auditor was at the Buchanan County Sheriff's Office off when he was approached by Officer Chris chesmore and asked to identify himself the auditor refused because he knew he didn't have to and he cordial with me and you know he understood my rights and everything was okay the only thing I didn't like is that he backed up the other guy who was his name was court I don't know he said he he he spelled his name out to me okay he came over here very aggressive I tried to talk to him get his badge number he wouldn't give it to me at first okay told me I went he was talking to the other guy over there I went to go walk closer to him he said step back from me I asked him if it was a lawful order he said it was a lawful order he said you're being detained I said for what crime are you detaining me for sir he said you're being detained you can't leave so I asked this officer if I can leave he said that I'm not free to leave okay that they both said he didn't say anything but the these two guys they said I'm free to leave I mean not free to leave okay and I would like to make a complaint okay well at that moment right then and there they were responding to a 911 call all right and so they were in the middle of an investigation okay but in order in order to detain somebody so you have to have reasonable articulable suspicion that a crime has been committed is being committed exctly however they were in the middle of an investigation that's what they were trying to figure out they can't detain they can't detain free citizens in investigation that's that's they would they were bother doing an investigation absolutely so so Sergeant you're saying you're saying while they're doing an investigation I just want to make this clear while they're doing an investigation they can detain a non lawbreaking citizen well they didn't know public place at that point they didn't know if you were breaking law not breaking the law you like do well I'll take care of that I'll speak welcome to do that I like what do Sergeant Tedesco was reluctant to take Shawn's complaint without identification he also refused to watch the video of his illegal detainment more likely than not the performative action of taking down Shawn's complaint would count for nothing as soon as they were back in their offices but of all the cowards and Bullies you've seen so far this guy seems to be the worst of them all especially since he doesn't care what the Supreme Court says who are you I don't need to provide that yes you do no I don't if I'm asking you who you are and why you're videotaping our facility you have to provide me with some fellow with identification so you have requ to require identification under the law you need to be able to articulate a crime that I'm about to commit or I have committed okay you're going around you're videotaping our safety me facility for no apparent reason and if I'm asking you who you are you have to provide me with identification I don't have to just like anything else no it's not yes you do well first of all Supreme Court has covered that filming out in public is for legal I don't care and that is not a suspicion of crime so therefore you
