his brights within City Limits because his headlights were broken apparently this was illegal but it didn't warrant the level of insanity that this interaction provoked from the officers is this your the Department sometimes it takes some charges to serve these idiot cops what they deserve but other times all you need is a smart citizen with the right words what's going on work with the city of no
