I'm for real. Jail patrol, baby. Okay, I'll put my hands behind MY BACK, BUT Y'ALL GOT TO LISTEN. Y'ALL CAN'T TAKE ME TO JAIL FOR NOTHING. HE TOUCHED ME FIRST. Turn around. >> Don't don't Don't Don't touch Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned, and it's even worse if she's a baby mama. And when a new girl enters the picture, tempers flare and the cops have to step in. And when that happens, things get ugly, like when a jealous baby mama attacks the new girlfriend and gets arrested on body cam. Where were you struck? In the face. >> In the face. Full on I think it was closed fist. On July 22nd, 2025, the cops responded to Del Frisco's Grill in Hoboken, New Jersey. Reportedly, a woman was out with a male friend of hers and the mother of the man's child appeared out of nowhere and attacked the woman. He told me she was going to kill him. Where did this all happen at? Literally in front of the Ainsworth. Okay. Were you there? I was just walking with him and then I just really felt like a fool. And she like attacked me and then she was like, "I'm going to kill you. I'm going to drag you to Hoboken. Don't come here." So, I don't know. And who is she to you? He's just my friend. >> Just your friend. And what's their relationship to him? You couldn't help but feel sorry for the victim as she had literally no idea what was going on. She wasn't even dating the man, she was only a friend. Next, the officer spoke to the male to see if he could explain what had happened. Can you tell me what happened? Excuse me? Can you tell me what happened? Just tell me what happened. Literally just what happened. We were walking and she struck her. Who struck her? So, you were walking with her? Yes. And then The two females over there Which one? The one in the black. >> Just the one in the black. Okay. Just came up and and hit you? Yeah. Okay. Out of nowhere. Okay. You want to sign a complaint against her? Absolutely. Okay, so what happened? Where were you struck first of all? Huh? Where were you struck? In the face. >> In the face. Full on punch or slap? Full on I think it was closed fist. I wasn't look I had glasses on. I wasn't looking. They got knocked off my face. So, did she come up from behind you or In front. From the front. You never met her before in your life. You don't know who she was. Never. Did you lose consciousness or anything? For a second. So, you were dizzy? Yeah. The man was reluctant to get involved and he repeatedly said that he didn't want anyone to get in trouble, most likely because the suspect in question was the mother of his child. After talking to the man, the cops then talked to the suspect. Baby father. He was caught walking with this girl. This is the baby's mom. Okay. So, this So, it's ready to come out. He was walking around with this girl and he just tried to mess So, what? Tried what? Did he just try to fight you? No, no. I'm just saying he tried. No, no, no. He was he was with this girl. Okay. Is he still with you? Is what you're saying? Is he cheating right now? Or you got to know? This is this is we're not together today, right now. Okay, ma'am. Who's this? Who is this? That's my boyfriend. Okay. You're just together. So, he was with her? He was at the restaurant and then he's walking and he's over here walking with her. So, my mother You must be out your rabbit ass mind. Got you. Okay. And then what what kind of assault happened? No assault happened? Nothing happened yet. Okay. So, just Just a verbal? At that point, she was saying the altercation had only been verbal. She didn't mention anything at all about striking the victim in the face. The suspect's friend backed her claim up and that's when the suspect started showing her true colors. Just be quiet. Stop talking. Stop Nobody cares about what you're saying. Nobody cares. Nothing. Nothing happened. He needs to just be quiet. I don't know why we're here. I live here. I don't know. I live here. I don't know. I didn't call you guys. I've never called you guys. I don't have to call you guys. I'm blessed. Shut up. You okay? I'm great. I'm great. I'm great. I've never seen you before. How are you? Nice to meet you. You have a safe night. I'm not here for bull and wasting your time on nonsense. my life that I can't get back. Stupid. With each passing minute, the suspect got more and more frustrated, lashing out at her ex-partner Roy and his female companion who she'd attacked. While she claimed it was just an argument, several witnesses said that she indeed struck the victim. Yeah, take my Take my keys. What do I have to feed my son? You want to hold on to your phone or what do you want to do? I'm fine. You don't have to arrest me. Yep. So, you're being placed under arrest lawfully cuz you committed an arrestable aggravated assault. For what? Aggravated assault. I'm going to take this. >> [laughter] >> And she's recording me. And she's recording me. And she's recording me, you an idiot. And she's recording me. And she's Yeah, I'm a dumb hoe. I'm a dumb hoe. Shy. Shy. Where's my phone? You have your phone. What's that? We have your phone and we have your ID. That's something we're bringing with us, okay? Yes, we have your phone and glasses. They transported the woman to the police department to be further processed. On the way down there, she said it was a simple verbal dispute and that things had been overblown. I know that is not an ambulance. >> [laughter] >> You know how to pick them, Roy, right? In the ambulance, too? YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE MUST be high. It has to be high. And with stupid people. She couldn't help but fire off more insults at Roy and the woman she'd attacked. She seemed to think the woman was romantically involved with him, but that didn't seem to be the case. In other words, she was getting booked for attacking someone over absolutely nothing. You want to cuff me? We're going to go in here. All right, this way. You can just stand in. You going to do what? Frisk her? Yeah. When I take the handcuffs off, please put your hands on the wall and keep them up. All right. Sit down, please. Take your shoes off. You want to use the jail I don't want any hair. No, you have to You're under arrest. So, how long is this going to take? Not sure. She was charged with aggravated assault and was released with a summons to appear in court. Let's hope she learns her lesson and the next time she sees her ex out with another woman, she'll keep her hands to herself. On June 18th, 2025 in Ohio, the cops were dispatched to an apartment complex. Reportedly, after learning her ex had a new girlfriend, the woman assaulted him. Hey, what's going on? Come on. Look at this girl. Look what she did. He has my baby right there. This chain was given to me on Christmas. I haven't been talking to this girl in 5 months. I haven't TALKED TO THIS GIRL IN 5 MONTHS. THIS CHAIN WAS GIVEN TO ME ON CHRISTMAS. SHE CALLED ME AND ASKED ME IF SHE WANTED TO TALK. I WALKED HIT me with the car. Like I've done nothing to this girl. Broke my house up. Did she live here? No, I live here. Breaking? Yeah, yeah, she done This is my house. The man here, Charles, was visibly distraught, which was understandable because she'd torn up the man's apartment. They weren't together anymore and the woman didn't live there, so she had no right to enter the place, much less start destroying it. After talking to the man, they caught up with his ex out front. Relax. Stop. No, cuz this is my No, it was his house. He He let me in. I was about to take my game and he put his hands on me. Like I I have the receipt. >> hurt at all? I'm okay right now, but I have the receipt. I'm I just want to take my game and go. I ain't with him in months. I just want my game and go. I bought the PS5. I have the [ __ ] receipt. Do you need to see it see it? Yeah, sure. Charles admitted that she paid for the system and the game, but he said she'd given it to him as a gift. Regardless, it didn't give her the right to barge into the place and start trashing it. If the cops are going to get some answers from her, she'd have to calm down. We talking. We even beefing for a minute. We have a child He put his hands on me. He always puts his hands on me. I didn't lost all my [ __ ] charms. So what happened today? I called him. I was being nice, you know. Mhm. I wanted to see him. He like, "Yeah, you can come over." All I did was ask him like, "Oh, you got somebody super special there." He started turning up on me. Yeah, I got another Is here? I No, I don't live here. He He told me to come over. He said he getting off work. I came over, you know. Yeah, I got another And this dude like we have a child together. I'm a I'm just trying to conversate with him. I let my daughter come over here for a minute. So I'm just trying to conversate with him. Trying to get to an understanding. And it turned left. Okay. It turned real left. In a nice and normal conversation, nobody is throwing or breaking things. If that's what a conversation's like with her, then nobody would ever talk to her. As there was evidence she'd attacked the man and trashed his apartment, there was only one thing left to do. Put your phone in your purse real quick. They rough handling me and like This [ __ ] happened. Why I got to Stop. Do not TOUCH STUFF. I WILL drop you. Stop. I got to go to jail? Stop. What's going on? What's going on? There's domestic violence. He's got injuries. You don't, okay? I got injuries on my hand. It's okay. Like We'll deal with that in a He cut me. Like what? You need EMS? That's crazy. I'm going to jail? You need EMS? I'm going to jail? Okay. Can we talk? Cuz I'm confused. We got to let her talk and get her put her back in the car. We going to let her calm down and let her tell her side of the story. She was led to a nearby squad car and they searched the woman before placing her in the backseat. She seemed stunned by the fact that they'd arrested her and was claiming she was the victim. Y'all really doing this to me? Yeah, he's got injuries. What is his injuries? Cuz I didn't touch him. >> I don't know. So you didn't even go in there, so I'm confused. No. He grabs up like that and Yeah, he grabbed me up. >> you're going in cuffs. So he grabbed me up. Okay. Are you serious? We'll We'll figure all that stuff out. I have nobody. I Can I call my mom? We'll deal with that in a second. Oh my god. Are you serious right now? >> Yes. Crazy. This [ __ ] beats my every time. You're manhandling me. Like this [ __ ] beats my every time. If he didn't beat a lot different. I'm literally just escorting you. She didn't seem to understand the concept of domestic violence. The moment you strike someone or shove them and grab them, you've crossed over a line and you'll be charged. It's not domestic violence. Well, you guys have a kid together. What does that mean? Okay, we'll be with you. You got anything else on you? No, what is that? I don't have nothing. >> Sit in the car. Do I have to sit in the car? Can I just sit down or like are you going to sit the door? I'm going to sit the door. I need to breathe this out in here. Are you serious? Put your leg in there, ma'am. God. I've never been arrested in my life. Okay. In the back of the squad car, the cop read her Miranda rights. He'd have to get a statement from the woman about just what had happened and considering Charles was the one with injuries, he'd have plenty of questions. So he told me he put his hands on you. I asked you about injuries, you said you don't have any. And then you told me about your hands, but I'm not seeing anything on your hands. I have a cut on my finger right here. Like I have cuts on my finger right here. >> That ma'am, that looks like an old cut that's healed. It's not No, it just happened today. I swear to god. >> it I don't know. Okay. I was just in there and he was >> start from the beginning. Why were you there? Because I called him. We've been you know arguing and I asked him, "Can we talk? I want to talk to him." I love him. I miss him. So I went in there. I'm trying to talk to him. I sit on his lap. And then we just start arguing. We always argue. >> you argue about? Why is he out here? He's all the way over there. What did What did you guys argue about? Because obviously we both love each other, but it's toxic, you know? And that's what I don't I don't have >> arguments happen. Yes, and I don't and I don't put my hands on him first. I swear to god, I did not put my hands on him. How did the argument lead to physical violence between you guys? He put his hands on me first. What did he do exactly? He strong armed me. He's moving me. He's doing this. He about to put it He choking me. Like I just I don't know. The cop examined her again for signs of injury. While she claimed the man had choked her, there were no marks on her neck. And when the officer asked the woman if she had struggled to breathe, she said she couldn't remember. How did all the blinds get damaged? Because I broke them. Okay. I broke them. I appreciate the honesty. Yeah, I don't know. Why does he have injuries on him? I don't know. >> He's got like an abrasion on his arm. He's got marks on his back. I never touched him on his back. I swear to god. The story The story we're getting is that you hit him with those cords. Is that possible? I might have. Okay. Yeah. Mom, Charles is sending me to jail for DV when he put his hands on me. Because he has I mean freaking bruises. Because I was a I was defending myself at his house. So they sending me to jail. I think I think you're not telling the whole entire story, but I am I am telling the entire story. I put I defended myself, so I hit him with some cords. That's the entire story. Okay. She could tell her mother whatever she wanted, but it wasn't going to change the fact that she was headed to jail for domestic abuse. Furthermore, it wasn't Charles's fault they were arresting her, it was her fault for attacking him. Still though, the cops also had some advice for Charles. This is my son. He's been trying to It's his baby mama, but he's been trying to leave her alone. Man, come on now. He invited her over. See, he ain't trying to leave her alone. No. >> two men. >> She said she wanted to talk. Like and I told her it was a bad idea. >> Okay, stop. How old are you? All right, I'm 35 36. All right, so you a little older than me. I've been down this road. This rangling road is is also a mess. You know this chick is unstable. You know she unstable. Look at her car. I can tell. Well, that's prime example number one. You know she unstable. Like she said she wanted to see you. She said she wanted to talk. Bro, I understand like I'm like, all right. Listen, listen. Just relax, man. If you know someone like this unstable want to talk to you, you know what you tell them? "Hey, man, oh you can call me or anything you want to do over the phone." You want my kids? Banging on the window. I got the neighbors. What you think I'm I'm You got in your car, pulled away. Say, "Hey, man, you can say that that woman's outside my door." Babe moms, whichever number she is. I didn't want to go to Like I'm not Okay. I really didn't She called the police. I You know she told us. I really didn't want to go to jail. I just wanted to get out of here. Like I told her, bro. It was really a toxic relationship and they had to end it as soon as possible. They arrested the woman and she was later charged with domestic violence. On October 9th, 2024 in Pensacola, Florida, the cops are dispatched to a residence. Reportedly, there was a woman causing a disturbance there and refusing to leave her ex-partner's house. We asking her to leave for two, three weeks. She won't leave and now she she she jumped on me. And so I called you guys. Y'all getting tired of her physically hitting me and stuff like that. And then when whenever I try to keep her off me, she makes it more of a problem, you know what I mean? So I just I want her to go and I I've been asking her to go and she just won't leave. She came over to to wash clothes and and and she never left. So what So she just came over to wash clothes and you let her to wash clothes? Yeah, she was here to wash clothes. That's it. And then I've been asking her to leave and she just won't leave. The man told the officer that his ex had an apartment nearby and had no reason at all to stay at his place. They also weren't married, but they did have kids together. The officer then confronted his ex, who was inside the man's house. Hey, how you doing? What's going on? >> did nothing. I'm awful. I just been standing out here talking because he's been talking to me. Yes, I have. Okay. He asked me to leave and I told him I am not leaving. I've been staying here for over 6 months. I told him if he want me to leave, he can go to the courthouse and get me bail [ __ ] for me and I will leave. My kids If you want to look, my kids and all of our stuff are up in here. He only want me to leave because he went through my phone and he found out about a He walk around saying I got a Eastern face. Okay. I do, but he's only All of this is because he woke and he found out that I was talking to somebody else. Okay. She told the officer that the only way she'd leave the place was if her ex went to the courthouse and got an eviction notice. Otherwise, she wasn't going anywhere. She said she couldn't go back to her place because it was infested with mold. >> Okay, so what is it agreement that you have that you're staying here? He's my baby daddy. We got two kids together. We've been together 9 years. >> Mhm. The only reason that I had got an apartment in PCB because we got into it last year and he got a restraining order on me and that's when I had got my apartment. And ever since he dropped the restraining order, we've been staying up in here together. Mhm. I have my apartment in PCB and I pay every month because me and him we get into it a lot. And when we get into it, I go to my apartment, but I can't go to my apartment because it has been mold everywhere, all in my kids clothes. When you pick the clothes up, I can take you to go look at it. When you pick the clothes up, it's mold that's coming off of it. But me and him we've been together 9 years. I've been staying here. Will you take me inside, please? Show me around. I sure will. The woman then showed the officer around her ex-boyfriend's house. Afterwards, he caught up with the man outside his neighbor's house, who also happened to be his landlady. She told the cops that she didn't want the woman to stay there. Yeah. I don't want her to have keys to that house. She It's your parents' house. >> It's my It's my parents' house. My both parents is there. >> This is And I don't want them to have no key. I let him the house. >> He rents the house. She's not on the lease. She don't belong in this house. She's not on the lease. She is not on the lease. A month or two ago it's been I don't know how long you've been here. We didn't even know you were staying here. We didn't know you were staying here. We didn't even know you were staying here. We didn't know you were staying here. We didn't know you were staying here till you said something. Stephanie and Wendy did WHEN THINGS WEREN'T BAD, WHEN THINGS weren't bad, we didn't even know you had the So when did when did when did you ever come over here? Did you see what she did in my shoe? When did you ever come over here, man? It was only like maybe like a month ago, maybe. It ain't been very long. After seeing a copy of the lease on the man's phone and getting direct confirmation from the landlady that she had no right to be there, the cop had heard enough. She could kick and scream all she wanted, but she was leaving one way or another. All right, look, grab your stuff, get out, get going. You're gone. You're out. Get your stuff or you're going to jail for trespassing. Okay. I'm going to call my sister right now. >> You're going to go to jail is what you're going to No. Okay, I'll get my stuff. BUT WHY DO I GOT TO GET MY STUFF WHEN I BEEN HERE FOR 6 MONTHS? THAT'S NOT FAIR. >> STOP TALKING. >> THAT'S NOT HOW THE LAW WORKS. I KNOW HOW THE LAW WORKS. I'M GOING TO EXPLAIN IT TO YOU. YOU HAVE NO PROOF one way or the other. I have the owner What kind of proof do you need? Tell me what kind of proof the owner telling me What kind of proof DO YOU NEED? WHAT KIND OF PROOF DO YOU NEED? SHOW ME WHAT BILLS YOU PAID. OKAY. First off, who in the world handles a dog like that? She was looking for evidence in her phone records that she'd contributed to the bills. With the no one's surprise, she was coming up with nothing. She just said that I've been here for months. No, she didn't say months. She said maybe a month. Now So, how many months have I been here? How many months >> Lady, it doesn't even matter how many months you've been here. You don't reside here. Okay. You don't pay any bills. You have no proof >> please. one way or the other. You You want to make a complaint, you can go downtown. >> Can I talk to the Yeah, you can make You can talk to the sergeant when you leave the property. Then what I can do is I can give you a pamphlet that's going to have options and resources that you can call, reach out to, let them know. They can accommodate you, possibly your children or and and your children as well, I'm sure. Sir, you're not understanding. I'm not trying to be violent and I'm not trying to be upright, but you got to understand that this man woke me up out my sleep with this. He went through my phone last night. He woke me This man threw a whole vase at me. That's why he got that rip in his shirt because when I was going to the floor, I grabbed his shirt. He already cleaned up the glass off the floor. I got woke up to the So you got him up When the officer told her he was starting a domestic violence investigation, she changed her tune and begged him not to, telling the officer she'd leave instead. She said she'd just gotten through a DV case and didn't want another one opened. Well, you're telling me a whole DV situation happened. So you're either making it up or He did it. He did it. He did it. He did it. He did it. He did it. >> Okay. No. >> Yes. Let me Let me get your ID, please. Okay, I made it up. I made it up. So it did not nothing happened? I I If if that's what I don't I don't I mean, you tell me. If you're not going to write a DV, I made it up. Well, that's not how that works. It either happened or it didn't. I made it up. Made it up? >> it up. So you don't live here. You need to go grab your clothes. Get what you got to get. And he said you have custody of the babies. They're going to go with you. And I will give you a pamphlet with some resources that I Oh, I'm sorry. That you can reach out to, phone numbers, maybe some women's shelters, something like that, anything that you need. With the threat of a case being opened, she agreed to go back inside and get her belongings and leave. While she packed up her belongings, the officer spoke to her ex again regarding her claims of domestic violence. What happened with the vase? >> [crying] >> Did you break the vase? Yeah. Oh, that was just morning. I was asking her to leave. Oh, okay. That's what I was telling you. I was asking her to leave and then I was like, "You got to leave." And I turned around and when I when I grabbed the vase, it wasn't even a vase. It was an ashtray. Ashtray? It was an ashtray. And it was sitting back there in the back and I turned my back to it. When I did this, I said I said, "Man, can I leave? Please leave." And I grabbed I was like, "God, leave." And that was it. And that was it. I didn't I didn't But you didn't throw it at her? No, I didn't throw nothing at her. This This is what she did to me. I told her I told her I wanted her to leave. And she grabbed me and she started punching me in my face. The man's neighbor backed up his side of the story, saying she'd seen the suspect swing on the man in the driveway as he tried to get his keys back. She said when she told her to stop, the woman then started making threats towards her. And by that point, the cop had heard enough. I showed them the cops video. Okay. No, no, you got to tell me what you're arresting me for. What did I do? Domestic violence. I did not hit Wait, wait, wait. I did not hit him. Stop. TELL THEM. TELL THEM I DIDN'T HIT HIM, PLEASE. PLEASE, WAIT. PLEASE, TELL THEM THE TRUTH. Tell them the truth. Listen, listen. Can y'all please listen? Get up. PLEASE. I'M RESISTING. TELL THEM THE TRUTH, BABY. PLEASE. OKAY, I'LL PUT MY HANDS BEHIND MY BACK, BUT Y'ALL GOT TO LISTEN. Y'ALL CAN'T TAKE ME TO JAIL FOR NOTHING. Y'all got to look at the evidence in the Get off my radio. Get off my radio. >> No, listen. I'm going to I'm sorry. I'm trying to talk to y'all, please. >> We're past that. But I'm just trying to show y'all proof. Y'all can't take me to jail for no reason. I did not touch him. All I DID WAS GRAB HIS SHIRT, SIR. So you grabbed his shirt? Yes, that's it, sir. I swear to God, all I did was grab his shirt. Can you take me in the house so I can show you the glass and show you where it happened? I looked for the glass. I didn't see it. >> Come on. He He He swept it up. She was escorted outside to a squad car and they searched the woman. And just to think, if she'd just done what the officer told her, she could have avoided the entire situation. Instead of going back to her apartment, she was now headed to jail. >> I told you he had the vase. Listen, y'all. PLEASE. Y'ALL NOT LISTENING TO ME. Y'ALL TAKING ME TO JAIL FOR NOTHING. CAN Y'ALL LOOK UP THE PAST REPORTS? CAN Y'ALL LOOK UP THE PAST reports where he lied? No, I I just want y'all TO LISTEN TO ME. Why won't y'all listen to me? Please. Please, look up the reports, y'all. Y'all, please look up the reports, PLEASE. Y'ALL, LOOK UP THE REPORTS, PLEASE. PLEASE, WHY? PLEASE, LISTEN. PLEASE, LOOK UP THE REPORTS. HE DID THIS BEFORE. They charged the woman with misdemeanor battery and resisting without violence. If convicted, she'd face up to 2 years in jail, 2 years probation, and $2,000 in fines. On March 31st, 2024, the cops were dispatched to a residence after reports of domestic violence. The caller stated that while she and her boyfriend were dropping her kids off at her mother's house, the mother lost her mind and started to attack them. I came to drop my daughters off. Yeah. You know, so I was dropping my daughters off. I came to drop her off, you know, she in the passenger side. She came to drop my my daughters off and she tried to attack her on the driver side. You know, so what I did was you know, like I stopped her from from her from hitting her. >> Who tried to attack who? She tried to attack >> Who Who Who are they to you? Who? That's the mom of my kids. Okay. And that's my girlfriend in the passenger side. She's in the car? Yeah, she's in the passenger side. Okay. Okay. That's her. So she So what I tried to do was close the door so she won't hit her, prevent that, you know? So that's what I did. That's when she tried to attack me. You can look. I got scratches on me. I don't know if y'all can see my face. So were you out of the car when you Yeah, yeah, cuz I was here trying to handle my kids, yeah. You dropping off the kids. >> Yeah. She came out. >> I parked right here where I'm at right now. So the man, Luis, was accusing his ex-girlfriend, Kelly, of attacking he and his girlfriend in front of his kids. He showed the cops the marks on his body to prove it. As they wanted to hear both sides of the story, the cops first spoke to Kelly. He was coming to drop my kids off and he knocked on my door and he started talking. >> So he was dropping your your kids off? >> Yes. Okay. And what happened? And he knocked on my door and he started, you know, talking. What was he saying? He was saying, "Don't be coming to knock on my door like how you did Friday." And I was just like, "Just leave me alone and give me my kids." And he said, "I'm a dumb I'm a stupid Then what happened? And then she got off the car. She was bringing my kids. Me and her don't like each other. She always be When I call him for him to talk to my kids, she always got something to say. And then once upon a time she was talking all that on the phone. So, I told her like I tried to put my kids in the house and I told her like, "Come on, you have all that mouth." When I went over there to try to like to tell her like, "Come on." He grabbed me, he slammed me on the ground. He got on top of me trying not to get her. And she locked the car and that's when she called the police. She pulled up. What did she say to you initially? >> No, she just said it. She didn't say nothing. Okay. >> Uh she knew I was She knew I don't like her. She She not supposed to come to my house. Kelly told the cops that there had been a confrontation, but said she was the one who was physically attacked and not the other way around. However, even in her telling, she had clearly confronted her ex's new partner trying to aggressively pick a fight. She looked at me, she laughed, she looked at him and she laughed again and she just said, "I'm not getting out." And she got in the car. So, I put my kids in the house and I went to her. You ain't going to be talking. When you went to her, then what happened? >> That's when he grabbed me, he slammed me on the ground. And they started getting really loud. Like to the point where she hit him. They were on the floor. She tried to attack me. Well, basically in front of me. Like, "You talking all that stuff on the phone." That's when he was just like, "Shut the door." That's when he shut the door. I opened it and then she He He closed it back. That's when he grabbed me and pushed me. And he was like, "Stop." Did you ever make any contact back with him? Yeah. Cuz he pushed me on the ground. So, when And I And I dropped him back with me and I started hitting him. You ain't going to drop me back. You ain't going to drop me on the ground. And I mean not do nothing. I got you. I got you. Okay, what's >> fought back. I hit him. I hit him a couple times in the The cops then talked to Kelly's mother and sister and they admitted Kelly and Louise had frequent disputes, mostly about parenting their kids. They didn't go into detail about what had happened that night, but slowly but surely the cops pieced together what occurred. So, what had happened was uh he brought the kids here. Um the child's mother does not like her, the girlfriend. So, when the girlfriend got out the car, the baby mom was like, "Hey." And she came at her. And the baby I mean the uh the girlfriend turned her back to get back in the car. And then the child's mother went over to go I guess fight her. And then he you know, got in between the door and the baby's mom to to stop her. And then she was coming rah rah rah with the rah rah. You know, he pushed her back. And she fell down. And she got up and he started scraping and punching him and hitting him in the face. What the What the baby daddy said? Basically what she told me, too. That she was getting the child out and as she was doing that, she came at her, tried to fight her. And she got in the car. That's when I he intervened. Yeah. Okay. With conflicting claims, the cops wanted to be sure they got the story straight. So, they separated Louise from his girlfriend and questioned them again. They wanted to ensure their story stayed consistent even when questioned by different cops. So, I got the baby out the car, went around the car, and as I was walking towards the porch, she just started, you know, with her threats about, "Oh, come at me now. You know, if you're going to do something, do it right now." But I'm like, "I have the baby and I'm not going to do that in front of the children." You holding the baby? >> Yes, I was holding the baby. And so, I got in the car and both kids were outside. And so then she was coming at me, so I ran in the car and I closed the door and that's when he tried to stop her from attacking me. Okay. And so then as I was in the car, she just kept saying, "What are you going to do? Come out the car." >> was closed? Yeah, I locked the No, no, no. I locked the car. Everything was closed. So, I was like, "You are crazy." So then when I locked the car, she started beating on him. She punched him and she scratched him. He has scratches all over his face and um then they're on the ground. She threw him on the ground. Okay. And she pulled his pants down. And they were still And he was just like, "You need to calm down." Like he They're not hit her or try to do anything that could hurt her. No, he just tried to calm her down. But she just kept wanting to fight both of us. Louise told the cops that he didn't want to press charges, but the cops informed the man that the state would press charges on his behalf. Furthermore, Kelly's mother wanted him trespassed off her property as she was sick of their constant fighting. Okay, so uh with her with her being the owner of the trailer, she's saying that she does not want you to come back here for a total of 2 years. All right. So, uh What about going to my daughter's mom? It just It just have to be some somewhere else. The cops were there for domestic violence and not to arrange their kids' pick-up and drop-off schedules. They told the couple that they'd be happy to work out a plan with them later, but right that moment they had more pressing things to deal with. Okay, just come right here. Do you have anything on you? Besides your vape? Okay. And what pocket is the vape in? Okay, just hold on 1 second. Is it right here in the front? It's right here. I'm going to I'll get it. You can take it out. I'm going to hand it to us. Okay. Anything else on Okay. Okay. All right, so have a seat in my cruiser, please. She should have just walked away, but instead she let her temper get the best of her. The worst part of all was it went down in front of her kids. Kelly was taken to the station, but not before the officer gave her a little bit of advice. I hope you guys can, you know, at some point in uh at least for the sake of the kids just try to work it out, you know. Not that y'all got to get back together, but at least y'all can become like, you know, cuz I mean at the end of the day the kids is going to be the only ones to suffer. And it And it could affect them when they become teenagers and adults and then they they start to wilding out because they're seeing this stuff now and it becomes natural to them. And then the cycle repeat I see it all the time. Cycle repeats itself. They wind up in jail, you know, and then you know, you don't want your kids to go, you know, fall by the wayside, you know what I'm saying? File for TPO against her so that way she can't be around. A a temporary restraining order against her so that way she can't be around whenever, you know, the kids and and you was around. You know, but you got to do things like the the the legal way or else, you know what I'm saying? >> [sighs] >> Yeah. That better, huh? They charged Kelly with cruelty to children third degree and battery family violence first degree. On the 10th of October, 2024 in Ohio, the cops were called to an apartment complex. Reportedly, after a woman was asked to leave by her son's grandmother, a fight had broken out. Hello. It was just a situation here. My son's baby mama was temporarily staying with me just for like a week or a couple weeks cuz she she don't she's not on my lease. It's just me and my son on the lease. And I told her just for a couple weeks. She said, "Okay." or whatever the case may be. But she's refusing the um get her her stuff out. Cuz like the police said, make some kind of arrangement so she can get her stuff out. She got a 3-year-old that's autistic. She's with her aunt in Evendale or whatever. And she got a 7- or 8-month old in there. And my son, you know, he go back and forth as far as watching the baby trying to help her out. I do nursing. I don't got time for drama. She's very She's supposed to be bipolar, too. She goes back and forth. She's very disrespectful in everything. I've been dealing with it for the longest. I can't do it. She told the cops that her son's girlfriend had long overstayed her welcome. The woman's presence had led to ongoing fighting and she was at the end of her rope. She asked the cops to do whatever they had to do to remove her. Hello. You got to do it for HER AND THE ONE. YOU DON'T NEED THEIR ASSISTANCE watching them doing anything for them. You don't need their assistance. I'm on my way to Kentucky. So, what is the what what is the out the interlude of this? Because at the end of the day he just got picked you up from work and brought you over there. So, he needs to be the one bringing you back to Cincinnati. Yeah, you're going to need to leave. You're going to have to leave. Mhm. Is he bringing you back to Cincinnati? NO, HE IN THERE WITH HIS MAMA. HE DON'T HE RIGHT BEHIND MAMA WITH EVERYTHING, BRO. YOU WHERE BRO, hit me up. YOU KNOW WHERE >> THERE'S NO REASON TO ARGUE WITH IT. THE GIRL WAS EXTREMELY wound up and it was starting to look like removing her wouldn't be as easy as they hoped. As he talked to her boyfriend and his mother, she was given some time to calm down. All righty, so it's time to go. Is that the officer or is that you? That's the officer. It's time for her to go. Your mom's exactly right or whoever you're talking to. You two are getting along very well. It's probably better she takes an Uber. Letting those two drive off together probably wouldn't be the smartest move. The suspect's mother had some common sense and tried to hammer it into the woman over the phone. Sadly, that didn't mean the suspect was going to listen. >> [snorts] >> The cops here have been more than patient with her. They listened to the woman while she cussed them all out while slowly putting her belongings in a bag. She was eventually ready to go, but she couldn't resist yelling just a few more insults on the way out. By that point, the entire situation was like a playground argument. The woman's Uber had arrived and the cops didn't want to miss their chance to get her into it. Unfortunately for her, she'd already pushed the cops well past their breaking point. You're not You're done. On the ground. On the ground. NOW YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. >> [screaming] >> IT WAS A CHAOTIC SCENE AND SHE REALLY had to calm down a bit about her boyfriend's mother picking up the child. She made it sound like a stranger had just walked up and picked up her baby when in reality, she'd been living with THEM FOR WEEKS. THE COPS HAD GIVEN HER PLENTY OF opportunities to calm down and leave the apartment, but she just couldn't resist dragging her feet while screaming at her boyfriend, his mother and the cops. And by that point, it was only fair she PAID THE PRICE. YOU'RE GOING TO GO TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR NOW. Springdale Police Department. And there I'll have paperwork to do and then I'll just Then I'll decide if I'm taking you to the county jail. Where is the child? Left with dad? Yeah, and grandma. I don't know if she'll calm down or not. She's pretty wound up. She hit me in the arm. She what? She hit me, slapped me. So that's when we took her to the ground and We arranged Yeah. Okay. Go ahead and step out. She was charged with assault and aggravated trespassing. But if you thought she had a loud mouth, just wait till you hear our next suspect. On the 10th of April, 2024, the cops were dispatched to a residence after reports of a domestic dispute in progress. HEY, DID YOU CALL? SO WHAT'S GOING ON? Who's he? Which one's Charles? Okay. What's your name? You said you came here to drop the kids off, right? How are you going to get out of here? What's your name? Hey Beth. Beth. I'm done with her. Just stand by with her. WHAT IS GOING ON? OKAY. OKAY. CHARLES. YEAH. CORRECT. CLEAR. The crowd continued hurling insults back and forth across the parking lot. The cops did their best to calm things down, but it wasn't that easy. Eventually, the cop pulled aside the baby daddy, Charles, trying to get some answers. So she came over to drop off both the son and the car, right? >> Okay. And then we was arguing before that though. And then when she got here, it was no like cows we were talking or we had a disagreement. I talked about it. No, it was all belligerent when she got out of the car. Screaming at me. I'm like I'm used to it. So I'm like, okay. As long as it's just me and she don't get my else involved, but she got to screaming at my sister. My sister in the doorway, she said, "You get out of the doorway. Get out of the doorway. Fight." I'm telling her telling my sister, "No, she she tripping. You see how she acting? She she not clearly not thinking right." But apparently somewhere along the lines she provoked sis so that was the tussle. I'm trying to break it up and sister was trying to fight with sister right here with my baby mother who was going off. It was more Finally, they were getting somewhere. The woman they were blaming for commotion had finally calmed down enough to talk. Still though, it wasn't easy getting to the bottom of things. Are we a little bit calmer now? A little bit? >> my kids. They're trying to make IT SEEM LIKE IT'S ALL ME. LOOK what you did TO MY HEAD. LIKE HE TRIES TO MAKE it seem like he's so innocent that I shouldn't even bring my kids over here to you after what you did to me. Okay. He's trying to make it They're trying to make it seem like they're so innocent and they're not. YOU GUYS JUST RESPONDED TO A CALL DOWNTOWN FOR THEM jumping somebody and they got mob action because of it. But I'm the problem. No one's telling you trying to talk to you to get your side of the They're living 30 people in A TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENT, BUT I'M THE PROBLEM. LIKE WHAT THE The the screaming is the problem. Cuz I'm sick of this. He acts like he's always the victim. He acts like I'm always the crazy one and I'm not. The officer's goal here was to get the mother on her way as quickly as possible. Thankfully, Charles agreed to let her take her kids and go. The quicker they went their all separate ways, the sooner the neighborhood could get some peace and quiet. I think she's got mom coming to pick her up. Mom didn't have a car seat. I told her before I let her go out of here with any of the kids she needs to do the car seat. So Jeez. Jeez. You not giving them to him? I mean, I take them to the garden gate. I ain't I'm not hurting Yeah, why you ain't got to? So why >> I just suggested it to try to calm this That ain't going to Hey, you calm down for now? Yeah, man. I would appreciate it like if you guys are good with it. I mean That's kind of what Yeah, I don't even want to deal with her today. I don't know how to how to how to come back to you. I really shouldn't keep them cuz their birthday tomorrow and I don't want she put on doing with him. Hey, you run that over here and the one that's on the other side. The mother had everything she needed to take her kids and get going, but while they waited for her mother to arrive, she kept getting more worked up testing the officer's patience. I don't care. You're letting THEM IN MY FACE TALKING ABOUT THEY'RE going to knock me out. TALKING ABOUT IT'S NONE OF MY BUSINESS, you weirdo. I like you, daddy. Hate you. I think I'm going to I got a funny friend. I love you, daddy. >> [crying] >> You're funny. I appreciate it. I love you, daddy. I'll see you tomorrow. Then you can't even help sit here and watch these kids until my mom gets here. You just yelled at him to go back over there. I'm talking about that. That's what I deal with every day. Everything I do is I deal with No, you want to make me seem crazy. BUT THEY DON'T SEE ALL THE TEXT MESSAGES. SO YOU CAN'T SIT HERE AND HELP WITH YOUR KIDS, you piece of You're a piece of [ __ ] Alexis, did you not just tell him to go back over there? All she had to do was sit tight and wait for her mother, but that was just too much to ask from her. While everyone else had calmed down a bit, she couldn't resist jumping up trying to start the fight back up. What is that? KEEP PUTTING YOUR MOUTH ON WHAT THE POLICE SAY HERE? I'MMA SEE YOU. I'MMA SEE YOU WITH THE POLICE RIGHT HERE. I'MMA SEE YOU WITH THE POLICE right here. AND I'MMA BUST YOU wide open. You nasty ass You got YOUR KIDS TAKEN BY DCFS. I'VE NEVER HAD MY KIDS TAKEN. >> to complain for me? Running your I'll fight that cuz I will YOU HAVE NO LICENSE OR NOTHING EITHER WHILE HE'S SITTING THERE STARING. Jesus Christ. No, you guys sit here and you just see this WHILE THEY'RE ACTING ALL CALM. YOU DON'T KNOW ALL of it though. We're trying to resolve this in your favor. You still have your kids, you know. Shut up. The worst part was that she couldn't even calm down in front of her kids who were screaming and crying in fear. Parents fighting is the last thing kids want to see and she was making no effort at all to comfort them. And eventually, she took things too far. I want my son. I want my son. >> Relax, I'll go get him. >> my mother No, YOU GUYS AREN'T DOING NOTHING BUT STANDING HERE. >> WE'RE WAITING ON YOUR RIDE. You go over there. I'm taking YOU TO JAIL. HE DON'T WANT TO GO WITH YOU. RELAX. Give me my son. That's it. No, SHE CAN SHE CAN RELAX. RELAX. YOU GOT NO REASON TO COME BACK OVER HERE. YOU CAN'T provoke a fight and then claim to BE A VICTIM. THE COPS here had finally had it with her. They'd given her multiple warnings to stay put, but she just couldn't listen. She was no longer going home with her kids or her mother because what she did earned her a TRIP TO JAIL. RELAX. WELL, THEN SHE'S GOING WITH US. WHERE'S MY PURSE AND MY PHONE? MY PURSE and my phone. Bro, can you let go? I'm not going to do nothing. Bro. Bro. Bro. Can you hear my arm? I DON'T CARE. I WANT MY PHONE AND MY PURSE. THEY CHARGED THE woman with child endangerment and resisting arrest. She was ridiculous all right, but when the cuffs came out, at least she didn't transform into a blubbering baby like our next suspect. On March 15th, 2025 in Florida, the cops were dispatched to a residence due to reports of domestic abuse. According to reports, during a child custody exchange, a woman called the cops saying the child's father had gotten violent. But in law enforcement, things aren't always what they seem. So what happened when you got here? I got out. He started He opened my car door and started snatching stuff getting his shoes. Getting the child's shoes? >> Yes. Okay. And that's it? Yeah. When he snatched you He bit my finger. Tried to snatch the shoe and I pushed him. Cuz he always puts his hands on me. And then he calls the police on me. So Okay. Okay. Let me I just have to ask you some further questions. So I'm going to read you your rights. Doesn't mean you're going to jail. Before going on with the questions, the officer read her rights. The whole bending of the finger thing was a pretty strange claim. During physical disputes, shoving and hitting are pretty commonplace, but attacking with just one finger seemed a little bit rare. Okay. So did did you punch him in the in the head? No. No? Didn't punch him at all? No. Okay. You pushed him. Yes. Okay. >> He told the police this earlier that I hit him. Okay. Well, I'm talking about now. What happened now? I didn't hit him. But you pushed him now? Yeah, he bit my finger. So I pushed him to get my finger out of the He tried to snatch the shoe from me. That's what happened. So the shoes were in the car or were they in your hand? They were in my hands. He tried to snatch the shoe from me and bit my finger and I pushed him. And then he called Then I called the police because I don't want to fight. I really don't. Why Why'd you have the shoes in your hand? My mom told me to bring him my son his shoes. So you're here to bring the shoes and he took the shoes from you. He tried to snatch them out my hand. You mean you tried Like you know how when you're holding a shoe and then somebody grab the shoe and then tries to like you know, try to not tussle with you, but I don't know what he was trying to do. But he bit my finger. >> to grab the shoe, Yes. Okay. Shortly after, another officer arrived. While the woman denied punching her ex in the head, she did admit to shoving him. What the woman didn't know, however, was that they talked to her ex already as well as his mother and they told a very different story. Why is she saying you hurt your finger the other night from some incident with the with some girls? I did hurt my finger the other night. He didn't do it. He squeezed it. Okay. So it's already been injured from that and when he grabbed Okay. Not he didn't he didn't injure it, but he squeezed it on purpose. He knew my finger was like that. Okay. Here, step out for a second. Do Do you have your ID on you? I do. Step out for a second. All right. Let's go ahead and face away from us real quick. Put your hands together. Just place your hands together. Don't resist. Don't resist. >> I going to jail? Because you pushed him. What? Yes. You admitted to pushing him, correct? You can't touch him. He touched me first. Turn around. Don't touch Guys, I'm not going to jail. I didn't do anything. Okay. Get off of me, y'all. Get off of me. By that point, she was just making things worse for herself. She might have thought she was telling the cops a convincing enough story, but when she learned she was going in handcuffs and not her ex, she was caught off guard. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. I got it. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. You want to catch a charge? YOU ARE. OKAY. STOP. GET OFF. THE CRAZY PART was she was the one who called the cops even though she was the one who assaulted her ex. Sadly for this woman, the cops weren't buying her lies. All right. Stand up. Come on. >> [clears throat] [laughter] >> Ma'am, do you have anything on you? Come on, STAND UP. >> [screaming] >> STAND UP. STAND UP. STAND UP. STAND UP. STAND UP. >> [laughter] >> COME ON, STAND UP. STAND UP. GET IN THE CAR. SIT BACK. GET OFF OF ME. GET YOUR FEET IN. GET OFF OF ME. GET YOUR FEET IN THERE. GET OFF OF ME. GET YOUR FEET IN THE CAR. GET OFF OF ME. Get off of me. Don't touch me. GET OFF OF SHE WAS BEHAVING like a spoiled toddler, but she had no right to complain because she had nobody to blame but herself. As she was being taken to the jailhouse, she continued throwing her temper tantrum in the backseat. Stop. She keeps kicking. Huh? We're going to try hobble. Hey, listen to me right now. If you keep kicking her car, I'm going to pepper spray you. You need to calm down. She eventually managed to calm down a bit and stopped kicking the cruiser door. When they arrived at the station, she was charged with battery, resisting an officer, and criminal mischief. By the end, the shouting died down and the reality of the situation set in. What started as anger and jealousy turned into consequences that couldn't be ignored. We saw it all unfold when these jealous baby mamas attacked the new girlfriend and got arrested on body cam.
