Listen. Listen. What do you think is going to happen when you steal and then you try to run away? >> You think we're just going to be like, "Thank you for stealing. Bye." >> Stop right now or you're going to get tased. Put your hands behind your back. >> Bonus now. >> Don't touch me, man. >> Stop. >> Hey, get off me, man. I'm [ __ ] >> I'm [ __ ] >> You are [ __ ] when you're running. >> I'm running. When these entitled shoplifterss get away with it a few times, they start thinking the rules don't apply to them. But the law eventually catches up to them, and they're taught by the cops that they don't make the rules. >> Ashley, no. >> Are you insane? >> I'm not doing nothing wrong. >> You don't push a cop, >> sir. Well, you did an hour back. >> On November 3rd, 2024, the cops were dispatched to Walmart due to a shoplifting incident. Reportedly, a woman there was taking underwear in the restroom, trying them on, and then trying to leave the store while wearing them. >> I tried two bras on, and they were too small for me. >> Okay. Yes, sir. >> The ones you have on now, we found the bag in the room. >> Oh. >> So, I guess you have to pay for them, right? This is my bras. >> You want me to pay for two bras that don't fit me? >> You walked out the restroom with a pink and a black bra in your bathroom. Now you coming out the bathroom with a different set of bras on. >> I I have a black one. >> Yeah, we can't take >> You know what? I'll give you a large and I'll pay for it. >> Do you have your ID? So, what happened there? You >> You obviously went in there and they weren't to your liking, right? >> Yeah. And they were too big. >> Okay. >> They're I'm sorry. They were too small. They were medium. They were too small. >> Okay. And so, >> and I brought out the shirts and I got one shirt that I'm buying. >> Okay. >> The cop listened to her side of the story and took down her personal info. The woman claimed to be homeless and even offered to pay for the stuff that she claims she didn't steal. Nobody can make you pay for the things, but the thing is if you walk out of the store and and you have them on you, it would technically be theft. >> I'll I'll pay for them, but I'm going to return them because they're not going to fit me. >> Well, that's the thing. The concern is that you have them on you somewhere or you left them somewhere, maybe in the bathroom. So, we're just making sure >> there's no in here. >> Okay. Well, let's show Let's show Hey. Um, she doesn't have them in her purse, >> so >> I I don't >> Is it the black one that you have on? Black one she has on? >> Okay. Where's the Do you have the Do you have the pink one? >> No, I don't. >> To prevent this whole >> I don't have the pink one. >> Okay. Did you leave them in the dressing room? >> I brought them back out. >> And where did you put them? I set them on the counter and then the lady asked me where they were and I gave them to her along with the other short or the pair of pants >> and the um shirt in the sweatshirt. >> Okay. >> It was a convenient cover story as she could say the returned items had been simply mixed up. She even offered to pay for them again, but that's when she checked the price tag. >> How much are they? [snorts] >> You said they're like $25 and No, I don't. I have wonder. This is crazy. >> 17.9 for two rods. >> Give me a large. >> No. No. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. No. No. Ashley. Ashley. Ashley. >> This pisses me off. >> I know. This isn't This isn't I'm trying to work with you. I'm on your side. I'm trying to understand the full story. My My >> The thing is that lady was rude to me. >> Which which lady? >> The black lady. >> Okay. And then she went rude to me and then treated me like I'm a piece of >> and then me when I >> just show the bra. >> Just show me where you put them and we'll work it out. >> I gave them to her. >> Surprisingly, as long as the bras were found and accounted for, it seemed like the cop was going to let things slide. But just as Ashley started losing her cool, one of the employees saw something suspicious in her cart and she alerted the officer. You don't you don't need to pay for something that you didn't buy but were they were concerned because they thought you might be wearing it in the bathroom. That's all. >> Okay, >> that's awesome. And if you're not, you're not. But if you are, they just want product back. >> Where am I? >> That's all to prevent the whole theft. >> No, no, no, no. Don't do that. Actually, don't do Don't >> I'm saying like there's I know I'm in public. >> That That's a concern. That was the only concern. Okay. You don't got to get all upset. No, I am upset because I'm trying to grocery shop and I'm trying to get back home. >> Well, we can help you get back home. >> I just picked up the car. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Ashley, would you happen to have this in your purse first by chance or >> what's it called? >> You're not wearing those. >> You found it. >> The cop did his best to keep things calm, but all of a sudden, another employee showed up with a bra she'd found in the restroom. Ashley was clearly guilty, but the cop was still willing to let her go with a trespass. >> Ashley, the bra we were talking about is right there. So, you did have it at some point and put it in the bathroom. Okay. So >> mine is not on me. >> I see. >> I paid for it. >> You want to trespass? >> Yeah. >> Let's go to the front. >> All right. Grab your bag. >> I can get my I can cook because I can get a pad. >> Do you want to sign your trespass form? >> No. >> Okay. Your trespass permanently. >> Ashley. No. >> Are you >> Are you insane? Are you insane? >> Are you insane? >> I'm not doing nothing wrong. >> You don't push a cop. >> I DID. I DIDN'T. >> YOU DON'T PUSH A COP. >> I didn't. >> You don't do that, >> sir. I didn't. >> Well, you did. And now what happens? >> My nails. >> I didn't I didn't touch anything. Stop, >> sir. I didn't push you. >> She'd let her emotions get the best of her. Instead of walking out free, she made a terrible judgment call and ended up face down on the pavement. At that point, what was going to be a simple trespass turned into a felony. >> Angela. >> No, that was not a bought yesterday. Yeah, I just bought it yesterday. >> Sir, I'm not trying to run away from you. Please stop. >> She sat there and lied and then she >> Nobody lied. >> She did. I didn't get in her face >> and I didn't push you. You did push me. >> No, I moved. >> You pushed me. Now stop. >> Sometimes suspects confess when they're arrested, but the woman still maintained her innocence despite the evidence saying otherwise. As things turned out, she'd stolen more than a bra. >> Could have all been prevented. >> Sir, I didn't touch her. I promise you I didn't touch her. I told she was a racist. >> So, you told us that you didn't say this, but meanwhile, you had it on your purse. So, we're going to for this and we >> got one footage to see if you took the mascara. Now I want you to yell. I just want you to hear. Don't yell. >> Mascara. >> That's my mascara. Mom. >> Okay. Well, we're going to make sure yours. >> We're going to rewind it. I asked you if you took my nails. They were in my car. You said no. There they are. All over the ground with the glue. >> No, those are mine. eyes that are on my hands. >> Stop talking to me. >> No, dude. Stop lying. >> The loss prevention agent confronted the woman, talking about everything she'd taken, including the bras, the nails, and the mascara. She eventually broke down and admitted to her crimes, but the woman's nerves were about to get her in trouble. >> Ashley, are are you wearing one of the bras that was from the pack? Okay, it's this thicker one, right? Okay. >> Thank you for being a clean bra. Understandable. >> But you had money in your in your wallet. >> I know, but I was for room so I can take a shower. >> Okay. But if you need that stuff, you need to go to the Salvation Army across the street, right? >> I don't know. >> They will help you. >> Don, so please take me to jail. I just want you to take me to jail. >> I can't yet. I can't cuz I'm still doing my job. I've been nice to you up to this point, >> officer. And I apologize to you. I told you I didn't mean to do that. >> Understandable. But it's already said and done. Okay. So, calm down. It's already said and done. Please take it. Ashley. >> Ashley, are you crazy? >> OUT OF HERE, >> ASHLEY. Stop it. >> Have a seat. Settle down. >> I just want to go home. >> Okay, then sit down. Hang on. >> No, you're not taking me home. >> While the woman finally came clean, she still allowed her temper to get the best of her. They charged the woman with disorderly conduct, petty theft, and battery on an officer. On June 25th, 2025, the cops were dispatched regarding a theft. A call came in about a man stealing packages and causing a disturbance. He was also suspected of theft at several dollar stores. >> Otis, what's up? You okay? >> Somebody caught about you back there. >> Um, somebody at the dollar store. >> Were you just Yeah. Were you just in the dollar store? >> No. >> Okay. >> I was at the bus stop. >> Oh, okay. Yeah. >> I don't know why, but they called us to check on you. >> I ain't going there or nothing. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I was just a bus stop. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah. I ain't I ain't with them. I ain't doing nothing. Pushing my scooter so I can go get it fixed. >> I got you. Um, so real quick, I just want to get your info to state that I did talk to you, checked on you, and made sure you're okay. All right. >> Yeah, I'm cool. >> All right, cool. >> So, I'm cool. Can I go, man? I ain't >> Uh, just Yeah, as soon as I verify some things and you'll be good to go. Okay. >> You don't got no warrants? >> Hopefully not. I ain't >> hopefully not. Yeah, I've been with the federal government. >> You said you work for the federal government? >> No, I went the federal government. I got prosecuted. >> Okay. >> How long you been out? >> I've been out. What you mean? >> Like you meant you went to the prison? >> No. No. I'm with the federal government. >> Oh, you're with them? Yeah. Okay. What do you do with them? >> They got I got property that's under them. >> Okay. >> The cops got lucky and they found the suspect Otis just across the street. The battery in his scooter had died, so he couldn't get away fast enough. While they approached the man carefully, his body language showed a great deal of tension. >> We're not here to hit you up. We're just here to I mean, we get a call, we got to respond. You know how that goes. Well, you can't leave yet. So, blow it on. >> Just got to make sure you don't got any. >> No, I ain't got no warrants. >> I'm not saying you ain't ain't nothing on this. >> Yeah, but I ain't getting nothing. Y'all call up for some >> I didn't call. They called. >> I was at the bus stop. So, that's not in the store. That's nowhere near mirrors. >> I I agree. You're not in the store if that's where you live. >> That's crazy. I'm not going for that, man. Y'all trying to stop me for no reason. Y'all trying to stop me for no reason. >> Just stop. >> Come on, man. Put your hands on me. >> You're going to get tased. >> Stop right now or you're going to get tased. Put your hands behind your back. >> Stop. Now. >> Now. I ain't >> Otis. Put >> I ain't going to get >> Why you keep touching me? Why you keep touching me? >> I'm trying to give you the chance. That was the second time they put their hands on him and Otis pulled back. Things were getting incredibly heated and it was clear he didn't intend to go down easily. >> Put the bag down, Otis. >> I'm not put my I don't touch me, man. >> Stop. Get off me, man. >> Do it again. Do it again. hand behind your back. >> Get your other hand behind your back now. >> Sure. Go ahead. >> Get your hand behind another back now. >> I ain't >> Otis. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> I ain't >> Get your other hand behind your back now. >> Going to get another one. >> You're going to get another one. Otis, >> I ain't going to tell you. As a precaution, the cops kept pressing the taser into his leg because they'd tased the man twice, but he still wouldn't fully comply. In addition, he said he had federal badges and said the cops didn't have the authority to arrest him. >> Pull your arm out, Otis, or you're going to get it again. >> Call the federal government, man. Can you call the federal government? >> Can you call the federal government? >> No. Put your hand behind your back. >> Thank you. >> That's all you had to do from the jump. >> Can you call the federal government? We're past that. >> We were cool with you. We gave you several opportunities. You wanted to run from us. Now you're going to jail. >> Y'all can't even arrest me. You can't even arrest me. >> Well, you're arrested, Otis. >> You got to call the federal government. >> You're arrested, Otis. >> You got to call the federal government to arrest. >> Okay, Otis. >> You have to. >> We've got EMS coming to check you out. >> You got to call the federal government arrest. >> Okay. >> I am not under arrest. You got to call the federal government. >> Oh, you are under arrest. >> No, I'm not >> obstructing. Not obstructing. >> Sounds like you got some warrants here. I'm waiting to confirm. They finally managed to handcuff the man and proceeded to search him. In the meantime, backup arrived and EMS was on the way to check on him. >> What's going on? >> Otis wanted to run from us. We were just trying >> I didn't >> conversation. >> I didn't. >> You wanted to run and take off. So, I I gave you plenty of >> just go ahead and unhook those. >> Top button. >> You just catch those. What you got hot sauce for, man? Probably get spicy. >> Yes, sir. >> It's hot today. >> That Texas pizza sauce is pretty good. >> One more time. >> Besides where you got tased, are you hurting at all anywhere, Otis? >> Okay, buddy. >> Ready? One, two, three. >> I wouldn't pull it. >> Otis, why'd you run around, man? I just run. I told you. I'm not going to run for you guys. >> You You definitely took off running, bro. >> No, I'm not. I I didn't take off running. >> The cops explained to the man that there was no point in denying it because the body cams captured everything. According to Otis, he didn't run from the cops and he said the officer pushed him first and he simply reacted. >> Otis, I'm going to read you this, buddy. >> Yeah, the right to silent anything you say. can use against the law. Having these rights in mind, do you wish to talk to us? >> So, I take that as a no. I was going to ask you about Mike. >> You put your hand up. >> He literally was talking to us, cooperating, gave me all his info, and then as soon as he tried to get around, >> I grabbed his arm, told him he wasn't free to go, and he stopped right there. >> Took off running. Yeah. >> Hey, I'm Sergeant Suba. No, I'm your supervisor. >> I'm here to obviously conduct a fair and impartial investigation >> uh into the use of force applied by my officer against you. >> Yeah. >> Can you able to tell me what happened? >> Well, they tried to stop me. Said I was in Dollar General and I wasn't. I was just at the bus stop and I pushed my speed around here. >> Then what happened? >> They pulled up on me and asked me some questions. She had called my name. So she got the car. She said, "Hey, Otis." And I said, "Yeah." >> Okay. >> Yeah. My my my I got a firearm in there. So that's why I tried to Yeah. That's why I was trying to tell him. Yeah. I was trying to tell him to call the fellow. Got it. >> Yeah. So they can see I got license and stuff. >> Got it. >> The sergeant approached him in a friendly manner and he got the man talking. While the man still denied doing anything wrong, the sergeant did manage to get him to say that he did in fact run from police. >> Looks like you were on the floor, right? Yeah. >> How did he end up on the ground? >> He put his hand. After I tried to move my scooter and said I wasn't doing nothing, I said, "Y'all stopping me like detaining me?" And she said, "Not right now." She said, "Just talk to me." So I just try to move and go on cuz since they wasn't detaining me, he stand in front of me and stop and put his hands on me. So I backed back and that's how it went back and forth. I just tried to run away. I ain't trying to push my hand back on you. I just >> You try to run away from officer. >> Yeah. I didn't want I didn't want to put my hands on him or nothing cuz when he put his hand on me, I just backed back >> and then I tried to go around you. I said, "Hey man." Then went back and forth. I dropped my scooter. So I ran over here. >> Then what happened? >> I ran over there over here. >> Okay. Then >> yeah, they put me on the ground. Tased me a couple times. >> Tased you? >> Yeah. Anything else? >> That's about it. I just stopped. I just said >> take picture of yours. >> Uh, are you hurt right now? Injured? >> Uh, I just feel I just feel more or less um overwhelmed like you know with the situation and all. >> Got it. >> When they asked if he was injured, he only declared back pain which could have stem from something earlier. As EMS arrived to check the man thoroughly, they inspected his belongings and found a firearm in his bag. >> So these guys will come and take a look at you >> and take this probe out and whatnot and go from there. Okay. >> Two probes >> still in them. Oh, yeah. Okay. >> That one. And then where's the other one? >> Down there. >> Oh, I see. Okay. That looks just in his underwear at least. >> Uh I'm going to throw this in the back. >> Um I don't see her serial room number on it. I mean, it doesn't look like it's shaving off or anything. I just don't see one. >> Yeah. >> So, >> um you want her to sit with him while he's at the hospital? Yeah, >> cuz he has a couple felony warrants and then he's probably honestly going to be weapons under too. So, >> right now she's obviously signing charge. So, whatever she's doing >> and she's going to be in route to hospital and then uh for the time being I want you know your partner to go with you. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> And then once she's done, she's going to go to hospital and sit on him. >> Hi. >> After being checked at the hospital, he was taken to jail where he was booked. He was charged with theft and resisting arrest. Our last shoplifter, Otis, wasn't the only one targeting Dollar Tree. On October 17th, 2025, in Margate, Florida, there was more crime going down at the Dollar Tree. This time it was a woman, and she was dressed in black, wearing socks that were orange, and carrying a backpack. The cops located the suspect in the 300 block of South State Road 7. >> Stop right there. Margate Police. >> Hi, how are you? >> Good. Do me a favor. Come to the front of my vehicle. >> Okay, I'm fine. Pizza? >> Huh? >> I was just buying pizza. >> That's fine. Just do me a favor. Put the pizza up there. All right. Or do me a favor. We'll just remove the backpack. >> All right. You have no weapons on you? Nothing like that. Any weapons in your backpack? >> No, I don't. >> Okay. All right. Do me a favor. Put your hands behind your back right now. You're being detained pending a criminal investigation. Okay. >> Uh possible theft and a battery across the street. Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. What did I do? >> Okay. Well, once we gather all the facts and circumstances, we'll be able to explain it more thoroughly to you. >> How would you know it's me? >> Because you are a person matching the exact description wearing all black backpack and orange socks. >> Okay. So, someone described me. Know if it's true or not. >> Well, we are we are going to do a show up identification to positively identify or not identify you. Okay. But right now, you are being detained pending a criminal investigation. Okay. >> Okay. When the officer asked for her ID, the suspect claimed it had been stolen the day before. She refused to give her first name and just kept repeating that she'd done nothing wrong. >> I was not at the scene of whatever you're saying. I'm not there. >> Okay. >> You're picking a random person based on what described it to you. That's not fair. No, I'm not giving out the information. >> I'm I'm picking you because you match the description to a T, >> including the orange socks. That's very distinct. >> So, because someone described me, I was not at the scene. It had nothing to do with me. You're going to pick me out out of a litter box, basically. >> No, I'm not giving my information. I didn't do nothing wrong. You didn't catch me at the scene of the crime doing anything. >> Okay. How's Okay. >> You are matching the description of someone involved in a crime. We have the right crime. >> Listen to me. You're not listening. You're asking all these questions and you're not listening to us. >> Okay. I could repeat back what you said. >> You match the description of somebody involved in a crime. We have the right to detain you >> and investigate that crime. You also have the right to identify you. And if you fail to identify yourself, you're going to be arrested. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> I heard you. >> Can you please provide this officer with your name? >> I would like No, the answer is no. I would like to know the law. That's fine. >> I want to read the law. Make >> sure what law. >> She kept on questioning the legal basis for the arrest, but refused to accept anything they told her. With such an entitled woman, the cops quickly realized things weren't going to go as smoothly as they hoped. >> What the crime even is? I told you a possible theft and a possible battery. >> Okay. So, what's your name? >> I want to see on footage of this of this possible theft and battery. Okay. You don't want to >> I see the route this is going to go down. >> You're not telling me anything. Let's watch your stashing. hungry >> munchies. >> You just going to stare at me or explain exactly what happened? >> I I I don't know how to explain it more thoroughly, but you just >> Why? I can't read the law. We're going back to the same subject now. >> You want to know the criminal elements of theft? >> Why am I being detained for the law? I want to read the law of where >> the law the law of theft is the That's not the question. >> Temporarily or permanently deprive someone of their the right to their property. >> So, that's not the question. >> You asked what the law is. >> I didn't finish my whole sentence. I want to know what the law is as far as detaining me. >> She kept up with her demands as if the cops were obliged to carry a law book and present legal lectures to every criminal out there. The officer still obliged the woman and explained his thought process. >> The the description even went so far as to say, "The female was last seen going into Little Caesars." Really? >> I caught you red-handed with a pizza in your hands from Little Caesar. >> The pizza. Correct. That's not >> out the ordinary. I'm asking you with the law as far as detaining me without seeing any footage, without having any witness. The soaly, the so-called battery, the so-called theft and battery. I want to see footage of it first. >> I already said I want a lawyer twice, too. >> I want to know what the law is as far as detaining someone without letting a person know what exactly happened. I want a lawyer. That's it. >> Okay. Well, again, I'm not asking you any questions pertaining to the the crime. So, >> I'm asking to see what the law I want to read what the law said in regards to what's happening. It's the third time saying it to you. Would you rather stare at him and make faces? >> I'm staring at you, but nothing seems to be going through your house. >> Why staring at him? >> Uh, possible theft of batteries across the street. Yes, ma'am. No matter how many times the cop explained things or how many arguments he gave to support the arrest, she kept repeating the same thing. So at one point, the other cops tried to reason with her. >> Ma'am, we've explained it like 10 times to you. So >> all right, >> then don't explain anymore. >> We ask you for sign up for this explain. >> You should be able to explain it without feeling frustrated. You can relax, >> ma'am. We explained everything to you. So, I should be able to say one thing over identify sergeant. I'll speak to the sergeant then. >> I can hear it. >> I would like to No, I'll speak to a different sergeant. I Who's above you? >> Okay. >> Who's above you? >> No one. >> There's no one above you. >> Not today. Nope. I am it. >> So, you pay yourself. Who pays you? >> Just Why is it funny to just answer >> the city of Margate? >> I want to speak to the city of Margate. >> Oh, okay. >> I'm a representative of the city of Margate. >> I would like to speak to the city of Margate. That's how How do you speak to a city? >> So, you want to pay dumb? >> No, I'm asking. >> I'm asking you the question. Who pays you? Are you getting or no? >> Who pays you? >> What What do you have specific question? >> Sergeant above you? Who's in charge? >> Sergeants are above each other. >> Okay. So, who's above you? I want to speak to the person in charge of you. >> When it came to this entitled suspect, even the sergeant couldn't talk any sense to her. As far as the sergeant went, she blatantly disrespected his authority. Yet, the cops kept trying over and over to have a proactive conversation with her. >> I wanted to speak to someone that's competent that's able to give me a name of who the sergeant. >> I tried to answer a question and you were rude and you talk. You think he spoke to you when he would have spoke to me first walked up. You came from that side. >> No, I didn't. You didn't see me. I was behind you. My car is behind you. >> Okay, we have cameras. I'm sure they can see it. Correct. So he was here first. He came that I'm going to I'm going to hide stuff. >> I am too when I got here. Okay, ma'am. >> He came next. You don't want to listen. >> Okay. You don't want to listen. >> I'm saying exactly what happened. >> But you don't want to listen to me. >> I want to speak to the person that's in charge. >> You're in her presence. Okay. If it's that hard for you to keep trying, don't bother. I want to see the person in charge of you. You're saying there's no one in charge of you. We are high. >> What's your name? testing. Okay. >> The sergeant continued trying to reason with her, but obviously she had no intention of backing off or listening to reason. As a matter of fact, she was about to take her defiance to a whole new level. >> All right, ma'am. What What's your first name? >> I'm not giving up my name. I will speak to a lawyer. >> You're required by law to get I want to speak to the person that says where the law says. I want to read it. If you can't read >> if you fail to identify yourself, >> you will be charged with an additional crime. >> Okay. You're going to charge with additional crime for something I didn't even do. United will show me proof of and want to read the law to me. I want to speak to the person in charge. >> Look over there. >> Why is that? You want to shoot me? Is that what it is? Is you guys got on? >> Oh, okay. >> I'm speaking to him, not you. I want to speak to the actual sergeant. >> Someone is above you, not you. I want to speak to an actual sergeant. >> I thought you were doing a show. >> No, no, no. I'm going to do a pat down and we're going to move on with life since she's refusing to uh identify herself with a crime. >> Come on, bro. >> I'm going to pat you down. Okay. >> Can you look forward, please? >> You don't have to grab me. I'm already standing right here. I'm not I haven't even moved. >> You did. >> Only thing I moved was my head. So, you have to grab my arm for what? >> They later identified the woman as 34year-old Pasha Davis. After patting her down, they listened to her complain some more and the sergeant told his cops to proceed with the arrest. >> I want to speak to the actual sergeant. >> No, I'm going to go as far as it goes. >> Sergeant, >> let you know that right now. >> Sergeant Kitchen. No, I'll someone bigger than you. You're just not You're just not turning it on. >> It wasn't on before. >> Okay. >> Your body kind of is not Oh, now it's on. >> Okay. You're opposite freelander. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Huh? >> I asked him who you are. >> Oh, I'm sorry. Must have got must have got lost in the >> hub. You are required to >> I want to speak to a sergeant. >> Okay. You're not able to give me a name, so don't bother. Keep saying, "I tried. I tried. I tried." Tried what? Just go ahead and get a person with a name. >> Pasha was charged with petty theft, giving a false name to an officer, and resisting arrest without violence. Just a few weeks later, they arrested her again, and she was charged with child neglect after her 10-year-old daughter went missing. On the 4th of July 2025, the cops were dispatched to a Wind Dixie for an alleged shoplifting incident. Two women there, a dark-haired woman and a redhead, were allegedly concealing merchandise. >> She didn't do anything. >> She didn't do anything. >> I did it. She didn't do it. >> I didn't She didn't do anything. >> She didn't do nothing. >> I did it. Okay, >> I did it. She didn't do anything. It was me. >> All right. >> It was me. She didn't do nothing. >> Are you hurt anywhere? >> She didn't do nothing. >> Are you hurt anywhere? >> All I'm saying is she didn't do anything. >> Okay. Are you hurt anywhere? >> Cuz we went down to the ground. Are you hurt anywhere? >> I did it. >> It was just >> I was just trying to She didn't do nothing. >> I was just trying to feed the kids. Please let her go. 10 so far. [crying] >> Are you okay? Stop. Breathe. >> She didn't do that. Let her go. >> I was just trying to be my >> Okay. >> Oh god. >> She didn't do it. >> Even though the suspect started gasping like she was having a panic attack. Just a few seconds later, she was back to normal. The cops eventually decided to put her in the vehicle and turn on the air conditioning. >> I said, "Hey, come here." And she started running. >> She didn't do anything. All right. So, you got the crab legs in your pants right now. >> All right. Stand up. >> Come on. Use one of your legs. Let's stand up. >> Here. Help. >> Great. The other side. >> Bend that leg in. Bend the leg in. We're going to try not to drag you up. You got to do some work now. >> Get down. Try to get up all the way. >> Well, we're going to help you cuz you're handcuffed. >> We're going to make sure you don't fall. >> This way. Are you Lata? >> Is that you? >> Here, help. Help her get up. >> She can't talk all the time. >> All right, come on. >> Let's get her. >> You're Lonia. >> While the cops secured the primary suspect, Latonia Alexander, a 37year-old. Other units were pursuing her companion. The chase didn't last long because she quickly ran out of breath and just gave up. >> Hey, stop. Stop. Do not move. You're being detained. >> Stand up. You're being detained. >> Okay, I got you. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Let go of your phones. I got them. >> I got it. You got it. I'm good. >> You're just being attacked right now until we figure it out. Okay. >> My arms hurt. Can I stop walking? Can one of y'all hold me just one? >> That hurt. >> Who is this? Do they know you? >> I don't know her. >> Let's just keep him separate for >> put one in my car. This one. >> I don't want to go in the car. >> Well, you don't want to have a chair right now. >> Okay, but I didn't do that. >> You're out of breath. And then >> I'm out of breath. >> Because what? >> Because you saw red and blue lights and an officer. >> I don't even see no officer. >> Okay, we're going to catch you down real quick. You got nothing on you, right? We should just put our phones on there. Anything in your bra? Can I get my phone? >> No. >> Please. >> Nope. Take a seat for now. >> Can I call my mama? >> No. All right. All right. >> How old are you? >> 17. >> 17. Great. >> With both suspects in custody, the cops then called the store employee to make sure they had the right people. The man explained everything they'd seen in the store prior to calling police. >> You the one that called? >> I am the one that called. Yes. Okay. >> They're back there right now. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Um, just tell me real quick. Did you talk to Officer Arenal? >> No, sir. No, I came I heard yelling back there, so I just want to make sure he was okay. >> Okay. >> All right. Uh, tell me what happened in the store. >> Yeah, we had the two, one with red hair, one with the black hair. They were walking down the aisle and they have crab legs and all of a sudden they disappeared in their purse. Me and the store managers approached them and asked for the receipt cuz you could see them through the purse and she just kept walking and said, "No, I'm leaving." and just kept going. That's when I called right away. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. Can you hang out for one second? >> Yeah, absolutely. No problem. >> And it's Is it Andrew? Is your legal first name? >> Donald is actually my legal name. Yes, sir. >> Okay. But you go by Andy? >> Yes, sir. My middle name. >> And what's your last name? >> Sheldon. S H E L D O N. >> The man positively IDed the suspects, but that didn't mean they both had stolen. That being said, they then tried to ID the 17-year-old, the redhead, whose name was Jakila. She turned out to be Latonia's niece and said she'd never had any dealings with police. >> What's your name? >> J A K Y L. >> Hold on. Hold on. >> What was your first name? >> J K A K Y L A. >> What's your last name? >> M C B R I D E. >> Do you have a middle name? >> Renee. >> What's that? >> Renee. >> Renee. Where's your mom at? She home. >> She home. Who? Who is this other lady to you? >> That's my auntie. >> That's your a Andy? >> It's against me. >> What? >> Can Can I get that phone and call my mama? >> Not right this second. We're going to figure it out here in a second, but we need to know what we have first. Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> Do Do you live here in St. John's County? >> No, sir. >> Where do you live at? >> Um in Jacksonville. >> You live in Jacksonville? Have you ever had police contact here in St. John's County before or in St. Augustine? >> No. Since Jakila didn't have any warrants and nothing stolen was found in her possession, they decided to let her go. Meanwhile, a female officer was prepared to search her aunt, Latonia. Face the vehicle when you get out for ahead and step up to the vehicle. >> You have anything in your pockets? any drugs, anything that's going to poke me, stick me, anything like that. No weapons in the fence. >> Got you. Just stay facing. Spread your feet for me. More. >> What's that? >> What's that? >> In your pants. >> The food. Okay, >> take that out. Try again. >> Good luck. [laughter] >> The female officer removed one item after another from beneath the woman's clothing. It looked like some kind of magic trick, and it quickly became apparent that she'd stolen a whole lot more merchandise than they initially thought. >> Crabs. >> Holy freaking Jesus. >> Hell yeah. Come on. >> Jesus. >> Keep the stuff that was separated that was in her together. So, >> whatever is like in Is that You have a bag. >> Was it just the two shrimp and the I don't even know what that is. Ribs. >> Ribs. >> Are we able to get a receipt for all this? >> Absolutely. >> These are the ones that were in our pants. So, we probably want to throw these away. >> Probably want to throw these away. They charged the woman with resisting without violence, petty theft, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. On October 14th, 2024 in Berlin Township, the cops responded to a Home Depot regarding a shoplifting report. They quickly located the man described by employees and proceeded to detain him for questioning. >> I didn't talk to us. All right. >> What did I do? >> Be detained right now. >> For what? What did I do? Explain everything in a minute. >> Sir, I didn't do anything wrong. >> Okay. All right. Just relax for us. >> Can I ask what I did, though? >> We'll explain everything in a second. Relax. All right. >> Yes, sir. >> You're not under arrest. You're just detained. >> Yes, sir. What did I do wrong, though? Like all our drugs. >> The employees here are identifying you as a as a shoplifter. So, >> I didn't talk about it, bud. >> We'll figure it out. >> We'll figure it out. No big deal. All right. >> We'll figure everything out. >> Just explaining to you the reason why you're being >> detained. Why? >> All right. We'll figure it out. Okay. >> How you going to identify me as a shoplifter? How did we shoplift? Figure out what's going on. >> All right. That's cool, sir. I didn't do anything wrong. >> You have any weapons with anybody? No, sir. >> All right, come on over here. Let's go pack. >> The employees originally reported seeing two suspects [music] and they were pushing carts full of merchandise and loading them into their car. The accomplice reportedly drove off, leaving his friend behind. >> Is there any way anyone could review camera footage >> tonight? Like right now? You can probably call another store. Let me call him. He can call whoever. See what another store can fill it up. So, he didn't have that car. He I But basically, he left it for me over there. Are you able to reach out to another store? >> That's what we're figuring out right now. >> Get the other guy. >> No, he fled from us. >> Yeah. So, who who was actually in possession of this? >> The guy who just kept the handcuff. >> He left it. >> This guy right here. >> Yeah. The other white guy had wire. >> Did he miss any points of sale with this? >> He was trying to go out the fire exit with the guy with wire. >> Did he touch the fire exit? >> I don't know. I got up here when I went up here to turn the alarm off. He was in the Christmas trees with that shopping. He saw me go over to the door to turn it off. He walked and left it in 47. He walks out. He comes back in and he just put that cart together. >> And he walked by me with that cart right there in front of I1. Didn't say a word to me like that's my cart. Nothing. Do you guys have video of him together with the other guy? >> I can have um an LP video. >> Getting the video footage proved to be more difficult than the cops had hoped. The only person who could access the system was the loss prevention agent. So, the employees tried to contact him. In the meantime, the cops were hoping they could identify their suspect. >> What's your social hat? >> Can you put my hat on? >> Well, I'll get it up. Just go ahead. Stand up. I'll get it. We'll get it. We'll get it. We'll get it. >> We'll get it. Just stand up, dude. >> I didn't do nothing wrong. >> All on camera. And I didn't steal anything. So, >> no. >> Okay. Well, did you give the officers your info? >> Yes. >> I'm working on it. I was just waiting to get a social. >> I don't know my social off the top of my head, man. Well, listen. If you don't steal anything, you don't got to worry about just naming you as a suspect. >> How they naming me and I'm in the store. How did I steal? >> Pointed you out. >> How did I steal something? If I'm in the store? >> Well, we're trying to figure it out. >> We need all your information. You got it. Are you good? Make sure you're good. If you're innocent, then you're innocent. >> I am innocent. Like, how am I in the store and I stole something? >> He doesn't know the social. >> I don't know it off the top of my head. >> How old are you? >> I'm 38. >> You're 38. You don't know your social job. Never applied for a job. >> Listen, man. Do what you got to do. Yo, like I didn't do nothing wrong. >> We'll just take it down. >> I didn't I didn't do nothing wrong. >> You want to play that game? I'll play that game. >> I don't know my social. >> You better start thinking about it, bro. >> How am I going to start thinking about it cuz I don't know my social. I don't get it. The man was maintaining his innocence and he wasn't being very helpful in identifying himself. He said he'd been buying things with his boss, the man who' driven off. >> Y'all sitting here saying I shoplifted, right? How did I shoplifted? I'm in the store. Riddle me that. That don't make no sense. >> Damn it, man. I didn't do anything wrong. >> Let's tell you what. Um, we'll take down your boss's name and his phone number and we'll and we'll clarify it. >> You don't have to clarify anything because I didn't do anything wrong. >> You're telling us you were in here for him? I'm trying to verify. >> Listen, I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't steal anything. So, do what you got to do. Like, I didn't do nothing wrong. Nothing. Like, you want to check me again? Like, stop standing like that. Like, I feel if you want to if you want to sit, you just got to sit and cross your legs. All right. You can sit, but you got to sit and cross your legs. All right. >> This is crazy. I didn't do wrong, you know. I hope all this is on camera. I didn't do nothing. >> Since they were both suspected of shoplifting at other Home Depot, the employees reached out to get additional surveillance footage. In the meantime, our suspect here kept arguing with police. >> What kind of car was your boss driving? Is he still outside? >> Listen, miss, I ain't do nothing wrong. I ain't You guys got all the information you need, you know? All right. I ain't do nothing wrong. Nothing wrong that I do. >> All right. You're just telling me a story. I'm trying to clarify and help you out. >> Clarify nothing. We have to. >> No, you don't. We have to. >> All you got to do is look at them. All you got to do is look at them cameras and see I did not steal anything. I'm in the store, genius. >> How do we know that? >> Cuz I'm bra here. Do you see anything on me? >> Putting stuff in your pockets. You don't know what you >> So, check my pockets, dummy. Like, what the >> Put stuff in your pockets. How stupid do you guys have a plan? What does that mean? You guys, what does that mean? >> You have a plan or something? >> What does that mean? >> I don't know. Where's your boss? >> Like none of your business. >> None of your business. >> Like scoping stuff out, putting [music] stuff. >> He'd given the cops a fake name, but they still managed to identify him as Jeffrey. The Jeffrey they had on file had a neck tattoo, so the officer tried to confirm if they had the right guy. >> I want to see a tattoo on your neck. >> I don't have the tattoo on my neck. >> No, you don't. Not that one right there. I have a wallet. >> How's your name? Jeffrey wallet. >> Name actually Jeffrey. >> Could be. >> Could be. Right. >> I didn't do nothing wrong. >> No. So why'd you give us the wrong name? >> Cuz I didn't do nothing wrong. >> Well, you're under arrest. >> For what? >> Hindering. >> Hind. >> I didn't wrong. >> Stand up. >> Come on. >> I didn't do nothing wrong. You know, >> stand up. >> Going either way. >> Are you serious right now, buddy? >> I didn't wrong. >> You're going either way. >> Okay, that's cool. >> He gave us the wrong name. So that's first off. >> That was second off. That That was wrong. >> So that's hang out like a baby. >> Yeah. >> What did I do though? >> I didn't shop. I didn't steal. >> You thought I stole something, but I didn't. >> You pass, buddy. >> I didn't. No, I didn't. No, I did not. Did you see me walk out the door with it? While it was still unclear if Jeffrey had stolen anything, the cops arrested the man for giving a false name. When they did so, he didn't resist them. As a matter of fact, he seemed to enjoy being carried around. >> We'll go around the other side. >> Yep. >> Yo, you kick one of us, you're getting aggravated assault. I can't pick nobody. >> I'm telling you right now. Let's go. >> Why don't you be a man and stand up and get car, bro? Cuz I didn't do nothing. >> Anything else in your pockets? >> Get ready. >> Come on, man. I'm getting you, dog. I'm good. I'm getting >> all right. >> Fix my head. >> Feed him. Thank you. >> Let's go. >> Fix my yo. >> Come on. >> Get in. >> Yo, stop pulling me. >> Get in. Come on. >> I'm in, dude. No. Stop pulling me. Yo, I don't give a what you doing. What you want to do? >> Yeah. >> Jeffrey was taken to jail and charged with failure to identify. Once the cops reviewed the surveillance footage, he was charged with shoplifting as well. On the 9th of May 2025 in Villa Park, Illinois, the cops were spotted to a Walgreens for an alleged theft. By the time the cops arrived, the suspects had fled, but they were soon spotted fleeing in their vehicle. >> Hey, did you call about those guys? >> Looks like they hit our other Walgreens right now. Uh, did you see them? Who's the witness? >> Which way they go? >> They went east. >> You know what kind of car it was? >> Just like a black sedan. They were parked around the corner. I didn't want to get >> up. There's a camera outside. It should show on. >> We see. >> Looks like we got the car. >> All right. I'll be I'll be back. We're going to try. They're probably going to take off. So, >> so diapers. diaper. >> Gum. Okay. >> Okay. And how old were the guys about? >> I'll What kind of clothes? >> Just no problem. >> The cop didn't wait to see the surveillance footage. And the moment he was given a possible location on the suspects, he jumped in his vehicle and sped off. It didn't take him long to locate the suspect. Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. Get how you grab me. >> Three or two. I got one at 516 Fairview. 516th Fairview. Let's go, man. What you got on you? >> I got nothing. What you got on you? How you grab me? >> Cuz you're running. >> I don't have phone. >> My phone. Take my phone. You take my phone with my kids. You take my phone. >> You ain't taking my phone. >> Two. I need somebody here. This guy being >> to assist the officer in detaining the suspect safely. Dispatch quickly sent additional units. However, seeing more officers arrive didn't motivate the man to calm down. If anything, it only agitated him even more. I love you, man. The police. Get up. Take my phone. Get off the Get off the >> [ __ ] I'm [ __ ] >> You are [ __ ] when you're running. >> Yeah, you were. I saw you. I have to >> I spit on I'm going spit on you. >> Yeah, get a fant. >> There's cameras around here. >> I need my phone. >> I need my phone. >> Don't worry about your phone. See y first. You talking about >> my phone, bro? Get your legs in the car. >> My phone. >> Where's this phone? >> Where the [ __ ] are you? >> Got it. >> Right here. >> Just spit on me. >> There you go. >> Meanwhile, the suspects in the black sedan were still being pursued. After a short chase, they crashed their car into a house's garage and the two men fled on foot. Eastan Randolph. Eastan Randolph. Yeah, the car is empty. They're running east. Uh, west, west, west. The car is empty. >> Yeah, thank you. >> On the ground. On the ground. On the ground. TURN AROUND. TURN AROUND. Turn around. Turn around. DOWN. DOWN. DOWN YOUR BELLY. Your belly. Let's go. Let's go. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Hands behind your hands behind your back. >> Get up. Get up. >> To detain to detain 555. >> What do we do? >> After crashing the vehicle, the men hopped a fence, but the officers quickly located them and they were apprehended. Neither of the men resisted the cops, but they pretended they had no idea what was going on. >> We saw the wardens all kind of Come on now. We got camera [ __ ] Come on now. We got camera. We need to have a unit one block two blocks >> east to where two blocks where you don't go on your butt. On your butt >> you sit down on your butt though. Getting excited for a ride a little bit, huh? >> What? >> I know you were stolen when I found you, but something we're trying to work on in here. We have a canine available. >> After securing the men in handcuffs, the officers then patted them down. They found drug paraphernalia on both the men, which helped explain why they went on that shopping spree at Walgreens. >> Drugs on you. You still have one outstanding. >> What do you use the crack for? >> Is that your code? >> The one I saw three. We have two and Advantage has one and I think we have all three. >> Check your shoes, man. Pop them on. >> You got a baggie on >> the pipe. Ow. Ow. Let me fix these for you. Hold on. >> Let me fix these for you. >> Yeah. Well, they're not made for comfort, man. >> The cop was kind enough to check and loosen the man's cuffs. By that point, it was clear the men didn't pose an immediate threat, and they were in no condition to try and escape. >> Relax. >> Keep moving around. You're making it tighter. >> There you go. Now, you know, you >> want another set of cups? >> No, it's okay. These cuffs these cuffs are awful. >> There you go. >> Yeah, I think we all >> Now you're better, right? >> Yeah, I think we all >> Now you're better, right? >> Get on your butt. Get on your butt. >> Get out of the cage. >> Yeah, he's on something. Sweating. But they the others all had crack pipes on them. So he's probably hyped. >> Does he kick the windows the whole time? >> Yeah. Well, not the whole time until we got here. And then when we first threw him in the car and then he's like, "I'm going to bite one of y'all and I'm going to get something. I'm going to bite your ear off." He's like, "I don't give a go. When you look me up, you'll see." He goes, "I know. I know what I know what's up." I'm like, "Okay, you want a felony then? You don't care." They were taken to the Villa Park Police Department and by the time they arrived there, both men were increasingly agitated, likely due to drug withdrawal. They were booked on multiple charges. Some shoplifting suspects comply easier than others. On December 22nd, 2024, in Northbrook, Illinois, loss prevention agents at the Northbrook Court Mall approached a woman suspected of shoplifting. >> She in cost right now? >> Yep. I need an ambulance. >> They're calling. >> I need my inhaler from the station. >> Okay. >> I need an inhaler. It's in my car. >> Put your hands on your car. >> I know. >> You can't take my cell. Just calm down. >> Okay. >> Slow down. >> She's requesting. >> Let go. I don't know what this is. Let it go. >> I'm not going to tell you. >> We just let it go. >> Nothing. My purse. >> Take your stuff out. Okay. What's your name? >> 49. Can we also get a female officer up here? >> What's your name? >> Give me a chance. >> I'm getting Look at me. >> You're going to breathe. >> Look at We're We'll take her. Going to have a female come up and search. The suspect looked disheveled and during the altercation, her jacket got torn. The insulation from the jacket was flying around which made it even harder to breathe as she was already out of breath. >> Officer, you got >> I'm so sorry. >> 41 days. Am I the only >> You have any weapons or anything that can hurt us? >> No, I'm a nurse. >> I really like you in your pocket. So, we're going to empty your pocket. Got it. >> I don't have nothing. >> Don't know that, right? I am so sorry. >> Please stop. >> No. Hey, stop. >> Oh, sorry. Sorry. I didn't know you guys. >> All right, just chill. >> Can you stomach? >> What? Your shirt? >> Yes. >> Here. >> I can't hear you. >> Okay, we have a neighbor. Let's go. >> No, I don't need any. >> Well, what we can do? They're they're determined if you need to go when they get here, right? >> Hi, I'm sorry. >> I just wanted to >> I believe so. Okay, >> just to verify multiple times you guys aren't wanting to sign your criminal complaints. >> I'm so sorry. >> She kept saying she was sorry like it would magically make things right. Clearly, she was trying to gain the cops sympathy, but they quickly made it clear they didn't care. >> I'm so sorry. >> Please. I'm so sorry. >> He hurt you once, hurt you twice. >> Okay. >> Okay. I need to hear about it anymore, >> officer. >> It's just what happens. >> I'm so sorry. >> Can I have a female come up here and search you? All right. >> This is my jacket. >> I can't breathe. >> I really can't breathe. >> Okay, I'll stop here. Just leave it for now. >> Wow. Nobody officers >> when the when the funeral >> that's please don't go through my stuff. >> We have to you know what you're going to ask me for favor. >> I'm sorry. >> Okay. What you're going to do is you police officers. >> I am. >> You have every right to go through your stuff. >> All right. I'm sorry. The woman claimed to be a nurse, but the cops still had to identify her. As they went through her belongings, she said she didn't have any money, which for the officers hinted at her guilt. >> No money, >> right? >> What? >> So, you came here to steal? >> No, I didn't. I had my cards. >> What do you mean? >> Oh my god. >> Kind of a long night for him, huh? Oh, here's your question. >> Why do you need >> I can't be dealing officer. >> All right, I'm going to do that. >> Please, I can't breathe. >> Okay, well, stop getting worked up. Just breathe as normal. >> Officer, >> the cop paid no attention whatsoever to the woman's please. At that point, they had to decide what to do with her. So, should they arrest her for just the shoplifting or give her a battery charge as well? Everything depended on what the loss prevention agent said. >> Did she hit you guys or anything? >> No, just in the struggle. >> Okay. We'll get all the details. >> Wait, why do you guys want to take the back? >> When we take care of her, we'll get all the details from you. >> We had just done what we originally do. We take them back and we'll process here and then we get to >> Okay. Can we back? >> No, we can't. Go ahead. >> Can we please do that? >> Uh, unfortunately, >> can we do that? >> Most likely go on the other route with it. We're going to take you to the station, fingerprint you, take photos, and then >> Yeah. Can we do that? >> Can we just offices, please? >> Well, let's take it one step at a time. We're going to have a female officer search you, have the paramedics check you out, and then we'll go from there. So, I'm okay. >> Be careful. >> Um, >> just after 6:00 p.m., a female officer arrived to do the search. She immediately let the suspect know that there wouldn't be preferential treatment for someone who wouldn't comply with lawful commands. >> Usually, we do fellows here, but since you resisted and then, you know, >> all this happens, they hurt me. I want to get prints and photos. >> Obviously, I'm going to do what the officers want to tell. >> Of course. Okay. But what I am going to tell you is we're not going to accommodate somebody who is trying to get away from us and then is not being cooperative after they commit a crime. You understand that, right? Like I'm trying to make make you understand the best way I can. Okay? I'm not making any promises and I'm definitely not going above what these officers want. is they're saying that we could have done a local ordinance cite her and released her. However, she upped the ant. She upped the stake. She wasn't listening. She wasn't cooperative. She ran away. >> I was really scared >> cuz they told me they were going to put me on the floor. >> Well, what do you think is going to happen when you listen? What do you think is going to happen when you steal and then you try to run away? >> Do you think we're just going to be like, "Thank you for stealing, B." >> No, of course I'm >> You know what I mean? The officer then decided to go back to the office and get some information on the amount of the stolen goods. In the state of Illinois, theft under $500 is a class A misdemeanor. And from $500 to $10,000 is considered a class 3 felony. >> So, let me go see what's going on. Sit tight. Don't keep asking them, hey, we're doing it here. We're doing it here. Cuz at the end of the day, we dictate. You don't dictate. Of course. So, looks like what you took was over $800. >> What? >> Yes. So, that in itself, we have to call in for a felony. >> No, please. >> And then um >> Oh my god. >> Calm down. What's your name? >> Tanya. Listen. Listen. >> Nobody told you to to steal. >> I know. And then secondly, because we're being up front, you are also getting a charge for Are you okay? You're hurt. What's What's going on? I'll see how this >> I'm so sorry. >> So, I'm going to be in big trouble. >> Yes, but there's pros and cons to this. >> What kind of history do you have? >> Nothing. >> Okay. The cop explained to the woman that she'd surely spend the night in jail and after the felony issue was reviewed, possibly even longer. Also, a lot was riding on the loss prevention agents injuries, which were yet to be determined. >> You can't just come up here and steal and then and then run away and push people and think that that's okay. >> I think you understand because you got caught. You don't understand because of what you actually did. >> No, I did. I do. again. We got to take you back. You got to be fine. >> I really scared. >> I understand that. >> I understand that. But that doesn't look any bruising or anything. >> Yeah, that's obvious. >> It's from a different store, I believe. >> You bought this? >> Yeah. >> I mean, to be fair, I think that's a If you got a cough, cough down. >> I'm sorry. >> I know. I'm just >> The shoplifting nurse, Tanya, pled with the cops to the very end, but to no avail. They arrested the woman, and she was charged with resisting arrest and felony retail theft.
