and the suspect later identified as Channing Cooks became very upset and allegedly spat on a female employee who then pushed him away he was just about to leave the parking lot when the cops arrived give me a favor step out step out do you have anything on you that poke me stick me cut me or hurt me no sir can I can I turn turn can I find out what it's for absolutely give me just a minute you're just you're just you're just being detained just relax be being detained sit back back I should be is this about Walmart really because I sneeze I'm not against the lot of sneeze she was in my was about but his version of the story differs a bit from the report they received Channing claimed he simply sneezed next to the woman after being detained the cops read the man his Miranda rights guess and she addressed it and they didn't like how she addressed it and then that was it basically all man it escalated within 60 seconds if that like from nothing to everything I got you uh again you know I didn't want to leave without paying my tab however I can see the situation is not the best right now I mean we probably Ow like dude $8 $10 each however you know we both work in restaurants we're not trying to you're good I mean I'm sure we're going to clear out of here pretty pretty quickly once they figure it out so you guys will be able to pay your tab and do whatever you got to do Jukebox off I said I wasn't turning back on I was just yelling about how like how disrespectful can youing be to think that you can smoke weed in a establishment I'm just work I've got these jumping over bar at me I did you walk back here I was back here the whole time I never left from behind the bar till you guys pulled up until well you went and turn the jeuk box off and then came no I did it the witness said she got scared the women were going to hurt her so she stopped filming and didn't get the entire struggle meanwhile the officers outside were having a hard time putting one of the seem to care at all that his son just got arrested the officers interviewed the rest of the witnesses and after finishing their investigation they transported Monique to jail oh my God why yall doing police were called to Joe's Bottle Shop liquor because a female customer reportedly got into a physical alter a with the store employee two units arrived at the scene and the woman was escorted outside B you come here step over here what's going on why you bleed cuz he just hit me which one hit you the white dude in there I haven't been inside so I don't know which white dude I don't know his name he in there what gu is yours all yeah cuz he hit me okay well calm down figure out what's going on okay he I caught him he CAU me I walked back there and he swung on me you want walk back a cash back transaction and the employee told her there was a $4 fee which upset the woman after talking to another employee they then said it was going to be $2 instead and what she said next is what apparently caused the scuffle he the dude the little Indian dude gave me the cash back oh he got somebody to give me cashbag and then the black dude was like are you all right I was like no if that was somebody else I would have spit on I mean if that was me back in my old days I would have spit on his he was like who you spit on so I walk back there and he SW on me cuz I walked back there and I woman didn't want the officer to take pictures of her face for evidence and also told the officer she didn't want to press charges and just wanted to go home because her 9-year-old son was home alone but when the cops went inside to talk to the store employees they heard a completely different story she won $140 on the par card he say it's going to be a $4 and then turn around n's hand saying credit car company Char then I was another register right and she said no because I come here there blah blah blah she was your I said okay how about that $3 charge it and 99 C automatically going to come for the credit card she said no that one I'll come with you all the time and everything I said man what do you want me to do then well okay what about $2 right and the 99 she said okay and blah and he just was saying to ma'am can you move or there since you talking you I got to get as a customer I got to get as a customer said no I'm not going to move she was curing Mor curing obviously word come from him too and the world come from out of that she said I don't know what was she was saying piss you on that one and then she said he called the name too and she come there be the C what you told me and she turned around push around hit her and after that we TR to behold him too because he just turned around start him she started that's what I thought I was trying to push her off me she bottles at them you can also see in the video that the man's shirt is ripped at the collar the only way to know for sure who's telling the truth is for the cops to look at the security camera footage that too thank you the footage clearly shows the female customer initiated the Violence by going behind the counter and assaulting the store employee and throwing bottles at them now the cops have to the car a vehicle with two men arrived to ask about the car retrieval process and when the man got out of the vehicle the officer saw something fall out of his lap and it became a threatening this door for me yeah what we got to do to get a release on the car the owner of it needs to come up to the PD and get the release for luckily I'm of a cool head you literally just open a door with the officer handled the last incident with the gun pretty well the female customer was charged with simple assault simple battery and Criminal Trespass with property damage under $500 on October 1st 2023 A 42-year-old woman named taywan calls a scene inside a bar after having a confrontation with the bartender the situation quickly became unmanageable and the bar called the police excuse me in a more peaceful way it's unfortunately too late for that now taywan told the police officer nothing happened inside the bar and she denied all accusations but her increasingly hostile Behavior made go to jail cuz he's lying on me have a seat for me please uh I don't know step in this officer inside the car please one of the bar employees told the police that taywan threw a drink at the female bartender and then tried to come behind the counter the bartenders put a trash can in front of them to stop her from charging them and asked her to leave but the woman refused I asked to talk to you and you started off on me right away you for what you want Daddy I may not be your daddy but at the at this point me you just a police officer that's right y'all think I got control over people and y'all don't not nothing to me D only thing you can do is arrest me and take me to jail do that I ain't no disrespect I want disrespect I a gay you've been very disrespectful actually see he wasn't then was screaming and yelling disrespectful to me okay you don't think that's wrong you think you have the right to throw a drink on a person well no you don't I'm that was the part of the reason why we got called over there and you certainly can you you understand you can get charged with robbery for going back behind the cashier I never went back there on my on my kids on my I never I never steep foot back there I promise you on I love everything in me I never ever never step foot back there not charging you with that but you need to understand that that could be a very serious sitation I didn't officer I would never do that I never steep foot back there I never did I'm like I'm not trying to be disrespectful I even asked her like can you please come here she was like no no no I'm not coming do you understand I don't understand how you don't know what was going on because I'm like why are the police after me and I have nothing I've done nothing WR taywan said she did nothing wrong but she admitted she was the one to escalate the situation by throwing a drink at the bartender this impulsive and stupid decision caused tawan to be charged with obstructing official business and disorderly conduct and that's a wrap on this episode that was an insane list of customers who thought they could get away with abusing employees thankfully the cops were called and Justice was
