He's trying to pass the house. He's going to have her in my house, sir. He's right there. You're going to have her in MY HOUSE. WHY ARE YOU DOING this to me? I can't get to love you and this is what you do. This isn't him. This isn't hot mail. I know it isn't him, but he brought what you What's her name? Get out. What's her name? GET OUT. WHAT'S HER NAME? GET OUT. GET BREAKUPS, OF COURSE, can be very tough. Sometimes, understanding that it's not working out and moving on is the only option. But, when relationships turn sour, some guys, as well as the cops they called to help, witness firsthand what happens when crazy ex-girlfriends get their asses caught in the act. No. NO, YOU DID IT NOW. IT'S TOO LATE. YOU GOING TO THROW ALL YOUR STUFF IN MY GODDAMN HOUSE. STOP right here. NO, YOU GOT ME. YOU TOOK MY GROCERIES INSIDE. On the 6th of July, 2021, police were dispatched to a residence following reports of a domestic dispute. When they arrived on scene, they were greeted by a woman who claimed her baby daddy would not give her her child. Your son's in there? Yeah, he said he knocked on the door. He won't let me get my son. He ain't tell me he came over here to mess with me. It's got to be where he going to tell y'all that. My car is here. I have I did not come out of the house. When he was on the phone with y'all. When he was on the phone with y'all. And I ain't said two words to this man. Whatever they got going on ain't got nothing to do with me. So, this actually he doing is un- necessary, too. He called for this What are you doing? Grabbed me for no reason. That's what he did. What did he say? Okay, but you actually said Let him talk. Come on, what did he say? I don't know what the hell he said. He got out the He over here giving me all my license plates for what? I STOPPED HERE. MY COUSIN ASKED for a ride. I'm going to give her a ride. She want to get her kids Now I'm getting her kids. That's it. That's all. All this [ __ ] unnecessary. The officer spoke to the woman's ex who shared a different version of events. The man said that the woman showed up and began laying hands on him. From what he said, she was trying to get him to retaliate so she could press charges and get him locked up. Our dispatch said that they got a call from you guys and she had a she had a knife. She She was looking for one in the kitchen. I just got up out of there. SHE NEVER PUT IT in her hand. Okay. BUT SHE STEADY COMING TRYING TO PUT MAKE ME PUT MY HANDS ON HER SO SHE can have me locked up. But she actually THE ONE STEADY PUTTING HER hands on me. Where Where did she hit you at? She just hit hit me in my face and in the back of my head. And this is up in the apartment? Yeah. Did any No. No, but I don't want her locked up. I just don't want her to keep coming over here. I believe I KEEP COMING OVER HERE. THIS MY HOUSE. HARASSING ME. MY NAME ON this lease. Okay. Okay. I can't make her not come here. She resides here. You reside here. If she touch me again, can I press charges on her? It's probably going to happen right now. Okay? Whether you guys want it to happen or not, it's probably going to happen right now. The officer was right. Whether or not the man wanted to press charges didn't matter. When it comes to domestic disputes, the state has the authority to press charges. She'd already laid hands on the man so there was no going back. Next, the officers headed inside to speak to the man's mother who had witnessed everything. Can you hang out here so we can talk? I'm asking you to speak with the mother. Oh, you're going to start arguing. You are. Yes, you are. No, stop. We're not They're trying to be escalated. What I asked you is you got to stay in here for a minute. We're just asking. We're asking. You can stay out here for a little bit. Yeah. Did you see what was going on in here? Yeah. You mind telling us what you saw? Do you want to go and step out in the hallway with me? Thank you. All right. He came in picked up his shoes and cut She did? Yeah. All right, what else? And they got the cuffs on him too. Did she hit him? Yes. Did he ever hit her? No, I don't think so. I didn't see nothing. Okay. Nothing else. All right. Okay, so she was cutting up the shoes with what? I don't know. How do you know she was cutting up the shoes? Cuz I seen her cutting them. But you don't know what she had? A knife. Okay, so she had a knife? Yes. Okay. Where is the knife at now? I don't know. She walked that way. There's no doubt cutting someone's shoes up is a petty act of vandalism. But still, one person's accusation isn't a substitute for hard evidence. Although the man said that he didn't see her carving up his shoes like a Sunday roast, right then an unlikely witness stepped forward. So she cut up your shoes? No. I don't know what I I didn't see the woman she cut. Did you see her cutting them? No, I didn't see her cutting them. I saw her. You saw mom cutting up shoes? Where they at, buddy? They're in there? Yes. She cut his and the last one. Yeah. And my video game, my computer and everything out of here. She took my video game, my computer and everything OUT OF HERE. MY COMPUTER. OKAY. What are you talking about? Leave me alone. Excuse me, bro. She got my computer on board. My computer is a great laptop. Ma'am. THIS THIS THIS IS MY THIS IS MY LAPTOP. I need you to step out, okay? Why can't you get my stuff? THIS MAN STANDING LOCKING THE DOOR AND [ __ ] I WANT TO GO GET WHAT I CAN. Y'ALL DON'T WANT ME TO COME BACK TO Y'ALL. Please step out for me real quick. We need to talk. To make things less traumatic for the kids, the cops asked the woman to come out into the hallway so they could place her in handcuffs and take her to jail for battery. The woman, however, insisted on creating a spectacle for everyone to see. Hey kids, can we stay in here? No, y'all can come out and watch your mama GO TO JAIL. NO, NO, YOU DID IT NOW. YOU STOLE MY STUFF, YOU STOLE MY STUFF. AND I GOT ALL MY STUFF. STOP RIGHT HERE. NO, YOU GOT ME. WHAT YOU grabbing me for? Stop. Hurry up and stop. THERE WE GO. I'M NOT EVEN DOING NOTHING. I GOT MY KIDS. You got YOUR KIDS. I GOT MY KIDS IN MY BACK POCKET. ALL RIGHT, everything is on camera, ma'am. Be quiet, man. We're out of your face. We're out of your face. All right, come on, LET ME GO. HOLD ON. HOLD ON. STOP. STOP. STOP. I'M NOT RESISTING. I'M WALKING TO Y'ALL'S CAR. HOLD ON. I'M WALKING TO Y'ALL'S CAR. NO, they just want to lock me up anyway. I wasn't doing [ __ ] Let me get my stuff. Over here. Just call my mama and tell her to just bond me out. I'll see. you. What the hell is going on with her? For domestic battery. I didn't even touch him. Ultimately, they charged the woman, Mariana, with domestic battery. It's one thing to cut up some shoes, but at least she didn't have a firearm like our next suspect. On September 25th, 2024 in Ohio, police responded to a call from a woman reporting a domestic dispute involving her ex-boyfriend, and he was allegedly armed with a gun. The information you may have a firearm, all right? Hey, hey, hey. Hey, hey, hey. Dude, put your hands up. She threatened him. Okay, okay, listen, man. We're just going to make sure. She broke She She She broke the law because I want to lay in my bed and I want to break the You want to talk to him, I'll talk to her. Yes. Get the my house. Hey, get out of my Get away from my house. Go talk to my partner. GET AWAY FROM MY HOUSE. Stay right there, please. GET AWAY FROM MY HOUSE. WHAT IS GOING ON? THIS That's what's going on. Okay, what's going on? I This is the He The cops already told her what told him once not to bring her here. Mhm. And he And she And so he brought her here anyways. The cops already told him last time not to bring her here. Okay. So, I want her trespassed from my property. So, she shouldn't come here. She's not on your property right now. Well, she No, she was. And he's trying to have her He's trying to bring her inside. This woman was absolutely furious. She said her ex-boyfriend cheated on her with the woman he was now trying to bring into the home they shared when they were still together. She told officers that she was the one who had a firearm and not her ex. Apparently, she told her ex-boyfriend's new lover to take a hike at gunpoint. You were with her, bro? Me and her. So, who's that? That's my girlfriend. Oh, okay. So, this is your ex? Yes. So, what What happened? Bro, dude, I brought her here. I brought her here to spend time with in my house. You brought her here? Yes. Okay. And she showed up here? No, she lives here with me. She lives here with you? Yes, we are on the lease together. Okay. And then she got upset that you're bringing her over here? Yeah, and she said I was going to fire off the I literally she literally told me if I brought her to the serial, she was going to shoot her and What was she talking to them? I don't know what she was saying. Bye. Okay. Does she have a firearm? She got it. Inside somewhere? Okay. Do you do you have one somewhere? No, I want to go to bed. You don't have one inside or anything? No, I want to go to bed. That's all I wanted. I just want to go. But I've got terrible news today and I just want to let my girlfriend here go to bed. I didn't tell her anything. She literally just came out here and told us that now I'm going to go to jail. She told you guys that I had a firearm. Is that what she told us, sir? Yeah. While the man here, Isaiah, is undeniably the victim, this guy needs to consider moving out. You know you're asking for trouble if you bring your new girlfriend home to the house you share with your ex. Regardless, it still doesn't give the ex-girlfriend the right to threaten anyone with a deadly weapon. So, I met Isaiah through a friend or whatever about three or four weeks about a month ago, give or take. And they've been together, I guess, for an extended period of months. I know I don't I don't know anything more than Zay. I don't know this girl. I know that they're dating, whatever, or how exes, I don't know, whatever. Okay. So, me and Zay, I guess we met on a I started I didn't know he had a girlfriend. So, me and Zay happened. And um pretty much uh I have been threatened. She's I have text messages like right here. Like it's serious. Like she's threatening to go to my mother's house and my kid listed like and I have that right here. Okay. What happened today? Today I literally was going you're going to get kicked. I came over with Zay. Uh-huh. Because I guess you'd want your house to you know grab something to Mhm. I texted him and he said, "Yeah, she's tripping. She does this everyday for us." And everyday for us is nothing. There's no way of going to do that. She's going to trip out everyday. day. It doesn't matter if he's nice or she's mean. She's threatening his wife. She's threatening me. I have a domestic disturbance I think 20 years I mean I'm not It's the principle you're you're threatening my family. You're threatening my life. While breaking up a relationship is bad as far as we can tell it's not illegal. The woman said that while she's now dating Isaiah she had never set foot in his house. According to her he'd been trying to get his name off the lease so he could move out but his ex-girlfriend refused to give him consent to do so. Since he is living here It is difficult because he has residency they are allowed to have Has she done anything to you that involved threats of violence or anything like that? I mean yes but not like over like text or something like in like face-to-face or something. Face-to-face none of this recorded? No sir. So I like this is the second time that that that I've had to call cops over here. Mhm. Due to her being here and you not wanting her here. Are you the landlord? Do you own this property? No we we rent it. Have you talked to your landlord about it yet? You have? Yes we have to go down tomorrow so I can get off the lease. Okay so it's going to be tomorrow. Yes. Uh just so you understand it's still going to be 31 days. But that's what I'm saying but I can tell you guys about I don't want her here. Yeah I get that absolutely. what I mean like like I don't care what they do just don't don't be in my face. Mhm. You know don't come in my safety net. Yeah. Don't don't do that. So that's all that's all I ask. Like don't come to my house. Well it's just super unfair for you. Exactly. Yeah yeah it's kind of it's very disrespectful. It is your house. Exactly. Exactly. Like that that's why I'm pissed. Like I've I've been he's going through so much because of this girl. And he won't she won't leave it they won't leave him alone. Just leave me alone. Let me live my life. Mhm. Like they don't bring her here. The officer explained that he was going to convince the new girlfriend to leave to avoid further conflict but the ex wanted to go a step further and have her trespassed from the property. What she didn't understand was while it was rude for the ex-boyfriend to bring her around the house, it wasn't illegal because his name was also on the lease. So, we're just trying to make sure that we get this As civil as possible. Yeah, as civil as possible and I'm telling you right now It's not going to go like that. Yeah, if you stay in this house with her, it is not going to be at all and it's civil. No, I'm not trying to bring it up. Like she When I say sign it over to release me off the lease Yeah. and take over full responsibility. Well, what she told me she told me that she's going to get that done tomorrow so that you don't have to worry about it and you're going to get out of here. Uh do you have any place that you can stay for the night? Cuz I'm telling you right now the best way to solve this for the day is separation. Just staying away from each other because you guys are going to be squabbling and fighting. She told me she told me she lives around the corner to her cousin's house. Okay. She told me she told me she lives around the corner. All right. Well, I asked her I she's not cooperative at all. So, I'm going to see if she can find another place to stay for the night. I'll see if she's willing to go to her cousin's. I'm telling you right now she won't. So, you might have to be the bigger man in this situation. watch anymore. Go ahead. Yeah. Mhm. Yeah. So, But you That's what I'm talking about. You know, it's some player type stuff, but if you can't work it out, bro, let let it go, bro, cuz this this ain't going to work. She She She can grab a gun tell me whatever, you know what I'm saying? You don't want to be shot by your new girlfriend and get shot. Look out for yourself. Whether she was willing to go somewhere else for the night or not really didn't matter as well talking to Isaiah, they ran her name through the system and found something very interesting. I got to work out something out here. Yeah. Just lay down. This is four. Not being in Not completing community service. Okay. You have two. I two. You have two warrants. Where? Um so one is out of Stark and then the other is out of Akron and the other is chapter 29 and the other is misdemeanor of fleeing that one. So. Telling you right now. Which one out of Akron? I know the one out of Stark. I believe it's fleeing that one. So. Right now, what we're going to do we're going to put you in handcuffs. We're going to put you back in the cruiser. I want you to understand handcuffs come off just as easy as they come on. Okay? So we have to do our due diligence. We're showing some warrants. We're going to have to make a call out and then we'll get everything figured out. No guarantee you're going to go to jail tonight, but we have to do what we got to do. Okay? What did I do? Summit County warrant? Cuz I got popped for this here yesterday. Yeah. So. And they didn't say anything about that. We're going to get it figured out. Now, do me a mind just putting your hands behind your back, okay? So just be cool with us, we'll be cool with you. I'm telling you right now. Take this for my money. So she will understand that if you have a firearm, you cannot have a warrant. I I didn't know about the warrant until just now. You just told me you had a warrant. And so I'm dying. Yeah, you can't have a firearm. We're not We're not worried about that right now, but understand that if I saw you with that firearm, you'd be going back for some felonies. Yes. With the woman on the way to the station, the new girlfriend and Isaiah decided to go somewhere else for the night. Being free to go, the officers sent them on their way. But in the cop car, the handcuffed woman was clearly unhappy with how the 911 call clearly backfired on her. Please, sir, I've never been to jail before. That means nothing. Please. Please let me go. Please. I didn't I didn't Please. Please. I didn't know. Yes, you're going to go to jail. For what? For having a weapon under disability. What do you mean under disability? You have a warrant. You cannot own a firearm. They sold it to me. I know, and that's on them. Cuz they never showed up. if I had a firearm. I didn't know. I I I didn't The law The law would still apply to you even if you didn't know. I I didn't know that. They still sold it to me. They should never have. He shouldn't have had the house. He shouldn't have her in my house. He's right there. HE SHOULDN'T HAVE HER IN MY HOUSE. WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME? HE SHOULDN'T have her in my house. The woman was charged with domestic violence and possessing a weapon under disability. While these three were involved in this love triangle, at least they weren't caught up in a threesome like our next suspect. On May 15th, 2023, police responded to a domestic dispute. A homeowner reported that his ex was outside and she was kicking his door. When the cops arrived, they found the woman inside claiming she'd been in a relationship with the man for 6 years. Hey, come on out here for me real quick. Hey. So, what's going on? My boyfriend left. Your boyfriend left? Okay. How long How long have you been staying here? Like a What's your address? 3:00 a.m. No, at 5:00 a.m. No, like Do you live here? No. Okay. So, he said that somebody was nearby, so that's why I'm And you match the description. So, What's going on? How did I get in I need you to come back cuz my car keys are in his house or in the razor. Mhm. I just want to Okay. No, I gave him everything. Mhm. Was the door open? Yes. Okay. I was sleeping over. You were sleeping over where? Like 5:00 I came here I slept in here. I waited for you cuz I wanted to go home. What time is it right now? Uh it's almost 3:00 p.m. Okay, I got to go to work. Okay, come here. Put that down real quick. This is Yep. Yeah, it's very warm in the summer. Thank you. And then until I get stuff figured out I'm going to put you in handcuffs. You're not under arrest. But until I get stuff figured out, you got to go to jail. It was generous no doubt that she agreed to have a threesome with her ex-boyfriend, but that didn't mean she lived there and she didn't have the right to come and go as she pleased. The officer explained to the woman that she wasn't under arrest. Until he got to the bottom of things, she was just being detained. What's going on today? What happened last night? You got driven somewhere by deputies, correct? Okay. You went home? So I got to go to work. No, I'm I'm asking you so you went home last night, right? Okay. Cuz I gave him a threesome he's okay. Okay, so you gave him a threesome. Got it. You came back over today for what purpose? Because what? Because you want to have It's okay. I'll be over in a little while. I even gave him a threesome. Okay. So you came back over to have And when he didn't answer the door you did what? No, the door opened up. The door opened up? Okay, but he told me he he told me he locked it. Contrary to the homeowner's story, the woman claimed she didn't break in. She said the side door was open and she simply walked right in. Either way, it wasn't her house and she had no right to go in without his permission. How so you said you've been dating him for for 6 years? Yeah, I've been with him 6 years. I gave him a threesome last night. I came back because I want to do. Okay. Um She He said no residency here. Um never had a key, never given one, never given permission to come inside. Oh, I got to go to the jail. I'm going to go to jail. That's that's not what we're at right now. I'm going to go to jail for Okay. So So You said she's never had access to come to and from? Nope. Nope. I just want my car He doesn't keep a spare key here, either, so it has to be a window or the glass door, she said. Okay. Well, he's going to have to come and sign a refusal to prosecute. I need to my So, he's going to have to come over here cuz that's I mean, that's burglary. My car keys? Is that it? Well, at least trespassing or breaking and entering or whatever. One officer spoke to the homeowner on the phone, while the other informed the suspect of what she already knew. Her ex-boyfriend, Joe, had not given her permission to enter his home. The woman said she just wanted to go home, but as the officer explained, after the threesome, she was given a ride home, but she returned, however, because she wanted more. All right. So, this is all going to be your information to fill out. When you're done, you're going to go down here and say I do not want to press charges on her name. So, she doesn't get arrested or nothing, right? As long as you say that you told me on the phone. Not not press charges, right? Right. So, you got to fill it out already? Uh Yeah. It's not working, you It's just uh in situations like this, sometimes it's emotional, you know what I'm saying? I I hear you. You got to keep a level head. Yeah, the quicker you get this done, the quicker we can get her out of here and and all done up, okay? So, just to confirm we're on the same page, you don't want any charges pressed, you don't want to trespass. All right, she just said intoxicated and I don't want to be in a position where saying that I get you. I wanted to make sure we were on the same page, all right? All right, just keep working on the statement form for me, all right? Yeah, that's that's negative 85 and just want you to go. So, Lee, you are intoxicated so you're not capable of driving away right now, but you can take your car. Please go home, drink water, eat food, take a nap, and then come get your come get your car later on. She was lucky her ex-boyfriend didn't want to press charges. In a very nice gesture, the officer offered to give the woman a ride back to her house. While the woman said her keys were inside Joe's house, he said she had them when she was dropped off at her place. However, it wasn't Joe who dropped her off. Last night she was intoxicated. Mhm. And the deputies took her home after she drove away. Is this parked in the same spot from yesterday? What I'm saying is it parked in the same exact tires and everything? She doesn't seem to remember that part. Okay. Lee, why are you You need to stop. None of this is helpful for you right now, okay? Okay, I want you to go home, too, but I'm trying to figure out where YOUR KEYS ARE. LEE, SIT DOWN, PLEASE. THE OFFICER TRIED TO GET THE woman to calm down, but it was no use. She eventually agreed to let the cop drive her home where she could sleep things off. But just when it seemed like things were coming to a friendly conclusion, sadly the woman flushed everything down the drain. So, please don't talk to him. We're going to go to my car so that we can go. [ __ ] up. What the [ __ ] Get out, [ __ ] What? What the [ __ ] Lee, stop. Lee, stop. Lee, stop. Lee, stop. Lee, Lee. You could have avoided all of this. Lean back. So, I'm going to jail? Now, you are. I don't know why you decided to do that. They charged the woman with battery on an officer. She was sentenced to 18 months probation, community service, anger management, and fines. On December 11th, 2022, a call came in about a disorderly person at an apartment complex. The female caller reported that her ex-boyfriend had damaged her car's windshield. All right. Where's everybody else at, dude? Inside. Inside? What's going on? So, um I came um we had plans to meet my boyfriend to see each other. So, as soon as he come into the car, you know, he has aggression in him because he got upset about something earlier. And then he I told him to get out of my car because he grabbed my phone and I literally had to fight him to get it. He flipped at me and then he did this to me. I thought he was going to punch me and then when I told him to get out of my car, he got his foot and he broke my windshield. Are you the registered owner of the vehicle? Um no, this is my um under my dad's name. Where's your dad at? So, he's um home. He's at Hey, how are you doing? I'm good. Yeah. Okay. All right. Okay. And my my wawa. my room with the with the windshield is she is she she has to pay I going to pay. I want to say something, sir. I don't want she hurt coming here no more. You know, because always when she come in so many trouble. Okay. The mother told the officer that the girl was her son's ex. The officers thanked her for clearing things up, but also told her that given her son was an adult, they'd have to talk to the man directly. What's going on? What's going on? So basically she came to my house wanted to see me fix things, I guess. We haven't seen each other in a while. Yeah, we've been messing lately. So I just she came over there to see me, I guess. And it got into a little argument. All right. What was the argument about? I was happy to get out of my car. All right. She broke my glasses, so I was trying to find them. All right. So what was the whole argument about? It was basically about this this other girl. Oh. Oh, we're here now, all right. How long have you been together? Almost 2 years. Almost 2 years, okay. I got to document it, all right. How old are you? 19. 19, all right. Man, you're an adult, all right. I got to figure all this out. So what was the argument about? The man explained that when the two were on a break, he'd been talking to another woman. He said the argument erupted after his girlfriend saw some texts from the woman on his phone. While upsetting, it's not an excuse to get physical. They're both adults, so they should act like it. What transpired inside the vehicle for the windshield to get broken in your something or your glasses to get broken? So basically we were just talking about the whole situation and she basically she got mad because I kept telling her that let me tell her that I was single, you know. And she didn't She didn't like that. So, she grabbed my glasses. Um she broke them. How she break them? What she What she do? Break them? She hit me. She hit me first and then one of my glasses flew on her side. Um I tried to grab them, but she grabbed them first and she twisted them. And you know, I'm half blind without my glasses, so I can't really see. The man said that during the struggle for his glasses, he accidentally struck the windshield with his elbow, cracking the glass. Next, his mother told officers that she wanted a restraining order placed on the woman, claiming she was abusive. That, however, would be up to the court. It's so crazy how you can act like this now when you can't act with aggression towards me. It's so crazy. Come with me over here, okay? Show me your ID, Michael. Has anything like this ever happened before? Yes, we've had multiple cases with domestic cases. Um he's actually banned from my house for 3 years after putting his hands on me. Okay. We have the report and everything in my house. Okay. Was he ever arrested for it? Yes. Um he He assaulted a cop. Punched someone in the face and he got arrested for that. Not just that. I mean, the domestics. Oh, no. No. Okay. According to the woman, the only reason she called law enforcement was to make the man pay for the damages to her car. But unfortunately for her, the officer informed her that the case was now being treated as a domestic violence call. What we have here is possible criminal trespass or criminal damage to property, domestic violence. This isn't a car accident. Okay, I understand that But just trying to file a report, but it seems like you're just trying to lecture me right now. Well, trying to offer some helpful advice, but that's fine. Don't worry. So, what what happened today? Why why'd you come up here? So, um we had plans to come see each other. Um I had meet up with somebody, and I guess he got upset about that. But, he kept texting me saying that he still wanted to see me. And so, I that's why I came here. And when I came in the car, the first thing I did was just hug him. He looked at me dead in the eyes with like anger in his face. So, that's when I was like, "Okay, can you please just get out of my car?" I was going to leave. He would not leave my car. He um put up his foot to my window to um pretend like he was going to hit it. And I I just stared at him. And then, um I told him to get out of my car. He would not get out. And then, oh we had a um fight. He grabbed my phone, and um he wouldn't let go of my go of my phone. So, he bucked at me. And um he raised his fist at my um my face. And me which made me like get up. And then, um what was happening? And then, um that's when I drove I tried to drive away. But, I was like, "Can you get out of my car?" And he wouldn't get out. So, that's when I grabbed his glasses, and just put it and I put it in the back seat. And then, that's when he started hitting my uh windshield with his foot. As she was crying, she admitted to breaking his glasses, but said that her ex was the main aggressor. She painted herself as the victim, saying she only broke his glasses in retaliation after he intentionally broke her windshield. Next, the officer gave some advice to the young man. I tried to explain to her that all we have to do is just go to a windshield place, and I'll get it replaced. And I'll pay for it, you know. Okay. I will actually go and listen to him freak out. What you guys got? Just stay away from her. Don't talk to her. Dude, it's this ain't going to get anywhere but worse. I said And it's going to push it to a point where one of you or both of one of in jail. Okay, and I'm not saying that as like someone's going to come back here. If we come back here, we're going to lock someone up. I mean, one of you is going to put yourself in a position that you're going to be arrested and Yeah, getting a DUI or getting shot with or something like that, getting arrested for misdemeanor or charging that you don't want. That's the violent stuff. And that's pretty good. It's It's not a felony. It can be at times, but most of the times it's not. It's still a nasty charge to have to sit there and explain when you want to apply for a job or you want to get something. Yes, sir. Okay. Although the man was cooperating with police, the female was doing anything but. If she wanted the cops on her side, she had a strange way of doing it. Why she would call police to simply not cooperate is anyone's guess. Okay. Ashley. He needs to get away from my car. Ashley, we're doing an investigation. He needs to get away from my car right now. He needs to get away from my car. Can you sit the car alarm off you? He needs to get away from my car. He needs to get away from my car. Ashley, what did I say? He's not going to touch your car while I'm standing here. But he's near my Mustang. I don't want him I get that. Can he just stand like over there? He's also standing on the sidewalk in front of his house. stay over there, please? He's near my car. Can he please park his car there? He can stay right there. He's going to stay right here. Just breathe. I understand. near my car whatsoever. Okay, he's not going to hurt your car. I know he's not, but I don't want I don't want him near my car at all. Unfortunately, we don't always get what we want. That's life. Don't move your car. I I'm telling you I I'm telling you right now. Don't. I'm just going to That's not an ass That's not a question or a request. Do not move your vehicle. I don't want him near my car at all. He's not going to touch your car. This Mustang I paid for. I don't want him near it. I thought your dad bought it. No, he bought it under his name, but I make payments to it. Okay. Well, he's not going to touch your car. All right. All right. not. He Better not touch my car. Ashley, you need to go back over there to the grass. By this point, things weren't going too well for the woman. During the investigation, the officers learned she had an outstanding warrant. It was from another jurisdiction related to a battery in a domestic violence case. Right now, you need to put your hands behind your back. You have a warrant for your arrest for uh battery DVA. That's not through our jurisdiction. That's just in the system. Another Another police department put a warrant in for her arrest. I was supposed to go to court for my family on January, though. I can't believe it. I just want to advise you when they confirm I came here to love you, and this is what you do. This isn't him. This is not him. I know who I know it isn't him, but he broke the windshield. I told you I would pay. I'm just trying to be hurt. Hurt. I'm hurt. All right. You can leave your Come over here. I need to lock the car. Car is locked, all right? The woman was arrested and placed in the back of the squad car without further incident. The officer then filled the man and his mother in on what had just transpired. The woman's ex felt bad about it, but as the officer said, it wasn't his fault she was being arrested. All right. Yes. Bye. I'm transporting one Hispanic female from my location to CCDC. My knowledge is 105 105211. Dang. rude as hell to me for no reason and I just wanted to get my [ __ ] windshield report. No reason for me for no reason. crying so you look at me like a crazy person. This man just broke the sensor of the car. Of course I'm a crying. You look at me like I'm crazy. The woman was charged with domestic violence-related battery and was later transported to the county detention center where she was formally booked into custody. Getting her to leave was hard enough, but an even harder thing to do is to convince a suspect to leave when they're drunk like our next suspect. On the 7th of March 2024, police were dispatched to a residence after reports of a woman refusing to leave her ex-boyfriend's home. What's going on, man? I got somebody that will not leave my house. They've been parking in my driveway the entire day. I tried to get her out of my house. She got aggressive and got to break up with my child's mother. All right. You want to You want to stay back here and talk to my partner real quick. Do you have any weapons? I ain't going easy nowhere. What's going on, ma'am? Who are you here with? Okay. All right, ma'am. What's going on tonight? Um the other was supposed to be baby mom. I'm drunk. I can't move. I haven't moved. He want to call you now. I've been here all day. I've been here all night. We just got done last night and I'm drunk. I've been asleep. He just woke me up on bull for no reason. Now he calling you cuz I want to still sleep. The woman explained that she and her boyfriend got into a fight last night saying that he punched her and scratched her. She also claimed that he took her keys so she couldn't leave, which was a little bit strange since he called the police to get her out of his house. Cuz we need to figure out a what happened. Was it argumentative tonight? Was Were you guys just arguing? He He literally just came back and woke me up to this bull [ __ ] Okay. Uh do you I've been laying here. I'm literally just I literally just now waking up. You're literally waking me up. Okay. Do Do you live here? You might as well say it. I mean, do you have You might as well say it, but I can't say I live here cuz nothing come here. So you going to say I don't live here because my mail don't come here. Well, there are other factors to determine. Do you have uh All my clothes, he just threw it outside. How long have It's in my car now. How long have you been staying here? Since he moved here. He only been here for about a couple months. But you've been staying here every night? Yes. I've been sleeping in here, staying with him, and everything. He get He let me stay here and all. He put his whole camera up so he could see everything and all this other [ __ ] Don't let me go look on his cameras. Don't let me go look on his cameras. He got it recorded. She claimed she couldn't leave his house for three reasons. She didn't have her keys, she was drunk, and she was injured because he'd beaten her up. But when the cops offered to call paramedics, she refused treatment. All right. Well, do you know what? Guess what? If you wanted to leave, now's your chance. Time to go. I was asleep. Okay. Well, you we're awake now and we're here, so do you want a EMS to take you or do you want us to give you a ride? You ain't even letting him waste our time. I don't even know why y'all letting him waste our time. I've been here literally all day. When I tried to leave this morning, he would not let me leave. He literally He did He literally took my phone. He literally took my keys and would not let me leave. That's irrelevant. Right now you need to leave. Right now you need to leave. Right now you need to leave. Would you like us to Would you like us to take you to the and all this other I could be caught up in something else. EMS? Uh Or do you want us to give you a ride? Uh uh I'm not going to keep repeating myself. You know the options. So, where do you want to go? Hospital or somewhere else? I'm lying? I GOT HIS CLOTHES ON. HOSPITAL? HE JUST LET ME TAKE A SHOWER IN HIS That's the AND Y'ALL THINK I'M LYING? It doesn't matter IF YOU SHOWERED OR NOT. YOU WERE ALLOWED TO BE HERE. AND THEY KNOW I'M JUST NOT LYING. Y'ALL WON'T TAKE ME OUT OF HERE. THEY TRIED TO drag me out of here. WHEN I TRIED TO LEAVE, he would not let me to leave. Took my phone, my keys, and everything. Now you want TO CALL THE POLICE NOW. WELL, NOW it's time to leave so we can help you with that. The cops here were being very reasonable. They were offering the woman a free ride home. Basically, a get-out-of-jail-free card served on a silver platter. But she refused the offer as if she had better options available. If this case takes a turn for the worse, she'll have no one to blame but herself. Where can we take you to help you out? I don't want you to take me nowhere. We can't We can't let you drive. That's not an option. I'm not leaving my keys. You want me to leave? He kept me here captive. You're driving or you're walking. You're going to go to jail. It's one or the other. He left me here captive. Now y'all want me to leave. Yeah. Are you going to talk or All right. So, make this make sense to me. He took everything from me You're going to go to jail in about 2 seconds. for a day and a half. Get your stuff on so we can leave. I'm not leaving with y'all. But you aren't driving your car. I don't even know my own. He kept me here a day captive with my And now y'all want me to leave for him. He won't tell me he going to take me somewhere. Make this make sense, though. We're trying to help you. keeping me He been keeping me. Now y'all want me to go with y'all. Make this make sense. I'm not going with y'all. The officers here were done playing games with her. They could go to her house or the jail house. There was no in between, and it was up to her to choose. Unfortunately, the woman decided she wanted to find her keys so she could drive home drunk. And with that, the cops had had enough. Takia, turn around, face the wall. No. I'm not doing any of that. Give me my keys. Give me my keys. Hey. Give me my keys. Face it. I was not doing none of that. I didn't do nothing. I didn't do nothing. Why are you doing this to me? I didn't do nothing. I didn't do nothing. Give me my keys. I didn't do nothing. Give me my keys. I didn't do nothing. Why are you doing this? Give me my keys. We told you multiple times what the options were. And I told you I was leaving. You You didn't want to go with the program. And I said I was leaving. Give me my keys. So, y'all still going to just treat me like this? There's no more discussion. I'm going to arrest There is a discussion cuz I didn't do nothing to There is no more discussion. I didn't do nothing to be under arrest. I asked where my keys was, and being corroborated this whole time. You have not been Yes, I have. Did I not get up so you could do this? She was placed in the back of a squad car while the officers waited for EMS to arrive and when they got there, she refused to be treated. Maybe the injuries from her ex weren't as substantial as she claimed. Next on the agenda was being transported to jail. So when you get out of jail, call us and meet us Get out of jail? We're going to jail tonight. No, we not. Yes, we are. No, we not. Yes, you are. Let's go. No, we not. For what? Not getting in there. So I'm not getting in there. I'm not getting in there. NO. NO. I said no. I'm not getting in there. I'm not getting to your small my So you get the choice to go to jail my is 2024 you get THE THIS IS HOW Y'ALL 2024 IS THE FIRST TIME TRY to even put me in in jail. I'm not getting in there. And you should have then. No, I'm not I'm not getting in there. WOULD YOU GET IN THERE? WOULD YOU GET IN THERE? IF I WAS UNDER ARREST get in there? You lying like a mother Stop lying like that. Stop lying. I'M NOT TWICE YOUR SIZE. YOU WOULD NOT GET IN THERE. NO. Hell no. Stop lying. Stop lying. No, I'm not getting in there. I'm not getting in there. I'm not getting in there. All I asked for is my keys to go. All I asked for is my keys to go. And I gave you a solution. That wasn't a solution. trying to help you. That wasn't a solution. The solution that you didn't like is what it was. That's the solution. She was later charged with criminal trespassing. At the jailhouse, she spent the rest of the night sobering up behind bars. Rolling around drunk at your ex's place is one thing, but attacking them with a weapon like our next suspect is a whole other story. On the 7th of January, 2024 in New Jersey, officers responded to a call after a man claimed he was pepper-sprayed by his ex-girlfriend. After speaking with the man, police wound up at her parents' apartment while searching for her. Hey, it's the police. We need to get in. The police department, we have to get into the building. Oh, okay. Thank you. Hello. Hey, we're looking for Jasmine. We're looking for Jasmine. Jasmine? She's not here. We're trying to make sure she's okay. I got to see her and talk to her. Who did you call? Hello. Are we allowed in? Can we enter? No. Is my camera allowed in? No. She called She called you guys? Um one of her ex-boyfriends called us, which is why we want to make sure she's okay. The father called his daughter on the phone, and luckily for the officers, she was just outside the building and agreed to meet them downstairs. After waiting around a few minutes, the woman eventually showed up. What What happened back there? Her ex-boyfriend I didn't I just dropped him off. Okay. Well, he he called us, so you didn't So, basically, he got us He got us for the pepper spray. No. No? You don't have any pepper spray on you or anything like that? Nothing. Nothing. So, I'm sorry. Just mind if I take your hands out? In the pockets. So, just tell me what happened. I got his side of the story. I want to hear your side. Nothing happened. I just dropped him off. So, how did it happen? How did he get pepper-sprayed? I don't know. You don't know? He was coming up the stairs. Well, he he's I saw him get pepper-sprayed. You guys pepper sprayed him. I'm letting you know that I don't know about that. Okay. All right, so he's saying he's saying he's saying that you pepper sprayed him. Who is that? Is that your current boyfriend or an ex-boyfriend? I'm not dating him. We're not together. Were you ever together in the past? In the past, years ago, but we're not currently together. Okay. So, what what were you guys doing tonight? We were getting food. Okay. Where did you get food? Um some pizza we got last night. Okay. And then did you guys have an argument or anything like that? No, I literally just dropped him off at home and then he forgot his laundry bag in the car, so I told him to come get it. And then I gave him his stuff, but when I went to give him back his phone, he was trying to like put his hand He was like standing outside of the driver seat door. Mhm. And he was trying to like put his hands in the car while I was driving. Okay. She said her ex acted aggressively towards her, but she claimed that she never pepper sprayed him. It was no use, however, because they'd already met the man and they had evidence that she was lying. Um excuse me, ma'am, if you could put your bag on the ground real quick. I'll I'll do it right now. All right. You're being placed under arrest for domestic violence. Do you understand? Okay. I'll hold it. No, wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. under arrest, ma'am. Okay. How do you go Okay. Can you give me 1 second? I'm not Listen, we're not going to debate. We're not going to debate. We're we're not going to debate with you right now. Debate what? Bro, STOP. STOP. SO, WHY AM I GETTING ARRESTED? Give up your hands and stop resisting. I'm being sincere. Stop. OH, YEAH. WHY AM I GETTING ARRESTED? RESISTING. I TOLD YOU TO STOP. YOU'RE HURTING STOP RESISTING. YOU'RE HURTING ME. Stop resisting. Like all the back. WHY AM I GETTING ARRESTED? YOU DIDN'T TELL ME. NO, YOU DIDN'T. YOU DIDN'T tell me YO, WHAT THE STOP. YOU'RE GOING TO BREAK MY ARM. RESISTING. STOP. PUSHING ME AGAINST THE CAR. GET OFF OF ME. STOP. YOU'RE GOING TO BREAK MY ARM. WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU, BRO? WHAT? HOW AM I GETTING ARRESTED when I never did anything? Contrary to what she claimed, she was absolutely resisting. The cops gave her a direct order to put her hands behind her back, but she flatly refused and insisted on fighting instead. After being placed in handcuffs, they escorted the woman to their squad car. Yo, stop holding me like that. YOU'RE GOING TO ARM. STOP HOLDING ME LIKE THAT. STOP TURNING AROUND. I'M NOT TURNING AROUND. STOP TURNING AROUND. I'm not turning around. I'm going to fall. I'm trying to walk right now. arm. Stop moving around. You're hurting your Stop holding me like that. You're messing up my arm. You can literally make this mad easier. You're making it uncomfortable on purpose. Bro. Stop it. Stop squeezing my arm, yo. Stop. Stop. Stop. You're pushing me. I'm not trying to. It just hurts so bad. You're being aggressive as I already told you that it hurts. So, what? How much easier does it work? I'm not fighting you. Trying to tell you what's comfortable, what's uncomfortable. You can't respect that. Nothing. I have my mom's car keys. Can I please give them back to her? She has work in the morning. Step in. All that for nothing, right? The officer was right. If she would have cooperated with them, perhaps she wouldn't have been in such an uncomfortable position. With the suspect secured in the squad car, an officer spoke to the woman's parents to let them know what transpired. As one officer talked to the woman's parents, another officer took the woman off to jail. As she realized the severity of her situation, her tone began to shift drastically. She was no longer the aggressive, foul-mouthed, jaded ex-girlfriend that the cops encountered earlier. You make a right on the open highway. She was arrested on charges of simple assault, unlawful possession of a weapon, and resisting or eluding arrest. On the 10th of March, 2024, in Lake Worth Beach, Florida, officers responded to a call from a man claiming his soon-to-be ex-girlfriend attacked him and locked him out of their home. What's going on, man? Um I want to make sure everything is on video. Okay. She's She's inside or She's inside and I'll be honest with you, you might like want to have somebody if you got somebody with you to talk to her cuz she's probably going to mention like a bunch of stuff inside. Okay. You want to file a report or check out Yeah, for injuries? Um No. Okay. But They're So, just give me the quick rundown of what's going on. What were you guys like arguing about or what started all of this? I had a great day. We went to Lilo's. She started drinking. She has a problem with drinking. Um Have you been drinking, too? Yeah. Okay. So, what did you guys I had a I had a Bloody Mary at Lilo's. Okay. And um We left there, came back here. I went to go pick up the stuff I needed for work tomorrow. I'm in a company, a construction company, picking up all the little accessories whatever I need. And that's what I mean. She goes off the handle, which literally wants to I reckon something's happening. That's what's happening. The man explained that after eating some lunch and having drinks, they got into a heated argument over a girl the man dated 2 years ago. While the man went to run errands, the woman went to a bar where she continued to drink, only to explode when he returned. The officer then tried to get her side of the story, but it was easier said than done. Is there any weapons inside the house? That you she has access to? What kind? Any fighting firearms? No. What turn now? Get out! What turn now? Get out! WHAT TURN GET OUT! GET OUT! CAN YOU OPEN IT FOR ME AGAIN? NO! OPEN THE DOOR, PLEASE. HE'S NOT WELCOME HERE. HE MUST LEAVE. She's holding me hostage. She's not allowed in your house. You can run but you can't hide right there. We're going to have to go through the door. Okay, that's fine. I can go in the back door. I'm not searching the woman's mail and the female officer is not going to search the house. You try opening the door for me again. All I want you to do is make HIM LEAVE MY PROPERTY. COME OUTSIDE. NO! GET OUT! NO! YOU'RE NOT WELCOME. GET OUT OF MY PROPERTY NOW! NO! GET OFF MY PROPERTY! YOU'RE ON MY PROPERTY! You're going to get tased. I'm fine. You're not in my property. Okay, I need to detain you. Are you going to calm down so we can talk about this like adults? No. Why? Get off of my property and get this man off of my property. The woman was hysterical and she had a lot of nerve talking to the officer like that and acting so aggressively. She was lucky she didn't get tased on the spot. The officer gave the woman direct commands but she continued ignoring the officer which was not going to make things better for her. I have to deal with that in a second but I need you to calm down. CLOSE THE DOOR AND DEAL WITH IT. I NEED YOU TO CALM DOWN. YOU DON'T need me in any of this. Close the door and get this man off of my property. Okay, well he has injuries so we have to talk about what happened. I don't care. Okay, this is what we're going Get off of my property. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. This doesn't have to be like this. You're not in trouble right now. I'm just going to detain you based on your behavior, right? 1420 22, I got one female detained. Can you clear 33? They suck. They blow. I got to go around this side. All right? Yeah. All right, you're good. You can sit in the car. With the woman safely secured in the back of the cruiser, another officer arrived on scene to get the full story from the man. They'd hear the woman's side of the story once she sobered up. Another officer arrived on scene and took the woman to the hospital. All right. I didn't do anything. That's fine. I didn't touch it. That's fine. Nothing. I never touched You're arresting the wrong person. Like what? Like he's blaming what? What how does it work out for me? Does my boyfriend get consequences? If I'm compliant or if I'm not compliant. So you got to comply. So it doesn't matter if I'm compliant or not compliant, does it? I still get arrested. He doesn't. If I'm compliant or not compliant. You told me to be compliant. You told me. I told YOU TO HELP ME AND YOU'RE ARRESTING ME. IT'S TAKE HIM. HE DID IT. Not me. It's not me. Due to her erratic behavior, she was escorted outside the hospital and placed in a hobble and onto a wheelchair. While they were trying to restrain the woman, she kicked an officer and also spat on him. She was charged with battery or touching strike, battery on specified personnel, and resisting an officer with violence. It's hard to lose a loved one to a breakup, but no matter how much you're hurting, it's in everyone's best interest to approach things like an adult, get the help you need, and then move on. The saying hell hath no fury like a woman scorned exists for a reason. If you ignore the saying, you'll find out what happens when crazy ex-girlfriends get their asses caught in the act.
