised suspicion of avoiding a checkpoint the individual continued to question the legality of the Stop and demanded to know what law had been broken observe how the traffic stop takes an unusual turn can you explain to me why you took the service road completed and and completely circumvented the checkpoint and now you end up at mile marker 110 am I breaking the law is there reason why you C the checkpoints are the purpose of the stop exactly what I just explained to you the purpose of the stop exactly what I just explained to you so am I committing a crime I'm asking you if do you think I'm committing a crime the United States yes or no do you think I'm committing a crime you obviously avoided the checkpoint for a reason and I have every right to stop you purp purpose of the stop yes or no purpose of the stop if you continue to if you continue to dis to to you know impede my investigation rather you haven't even answer the questions everybody on board a citizen of the United States okay I'm going to opt out of any questions stop I already expended to you sir the individuals cited their fourth amendment rights and refused to provide identification for those who don't know the Fourth Amendment of the US Constitution protects citizens from unreasonable searches and seizures by law enforcement the refusal to identify oneself is protected by the Fifth Amendment which prevents individuals from self-incrimination watch how the encounter concludes so how do you know you want to make a threaten I'm not answering any questions and I did not I did not threaten you I said being on Cooperative sir I asked for his over I numerously asked your name I asked your badge number and I asked for your supervisor and then later on after you wasn't answering my questions I said I'll ask for Freddy Estrada's email address cuz I don't want to bother him with the phone and I don't want to call him tomorrow I'm just going to Simply send him an email address and tell him what the heck's going on here and I have no idea of the purpose of this stop you've yet to tell me I have not broken any laws I have not broken one you don't suspect me of committing any crime the question is am I free to go now you theout here it is I'm going to take my Fourth Amendment right and I'm going to remain silent I have nothing to Father say you have an identification any ID J I'm not giving you no ID there's no purpose for me giving you the ID so you not are you a citizen then buddy I'm not answering any questions where you from am I free to go no no you're not sir you're not you're not fre to go Jesus guy what was your name Gonzalez talk to Gonzalez Gomez talk to Gomez he already knows who I am am I free to go I don't know who you are no this guy back here said who we were all right someone back there said who we are hello I've eaten several times at your restaurant actually I don't know I appreciate it went off I thank you so you all know who we are am I free to go I did oh my God some3 States reason restaurant he had Reasonable Suspicion to pull you over because you circumvented the checkpoint he established what the stop was for immigration so I don't see what the issue was he's told you what it was and that's why he stopped you I just explain to you which law gives us the reason to sual stop is ADV Vance is it I don't remember your name how's it going buddy pretty good man I am I free to go uh no man uh it's just he's just doing his job it's very suspicious and you know not a lot of people know the route not a not a lot of people circumvent the checkpoint not really but he's not really suspicious all he wants me to do is say yes that's all he's want me to hear me say and I'm not going to answer any of his questions so if I've committed a crime or if I'm under arrest he needs to goad and arrest me I mean that's where we're at I want ahead and I'm going to go ahead and and and and take my rights around the checkpoint the way you have and that's the problem actually nobody goes around the check point that way if you want to come see me I can talk to you about it but right now I'm not going to talk about it but I'd love to talk to you about it but right now I'm not you're a citizen of the United States so I mean we're just trying to do our job out here and I understand your frustration but also try and understand ours we're trying to do our job the best we can and if if I didn't recognize you out here there would be no way for us to know if you guys are citizens or not but I mean I know who you are and uh so for that reason you know you guys are free to go thank you
