Everybody hit their horns behind you cuz you almost >> All right. >> There was one car behind you. >> Don't get your hand out of here. >> OUT OF MY CAR. >> SO YOU NEED TO stand up on your >> Why my neck? >> You want to add more? >> I'm [screaming] a touch me. >> They take me away. When the cops pull someone over, it's usually a matter of road safety. But some suspects can accept they've done anything wrong, and they'll do everything they can to fight getting a ticket. Here's what happens when simple traffic stops turn into absolute nightmares. >> I'm not going. >> You are. >> I don't need your help. On September 22nd, 2024, deputies witnessed a vehicle perform a dangerous maneuver when the driver, later identified as Megan, swerved abruptly across traffic. To avoid crashing into her, another vehicle had to slam on its brakes. >> Hey, Deputy Lancaster with the sheriff's office. >> So, the reason I stopped you is because you cut across the traffic in front of that car back there on Fairfield. >> Stop at the stop sign. I cut across with no sign. I cut across big to go. >> Okay, I got you. It was right in front of the car without your turn sign. >> Do you have your driver's license with you? >> Listen to me. You cut in front of that car. You had to get his brace. >> What car? >> The car on the left. You didn't even see him when he went across that lane. >> Tell me when I stop. >> I did. >> Start me another. >> I know. I stopped traffic and I promise we going to argue in court. >> She was already making the traffic stop a lot harder than it had to be. The officer tried asking Megan a second time for her license and even though she claimed she'd already given it to him, there was a problem with what she'd handed over. >> Does that say driver's license on it? >> It's educated by license. >> Where? >> It's educated by license in the system cuz I don't have to give you a copy. I don't have >> driver's license. I do. >> Where is it? >> Put it in. >> Where is it? >> That pad on your shirt. >> Let me get out. >> H. >> Come on. >> Stay right there. >> Let me get out. >> You ain't got no warrant, so let me stop. >> Okay. Why are you acting? >> LET ME GET OUT. >> CUZ I KNOW MY LAW. >> I KNOW MY LAW. CUZ I STOPPED. I stopped. I know I stopped BEFORE I CROSS OVER THE TRAFFIC. I stopped. >> Why are you making this more difficult? >> Because I'm not making this difficult. I'm telling you my law. >> But I'm willing to get out the car. Please. >> Here. No. Stay in the car. >> You want me to stay? Stay in the car. >> Please come out there. >> Shut the up. I don't have to give you my ID. I can tell you my number and I can show you the picture on my license and you got accepted cuz the Florida law says you have to. >> Oh, okay. >> You know, so am I. >> So, >> am I under arrest? >> Where is your driver's license at? >> Am I under arrest? >> You're you're saying you got a driver's license? >> I'M UNDER ARREST. >> ARE you going to answer my question? >> I promise I'm get out the car, please. >> Okay. >> I'm under arrest. you around. >> Why are you doing this? >> Cuz if I'm under arrest, I'm going to be under arrest. No, bro. No, bro. No. If I'm under arrest, what is the charge? Please. No. >> You're based on your get Okay. I am. >> I am. Get the key. Get the key. >> Come over here. >> I am. Please. >> Cuz I'm I'm under arrest. I promise I'm only here. >> As the deputy checked her handcuffs to make sure they were secure but not too tight, Megan's bad attitude showed no signs of getting better. She maintained she'd done nothing wrong and started yelling for a sergeant. >> Give me a pat down. >> Okay. I'm not going to sit here and yell. >> Get in. >> Give me that. Sergeant, >> I'm going to push if you don't get in. >> Quit. Nope. Nope. All day. You ain't got no wife lock me up. No. No rice. No rice. No rice. >> No way. No rice to push me in here. Not >> call out my wrist. >> Oh, [snorts] you cut my wrist. >> Sit up on your knees. Oh, you cut my wrist. >> The struggle continued, but she remained determined to not get in the car and even tried wriggling under it. One of the cops asked Megan why she was behaving so badly, and she told them again that they had no reason to detain her. [snorts] Listen to me. I ain't answer that question. Yeah, >> this is what they want to do. The sergeant arrived on scene and they tried again to get her in the vehicle, but she continued fighting and ended up back on the floor. Because of her crazy behavior, they asked the woman if she'd taken any drugs. And despite answering no, she quickly got worked up again. Okay. >> Let me go. >> Let me go. >> Let me go. >> Let me go. >> Let me go. >> I ain't do to you. >> Where you going? >> I ain't do to you >> before you car me. >> You know it's illegal cuz you know you can ask my ID without a warrant. >> Given how erratic she was acting, the cops still weren't convinced that she wasn't on drugs. The sergeant tried to calm her down, but she kept denying doing any drugs and was acting like she'd been hurt. The medics were called to check her over. >> We're going to get to the right. >> I'm not going. >> You are. >> I know. I don't need your help. Walk away. >> Walk away. >> WALK AWAY. WALK AWAY. >> I DON'T NEED YOUR HELP. WALK AWAY. >> ARE WE JUST GOINGAT, >> but she's been acting erratic trying to fight us. It's not clear in the Tahoe. So that's why >> the deputy discussed things [music] with the female medic, warning the woman that Megan was a handful. And shortly after it was time for the next round. I said I'm not going. That's what I got. Oh. Oh, not going. >> I'm not going. >> Hold tight. >> Yeah, >> my leg disgust. >> That's another charge. No, you >> arm. >> Hey, do not bite. Do not >> I know she's spitting >> because Megan was both spitting and biting. It was time to get out the spit hood and try to put it on her. But even that was a struggle and she kept claiming she couldn't breathe. Unsurprisingly, when they tried to pull it off again, it was every bit as difficult. No. >> You put it on my face. Yeah. >> Why are you acting like a child? >> Why are you being >> I don't know. I guess I just felt like it >> cuz you >> I guess so. >> I should probably work on that. school and now you >> don't want your milk. >> Yeah. >> You know, your family. >> No matter what the cops and medics tried, she just refused to calm down and continued yelling abuse and physically resisting. The cops had no choice but to put the spit hood back on her before she was taken to the hospital. All right. Please do not let her grab that first. So gross. >> At the jail house, they did a thorough search of the woman and found a plastic bag on her containing 38 g of cocaine. They charged Megan with resisting with violence, 5 gs of battery on an officer, cocaine possession, drug possession or use, and marijuana possession less than 20 grams. On the 15th of August 2024, the cops saw a speeding vehicle with dark tinted windows and they tried to perform what should have been a simple traffic stop. However, when they approached the suspect, they soon found out that it was going to be something more serious. >> Hey, sir. How you doing? >> Hey, you're flying down these streets, brother, and your tent's illegal. Okay. >> Do you have driver's license on you? Yes, sir. >> Is this your car? >> Yes, sir. >> When's the last time you smoked in here? >> Smoking. Yes, sir. >> Is there any other in here? >> Huh? >> Yes, sir. >> Just a little bit. >> There's no burnt though. Okay, I'm going have you step out and talk to you. >> Hey, quit reaching out. >> Quit reaching. >> Hey, quit reaching. Quit reaching. >> Oh my. >> Dude, get out of the car. >> Get out. >> What are you reaching the room for, dude? The situation here was about to get life-threatening. One of the cops realized that the suspect reached for a bag of dope and in a desperate attempt to conceal evidence, the man swallowed it. After pulling him out of the vehicle, he was immediately instructed to spit it out. >> Spit it out, dude. Spit it out. >> Stop. [snorts] >> Stop. Spit it out, dude. Spit it out. Spit it out of your mouth right now. search location. >> Spit it out, dude. >> Spit it out. Just spit it out. >> Spit it out. >> Can't get his gunk. >> Spit the dope out of your mouth right now. >> Spit it out, >> dude. >> Just spit it out. >> Yeah. They informed the suspect that he was going to jail for tampering with evidence, but they were more concerned about the man's life as ingesting can be fatal. He refused to spit the drugs out even after they told the man how much danger he was in. >> You're going to overdose. >> You're going to die, dude. Spit it out. Spit it out. >> Spit it out. >> Spit it out right now. Spit it the out. Spit it out, dude. Spit it out. >> Spit it out. >> Everything out there. >> He just swallowed the >> Well, we can't get a out. >> He's chewing it. >> Yeah. >> No, listen. >> It's a large one. >> Spit it out, dude. Dude, just spit it out, >> dude. You're going to overdose, dude. >> Come on, man. Spit it out. >> No one cares. >> Spit it out. >> Come on. Just breathe. >> Spit it out. >> Okay. Spit it out, dude. >> You got a bag of dope in your mouth. >> Spit it out right now, dude. >> Spit it out. >> Need help. >> SPIT IT OUT. >> SPIT YOUR [screaming] SPIT IT OUT. >> Help me. >> Spit it out. >> Help me. >> HELP ME. >> Spit it out. >> I CAN'T BREATHE. I can't breathe. >> Despite the man's sudden panic and claims that he couldn't breathe, he continued chewing the bag in his mouth and swallowing the contents. The risk here was increasing by the second and the cops were desperately trying to save his life. >> Dude, you were going to overdose, dude. >> Spit it out. >> Spit it out. >> There we go. Good job. Good job. >> Nope. Nope. >> Help me. >> All right, we'll get you out. You're now cuz you swallowed. >> No, I didn't. >> Come on, stand up. Let's go. We're going to roll you over. >> Come on. Come on. Here. >> I didn't want you to overdose. That's why I >> You just threw something in your mouth. I I can open it a little bit if you'd like. Sure. >> Oh, for sure. I mean, he was chewing on. >> With the man now safe from danger and secured in a squad car, they went on to search his vehicle. The cops found large amounts of money, a scale, and three cell phones in addition to the contents of the bag that he tried to swallow. >> Looks like crack. He literally chewed up all of >> He chewed. Look at that. >> Did you pull out his mouth? >> I did. He spit it out. >> Then he tried to swallow it again. >> He spit it out and he was like, >> "No, no." >> By the time the suspect's mother arrived, he was already at the hospital. She tried to argue her son's case and the reason for the traffic stop. And she even tried playing the race card, but it was hard to argue because the arresting officer was also black. >> And I said, "I own that car for 5 years and never had an issue." >> Well, it's 33% and the legal is 50 and we tested it. >> Got it. >> 33%. Camera 33%. >> Okay. So, why did I not get pulled over for the 5 years I owned it and drove it? I I don't know >> other than the one time for being black while driving when I >> Well, you can't see what color someone is when their window tint is dark. So, that's a very ignorant comment. >> Is not tinted. >> Okay. But I didn't see him head on. Seen him from the side. >> I didn't say you. This is what he told me. I'm asking the question as when I was the owner. Why? >> He's the officer that initiated the traffic stop. I say >> he was explaining it to you because we showed up to help because your son was fighting them swallowing drug. >> Yeah. >> And you you was the arresting officer. You said you seen him swallow some drugs. >> Yes. He reached in the middle. I grabbed my gun and then he put drugs in his mouth and then we took him to the ground, tried to get the out so he didn't overdose and die and then your son would be dead. So we helped him out. Yes. Cuz he made a bonehead decision. So we were trying to help him. >> Okay. >> And none of that would have happened if you would have just stepped out. >> All right. Can you just kind of stay here to make sure nothing happens to me cuz I'm asking question. >> You guys can walk away if you want. Yeah, that's my plan. >> You guys can >> I'm trying to understand what's going on with my son. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Your son is at the hospital cuz he might have swallowed some drugs. >> Do you know what hospital he might be? >> I don't know, but you can't visit him cuz he's under arrest. >> The mother asked the officers if she could at least call the hospital to get more info on the man's condition, but the arresting officer explained to her that they wouldn't disclose anything because he was under arrest. One of the other cops explained to the woman that he could call her from jail, but she still had more questions. >> Why is the hood up? because we're searching for nar everywhere. Okay. >> You know, people overdose off drugs like stuff like that. >> Well, your son sells drugs, so he's probably leading that cause. >> So, maybe you should talk to him. >> And that's what we're doing is trying to prevent people from selling drugs. So, when the car smells like we tell him step out and he swallows drugs, that's why we took him out and took him to the ground. >> My badge is 3249. My last name is Church. Okay. >> The officers talked about the case amongst themselves, and they clearly doubted the mother's claim that she'd been driving the vehicle for 5 years and had never been pulled over due to the window tent. They then went to the hospital to check in on the suspect. >> It's going to be an indictment. Okay. >> Timmy tampering and then possession of drugs. >> Possession of what? Huh? What's >> We're going to get it tested. >> What's the felony though? >> Huh? F3 tampering. >> F3 tampering. >> Yep. F3 tampering. >> How was that? FD >> cuz that's what the RC says. >> All right. Can we go Can we go to county now? >> Huh? >> Can we go to the county now? >> We're not going to go. >> Do you know what an indictment is? You're going to have a future court date for it. It's going to get presented to the grand jury after it gets [snorts] tested. Okay. >> So, I'm going to >> No. All right. >> Not today. I'm going to read your rights. You're going to tell me to off and then we're going to leave. Okay. That's probably what's going to happen, right? >> No. >> You want to talk? >> Okay. So, I'm going to tell you what's going to happen. Okay. All right. >> We're going to we're going to take all that for testing. I'm going to write a warrant for your two phones. Not your flip phone cuz I can't get anything off of it. So, you can have that one. It's probably your phone. >> No. >> And then we're going to contact we're going to contact your APA and get you violated. >> Okay. So, I'm not going to read your rights cuz you told me to. >> Any questions for me? We're going to give you your ticket and that'll be it. >> No. I'm call I need my load. >> The suspect asked the officers for his wallet and his driver's license, and they promised to get them for him. Hopefully, between the hospital stay and the charges he was facing, he'd reflect on the danger he put himself in, and in the future, he'd make some better choices. On October 19th, 2024, Sergeant Chandler witnessed a driver make a dangerous U-turn and initiated a traffic stop. The driver pulled the vehicle over and the sergeant approached him to discuss it, but things got off to a bad start when the driver got out of the car. >> You just did a U-turn there and almost caused an accident. >> Go ahead. Hop back. Go ahead. Hop back in the vehicle. >> No. >> Hop back in the vehicle. Hop back in the vehicle. I'm not going to ask you again. Hop back in the vehicle. >> Get back in the car. >> I'm not talking to you till you get back in the car and get your hands out of your pockets. >> Hands out. >> Hop back in the vehicle. >> Hop back in the vehicle. >> Do anything. I did not do a U-turn. >> You almost caused an accident. >> I did not. >> You did. You didn't hear everybody laying their horn at you. >> I did not do a U-turn. >> Hop back in the car. >> I did not do a U-turn. >> Hop back in the car. >> I did not do a U-turn. >> Hop back in the car. >> Hop back in the car. >> Look, man. >> Hop in the car. >> What's your problem? >> Not only was the suspect's behavior disrespectful, it was also potentially dangerous because he might have a weapon on him. The sergeant asked the man to get back inside the vehicle and hand over his license and insurance, but the suspect remained uncooperative. >> We're having a conversation. >> Step back here. >> No. >> Go ahead. Step. >> No. Don't touch me. >> Give me another one. >> I need an >> Get over here. I'm the sergeant. Get over here. >> Get over here. I don't. You're making this harder than it has to be. >> Get over here. >> I'm asking you. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. Turn around. Turn. You're about to down. Turn around. Get your hands behind your back. You're making this way harder than it has to be. >> Look, man. >> Hop over here. WALK TO MY CAR. I'M NOT ASKING you again. >> What's your problem? >> No. You get back. Get back in the car. >> Get back in the car. >> Dude, >> we pulled in across the street. >> Come back here. You're making this >> problem. I'm not going to tell you again. >> I'm not going to tell you again. >> Again? >> I'm not going to tell you again. >> Please. >> I tried to get in. >> Now you're Now you're just you're you're acting disorderly now. You're walking a fine line. >> You're walking a fine line. >> You're walking a fine line. >> Okay, we'll see about that. >> I will. I will >> license and insurance. >> It looked like the suspect's wife had calmed him down, but he still refused to hand over his documents. As the sergeant explained to the man once again why he'd stopped him, backup arrived, and the man continued to say that he was innocent. >> I DID NOT CAUSE ANYTHING. >> OKAY. You didn't hear 15 cars lay on their horn. >> 15 now, huh? >> Everybody hit their horns behind you cuz you >> All right. >> There was one car behind you. >> Step out. >> Don't step out. Don't get your hand out of here. Get your hand OUT OF MY CAR. >> We're We're done now. >> You're saying you >> get out. >> Do it. Do it. Do it. >> Do it, man. >> Go ahead. Unlock that. >> No. No. Get the off of me right now. >> Dude, get your hand off of me. You get your hand off me or you're I'm going to break your god. Get back in the car. Hop in the vehicle. >> Do anything. I cannot do anything and you cannot GET INTO MY CAR. >> YOU'RE UNDER YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. >> PERMISSION. >> You're under arrest. >> I don't give you permission TO GET INTO MY CAR. >> GET OUT OF MY CAR. >> DON'T I DON'T you absolute mother. >> Yeah. You know what? Come on. Do it. Come on. Stop playing. What are you doing? >> Stop resisting. Stop. Move your hands over. >> What are you doing? >> Stop resisting. >> I'm not. I PUT MY HANDS TOGETHER SO YOU HAD THEM, DUDE. >> NO, you were holding them together. >> Yes. So you had them. >> Once they'd successfully handcuffed the man, they walked him over to their car and secured him in the back. His wife came over to ask for his phone and his wallet. And as they closed the car door on him, she went back over to the officers. >> Is that your husband? >> What? What? And I'm sorry. I didn't mean to yell at you. We'll step over here and talk. >> I'll let you talk to him in a minute. Let him cool off. >> Honestly, we're trying to find a spot. I swear. >> Okay. >> Where I'm supposed to eat. That's why he turned around like this. >> Okay. >> Now, when he gets hungry, he gets low sugar. That's why. >> Do you think he needs an ambulance for anything? >> Not ambulance. He needs to eat. That's why he's the way. >> Well, if if he would have just talked to me instead of getting out and approaching me like that, that's a problem. >> I was trying I That's why I was trying to talk to you when I got out. >> Okay. [snorts] >> Well, I was too focused on him and his his hostile behavior and his demeanor. >> He doesn't have anything. >> Luckily for the officers, his wife was a bit more reasonable. When they asked the woman for his license and insurance, she was willing to cooperate. But as far as resolving things peacefully, unfortunately, it was a little bit too late. So U-turns in the Saver million are illegal. But >> find a spot. >> A U-turn. Yes. And almost causing an accident. But the way he he handled this is why he's going to jail. Not for the U-turn. We don't care about the U-turn. >> That's a minor infraction, you know, compared to this. I wasn't obviously I wasn't present for the the stop, but obviously the officer had a lawful reason to stop him. He refused to get out of the vehicle when he was asked to do so. I mean, Whatever happened prior to you, I'm not. After he calms down, maybe he'll maybe he will let you have a conversation. Sergeant Chandler might let you have a conversation with him. I'm not sure. >> That's not up to us. >> He's he's in charge on the shift and he's in charge of the current stop, current situation. >> Nothing I can >> even if there was something you could do, I wouldn't I wouldn't accept it. That he deserves to go to jail. Second attack. >> The female officer went on to explain to the woman that when you make certain choices, there are definitely repercussions. And in this case, the suspect had chosen to act very aggressively. His wife seemed to accept it, and they then had a chat about whether the man would get a bond. Meanwhile, Sergeant Chandler checked on the suspect. >> Hi, man. You need an ambulance or anything? >> Do you need an ambulance or anything? >> What What's your problem? >> I'm just checking. Do you need an ambulance or anything? >> What law did I break and who did I hurt? >> So, I'm going to read you your rights. Okay. Do you understand your rights? >> Has your camera been on the whole time? >> The whole time? >> Yeah. >> The entire It's still on. >> I want to see. >> Your attorney can get it. >> Do you have any questions or anything right now? >> You're unreal. >> I did not give you permission to do anything. >> I didn't even >> And you escalated. It's not. WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE GOD? THE SERGEANT went back to the wife and offered to take her phone number so the suspect could call her from jail. She was still being calm and reasonable, but she still kept circling back, trying to do anything to avoid an arrest. >> Nothing. I don't >> I don't know if I can make this more clear to you, but hell no. He's going to jail. >> We can't We can't do anything. Like, this is all on camera. This is all We have a lot of paperwork to do now. We had to have a use of force on him >> to probably before it got to that point where >> I tried. >> Your husband's acting like a [ __ ] and you resisted two officers trying to arrest them. The obstruction and you could probably almost push assault on a police officer. He should have never acted like that. He's going to jail. He's There's nothing you can do right now at all. I don't care if you handed me a stack of $100 bills. He's going to jail. >> I'm just saying he's he's There's nothing you can do. >> But you've asked me like five times. and there's nothing. >> The sergeant then talked to the other passengers and he apologized to them about the way things had gone down. They were all understandably shaken. As for the suspect's wife, she still seemed confused. So, the sergeant went into more detail about what would happen next. >> If he gets a bond, he'll he'll call you. >> Okay. Um need for a lawyer. Nothing. >> That's up to you. I mean, that's up to you guys. >> You can get a lawyer. You don't have to get a lawyer. It's kind of all up to you. >> So, what in two days? He he'll have court Tuesday. >> He's going to be in jail till Tuesday >> probably. >> Yep. Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. is when we have court, so he'll probably be in jail till Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. Okay. >> And if I have a lawyer, then we'll be earlier. Yeah. >> Um your your lawyer I mean it's the weekend. Your lawyer can reach out, but I usually court is whenever those type of things are are hashed out. If anything, and I'm not saying this with 100% certainty, but if you reach out to a lawyer, they may try to like postpone court dates and things like that. So, you just have to coordinate with them and figure out what's going to be best for you guys. >> Yeah. >> So, >> I will contact you here in a little bit and I'll let you know the list of the charges and then you can contact a lawyer and talk it over with them. We cannot provide any legal advice or anything like that. So once I tell you what all the charges are and I can give you the codes and stuff like that, then you can probably contact a lawyer and go from there. They can help you out a little more. >> Before they took the man to jail, his wife was allowed to talk to him through the window. By the time they got to the jail house, the man seemed much more calm and seemed to be cooperating. That being said, he was still acting innocent. >> Take a seat. Put your hand in here. >> Well, that was the most violent thing I've seen in like two weeks. You want to put your your hand in here? >> Do anything. >> You want to put your hand in here? >> I didn't do anything. >> Man should just listen. >> Why? What do I got to do, man? >> As the sergeant explained, the entire interaction should have been nothing more than a ticket. But thanks to the suspect's behavior, he was now being charged with resisting arrest, and his bond was set at $2,000. On April 20th, 2025, an officer witnessed a vehicle with an obscured license plate and proceeded to pull the vehicle over. But the driver here, later identified as Gloria, was upset at being pulled over and she was quick to get defensive. >> What did I do, man? Are you stopping me because I'm a trans woman? Okay, first of all, I'm officer trans with the Orlando Police Department. Do you have your license and registration? >> Uh, do I have to give you this? What is the infractions I gave? >> That's not how this works. >> Give me your license and registration and proof of insurance. >> I want to know the reason why I started. >> As soon as you provide the documents I've requested, no ma'am, that's not how this works. >> Please. >> And I didn't do nothing wrong. Nothing wrong. >> Okay. >> Okay. You just hit me because you saw my hand. >> Ma'am, I've never even met you. >> Okay. [laughter] >> I don't know who you are. Do you have your license, registration, and proof of insurance? I'm going to ask you one more time, and then this is going to go a completely different way. >> You're going to arrest me. >> If you would refuse [laughter] to give me the documents I've requested, yes, we're going to go down that route. >> My instructions, I will give you. >> That's not how that works. She continued asking what she'd done wrong and she wouldn't produce the documents they requested since she hadn't committed a crime and she said she was being discriminated against. She also claimed she was very well known in the area and that she'd call the mayor and she then started pulling ID out so they'd know who they were dealing with. >> Why do you have three different licenses? >> Did I just Did you just say what I said? >> I didn't actually. >> You didn't? Because you don't care. See, you don't care about people. >> Okay. >> I'm sorry you feel that way. No. >> Can I see your other ones as well, please? >> No, you cannot. >> It's a crime to have more than one. >> It's not a crime. This is my my license and I'm not going to give it to you. >> Okay. >> Do you have the registration and proof of insurance as well, >> Missia? First of all, I'm a doctor and I I earned that because I study antimics and I save so many officer shot in the chest and I regret it since I met you. >> Okay. I'm sorry that way. Big stink out of this. >> I'm sorry you fell that way. I do nothing. Okay. >> You just st me because I was low >> starting on the red because the guy was telling me that my my tire is leaking. >> Okay. >> Shave on you. >> Okay. >> After she finished berating the officer, she then pulled out a temporary permit, but it wasn't the registration the officer wanted. The officer explained that, but she continued playing her victim role and offering more excuses. >> Why are you doing this to me? I'm right there. >> Okay. I own a condominium on Fairview. You make me shaking in my boots for nothing. I could need it. Please stop it. I'm asking you. Please on my knees. Stop it. >> Going to supervise him. Please. >> You know, just just for your record, I'm coming from my husband which is dying. Just for your record. Okay. And I'm sorry that I am out of my mind. I don't know if you have a husband or or a girlfriend or whatever you have, but my husband is dying and he's not a lie. Okay? And this happened two days ago. It's on life support. Rest in peace. >> Okay. Well, again, I've asked you three times for the registration and proof of insurance. >> I don't know what registration is. >> Okay. >> Do you have your proof of insurance? >> I do have my proof of insurance. >> Okay. >> I have never been stopped in my life. This is my first my first time. Check my records. >> Okay. [snorts] >> I think it's my other car. I have five cars. If you if you want to follow me, please in my condominium. >> No, ma'am. I am not going to follow you to your house. >> You guys stop in our condominium all the time at night. >> Okay. >> We give you permission to stop in our condominium ground. >> Well, you continue to look for those documents and uh I'll be right back. >> Okay. Well, as you can see, her tag is flipped up, clearly indicating that there's no way to read the tag. >> While the female officer went to check her computer, her partner stepped in to talk to Gloria, who was now claiming to be a cardiothoracic surgeon and saying she was on her way from the hospital. She then changed her story again, saying she was on call and had a patient, but the cops here were not buying it. Moments later, their supervisor arrived. >> Hello there. How are you? >> Fine. I'm the supervisor and is that what you requested? >> Do you want to come out and talk to me in private or do you want to talk in your car? Whatever you're most comfortable with. >> Whenever I been >> I'm good either way. >> I don't even know. It's my first time in life. 16 years of age. I've never been. >> Yeah, let's talk face to face. >> It's better that way sometimes. >> Nice. >> Good. The woman gave her side of the story, saying the female officer had followed her from the gas station and again stated she'd been slow at the lights because somebody told her she had a punctured tire. >> So I stop in here and she start to attack me completely. >> What do you when you say attack? What do you mean by attack? >> Attack? A verbal attack? Of course. >> What did she say to attack? >> First I say, "Okay, officer I'm here." I was still I had a problem for that. I said, "I'm here. What did I do wrong? I will I will not tell you. You have to give me raw registration. Okay, fine. Here's my driver license. Why do you have two driver license which one is my male? I'm a food surgery. Okay. >> Sure. Yeah. Okay. And I keep it because sometimes you know there's my male name. So there is something noted on the driver on the motor which you guys can see. >> Okay. >> So that's your business. I have to >> Oh, I can arrest you for that. So, call your supervisor because I think you're very aggressive. >> Yeah. >> And you know, I noticed that maybe she started with some trans. I have no idea. I have no clue. Okay. What she stud but the old beast of all this that she got so pissed off with me just because I was just knowing and the guy told me that there was no air from I didn't nothing else. >> Right. Right. >> Now the guy was just shocking. I broke the glove compartment, but she was insisting. Put the hands on the gut. >> Okay. >> I'm not I'm not used to this thing. >> I understand. >> And I understand. I have a deep respect for the law. >> Sure. Okay. >> Meanwhile, the female officer talked with her partner talking about the license plate being obscured and also how the tag had been deliberately tucked into the Mercedes symbol so it couldn't be seen. The reason for the traffic stop definitely wasn't discrimination. And the supervisor tried to explain that. So, I I don't want you to feel like you were targeted or anything like that. And I think that's to me that's >> she wasn't able to see your tag. That was the reason for the stop. >> Uh yes, you you actually you actually aren't allowed to have more than one driver's license. That actually is >> it's not a driver license. It's is an ID. >> Okay. >> I didn't have any idea what >> Yeah. You're not allowed to have two driver's license. So, but if it's just an ID, >> it's an ID. It's a state ID. >> And I'm not sure, you know, I don't think she was trying to push that issue with you. I think she was just saying I'm not saying I'm just saying why he has to start this way. I was being nice. I don't understand that. >> I understand. >> I just don't understand how many times you look. >> Keep in mind so she's one of our she works uh she's attack [music] officer so she works in our really bad neighborhoods and stuff like that. I know >> she usually deals with a different type of clientele than than someone like >> she admitted she'd overreacted but continued making excuses. She did however seem to accept what the supervisor told her. So, at that point, the female officer came back and tried to determine if they were ready to wrap things up. >> Are you better now with them? >> I don't I don't think >> I'm not finished. I'm not No, I'm not. I'm sorry. >> Yeah. >> Sorry. >> Yeah, I'm here. >> Did I say I'm finished? >> No, no. Well, I thought I thought you were I thought you said you had to go. So, I was going out of your way. >> Well, no. I I just I just I just I just I just cancelled my call. >> Okay. >> I'm going to have a lot of problems, but >> Okay. So, what's the verdict here? >> Uh That's why I was trying to >> What's the citation for? >> It's a criminal citation. She has to sign it. >> She has uh the court date is on the bottom. >> Sign where the X is. >> The attached tag is not assigned. So, this tag, as you can see, got a Missouri. This car is not registered. It's an unregistered motor vehicle. This tag is not assigned to this vehicle. You're not the registered owner of this vehicle either. This vehicle comes back out of Wisconsin, not Missouri. >> I just want this car to come back. >> Okay. Well, I'm telling you what my type is telling me. Okay. >> All right. Um, >> we're gonna look like, you know, telling me that I stole this because that was >> That's not what I'm saying. I did not say the vehicle stolen. I said the tag is not assigned to the vehicle. [music] The attached tag that you have on this vehicle is not assigned. >> So, which tag is attached to? >> Not this. It's not registered. There's no tag [music] assigned to it whatsoever. That's what I'm telling you. The woman claimed that she'd never been in Wisconsin, but the fact remained that that's where the VIN came back to. The vehicle was unregistered, which was also an offense that she could go to jail for. However, the officer here was trying to cut her a break. >> Instead of me taking you to jail, I wrote to you a criminal citation to go to court. >> I am. It's right here. >> Well, that's all. >> You want to take me to court? >> It's only if you >> I'm going to follow you. >> Go ahead. >> Please do it. >> You can sign right there. >> No, please take me to court. >> Ma'am, >> that's another You see how she talks? I I think she's just >> No, she sent me if she don't sign this, I want to take you to jail. I have never been in jail in my life. >> Citation. >> You have to sign it. >> Is it since it's a criminal ticket? You're you're by law. You're required. >> Okay, hold on a second. Let's Let's >> take me to jail. Take me to jail. >> I don't have a mother anymore. Take me to jail. Let's go. Let's go. Come on. Let's go. >> Let's go. Let's go. Take me to jail. Take me to jail. She continued playing the victim, daring the officers to take her to jail, saying she'd done nothing wrong. However, she still seemed surprised when they arrested her like she asked. >> Are you serious? >> Are you Are you serious? >> All right. So, wait a second. Okay. >> No, we're not going to do that. >> Okay. I apologize. how this works. >> Do you have anything that's going to poke, stick, or stab me? >> Can we talk a little bit? >> Okay, I wasn't looking for squeeze, please. Listen up. You got your own things. Please. >> You didn't leave us a choice. >> No, I go around the other side. Come on. >> I'll give you a [ __ ] >> Do you want to be seat belted again? >> Sorry. Please, >> ma'am. What are we talking? >> I I gave you the chance. I know. I'm sorry. >> Okay. I wasn't I wasn't a certain Please. >> I'm sorry. >> Don't do this to me. >> I'm sorry. If she just signed that ticket, she could have been on her way and could have resolved things in court. Instead, she was taken to jail just like she demanded. They charged the woman with resisting without violence and refusing to sign a citation. On June 22nd, 2023, a driver was caught speeding and he'd also failed to turn his headlights on in the rain. The cops initiated a traffic stop, but it was one of the passengers, a man named McCree, who turned out to be the real nightmare. How y'all doing? >> All right. How you doing? >> Can you roll all the windows down? >> Thank you. [music] >> You know why I'm sloppy? >> No. >> Can you roll those windows? >> Uh, one, you're speeding on Ivy's 35. And two, you don't got your headlights on. It's raining outside. >> It's raining. Why? >> It's raining back there where we were. >> Yeah, I got your lights on. >> Oh my goodness. Is that McCree? >> Wow. Haven't seen you in a while. Fishing. >> You're what? >> Fishing. >> Oh, fishing. Where's the fishing pole? In the front. >> Gotcha. >> You want You want to see it? >> Huh? No. >> You guys got your IDs on you? >> Mind if I see them? >> I don't got mine. >> You don't got yours? >> Thank you. While checking the men's IDs, the officer noticed a marijuana rolling tray in their car and asked the men to hand it over. Since it looked like there were drugs involved on top of the traffic violations, he'd have to investigate further. >> Man, you don't got no weapons on you, right? No guns, nothing like that. Just keep your hands on the steering wheel, man. Thank you. Put your hands take your seat belt off. All right. >> I'll call your mom, McCree. Come on, dude. You may do this many too many times. Call your mom, dude. >> While the driver was getting arrested, not only had McCree called his mother, but all of a sudden he seemed to be nervous about it. The officer was quick to notice it and confronted the man. >> You sweating a lot, bro. You weren't sweating when we started. It's hot. >> Ain't that hot? I'm wearing all stuff. I ain't sweating. Oh, stop that nonsense. >> Stop moving around the car. Put your hands on the dash. >> Put your hands on the dash. Stop reaching, McCree. Stop reaching now. Stop reaching. >> Stop it, McCree. Put your hands on the dash. Do it now. Despite the fact that there was a gun pointed at him and the repeated instructions to put his hands on the dashboard, the man continued moving around the car and reached into his pocket. It turned out he was reaching for his phone even though he should have known better as he'd clearly had plenty of encounters with police. >> Can you please come up here? Don't give a bro. >> Stay in the car until I tell you to get out. >> I'm trying to get out to pass out. What's his name? Brok Stop. Let's go. >> On the ground. Do it now. >> Hey, go high and go low. Go low. >> We're trying. He's holding. He's holding. >> With the childish tantrum he was throwing, it's no surprise that he called his mother. However, the cop who recognized McCree told his partners it was nothing new. Despite the man's protests, they proceeded to search him. >> I don't have nothing, bro. >> Okay. >> All right. Then why you acting like this? >> I can handle You kicking me for you kicking me for, bro? >> That's how you get up, >> bro. What are you talking TO ME FOR? >> YOU STOP, >> MAN. >> Why don't you just listen? >> What the you talking to me for? >> Listen, bro. Never change. I haven't seen three years. You haven't changed one bit. Get >> the out of my face, bro. You want me to get in the car or you just throw a tantrum? Get in the car for >> the man's mother arrived on scene and it looked like she was going to complicate matters because she started shouting her head off in what seemed like a tantrum like her sons. Thankfully, she stayed back a bit while the cops tried to get the man on his feet. >> [laughter] >> So get up. >> So you know you're under arrest. >> You're going to be charged. You're going to be charged with escape if you don't listen. >> I'm not I'm not you're escaping by not allowing us. Okay. >> So you need to stand up on your >> Why my neck right now? >> You want to add more? >> I'M ADD MORE TO [screaming] SIR, >> let me go. >> Sir, you're resisting. >> I'm not resisting. >> McCree continued screaming and refusing to stand up. And his mom was making things worse by yelling at the cops, who were simply trying to do their jobs. Because his mother was concerned they were going to injure him, they encouraged the woman to ask her son to stand up. >> BABU, STAND UP. >> BABU, stand up. >> STAND OKAY. WELL, LET HIM STAND UP. I'M HIS MAMA. HE'LL GET OUT FOR Y'ALL. >> WHY YOU GOT YOUR HAND ON HIM? >> BUT WHY THEY GOT HIS HAND ON YOU? YOU FEEL THIS FUNNY? THIS THIS what this what they do to us kind This what they do to us kind of the same. We the same color. Why you letting this be like Rodney? >> Yeah, but I'm telling I'm his mother. I can get him off. >> BUT LET HIM GOT TO DO THAT. >> LET ME GET him off. >> OKAY. [ __ ] I'M WATCHING him ranging his wrist. >> The male officer explained to the woman that that's how they lift suspects up, but she continued acting like they were manhandling him. She did however continue yelling at her son to stand, and he finally did as instructed, but he wasn't quite done with his tantrum. >> Is this gone from this? Hey, >> but the ladies say they slack. Why you doing all this down IF I GET YOU? >> YEAH, because please me up, boy. PLEASE WON'T YOU THAT LITTLE NOW, LET ME walk in the car. Get in the car, man. Get in the car. >> Because they forced me to say the twisty head. let you go. You going to walk to the top by yourself, >> man. Once I get the car, I'm not cuz you know, you know I got heart. Go get in the car. >> Unfortunately, McCree had to be checked over again first. However, his mom started to be helpful instead of continuing to be a hindrance like she first appeared to be. The cops conducted a thorough search and found drugs in his pocket. >> Where that come from? That come up here? >> Yeah. Oh, I smoke, baby. Cuz you ain't got to jail for I smoke. >> You said you'll smoke it. >> Yeah. Hell, THAT LITTLE RIGHT THERE AIN'T ENOUGH to jail for. >> I smoke that little but two blocks. >> We live in an interesting vantage. >> Huh? >> Nothing. >> That ain't a little sh. >> He's going to make all the laundry smell like now though, too. >> The laundry. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. got a bunch of steak in his pocket. >> It was finally time to give McCree to a squad car, but apparently he still had the mindset of a child and his mother had to help out. >> Go all the way back. Turn your legs a little bit. Come >> on. Resisting and I think he had a gun on a gun. Well, I didn't know that. They just >> Oh, we appreciate you calming him down. >> McCree was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, escape, resisting an officer with and without violence, possession of camp under 20 g, and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. As for the driver and the passenger, they were a lot more cooperative, so neither was charged. >> On December 30th, 2024, the cops saw a woman on a scooter driving recklessly. They tried to stop the woman, but things escalated quickly. >> Stop right now. Get back on there. Sit down right there. Put your hands on top of your head. >> Why am I being arrested? >> Put your hands on top of your head right now. >> Put your hands on top of your head. >> I'm being arrested for your being arrested. >> Stop. music. I haven't done nothing. I haven't done nothing. What are you doing? What am I being arrested for? >> Stop. >> No, bro. You're doing too much. Look, sir. You're doing too much. >> What is your bad badge number? I need to find a good parking spot. I was pulling. Look at what you're doing. Look at what you Look at what you doing. Look at what you're doing. Look at what you doing, bro. >> Despite being told not to resist, she continued to fight the officer. She accused the officer of not telling her what she was being arrested for and he explained to her that it was for resisting and fleeing. But of course, she denied doing anything wrong. >> No, sir. I'm not doing nothing. I parked up and I'll wait on you. >> I was in the road. >> Give me your other arm. >> The traffic was already Look at you being stupid. >> Look at you being stupid. You should say your daughter on the holidays, Christmas and New Year's. >> Give me your other arm, >> dude. >> Give me your other arm. >> What are you arresting me for? >> Give me your other arm. >> For what? >> Look at what you're doing. Look at what you're doing. Look at what you're doing. I'm already on the ground. >> Put your arms behind your back. >> What am I being arrested for? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Look at what you doing. I hope they got cameras over here. >> Record. Record. >> Please record. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Record. No. Look at what you're doing. You got to get I'm about to get ted. SO WATCH. YOU'RE ALREADY ON TOP OF ME. YOU look look look. >> Put your arms behind your back. >> You're a cop, right? You're a cop. You're just doing it, right? >> Put your eyes behind your back. Innocent, right? >> Put your arms behind your back. >> Look. Put your hand behind your back. LOOK, I'M DOING IT. I'M DOING IT right now. >> Don't fight me. Stop. YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED. STOP doing it. Look at what you're doing. >> Put your hand behind my back. >> Do not fight me. >> Look at what you're doing. Some dumb >> dumb and name my back for what? Three cops for what? >> Make sure you right, too. Make sure you're right. That's all I got to say. >> The suspect said that it was the cops who were in the wrong and demanded their badge numbers. Of course, they were willing to give it to her considering she was the one who was behaving unreasonably. You being dumb as dumb trying to bite you. >> I tried. Look at what the you was doing. Stop. >> How am I GOING TO STOP? HOW AM I GOING TO STOP? >> SOMEBODY IN AMERICA. >> I UNDERSTAND THAT. STOP. >> DON'T. NO. >> I want the body cam everything. >> That's fine. Stop. >> I want a lawyer. >> You You're arresting me for no reason cuz I stopped. I found somewhere safe to park. You understand? Not ham. >> All right. Well, you're dealing with me. relax. I wish you were me. >> She continued hurling insults at the officers and accused them of ganging up on her 3 to one. She asked again why she was being arrested and said they couldn't even tell her that even though they explained it to her multiple times. >> Look at what you doing. Look, look, look. I want his back number. >> We're going to give you all that information. >> Whoever has my ID knows my name. >> I'm not going to play this game. >> You don't have to play no game. We already played it. It's already played. You should have been here. You should have been here. Not no dude. Do you have anything on you that's going to focus? >> No, he has everything. Step out, please. >> No, I got to step out. So, y'all put me into step the back over. >> Yes. Come on. >> Don't make no sense. >> Do you have anything on you? >> No. I just said no. >> Jesus. >> Like, we don't trust you. >> I don't trust you either. >> None of y'all. Y'all bleed, too. I don't trust none of y'all. >> The cops completed their search and removed the suspect's hat, and one of the cops went to get her shoes and glasses, which she'd lost during the struggle. They continued discussing things including the reckless driving. >> So did you see she I cut around the truck. So I lit her up because she was cutting past everybody and drove the wrong way. So I let her she looked back at me and it came over started slowing down. Okay. Then she cuts through here and then it's like wait and she kept on. She looked back at me >> and it's going to and then I got out and she took off again over here and then gets off and I told her to get ready and she just kept on running off. What? For what? For what? So grab her. So she run on me. So finally I just dump her and then she lay there >> because you called. You were like I want to be 51 and I was going >> that's when I was already bite you. >> She part of I don't think that dispatch understood you because I didn't understand. >> I didn't understand you instead of saying anything like hey 109 they were just when I said we're >> yeah I was like part I heard >> they gave the suspect time to calm down a bit and then one of the cops went over to see if she had been injured. Also, as a matter of safety, they wanted to switch her handcuffs, so they were behind her back. >> Ma'am, are you injured? Uh, come here. I got to take pictures. >> He's injured. >> That's fine. Step out for me, please. >> I'm not. I'm good. >> Step out for me, please. Thank you. You know, you can't be having the cuffs in the front, right? So, we're going to push him to the back. That's fine. >> That's it. When he was right on top of me the whole time. >> Let me see your arms. You got anything on your arms? >> Honestly, I should be good. >> Let me see your hand fingers. >> Oh, yes. >> If you're dealing with me, okay. I don't know what happened, but >> man, all I got to say, just just just get me out of this. I need his body number. >> That's fine. I'll give you all of them. >> Okay. >> Turn around for me, please. >> Are you able to? >> All right. We have to put the cuffs on the back. Okay. I'm going to search it for you and not fight. All right. >> The suspect claimed that if the arresting officer had simply spoken to her in the same manner as the other cop, everything would have gone a lot more smoothly. His partner then explained to the woman why the arresting officer demanded she get off the scooter. >> So, there's a case though. It's called Pennsylvania versus Mims and we can order anybody out or off of a car. You know what I mean? But I get it. You're saying the way he went about it is what you're trying to say. >> You got you got to talk. >> Well, legally, we can say just get off of like we could even say get off those bold rings. I don't care. You got baggage. No matter what your status is, no rings. I don't give a about none of that. >> I'm going to open up the window for you and turn off the AC. Okay. >> That's what the case was. If you need >> I'm going to have FD over here come just to check you out. Okay. >> Thank you very much. Because she'd resisted so violently, the medics were called to check her out as well as the arresting officer. Thankfully for everyone, she was already much calmer and she walked over to the fire truck without another fight. >> Are you calm enough so I can put the cuffs on the front so they can assess you? They're not going to transport you. They're just going to assess your injuries. Okay. Use the force. >> Is it just the knee right there? >> The knee right there. The pinky. The elbow. >> Pink is uh broken right there. Or is it just >> Oh, yeah. All right. Got you. And then your elbow on this side. >> I see. Are you in any pain? >> No, I'm good. I have worse. >> Okay. >> Do you uh want to go down to the hospital and get checked out? >> I just want to clean it up. >> All right. All right. >> Thank you, Doc. >> You're calm. Okay. Just making sure. After being secured in the squad car, she was taken to jail and charged with fleeing police, aggravated battery on law enforcement, and resisting with violence. They set the woman's bond at $5,000. On the 1st of February 2023, an officer was notified about a vehicle that was tied to an outstanding warrant. The warrant was from another county and the man who was wanted was named Taiwan Kaine. After confirming the man's identity through an open window, the officer pulled the vehicle over. >> Thank you very much. I appreciate that. Do you have your driver's license on you or some way? >> Pardon? >> I want to know what I got pulled over for. I seen you switching lane to lane. >> Sure. >> So, I want to know what I got pulled over for cuz it's not nothing. >> So, it's something No, it's it's not going to be that. Um, what I need to do is just identify who you are because what came up No, sir. What came up? >> What came up? >> Sir, are you the registered owner of this vehicle? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, something came up with the license for the registered owner of this vehicle. >> What came up with this license? I'm a truck driver. I'm a CDL truck driver. >> Sir, I don't want to tell you someone else's business. If you can just identify who you are, I can stir this up. >> Taiwan. >> All right. >> And I want to thank you very much. Are you sitting for me? I'll be right back. Okay. She could already tell that Kane might give her a hard time due to the size of the man and the fact that he was recording on his phone. She let her partner know that she might need help with him, then went back over to Kane and asked him to step out. >> That's fine. I just >> I need to know what I got pulled over for. >> Sir, I need you to step over the side for me. Move my phone up. I just got pulled over for no reason. Y don't do me like don't do me like they did. What y'all turn around for? What? >> I need you. >> For what? >> I'm in the street that we need to take care of. >> Yes, sir. >> I ain't counting. >> Sir, can you hear this table? >> Sir, I need you to put your found pull out your tires. I see you. >> Go ahead. Go ahead. Now you tase me hands off. >> How'd you got to work? >> Don't tase me. I'm a big old You need to listen to those officers, >> man. Don't tase me. >> Y'all ain't got to be arrested. >> LISTEN TO THOSE OFFICERS. WE WON'T TASE YOU. >> I'M ON THE PHONE. WHO CAN see this? Right. >> We will tase you. Listen to the officers. >> Kane kept insisting that he hadn't been told what the arrest was for and demanded to speak to a sergeant. But it was the sergeant who was holding the taser and he tried to calm the man down so he wouldn't have to use it. I'm not resisting nothing. >> Yes, you are. Let me SPEAK TO A SERGEANT. >> You're pulling your arms out. You're pulling your arms again. I just got off work. >> Put your arms behind your back. >> My wrist going. >> We ain't going to do that. I'm not even >> Listen. Listen. I'm telling you. >> I'm telling you. Put your arms behind your back. >> Call the lawyer. >> I just put on and when she finally got behind me, she blew like >> Stop resisting. Okay. Bro, behind my back. >> Is he good? >> Once they put the man in handcuffs, they explained to him that the reason he was stopped was for the arrest warrant and the sergeant filled him in on more details. But Kane decided to play dumb. >> But when you don't listen and you're you're amped up, you understand. You got to understand. Look, I seen her. >> She jumped high. She jumped high me three times. >> That's okay. She's allowed to do that. >> Okay. She jump back and forth to see what she going to do. She got to have somebody else say she going through. >> Well, she she has to look to see if it's you or not. She runs the tag and it comes back that the registered owner has a warrant. She's got to get up and see >> every day. I stay on the street for them. >> I I couldn't tell you what these police do every day, but I know what she has to do to be able to pull you over. >> You know what I'm saying? So now we're just going to confirm that this warrant out of my phone. >> So here's the thing. Here's the thing. If the warrant they don't want you, we'll cut you loose. >> All right. >> The man continued acting like he didn't know what the warrant was for. So the sergeant informed him that it was for stalking and intimidation. Kane made out like it was crazy and said they'd gotten the wrong guy. As for the sergeant, he tried to set the man straight. >> So county wants you, which is extradition. If they want to extradite you, then we have to deliver you to them. Okay. So that's what we're waiting for. We're waiting for county to say, "Hey, we don't want him or cuz the warrant is good. >> Sorry, Right. I'm here to listen. >> Loosen these. >> I can't I'm telling you, loosen it. I'm a big guy. Look how tight these arms. If I move my hand any kind of way, it don't break. >> You listen, >> you weren't very cooperative when we were putting >> because you don't have to give and afford you the opportunity of an explanation until we get you secure. >> That's not how this works. >> The man clearly wasn't satisfied. And he continued asking the cops to loosen his cuffs, assuring them that he was not going to run. But even if that was their protocol, the way this guy was acting, they had no reason to trust him. He eventually gave up and started asking the cops how long he'd have to wait. >> So, based on my assumption is you'd probably be going with us today. >> Y >> I'm f to have a whole episode out here, bro. I don't care. Take me. >> Let's go ahead and have a seat in the car then. >> I'm not going in your car. Where's we going? Are you ready to me out? >> Didn't you just say you wanted to go? >> Me. >> Didn't you just say you wanted >> We're We're trying to leave. >> Didn't you just say you wanted to go? >> He continued pulling against his handcuffs and complaining they were too tight even after they'd warned him that he'd get one more charge if he managed to slip out.
