First Amendment Strike team is he yeah so he's trying to see what we're going to do okay he has every right to do that okay and that's fine with that I I don't I don't have uncuff him offic huh uncuff uncuff I did nothing wrong I was not breaking the law this officer just illegally detain me under CRS 163 103 I've seen you video sir and I know exactly what you're talking about uh who am I um First Rights you can actually go into the department okay when the supervisor arrived he recognized the guy immediately and asked that the officers uncuff him he also let him know that he could file a complaint the auditor took full advantage of this filing a lawsuit that eventually cost the city $41,000 but if you think these officers were owned wait until you see how this next cop was completely
