behind your back all right being a police officer is not easy imagine you're a cop and you see a driver swerving all over the road like this one you know you have to stop them before they hurt themselves or anyone else in a split second all kinds of scenarios go through your head is the the driver going to pull a gun try to run you over or something even worse in this case the woman was so drugged out she just collapsed and sat down like oh my God don't do that don't do what I've had surgery but we're about to explore three cases when drunk drivers realize they've been caught but they aren't going down without a fight number one a nut job on June 1st 2023 the police responded to a call about a traffic accident and it almost cost one of the officers his most prized possession the police received a call from a concerned citizen apparently a truck had crashed near the racetrack station on State Route 100 East deputies drove to the location and found that a Ford Ranger had struck a fire hydrant okay what happened what I'm not fighting the crash resulted in a large amount of water flowing into a nearby ditch and there was the driver just standing near the vehicle the ensuing conversation started smoothly but as you'll see that was about to change what happened all right tell you the truth I've been drinking okay sir please don't stop you're spin all over the place I'm sorry man sorry man I'm sorry man I get it slow down for me slow down for me what right off the bat the man comes dangerously close to the officer who then responds by extending his hand and backing off politely instructing him to maintain distance the man was later identified as Frank clemit Jr right away we see he's emotional his speech is slightly slurred and at one point he even loses his balance I don't [ __ ] what happened Frank is clearly still drunk the offic continues in a polite manner attempting to calm the man and resolve the situation peacefully but things rarely end the way we want them to sit back sit back over there what stop your hands on stop don't put your hands you fat [ __ ] this is precisely the reason drunk people are so dangerous did you notice how swiftly Frank's demeanor switched up you saw it it went from sad and whiny to a display of pure aggression he could have easily tried to grab the officer's firearm and endanger everyone involved luckily he reverted back to being whiny and apologetic making it easier for the cops to subdue him but it's not over yet sorry man I'm sorry man stop resisting I am put your hands behind your back hands behind your back all right all right I'm sorry man I'm sorry man oh I'm so [ __ ] sorry God damn it you the driver keeps saying he's complying all right all right I'm sorry I ain't doing nothing oh my God these [Laughter] people woo but in fact he's not doing what the officers are telling him to do he's already displayed aggression and you know this guy can't be trusted to stay calm so the cops have no alternative but to handcuff him and as the conversation reveals the situation might have ended disastrously for one of the officers I'm sorry I'm sorry BBA I ain't doing nothing to you like that uhhuh he God damn I'm B you just grabbed my nuts now the body cam obviously couldn't film that happening but it just goes to show how unpredictable these things can be anyway we just want to inform you that grabbing an officer by the nuts is considered battery battery on a law enforcement officer occurs where the defendant intentionally touches or strikes a police officer or law enforcement officer against his or her will or causes bodily harm and the defendant knows that the alleged victim was a law enforcement officer or police officer and the law enforcement or police officer was engaged in the lawful performance of his or her duties when the defendant committed the battery in the State of Florida battery on a police officer is any unlawful touching of a law enforcement officer as a third deegree felony the offense carries penalties of up to 5 years in prison that's what the code say says so by grabbing the officer's Family Jewels oh Frank probably just added another charge to his name a witness later said that it looked like he was reaching for the deputy's firearm being a man myself I'm not sure which one's worse Frank was evaluated for injuries at the Advent Health Palm Coast and subsequently released to be transported to a Detention Facility he was charged with driving Under the Influence with property damage or personal injury aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer resisting an officer with violence and reckless driving as a local sheriff later stated getting drunk driving a vehicle and crashing is bad enough but then attacking a deputy sheriff will only land you in jail with even more charges including felony charges number two drunk Karen hits officer I'm not sure if this old lady is used to be a Karen or if she's just really really drunk either way her traffic stop isn't going so well for her Stephanie was driving from East mountains to a nearby McDonald's and at some point she apparently hit this guy's car car not the mirror she hit the mirror she hit this I guess this is all what was her deal I don't her deal was that she'd had a few drinks and like a real Karen she doesn't think the rules apply to her Stephanie thinks she's above the law and is totally oblivious to other people's rights but that's not all Apparently after she hit that guy's car and failed to stop she ran into a police roadblock instead of stopping this Karen went and straight through the officers at the roadblock actually saw her hit the other vehicle and speed on by so man' back there okay back over there yeah where we had the road blocked off yes just a little bit before that you you you actually hit a car I saw it I I didn't hit the car it his mirror I actually saw you hit the car after much debate the officers asked Stephanie for a field sobriety test with the following results and there's alcohol in your system you may be embarrassed I can't make you drive off my I know that will you escort me to a hotel it doesn't work like that again not only does Stephanie think she's above the law but she also thinks she's entitled to being escorted to a motel instead of going to jail the moment the officer pulls out the handcuffs she looks like she's about to put up a fight no no no you can't at one point she decides to play dumb after all that talk and field sobriety testing she has the nerve to ask him why are you wrestling DWI but this Karen isn't about to give up you guys need stop don't start doing stupid stuff that's going to get you in more trouble okay right now you're for DWI that's it a hidden run crash sit down I don't I did not do that you know what I didn't get him permission to go through my car staying true to the role of a narcissistic Karen Stephanie somehow thinks she still has the authority to tell the cops what they can and cannot do no he does not have permission to do that he does not have permission list he does not not have permission to if you are convicted in court of driving while under the influence you may also receive a greater sentence because you refused to be tested do you understand yeah okay put he does not have no and even though the officers have treated her with nothing but respect so far she continues to act like a spoiled child I don't care I don't care no no you guys should treat me wrong I ain't going to give you sorry trying to help you and even though a sane person would realize that enough is enough she continues with her answers okay well listen I want to make a call I'm not going to help you out if you're not helping me out put your feet in no I not going to do that I want to make a phone call the officer keeps explaining that she needs to take a sobriety test if she refuses and is found to be drunk she will lose her license but she just keeps on objecting asking for a phone call standing up and refusing to put her feet in the car when she finally realizes she's been beat she verbally complies and puts her feet in always a Caren she reverts to being a victim one last time don't put that seat belt like oh my God don't do that don't do what I've had surgery all right to be fair she did have surgery which she mentioned earlier I do I do surgery you want to see it the officers comply immediately removing the belt I put the seat belt there we can take it off we take it but this brings up another question if Stephanie is not able to put a seat belt on due to her surgery what was she doing behind the wheel of a car in the first place not to mention being drunk as well and if you think she was a pain in the ass ass just wait till you see this guy number three a drunk cop you know that one friend we all have who just doesn't know when enough is enough and he keeps pestering you for that one thing over and over again to the point it becomes cringe well meet Brian philipak and he's about to pester these officers for almost half an [Applause] hour okay you got your ID apartment ID and your driver's license the incident took place in 2016 in Northern Michigan's Mont morency County you can see Brian right here and he was obviously driving dangerously the police officer does a U-turn and pulls him over the dash cam clearly shows the car swerving to the right and to the left and it's obvious something is wrong Brian soon pulls over and that's when we find out that these cops are actually looking for him reason why I'm stopping you is we got multiple reckless driving calls about you okay and then when I'm following you you're hitting the shoulder of the road you been drinking have a couple drinks how many just a couple it's quite obvious that Brian is drunk he even admits that he had a couple of drinks but that doesn't mean he's going to go down without a fight and that starts to become a parrot when the officer says Brian I'm going to have you step out of the car when I'll do Fieldy test for you okay right there we see Brian hesitating he's obviously not okay with a field sobriety test I mean come on if he couldn't hold the steering wheel straight there's no way he can pass the test so no wonder he doesn't want to do it he starts explaining how he's just on his way to a camp remember that one friend we all have that I mentioned earlier he's about to show himself okay I'm going to ask you to step out of the [Applause] vehicle what would you like me to do uh just let me I can't I had multiple phone calls you'd be in the same situation if I was in the vehicle in your county correct so obrian here is obviously not budging he doesn't care if this officer risked his job or not he just wants to get off the hook all right you hit the shoulder of the road twice all right just let me stay here okay you can't I'm going to ask you nicely to step out of this vehicle now you'd think that a decent person would get out of the car by now right I mean seeing this makes me want to get out of my car even when I'm sitting at home but not this guy okay I'm going to ask you nicely to step out of the vehicle you know I I have my job to do you know that yeah I know and and I just want you to and I understand your your point where your position okay just okay I'm trying to be as cooperative and nice to you as I [Applause] can so please step out of the vehicle for me and again Brian just sits there shrugging his shoulders this is beyond cringey and this supposed cop is acting like a spoiled child he knows he's drunk he knows he's been caught the officers were nothing but nice and still he didn't care now it's worth mentioning that If This Were you or me we already would have been yanked out of that car and placed under arrest long ago but seeing this is a colleague the officers are more than kind still Brian's not giving up I'm I'm not losing my career over you I you don't have to this will make me lose my career over you it won't so I'm going ask you one more time step B this vehicle nicely for me don't just let me go Brian we just let me speak I can't Bri no no no no if you let me stay here I'll be gone no I promise Brian we've already went past that point no you you are I'm being nice to you any other person you would have drag out of this vehicle correct no that's refusing to step out of this vehicle no not where I was where you work Washington County will not do that yeah okay so I think I'm being decent not yanking you out of this vehicle yet don't I don't want to yank you out of this vehicle no just let me go I I can't we're done with that no no no no no we can't no my boss has already know that's fine that's not fine step out of this vehicle right now let me go be a good guy I am being a good guy it seems Mr philipak has his priorities confused it appears that to him a cop who breaks the law is somehow a good guy and now the Second Officer approaches and you think this will end now but you'd be wrong because the cringe continues okay no just let me go I I will go sleep in the bushes you know the next thing I'm going to go ah hand on with you and even with the officer's repeated warnings that he was about to yank Brian out of the car and that he would get an additional charge of resisting an officer on his record this guy is still not giving up and like a stubborn child he keeps trying to wiggle his way out no no no I cannot let and sleep it off that's all I asked we're we're way past that point Brian no we're not yes we are no we're not and it goes on and on and on and and then we get to a crucial moment I know this career I know what you go through every day no just let me go over why do you think I want to rest a cop we're not above the law I don't know here we see that at least Deputy Morrison has his priorities in order and he respects the law but considering how long all this is taking and how hesitant the officers are to actually arrest Brian I can only wonder if the situation would have been the same without the body cams cases like this demonstrate how technology is transforming law enforcement in a really good way but let's get back to Brian who keeps asking the officers to let him go but by now they've had enough out of this vehicle now don't touch Brian out of this vehicle now don't touch me let's let's step out you know this out of this vehicle no out of this vehicle you are resisting an officer you know this I'm not just think about it I'm thinked about it I'm not losing my career over here going leave it either quit pulling away will go and pull over and no hold on I will go pull over and no we're out of the vehicle now no no no listen to me Brian you're already resisting at one point they have to threaten him with using a taser St out of the vehicle you're get the taser back up taser right now if you don't get out make it look okay out right now go to the front of my car and you'd think that that would be it but Brian thinks otherwise and this is where the deputies failed it was obvious that Brian wasn't cooperating they had to threaten him with a taser just to make him come out of the car make out right now and now instead of arresting him immediately they start persuading him to do a field sobriety test but obrian just sticks to his Antics trying to weasel his way out affirmative can I just pull up no come on you're going to do field sobriety test for me don't just let me pull Brian we're done with this hold up talk to me yes or no are you doing field sobriety tests all right so if this was the other situation just let me go I will yes or no are you going to do field sobriety test for me I just want to sleep it off are you going to do a field sobriety test for me can we just sleep it off no we can't sleep it off are you going to do a field sobriety test for me finally the officer had enough if you're not going to do field sobriety test turn around place your hands and BR back you're under arrest no I'm not you are under arrest no don't you are under arrest don't resist Brian come come on the officers read Brian his Miranda writes but our pestering friend is still not done I already told you I would go by the side of the road and sleep it off so okay we're we're done with that backseat in my car please no you're already under us backseat my patrol car dude Brian as the officers escort him to the car he decided to give it one more push and see if they changed their mind Brian is informed that they'll take him to jail and ask for a data Master if he refuses he'll be taken to a hospital for blood testing at that point he says Let's Make a Deal okay the officer replies what kind of deal you want to make a cop to a cop all right so let's make a deal okay what kind of deal do you want to make a cop to a cop this implies that he wants to bribe the police officers to let him go this should be yet another charge added to the previous ones and when the officer asked him why he would put him in this situation Brian blatantly responds why you put me in that situation I didn't drink okay that's fine I didn't drive drunk got a lot going on again like kids insulting each other on the playground Brian tries to transfer the blame to the arresting officer as if he were the one who got him drunk in behind the steering wheel and you know how I said that Brian decided to give it one last push well I was wrong just s I'm done no in my car in my car get in there crawl in I don't care because he resists yet again as they try to put him in the back of the patrol vehicle and the officers have to forcefully make him sit down and what does he say then well he drunkenly says why are you doing this to a fellow cop one there's two and that's it stay right here no yes just Brian don't stop why are you doing this to a fellow why are you so what do you think about people like Brian are you appalled by his behavior like I am let me know in the comments below and in case you were wondering his blood results revealed an alcohol content triple the limit that's allowed after all that happened driving Under the Influence resisting arrest and attempting to bribe the police officers our buddy Brian ended up with just a slap on the wrist he was suspended during the inquiry and then got rehired on a
