No. Why am I being arrested? I didn't do nothing. >> I didn't do nothing. >> I didn't do nothing. >> Stop. >> Stop. On the ground. On the ground. >> Are you done? >> You're pissing me off. >> I don't understand. >> Do not tell me what to do. >> I don't know what you said. I'll tell you. You didn't say any goddamn thing. I'm telling you now. your [ __ ] cop and I don't like talking to cops. >> Criminals come in all forms from masterminds to complete idiots to everything in between. And while the noncriminally gifted are probably better off sticking to their day jobs, when they get too cocky and start breaking the law, that's when we see the craziest moments when the cops face off with these incredibly dumb criminals. >> What are you talking about? Dang, that's not happening. Bro, I will die about this right now. I will die about this supervisor. I will die about it. >> I will die about it. Let's go. >> I can die. >> On the 7th of April 2025, the cops were dispatched to a train station after a man who'd been recently trespassed came back to the station and was refusing to leave. When the officers confronted the man, things took an unusual turn when he claimed he had no idea he'd been trespassed. >> Hey, officer. What's going on? So, I got a subject that uh Deputy Ellis trespassed for me last week. >> Okay. >> It's got the suspect right here. I got the case number as well. >> Okay. I was telling the other deputy, he has a history of RA with violence. >> Okay. >> Um last time when Deputy Ellis came here and tried to make contact with him. Uh the guy was ignoring him and then Deputy Ellis just slightly tapped him. He kind of >> Okay. I'll be there with you. >> No, no. I um I mean if he's been trespassed from here, he's going to be going to jail. uh he was told not to return to the show. >> Security informed the officers that the suspect, Khalil, had a history of violence. They'd seen the man assault the officer who had recently trespassed him. And this time, they didn't want to take any chances when they confronted him. Mr. Shepherd, good morning, sir. Sir, >> Deputy Palm Beach County Sheriff Office, Deputy Sanders, and Deputy Black here for >> All right. You've been trespassed from here. You were told not to return to the trial rail and I bought a trial ticket. I'm going to work. >> Okay. From the trial. >> You were told not to come back here. >> That was that day. They told me to leave the property that day. They never said I could not come back to go to work. I work in Brow. You can't tell me I cannot come on a public transportation place after I bought a ticket and not get to work. >> The tres the trespassing trespass. >> No, it was nothing given to me. Do you understand? >> It was No, I don't. There was nothing given to me and I already bought my ticket. >> So right now you're under arrest for trespassing. >> I'm not under arrest cuz your hand behind told me that I got trespassing. You cannot arrest me if they never told me that I got trespassed. >> So you're not complying with my with my No, absolutely not. Khalil needed to understand that even if he disagreed with the trespass status, there was a time and place to dispute it. And it wasn't while surrounded by multiple officers, two security guards, and inside a train that was about to depart. >> All right. >> I bought a ticket, bro. >> Don't make this thing worse than it has to be. >> Listen, everyone has a day in court. Okay? >> What are you talking about day in court? That's not happening, bro. I will die about this right now. I will die about this unless you get a supervisor. I will die about this, bro. I will die about it. I'mma die about this. I'mma die about this unless y'all get a supervisor. I'mma die by this. I'mma die by this. >> Khalil just escalated things to a whole new level. Initially, he was facing a simple charge for breaking a trespass order. However, he just had to earn himself an additional charge for resisting arrest. >> Spray in the face. >> I got it. >> Watch your face. >> Get a super. Get a supervisor right now. Right now right now >> I need right now. Get my phone. >> Come on. Let's go. The cops tried to lightly mace the man, but in such a confined area, they all got a whiff of it. Thankfully, they eventually got him off the train without too much trouble. After that, he was escorted to a nearby cruiser. >> I didn't understand this, bro. Y'all literally just me, bro, after I bought a ticket and I'm over at work. What is wrong with y'all, bro? You're getting me off the train. I'm going to work. I have this in my phone. I have a ticket in my phone. How the I'm supposed to get to work from Broward to Broward from Palm Beach. I don't have a car. You going to tell me I can't get public transportation? >> Take the bright line. >> The bright line. >> That's more expensive. >> Trespass day. It's the entire year. >> Why was this not explained the first time? How would that's different if you explain something? Sir, >> I need you put put your phone. >> You talking about when the officer came. Yeah, I left right away. So he had no time to be able to explain trespass because he told me to leave. >> All right, listen. Listen. >> What the hell? Y'all playing his mind then. >> Whatever happens over there. It's behind her back. >> It's not behind her back because that's what y'all telling me. The reason is for today. >> Well, we'll talk about it. All I want you to do right now is put your feet, >> bro. You're trying to tell me I'm arrested and I'm not doing anything criminal. the officer that told me to leave that day. I have I have a supervisor coming. You can explain that that to him. Okay. For right now, >> why did you do all that? That's what I'm trying to ask. >> Yeah. >> For right now. >> Call my boss, bro. >> I need breathing. I can't breathe, bro. I need I need I need help. But you ain't going to do that. >> I'm going to run down the window, sir. >> Yes. >> Shortly after, paramedics arrived on scene as they had to examine Khalil for any injuries from the struggle he caused before the cops could take him to jail. However, the last thing on this guy's mind was compliance. >> I'm down. >> Leave it on there. Down. Pick him to the ground. >> You're going to get sprayed again, dude. >> I'm down about it. >> Let go of the break my hand. I'm telling you. You break my hand, bro. And you sad, bro. You sad. The first You're the first person I spoke to. You're the first person I spoke to, Lieutenant. You done nothing about this since I crocked right before it started. >> Move him to the curb. Set him on the curve. >> Perfect. Leave him just like this. Leave him there. Leave him just like this. >> Leave him there. Just like this. >> Do not move him. Leave him there. >> Just like this. >> Just like this. >> Let's go. Let's die. Let's die. Let's die. Let's go. Let's go. Let's die. >> Let's die. >> Based on the way he was behaving, it was clear the paramedics could not do their jobs. Khalil wasn't doing himself any favors, but whether he liked it or not, he was still going to jail. >> Choking like uh what's his name? George Floyd. >> George Floyd. >> Ain't that's his name? >> Oh, and that's the one that died when the police put his foot on his neck. >> I don't remember that. >> Oh yeah. What you remember this from today? >> Yeah. >> Not quite. >> Yeah. Oh yeah. Let's go. >> We could do this all day. >> I'm going to make y'all job very difficult. >> Airway. Make sure his airways open. He's >> going up and down. >> Airways open. Good. How much pressure are you putting on? >> No. Stop turning your Stop turning your head. Stop fighting it. >> No, he's fighting you. So he's Make sure he's not trying to get up. >> Well, that was weird. For a couple of seconds there, he literally passed out. Unfortunately, when he came back to his senses, he was just as combative and the cops had to take extra measures. >> Make sure he doesn't try to close off his airway. [clears throat] >> Turn them on. It's not going to happen. >> Deal, dude. >> You dude, you guys arrested me on law. >> Yeah, go >> ahead. You guys ready? >> Yep. >> You guys arrest me on me, bro. >> You wonder what's my deal. Stop. >> Got to handle the needle. >> Stop. >> Stop. Why would you do that, bro? Why the would y'all do that, >> bro? I want to go home. They charged the man with trespassing, obstruction, resisting arrest with violence, battery on law enforcement, attempted escape, and a probation violation from a prior offense. [music] On December 21st, 2024 in New Mexico, the cops were dispatched to Target after reports about a group of women walking out with unpaid merchandise. The cops were shown evidence by loss prevention and they also got a description of the getaway vehicle just a few blocks away. They caught up with their suspects. >> How's it going? >> Good. I don't have my license. >> Okay. >> So, uh the reason why uh we're stopping you guys is uh well, one of y'all is a suspect in a shoplifting. >> Oh, not me. I'm like >> Okay. >> I said I returned something from Walmart. I have my receipt. Yeah. Okay, that's fine. Courtney, >> step out. >> Step out. >> Can you just turn the car off for me? >> Oh, yeah. Sorry. >> Take it back there. Go back there. >> Although Courtney, the primary suspect, was nervous, she followed the officer's orders and stepped out of the vehicle. Next, she was read her Miranda writes before she was questioned. >> So, did you take anything? No, ma'am. Did you go to Target? >> I was there. Yes. And there was >> Did you get off inside the store? >> Um, I I did the return. Yes. >> You went to return an item? >> Yes. >> Okay. And then did you only return the item? >> Yeah, I returned. They returned it. >> I was with them right before. >> So, you didn't take any? >> No, ma'am. >> So, if we look at video footage, there's nothing of you walking out with >> No, I I had a box of returning. That's it. >> Okay. God, I did nothing. >> My gosh, I haven't done nothing. I want them to return an item. That's it. There's item hoarder. That was it, Matt. My gosh. >> Courtney claimed she and her friends were at Target to return some items. However, unfortunately for her, the cops were in radio contact with another officer who [music] was currently reviewing security footage with loss prevention. >> Courtney had a JBL speaker. She had three headphones, but I think she [music] she ditched those ones. >> She ditched them. >> Uhhuh. She had I asked one of our team members for help and the team member took the speaker and then she [music] ended up grabbing the additional one that was on the the rack. It was down here but um obviously [music] I can't see if it's how much she has >> and they paid for something. They paid for some stuff. >> Nobody paid for anything like who's that? >> That's Courtney. >> That's Courtney. >> That's the one I called on. Yeah. I just let them know that there was three other people in the room. >> So, they took that >> this down here >> without paying that. >> Yeah, >> for sure. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Okay. So, there's a box, a brown box >> and a Squirtle and a Charmander. >> This is where I zoomed in cuz [music] I was assuming she was going to walk out. >> Okay. And that's Courtney. >> Courtney. Uhhuh. So, she just passes all points of cell like she never went to >> Yeah. >> the checkout. She could deny all she wanted she had been shoplifting, but the evidence said otherwise. The officer sent the information to his colleagues. And with that done, they had everything they needed to detain the woman. >> Can you do me a favor real quick? Put this cigarette in your mouth. Face the car real quick. Okay. I'm going to place you in cuffs. You're being detained. >> Can I get soda to drink? >> No. >> No. Please. I didn't do nothing. >> Face the car. >> I didn't do nothing. >> Face the car. >> I didn't do Okay. Okay. What? I didn't do nothing, sir. >> Face the car. >> What's wrong? What's wrong, sir? >> What's wrong? Police are arresting me. >> I I'm telling I'm I just told you you're detained. So stop. >> Okay. My god, you're arresting me. >> Did I say you're under arrest? >> Oh no. >> I didn't say you're under arrest. So stop. >> Okay. Okay. My god. My god. Please. Please. Oh my god. Why? >> Cuz I said you're detained. You're going to sit in the car for a minute. They searched the woman before they placed her in the back of a squad car. If she was innocent like she claimed, she had nothing to fear. Still, though she was currently only detained, she was absolutely distraught. >> Why are you shutting the door? >> Cuz we're going to close it. You want your drink or not? >> Why? >> Please God, please. >> Do you want it or not? >> Yes. I'm sick. >> Okay, then let's close the door. >> Oh my god. Please don't close this door. I do nothing. Please. Please. I do nothing. Please. I do nothing. >> So stop. I can't shut the door. I do nothing. Please, ma'am. I'm not supposed to drink. I don't nothing. Please. I Please. I can't. No. >> Do you want Do you want your drink or not? >> I just want to drink. I don't I just I >> I'm going to open it again. But if you shut Please don't shut it. Why are you shutting it? >> Because I do nothing. >> You're detained right now. >> Why? I'm arrested. >> No, you're detained. >> Open it again. Leave it open for me. >> You're detained. >> I'm I can't breathe. >> Why? I just feel claustrophobic right now. >> Okay, I'll roll down the window. >> You know what? I can't breathe. I'mma throw up. God, I'mma throw up. >> The cops eventually relented, and while they continued their investigation, they let the woman take a seat on the curb. Back at Target, Loss Prevention informed the officer that they wanted to press charges against Courtney for theft. >> I'm going to let them know that she's under arrest. Um, try to let me know ASAP for the trespass on the other three. >> Yo, >> I want >> Yeah, she keeps yelling like a little kid. >> I'm gonna be arrested. I want my water. >> I'm water. >> Cool. Mhm. >> Please, I'm water. >> I got I'm asking you please. >> And then two Pokemons. >> I feel sick. >> Cool. I'll do that. Are you listening to me? >> Yes. >> Okay. Right now, at this point, you are under arrest. >> Oh my god. I didn't do nothing. Please let me get a water. Please God, no. I can't get my keys. No, [screaming] not let me get my water, please. >> You're going to get charged with resisting. You're going to get charged with my dog. >> You're going to get charged with resisting. >> You're going to get charged with resisting. >> Please get my >> You're going to get charged with >> my key for my dog. God, no. I didn't do nothing. Stop. Are you the ground? >> You're going to go to the ground. >> I do nothing. >> Sadly, she was only delaying the inevitable. And she had no one to blame for her predicament but herself. If she didn't hurry up and comply, there'd be additional charges on her rap sheet for resisting arrest. And based on how emotional she was, it didn't seem like she'd make any better choices anytime soon. You're getting >> I can't I didn't do nothing. I didn't do nothing. Please. [screaming] >> I can't breathe. Please sit up. I need to Please let me sit up. >> Are you going to sit in the unit? >> Yes, I will. >> Are you going to give us problems? >> No. I want the water. >> We don't have water. >> I have water right there. >> You're not getting your water. I'm so >> I do nothing. >> Courtney. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. >> I do nothing. >> Stop smacking your head. >> I do nothing. God, >> are you going to get in? I'm going to give you one more chance. Are you going to get in or not? >> Stop. [screaming] I'm trying. Get in. >> I didn't even touch you. >> No. No. I'm fine. I didn't do nothing, man. >> Are you going to get in? I'm going to give you this last chance to get in. >> If you don't get in, we're going to put you in a taco. >> Get in there. >> All the way in. They eventually managed to get her in the back of a cruiser, but she kept kicking and screaming and causing a scene in general, prompting a nononsense cop to take action. >> No. >> What seems to be the problem? >> I don't want to do that. It seems they said it was ordered back there. >> What are you carrying on about? >> They said it was ordered to go pick it up. Oh my god. That's all. >> Oh my god. >> I don't feel good. I didn't do nothing. Please God, no. >> Hey, >> I told you I didn't do nothing. Please God, sir. I am >> You need to calm down right this instant. Quit yelling. >> I didn't do nothing. >> You need to calm down this instant and quit yelling. >> Do you understand me? >> I ain't do nothing, sir. Please. This ain't fair. They said it was an order. >> Get out of the car. >> Go down to your knees. Go down to your knees. Down, sir. >> Go down to your knees. >> I don't feel bad. Why did you do this? They said it was face down. Face down. face down. I can't all the way down. >> I got lay down. >> Okay. Don't slide me down. >> I [screaming] can't. I do. Please don't do that. >> Pick her up. There you go. >> Okay. I don't have to do that. Oh my god. Please, sir. They was order. Please. Please, sir. Please. I'm begging you for my life. Please. Will you look on the box? Oh my god. >> I can't. I'm sick. I'm sick. I got Oh my god. This is bull. I'm not fighting. Oh my god. >> Thanks, sir. >> They arrested Courtney and she was charged with resisting arrest as well as theft. But if you thought her excuse was ridiculous, just wait till you get a load of our next suspect's argument. [music] On the 28th of June, 2025 in Illinois, the cops were dispatched to a gas station after an employee reported that a woman who'd recently been trespassed was harassing customers and refusing to leave. >> Who is that? >> What? >> Who is that? >> Are you trespassing here? >> Um, no. >> What's your name? >> I was trying to go in the store and buy a black. >> Did they tell you no? >> Yeah. I can go to down there. What's your name? Huh? >> Jane. >> What is it? >> De. >> What? I got a warrant or something? >> No, I'm just writing your name down. That's all. >> It's going to be this female right here. >> Stand right here. >> Yeah. Just >> I mean, I haven't gone inside yet, but I'm like, "Hey, did they tell you not to go inside?" Just like, "Yeah." >> Okay. >> So, I'm just going to double check her anyway now that I can. And then >> Yeah. 14. Can I have >> Sorry, I was shuffling the card. So, >> you're good. >> Shall we go and confirm with staff real quick? I guess there's nothing else. They already said it. >> Just hold on. Let me let me see if she's got a warrant. She was kind of weird about her birthday. >> She was kind of weird about her birthday. Yeah, she's got a warrant. >> After confirming the suspect had an active warrant, the officer had no choice but to take her in. However, instead of complying and making things easy for herself, the suspect had other ideas. >> All right, go and drop the bottle behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. >> Why am I stoping? Could you get them? >> Could you go get my back? No. No. Why am I being arrested? I didn't do nothing. >> I didn't do nothing. I didn't do nothing. >> Stop. Knock it off. >> Knock it off. >> Stop. >> Stop. Stop. >> Stop. >> Let me go. I'm done. I can move from the >> You have a warrant. >> I can move from the >> No, you have a warrant. >> I don't have a warrant ever. >> Stop money off, please. No. No. >> The cops escorted their screaming suspect into the back of their squad car. And just because she was secured in cuffs did not mean she was ready to calm down. Instead, the woman became the suspect from hell. [screaming] Go get my lemonade. [screaming] Please go get my lemonade. [screaming] Go get my lemonade. [screaming] >> [screaming] >> The woman's incessant screaming caught the attention of the officers. She told the cops she wanted to call her baby daddy, and the officers agreed as long as she promised to calm down. That being said, she just continued screaming. >> I don't want to charge you with resisting, but if you're going to if you're going to keep freaking out, I will. >> Do you want to be charged with that or not? >> Okay, I'm charging you with resisting cuz she was [crying] pulling away the entire time. I had to use No. Yeah, you are being charged with the resistance. >> See, now you can talk. >> Yeah. No, you are. It's over. Now you get me out. [screaming] [screaming] [screaming] [screaming] How you get me out this [ __ ] Nobody even own your property. mother [ __ ] pass your mother. You said act s I'm here acting like mother your >> the cops tried to calm her down but she just kept screaming over them and during the commotion one of the cops went into the gas station to talk with employees before coming back to brief the others. >> So he said that he's not sure if she's been trespassed. She was definitely harassing customers and he's calling his boss to see if they want her on now the trespass list. He's not sure if she's already been there. >> But she was >> Okay, perfectly fine. What doing to customers? Did he articulate it or not? >> No, she just said she was walking up to customers. >> That's fine. Then we'll do the warrant and then I'll articulate. I'll take this unless you want it. >> Whatever you want. And then either way, I will do whatever the hell I want to. What? No. [screaming] Apparently I >> What you going to do? I'mma get right out. >> And I'm get right out. >> Yeah. So she can take care of this word and have to worry about it. >> Right out. >> You're welcome. >> And I'm going get right out. Racist. Racist. >> This woman could call the cops racist all night long, but it didn't look like they'd be phased. The cops here talk like that all the time, and they've grown accustomed to it. Unless she had a logical defense, there was no way. whatsoever, she'd be arguing her way out of the arrest. >> Okay, you said that twice. What's your next Okay, what's the next one? >> All right, now you're just Now you're just repeating yourself. >> You just write a [ __ ] >> You told me to write [screaming] You crazy. You damn mother. [screaming] my super me. [screaming] >> While she continued to kick in the cruiser and scream like a maniac, the cops took her out of the squad car and prepared to put her in a van so she could be taken to the station for further processing. I didn't do anything. I didn't do anything. And I'm telling CB y'all keep putting me in a van. >> I'm keep I'm telling CB y'all keep putting me in a bed. >> Yes. They keep putting me in this van. [laughter] >> What the hell? be out in the morning. >> Stop. [screaming] Stop. Stop. [screaming] She has a great aroma. Thank [laughter] you. >> What's in my car? >> The woman was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and for her outstanding warrants. On the 11th of April 2025, the cops were called to a motel after a man who'd been trespassed returned to the property. However, what should have been an openandshot case became something much, much more when the suspect kept coming back over several days. Whichever trespassing avoid custo trespass comes out. >> Act like a man for a little bit. Just for a little bit. >> Ellis, I don't want to go to jail. I don't want to jail. I don't want to go to jail. going to jail. >> I ain't going to jail. >> Turn around and get by the car. >> Listen, I'm going to jail. >> For whatever reason, the suspect had an obsession with the motel, even though he'd just been trespassed for a second time. He showed up again that same evening, just after being released from custody. >> Why are you walking away? You going to make me run? Stop. Stop. Not on the ground. On the ground. Are you done? You done? Get on your stomach. >> Get on your stomach. >> More cops arrived on scene and eventually they got Reuben into handcuffs. Next, they stood the man up and he was escorted to his second destination, the back of a squad car. >> Sit back. >> Get your feet in the car. >> Get your feet in the car. Go ahead. Get your feet in the car. [snorts] Get your feet in the car, man. Yeah. >> All right. >> They arrested Reuben and took him to jail. But as you might have guessed, it wasn't the last time they encountered him. The very next night, the cops were dispatched to the same motel after getting reports that a familiar face had shown up. Reuben, you you were told you can't come back here already. >> You were just told after being arrested that you can't come back. >> I And I ain't did nothing. Listen, I just got out of jail. >> I know you just got out of jail, but they told you you can't be here. >> All right. >> And I ain't coming. I ain't coming to do nothing. >> It doesn't matter. They told you you cannot come back here. >> Now I got my boss out here saying that we have to arrest you for trespassing. I ain't trust. >> See, you see how this is going? Like this is nonsense. This is all stupid. >> It's stupid. >> I agree 100%. >> 100%. I ain't I see me. I ain't doing nothing. >> My my shoes off. I ain't >> It does not matter. You cannot be here. Period. >> Reuben explained to the officers that he'd returned to the hotel because all of his belongings were in his room. He said once he got his belongings, he'd be happily on his way. However, he didn't seem to understand he'd been trespassed and he'd have to find an alternative way to get his belongings. >> Stand up. Stand up. >> Okay. Okay. Listen, I still got to get my stuff. >> Stand up. >> All right. I I don't want to go to jail cuz I've been to jail three times. >> All right. Hold up. Hold up. My leg My leg My leg got messed up for the last time. Look, I've been bleeding every stand up. >> Hold up. Hold up. Hold up. My leg messed up for real. I ain't lie to y'all. My leg messed up. >> Go peacefully if you want your phone. >> All right. I ain't even trying to go to jail. >> I ain't trying to go to jail. >> Well, you'll be getting out in 45 minutes anyway. That's the system. >> Under the law, after they booked the man, the officers had to release him. He said he didn't know he wasn't allowed to get his belongings, but the cops knew it was a lie. >> I got called the police to get myself out the property. I already know that. They explained everything he told me. >> Why didn't you call us beforehand? >> Makes no sense. Let's go. >> All right. Hold up. Hold on, hold on, hold [laughter] on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. >> You can suck into them. >> Hold on, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up. My My right leg is messed up for real. The police messed up my leg. >> All right, put your shoes on now. >> All right, hold up. My right leg is messed up for my right leg. If you look on my thing, my knee is messed up for real. >> If you lift on my thing, my right leg is messed up for real. >> Hold him real quick. >> If you look If you look on my thing, my right leg messed up for real. >> Yeah, I know. Cuz you fell. Yeah, I failed. It's messed up. It's hurting right now. >> His legs hurt. >> I got to sit. I got to sit down. I got to sit. I can't sit up. >> I ain't even trying. He walked all the way here sitting. >> No, you have to do >> Okay. Okay. >> The cops were tired of the man's lies. While he continued making excuses, he was escorted to the parking lot and then to the back of a squad car where, as you might have guessed, he continued making excuses. >> Don't make no sense. >> All right, have a seat. Hold up a minute. It's the same. >> Have a seat. >> Okay. Okay. It's the same. It's the same. Why y'all keep doing the same thing? >> Have a seat, please. >> Why y'all keep in or we got to pull you in there? Come on. >> All right. Just Just do this. Just do this fast as easiest way possible. Come on, >> officer. I'm trying to see >> in the seat. >> I'm trying to see why y'all can't take me [laughter] to jail. The same thing. >> This is above my decision. So they called us saying you're here and we already told you once after they arrested you that you cannot come back here. >> I ain't trying to come back. >> You did. >> My stuff is in the thing. >> I understand that and that's a problem you're going to have to take up with their carpet their [music] carpet office. >> The cops clearly explained things to him and let him know that under no circumstances was he to set foot on the property. That's why they were so surprised when early that same morning they got a call from the same motel. >> What are you doing? >> I'm calling. Calling who? Man, say >> for what? >> I got to call you. I was told to call. >> For what? You got to get your stuff. >> Yeah, I was told to call. >> What were you doing inside? >> I ain't doing nothing. >> You were told not to come back here though, right? >> No, I'm trying to call. >> Who are you trying to call? But you're here. >> Man, say they told me to call. >> Who told you to call? >> Just call you call. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> All right. I'm I'm saying call. >> Turn your hands behind your back. >> I'm saying call. >> I know, but you got to put your hands behind your back. >> I'm saying to call. Just relax. >> They told me to call. >> I understand that. All right, but listen. How many times you've been arrested? >> Three times. >> All right, lean over. Just lean over. >> I'm just saying call. I ain't trying to go to jail. I'm saying call. >> You're supposed to call one of us first. >> The man kept pulling his hands away while the cop tried to put the cuffs on him. Already fed up with his antics, the cop was quickly running out of patience, and it clearly showed. >> Put your hands on me, >> bro. Put your hands back. Oh, >> with your hands. >> All right. >> All right. >> Turn over. >> All right. >> Turn over. >> I'm calling. >> Why you Why you arresting me? >> Turn over. >> All right. >> Right now. Turn over. >> All right. >> Turn over, bro. >> All right. >> All right. What you doing? >> What are you doing? >> Turn over. >> I'm calling. Why you arresting me? What's wrong with you? >> I'm trying to call. I said, "Man, what are you doing?" >> I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. >> Turn over. >> I'm not resisting. >> Turn over. [screaming] >> Stop. >> Over. >> Stop. >> Turn over. >> What do you want me to do? >> Roll on your stomach. Roll on your stomach. >> All right. >> Roll on your stomach. >> All right. >> Roll on your stomach. >> Stop. I'm not resisting. >> Roll on your stomach. >> I'm not resisting. I'm not resisting. >> He might not have been resisting, but he >> He might not have been resisting, but he certainly wasn't following the cop's certainly wasn't following the cop's orders to roll over on his side. And orders to roll over on his side. And when additional cops arrived on scene, when additional cops arrived on scene, that's when things got really crazy. that's when things got really crazy. >> Over. >> Over. >> Turn over right now. >> Turn over right now. [screaming] >> Turn over. I'm not doing nothing. >> Turn over. I'm not doing nothing. >> Just >> Just >> stop. >> stop. I'm not resisting. Miss, >> turn over. >> I'm still not doing nothing. >> Stop. >> I need another taser. >> Watch out. >> Taser. [screaming] >> Turn over. >> Come on, man. >> Don't do that. My god. You >> can't hit him in the face. >> You don't need to hit him in the face when they're all him down. >> I'm a man. >> Can we get a supervisor over here? Based on the screaming of onlookers, it sounded like Reuben had been reaching for the cop's gun, causing him to strike him in the face multiple times. If he'd been able to grab that weapon, things could have gotten ugly fast. >> You are incorrect. >> I've been here for 74 years. >> Hey, thanks for helping out, by the way. >> Thanks for standing there and helping out, by the way. Thank you. I appreciate that. >> I could have done it. >> Just shut the up. probably don't have >> 95. >> The saga of Reuben concluded with an unexpected climax. However, if he was really reaching for the cop's gun, the cop was well within his rights to strike him. On the 14th of June, 2025, a call came in from a concerned citizen after he saw an intoxicated citizen swerving between lanes and striking curbs. When the officer arrived on scene, he spotted the driver and quickly confronted her. >> Hi. >> How you doing? >> Good. >> What's going on today? I'm just putting some >> What's that? >> I'm putting some coolant in my car. >> Oh, okay. Did it break down on you? >> Yeah, >> it did. What happened? >> It's skin hot. >> Skin hot? >> Yeah. >> What does that mean? >> It means skin hot. >> Oh, just outside. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Were you in a collision at all? Did you hit like a curb or something? >> Nothing. I hit nothing. Nothing. Nothing. >> Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. >> Yes. >> Okay. Were you talking to some people out here? >> No, I haven't. >> You just been You just had the hood up? >> Yep. >> Okay. So, the reason I'm here, people are concerned that you've been drinking and that you were driving earlier. They said that they were following behind you in the car. >> No. >> You might have crossed over some lines. You might have hit some curbs. >> I didn't hit anything. >> You didn't hit anything? >> No. >> Okay. I'm going to be honest. You're presenting to me as if you've had some drinks today. >> Totally sober. >> Totally sober. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> The cop clearly wasn't buying her claim that she wasn't intoxicated. While he waited for his partner to show up on scene, he made small talk with the suspect, Judy, who did everything in her power to act like she wasn't drunk. >> This is Judy. >> Hey, Judy. Hi. >> Hi. My name's Officer Evans. How you doing today? >> Yeah. just pulled over and put some solution in my car. >> What kind of solution? >> It was some I got from Olir. >> What's o is a spot that you get it. So basically I put it in there and then I put it in. >> Judy, you can leave your keys right there. >> You can you just put your keys right there. Where you coming from? came from the water. >> The water? >> Yep. >> Like a restaurant? >> Yep. >> Where were you at? >> Nothing. >> As the witness reported, she'd been driving erratically and hitting curbs in the parking lot. There at the local Goodwill, the officer inspected her vehicle for damage. And sure enough, right along the passenger side, there were some scrapes and dents. >> So, how much alcohol have you had tonight? >> Two drinks. >> Two drinks. What were you drinking? >> I was drinking vodka. >> Vodka straight >> soda with a diet soda. >> With a diet soda. Vodka with a diet soda. >> What is that? >> A da. >> Da. >> Yeah. >> What's that? >> Diet. >> I see. I see. So, two vodkas. How long ago was that? >> A long time ago. >> Long time ago. >> Have you taken any prescription pills today? >> Nope. >> No prescription pills? >> Nope. I'm sober as hell. >> Okay. Any drug use today? >> Nope. I was two drugs. >> No drugs. No marijuana. >> Never. Never. >> After she admitted having two drinks, the cop decided to push her further. Being more than a little suspicious that she wasn't being honest about how many drinks she'd had, the officer asked her to do some field sobriety tests, but she was in no mood to cooperate. >> Would you be willing to participate in voluntary field sobriety tests to make sure that you're okay to drive this? I'm >> fine. I need to No. Whoa. Whoa. You need to have >> All right. You're under arrest for DUI. >> No, you're not. I need you to put your arm behind your back. >> No, you're not. >> Go against the car. Okay. >> Going to use additional. >> You know what? Let's talk about this. >> I'm not drunk. >> I need you to stop doing that. Otherwise, you're going to get charged with resisting arrest. Okay. >> You can't do this. I'm sober. Okay. Stop moving your hands, Judy. Thank you. Let's watch in this car, please. Nope. I need my >> We're not going to do that. >> My phone. >> Okay. >> No, I need my Okay. >> All right. >> No. Go right here on the wheel. >> You got it. And then go get it. Go get the >> As the officer searched Judy, she became increasingly belligerent toward them. While she initially remained relatively calm, her behavior shifted and she became increasingly aggressive. >> Stop fighting with me. >> No, no, I'm not fighting with you. You're fighting with me. But you can't get me cuz God me and that's the way it's going to be. God's turn. on the ground. >> You do what you listen. >> Judy, listen to me. >> Judy, we can stay standing up. >> We can stay standing up or we can or we can move this. >> You will always be and that will be >> I need you to calm down for me. >> No, not >> come now. The god is safe of love. I'm not. >> Okay, I need to finish the search. Very uncooperative. >> There's nothing wrong with the search. >> Clearly fighting us here. >> If you can come replace me, I'm going to finish the right side search. >> The cops tried warning Judy that if she didn't cooperate and quit resisting, they'd have to take extra measures against her and place her in a restraint. However, instead of making things easier for herself, Judy decided to take the hard way. 642. Can we see if a nearby unit has a wrap? >> I have to get to work tomorrow. >> Okay. >> Why are you arresting me? >> You're under arrest for DUI. >> Oh, good. >> Driving under the flows. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> I'm not drunk. >> If you wouldn't mind filling these out um from what you saw, that would be great. Um, and then obviously don't include what you saw here because that wasn't how we [music] got here. But, uh, just your info up here, what you saw, and then you'll sign on that signature line right there. Okay. >> What are you doing? >> Stop fighting. >> Stop. What the woman? >> Put her on the ground. >> You go. >> Is it supine or prone? uh position that we got a wrapper in her belly. All right. >> Due to her refusal to cooperate, they were putting Judy in a rap whether she liked it or not. And while she wasn't overly happy about it, she had nobody to blame but herself. And fortunately for the officers, she was too drunk to put up a serious fight. >> Do you have a double case? >> Down for nothing. I'm not stupid. >> All right. >> How do you work at this? >> Crazy. >> I need my phone. >> Did I go further? Get this off my hair. >> She probably thought it was excessive to be restrained from head to toe, but she left the cops with no choice. They couldn't risk her potentially injuring herself while flailing around in the back seat on the way to the jail house. >> This is just a little crazy, don't you think? >> I think that'll be uh Don't go around her neck. try and get around her body. >> How's it going? >> Yeah. Uh we got one highly uncooperative. Uh she's said she was injured and when uh I asked her how she was injured, she said that we're being mean to her. >> So because of the claim of injury, we just got to hear you. >> Okay. Gotcha. Gotcha. >> Judy, you want your phone and your what? From your car? >> Yep. Phone and what? >> I need my purse and my phone. >> Can I get it out of your car? >> Yeah. Judy, >> what do you want? >> I'm at the fire department. We're here to help you. >> You're not here to help me. >> Are you diabetic? >> Are you injured at all? >> Injured by your bull. >> Judy was charged with DUI and driving without a valid license. And while she did have an attitude, compared to the next suspect, it was nothing. On the 28th of February 2025, the cops responded to an area known for drug activity after someone reported a suspicious vehicle. Apparently, the cops were contacted by local business after several individuals had approached the vehicle, made exchanges, and quickly left. >> Yes, sir. >> Hey, how you doing? >> Good. All right. Can you turn the music out? >> Oh, I'm sorry. We're not disturbing anybody. >> No, sir. >> Someone called the police and they reported there was some suspicious activity in the area. >> I just got in the car. >> Just got in the car. >> Go talk to the people. >> I just got in my car. >> I just said there's suspicious activity in there. I didn't say you were involved. >> Blow your window up, man. He ain't got no >> You have an ID on you, sir? Possibly >> the driver had his ID in his hand but seemed reluctant to hand it over. He continued claiming that he hadn't committed a crime and that there was no reason for the stop. >> Said he said he said I committed a crime. What crime? >> So someone reported that there was a hand to hand in the area involving this truck. >> So if you don't give your ID, you don't give me your ID. >> Oh before you do that we got >> All right. Out of the car >> out of the car now. I didn't do anything. I had my license in my hand. >> Well, resisting it. >> I haven't done anything. >> I have not done anything. >> Want to play games? You can play. >> I'm not playing games. I gave No, my license is in my hand. >> 51. >> Why are you doing this to me, >> bro? I haven't done anything. >> Relax. Not anything. >> I just got coffee. >> Oh my god, I just got coffee. >> The driver should have ignored his passenger's advice as the way things ended up, he quickly talked himself into a pair of handcuffs. Afterward, the cops escorted the man to their cruiser where they searched him. Next, he was placed in the back of a squad car while they spoke to the passenger. >> Some things I don't know what the hell's going on. I came and sat down. We going to listen to some music. >> Let me see your ID. >> Is it a problem that we broke the law or something? >> Let me see your ID. >> You were in the car. >> Let me see your ID. >> I'll show you my ID. That's my ID right there. >> Can you take it out, please? >> Yes, I can. >> But what's what reason do I need to be in ID? >> Someone called the police. >> Oh, and said >> it doesn't matter. Someone called the police and said that there was a hand to hand involving this vehicle. They even called out the license plate. Blue King's Ranch. >> That's why That's why we were out with you guys. >> Okay. I feel you. Okay. Well, I don't know. I'm sitting in the car. >> Okay. Do what you got to do with my ID. But >> against the passenger's wishes, he was also detained and placed in the back of a squad car. However, since he refused to identify himself when they initially encountered him, they decided to upgrade his charge. >> Let me just tell you what's happening. >> My name is Walk. That's what the ID said, right? >> You're going to jail for resisting. Step out so we can >> resisting. Yep. Resistant for what reason? >> We had reasonable suspicion to go out with >> Okay. It's 100 cameras information for this this No. Hell, it ain't no resist. >> Continue to resist. >> No, I'm not going to resist. I'm saying >> Oh, so that's how you doing it? That's dude. >> Resisting. How you going to be arrested for nothing? >> You going to tell me to relax? Resisting for nothing. I'm glad this camera's right here. I see you how you rub much. Y'all eat some. >> Y'all put something in my pocket if you want to. >> Ain't nothing in my pockets. >> I got to search. >> You can eat some. I'm on camera everywhere. Eat some. You mother damn well ain't nobody. >> All right. You don't have anything else on you, right? >> I got a big >> besides that. I got a big >> All right. >> What the you saying? >> Step in the car. >> It's important to understand that there's a difference between resisting and resisting arrest. When the cops first encountered the suspects, both resisted by refusing to provide ID and disobeying the officer's commands. >> Here, Scotty. >> Don't take me into jail, sir. I haven't done anything. I don't know anything about any drugs. I don't have any drugs in my car. >> Are you going to jail for resisting? >> Just for resisting? Why? What did I do? I sir I had my license in my hand to give you. Please let's be reasonable. Look at me please. >> You're refused right now. >> I was giving it to you. He was talking that and as I was passing it to you, he opened the door. >> You were listening to him and not to >> I was not I was telling him to shut up and let me talk to you and then next thing you know you was not I swear I wasn't sir. I respect you. You know I respect you. You see me working on the wall man. I respect you, bro. And I was not trying to resist. >> I was trying Man, please be fair, man. Look, please stop. Please. Please. The cops informed the driver that he and his passenger were getting the same charge. And afterward, both men were transported to jail to be processed further. The whole way there, the passenger couldn't stop running his mouth. >> I guarantee y'all get some repercussion behind this. I see y'all trying to y'all trying to plant drugs and all kind of. I'm on camera all the way up here. >> Well, be no arrest for me. Ain't noing resisting arrest for nothing. I came down. Ain't noing such thing as a resisting arrest, man. Y'all on some dumb. What? What was I getting arrested for? First of all, >> huh? >> I'm not the arresting officer. >> What the I'm in your car. Okay. I said, "What am I?" All right. Well, I tell you what, since I'm going through all this, get some help to get me out of the car then. I'm kick you in your face. I ain't I ain't I I'm a It's like I'm a hostage. I don't know what the [ __ ] your intentions are. >> You just said, >> "All right. Well, you better not come to the car. Send somebody else out here. >> I'm not gonnaing be quiet. Don't come to the door. I'm a veteran, dude. >> I ain't with that. If the officers come out and get me, I'll go peaceful with them. >> Get the [ __ ] away from you. Not the resting officer. You not who I need to talk to. I ain't did a thing wrong at all. Ain't this wrong? >> With each passing moment, he continued getting more aggressive. At that point, he might not have known he was being filmed, but regardless, he was only making himself look even worse. >> I'm just saying to y'all what y'all say to me on the dlo. Y'all eat a backwards mother. Y'all probably doing threesome with yourselves anyway. Say what I want to say. I threaten to hit you. Well, you you put these handcuffs on me for no reason at all. I said, don't come over here and try to take don't open this door with me. What am I supposed to I don't know you. I don't even know if you representing the police because there's no charge for me to be in this car. So let Yeah, I fight against you. I fight Let them go in and I go in there. that I take this to they can put that on. It's going to be in there. I'm sure the cars, you know, I don't know you. You a senior officer and you letting somebody illegally arrest me. >> The suspect wouldn't shut up all the way to the station. And for someone who was claiming he was completely innocent, he was really concerned about telling the cop repeatedly that if they found any drugs, they weren't his. >> I knew they gave a description. If they called in with that much, they gave a description. I bet the mother description don't look nothing like me. >> So a vehicle sold some hand to hand. Is that what you're saying? >> They said a vehicle selling hand in hand. They don't have a person now. They got a vehicle. No description of a person or that sounds crazy cuz it's a lot of them that Okay, I got you. I know where you're going with it. And I do have somebody will help me with this. My sister lawyer also. So, okay. I'm just saying before you go this. Okay. That pouch y'all hand it off. It need to be fingerprinted. Never touched nothing that y'all got out of that truck or anything. The only fingerprints going to come up is y'alls and whoever else. And so if that's the case, I'm going to say, "Well, y'all must have been selling this cuz I notice how y'all tried to do that. Trust me, we going to be on that. That's on video also." >> Both men were charged with possession of mara under 20 grams and also resisting. and they were later released pending further proceedings. On the 11th of March, a warrant was issued for the passenger after he failed to comply with pre-trial conditions. The warrants included the original charges and carried a $75,000 bond. 2 days later, while still in custody, they charged the man with trafficking and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in a separate case. Bond for his new charges was set at $300,000. On November 14th, 2023, an officer responded to a residence after reports that a woman was being terrorized in her own home by her crazy uncle. >> If you don't mind, let's just chat for a second. >> I have nothing to chat with you about. None at all. I have literally nothing to say to you. >> Okay. >> So, you want me to go get her so you can listen to her [ __ ] >> No, no. I'll I'll get her in just a second. What's her name? >> I told you I don't feel like talking to you. >> Well, I would prefer you don't go in the house. >> I'm not going in the house. I'm open the door and tell her to call you. There she is. Right there. Do >> you want me to stay in here? >> No. No. If you want to come out and tell me what's going on. >> I don't feel safe around him. Okay. >> I don't want him here. >> Okay. >> One problem with that. >> Do you live here? >> I've lived here for two years. >> He's not on the leash. She's threatening me. My bedroom door. Give me one second. >> Give me one second. >> You told me that you don't have anything to say to me. >> To her. I'm not talking. No, don't. Look, I'll talk America. I'll do any goddamn thing I want to do. >> I will you get Bring them on. Bring them on. It was easy to see why the woman was scared of the man. Just 10 seconds ago, the man told the officer that he didn't want to speak to her. And when the officer called him out on it, he got even more unhinged and aimed his aggression toward the officer. >> Idiot. You're worse than she is. >> [ __ ] you. All I ask >> No, I don't give a [ __ ] No. All you asked was what your exact words were. Your exact [ __ ] words were. You said you didn't want to talk to me. You didn't [ __ ] ask me [ __ ] Sir, >> you made a [ __ ] statement saying that this is not [ __ ] America and I'm not allowed to talk to whoever the [ __ ] I want to. >> I said >> that's what the [ __ ] you said. >> I said, did you change your mind? >> Okay, sir. I'm giving you a lawful command to not step back inside. Okay, >> I'm telling you to get the off my property. >> You need to come step out here. >> You >> come step out here right now. >> I'm not walking over there. I'm on my mothering property in my [ __ ] yard. And I'll damn well stand wherever the I want to. >> Don't step near me again. or what? Oh, I'll back up then. How about if I run in the house? >> How about you don't? >> How about Iinging will and I'll lock your [ __ ] ass out and then I'll wait for you to kick your door. >> Stand right here. >> You I'm standing right here where I want. Matter of fact, I'm not standing here any longer. I'm going to sit right there in that chair. >> You can sit in that chair. >> Oh, I can. I know I can. >> Or I can stand right here. Don't step towards me. Not one more [ __ ] time. >> Go sit in that chair. >> How do you like that? Don't steping towards me. >> While the officer tried to keep the man calm, backup was speeding towards her. Situations like this are dangerous. And when a suspect's that angry, you never know what they might do. >> You look at this you two. >> If you could talk. All right. You need to go sit down. >> You need to get the out of my face and do not step towards me again. You okay? >> No, I'm not. You're yelling at my partner. >> Your [ __ ] partner's aing piece of [ __ ] telling me what I can and can't motherucking do at my own. >> We're here to investigate something screaming at >> and me and and me, man. Look altitude. We got riding. >> I am not. >> Listen. Stop. You're going to get ted. >> Well, I tell you what. >> You're going to get ted. >> Tell me what for what? >> Stop. You're going to get t. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. Now, >> this situation was rapidly getting out of control. Unless the man wanted to get tased and end up face down in the dirt. It was time for him to comply. Thankfully, and surprisingly, he chose to do things the easy way instead of the hard way. >> Put your hands behind your back now. joke. >> Put your hands behind your back now. >> You going to comply or not? Dude, let me put my Let me get rid of my cigarette and then I'll gladly put my hand. >> I'm not playing your game. Put your cigarette down. Put your hands around your back now. >> You don't need to be grabbing on me. Put the cuffs on me. >> Alpha 2131 secure. >> Let's go now. >> Are you done doing your thing? >> Yep. Let's go, bud. Hey dude, >> don't you Hey, dude. Me >> mother. >> Oh, [ __ ] >> I'm talking to you. >> Yeah, it's fine. Go ahead and talk. >> I'm wrong with you. >> Seriously, stop. Let's go now. >> I am waiting for this man to double lock my [ __ ] cup and you are dragon. >> All right, you are now. Let's go. Stop resisting. >> Although the suspect was dumb as paint, putting his hands behind his back was the smartest thing he'd done all day. Next, he was taken to a nearby cruiser where they searched him. >> Shut up. The [ __ ] >> you? Don't you ever tell me to [ __ ] shut up. >> How many times have you told me to shut up, bro? >> How many time? Who gives a [ __ ] >> I'll tell the [ __ ] are you doing, dude? >> Stop. >> Quiting assault me. Okay, you're [ __ ] special. Okay, >> stop. Stop pushing back >> then. [clears throat] Quit pushing on me. >> Stop kicking and stop pushing back. >> You're a dumb [ __ ] I ain't kicked anybody. >> [ __ ] scumbags. >> Come to a mother's house and try to make him sit on the ground like he's a [ __ ] animal. >> I didn't say so. >> Go [ __ ] yourself. You don't tell me to You don't tell me to sit. Period. >> You want to move your arm so I can sit >> without hurting? >> I'm not a dog. >> Yes, sir. [ __ ] loser. Go [ __ ] yourself. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. [ __ ] you, too. >> You did what you were told, right? >> With the suspect finally secured in the back of a cruiser. The cops then had to gather some background information. They spoke to the homeowner to find out exactly what happened before they arrived. >> This is my uncle. >> Okay. >> My mother >> You live here together? >> He live He's not on the lease, but yes, he does live here with me. >> Okay. >> My mother lived here with us, too. At one point about a month ago, she got us in a car accident. Uh, she's now in a rehab learning how to walk and everything. He lost his job. He doesn't do anything around the house. I've been begging for help. People help. I smoke with you. I overheard a confrontation that he had today with my son in the bedroom about going and buying me. And I don't know exactly what else he said, but he was asking for some other stuff. So, that pissed me off cuz you're having those conversations around my four-year-old. I called my mother. I spoke to my mother and a couple other family members about it. And I told her, "I'm done. I don't want him here anymore." The woman told the officers that when she confronted her uncle for bringing pills and into the house, he flew into a fit of rage. When she told him she was calling police, he began breaking things, scaring her in the process. >> And so he willfully broke your door. Okay. Was he going after you or was >> he was following me screaming? I don't think necessarily he was going to put his hands on me. I can't really say that. I don't know. I've seen him when I was younger put his hands on my mother before. >> So he made no threats towards you or anything like that? >> No. When I told him, "I'm calling the police. I'm scared." He said, "You should [ __ ] be scared." >> Okay. >> I don't want to hear. >> All right. He didn't touch you. He didn't touch yourself. >> He [music] did not physically get a chance to touch me now. >> He's trying to kick us. >> You are lying through your teeth, lady. At [music] no point did I ever try to kick any of you. How dare you say that. >> Okay. Well, good thing my body camera was facing down. [music] >> Thank God it was, cuz I didn't try to kick none of you. >> Judge can see that. >> Yeah. Let's Let's make sure he does see that, please. The man's charges were unclear, but whatever he was charged with, we can only hope the judge sentences the man to mandatory anger management. When dummies think they can outsmart the law, it's often their own dumb mistakes that bring them down. And when these idiots decide [music] to escalate things beyond what their intelligence can handle, we all see what happens on body cam when the cops face off with the dumbest criminals.
