I don't really care what you say. >> Don't ask questions. >> You're embarrassing to me. >> You're my You're supposed to be sticking up for me in my town. [laughter] >> You I'm giving you the opportunity. Do you want to go to Junior Land or do you want to be allowed on Earth? Cuz I own the United States. >> I'm not doing anything. You guys can't do this. >> You got pay for that? >> I want you out of traffic. Get you that super bikes. Don't touch me. Get out of traffic. Don't touch me. I just want you out of traffic. Get through. >> Get out of traffic. Don't tase me. >> Dropping some legal buzzwords can sometimes work, but only if they're not based on imaginary laws from sovereign citizens. With a lot of them thinking they could argue their way out of legal trouble, we get to give you three full hours of sovereign citizens getting arrested. On the 11th of December, 2023 in Washington, police responded to a Chevy dealership. Apparently, a woman refused to leave after being asked to do so multiple times. >> So, what's going on today? >> Um, so I have a vehicle here that's I I should be able to pick up with my name on it and I have the paperwork to prove it and I own the dealership. >> Okay. >> To my awareness, I own the dealership outright. The FBI could validate that. Um, if there's a mistake, there's a mistake in communication. Either way, I have the paperwork to prove that I'm supposed to pick up this vehicle. It's fine. >> And I think they just don't have it >> is what I think is happening because I've been told they don't have it. And I've been really sick and not had a chance to come and get it. And I've had problems every time I come to get it. >> Um, it's never simple enough and I just don't like problems. >> Is this your vehicle? >> Yeah. Okay. >> Do you have a license? Can I take a look at it >> just to so I know who you are? Ma'am, how do you how do you pronounce your first name? >> Matchka. >> Matcha. >> What's your badge number? >> What's your badge number? >> What's that? >> What's your badge number? >> We don't have badge numbers. My name's Officer Robinson. >> I need a I need an officer with a badge number. >> Why is that? >> Um because I'm not dealing with aliens. I'm dealing with people. >> Matchka's story didn't make much sense. How could she own the dealership but not have her own vehicle in stock? Even if she did own the dealership, how could she not have a driver's license? It was clear to the officer at this point that there was something fishy going on and he wasn't about to tolerate her nonsense. >> The general manager, >> you have no right to trespass me. I've done nothing wrong. You cannot ticket me and you cannot arrest me. I'm a chosen. >> I don't want to take you arrest you. I'm just going to read you the admonishment and then you're free to >> No, I know. You need to understand something. I have He right here that proves that I have a vehicle with my name on it that I'm supposed to be allowed to pick up. I also own the dealership. He He's fired. You need to do your homework before you make a decision cuz I will make sure you don't have a job. >> So, this is a crumpled up like pamphlet. Okay. >> I know it's not in good shape. So, what it still is what it is. It's adopted. >> I'm going to read this to you. It says, "I'm no longer permitted to look on the computer or publications. Modka, you're trespassed. If you don't leave, we're going to arrest you, >> please. Then, okay, >> we're going to arrest you if you don't leave. You can leave. You're free to leave right now. >> I'm not leaving. >> Okay. You have to. >> I I don't want to arrest you. I really don't. >> You can't. >> I can't if you don't leave. >> The law is the law. Check your laws. >> This is a private establishment. Okay. >> The officer continued giving the woman warning after warning, but she was too stubborn and arrogant to listen. The officer then warned dispatch about things and made several attempts to talk with the woman. She opened her car door and it became very clear that she's not mentally stable. >> Watch that. >> Can you not touch my door? >> Okay. I don't want to make a big deal out of this. You can just go. You can just go. >> I need somebody to come in. >> We don't want to have to fight. This guy needs to be fired and I'm getting in touch with the president. So, I'm getting pissed. All right. Thank you, Biden. >> Okay. >> Handle this please before I freaking lose it. Can we please just leave? That's all I'm asking. Okay. >> I want my car. >> You do not have a car here. >> Okay, dude. Do your homework. At least do your job. >> I'm trying to >> at least do your job. Then figure it out cuz this is proof right here. >> They owe me this vehicle. My name is already on it. My name is on all these vehicles. So, at least exhaust your options first. I'm You're not doing your job because you haven't done an investigation thoroughly. Okay. So, I honestly like if I just don't want to arrest you and I don't want them to tow your car. >> You can't. >> I can if you don't leave. You've been warned that the general manager wants you trespass. >> I own this place. >> Why would you want me to do that? >> I own this. >> You do not own this place, Marsha. >> Dude, prove it to yourself or leave me alone. >> This woman thinking she's got the United States president on speed dial is about as absurd as it gets. She was also displaying massive entitlement issues and a false sense of authority over the officer. And when she then started displaying some very concerning behavior, the officer knew she'd never comply voluntarily. >> Excuse me. Please. Excuse me. >> Can you promise me you're going to leave? We can go. >> This guy doesn't get the my car. >> Okay. >> If you leave, >> somebody deal with >> you hear that. Get the car. Did you hear that? >> Are you going to leave? >> Tell him again. Are you going to leave? I don't think he can hear you. Get the away from her car. >> Get away from my car. >> This might turn into an extracting from the vehicle situation. >> Third just to >> assist with that. >> Okay. >> He's not getting away from >> So, I'm having a third officer come. Listen. >> Good. Do it. >> Okay. >> Do it. If you're not willing to leave by the time that third officer gets here, we're going to arrest you other car. Thank you. >> Are you going to drive away and leave? >> No, I'm not. >> Okay, then we're not going to do this cuz I don't want I don't want you to barricade in your car. >> I'm not going to barricade in my car. You're not even a cop life, dude. Go get a security job cuz you're not a cop. >> You're alien. Get the away from me. >> Okay, I've given you numerous opportunities. >> Okay, I'm giving you the opportunity. Do you want to go to junior land or do you want to be allowed on Earth? Cuz I own the United States. Soon enough, the trespass warning was signed and they were now just waiting for the sergeant to arrive. She continued her rants about aliens and how the officers weren't real. The cops ignored her nonsense, then arrested the woman since she refused to comply. >> Okay, I'm leaving. >> Get off of me. >> He's hurting me. >> He's hurting me. >> Don't touch me. >> Don't touch me. >> We're good. >> Don'ting touch. I said don't touch me. Jesus. What the What the [ __ ] dude? What the >> You guys are letting this [ __ ] happen. What the >> Okay, relax. >> Relax. [music] >> Trespassing. Okay. [crying] >> What are they doing? >> We're under us for trespassing. Okay. >> What the are you doing, dude? I can't even breathe. >> We're having custody now. >> I cannot breathe. >> Okay, Mka, we want to set you up. Okay. >> I want to try to get free. >> Mka, we need you to sit up. Okay. >> I can't breathe. Okay, let's go see. Okay, >> Biden, what the >> At this point, Matcha should have known that neither Joe Biden nor the aliens were going to come to her rescue. It seemed like a very startling and abrupt realization for the woman, but the officers followed protocol. She eventually tired herself out enough to comply with the officers and walked to the car. >> You guys can't do this. >> I can't do the You're going to hurt yourself if you fall asleep. >> Stop. >> I'm not doing anything. I can't [crying] believe you're letting them do this to me. >> Have a secret. >> I can't believe you're letting them do this to me. >> I can't air. I'm really Look at my face. Television's waiting. I'm sick as I need air. >> Roll down the window. [laughter] There you go. Move your legs in, please. You don't have to arrest me like this for trespassing. >> Okay. Move your legs in. >> Call the sheriff. >> Moa, put your legs. >> Call a sheriff. >> Please don't make one of my officers have to go in the back and assist you in. >> Please call somebody else. >> Move your legs in. >> I'm asking you as nicely as I can. >> And I'm asking you to put your legs in and maybe this is bull. >> Dude, this is such bull. >> I can't breathe. Please don't. >> I'll roll the window down. After they'd finally gotten the woman away from the dealership and were heading to the jail house for trespassing, the cops had a chat with the real management at the dealership. Before they closed the investigation, they wanted to get a little more information about their plans for the woman's vehicle. >> Hey, so we got her out of there. >> Okay. >> And we're going to be taking her. That vehicle that she was in is her vehicle. What do you guys want to do with it? >> Um, well, I mean, I don't want to cause her problems, so whatever. It's on your property. So, we don't usually tow from private property. >> Okay. >> Um, we're taking her away. >> We're taking her away. Um, but the car is still there. >> Um, I mean, what should we if we have a tow that's going to be impounded? I mean, if somebody brings it back and picks it up, is that >> that might be something we can facilitate? um like a civil standby kind of thing, but I don't know that she would call us ahead of time. And she's not happy with us right now. So, I don't know how well our communication is with her. >> Um if you guys leave it and she shows back up, you can call us. >> Okay. >> Again, to help kind of Okay, you can come get your car, but then you have to leave. >> Okay. >> If you want to go that way. >> Yeah. And what about keys? Are they going to need >> I think she'll have them. Okay. We grabbed her purse for her. Um, so I think we're probably going to be in here. >> Okay. >> No, that's fine. If she comes and grabs it, we have any issues, we'll call her. If it's here for too long, >> okay. >> All righty. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> Yeah. >> They charged the woman with trespassing and resisting arrest. She did sound pretty upset that the president didn't help her out, so hopefully she'll get a mental evaluation and the necessary help she needs to overcome what she's going through. On the 22nd of August 2023 in Saratoga Springs, reportedly the next sovereign citizen caused a massive scene in a store. The cops were called to intervene and as they tried to interview the witnesses, things got heated fast. >> I have >> Hey, you can go back outside. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. >> WHO ARE YOU? YOU DON'T TOUCH ME. YOU DON'T TOUCH ME. YOU DO NOT TOUCH ME. YOU DO NOT TOUCH. >> WHAT DO YOU MEAN I'M NOT I'M NOT TRESPASS. THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW ME. >> Stop yelling. >> Don't Who What's your name and badge number? >> Stop yelling. >> Show me YOUR BADGE NUMBER. YOU DON'T TOUCH MY PHONE. >> I'M TELLING YOU RIGHT NOW. >> YOU'RE GETTING IN TROUBLE, BOSS. I'M SORRY. HUH? >> FOR WHAT? >> FOR TRESPASSING. >> I'M NOT TRESPASSING. AND YOU CAN'T SOLICIT A TRESPASS. >> I'M TELLING YOU, THEY >> HAS TO BE IN WRITTEN. >> They don't want you. >> They can't do nothing. Has to be written. >> Has to come from corporate. >> They don't want you here. >> Has to come from corporate. >> It doesn't They don't have record. >> They can tell me that they don't want you. You understand that? >> Record. >> What is your name? >> I don't get my name. >> You don't get my name. >> I don't have to give my name. What's your name and badge number? >> You touch me, you're in trouble. >> Name and badge number. IS YOUR BODY CAM ON? >> Sure is. >> I'm glad it is. >> Hey, listen. >> Name and badge number. >> We're going to talk like a deescalate. >> We're going to talk like a >> funny how the suspect kept telling the cops to deescalate, but he was yelling so hard that he started gasping for air. Then when an officer actually tried to deescalate, it just fired him up even more and he started shouting even louder and making threats. >> You don't touch me. >> Get your finger out of MY FACE. >> YOU DON'T TOUCH ME. >> I'm telling you right now. >> You touch my phone. That's an insection of telling you right now. >> You ain't telling me nothing. >> Listen to me. >> Ask. >> Can we talk for a minute, please? >> You touch me. >> Hey, >> can we talk like adults, please? >> Tell you what, we'll talk as soon as he gives me his name and badge's number. >> Investigators. >> Bag number five. >> You're an investigator. How long you been in the police force? >> 17 years. >> You're a piece of You're a tyrant, mother. >> That's professional. >> You're a tyrant. >> Can we talk? >> You're a tyrant. >> Can we talk now, please? >> You're a tyrant. >> Can we talk now and get this figured out? >> Name and badge number. >> Yep. After we're done talking. >> Name and badge number first. >> After we are done talking, I will. That's not how it works. >> Yes, it does. >> No, it doesn't. >> It's your policy to identify yourself. >> Listen to me. Okay. >> It's your policy to identify yourself. >> And I'm going in the store. Don't touch me. >> You're not going IN THE STORE. >> YOU CAN'T TOUCH ME. >> YOU'RE NOT GOING IN THE STORE. >> YOU CAN'T TOUCH ME. >> YOU'RE NOT GOING IN THE STORE. YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW ME. >> This is what happens when your inflated ego completely disconnects you from reality. This guy was so full of himself that he completely ignored the officer as he was repeatedly told to not go in the store. What happened next is just what you'd expect. >> Guy, I'm going to tase you in a second. >> HEY, OFFICER, SAFETY. OFFICER, SAFETY. >> I GOT NOTHING. >> I'm going to tase you seconds. You're hurting me. >> You're hurting me. >> Stop resisting. >> You know you're wrong. >> Stop resisting. >> You know you're wrong. >> Stop resisting. >> You know you're wrong, >> guys. >> I did not get TOOK THIS. >> IT'S NOT EVEN IT'S NOT EVEN 10:00 in the morning. What are you doing? >> I did not get this at this. >> You're going TO BREAK MY ARM. >> RELAX. >> BREAK MY ARM, DUDE. >> OH, YOU'RE in trouble, buddy. >> Okay. >> Trust me. >> Watch your glasses. That's true. >> Trust me. Conor, here my piece. >> Guy, relax, >> my >> What is wrong with you? >> You don't touch me like that. >> You do not touch me. >> Can you relax? >> I did not get to concentrate seizures. >> Rescort, brother. >> The suspect, later identified as 53-year-old Tracy LS, kept insisting that he wasn't resisting the officers and that they had no right to trespass him. It's a classic case of a sovereign citizen thinking he knows the law and getting way too confident. But then when the real law shows up in uniform, things end up like this. >> Come on. I got no weapons. >> Come on. >> What am I being arrested for? >> Come on. >> What am I being detained for? >> Let's go. >> Criminal trespass. >> YOU CAN'T GIVE ME CRIMINAL TRESPASS. >> WE JUST DID. >> YOU CAN'T. IT'S ILLEGAL. >> OKAY. >> IT'S ILLEGAL. YOU GOT TO GIVE ME A WARNING FIRST. >> You got >> You never GIVE ME A WARRANT. >> WARNINGS. >> YOU KICKED ME OUT. YOU TOUCHED ME. >> HAVE A SEAT. >> YOU CAN'T TOUCH ME. HAVE A SEAT. >> YOU CAN'T TOUCH ME. >> HAVE A SEAT. >> HOLD ON, TYRANT. >> Have a seat. >> You >> have a seat. >> NAME AND BADGE NUMBER. >> HAVE A SEAT. STOP. >> TURNER. TURNER. [clears throat] GET OVER HERE WITH THAT BALL. >> Get over here. GET OVER HERE. >> JESUS. >> This cup is tight. DO THIS STUFF. PLEASE. DO THIS COP. DUDE, I CAN'T BREATHE. I'M GOING to leave. Window down, please. Window down. Window down, please. Can you relax, please? >> Window down, please. Sir, I'm hyperventilating. Please, >> please, sir. >> Even though the door was wide open, he kept begging the officers to roll the window down. Just goes to show that this whole thing was just a performance. He was probably craving attention. When that didn't work, he then tried to claim police misconduct, probably hoping to use it to his advantage in court. You're a tire. I'm a tire. >> Last of Lincoln Ocean King Sam Tracy Tom Robert Adam Charles Yankee Middle D5 1969. >> You do not have domain over me. >> You don't have domain over you stopped my right ament. >> I was not detained. >> Yes, I did not. >> I was not detained when you stop. >> You weren't detained. >> You're right. You weren't detained. >> You're right. You're 100% right. You weren't detained. Where's your body cancer? >> What are these employees saying? Like what what's these people? What's this dude? >> So apparently these guys here these guys here have been harassing >> the store. They have trespass warrants for >> the hoodie guy and the girl with pink hair. >> Yeah. >> Um so they were out here just trying to just trying to start some. And when I got here, he was out here with his phone. >> Who's this guy? >> The father maybe. Dude, he's uh this guy's like San Francisco. >> Apparently, Tracy wasn't working alone. He was joined by a guy in a hoodie and a female with pink hair. And together, they started harassing the store employees. Since those two already had trespass warnings, clearly, it wasn't the first time they'd caused trouble. Now, they're trespassing Tracy. But being a sovereign citizen, he doesn't think he was. >> She can trespass. >> She can, but she never said anything to me. >> Okay. But investigator Guzzac did. No, he didn't identify himself first until after he pushed me. >> Can you keep it down a little bit, please? Okay. >> I'm so angry right now. >> I understand. All right. But I don't understand. >> If you're going to yell, I'm just going to roll the window up. I don't do yelling. Okay. >> It's It's not even noon. >> On a Wednesday. I don't I don't do yelling. >> Sir, please help me with this handcuff on my left wrist. >> I will. We're going to go back in a minute. >> Okay. Well, handcuffs aren't comfortable. I know this firstand I can turn my just loosen it. >> I loosen the >> not going anywhere. So I can't even move my I can't even move my fist. >> Okay. Well, they'll loosen up when uh when we get back one. >> I did the left one already. >> Sir, it's the left one that's hurting. >> That's the one I loosened. I can't make it any looser. >> When Tracy realized that his theatrics weren't working like he hoped, he then complained about hyperventilating and asked for medical assistance. It was just one more pathetic attempt to control the situation. >> So, I'm thinking uh violation trespass >> for the female and the male. I'm going to charge him with attempted >> corporate corporate >> that investigator just grabbed me there for no reason. I identify >> I'm going to warn you right now. Don't don't talk yourself in handcuff. >> Get out of the way of traffic. >> Okay. Just grab my car, please. >> Just grab my car, guys. >> Don't get mad at me, Aaron. >> I didn't do anything. >> Don't worry about it. >> Wrong with you. Leave those guys alone. >> I'm going back with them. Violations for two of them and that's it. >> Violation of >> trespass. >> Sir, I'm I'm not having this conversation with you anymore. >> Before they could take him to jail, the cops on scene had to do their due diligence and call for paramedics. He was medically evaluated and to no one's surprise, there was nothing wrong with him. >> This guy says he has high blood pressure. He He's not going anywhere. >> Uh hyperventilating cuz he wants to fight with the police, but he's okay. >> Yes. >> What's up, sir? >> What's your name? >> Tracy. >> Tracy. >> You want EMS checked out? >> I'd like to be checked out. I'm rightheaded now. He had the window up. I'm sweating my hand. >> Officer Strime. >> Yep. >> What uh what phone do you want? >> Okay. >> He might still have it. I'll see if uh if he's got it. What car is yours? Prius. >> But you're going to be processed and then you'll probably be released. Instead of just being trespassed and taking it like a man, Tracy acted like an absolute clown, embarrassed himself, and ended up in jail. Tracy was charged with criminal trespass and resisting arrest. On the 12th of June 2024, the cops responded to a call about a man screaming at two people in a black car. >> Hey, what's up, man? >> Back up, bro. >> How's it going? >> Fine. You're building a fence. >> Yeah. You get a little upset building the fence. >> Well, because I thought that he >> Can you turn around and talk to me, please? >> Taking advantage of >> who was taking advantage of who? >> I thought he was getting taken advantage of on the fence when he knew more than what the other people knew. >> And >> are you his coworker? >> No. >> Do you know this guy? >> I mean, I was just in jail with him, but like I don't know what his problem is. >> Are you here together? I mean, I gave him a ride. >> You gave him a ride here. Okay. >> But then he started acting up and then I I told him like, "Hey, you're going to get the cops caught." I mean, he started acting up and I was like, "Hey, >> where do you live?" >> You >> where I live? >> Where do you live? >> I was going to stay here and help him build the fence. >> Help them >> help him build the fence. >> You're going to live here with him? >> I was going to help him build the fence. [music] >> Do you have your ID on you? >> Yeah. >> You don't have any weapons on you, do you? [music] No. >> The fact that these two guys had met in jail was an immediate red flag. Also, when being asked very basic questions, the suspect had been deliberately vague. Eventually, the cop figured out that it was alcohol causing his very strange demeanor and his erratic actions. >> How much have you had to drink today? >> Uh, I don't know. >> What have you had to drink today? >> I don't know. >> You don't know what you're drinking? Honestly, no. >> So, who'd you get into an argument with here? >> Him? >> Yeah. >> And we were obviously trying to help him build a fence >> here. >> Yeah. >> Just Hey, do you live here, man? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Were you planning on having him come like live with you? >> No. >> Where do you live at, dude? >> Or do you have a place you stay yet? Yeah. But you were going to come here. >> I came here because I was helping him build a [snorts] >> build a fence in his house. >> Okay. Why were you getting all upset? >> Because I felt like other people were taking advantage of him. >> People here making him do >> Where are those people at right now? >> Obviously. Where are they? >> That's what I'm asking you because you were here and I wasn't. So I don't know where they would have ran off. >> They took off and I said, "Where are they?" They're bossing you around >> trying to tell you what to do. >> The cops were concerned that if the man remained in the area, the altercation they had earlier might reignite. The most peaceful resolution here would be to take this guy somewhere safe to sober up, hopefully in the company of friends or family. However, this proved to be more difficult than anticipated. >> Hey, do you have a phone on you, man? >> Is there anyone in that phone who you can call to come get you? Okay. What was her name? >> Gloria. >> You have a no contact order with her, I think. >> So, I'm saying that >> just to go in general area. Jos Murray is asking me to go to a recovery meeting with him. My sponsor. >> So, here's the deal, dude. You can't stay here because he don't want you here. And you can't just be wandering around because you're too drunk. So, where can you go and who can take you? >> Can I like go down the road and just >> chill there? >> Can someone pick you up? >> Can you like call someone in your phone? >> Probably pick me up. >> That'd be perfect. Why don't you call him up? >> Where's he at? >> At the meeting. >> Fell off the wagon there a little bit. >> How'd he get over? >> He gave him a ride. Yeah, I wrote it with them. So, >> hey, would you be willing to give him a ride somewhere even though you brought him here? >> The suspect was a member of AA or Alcoholics Anonymous. As part of his program, he was given a mentor, also known as a sponsor. The man's decision to inform his sponsor about the relapse was a very promising sign, as clearly he wanted to be held accountable. before calling the sponsor. The officer then talked to the driver and he soon learned how reluctant he was to give the suspect a ride. >> So, you can't like put him in the back of your truck and take him anywhere? >> Okay. What What has he had to drink today? >> I don't know. >> Was he So, he was drunk when you picked him up? >> Yeah. >> And acting this way. And you still gave him right over here? >> Like I said, I was going to give a ride, but not over here. I just stopped to give to duck off some food to my kids. >> Okay. You know, then he got off the truck, he started acting up like, "Hey, stop. I don't even remember. I don't even >> So, were you ever going to have him help you build a fence?" >> Hey, uh, police are here trying to say that, uh, I have nowhere to go. >> One of the worst things about addiction is that it can rupture relationships with family members and friends. And it looked like this man had no one to turn to. The cop was also concerned that the man's contact might not really be his sponsor. So, the cop then talked to the contact on the phone. >> Police won't talk to you right now. >> Me, the one you've been talking to. >> Hey, this is Officer Sha De Mo PD. How you doing? >> Good. Officer, >> this is Officer Schaer with the De Mo Police Department. How are you? >> Officer Schaer, I'm doing good. Officer Schaer. >> Hey, I'm here with your buddy Zach. Or are you a sponsor? No. >> Oh, [music] okay. He So, he has ended up here on the east side and he is drunk and needs a place to go and uh he said that you might be able to help him out and give him a ride somewhere. Is that something you can do for us? >> He's not. >> Okay, sounds good. I just figured we'd ask. Thank you. >> Okay. >> All right. He don't want to give you a ride either. >> No. >> Do you have anyone else? >> He doesn't. >> Or any family? >> That's awesome. The only other option here was to take him to the station. He'd be safe there and out of harm's way. As time wore on, this guy grew more and more frustrated. And he eventually lashed out after being triggered by one of the officers who made a somewhat harsh but accurate comment. >> Hey, how much have you had to drink today? >> I don't know. I've seen a lot. >> What? >> A lot. >> You say a lot? I think you got a lot to drink. What have you had? >> Well, here in about another couple hours a lot, too. >> Oh, really? >> Want to get off? Yeah. >> How's it going to make you feel? >> Better. >> Really? >> Yeah. >> I'm just asking you a simple question, man. >> So, what do you think that's going to make you feel in the few hours when I get out? >> What do you think that's going to make you feel? >> No. No. No. Seriously, all you guys, what do you think that's going to make you feel after I do years in prison and I get out >> and I lose my wife and I lose my kids and I lose everything. What do you think that's going to make? Here's the deal, man. Look at your trying to prevent that because right now you could go to jail for public >> in talks. No, that's fine. I will lose that, right? What do you think that's going to prove? Right. When I'm a confirmed gang member and I've done years in prison and I see your names on my What do you think's going to happen when I [ __ ] get out? >> Can we help you out? >> I am going to do time. What do you think's going to happen when I get out? >> I will. >> Stop. Turn around. >> I will. >> Put him on the ground. >> He continued aggravating the officers from inside the vehicle. When processing the man, the threats he'd made would be taken very seriously as he had a varied history of violence, including an arson charge in 2023. We're going to find you and you're going to die. >> I got family and they're going to search you out. No red team. >> I guess not. >> Every one of you, right? Sounds like harassment at first to me. >> Huh? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. But before you open the door, he's like >> pretty agitated. >> He's threatening. >> He's now threatening. So >> they arrested the man for public intoxication and for interference in official acts. On April 22nd, 2023, law enforcement officers were called out to a hotel. Apparently, there was a woman there who was refusing to leave the property after being asked multiple times after being disruptive. >> Hi, Amanda. >> I'm not Amanda. >> No. >> No. >> Okay. What's your name? >> I have to tell you my name. I'm not a problem. What are you >> 33513? >> Business has requested that we remove you from the property. So, yeah, you are a problem. At this point, you're required to give me identification. So, it's >> No, I don't and I don't know what your problem is. Ma'am, there's no reason to come off like that. All right. You're being trespassed from the property. >> I'm not trespassing. I'm staying in a room. >> You're not. You've been kicked out of the room. >> Awesome. Okay. >> You know, this is all recorded. >> Yeah. We're audio. >> Two cameras on my way. >> Yeah. Good. >> The property problem. >> The property once you trespass. Okay. They want >> I'm not trespassing. I'm allowed to stay here. >> If you would let me talk, okay, >> don't talk to me like that. >> You have been kicked out of the room. >> What is your name and your badge number? And what is your name and your badge number? >> Sierra0616. >> Awesome. >> There you go. >> Thank you. Why am I getting kicked off of doing nothing wrong? >> Because the property wants you off of their >> Who's the property? >> Where's the property? >> He was already trying to talk to you. >> Who is he in the property? >> So, listen, ma'am. This is what's going on. >> Call the sheriff right now in your No. No. No. >> So, this will happen. I'm going to either remove my own property or you're going to >> you're going to remove me and you're going to assault >> because right now no right now you're violating floor six statute. You are not doing anything wrong. >> This woman definitely woke up on the wrong side of the bed that morning. While the cops had approached her with kindness, she was being incredibly aggressive. They were trying to treat her with respect, but as she got increasingly unhinged, it was rather difficult to do. >> All right, listen to me. I'm going to make this very clear. All right, >> I'm going to make it very clear. Call people who are your authority and I have no problem doing that. I am a woman. I'm a national and I don't have time for your I am doing. >> I am a woman as well. >> Okay then. What is your name and your badge number? Cuz it's all recorded too. Honey. >> Deputy Foster 0456. >> What is your problem? Why are you here? >> I've explained to you that they do not. >> No, you haven't. I don't understand what the your problem is. >> I don't have a problem. >> Then why are you here? >> Because the problem >> this is recorded. No, honey. No. Why are you here? >> Because the goddamn property recorded your >> Thank you. I'm live on national. No, I will totally cooperate. Let's do this. >> Okay. The property manager wants you off of the property. >> Okay. I don't have a problem with that. Where's the property manager? Who are you and you? >> You don't much to drink tonight. You think >> I don't need anything to drink and I am not putting it in plain English and very black and white for you. Okay. If >> you do not leave, you will be subject to arrest. You will go to jail. >> You're too intoxicated to remember anything. >> Honey, this is all recorded. What is your name in your number right now? >> Call your sheriff and your boss. I want to speak to your boss. >> You understand that you're not reporting anything. You're holding a bad >> understand that I'm not playing your game. >> This drunken back and forth with the officers went on for quite some time. When the woman sobered up and realized that her purse didn't record anything, she must have been thoroughly disappointed. After the female officer called for a supervisor, a man came up to the officers with a little more information about the woman. And from that point, things only escalated. >> Intoxication and refuses to leave a drug. >> Can we please just >> Is that what we're going to do today? >> Hey, >> she was with me. >> Okay. >> I wanted her out of my room. >> Correct. Yep. She's being trespassed from the property. She's going to go to jail. What's going to happen? >> Her mom's threatening >> what the you're doing and you two and you're being woman. I'm sorry, but you're being this mother over here >> with it. >> No, I've already got you recorded too, honey. >> Ma'am, >> did you take a oath? >> No. You did you take an oath? What is your name, mister? >> You're going to go to jail in a minute. >> What's your name? >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> I DON'T STEP AROUND. >> PUT your hands behind your back. >> I didn't do nothing. Oh, okay. >> Stand up. >> What did I do? I asked your name. >> Stand up. >> I asked your name and your badge number. >> Okay. >> You're going to arrest me. >> All right. >> You're off the property. >> Off the property. and I can go to jail. >> Based on the woman's lack of teeth, it's safe to assume that drugs were involved, prompting this woman's hallucinations and her tantrums. The man who approached the officers looked a little shaken up. And you've got to wonder what happened to make the man kick her out. >> Committed crime. >> Yep. You're committing a crime right now as we speak. >> What am I committing a crime? >> No, I'm not. [screaming] >> Oh, thank God I'm recording your >> Yep. We have body cameras and incar cameras. But I'm glad you do cuz you are going to be without a job tomorrow. >> That's funny. >> I cannot wait. Carl from Virginia. >> Yep. >> What crime did I commit? >> You're now right now you're committing disorderly intoxication and not a property request. Yes, you are. >> Thank you for recording what you're doing. >> You're very welcome. >> I cannot wait to take your >> Thank you. Stop moving. >> Stop moving. Don't talk to me. >> You are going to not have a job. >> Oh yeah, I'm calm. I didn't do anything. And my daughter recorded everything from Michigan and what you're doing right now. >> That's fine. It's all audio and visually RECORDED AS WELL. >> GOOD. I HOPE IT IS. CARL Lince and Dan Toby. Yep. Let's go to court. Let's go to jail. Stick your finger on one time. I wish you would. As the officers went on trying to finish searching the woman, she was making it harder and harder for them to do their jobs. She seemed to have one complaint after another and was very loud while voicing them. When the female officer tried to maintain her boundaries, this belligerent woman just grew more aggressive. >> What's your name and your badge number? >> She's giving it to you now multiple times. You can't remember because you're >> my name and badge number cuz you ain't going to HAVE A YELLING AT ME. >> I'M COMING LAW NATIONAL. >> THAT'S FINE. YOU HAD NO JURISDICTION over me. >> All right, that's cool. Open your hand. >> No, you're going to jail. So, >> I don't give a I'm going to owe you and I'm going to have a lot of money. Let's do this. I cannot wait. Let's go to jail. >> Let's go to jail. >> WHERE THE IS YOUR BODY? >> I'M GOING TO ROLL UP YOUR WINDOW CUZ you're very annoying. >> OH, AM I GOING to >> All right, hold on. Let me just roll this up. Just keep screaming. >> You are going to owe me your job. The next step before being taken to the jail house was to secure the woman in a seat belt. Given her prior unhinged behavior, it was a pretty safe bet she'd try to spit on one of them or otherwise harm the officers for doing so. So, just in case, on standby, they had a spit guard and the hobbles. >> Hello. >> Are you going to start behaving? >> I didn't misbehave. >> Uh-uh. Stand back in the car. >> Don't talk to me like that. >> Wait, what side? >> What do you want to do? You're >> all right. All buckled in. All good. >> Is it locked? >> Yeah. >> Why am I arrested or did you >> right now? You're being arrested for disorderly conduct and refusing to leave the business after trespassing. >> I am so glad. >> Is it locked? You didn't pull it. >> Let's go. >> What's your name and badge number? You taking off the bish? >> I'm Sergeant. >> Oh, yeah. >> It's my boss. You know, like I just wanted to eat in the for >> It's in the It's in my seat. >> So, your teeth >> are in that glove. >> You don't want them. >> While the cops were discussing what paperwork they needed from the establishment and going over the next steps of the arrest, the man from earlier who kicked the suspect out of his room came back. Once again, his demeanor implied that he didn't mean for the woman to get arrested, but the cops had to go by what the management wanted. >> So, she wasn't trespassing. She was with me. >> Okay. They're speaking out. I know. I know. >> But you removed her from the room and then the business requested her to leave. >> I I asked her to leave the room. I had security come get her. I gave her money to get a hotel that ride back. >> She's overly drunk, but she wasn't. >> She's going to jail for trust going to jail. >> We advised her that she had to leave. >> The hotel called her called us and told us they wanted her off property. >> He told her to leave. >> She didn't leave. She goes to jail. >> Okay. What is she What is there anything I have to do to bail her out car to get her back to her aunt's house? Tomorrow you can call the jail after 9:00 a.m. probably around 10:00 a.m. and they should have a bond for you. >> Okay. >> I appreciate it. Yep. I'm sorry I had to go for this. >> No, it is what it is. >> Hi ma'am. I'm Sergeant Hill with Monro County Sheriff's Office. I'm the supervisor. >> I'm not going to jail >> because you are disorderly conduct as you leave recorded and I am a sovereign national. I have a right to be here. This mother just pay for me to >> That's awesome. Now I want you to listen to what I have to say. I'm going to take care. >> I want you to listen to what I say. That's fine. You can try. >> I will. >> Listen, here's what I'm going to ask you. >> You are lawfully under arrest at this time. >> Not what law at this time. >> At this time, >> the belligerent woman was charged with trespassing, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest without violence. On October 3rd, 2024, in Orland Park, Illinois, Sergeant Ken was escorting a funeral procession. He noticed a gray SUV traveling on the median, but then the car cut in front of the hearse, prompting the sergeant to conduct a traffic stop. >> I need your driver's license and insurance now. >> Giving you my driver's license. >> I need your effect of a payment. I don't have no necessity to give you my commercial property without any reason. >> Driver's license and insurance data. >> Driver's license and insurance. Hey man, how you doing? >> I'm doing fine. >> Okay. >> Uh, I'm here to help. I stopped or he attempted to stop me while I was in the midst of going my way. >> After you cut through a funeral home and drove a funeral procession and drove down the median. Yes. So, I need your driver's license and insurance. >> Why? >> You just told. >> I just told you. >> Yeah. >> Is that a violation? >> Yes, it it is a violation. >> Of what? Right? Of what? >> Driver's license. Listen, I'm not playing your game for too much longer. Okay? I'm not trying to play. >> You are driver's license and insurance. >> I'm not looking to play a game with you. I would like to know what is do you have a bonafide claim? >> Driver's license and insurance or >> I have no problem. Are you hearing me not refuse to give him my license? >> I have no refuse, but it is going to take a payment. >> Just when you think you've heard all the nonsense, another sovereign citizen pops up and surprises you. This suspect actually doesn't mind giving the officers his documents as long as they pay him first. And for a very brief moment, the officer pretended to indulge the man's lunacy. Am I not entitled at the station? Am I not entitled to an effective amount of payment for self-determination? >> I can determine the value of my own. >> I can determine the value of my own private property. >> Okay, perfect. Now, >> it's not my right to pick who is my authority. You are not authority to me. I'm just here to help. >> Okay. Driver's license and insurance. >> I would love to give it to you. You have $10,000 effective. >> I do. It's in It's at the station. Let's go. Driver's license and insurance. Go ahead and do We're not going anywhere. We're not going anywhere. You're not going anywhere. The only place you're going is in the back of his car. If you don't give me your driver's license and insurance right now, >> I conditionally accept. Do you have a bonus? >> Step out of the car. >> Do you have step out of the car? >> Step out of the car. You're failing to provide identification. >> Oh, let's get another car here, please. >> The second cop realized that this situation could escalate in a second and therefore he took all necessary precautions. In the meantime, the sergeant kept trying to reason with the man, but it was more than obvious that the conversation was going nowhere. >> You need to give me your driver's license and insurance. >> Why is it that I would give you my private property for nothing in exchange? Are you coming between me and my God? Are you not allowing me to serve God as authority? >> I need your driver's license and insurance. >> Is it that you are insisting that you are authority to me? >> Driver's license. compelling me to believe that government was formed so that government could control people or the people do have the right to control government. >> I must uphold my duty to uphold my rights. If it is that I violate those, then I may subject myself to your authority or jurisdiction. If it is true that you violate me in any way, shape or form, then you all will be held in the judicial system will uphold the justice inside of the meritocracy. >> Are you going to give me your driver's license or not? Do you have payment effective immediately? >> I'm not belligerent. I'm not combative. Imply authority. Are you insisting that I must abandon my belief? >> Must I proceed without faith in Christ and faith in the goodness and faith in myself? I must be competent. >> This guy might sound like he knows what he's talking about, but it's all just a word salad and a tasteless one at that. It was nothing but a bunch of legal sounding words mixed together in some sort of coherent way. Unfortunately, there was no meaning to it whatsoever. The cop was getting tired of it, but nothing he said made any difference. >> Okay. >> I don't care about anything you have to say. >> That you all are going to beat me or something or that's what you all intend. >> We don't want to do any of that. All of that is just going to be penalized. We would like you to comply with the rules of the road. Where you're stopped for an offense, you produce your license. >> I am not failing to produce my license. You all are failing to produce your payment. You're either going to need a payment or a bonafide claim. Brother, you don't seem to be all that friendly. >> Okay. You can't >> I'm very friendly because you haven't been ripped out of your vehicle yet. >> I'm looking to work with you all. >> We're just dealing with a driver violation and you're escalating it to something other than that right now. >> And there might be reasons you're escalating that. We don't know. But if it is true that you all are going to get ready to bust windows. Oh, you just hit the car. All of these are going to be penalties and liabilities that you >> can take up what you want. We're just asking you to comply. >> That you all are now about to beat on me or anyway. >> At the moment, we're asking you to comply and produce your driver's license. >> I'll give it one more shot. Last chance. Okay. We've been here long enough. I told you. >> Are you the highest authority here? When backup arrived, the suspect stated that he talked to the officer with the glasses and asked everyone else to back up. They indulged him, still hoping that they could resolve this thing in a civilized fashion. >> How are you? >> Good. How you doing? >> I'm doing good. >> Good. How may I help? >> Uh, well, this officer pulled you over, so he needs >> May I stop you there? >> He did not pull you over. I voluntarily stopped after he waved at you in the >> Okay. >> I have How may I help you? So, I'm a civil guy. My brother may need some help or he may be looking to tell me, "Hey, look for food." So, I'm stopping to see what it is that I may help him with. >> Okay, >> that's the first part. >> Please [clears throat] continue, brother. >> So, he's stopping you for a traffic violation. Therefore, you are required to produce ID as a driver on the roadway. >> Absolutely. I could understand that from that point of view. Now, can you understand my point of view? Because I study law and understand this. Okay. >> But the law also states, as you know, because you said you studied it, you have to produce your license to an officer when it is requested for no payment. >> Now, let me go ahead and let you know that that is not law. That is indeed policy. >> Nobody can say the officers didn't at least give it a shot. Over and over again, they tried to reason with the suspect. All they asked for was his driver's license and registration so they could give the guy a ticket for reckless driving. However, the suspect here had no intention of backing down from his delusions. >> What's going to happen, sir, is if you do not provide your ID and step out, we will force entry to this vehicle. >> I conditionally accept upon presentation of a bonfire claim. Would you like to pay for it? >> No, I would not. >> No. So it is that you are saying that you are going to take it. You are stealing from me or are you saying that you are coming after what you are owed? >> No, we are we are >> we are using it for identification. No one's taking it. No one's stealing it. No one's borrowing it. >> Utilize my property for identification without me affirming my property as identification. I'm not looking to identify. >> It was obvious the men were at a standstill. But just to be sure, the officer repeated his warning. If the man failed to comply, the officer was going to gain entry to his vehicle. When the man continued arguing, the officer informed him that he was under arrest for obstruction. What happened next was unfortunate but completely justified. >> Clear to go. >> Don't reach for anything. He's good. All right. >> You want to take your seatelt out for us? >> I conditionally accept being arrested upon presentation of bonafide claims. You are not going to step in. >> Come on. Just step out. Come on. You're resisting. >> Wow. Good job. >> Get the legs. >> Got his arm. Get the legs. >> Are you all right? >> Yep. I'm good. >> Let's get the cuff on him. Just got the other cup. >> This is fun. >> For someone claiming to be a law student, and a calm one at that, this guy was acting incredibly foolish and completely unhinged. You might think he was just an entitled sovereign citizen, but by the time this wound up, the cops are going to find out the real reason why he acted the way he did. >> Pull that arm out. >> Hey, you guys. >> Just to let you know, >> you are now lawfully ordered to owe me $10 million. Hey, judge, please rock with me on this one. >> All right, just put your arm out. >> You're hurting me. >> We got both arms pulling off Tyler here. What? >> I got his legs and locked up. Watch his feet. >> You got a gun? >> Yeah. Don't. You know what? I got >> You guys are good. >> I think you guys should check on me, man. >> Um, some zip >> ties. >> It took a total of six cops to finally get the suspect under control. Once they handcuffed him and put him in the back of a squad car, that's when the real surprises started. The cops already suspected drug use. And as soon as they opened that car door, there was no longer any doubt. >> Tyler, do you smell canvas in there? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> That's what uh >> fresh canvas. That's what I was smelling through the window right away. >> So, you had one of those that were like, I'm not going to roll down the window. >> I wasn't even here for any of it. >> Oh, really? >> I'm just telling it. Inventory in it. I'll just get out that way just in case might be the person. >> The suspect was identified as Antonio. He was charged with felony possession of cannons, 100 to 500 grams, possession of a controlled substance, psilocybin mushrooms, and resisting obstructing an officer. And just think, he might have gotten away with just reckless driving. On the 9th of March 2025, police in Florida were on the lookout for a female suspect after dispatch got a call that a woman had assaulted two employees at a bar called Jack Flax. By the time the officers caught up with her, she was already having drinks at a different bar down the street. >> Whatever. >> Grab your belongings. >> Excuse me. >> Grab your belongings. We're going to have a conversation. >> Oh my god. Are you kidding me? No. Walk outside, please. 1012 out here. >> You hear some jackpots? >> Yes. >> Babin, >> um, we got in an argument over nothing really. >> Okay. And were you there, too? >> No. >> All right. Go inside then. >> And >> that's all I have to say to you. >> I have ID real quick. >> Yeah. So, the two ladies that work here were down there on the street, >> did you see them at all? >> Oh, there's somebody else. >> Okay. Well, they those two work here. Okay. >> Were standing right here when she came and confronted >> the lady came off the bar and confronted both of them right there. >> She was drinking here with her >> and then they got up and they right here. The whole were like grass. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> The owner of Jack's Flax said that the suspect attacked and scratched two of his staff members after they asked her to leave because she was drunk and being belligerent. And based on how she tried to identify herself, there was no doubt whatsoever that she'd had one too many drinks. >> There you go. >> That's a medical card ID. >> Sorry. Sorry. >> I'm sorry. >> Sorry. I didn't kiss your That's what he said. That's what I That's what he said. I've lived here for 20 years. What do you want from me? What do you want? I didn't do anything to you. >> Okay. You You didn't do anything to me. I'm investigating a crime. >> You came here to to be in my grill. >> No, I came here for you. What? What happened to Jack? >> Here. Here you go. Put it down for me. >> You want to be put down for me? >> Oh, you're being detained right now. >> Yeah. Here we go. You good? You good? >> Good. Bend over. >> What's going to happen next is Officer Stan's going to come. We get the information. >> For what? For what? >> Apparently a battery that happened at >> Oh, I had a battery over there. >> Yes, ma'am. >> I touched somebody. >> Apparently, >> for who? I didn't touch somebody. >> Are you kidding me? I touched a bartender over there. >> What? I'm being told. >> I swear to God, my dog's life. I didn't touch Okay. Well, we're trying to investigate, but you're not being very cooperative, are you? >> The suspect claims she didn't do anything to anyone. According to her, the entire thing was just a big misunderstanding. Unfortunately for her, the two women she assaulted didn't see it that way. And while the officer waited for his partner to show up, the suspect got increasingly belligerent. >> Okay. So, now what? Now what? >> You're going to stand here and we're going to wait. Oh, >> for what? I have clearly I'm on a bite. >> For your sandwich. >> Okay. What the are you waiting for? >> What's wrong with you? >> Nothing's wrong. >> Do you live in Key West? >> No. >> How long have you lived here? >> 20 years. >> For what? So, you're going to get and arrest me for nothing? >> No. Right now, you're detained for the alleged battery. >> For battery on who? >> On the bartender class. >> I had B I did battery on the >> I'm being told. So, we're going to verify everything. >> Oh my god. I Do you believe that though? >> I Yes. Yes. >> You do? You're erratic right now. Alcohol and you are not good together. >> I I I am erratic on alcohol. You're right. >> I clearly see that. >> Okay. >> So So yeah, I do believe it. >> But I never touch >> I believe you're a bad person. Probably not. But I think that when you drink, you probably make bad decisions. >> Do you? >> No, I don't drink. >> Inside the bar, the officer's partner was getting witness statements and statements from the employee she'd attacked. The suspect could deny any wrongdoing all she wanted, but there were a slew of witnesses, not to mention surveillance cameras that would disprove her false claims. >> Are you good now? Does this make you feel strong? >> No. Now >> he feels like a big guy. >> Feel good. Feel good. >> I feel embarrassed for you, actually. >> I don't really care what you say. >> Don't ask question. >> You're embarrassing to me. >> Okay. Well, personally, >> you're my You're supposed to be sticking up for me in my town. >> It's not your town, man. It's everybody's time. >> You're supposed to be sticking up for us. >> I am sticking up for the person you battered. >> Oh, I know. Did Did I hurt them? >> Doesn't matter whether you hurt someone or not. >> Oh, poor baby. >> Was it your nephew? >> No. >> Who was it? >> Officer Stevens is talking to them. >> Officer Stevens. >> Officer Stevens. >> Steven? Yes. >> Officer Stevens? >> Why are you being so mean to me? >> I've been mean to you at all. I'm being very >> I didn't even do anything. >> I've not been mean to you at all. You've been very mean to me, how have I? >> I have. >> I've been mean to you. >> What do they do to you? >> You have not listened to what's been said to you. >> What do they say to you? >> Very hurtful things, >> dude. I'm drunk. >> Clearly, but that doesn't give you a right to not be nice. >> It's how people >> I'm sure he's drunk and he's nice. >> It's how people act when they're drunk. >> Oh, fair. >> No, that's not how people act when they're drunk. >> You've never been drunk in your life? >> Yes, I have. But I I'm a happy drunk because I enjoy life. Amy, you know I don't have problem. >> I'm not a happy drunk >> clearly. So maybe you should quit drinking because you wouldn't get handcuffs. >> Officer Steven showed up and said that the owner of Jack Flax wanted to press charges. As a result, Julie, the suspect, was officially placed under arrest and put in the back of a squad car. And once the reality of her predicament set in, her attitude changed dramatically. >> [laughter] [laughter] >> There you are. Thank you, sir. >> Hello. Hello. >> You okay? >> Oh, yeah. My feelings are a little hurt for her, but uh she bered me in some nasty mean things, but a >> Yeah. unfortunate guys over Jack's going to press charges and uh she'll be heading to jail. >> Unfort that's so unfortunate. >> She missed the fun cuz she was delightful. >> Oh, I bet. >> See y'all later. >> All right, Julie. >> What? What? >> We're going to be cool together, right? >> We're going to be respectful with each other, right? If you treat me with respect, I treat you with respect. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. You're not going to kill me, right? >> What? >> You're not going to kill me. >> I'm going to [laughter] >> I promise I won't I promise don't hurt me. Please. >> What's that? >> Don't hurt me. Please. Please don't hurt me. >> I promise you, Julie. [laughter] >> Please. I promise I won't do anything bad. I promise. [laughter] I promise. I promise. I promise. Julie, calm down. >> I'm so scary now. Please, I'm begging you. Don't hurt me. >> While her temperament had changed drastically, Julie claimed she had no recollection of the assault. But whether the booze impaired her memory or she was just faking ignorance as a defense strategy is up to you to decide. >> Can my husband come get me, please? >> Oh, yeah. >> Please, cuz I didn't touch anyone. Honest to God, like I swear all my life I I didn't touch anyone. I really didn't. >> Okay. >> Can I tell you something? >> Of course. >> I've never I was never mean to them. I I swear all my life I I wasn't mean to them. >> I really wasn't. I I DON'T I wasn't mean to them. [snorts] >> You know what a piece of I am. You're not a piece of say that. >> Well, I I must have killed someone. >> Why? >> I don't even know what he did to tell you the God's honest truth. I I didn't I'm a nice person. I feel it right now. I just want to go home, get in my bed, go to sleep, and you know, can we call Alex? >> What you got in there? >> His name's Alex. He works at Kia. He's a manager and he's gonna come get me. Is that okay? I'm not I'm not trying to be mean or anything, but I'm scared. I'm scared. >> I understand you're scared. >> I'm very scared. I'll be I'm very scared. Can you help me? >> Julie was charged with battery and disorderly conduct. [screaming] >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car now. Get out of the car. Let's start our journey in Edgewater, Florida, where an officer pulled over a woman for having an obscured license plate and a child in the back seat with no seat belt. Right off the bat, the woman claimed she was a quote foreign state national. Can you roll this back window down for me? Hello. Hi. Can you roll this window down for me? Hi, my name is Officer Fager with the Edgewater, please. The reason I stopped you, he's not in his uh seat belt and your tag is obscured. The top of it, you can't see what it is and it doesn't come back to anything. >> My camera is blocking the top. >> Yeah. Do you have your driver's license with you? >> Do you have an actual driver's license? >> Oh, that is my ID. I'm an American national. >> Okay, that's not a thing. >> Yeah. >> Um, do you have a registration and valid proof of insurance? I'm not engaging in the commercial use of the highways or byways, nor am I operating in a for higher capacity. I'm a foreign national exempt from foreign law under amendment 11 of both the Constitution and the Constitution of the United States, and I claim all my exemptions. >> The sovereign citizen movement is a broad term for a loose group of anti-government activists and conspiracy theorists. While the suspect claims she's not a sovereign citizen, but a foreign state national, her rhetoric and excuses are exactly the same. And it looks like this officer's seen it all before. >> Okay. So, do you have any other documentation from the United States government saying that you're exempt from these or that you're a uh >> I don't have my paperwork in the car with me, but I do have it. Okay. >> And that's my form of ID and those are my private plates on the car. >> Okay. This is a passport. Okay. So, I'm aware of your group that you're with. This doesn't grant you any rights to drive. [music] >> I will. Do you have a driver's license in any state in the United States? >> No. >> No. Okay. Do you have any other documentation? Nothing from the United States government saying you're you're you're you have diplomatic immunity. >> My paperwork is on my house. >> Okay. Are you aware that in the United States when you're a diplomat inside the Are you claiming to be a diplomat? Is that what you're saying? >> No. I'm said I'm a foreign state national. >> Right. So >> that's what I want. She had no driver's license, no registration, and a kid sitting in the back seat with no seat belt. Those things alone are reason enough for the officer to give her a ticket and have the car towed. However, what really caught his attention were those fake plates, and he was interested in where she got them. >> And where did you obtain that tag? >> From a foreign state national guy in Alabama who makes the plates. >> Okay. >> Mhm. So, you're aware that in the United States and in the the the state of Florida, you're required to have specific tags that actually go to the vehicle and is registered? Are you aware that? >> My private automobile. >> Okay. >> You've been filled with some false information. So, in the state of Florida, you're required to have a driver's license. >> I'm not sure many people are aware. >> We are. I I have I have I have read a lot about the foreign state nationals. >> I don't know. I feel like they give a um people a bad rap because I've got I've been in situations before where I try to explain to them and they keep calling me sovereign citizen and like >> well that's what it is. >> No, it's not. It is. It's not. And when you look it up on the internet, it'll tell you, right? But it'll it'll explain it as >> essentially essentially it's a sovereign it is a sovereign citizen entity. Keep in mind that the woman could have easily ended all this by just accepting a few citations and paying to have her car towed, but that would have been way too easy. And if you've been watching the hidden files, you already know that sovereign citizens just love to make simple things difficult. >> Do you have keys to the vehicle? >> Can you hand me the keys? >> No, I cannot. >> Step out of the car for me. Get out of the car. Unlock it. >> Can you unlock it? Your >> children? No. >> As if on Q, the kids started screaming and crying in the car. The mother didn't even try to calm them down. It's like she didn't care at all if they got emotionally traumatized. She calmly proceeds to call someone who she thinks might help her, but then she unintentionally unlocks the door and all hell breaks loose. Your call has been forwarded to voicemail. >> Step out the car. >> Step out of the car. [screaming] >> Get away from the car. Step out of the car. Step out of the car. >> Step out of the car. Stop. [laughter] Get away FROM ME. [screaming] >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. GET OUT OF THE CAR. Get out of the car now. >> [screaming] >> Get out of the car. >> Get out OF [screaming] >> Please help me. >> Your mom's fine. Okay, >> go back. Go back in the car. >> Go back in the car. [screaming] >> Despite what the officer told them, the kids got out of the car and understandably, they came to their mom's rescue. The sad thing was that they were the ones trying to calm her down when it should be the other way around. When parents behave erratically, it's usually the kids who suffer. >> IT'S ALREADY BAD ENOUGH. [screaming] I DON'T NEED HER, TOO. >> SHE'S THE ONLY PERSON I HAVE. PLEASE >> step back over here. [screaming] >> Go back to the car, please. Your mom's going to be okay. >> Your mom's going to be okay. >> Just don't. >> We're not going to hurt you. Your mom's going to be okay. >> She's the only person I have. Okay, >> THESE ARE MY CHILDREN. >> GO BACK. Go back. >> Come here. Get these kids away from me. >> They forced me on MY CAR. THEY DRAGGED me on the floor like an animal. >> I can't believe you're doing this. >> Nothing wrong. >> Come here, bud. Come here. >> Come on. >> One kid actually slapped the officer's hand, so it didn't look like the kids were taught to respect authority. The cops secured all the children, searched the mother, and then secured her in the squad car. That's when they allowed her to call a friend to come and pick up the kids. But before that could happen, she had something else to say. >> Okay, I understand you're doing your job and all that, but I did nothing wrong. And now you're forcibly pushing me into >> the car. You're under arrest. >> Why? >> Cuz you kicked me. Battery on a law enforcement officer. You did. It's on camera. You did kick me. You did kick me. >> No, I didn't. >> You were pushing me, pulling me out of my car. >> Come right here. >> Yep. She wants to play games like this. I'm not playing any games. >> Do you have someone we can call that can pick the kids up? [laughter] >> I'm trying to call. >> Okay. Well, I have your phone. Do you want me to try to call him for you? >> I'm not going to give you your phone now. What's your PIN? Or you don't have to give me it, but I'm trying to make a phone call. >> Put my pin in. >> Sure. >> I don't know. Baker 1446. >> No, THEY ARRESTED ME AND THEY HAVE THE KIDS. I did nothing. >> Move your foot. AND HE DRAGGED ME OUT OF MY CAR. They dragged me out of the car. [laughter] >> She eventually called her friend to come and pick up the kids. But if you thought this woman's choices were bad, when her friend rolled up, her car had the same fake license plates. >> Hello. >> Hello. Are you Maya? >> Yes, I am. >> Do you have a driver's license? >> I do. >> Can I Can we see it so we can make sure? Oh, >> you realize in the state of Florida, your vehicle has to be registered, right? >> It is registered. >> It's been documented time after time after time that this somebody tries to do this and it's proven that it's false. It's not true. >> You're going to be able to take her kids. >> Um, you're going to receive a citation for unregistered motor vehicle. Um, your vehicle is going to get towed by Edgewater Towing and you'll be able to walk home with the kids. >> Did you hear that? They want to tow my car. >> They they can tow it. It's not >> and he can hear you. You're on the speaker if you want to say something. >> It's a vehicle that has four wheels and it's powered by a motor. It is a motor vehicle, sir. >> The sovereign citizen on the phone did his best to talk the officer into letting her go. But this cop wasn't buying it. And the way he responded to these delusional people is just golden. >> Okay, but it shouldn't be towed. But I mean, we're not causing a problem, but it should not be towed. >> Well, it's it's not registered. the Florida registration on it was cancelled. So therefore, it's no longer registered. >> Right. And she doesn't actually need a registration. Uh it is a private property. It's private automobile. It's a >> trust. It is in a trust. >> So you keep that in mind. >> If you do if you do I mean >> it's going to cost you guys a lot. But if you do to there are going to be issues. It's it's in a trust. It's private property. It is not to be towed. If you run her passport, it'll show you that you're not supposed to even question or detain her for any reason. >> So, we're not questioning or detaining her. She actually showed up at the traffic stop at the request of the other female to pick up her kids. It was discovered when she got her here that her vehicle was unregistered. >> Again, it does not have to be registered. So, please reconsider towing it because uh it that's in violation. >> I got you. >> Okay. I've reconsidered it and it's still going to get towed. Okay. After that brilliant comeback, this situation unfolded just like the officer said. Both cars got towed. Her friend left with the kids on foot and they arrested the suspect. She was later charged with battery on an officer, resisting with violence, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. On October 28th, 2024, police conducted a traffic stop on a GMC Sierra. It was displaying an invalid license plate that said exempt, which is a common tag used by sovereign citizens. >> Republic of the State of the Union. All rights are served up. >> Hi. >> How you doing? >> Hey, Deputy Burn Lake County Sheriff. That reason we stopped you is you don't have a proper registration on your vehicle. because I don't operate on the comments, sir. >> But the code photo opt out a little bit. I'm having a hard time hearing you. >> It's operate under commerce. That is that's the only reason why you register the vehicle, sir. >> No, you the state the state of Florida says you have to have your vehicle registered to drive. >> Do you have your driver's license? >> Then that would be a privilege, sir. I'm I'm not driving. I'm traveling. >> Wait, do you have a driver's license? >> I I'm I'm sorry, sir. I don't think >> I don't know why. Why do I need to provide you with my driver's license? >> Because you're operating on a Florida Florida [music] road. >> So, what did I do illegally? >> You have the Florida law says you have to have your vehicle registered and you have to be operating under a valid driver's license. >> I committed a crime. Did you commit a crime? >> Yes. By not having your vehicle registered. There's something here that makes very little sense. This guy would have paid more than $40,000 for this truck, but he's arguing with the cops about his registration, which is only a fraction of the price. He'll probably regret his decision later when he's unable to get his truck out of the lot without a driver's license. >> You want first? >> No, I need to know if you have a driver's license. >> All right. >> It's It's my right to It's my right to know, >> right? And I'm I'm explaining to you why we we stopped you. And why do I have to show my identification? >> Because that is the law. >> Golf hang. >> You don't have to agree with the law, but that is the law. >> 4. >> Yes, because you're operating motor vehicle on the port of road. >> The state statute states that you have to have identification. You have to redeem. >> If you're not willing to present your your uh driver's license and your registration, then we're going to have to take this a different way. I have a driver's license, but I don't know why why why I would have to present it to you. >> Cuz when you got your driver's license, you signed a thing saying that if you get pulled over by the police, you have to present it. Correct. >> You have to have your driver's Yes. >> If you read what it said when you signed the back of it, >> committed a crime, >> but I had not committed a crime. >> The suspect revealed that he'd recently been in court fighting the very same charges. These people really seem to have no ability to learn from their mistakes. To identify the man, the cops then took a very clever approach, trying to coersse the suspect into giving them his name. >> So, what's what's your name? Is it Danny? >> Your first name? >> I don't need to ask any question. >> No, I'm just I'm just So, when we're talking, I can call you Danny or what do you want me to call you by? >> Whoever you want me to >> Well, it doesn't work like that. >> Car's not register. Yeah. >> Go ahead and secure him. He's He's in there recording you right now. >> All right. I need you to step out of the vehicle. All right. We're going to detain you. >> What? >> Cuz you don't want to identify yourself. So, we need to detain you. So, step out of the vehicle. >> Now, you're >> step out of the vehicle. >> So, I need you to step out of the vehicle. >> What do you want me to do? >> We want you to step out of the vehicle. >> I'm not stepping out. For what reason? >> Because we are ordering you to step out of the vehicle. >> No. Like, for what? What? But I What crime did I commit? side. >> You have a window punch. >> He's got one. >> You probably want to wear gloves, though. >> The cops were getting ready to break the suspect's window. It's unfortunate the man let it go this far because in most cases, they would have just given the man a ticket and sent him on his way. Once a supervisor got there, the suspect seemed to have had a change of heart. We advised him while he was stopped. >> Yes. >> And you're asked for his credential. >> I can get my license. >> And now he's saying he's refusing to step out. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Listen, I can get my license. >> Excuse me. So I can get my license. No need to >> step out. We're getting ready to break the windows. >> Step out truck now. Put them on the ground. Get up on the ground. Put him against handcuffs. What's that? What's up? >> Step out of the car. >> Step out of the car. >> Break it. >> Now, it's not that serious. Oh, come on, guys. It's not that serious. >> Not that serious. >> No. Like, it's not that serious. >> You want to play games? >> No. >> Come on, man. I'm just my right, man. >> No, it's not your right. >> It is my right to we're not discussing anything with >> I gave I gave my I was giving my license out. >> Like, what is up with this? Like, this is not even >> It's ironic how the man claimed that it wasn't a big deal when he was the one who refused to show his driver's license and be on his way. What the man didn't realize is that if he didn't want to follow the laws of the state, he also wasn't subject to its protections. This guy's lack of common sense seemed to often get him in trouble. >> Watch your knees. >> Pennsylvania versus the car. >> Can I talk about you guys? >> Can I get my property, please? Why aren't you guys doing this, man? >> This is wrong, man. Like, yeah, man. They stepped over a registered vehicle. >> He was right here, >> right? And you had many opportunities to to to comply. >> I mean, >> I asked you many times. >> I was complying. What is it that this >> You were not complying, sir. >> So, I got a I got my >> This could have ended with a citation. >> I got a valid driver's license and I just wanted some answers. Like, it's is my right to ask questions. You're you're right. [music] >> And so it's it's wrong that that I can't ask questions. >> No, it's wrong that you didn't comply. >> So >> Oh my god. >> This is This is This is so bad, man. >> Can I get my keys, please? >> Have a seat there. >> This is crazy. >> Can I get a phone so I can get my phone card? No, you you'll get all that when I'm going to jail. >> Yes. >> All right. >> Even after being secured in the vehicle, the man was still insistent on arguing with them. After fighting a similar case in court, you'd think this guy would have learned from his mistake. The worst part is he wasn't a citizen, and this could prevent the man from eventually gaining citizenship. >> Oh my god, man. Like, why are you guys ruining people's life, man? Like, this is wrong. Like, for nothing. Like I didn't do nothing to nobody and you guys are trying to ruin my life. Literally like I like I I have I have not done nothing to nobody and all this. All of you guys doing is just to your own people man. >> I know this ain't gone whole when we find this in the court court. >> They charged the suspect with resisting without violence, failure to register a vehicle and attached tag not assigned. He maintained his position that he'd done nothing wrong and wanted to fight the charges in court. He'll surely be disappointed when it doesn't work out for him. On November 18th, 2023, the cops were dispatched to a Taco Bell after reports of an intoxicated woman berating staff and assaulting a customer. When they arrived on scene, they were greeted by two witnesses who filled them in on what had occurred. Um, so this lady comes around my car. No, no, this is my daughter. I'm the one who wine right there. >> And like those two cars right there, like they saw everything. >> So what she do? >> So she So the first thing she came around my car. She's got a glass of wine and she's screaming and yelling, getting in the face of the girl at the drive-thru. And I was like, "You need to calm down." She's like, "You're in here." >> Which which car is it? I >> I'm not sure. >> Which car? >> This one right here. [music] This one. >> Step out. >> All right. >> Go ahead and step out for me. >> Sure. >> You're not in trouble. We got to figure out what's going on. So, go and go and step over here. >> No, I just asked the people what's taking so long. It's taking a long time. >> Okay, >> that's it. Well, that's not it because that's not what they're they're telling me that more occurred. >> The woman played dumb, downplaying her actions. According to her, she politely asked the drive-thru staff why her order was taking so long and claimed she didn't raise her voice. However, that's not how the staff and multiple witnesses remember it. >> What happened with these other two people that are also customers? What happened with them? >> I have no idea. >> Did you get into an altercation with them? >> Not to my awareness. No, >> not to your awareness. Did you push anybody? >> No, I did not touch anybody. >> Is there any Is there any reason why >> I did not touch >> Is there any reason why multiple people are saying >> heard multiple people say you >> I did not. >> I did not. I was just asking the people to know why is it taking so long for a taco. That's all I did. >> Okay. So, here's the thing. What's your name? >> My name is Crystal. >> Crystal. So, I just want I just want to be honest with you. Okay. >> Sure. Um, if >> Richard Hush, >> if you're not telling me the truth, that's not gonna that's not going to be a good thing. >> What's your name? >> My name is Deputy Moore. Okay. >> Hello, Deputy Moore. >> So, if you're not telling me the truth, that's not going to be a good thing for you. >> Did you push her? Yes or no? >> No. >> Okay. >> I did not touch any person. >> Do you know that there's video cameras on the side of this building? >> I don't care. I did not touch anybody. >> Okay, >> good. >> So, >> go look at the cameras. >> We intend to. >> Okay. All right. >> I'm a retired major in the United States airport. >> That does not matter. >> I am not lying. >> What the hell? >> So, let me ask another question. Um, have you had anything to drink today? >> Yes. >> Perfect. Is it in the car? >> No. >> Why are people telling me that it's in the car? >> I don't know. There's no one in the car except my husband. >> The woman claimed she'd been out drinking with her Marty GR crew, whoever they were, and admitted she was a little upset with the staff over slow service. But according to her, things never got physical. As for why the other customers jumped in, the woman figured they just didn't like that she was talking to the employees. >> And then what happened? What did they say or do? >> Nothing besides be mean to me. >> How are they being mean to you? I'm just asking because I wasn't here. I'm just trying to understand the the picture of what happened. [music] >> This is absolutely silly. I was just like, um, it's taken us a long time to We've been here like almost an hour trying to get a taco. That's it. That's it. We're in line. My husband, that's my car. Okay. >> I'm here just trying to get a taco. >> So, these people are alleging a crime has occurred. So, we're investigating that. >> What did I do? >> They're alleging that you pushed someone. >> I pushed someone. >> Oh, well, that is definitely not true. >> I hope not. I hope that it's not true. >> That is definitely >> So, we're going to find out if it happened or not and then we'll go from there. >> Are you a policeman from Escambia? >> No, you're in Santa Rosa County. San? Yeah, this is Santa Rosa County. It's okay. >> Cuz I have friends in Santa Rosa. >> Okay. Excellent. >> I haven't done anything wrong. I haven't pushed anyone. I hope not. >> I don't understand what this is. I was We And he's still here. It's been an hour. We're just trying to get a taco. >> I understand. >> That's all it was. >> Okay. >> I did not push anyone. >> Um, also, >> I promise I did not push anyone. I did not touch anyone. I promise that. I retired major in the Air Force. >> The woman's entitled behavior was despicable. She was trying to leverage her supposed friends in the police department and her status as a retired major in the Air Force to try and weasle her way out of trouble. If she's truly a retired major, she should know by now that nobody's above the law. >> But do you realize how silly this is? >> Well, someone's alleging a crime occurred. It's not silly at all. >> A crime? >> Yes. >> What is the crime? >> I've already told you about the crime. >> I pushed someone. >> Yeah. >> I did not push someone. So, but that's kind of silly. >> Also, if the employees tell us that you created a disturbance, then >> I might have done that because I was trying to say, "How long is it going to take to get a taco?" >> As a person, do you realize how silly that is? >> Do you have your ID in the car? >> Yes. >> Can we grab it real quick? I'll walk with you. [music] >> Why? >> Let's grab your ID. >> No, >> you have to tell me your You have to give me ID. >> I gave it to you. >> It's not coming back. So, I need to see your actual ID. So, let's walk to your car. Walk to your car and give me your ID. Now, >> go talk to my husband. >> No, I'm about to put you in handcuffs because you have to identify yourself because you're suspected of committing a crime. >> This is the last chance I'm going to ask you to get your driver's license. >> LOOK HOW SILLY this is. >> Walk to your car now. >> She acted like the whole thing was a joke or just one big misunderstanding, but clearly that's not how the officer saw it. And when she continued defying his orders, he put his foot down. In typical Karen fashion, she then resorted to playing the victim. >> Get to my husband. They talk to my husband. >> He has my ID. It's in the car. >> Let's go. >> Get your ID for me. >> This man is manhandling me. >> Can you open the door, please, sir, so we can get her? >> Manhandling me. >> He is manhandling me. >> Grab your ID for me. Pierce, >> grab your ID for me. >> Sure. Give him my ID. I have no problem with that. >> Is that hers you're grabbing for me? >> Yes, he is. >> Excellent. Thank you very much. >> Mine. >> Okay. Wonderful. We're going to be down here by my car. Okay. >> Be careful. >> Yeah. She's going to have a seat. >> What? >> Being detained. You're not under arrest. Just being detained. >> What? >> Who are you? Who are you? >> Don't talk to her. >> I don't know who she is. You don't need to worry. >> I've never seen that woman. >> What does it matter? >> Well, it matter. I No. >> Stop. You're about to catch another charging. >> You're about to go to jail for sure if you wait a minute. >> Resist obstruct if you don't go in this car. >> Let my husband come to me. >> PLEASE LET MY HUS LET my husband come to me. >> LET MY HUSBAND >> YOU'RE GOING TO JAIL. Sit down now. >> Let my husband Let my husband Let my husband come. What the are you doing? >> Like she forgot she ignored their orders. When they got the handcuffs out, she was somehow surprised. Classic behavior from a Karen. After being placed in the squad car, the officer then filled her husband in who thankfully was much more reasonable than his wife. >> I am so sorry for this situation. First of all, >> no. Okay. No, no. No. You have to do what you can do. We understand that. >> Okay. >> I've been in the military 30 years. I understand that. >> I I saw Yeah. I appreciate your service, man. and hers as well. But she she she can't >> what she did tonight was wrong. Man, >> I know what she did. I all I remember she said, "I'm going to go talk to people." >> Well, she she she didn't [music] abide by our lawful commands when we tried to detain her because she was getting I rate. Uh we're trying to get in her car just for her to cool down. She wouldn't get inside, man. We had to force her to push her in. So, she's being charged with resist at this point. >> Okay. So resist disord conduct because Taco Bell says she was yelling and disturbing their business as well as there was an independent witness who doesn't relate is not related to the the female that she pushed. So she's being charged with with battery as well. >> So that's okay. >> I'm sorry man is >> how funny this is. >> No, it's not funny. >> It is funny. >> It is funny. We don't find this. >> Basically, I went to the window at Taco Bell and I said, "You guys had taken forever and then all of a sudden I'm on handcuffs." >> Okay. She >> That's all that happened. >> That's illegal. >> She asked for an attorney. So, I'm not going to >> Right. My attorney. >> You can call. >> IF YOU WERE ALLOWED TO GIVE ME MY PHONE, IF I HAD MY HANDS, >> NO, you're not. >> I could call him. You're not allowing me that. >> You have a right to call him right now. You have a right to call him once you get to the jail. >> Correct. >> I'm not going to jail. I didn't do anything. >> WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE? >> They charged the woman with battery, resisting an officer, and disorderly intoxication. As it turns out, having a serious craving for Taco Bell is no excuse to assault someone. I moved to a highway in Missouri where on the 11th of July, 2024, an officer spotted a man speeding. Little did he know that this particular driver was a ball of pinup rage just waiting to explode. Get up here. Go. You. Come on. Get up here. You. Come on. Come on. Come up here. First of all, you're blocking traffic right now. >> Did you not tell us to get over? What do you mean? First of all, which is >> you're blocking You're blocking the right. Did you NOT WANT ME TO PULL OVER? >> You're not pulled over. You are blocking You are blocking the lane of traffic. >> You want me to do that? >> Pull over in FRONT OF MY CAR. >> I GET YOU, MAN. I'M NOT PULLED UP. Pull over. Right. >> The driver clearly parked his vehicle in a way that disrupted traffic. So, the officer here was completely justified in asking him to move. But from the very first seconds of the interaction, it was clear the stop was not going to go smoothly. >> 932. >> Hey, can I get out of my vehicle? >> Northbound 61. Start me another unit. I got one. >> What you pull me over for? Get over here. Get out of traffic. Get out of traffic. >> No, you you stop me. >> Get out of traffic. >> Traffic. Watch. >> You're going to get hit by a car. >> Are you certified to do traffic control? I am. I see you out here. >> Get out OF TRAFFIC NOW. >> OH. OH. >> GET OUT OF TRAFFIC. COME OVER HERE. >> I get your vital. LET ME GET MY PHONE NOW. You going to taste me for that? >> I want you out of traffic. >> Get your supervisor. Don't touch me. >> GET OUT OF TRAFFIC. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. >> I JUST want you out of traffic. >> HI. GET THROUGH MY MOTHER. pays me for standing here. >> Well, put your hands behind back. Look, >> just put your hands behind me back. >> Why you touching me now? Why is he doing this? >> Because you're not listening. >> Why is he doing I don't have to listen. >> Well, that's not entirely true. While you don't have to identify yourself without probable cause, you do have to comply with lawful commands, especially if you're disrupting traffic and putting people's lives at risk. But why was this driver so angry? >> Godamn you, mother. What happened? >> What is going on? >> Why' you pull me over, you for speed? for >> Yes, I did. >> Okay. What? Talk me at >> Mr. Wait, so you going to half come me? >> Why are you using force? Because you're not listening. >> God damn it. I don't have to comply on the traffic. >> Why you doing this using force, man? >> Why you using force? >> I'm missing half arm. You're touching my goddamn >> I'm missing half arm. Tell him to get off my arm. >> What's going on? >> Why you doing this goddamn arm? STOP TOUCHING MY ARM. >> JUST RELAX. >> YOU CAN'T GET OFF MY ARM. MY NERVES are exposed, man. >> What are you talking mother? I'm going to shut up and cuff me. >> Yeah, if you would just stop pulling away. >> You're stupid. Cuff me, you dumb mother. Write my god ticket. Let me >> Oh, so you couldn't even cuff me, right? But you got no problem squeezing my >> You are not being compliant. >> I don't have to comply. >> Yes, you do comply. I have to comply on traffic. >> Just stop. >> Okay. I just want to talk to you. I don't want to talk to you. This guy said he doesn't want to talk, but he's got no problem at all hurling insults at the officer and yelling like a lunatic. Seeing people like this rage like crazy makes you appreciate what cops have to deal with on a daily basis. Being in law enforcement is definitely not a dream job. >> You want me to shut up and be subject to your >> I just want to explain why. So explain to me, but I got to be over. >> So you can't explain it to me without this, huh? You want to go to jail today? I don't want to talk to you no more. >> Can you let go my ride off, please? I have a hole in my arm. My nerves are calm down. >> This is a traffic stop. You're using force on me. >> Why would I calm down? >> Because you're not listening. >> You're using track. You have to listen. >> Why are you using force on me when it's compliant? You need to calm down. >> I don't think you guys understand how this works. my arm up. Look, you got my arm all [ __ ] up. It hurts. This is my money mark. Look at this. >> Look what you're doing to MY GODDAMN ARM, MAN. >> TRYING TO ADJUST THE RESTRAINTS. Did you not take a class on doing this? >> Well, if you stop moving around, dude, you told you got ignorant when you say I don't want to talk to you. What do you want to talk to me about this? >> What's your name there, buddy? That you want to talk about? >> If you stop talking, I'll explain. >> The officer calmly explained that he works for the state highway patrol in Missouri and that he'd stopped him for speeding. He explained to the man that he was doing 78 and a 60 and passing vehicles on the left and right, which is usually not legal. The officer also made it perfectly clear why he had to put the man in handcuffs. >> So, you're using physical force because >> to get you out of the roadway. Yes. To put you in restraints cuz you're not listening. We're on the roadway. You're blocking traffic. You didn't even pull over on the right shoulder. You blocked the right lane. >> You understand that? >> That's why I put you over here. >> I'm certified for traffic control. It doesn't say anywhere you have the right to physically do this to me. To what you think you do to what? Get you out of the road. Threat me with a taser. Your body camera. Yes, >> cuz we're going to want to see this later. Wait. I think you really escalated this quite a bit. >> We're standing in traffic. Traffic was backed up to a hill crest. I needed you out of the road. I pulled over and I got out of my vehicle. Step up here. >> Can you grab me? Well, never mind. >> Would you stop kicking your phone? >> Uh, what what other orders do you want to give? >> You want to slam me down? What's your problem here? >> I'm asking you. >> Why are we going anywhere? What are we doing? >> I'm going to seat you in my car so we can talk. >> I don't want to be in your car. I don't want to talk to you. >> Well, then you're going to stand up here. I have stuff I have to do. My property and your property. So, I'm subject to you and all this for what reason? Step up here and you're going to use physical force on me right now, right? >> What is going on with you today? >> You pulled me over. You started using force on me, right? You tell me what's going on. >> You know, you know you're standing in the middle of 61, right? >> I'm traffic control. I'm certified in it. Yeah. >> I don't know what that means. >> I know cuz you're not certified. >> What do you mean? You are doing [snorts] >> Stop stepping up on me. >> I'm not. You don't. >> Yeah, you are. >> Okay. You're trying to escalate things right now. That's what you're doing. >> I'll sit down. No, I won't. >> You are. YOU ARE TRYING TO ESCALATE. >> Get back to the car. You have, sir. Is this recorded? You've done all you could to grab me physically for traffic. You jumped out of your car. You started waving like a madman. I'm certified traffic control. You're not wearing high vision. You're not doing anything. You should be on the highway. >> You have You have a second unit coming that's going to transport. So, >> so I'm being arrested for what? >> Are you the person that this vehicle is registered to? >> Yeah, it's my 100% insured and everything. >> Good. I don't need your ID then. >> Okay. >> I'll just run the information on the plate. Okay. >> I'll find out who you are. >> And this is for traffic, right? >> Again. Again. Yes. That's why I stopped here. >> You might have noticed how the suspect kept licking his lips occasionally. Aggressive and entitled behavior and dry mouth, otherwise known as cotton mouth are consistent with drug use, and it could explain the suspect's behavior. Moments later, several officers appeared on scene, and one of them might have figured that out. >> You wouldn't get out of the roadway. >> So, you pulled your taser on me and then started using >> an effort to gain compliance from you. Yes, I did. >> Hey, compliance or violence is your turn. >> No, I didn't explain. Watch your video later. Please watch the video later and see. You didn't give anybody enough time to understand what you're >> I want you to get out of the road signals. That's what I say. >> What's that, [snorts] >> dude? He's got cotton mouth like crazy. >> Yeah. Tons of gummies in that center console. He's I'd charge him 55 bucks. [snorts] He's the evidence. >> But uh I mean he's not want to do anything for dude. I would totally guarantee he's not. >> The other officers were confident the man was under the influence. But the cop who pulled him over was a little bit reluctant. He felt the suspect would not submit to a DUI test and that meant that they'd have to get a warrant to search his car. >> He's saying that them gummies, the tubes are empty. >> Yeah. >> Yet there's one laying on top of this wallet. >> So he used that tube. >> I think just my opinion. I think this is his goto >> because he knows he's hot and he's a butt. This is his go to try to scare you. >> Guys wanted dude. looking. He's got cotton >> his eyes. >> He's like, I don't know what's on I wouldn't use them. They're sitting on top of this wall. There's one literally across and I photographed. >> Just me. >> I'm listening. >> You photo you photoed them. >> Yeah. >> If I I'm 100% sure that's what he's on. >> I would seize that tooth as evidence. >> You're not charging him with a possession of marijuana, >> right? Evidence of crime. >> Evidence of a crime. >> Okay. It was ridiculous what he did. He almost caused a crash. >> He almost rear ended my car. He had to back up to this spot. >> I think he's got a touch of like sovereign name, >> I'd say. So, >> in the end, the cops gathered evidence from the suspect's car and had his wife come pick it up. As for the suspect, he was arrested and taken to jail, which is right where he belongs for causing all that unnecessary chaos. My >> actions are under protest and duress blind and bind. I know it. >> Told you this could have went easy. >> On December 18th, 2022, police initiated a traffic stop on a car that failed to display registration on a presumably brand new car. After stopping the vehicle, the officer approached the passenger side window so he could avoid standing in traffic. >> Each window has a door now. >> Does he? Can I open up the door? Hello. >> Good morning. How are you today? >> Good. How are you doing? >> I am excellent as always. >> What was that? >> I am excellent as always. >> I'm Corporal Golf Sheriff's Office. The reason I stopped you is the trailer doesn't have a tag and it doesn't appear the lights are working on it. >> It's not working the light. >> No. >> Yeah. >> Do you have your driver's license with you? >> I don't have a driver's license. >> No. >> You have a supervisor? >> I I am a supervisor. >> Fantastic. >> Okay. I accept your oath and bond and bind to them. >> Well, I appreciate that. Okay. Do you have a name or anything to identify yourself? >> I'm not. >> No. Okay. So, I'm assuming you're a sovereign citizen. >> Not really the citizen. Not the citizen. Okay. Okay. So, you don't have any registration paperwork, anything like that? >> No. Okay. >> I believe that. You seem pretty cool with me. So, I'm going to be cool with you. Okay. I'm just going to run your vin. Okay. >> Surprisingly, this sovereign citizen was easygoing and polite. Props to the man for staying respectful because these people are typically aggressively anti-government. The officer reciprocated the man's etiquette, but he probably had a feeling that eventually things might get a little hairy. >> What's your first name? >> Private. >> Private. Okay. What's the name you were born with that you were given at birth? >> My name is Private. >> What's your last name? >> Born with Private. >> Your name is Private. Okay. kept your bond and by >> appreciate that. But on in the state of Florida, you're driving on our roadways. You got to identify yourself. >> You're traveling behind the wheel of the vehicle. You got to identify yourself. >> It's so it's an unregistered motor vehicle. >> Do you have anything on that vehicle as far as an owner? >> Most sovereign citizens don't believe in personally identifying themselves to law enforcement or government officials. And as you can plainly see, this makes traffic stops and legal proceedings incredibly difficult because without their help, the suspects can't be identified. And as a result, their refusal to identify results in charges. >> You want to make this easy on yourself before you end up in jail. >> Um, I feel bonded by Okay. Well, I appreciate you being cooperative. Well, I won't say cooperative, but you're calm. >> I appreciate I know >> that's a peaceful travel. >> Okay. >> Do I have a right to travel freely? >> You have to have a driver's license in the state of Florida. >> I'm not in the state of Florida. >> Okay. What if you are >> in the state of Florida what is the state of Florida? >> Okay. I'm not I'm not about to go into all that, but you Okay. So, by Florida State statute, you have to have a driver license. >> Correct. to be a driver of the state >> and you have to have a registered motor vehicle which this is not registered. You don't have a driver's license in order for the state statutes to apply the word must. That's what that means. >> Okay. I'm not going to argue I'm not it's not my first day either, >> but it's something that we can argue in court. >> I am not going to court and I'm just saying that take me to a magistrate if you wish and I'll explain the situation with the magistrate. >> Okay. Well, do you want to go ahead and do that then? >> Show me where to go. Okay. >> Travel people in the van. >> No, we're not going to go in the van. >> You know that's not going to happen. >> This isn't your first rodeo. It's not my first rodeo. >> Some sovereign citizens carry legal paperwork with them. They use these forms incorrectly in an attempt to prove that they're not subject to the consequences of law. Obviously, these documents are not officially recognized, but from time to time, they can be somewhat helpful in identifying the suspect. So, do you have anything? Do you Where's Where's your sovereign paperwork at >> Cuz I know you usually carry paperwork with you. >> It's packed in the back. >> Packed in the back. Do you want to grab it? >> No, because I don't want to get out because I don't trust you and I'm not sure if you're a super. >> Okay. I have two stripes. That makes me a corporal. Okay. So, I am a supervisor on my squad. >> A sergeant's also coming. If you want to, if you'd like to wait for him, we could, but I guarantee you he's not going to be as nice as I am. Okay? He's a bigger and meaner guy than I am. >> You know what nice means? Um, that means you're being polite and my >> just like you. You're being polite, right? >> Yeah. >> I'm being polite back. >> Okay. So, I identify myself to you, but you're not going to identify yourself to me. >> Uh, I'm not aware or understand any thoughts of my >> Okay. I I stopped you for a lawful traffic stop, which states you must identify yourself. >> While they waited for the supervisor, the nonsensical back and forth dialogue continued. The officer did his best to try and educate the suspect about the reality of the law, but the man wasn't buying it. There are some people in the world you just can't get through to, and this guy's one of them. >> I'm assuming you've been arrested before then. you you can I look I don't want to purchase any um globons because that's part of the treatment. So there's no commercial benefit to take me to a drug to purchase war bonds. I always do that >> 10 or he's just stating his names private and talking about war bonds. >> I only prefer to say war bonds. I don't understand anything you're doing your disability. Okay. Well, right now you're not free to go. Just so you know that. Okay. >> What is the thoughts? >> My law traffic stop. >> Okay. That's is that legal or law? >> No. [laughter] Uh, you know, at least you're this is bringing light to my day. It it it's makes it interesting, right? The officer had no idea what war bonds had to do with a traffic stop and the suspect was convinced that the officer was wrong about everything. It's a good thing this cop had a decent sense of humor because otherwise the suspect would have had a pretty terrible time. Soon after the sergeant arrived on scene. >> I don't know. He's kind of a mean-l looking guy. >> Where are you? We are at 41 in Toledo Blade in Port Charlotte, Charlotte County, Florida, where I had jurisdiction. So, this is Mr. Private. >> Hello, Mr. Private. Sergeant Robert getting shot by >> He is sovereign. >> He doesn't want to give his name. He says he has nothing to identify himself. Vehicle's on register. >> Says he's traveling. >> I'm a non-ligent, noncobat, private traveler. >> I accept drills and bond. >> Okay. So travel for you have to you have to have a license. You have valid license. >> Uh valid valid driver's license. >> No. Okay. All right. Does your vehicle register? >> Okay. Thank you. >> Told you he's not as nice as I am. So you can step out >> if you want to step out. >> One thing I'm doing here is under protesting duress. >> Okay, that's fine. protesting direct. You're not complying. Okay. So, I'm >> not That's fine. The difference I know seat belt off. >> Yeah. >> All right. There you go. >> There we go. >> Come on out. >> Perfect. >> All right. What's your step, sir? What's your step? >> Actions are under protest and duress. >> Turn around for me. >> Bind and bind. >> I know it. >> Told you this. Good one. Easy. The suspect was charged with failure to identify, driving without a valid driver's license, and driving without valid registration. Hopefully, the man learned a bit about the law and how to follow the rules of society. On the 17th of August, 2023 in Florida, a woman was pulled over for speeding. And since she was weaving in traffic, the officer suspected that she might be under the influence. Hello. >> Hi. >> How are you? Officer Del Cape Police Department. Reason I pulled you over is you passes going 51 on Delpra and then you're going about 65 on veterans driving in and out of traffic. Do you have your license registration on you? >> Any luck on that registration? >> Yes, I have my registration. I got a I'm sorry. >> It's okay. No, you're sorry. >> I don't know where the [ __ ] I put it, honestly. It's in my a book or Oh, wait, wait, wait, wait. >> Where are you coming from tonight? >> I picked them up. >> Who's them? >> Them. >> Friends, family. >> Friends. The officer quickly realized his intuition was right, as clearly she'd had one too many drinks. Being that impaired, she absolutely had no business being on the road. More than a little suspicious, the officer asked her to step out of the vehicle. >> Hello, man. Would you step out for me? >> Why? >> I'm asking you to, please. >> No, but I I need to know why. >> Well, I don't have to tell you why, but I'm going to. I sense some signs of impairment. >> I don't want no >> all get out. >> Let's just all get out. >> Hey, no, no, no, no, sir. You stay in. >> Oh, okay. >> I'm just asking for her to come out. >> All right. >> Why does it make everything? >> Just relax. >> Step out for me, please. >> But why? Can I ask why? >> Yeah, we're go over it once we're out here. Okay. >> Step over here for So, the reason why I have you come out, we're seeing signs of impairment. We want to start a DUI investigation. That means you participating in standardized field sobriety evaluations. Are you willing to participate in standardized field? >> No, I'm not impaired. I'm dropping them off over here. I'm going home. I live right off of Nicholas. So the [music] so only way we can go forward from this is if you participate. If you don't participate, we have to make our judgment based off the observations we've seen so far. >> What is your judgment for due to part for you to feel that way? >> You have slur speech. An odor of >> I don't have I don't have slur speech. I don't have alcohol. >> The more she talked, the more she convinced the officers that she was extremely impaired. The cops informed the woman that if she refused the field sobriety test, she'd be placed under arrest. The woman finally agreed, but sadly for the officers, she was not going to make it easy. >> Okay. So, my question for you is, would you like to participate in some field sobriety exercises to dispel my fear that you may be intoxicated? >> Am I allowed to like research first? >> No research. No. >> Just yes or no? >> No. >> You don't want to? >> No. >> Put your hands down. >> Okay, fine then. Yes. Put your hands >> then. No. Then yes. >> We're not going back and forth with this. >> Why? >> Okay. Okay. >> Stop. Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> Now I'm resisting. Oh, that's tensing up. Stop tensing up. >> Stop tensing up. >> Because this is a normal THING FOR FLORIDA. OH, I'M RESISTING. OH. Oh my god. I'm 100 pounds. I'm resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> What the hell? I'm resisting. What did I do? >> Stop pulling away. >> What did I do? Stop pulling away. >> What did I do? What did I do? What did I do? Stop resisting. >> What did I do? >> You're tensing up. Stop. >> Okay, I'm tensing up. Okay, I got three cops on me and I'm 130 lb. Not even. And I'm tensing up. Okay. >> What the is that? >> Stop thinking. >> Really? This is like This is Okay. >> Okay. But I need my phone and I need my wallet if you want to arrest me. >> Hey y >> for doing nothing. >> This woman surely lived up to what her shirt said while she drunkenly stumbled over her words. She claimed audaciously that the cops were arresting her for no reason. The cops tried to get her in the back of the squad car, but it was easier said than done. >> Get in the car right now. If you open that again, you're going to jail. You understand me? >> Really? You're grabbing me like that? Well, you keep tensing up. >> Oh, okay. >> You know what's funny is >> you're going to All right. Come over here for me. Come over here. >> Stop pulling. >> Hey, record this. >> Face the car. >> How you >> Stop tensing up. >> Are youing trying to What are you doing, bro? Are you trying to like assault me? E, she's grabbing me. >> Stop tensing up. TY IS GRABBING my What am I? What's on me? Look at me. Back up. What's on me? What's on me? >> Sit down. >> I want my wallet and my key. >> Get in the car. >> Where's my >> Really? Okay. Okay. You're going to get sued. You're going to get sued. You're going to get sued. You're going to get sued. >> With the woman secured in the squad car, the cops then turn their attention to the woman's passengers. Thankfully, they were nowhere near as obnoxious as her, which made sense as it turned out since they just met her that night and didn't know her at all. >> Sir, sorry. >> I we me just met her tonight and we were just trying to get to the next bar. And that's all that was happening. >> And she said, "We'll take you to the next bar." And that was it. >> That that was all that happened. >> So, you don't know her personally at all? >> No, sir. You just met her at Rusty's? >> Yeah, we just met her tonight. We were only at Rusty's for like an hour. Then we went to the deck. We had one drink there and then we were on our way here. >> And she we were like, "Would you mind chopping this off?" And then she's like, "Yeah, I can take you." >> And then we didn't know she was >> doing this like her to say [music] speed limit. >> We didn't know. >> And yes, I know it's illegal double like double passenger, but she was just going to drop us off here and we were going to Uber from here. That's it. >> Do you guys have licenses or ID cards? I have ideas. >> I didn't want to cause any issues. I don't know why she's being like that, overreacting. [music] >> She was already going through a lot because the the owner over at the deck was like on her cuz the last three times that I heard from him, she's [music] saying, "Oh, you're in for a ride." This and that. She was being disrespectful to the owner at the time. I was like, "What do you mean in for a ride? Like, I just met her like tonight." And then [music] next thing you know, I was like, "Well, here we go. That explains why I'm in for a ride because right [music] here happened." >> The passengers in the car were extremely cooperative and the cops believed what they said. For the passengers, it seemed like a simple case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. As they were clearly innocent, they were sent right on their way without incident. Wait, my my car needs a key. >> Okay. >> You want me leaving this in there? Take it. Uh, there's some money. >> Yep. Nothing else. Makeup. Cards. I looked I looked through it. Yeah, there's probably >> I'm going to turn your phone off so the battery doesn't die. Okay. >> No, don't. Please >> turn [music] it off. >> Why? I need my phone so I can get nothing. >> I turned it off so the battery doesn't die. >> My mom's phone number by car. >> What's going on with my car? It's going to be >> $1,000 car. Are you going to leave it in the middle of the whatever parking lot? >> Uh, no. It's getting towed. >> Uh, towed where? >> To >> Well, we'll know here in a minute once it pops up. >> You? >> Yeah. >> Hopefully, her DUI charge served as a wakeup call and taught her a lesson about the dangers of drinking and driving. However, based on her attitude, we don't really see it happening. On May the 7th, 2024, a lady of Russian descent was detained for contempt of court. She claimed she was just visiting the courthouse. But one thing was clear from the start. This lady felt that the judge and the officers had no authority over her whatsoever. >> Leave me alone. >> Leave me alone. Alex, >> I want you to record everything. >> I'm plainly asking you to stand up, please. >> But I don't want to. >> I don't care if you want to or not, ma'am. I'm ask to stand up. >> But I don't care what you want. >> All right. Leave me, Alex. Please record everything. >> Record everything. >> Record everything. >> We're recording. It's on body camera. >> No. Leave me alone. Ma'am, please stand up. >> Okay. Once more. >> No. >> To this gentleman who is a lawyer for his forum. >> Stand up. >> Let's go. >> Ma'am, stand up, please. >> You have no right to touch me. Leave me alone. >> Place your hand behind your back. >> Ma'am, place your hand hurts me. >> Okay. Can you place your arm behind your back? >> No. Leave me alone. >> You have no right to arrest you. >> You have no right. >> She kept ordering the judge to tell the cops to let her go. It just doesn't get any crazier than that. Considering it's most likely the judge who called him in the first place. According to the suspect, they had no right to detain her because she hadn't consented to it. >> That's a crime. I'm just visiting here. >> You receive Oscar 6493. >> Ask them to leave me free. Ask them to leave me free. No, you didn't answer my question, please. My basic >> three woman questions. You haven't answered even one question. You are harassing me here. I came to visit and you harassing me but asking your people who are working for the same company as you to put and handcuff me and and harass me. >> 130 >> 130. Yes, your honor. >> Leave me alone. >> Leave me alone. Leave me alone. >> God, sir. >> No, no, no. I want the contract. Show me the contract that I'm giving you the consent. >> I can bring the uh elevator up to you. >> No, no, no. Who? Who is No, no, no, no. I'm not worried about that. >> I'm not agreeing to that. >> I don't give you the agreement to that. You are representing a private company. All of you. As she was escorted out, she of course started spouting the same old rhetoric that we've heard a million times before from these sovereign citizens. She kept calling them traitors and continually repeating that they had no jurisdiction over her. Thankfully, the judge and the baiffs decided not to waste any more time on this woman for her complete insanity. >> Leave me alone, traitor. Leave me alone. I want my papers with me. >> You're hurting me. >> We're not hurting you. >> You're hurting me. Leave me alone. >> Grab the door, please. >> I want my belongings. >> We have them with you now. >> Noachas. >> This is This is This is a crime. Crime. That's a crime. You're doing crime. I'm already in contact with special people. You're going to you're going to get uh papers soon about that. Show me the contract that you have power over over me. Hello. Do you have jurisdiction over me? You have no jurisdiction over me. Show me that you have personal jurisdiction over me. >> Leave me alone. >> The suspect kept insisting she's a free woman. But it was pretty ironic given she was the only one in handcuffs. I mean, that's like the textbook definition of not being free. And the longer this went on, the more ridiculous the claims got. She even claimed the officers had no right to touch her. Did >> you hit me at all? Do you want to me here? What do you want to >> Everything's being recorded, man. >> Wow. Do you want to certainly don't? >> Well, I didn't you I did I don't want you to touch me. >> I didn't give you to touch me. >> You touched my body. Gave you opportunities. >> No, he's just a lawyer working for private company. He has no jurisdiction over me. He has no jurisdiction over me. And no, neither you. >> Okay. Leave me alone. Don't touch me. >> Did we search? >> Don't touch me. >> Stop touching me. >> Did we search our >> Why are you touching me? >> Why don't we go ahead and search? >> Why are you touching me? >> Take this. >> Why are you touching my body? >> I can. So, >> this is my handbag. My hand. Not going anywhere. >> This is my my bag. Stay with your >> This is my private. You have no jurisdiction over your >> The way the woman brought sexual abuse into things was pretty much cringeworthy. The cops tried to shut her down as best they could, but she continued trying to provoke them. Now, let's see how she reacts to an actual body search. >> Don't touch me. >> DON'T TOUCH MY BODY. WHY are you touching me? >> Why are you touching me? >> We need to search you in to arrest. Why? Why? >> Because you've been placed under arrest for contempt and resisting arrest. So, >> to whom? >> To whom? You have no show me paper that you have. Do >> you have anything sharp on you? Anything sharp? Show me that you have jurisdiction over me. >> Show me that you have juris persona jurisdiction over me. You have no rights to do it. Don't touch me. >> Don't kick at her. >> I don't want her to touch me. >> It doesn't matter. >> She has no rights over me. Leave me alone. Leave me alone. Take your hands from me. >> Take your hands from me. >> Wow. You know that you work for company. He works for company and so-called Christopher who calls himself a prosecutor. You work all all of you for the same company. How one person one company can judge another person who belongs to the same company. Think about it. >> I thought about it and the only thing that happened was I got a headache because what this woman saying makes no sense at all. As the woman kept ranting, strangely saying that all of them worked for the same company, she saw an officer looking in her wallet, and she definitely didn't like it. >> Leave my wallet. >> Leave my wallet. I have money in my wallet. >> No one's taking your money. >> No, I I don't know. You're a private company. >> We're wearing body cameras. Everything's recorded. >> You You're taking all my rights as a woman. As a human, free woman. You're taking all my rights from me. Is everything being recorded? You're taking all my free free woman with the existing soul all my rights from me. A private company his borrow company registered on and proport street and >> stop. >> They both they both bosses wanted me to be arrested. No, I can do what I want. I am a free woman. Every time the cops tried to explain that there are consequences for people's actions, the suspect would just cut them off and continue her ranting. When the suspect noticed they'd given up, she gave it her very best shot to elicit a response from them. >> Stop touching my hands. >> Stop touching my hands. He wasn't answering my questions. He wasn't proving anything that he has jurisdiction over me. He didn't show me any contract, nothing. This is against my rights as a free woman. Against my rights. You know that. And you're doing everything against my rights, too. Stop touching me. Did Did I allow you to touch me? Can you show me the contract stating that I'm allowing you code police officer to touch me? >> Uh you you you >> think that I have no right. >> Today's hero is definitely the female officer. This young woman doesn't have an inkling of emotion on her. Occasionally, she glanced at the woman, trying to gauge her level of craziness, but other than that, she stayed composed, professional, and calm. >> Stop touching me. >> I don't want those people to touch me. For the record, I didn't allow them. I didn't contact to have any rights over me and touch my body. They put something on my hands. They touching my body and I didn't allow them to do it. They corporation and they have no clear contract with me allow them to do whatever they do to me right now. >> Judge, can I interpret for one minute? Rule 1101, summary contempt in the presence of the court. A judge conducting a judicial proceeding may adjudicate contempt summarily without an order to show cause if the conduct has obstruction obstructed or if continued would obstruct the proceeding. The conduct occurred in the actual presence of the judge was actually seen or heard by the judge. >> The judge gave the woman some time to cool down and then brought her back to the courtroom hoping they could resolve her legal matters in a civilized manner. However, this free sovereign citizen just continued disrupting things. Therefore, her contempt hearing was scheduled for later and she was escorted out and released. On the 9th of August, 2024 in Florida, an officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for failing to stop at a four-way intersection. She was probably expecting a normal traffic stop, but nothing's ever normal when it comes to sovereign citizens. >> Hi, I'm Deputy Corman with the sheriff's office. How are you today? >> I'm wonderful. How about >> you got all your dogs with you, huh? >> Yeah. >> The reason why I stopped you at that four-way intersection, you have to stop behind that white bar before you proceed through the intersection. Do you have your driver's license on you? >> No. >> No, I don't. >> Do you have a driver's license? >> I'm traveling. >> Okay. Where's your ID then? >> I don't have an ID. >> Okay. What about some form of identification so I can figure out who you are? >> I'm Jason. >> Okay. >> I don't sovereign citizen. >> Okay. Okay. You don't need a driver's license or travel. >> Okay. What about the registration? >> This is in my friend's name. >> Okay. Will you grab that for me? >> Who's the vehicle registered to? >> And who's that to you? >> She's a friend of mine. >> Are you staying at that residence that this is registered to? >> Well, at mine that's three houses down. Yes. >> We live on the same street. This is her address. Mine is 21455. >> Do you use her vehicle often? >> No. >> No. Okay. She probably wouldn't even know where >> the insurance or anything is, huh? >> Just going up to get gas. >> At first glance, it seems sweet that his neighbor would let him use her car. However, it quickly occurred to the officer after he failed to present ID that he was probably using her vehicle because he couldn't get one of his own. Regardless, the cop did his best to get as much information as possible. >> Oh, here. I see the insurance. So that's insurance. >> Can I see that? >> There we go. >> There it is. >> I mean, it's from 2020, but I'll take that. That'll do the job still. I'll see if it's register. >> I had this feeling. I know a lot of cops just gas station. >> Uh, what's your first name? Jason, you said? >> Yes, ma'am. >> How long you been in Florida? >> Five years. >> Five years. You What do you do for construction? Yes, >> ma'am. anything. I have a landscape business. I do on both sides on weekends. >> Have you been stopped by law enforcement anymore? >> Not since I'm a sovereign citizen. No, but yes, I have. >> Oh, oh, since I've been in sovereign a year, I would say five years ago. I got stopped when I first moved down here for driving obviously without a license. And so now I know that I can't get a license. So I'm a sovereign citizen now. >> Okay. >> I'm traveling. I'm not conducting commerce. >> Okay. So, you have been issued a license in Florida before? >> No. >> Never. You don't have an a number with the Florida Department. >> I had an ID. >> Right. Okay. So, you have a Florida ID number with the state of Florida. >> Yes, I did. >> Gotcha. Where did you move from? >> Ohio. >> Ohio. >> Yes, ma'am. >> It seems like these people use being a sovereign citizen as a coping mechanism. They broke the law in the past and had their privileges revoked. So now they call themselves sovereign citizens as a madeup loophole to get their way despite blatantly breaking the law. >> All right. Will you step on top real quick? >> Yes. >> No, I don't feel comfortable or safe. >> Okay. >> Let me let me let me explain. All right, sir. >> I'll be as cordial as respectful as humanly possible. All right. When we give you a lawful order, I don't care what your beliefs are. It has nothing to do with what's going on right now. When we give you a law for order, you must comply with the law of order or you will be arrested. That is that it's as as far as I'm going to come out with it. I understand what your beliefs are. I understand it. Whatever you want to believe in, I get it. But I'm telling you, it is not going to work in your advantage. And I'm going to politely again request that you get out of this vehicle. Feel safe. I don't know sir. >> Do you have anybody looking you at your house? >> Yes. Can you grab my phone, please? >> You're back. >> Now you're going to get charged with obstruction cuz you failed to listen to a lawful command. It's not too difficult to fight a ticket in court. And if this guy had just complied with their orders, he would have only gotten a ticket. And while he behaved better compared to the other sovereign citizens we've met, this guy still escalated things by pushing his unreasonable beliefs. >> Is that the name of your >> come your supervisor, please? >> He's at the office. >> Come on, please. Hey, can you come and get the car and the dogs? They're going to arrest me. I'm on the corner of Normandy Street. >> Normandy? Uh, >> I'm on speaker. >> I don't I don't know where Normandy is. Can you send me an address? >> All right, cool. >> Can we have your supervisor come out here, please? >> He's not going to come out here right now. >> I get you requesting it. I'll give him a notification that you are requesting it and I'll see if they'll be It's not the law. >> No, >> there's zero law. See, I don't know where you think these laws are coming from. Like, you're influenced by YouTube. >> No, no, sir. I read the Constitution. >> Probably against his better judgment. The officer then decided to entertain the man and his crazy ideas. He might have thought he could educate the man so he could make better decisions going forward. These people, however, seem to be extremely certain that they're right. >> Okay. All right. What is the Constitution then? What do you mean? >> What is it? >> It's the Constitution for our rights. >> Okay. So what are your rights? >> The right to travel. >> The right to travel. Okay. Yes, sir. >> On Florida roadways and highways with the obligation of having a valid license. Yes. >> No, that's when you're sovereign citizen. >> So you're a sovereign citizen. So you're a sovereign citizen. >> Yes. That's what I was explaining. >> Well, welcome sovereign citizen to the laws of the state of Florida where you need to validate Florida license to operate a motor vehicle in the state of Florida on the Florida roadways and highways. I'm sorry you don't believe in that. Like I said, it's nothing against you. It's your beliefs. But I'm telling you just you're about to find out how the laws work. I I understand that. >> Well, if you would understand, then then you would understand that you need a license. But you don't want to go get a license because your stuff is suspended in whatever Ohio >> and I've tried. >> Okay. Well, you need to reinstate your license in Ohio and get it fixed so you can get a license in Florida. >> That's why I being a sovereign citizen. I haven't. >> I'm telling you that sovereign the sovereign the sovereign citizen thing is not going to work. I'm telling you. But you don't have to believe me. I've been doing this seven years. It's not going to work. Have a seat, please. I'll see where my corporal is if he is willing to come out here. If not, he can give you a phone call at the jail. >> It's incredible the officer remained patient and respectful with the suspect while trying to educate the man on Florida state law. However, he remained firm in his decisions and did his job by the book. Soon after, the corporal showed up and tried to explain things to the suspect and tried to get through to this ignorant man one more time. >> Hi there. >> Hello, County Sheriff's Office. What can I do for you? I'm being arrested for traveling on the road, sir. >> Okay. >> We all have a right to travel, but I don't. >> You Yeah, you're right. You have the right to travel, but >> but when you're traveling when you're traveling in the streets >> of Florida. >> Yes, sir. >> You have to have a license. >> Okay. >> So, that is the law. Whether you agree to it or not, >> that's that for us to discuss. Okay. Our job is just to enforce state laws and state law says that you have to have a driver's license. >> That is it. >> Even if you're traveling and not >> even if you're traveling, >> even if you're traveling. >> Okay. >> So, you can research it. >> State Florida is very simple. You have to have a Florida driver's license to drive a car or a driver's license from another state to operate a motor vehicle on any roads in the state of Florida. They arrested the man for obstruction and driving without a valid license. While this interaction seemed to be calm for a sovereign citizen before arguing with the cops again, this guy's got to do his research. On September 9th, 2024, the cops were dispatched to a restaurant following reports that a group of people were acting drunken, disorderly, and getting physically aggressive with each other. >> How you doing, man? >> How you doing, man? >> So, what exactly is going on here? So here I guess I'm the bad guy. >> Just give us a minute. >> Going on today. >> What's going on here? They were drinking. I don't know their relationship. Uh the man started yelling at her. Put her hands on her. >> Made a complaint. I was coming out the back. I think this guy's trying >> to make a statement with him. Um I'm sure he practiced deescalated the scene >> um after he left. He then got more aggressive after kept drinking and he came over toward she started looking for protection from us >> and the guy came over kept grabbing her. >> So >> So the first like initial physical what occurred specifically between like them two? >> Uh they were verbally abusing each other and then he shoved her. >> Okay. Shoved her. Okay, cool. I'm I'm going to talk to them real quick and then I'm going to see if we need to >> She's also She's also a part of it. Excuse me, ma'am. >> So, so who are you to him? >> I'm Audrey. I don't remember his name. >> Okay. >> Um, he was talking to my friend >> who's clearly drunk. >> Um, I've been trying to get her to come out. >> Is this your friend? >> This is her. This is Linda. I've been trying to get her to come out, but she keeps drinking and she keeps yelling. >> I'm drinking yelling. Linda, can you prove my point? >> Linda was obviously intoxicated. She said the man she was fighting with was a very close colleague at work. In addition, the man was married to her friend Audrey. As Linda and the man were the ones reportedly getting physical, the cops had more questions for them. >> I don't need this. >> Okay. Well, it's too late now. We're already here. All right. >> Yeah. I didn't call them. He did. >> That's perfectly fine. Yeah. And that's within the law. >> That's all it is is Italian Irish people. That's how we act. >> Okay. That's perfectly fine. All right. So, that man is just like a business partner partner to you. Correct. >> Okay. You don't live with him. >> No, I pay him to take me. >> Can I please ask you questions and you can just answer them like a normal person? If you point at me like that again, you're going to go to jail. You understand that? >> If you come over here like you're going to touch me, you're going to go to jail. >> Okay. I did not give you permission to do that. So, you need to control yourself. All right. I understand you guys been drinking. I'm asking you questions. I'm conducting investigations. >> I'm death. My husband died, right? My mother died. My dog died. and I'm trying to visit my h my kid and my wheel falls off again. I'm under extreme stress. >> So they're saying that that he grabbed you, he pushed you, he was pulling on you. >> Nothing like that. >> Okay. So that's not true. None of that was outside of your consent. >> None of that was true. He never even touched. Do >> you have your driver's license on you? >> He never touched me. >> Do you have your driver's license? >> That boy is a a general driver's license on you. >> Linda admitted there was an argument, but said that no one had laid hands on her. She said the guys who called police were being overdramatic. As the group was having car trouble, a tow truck arrived and that's when things took a turn for the worse. I didn't I didn't mean I didn't mean to have my shoe. You cannot take me to jail. >> You just hit a law enforcement hospital. >> I didn't know my shoe was going to come off. You can't do that to me. I'm a lady. >> Let go. >> No. I'm a lady. I'm a lady. You cannot do that. >> I'm going to drop you. Give me other hand. Give me your other hand. >> You cannot do that. >> Give me your other hand. >> No. >> No. No. I don't belong in jail. I'm a lady. >> Are you going to go to jail today? >> No, you cannot do that, Charlie. You cannot do that. My shoes fell off. >> No, you can't do that. >> Stop. Stop resisting. >> No, you can't do that. >> You're going to end You're going to end up on the floor. >> No, I'm home with my books. >> Your attitude? >> My attitude? >> My shoe fell off. >> That's okay. >> Daddy. Daddy, daddy, daddy, I can't do that. I'm not bad. I'm a little girl. >> Just imagine how much of a Karen you have to be to kick an officer and then tell the cops that they can't take you to jail because you're a lady. One moment she's the owner and operator of an art gallery and the next she's just daddy's little girl. It was completely unacceptable and they weren't going to let her get away with it. >> Please don't take me to a police station. >> No, you're going to go to jail. >> No, that's not Papa. There's a difference between a police station and >> you're not taking me to jail. >> Okay. >> Have a seat in the car. >> Can I have my um friend with me? >> Have a seat in the car. >> I can't go to a jail. >> You're going to jail. >> Get in the car. >> Get in the car. >> Have a seat in the car cuz you are under arrest for battery on law enforcement. >> I did not do that. >> Step up on the sidewalk. >> Step up. You got to step up. >> I need my phone. >> You either step up or we're going to pull you into the car >> thing off so I can call my lawyer. >> Why are you doing this to me? >> Cuz you battered a law enforcement officer. >> I did not. My shoe fell off. >> That's your opinion. You are intoxicated. >> You are intoxicated. >> I have been going through stress. >> You are intoxicated. Okay. >> I'm not saying that. No. >> Sweet. >> I did not mean to hurt you. >> It went. Linda, look. Linda, look. Look. >> Are you going to do it again? >> Cuz if you do it again, we're going to start charging second. >> Move out of the way. I just want I understand what you're saying. I don't need you to show. >> I cannot go to jail. >> Okay. Well, put your feet back in the car. I'm not going to adjust your hands. Please don't. >> You're going to let me adjust your hands. >> I can't be with those people. I'm scared of those people. You cannot do this to me. >> Dear Jesus. Dear Jesus. Dear Jesus. >> The woman refused to take any accountability for her actions. While her shoe might have accidentally fallen off, it didn't explain why she kicked at the officer in the first place. Before being taken to the station, she was first taken to the hospital for a checkup. >> I do not belong in police custody. Well, as of right now, you are >> well two crimes in the state of Florida. >> I did nothing wrong. Nothing. I was trying to get my people home safely because for the fifth time, the wheel of my Jaguar came off and I was just stipulating and look, my shoe came off and they thought that I I I did a thing on a police person. >> Linda was charged with resisting arrest and battery on a law enforcement officer. If she really hates jail so much, maybe next time she'll think twice before assaulting a police officer. >> Oh, y'all get sued, mother. Y'ALL GET MY GRANDMA ON THE PHONE. HEAR ALL OF WHAT YOU SAID. You [ __ ] dumb. >> Stand up. >> On September 11th, 2024 in New Jersey, the cops got a call from a high school where a 12th grader was acting disorderly and threatening harm to the students and teachers. Inside the assistant principal's office, she became more aggressive. >> Close the door. >> I'll go I'll go outside in the hallway. >> Close the door. GET OUT OF MY FACE. >> YOU'RE GOING TO GET LOCKED UP. YOU UNDERSTAND ME? >> GET OUT OF MY FACE, BRO. Get out of my Get out of my face. >> Now you got handcuffs. You understand? You got to put your hand off of me. What the me now? You're going to >> get off of me. What the Get off of me. Get the off of me. GET the >> calm down. >> Get the off. >> Calm down. >> Get the off OF ME. >> CALM DOWN. >> GET [screaming] OFF OF ME, YOU PSYCHO. Get the OFF OF ME. GET THE [ __ ] Get off of me. GET THE OFF OF ME. GET OFF OF ME. Get the off of me. Get the off of me. You Jesus Christ. What the [ __ ] [screaming] >> Get your hand behind your back. >> The woman clearly needed to calm down, but she refused to do so. Her extremely irrational behavior could indicate deep immaturity or perhaps mental health issues. Regardless, given she was 18 years old, they'd be charging this young woman as an adult. >> Oh, y'all get sued, mother. [ __ ] MY GRANDMA ON THE PHONE. HEAR ALL OF WHAT YOU SAID. YOU [ __ ] DUMB. >> Stand up. >> No. >> Stand up. >> You can pick me up then since you want to throw me. >> NO GRAND PICK ME UP CUZ THEY JUST MANHANDLED ME LIKE I'm a [ __ ] like [laughter] manhandled me. What the is wrong? >> BUNCH OF GROWN MEN. Jesus Christ. OH MY GOD. Co me up. Oh my god. What the is wrong with y'all? For real. Jesus Christ. >> What happens when you put your hands on a police? >> CUZ YOU WERE GETTING IN MY FACE. >> SO BACK THE up personal space, you psychopath. >> Oh my god. >> Y'all do to get people riled up and then when we retaliate, you want to put me in cuffs? You psycho. >> You're under arrest. >> Okay. Like >> No, CUZ I'M UNDER ARREST NOW. I'M GOING TO JAIL, I guess. >> [laughter] >> You chose this. [laughter] >> While she pled for her grandmother, she was still legally an adult, which left her grandmother with very little power to intervene. Her choice to resist arrest was deeply unwise. It led to two counts of aggravated assault on a police officer. A charge like that carries up to 5 to 10 years in prison. >> Grand, please come and get me. Yo, like You come get your police headquarters. Okay. [laughter] [laughter] >> Calm down. Calm your breathing. [laughter] >> You're really telling me. >> You're really telling me to calm down right now. You're dumb. Shut up, [laughter] >> Graham. I really wish YOU JUST SAW WHAT JUST HAPPENED, GRAHAM. LIKE, are you kidding me? >> [laughter] >> Well, now you're getting so play. >> I don't give a I don't give a any recording. >> You already record on my body cam. >> I don't care. >> YOU'RE GETTING STOP TALKING. SHUT UP. >> THEY literally get me out of your hand before I really lose it, bro. >> They literally going to fabricate my whole thing. Yo, >> you need to calm down. >> Stop [ __ ] TALKING TO ME, PLEASE. LIKE, YOU'RE LITERALLY doing it to make me angry. As she was hyperventilating, the cops needed to calm her down right away. However, all this distress might have been exaggerated as she seemed intent on portraying herself as the victim. >> Let's go. Take a walk outside. >> Don't Don't be swinging at me. >> Yo, I'm not swinging. What are you talking >> trying to elbow me? >> I'm trying to get you off me. >> She's getting two counts of aggravated assault on us already. So, it's fine. >> I'm getting two counts of aggravated assault apparently. All of you. This is why nobody likes to hear all of you. >> Well, my is in the [ __ ] school. They took all my >> do not pull away from me. >> Don't stoping grabbing me. >> I'm masculine you outside the school cuz you already created a disturbance. >> That'sing sad. >> Y'all literally [ __ ] picked me up and threw me in the [ __ ] ground like a bunch of droneing big ass men throwing a 18-year-old girl on the ground like a bunch of >> Yeah. How far are you going to go on that one? >> Inside the squad car, she continued complaining about how the cops treated her and took no responsibility for her actions. Ultimately, her inability to behave in school does not bode well for the woman's future. As the body cam footage soon revealed, this was not an isolated incident. >> Now, I know why they didn't me like this when I was 17. Cuz I wouldn't trouble 4K. Now I'm going to go >> be transporting that female 41 from uh the school to headquarters. Starting mile is going to be 65 777. Yeah, give uh 06 a call and uh if anyone's 103, just meet me on. [laughter] [laughter] [laughter] >> Are you going to be cooperative on the way in for me? >> Yep. Not going to kick, scream, punch, or spun on any of us. >> See where that lady just went in that front door? We're going to walk right through that front door. Okay. >> Unsurprisingly, it wasn't the first time she'd been in trouble with the cops. The only consolation was that when they got her to the station, she had finally calmed down and was being a bit more cooperative. And being as young as she is, she still had plenty of time to correct her behavior. The cops then spoke to the grandmother. Just >> going to tell you my camera's on. It's recording. Okay. Officer. >> Okay. Um Um Are you the guardian of Madison? >> I am. >> Okay. Um since he's 18, I can't tell you much, but I can tell you there was an incident at the school. Um >> I actually talked to Mr. >> Okay. So, she is under arrest. We're going to be processing her and she should be out of here within the next half hour and then she'll have a court date um probably within the next month. And then you guys go to court. Whether you want, you know, have her hire a public defender or hire your own representation, that's on you. That's your right. >> They released the woman and gave her a court date for two counts of assault on an officer and resisting arrest. On May 22nd, 2024 in Charlotte County, the cop stopped a driver because he was speeding and swerving over lines on the road. As the cops approached the vehicle, they noticed a loaded pistol in the passenger seat. Roll down the window. >> No. Roll down the >> Turn the car off. >> Turn the car off. >> Turn the car off. Turn the car off. >> I don't know. >> Turn the car off. >> All right. Go ahead and step on out for me. >> I got to step out for you. >> Yes. Yeah, you do. >> No, that's a fourth amendment. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> Fourth amendment, bro. >> Get out of the car. >> Fourth amendment. I I >> Get out of the car, dude. >> There's a gun in the car. Get out of the car. Now, if you don't know about the Fourth Amendment, it protects citizens against searches and seizures without warrants. However, since the officer saw the gun, it could absolutely be considered probable cause. So, for the officer's safety, he demanded the man exit the vehicle. Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> I don't have to. >> Yes, you do. >> No, I don't. >> Yes, you do. >> Superior. Call your superior. >> I am the supervisor. Get out of the car. >> Call your sergeant. >> Get out of the car. I'm requesting >> get out of the car. >> I'm requesting >> your superior. >> You can either get out of the car or I'm going to break the window and take you out. >> You know you have to. >> No, I don't have to. >> Get out of the car. >> Right. You know you have to don't fourth amendment right. You know you have to >> get out of the car. >> You see my hand? I'm going to reach my phone. >> Get out of the car. >> This is my wallet. This is Tic Tacs. >> Get >> You see that? Get out of the car. >> I'm not touching that. >> Get out of the car. >> Here is my phone. Fourth amendment, bro. You can't do that. You got to I'm going to shoot a whole fine >> and you will be out of a job. >> At this point, it was clear to the officers the man was not going to comply. They could have let the man go on with his ignorant constitutional tirade, but instead the cops took matters into their own hands. For everyone's safety, they decided to break the man's car window to get him out of the vehicle. Hey, >> this is your last chance. I'm going to break your window. >> Pull me out. You can ask. You can ask. >> Get out. >> You can ask for anything. >> We're telling you to get out. You're not getting out. >> LET ME SEE YOUR HANDS NOW. LET ME SEE YOUR HANDS. Your hands GO UP IN THE AIR. THEY NOTING MOVE. DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME? >> HEY, this all in video recorded. >> Okay. >> Out of the car now. >> Yes, sir. Can I reach for this? >> No. Get out of the car. >> He's got a gun right there. >> I got a gun. >> All my hands, >> bro. >> Hands behind your back now, >> bro. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. >> Reaching for a gun. Bad idea, >> sir. Yes, sir. I'm just y'all hate my four minutes. >> Stop clenching your hands. >> Resisting the shoulders. I'm disappointed. >> Then you should have listened. But I told you get out of the car. >> Oh god. Oh god. Oh my pocket. Take it out. Take it out. Dude, I don't want to hurt nobody, bro. Probably the dumbest move he could have done here was just what he did. While they were breaking his window, the man reached for his gun. Without his cowboy hat and his gun, the man wasn't so tough. And when the officers pulled him out of his car, he started crying. >> I am [ __ ] up. >> Jesus Christ. >> Oh, stand up, >> sir. Yes, sir. >> Sir. Yes, sir. What the? You violated my forition. Yes, you did. >> Spread your feet apart. >> Yes, you did. >> Spread your feet apart, >> sir. Yes, sir. >> Sir. Yes, sir. Take that knife right out of there. Yes, sir. It's on my right side. Thank you, sir. Other than that, no, sir. No, sir. No drugs. Nothing. Nothing. >> Holy. trying to get home and I'm getting arrested because my fourth amendment right. >> No, my fourth amendment right, bro. >> Holy, I'm going to shoot the car. >> You think of Gordon? >> It's open. >> Oh, bro. >> Sit in the car. >> Yes, sir. Sir, yes, sir. I'm going to sit in the car, sir. Yes, sir. >> From his irrational movements and his words being slurred, he appeared to be intoxicated. The man's personality switch was intense and was confusing for the officers, but his wife arrived just moments later and gave the cops more context about his strange behavior. They were willing to hear the woman out, but still had to follow protocol. >> Did he really pull his gun? >> He kept reaching for it. That's why I tell it's why I wanted them out of the car. >> Okay. >> The gun was on the front seat out of the holster when I walked in. >> 100% honest with you. >> I saw him call you and I asked him to turn the car off and step out of the car. He refused to. I originally stopped him for doing 87 in the 60. >> Listen, I'm not making an excuse. I'm I'm giving you the full broad spectrum here. He has some mental issues. He is on medication for it. He has been drinking. >> I know he has cuz he had a open beer bottle in his hand. >> We've been fighting all afternoon. >> He took off on me while I was at the neighbor's house. I've been trying to get him to just come home. He must finally decided to come home, but he's been trying to tell me all night he was making. I didn't want to do the traffic stop with him being one possibly intoxicated with an open beer bottle. >> I understand. >> And a firearm on the front seat and he didn't want to get out the car. >> He is not at all in his right mind. >> Once the addition he has got here, we didn't break the window because he didn't want to get out the car. >> And while we were breaking the window, he was reaching and grabbing the gun. >> After that whole situation, the cops were full of adrenaline and for good reason. His wife's account of his mental illness explained his sudden personality switch and why his gun was loaded and ready right next to him. Despite the man's mental illness, he still had to be arrested for his crimes. >> What's the problem tonight? >> What's the problem? I got pulled over and yanked out of my car. My window busted cuz I wouldn't get out. But he didn't ask me for license, registration, or anything else. He just said, "Step the out." You know what? >> That's goes against the fourth, man. >> Against the fourth. >> Fourth. It goes against the fourth amendment constitution. >> I couldn't understand what you were saying >> exactly. >> You need me for? >> What I need you for is cuz they snatched me out for no reason. All he had to do is I asked for his license. >> You asked for his license. >> Not for his license. For his Jesus Christ. I got my hand. Okay. For his badge number and his name. Okay. It's kind of hard with your handcuffs by >> can't talk when you're handcuffed. >> Exactly. They jacked me out of my car. >> Okay. Sounds like you with lawful orders. >> Why didn't I don't have to deal with lawful orders? >> What's the Constitution deal with, bro? Did you Did you not Did you not Did you not deal with the Constitution when you signed a cop? Talk about wasting the sergeant's time. They charge the man with resisting without violence, resisting with violence, DUI, and battery on an officer. Now, let's head out to Georgia, where another sovereign citizen thought he could outsmart the cops. Like the mom before, he was pulled over for driving without plates. But the driver didn't think so because he claimed he was just testing out his new motor. Morning. Reach on top of you. No tag on your vehicle. >> Well, the car is not registered. >> Why is that? >> Because I just put a motor in. I got to do the emission drive on drive cycle. >> You got your license with you? >> I don't have a driver's license. I'm not I'm not driving anywhere. I'm traveling. >> Okay. Feb 13. >> I need you and I got to solve a citizen. >> The moment the officer heard the infamous, "I'm not driving, I'm traveling," excuse, he knew things were about to get complicated. After saying he wasn't driving and was just traveling, he contradicted himself, saying he was performing a drive cycle test. But you can't really do that without driving, right? >> Hold on. Stay in the car. Stay in the car. Stay in the car. in the car. >> Stay in the car. >> I did not violate no law. I didn't violate no law. You violated my constitutional right to to liberty. You You restricted me of my liberty. >> I don't have no weapons. I haven't committed no crime. >> I didn't I didn't commit no crime. I don't have no weapons. So if you going you might as well in the car. If you go me stay in the car. >> If you me this is ridiculous. >> I'm I'm stay in the car. >> But you going me cuz just for driving >> need a 73. >> But you going to take me to jail. >> You going to take me to jail for no reason. >> Stay in the car. >> I'm asking you a question. >> Stay in the car. >> Look, I'mma light your Stay in the car. >> Look, I'm asking you a question. You been to me for traveling. >> Stay in the car. >> I'M IN THE CAR. I GOT MY HANDS OUT THE CAR. SO YOU SEE I ain't got no weapons. What is you tripping on? What is you tripping on? I'm out the car. SHOW YOU I AIN'T GOT NO WEAPON. ME. >> HEY, >> it's crazy that sovereign citizens just wake up one day and decide they don't need to adhere to laws or regulations. Then they've got the audacity to try and convince police officers that for some reason they have no jurisdiction over them. Truly, stupidity knows no bounds. >> Snatch away from me right now. I didn't put I haven't for committed no crime. Get out the car. >> Get out the car. >> That's what I was trying to do. >> Bro, you snatch away from me. We get away from nobody. First of all, I'm asking you, bro. >> I'm asking WHAT CRIME HAVE I COMMITTED? >> I'm asking what crime have I committed? Get a do. >> It was clear that those taser prongs would not be able to penetrate such a thick coat. The suspect knew it too and took full advantage of the situation. As soon as he realized the cops meant business, he pulled away from them and they soon found themselves in a standoff. >> Get over here. >> What you want to get over here? Push me. >> Get over. First of all, you got to tell me what crime I committed. >> Get over the No. You >> got to tell me what crime I committed. >> This is not right. This is not right. Get over the fence. >> No, first of all, >> get over the fence. >> YOU CAN'T EVEN TALK TO ME LIKE A MAN AND TELL ME WHAT CRIME I COMMITTED. >> What's wrong with you? >> I GOT >> WHAT'S WRONG? YOU CAN'T TELL ME WHAT CRIME I COMMITTED. >> WHAT CRIME have I committed? >> You drive with no license. >> What you mean? >> Ain't no tag. >> First of all, THAT IS NOT A LAW. >> THAT'S A STATE. THAT'S A COME ON, MAN. THAT IS NOT A LAW. This is what it sounds like when someone tries to sound smart, but they skip classes in school. This man heard bits and pieces of the sovereign citizen theories, but he just couldn't quite articulate them properly. As soon as the cops caught their breath, they decided to bring this situation to an end. >> Ready? Come on. We're coming over here. >> COME ON. COME ON, MAN. Hands behind your back. >> Put your HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. I got his leg. >> Bro, >> get your arm OFF ME RIGHT NOW. Get your >> Put your arm behind right now. >> What you got? >> Put your arm behind my leg. >> Behind your back now. >> All right. I'm almost done. >> I'm done. >> Put your HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> I GOT I GOT I GOT [laughter] I GOT I GOT I GOT YOUR HAND. PUT IT BACK. >> CUFF. CUFF. >> PUT YOUR OTHER HAND BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> I'M ON TOP OF IT. HOW the >> my neck >> right there? My [ __ ] >> YOUR HEAD. STOP FIGHTING. >> MY [ __ ] >> Got it. Right here. Right here. >> Put the other one on. >> All I ask you was what crime have I committed? >> We told you. >> WHAT? THAT AIN'T NOT NO CRIME. THAT IS NOT EVEN AN arrestable offense. >> To be fair, it's not usually an arrestable offense to drive without a license. But everything that happened after the traffic stop definitely is. He didn't get manhandled because he was quote unquote drive cycle testing his car. He got manhandled because he resisted and then ran from the cops. >> Help me up. I'm asking you to help ME UP, MAN. >> NO, I WAS DRIVING. >> You seen what? Sorry. You see I was there. I'm asking you what crime out there going to jail. >> Ain't nobody here. Your brothers >> all brothers. >> We all are brothers. We are from the human family. >> We from the human family. >> We from the human family. >> These are y'all agents for the corporation. That is not no crime. Even no arrestable offense. I ain't even no arrestable offense. >> You going to find out today? >> Come on. What do you mean today? Y'all arresting me because you want to. >> He's arresting you for the car. >> Okay, sit down. Sit down. He came in. >> Slide across. >> Come on, brother. >> Slide across. >> I'm trying. If you let me. >> Let's try a little harder. >> You went from a kick to taking me to jail. >> What? >> Slide across. >> Here you go. >> The suspect was a pretty big guy. So unsurprisingly, it took several officers to bring him down and restrain him. But after all that, he was calm and cooperative. As one of the officers searched through his belongings, the others tried to catch their breath and discuss what just happened. >> Just came out of his jacket. >> I'm a suicide. >> But when he ran, I was like, "You know what? Let me get this jacket off of him and maybe then we can >> I was wondering I should have communicated. Should have communicated, but I was wondering what you were doing." I was like, "Uh, that's when I had him right here." Yeah. >> And I'm trying to pull him down. About to choke him out. And then you was like I'm like, "Oh, he about tased. Let me let him go." >> Yeah. >> I was actually putting it back. >> Yeah. Put it back. >> What was he driving? >> That car right there. >> You all right? Showed him. >> Yeah. I thought he's about to jump off the >> That's what I thought. >> That's why I'm holding on to him life. I'm like about jump when I pulled up and he was hanging over the side. I was like, "Oh, >> you had a push." >> No. No. Within the burst, he was in the car. >> Yeah. >> And he kept trying to push out the car and I was holding the car shut and I was like, "No, you ain't getting out the car." >> If it wasn't for the man's thick coat, they probably would have tased him and that would have been it. Instead, he managed to run across a busy road, enter a construction site, endanger his own life, and make the officer's job that much harder. But if you ask this guy, he'd probably say he did nothing wrong. After all, he was just quote unquote traveling. You you just traveling. >> That's what I was doing. I was traveling. >> How was you traveling? >> I was traveling by my means of my That's my car. That's my car. That's my transportator. That's my daughter's car. >> Uh-huh. >> I just put a motor in it. I need to drive it to get it pass through a mission. >> You got to drive it. >> Huh? >> You said you had to drive it. >> I have to test it, >> right? You said you had to drive it. >> No, I He said I was driving. What? Huh? >> You just said you had to drive it. >> Now you trying to confuse me. You just said that. >> So you using word magic now. >> You said you had a bad, right? >> Using word magic. >> Did you not say that? >> Are you calling me a liar? >> Yes, I am. >> All right, we're done talking to me. >> How ironic is it that a sovereign citizen accuses someone else of using word magic. Whatever the case, this guy's nonsense didn't work. He ended up being charged with resisting arrest, driving without a license, and failure to produce registration. On the 5th of October 2024, police officers were dispatched to a campground after reports of a disturbance. When the officers arrived, they were greeted by the campground manager who said a man was yelling at fellow campers and had broken a window in his camper trailer. >> What's up, man? >> Hey, what's up? I'm just quiet. Wherever I go, someone stopped and interacting me. >> All right. >> Watching me. I'm sick and tired of this. >> Can you sit down? >> I know. I'm trying to go swimming. I'm trying to go to the beach. >> Oh, >> yesterday I I just got got back from the beach. >> Let's have a discussion, man. >> Gave me a ticket for not wearing glasses. And then the day before that, he gave me two tickets. >> Okay. >> I'm done. I'm sick and tired. I want to move the out of here. >> I I I >> This is my last day in here. My last day here. >> I get it. >> Tomorrow I'm leaving here. >> Okay. >> I'm going to California. I'm going back to college. >> What's got you upset right now? >> That dude over there. He has people all the time just stalking me all the time. There's people with all these. There's that dude. There's that dude. I'm sick and tired of all these watching me from afar. >> The suspect appeared paranoid, claiming that drones and other campers were spying on him. When the officer asked, he refused to identify himself. He said he was just trying to go swimming and wanted to be left alone. But that would have to wait as the officer still had questions for him. >> I never I never met >> Am I being detained? I want to go swimming. >> Oh, yeah. Hey, you are being detained >> for what? What? What is it? >> Because you're causing a disturbance. >> Am I though? >> Yeah, you are. >> How? What is it? What is it? >> Because you're disturbing the people around you. >> What is it then? >> Can I have a Can I have a ticket then? >> No. We're going We're going to have a We're going to talk about it. >> What law did I break? What law did I break? >> What law did you break? >> Yes. I'm going to >> Right now, you're disturbing the peace. >> I'm doing great. I feel good. >> Okay. >> I feel good. You you've disturbed everybody in this neighborhood >> because they're stalking and harassing me every day. They do the same. They do this. They stalk and harass me. They get closer. They with me. >> I'm done with all these petty little chumps. >> I don't give a I don't owe you an exclamation or these people. They harass me. They stalk me. They take pictures of me everywhere I go. >> The suspect was I rate and the officer couldn't get a word in edgewise. He didn't seem to understand that his behavior was completely unacceptable. The campground was filled with families and the last thing management needed was someone on the loose causing a ruckus. >> Can I Can I talk to you? >> Can I Can I go home? Am I being detained? For what? For what? >> Yes, you are. You're disturbing. >> Can put me in cops. Let's go. >> Cops. Cuz I don't. >> Turn around. >> What am I doing wrong then? >> Turn around. You're disturbing the peace. >> All right, let's go. Let's go. Let's go then. Cuz what I think >> I don't see any lava that I broke. >> Okay, >> let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. I'll make sure I What's your badge number? I want I want your um I want your police camera. I want your police footage, your camera. I want your badge number. I want your um your lieutenant. I want all your your staff. I want your agency number. I want all these things. >> Go get all that. All right. >> I I want to make sure of it. >> So So let's calm down. He says, "Dude, I want peace and quiet. >> I'm one I'm one foot away from you. Let's >> How can we deescalate this?" by talking lower. >> Can I get out of cops and deescalate this with you? >> Is this not a back out? Like what what law did I really break? >> Disturbing the peace because they disturb my peace every day, man. Every day. >> I just want peace and quiet. >> And why can't I get peace and quiet when when Donald Trump said when I was on A1A, but it would happen in US1? Why all this on me when I didn't do anything wrong? What did I do? >> What law did I break when you guys disturbed my peace? The officer here was having a hard time answering the man's questions as he wasn't really making any sense. With the man detained in handcuffs, he was then escorted to a cruiser for further questioning. And along the way, it became clear just how delusional the man was. >> You don't understand who I am. I'm Alpha the Omega, the beginning of the last. I'm Jesus Christ. I'm God. And if you don't care, then good for you. >> You got any weapons on you? No. Any guns? >> Nope. I don't own a gun. I'm not allowed to have a gun. >> Any knives? Nope. >> Okay. >> No. No. No weapons. Okay, >> let's go in your car. Let's go. >> All right, let's go this way. >> Let's go. Come on. >> All right, let's go. Come on. Come on. >> Hey. Hey. >> I'm trying to take you to your car. Let's go. >> Let's walk. Let's walk at a normal pace, man. >> I am. I'm just trying to go to your car. Come on. I'm not I'm not resisting. Let's go. Come on. >> All right. >> I'm not Don't break my arms. Let's go. Come on. >> Hey, stop pulling away from me. >> I'm not I'm pulling you forward. >> Stop pulling away from me. >> I'm pulling with you. I don't want my you to break my arms, man. Let's go. >> Stop pulling >> and then let's go. I I want to get in the car. >> Okay, let's go. Come on. >> Slow down a second. >> The suspect continued to drag the officer toward his cruiser. The officer still had to search his backpack, but taking the cuffs off was the last thing he wanted to do. As a result, the officer opted to cut the bag off, which triggered the man into complete hysterics. Thankfully, another officer arrived on scene to provide backup. >> All right, be still. I got to do this. All right, >> I'm trying to, but my shoulders feel they're going to pop out, too. It's going to loosen a little bit. If I get a finger under there, that's that's as far as I go. >> No, dude. Work with me at this moment, dude. My my hand feels like it's going to break if you don't loosen it. >> Did you loosen this one a little too? Like, >> yeah, I'll check it in a second, man. >> It's unnecessary right now. >> Look, I get a whole finger in there. So, we're not we're not we're not adjusting that one. >> Can I have that water? Can I have the water? Uh, not right now. >> I'm thirsty. I'm thirsty. Like, you >> I'm going to jail. I want the water. Like, can I have the water? >> We'll get your water. >> Let me put you in the car. >> Like, what? What? What? Hold on. Can I Can I If If you're going to write the all this stuff, can I get the paper? >> Yeah. >> Can I get the paper where where it says uh the disorderly conduct? What's the disorderly conduct for? I Hold on. I want to hear this cuz I It's my right. It is my rights. >> It's my right. Let's go. >> I'm not playing games either. So, let's go. I want you to call Karma Harris, Donald Trump, JB Vance. I want you to call him. >> All right. God bless you, sir. >> Thank you, sir. >> With the suspect secured in the back of the cruiser, the officers then collected witness statements and photographed the damage the man had done to his own trailer. And while it's always counterproductive to destroy your own property, it was better his trailer than someone else's. >> Now, this his place >> here. Hey, um [snorts] Jim, can you just recap of what you saw today? Today only. >> Yeah. When I uh I went over to the store. I just got back. My wife and I were out running. It's my day off. So, I just got back. I stepped outside and I could hear him screaming and yelling from fire up there at the store. >> Okay. >> And u he had already talked to several people yelling. I I didn't see him break his window, but Anthony, the other maintenance guy, did >> and I come down, he was standing in inside coming in and out, screaming out the window, coming outside, jumping on the picnic table, yelling over here at people. >> Can you just kind of recap of of what happened today? Only >> today? Well, we were eating sandwich inside and I heard I said he's at it again. >> Okay. Okay. So, I just come out and look over here and he's out there screaming, ranting and raving. And then he saw me and I saw him. We made eye contact. >> Uhhuh. >> And he said, "I am going to you." >> Okay. >> His very words. >> I ran right in the house and closed the door. >> Okay. And locked. >> Were you in fear of your life? >> In my fear, I'm still shaking. The lady took my pulse. She said, "You need to go to the doctor." >> Okay. The whole experience obviously flustered the woman making threats to your elderly neighbor is not okay and it was another charge for the suspect. The woman informed the officer that she wanted to press charges as it wasn't the first time the cops had been called due to his erratic behavior. >> When when he said those words to you, what was what was he doing at that moment when he said >> the door at the facing out? Well, looking at me at the door. He's right at the door. >> He was at his door. >> Yeah. >> Okay. And then he was open and then he yel saw me and he I'm going >> that's the only words he said. >> And he asked another lady for my for my name and for my my address. >> Did he give you any kind of hand gestures? >> Well, his hands were going. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Yelling at me. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> But this time he went looked at me. >> Okay. >> Did he have anything hands? >> No. The woman agreed to provide the officers with a written statement. Back in the cruiser, the suspect was read his rights. The officer then confronted the man regarding the woman's accusations. And while he admitted to speaking to her, he denied making any death threats. >> So, um, my main concern is what you said to her. um >> so so she's alleging that you said that you wanted to >> or or to the >> to the to the effect of I'm going I'm going to >> Oh my god, >> you didn't say that. >> No, no. >> Okay. All right. >> So, >> I said I didn't say anything about >> I don't even have a weapon. All I have is a machete, which I'm legally allowed to have. >> Okay. So, so the main reason that has you upset today is why >> I'm listening to music and it's just watching movies. >> Okay. >> All right. I'm not going to ask you anything else. All right. >> The suspect was transported to jail without further incident. They charged the man with disturbing the peace and assault on a person over 65 after posting a $500 bond. He was subsequently released. On July 30th, 2024, the cops conducted a traffic stop after a motorcyclist ran a stop sign and was riding with blue flashing lights. After stopping the man, he acted rude and claimed the law didn't apply to him. >> Let me turn this on so I'm native, so I'm going to record all this. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> I need your driver's license, registration, and proof of insurance. >> Why? Why do you need my driver's license? First of all, why are you pulling me over? >> Nope. I need your driver's license, your registration. >> We're going to do insurance. I study law. >> Okay. >> And I'm not a dummy. And I know everybody down at that office. >> You got about 2 seconds to give me your information or you're going to go to jail. It's as simple as that. >> Oh, wait. Hold on. Hold on. I want you to repeat that. >> 2 seconds. >> I got two seconds or I'm going to go to jail. >> I need your driver's license, your registration, and your proof of insurance or you're going to go into handcuffs and you're going to go to jail. >> You know, that's illegal. >> It is not. >> It actually is. It actually is. Can you call your supervisor? >> Call your supervisor down there. >> Nope. >> No, you will call your supervisor down there. >> Nope. >> I know my law. >> You don't want to give me your stuff? >> You cannot touch me. >> Another pattern with these types of people is that they're incredibly ignorant, yet they think they know the law. If the suspect here knew anything about the law, he would have just provided his information, went on his way with the ticket, and if it really meant that much to him, dispute things in court. It's a good thing the officer didn't tolerate his nonsense and got straight to the point. >> No, you cannot touch yourself. >> Call your supervisor. >> Call your supervisor. >> Why are you cuffing me? What the hell are you doing? What are you doing to me, bro? What the I had neck surgery. >> I don't care, dude. >> What the are you doing? >> Oh my god, bro. >> Call your supervisor. You just committed a crime. A felony. >> Okay. >> Unbelievable. You threw me. I've had neck surgery. >> Yep. Well, you shouldn't have been resisting me. >> I didn't resist you. I asked you why' you stop me. >> Wow. I'm going to sue this. >> Okay. Good luck. >> No, I will win. It's $100,000 for every violation. You are touching me without your supervisor present. >> Yeah, cuz I'm doing my job, buddy. >> No, it's not your job. You're actually violating my rights. I'm not. And on top of that, I'm Native American. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Do you know you're not even allowed to touch me, bro? >> That's not how it works. >> You're a commercial entity. You're not even a freaking part of the my land, dude. You're you're a commercial entity. >> All these people seem to have some crazy notion that law enforcement officers aren't real. And what's really sad is that they can't face reality even while getting arrested for their own stupidity. The soft sit here keeps acting like a Karen, demanding a supervisor and telling the cop how things work. >> I did what? >> You pulled away from me? >> I did. I pulled away from you cuz you grabbed me. Bro, >> you can't touch me without telling me what's going on. >> Yes, I can. >> You will not have a job when I'm done with you. >> Okay, good luck with that. >> You're going to try me, huh? I'm a Mason on top of that. So, good luck, bro. >> Okay. >> Raised right here in Lodge 149. I'm gonna have your badge, bro. Good luck with that. >> So far, he's claimed that he's a Native American, a Freemason, a sovereign citizen, and a law student. However, none of these things make him immune from the law. The entitlement issues this guy had were just right through the roof. After the officer managed to get his backpack off, he tried to help the suspect sit up before backup arrived. >> All right, roll up to your side. >> I hurt, bro. Stop. >> Roll up. >> I hurt. >> Roll on your side. I'm I'm a quadripollegic on my neck, bro. >> I'll sit up. >> I severed my C3. Help you. >> There you go. >> Jesus Christ. I severed my C3, bro. >> Okay. My neck hurts. God damn it. I'm God. I have to take medicine every day just to walk, bro. >> Well, the jail will be able to help you out with all your medications. Got exciting fast. >> Oh, hi, officer. Let me ask you a question. Let me ask you a question. Where's your supervisor? >> Oh, he works for the sheriff's office. His isn't coming. >> That's fine. Sheriff is perfect. Let me ask you a question. Is it Is it Is it okay for him to pull me over? And I asked why he pulled me over and he grabs me and freaking grabs me and cuss me and throws me to the ground without telling me why he pulled me over. >> All right, we're going to stand up. >> Man, ready? >> My neck. My neck. My neck. Hold on. Hold on. >> Pull your feet up. There you go. >> My neck. >> There you go. [laughter] >> All righty. Walk over to my car on my neck. >> You're good. I'm going to let you lean on the front of my car. Can you pick up my bike, please? >> Yep. Right here on the front of the car. >> I want to know illegal. >> While the officer searched the man, his wish finally came true. A higher ranking officer arrived. So, his desperate demands for a supervisor could end. Fortunately, we have another reasonable officer here who's not going to tolerate any foolishness. So, now the suspect was pretty much talking to a brick wall. >> Are you the supervisor? >> Yes, I am. Sir, can I please have a word with you? >> In a second. >> Oh my god. Is this my town, dude? >> Is this not my town that I grew up in? >> We can just get him to the pool car. >> I I didn't do anything wrong. >> All right, lean up off the car. >> This is unbelievable. >> I did nothing wrong. >> I'm s I'm calling my lawyer. I'm so s Okay. You pulled me over. You throw my bike on the ground, bro. >> Mhm. >> I didn't even do anything. >> I have no record. And you treated me like I'm a criminal. >> That's what happens when you fight, buddy. >> Before putting the suspect in a squad car, the arresting officer tells the supervisor from his perspective what happened. It's a normal protocol since, like this sovereign citizen did, suspects lie about what happened to get out of the arrest. As they tried to get the suspect to walk, suddenly [music] he was in pain again. >> So, blue stop sign coming out of window seat. Blaring music, blue lights are flashing all over his backpack. I'm like, I'll stop this guy. He was speeding, too, but I don't have whatever. Stop him. He's immediately throwing his hands up like the >> Yeah. >> Pull in. He's blaring music and he's I'm a native. I'm a native. I'm like, dude, I can't hear you. Turn your music off. Like, I can't hear you. >> Yeah. >> And I'm like, hey, I'm officer the Edward Police Department. Can I get your license registration proof for insurance? He's like, I'm not giving you Stop me. And I was like, they like you just play like being >> like extra. And he's like, I'm not I don't have to give you I'm not giving you nothing. I'm like, dude, just give me your driver's license, registration, and your proof of insurance. I'm not giving you nothing. I said, I'm going to tell you one more time, and then you're going to go in hand. He's sitting on the bike. He goes that. So, I get his left hand. I get him around, get a cuff on. Soon as I do that, he starts to stand up and spin around. So, I just went nope. And then he landed on the ground. I landed on top of him. Cuffed him. No. Wait. Come on. >> Want to go to the truck. >> Oh my god. >> I told you I'm really a nail patient. >> So what is what what's your pain? >> What are you saying? >> My spine. I have a spinal cord injury and I've had fusions in my neck. >> Where? >> Yes. my C5C6 and I've had a severed C3 and I'm not supposed to be thrown around [music] like that. >> Unsurprisingly, the man eventually walked back to the truck despite the claim he was unable to walk. As he was sitting in the squad car about to be taken to the jail house, he just went on and on complaining. Looks like it was going to be a very long night for the officers and the jail staff. >> All right, there's a lot of room in here. So, but you got a little hop that you got to get up there. >> I wanted to know why I got pulled over. Let's have a seat in the trunk. I still don't know why I got pulled over. Sir the truck and we can talk. >> I'm just going to help you make sure you don't fall. It's all >> I'm not kidding. I I know my >> slide into the truck and turn. >> You want to close the door on my face? >> I'll talk to you. So, when you came out of the parking lot onto the 442, you blew their stop sign. Then you went all the way across all four lanes of traffic all the way into the left turning lane. Your >> speaker 442. I [music] I stopped. >> No, >> I stopped at the stop sign. You know, I did. >> Okay. Anyh who, >> I had both feet down. I had both feet down. That's how I know I stop. >> You can still be rolling with both feet down. That That makes >> I had I'm I'm on a hill. >> Third off, >> you have flashing blue lights on your backpack. Can't have any flashing blue lights when you're riding down the road. >> Third off, your music's obnoxiously loud. And fourth off, you were speeding. So that's why I'm going to shut the door. I got some >> 45. Actually, >> you weren't knocked like on a >> He was ultimately charged with resisting arrest without violence. They towed the man's motorcycle and the following morning he was released on a $500 bond. Hopefully the man, whoever he is, learns to nutmouth off to officers when he really doesn't know anything. Today we saw some of the most unhinged sovereign citizens we've ever seen. From quote unquote Freemasons to a woman thinking Biden was going to save her, now we know what happens when people's crooked beliefs take over while they're getting arrested.
