trespassed however she couldn't even manage to explain everything because the woman was so angry and out of control I could I could explain to her that we trespass the sub she's not welcome here charged with trespassing receiving stolen property and obstruction Stephanie was charged with receiving stolen property trespassing resisting with an additional charge of making terroristic threats the next incident took place on March 18th 2024 an officer was attempting to perform a routine traffic stop to his surprise the female driver just kept on going before pulling into her own driveway she immediately approached the officers and explained why she did that I have a hor for your this teacher Ling that's why I wanted to park my car at my house now I have a warrant because this teacher over at Sunset lied on me and said that I assaulted her she tried to charge me with battery it never happened so I have a warrant but I have children my husband works two weeks on two weeks off so I have to accommodate to what it is okay I apologize I wasn't running from you I I know what the situation is I have no other I have no other option you guys have to take me to jail I have two kids at school officials was the safety of the students and whether she was right or wrong the mother did create a potentially dangerous situation by storming into the school and verbally attacking a student prior knowledge to the incident until today until she picked until she picked her daughter up okay we were telling her not to come in not to come in not to come in she goes in P the other coach to go into the gym and U you know soon as I see that I'm radioing and I'm getting up here to try to block her sheally confronted children I'm sorry she's verb confr the coach confirmed that there was no physical violence involved the woman just knocked on the gem door until the coach decided to open it and see what was going on then she pushed past him and went straight towards a bunch of kids and that's when the security officer was informed about things literally I just sat down in my office like talking to one of the kids about the fight that literally just happened yeah and I heard there's a parent in the gym and I took off and then I heard her yelling and then I was like I need anyways she was yelling at a student cuz a student was apparently a student put her hands on her daughter but instead of going to the school and saying something to the principal she's going to confront a 10-year-old yeah yeah yeah so and now she's you bar her bar mom um Miss Douglas did you want to Bar her as well yeah we need to find out what what happened but yeah yes you can't come I say cuz if if she's bar and she comes back to drop the kids off y don't have to press for that but if she comes back and other we absolutely absolutely Mr Mitchell you mind doing the barring real quick never mind M Douglas so she has it the principal Mrs Douglas decided to play it safe and trespass the woman from the school if she'd done this once she just might do it again and that's a potentially dangerous situation um so you could tell her how long you want barred so it's up to two years M dougas here has to inform you or something okay you're Bor from the from the campus for two years and so if if we change that then we'll be in touch with you once all of this is over I do want to sit down and talk with you mom there's ways that we can handle all of this but what yes ma'am but my my baby been telling me she been getting picked on for a long time you call me I promise you I don't even know nobody mother was charged with disrupting the operations of a public school it's not just mothers who try to defend their kids on May 16th 2024 as high school students were about to celebrate their again tell the suspect that he wasn't getting out of this okay listen here's our two choices now right now we got one of two choices you either zip it let your family take your daughter listen cuz you're not listening now you're starting to get hotheaded again two choices here you pick the best one for your daughter she stays with your family or you call DCF and she goes with them that's our only options by law beit then she stay and you force her hand by that we are trying to work with you we've been trying to work with you since you came down you're not the one that's allowing it to happen I understand that's your daughter we're trying to do the best thing for your daughter right now and so is your mom your mom wants to take her inside so your daughter doesn't see you get put in the back of the patrol car and being hauled off and I'm fine with that she's already seen enough despite numerous attempts to make this quote unquote go away the suspect was placed in the squad car and taken to Jail the man was charged with resisting an officer without violence and conspiring to interfere with the educational process we've all seen parents on their solo Crusades supposedly wanting to protect their children however at the Deltona Middle School on November 19th 2024 a mother and and father Duo decided to attack the school resource Deputy at first though they were just trying to have a meeting so I understand the frustration of the whole situation I'm sorry you have no idea okay but let's let's continue let's let's forget about the I'm sorry here I'm sorry there let's go and take care of what we have to take care of what you can do is like I was just explaining when this process goes through Court you can explain your side of the story to the judge it's ultimately going to be up to the judge what is going to happen from here on out what I made a determination on is probable cause alone which just means that that he was the primary aggressor the parents are Jorge Rivera and his wife dag Maria darino the female officer they're talking to is the school resource Deputy who' filed a battery charge because their son had pushed a teacher the couple was obviously angry and this one single sentence was enough to trigger their reaction he was the primary aggressor being that the primary this is an argument at him okay I'm going to I'm going to finish this conversation okay that that's okay you are failing cheats right here we're not talking about R because believe me if it were about the ads we can Sol this at whole different different their child might have done something to make the teacher start yelling they got up and decided to leave but this situation was far from over this is that's what happened look look what is going to officer but ended up pushing the officer against the wall the officer then responded by trying to handcuff the mother upon seeing his wife against the wall the father broke loose lunged and punched the officer in the head he then snatched the taser from her hands and continued taunting her put it down right put it down right now put your hands behind back put your hands behind back now please thank you after being taken to the hospital with concussion symptoms the deputy was later medically cleared both parents were placed under arrest and taken to the valua county jail it was the worst possible example they could have set for their son as he was there the whole time and saw the whole thing happen for that wall just like that coming to you right on the black Gomez right here okay both parents were charged with battery on a law enforcement officer trespassing on school property after warning disruption of school function and resisting arrest with violence while his wife got out on $1,000 bail Rivera was charged with robbery with a weapon grand theft of $750 but less than 5,000 and resisting arrest with violence for taking away the deputy taser thank you for watching the
