file a complaint on you okay these are officers from the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office on December 8th 2022 an individual named Corey Drew had a dispute with a campground security officer regarding his service dog in verie Valley Arizona prompting police to intervene officers approached Mr Drew while he was in his vehicle watch as the interaction escalate have I broken aw have I broken a law no but this officer safety we don't know it's in the vehicle we like you step out and we can talk this isn't a traffic stop step out the car we're giving you a lawful order step out this is not a traffic stop step out I have not broken a law well tell you what you're under arrest so get out of the car get out of the car what am I under arrest disorderly conduct get out of the car what what disorder me cond get out of the car we'll talk about it but right now you're resisting arrest get out of the car we're going to drag you out we're going to break your window drag you out don't do this what what conduct did I do that disorderly conduct it's a criminal charge disorderly conduct ARS 13-2904 anything that disrupts a piece of another get out of the car you're under arrest wait you witness whether he had committed a crime before officers forcibly removed him from his vehicle initially they claimed he was under arrest for disorderly conduct but later stated he was only being detained Arizona law requires officers to witness a misdemeanor crime for an arrest which wasn't the case here Additionally the failure to comply charge applies only on public roads making it questionable Mr Drew was already parked when officers arrived contradicting claims that he failed to stop watch as the officers escalate the situation even further according was your interaction done with him I walked away I was like this going to get and I just walked away convenient convenient what's convenient oh nothing you have the other ones on there what's convenient the fact that you stopped necessary Mr Drew chose to represent himself in court and planned to file a complaint against the officers on February 15th 2024 the charges were dismissed due to a lack of probable cause then on March 1st 2024 the remaining charges were dropped under Arizona's anti-s slap law which protects individuals from retaliatory lawsuits for exercising their first amendment rights Mr Drew later filed a lawsuit against the officers involved though the outcome is still pending if you think these were the only set of stupid cops who got embarrassed by higher authority wait until you watch this next this is state trooper Michael from the Maryland State Police Maryland State Delegate Jason Buckle was pulled over by a Maryland state trooper who informed him that his license was suspended due to a failure to comply suspension possibly linked to an unpaid spe ticket from June 2023 watch the confidence of Mr Buckle who claims he's never been convicted of DUI hello sir good evening officer hey I'm honest okay I lives with Trooper Civic 10 minutes ago okay I can see where this is within a minute after that I was pulled over in a car in my hometown whatever it's not related at all okay I understand that but I would suggest that if it is related that's going to be a massive problem it's not related sir okay all right was suggest that I mean I have no you you said that you pull me over conducted a field sobriety test after noticing the smell of alcohol on Mr Buckle's breath Mr Buckle openly stated that he had consumed two beers several hours earlier throughout the tests he remained Cooperative though he displayed some signs of impairment the encounter concluded with the officer providing a detailed explanation clarifying that the suspension was not connected to any past DUI charge if you think this was the max stupid cops can get embarrassed by higher authorities then you probably aren't aware of this next case I was the mayor of the city of North Roy I I was I have been this is an officer from the Parma Police Department on September 27th 2023 a Parma police officer stopped a woman for speeding after recording her driving at 43 mph in a 25 mph Zone as the officer approached and asked her to put the car in park she appeared disoriented and uncooperative when questioned she failed to provide a driver's license and refused to follow instructions unbeknownst to the officer she was one from the higher authorities hi um let's go and pull this Parkland that sound good okay no what's that why I got you going for 43 and a 25 do you have a drive license with you no okay where your drive license at no go put the car in park okay sure okay you put the car in park the driver was later identified as Kathy Lux a former mayor of North Royalton Ohio who served from 1999 to 2007 rather than complying with the officer's orders missl suddenly sped away triggering a brief police pursuit the chase escalated to speeds of 65 mph before she made a sharp turn and collided with a tow truck made a right hand turn on the burger and crash into a truck get out wait wait wait wait wait wait wait get up get up get up what you're doing is one thank you okay have a 26th 2023 police officers responded to a car crash near a highway exit and discovered an overturned vehicle on the roadside the sole occupant a man standing outside was later identified as judge KSA he had sustained minor injuries including scrapes and some bleeding as officers assessed the situation they observed that kalsa appeared disoriented watch how the officers handled the situation were could only retrieve numbers at the jail without making calls or sending messages he was then secured and transported to the Detention Facility where he would await a judge's hearing under New Mexico's Department on February 3rd 2025 a police officer pulled over a vehicle at an intersection after noticing it had been idling for some time the driver later identified as state lawmaker repper Enrique Sanchez claims he was simply parking when questioned he states that he is coming from a friend's house in Central Falls and heading home to Providence though the officer points out that he is driving in the opposite direction when asked if he had consumed alcohol or drugs Mr Sanchez admits to taking Aderall for ADHD but denies drinking however while investigating the officer detects an unusual odor and proceeds to conduct field sobriety tests what's going on you were stopped at that light for a while no I was just parking yeah you were parked right in the middle of the intersection by by Bo acknowledges the encounter concludes with the officers preparing to transport him while securing his vehicle and personal items it's wild to see stupid cops getting put in their place by higher
