regarding a carjacking incident when the caller screamed for help about an hour later another call for help occurred regarding a disturbance in the 300 block of North 2 Street in Satsuma putam County the caller reported that a man was threatening others with a 9mm handgun Witnesses at the scene identified 31-year-old Philip Allen Baldwin as the individual with the gun watch what happens when the striking Mr Baldwin multiple times immediately after the shooting the deputies rushed to Mr Baldwin and began CPR he was transported to HCA putam hospital where he later died as per Sheriff's Office to the manager customers mentioned that a physical altercation had occurred before he arrived the man was seen trying to intimidate the woman grabbing her by the hair hitting her head against the wooden Guard railing and placing his hand around her neck the cops from Mount Dora Police Department were called to the scene after this Skirmish and the man was later identified as officer Summers handcuffed while trying to get in the cop Cruiser officer Summers admitted to police that he had been at the rest restaurant and had grabbed the woman's hair but he denied any further assault the victim initially agreed with officer Summers but became upset when police confronted her with the events captured in the security footage officer Summers was ultimately arrested and taken into custody at the Lake County Jail where he faces a charge of battery by strangulation if you think this was the maximum a cop can commit dirty mistakes that can cost them their job then you probably aren't truck as they headed to a mechanic Mr Nathaniel was pulled over by Deputy male noell who informed him that he was being stopped for driving too close to the patrol vehicle Windows Frozen okay what's shot me right in the damn face officers removed Mr Espinosa from his truck handcuffed him and led him to a cop Cruiser when Mr Espinosa hesitated and asked for a second before appearing to resist getting in officer trillo deployed his taser with one of the barbs striking Mr Espinosa in the lip even though Espinosa was sitting in his truck at a safe distance from the traffic stop which is not illegal he was stunned by tasers 35 times prosecutors have since declined to pursue any charges against Espinosa initially Mr Espinosa was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer Mr Espinosa has filed a federal lawsuit against the police department and the officers involved however the proceedings of this case are unknown it is upsetting to see cops making
