investigator relation sir this is officer Dan Jones from the Nassau County Sheriff's Office on June 5th 2024 a private investigator M Hoffman was working on a Case related to workers compensation in Hillyard Florida the subject who Mr Hoffman was after drove to a local church the subject and a few children entered the church premises while Mr Hoffman waited for them while parked in the wind Dixie parking lot across the street Mr Hoffman later moved to the church's parking lot when the subject and the minor individuals with her came outside to perform several rituals as he continued the surveillance of her an individual from the church reported Mr Hoffman's behavior to the cops the caller had alleged that Mr Hoffman was trying to film children Mr Hoffman tried going back to the parking lot lot across the street however he was confronted by the cops anyhow so typically you're supposed to notify the sheriff's office if you're going to be doing any Private Investigations whatsoever but you're also blocking the flow of traffic right here how long are you going to be here for I'm not sure okay all right we'll stand by for just a minute are you investigating somebody at the church I can't discuss that not don't want1 you come over here 77 hey officer I'm the pastor over there what's up brother so when I pulled up a few minutes ago he had the leftand corner of it detained and he was being issued a trespass warning however when he objects to the detentions and asks for the reason the officer remains silent in this regard Mr Hoffman argues that officer Jones was got home Michael Mr zerki was arrested and subsequently charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction however later both charges were dropped on February 18th 2024 Mr zki filed a civil rights lawsuit against the officer involved the result of the lawsuit is unknown as it is still pending it's horrendous to see cops acting fake and tough on the job instead of being cooperative on the job
