I can't hear you, sir. I need to talk to you. I can't hear you. >> Sir, they don't have dress Hey. >> Yo, bro bro bro. This guy just hit me, dude. >> I don't think that's a weapon. >> Comes at me with a crowbar within the vicinity of my own yard while the gate is locked. >> If anybody comes at you with a crowbar, it doesn't matter where it's at. >> You can come, clean it up. >> What is this? DON'T YOU GET IT? [screaming] >> YOU? >> I HAVE 11 CHILDREN. >> 911 IS for emergencies only. For some reason, these entitled people thought they could call it to solve their petty problems. Once the officers got there, they expected to find someone in trouble, but instead, they couldn't believe what they were hearing. Here's what happened when the cops learned the dumbest reasons people called 911. >> Hey, let me tell you something, [ __ ] YOU HELLO. HELLO. HELLO. YOU WANT TO CALL >> ON THE 9TH OF JULY, 2025, in Palm Beach, Florida, a woman called 911 claiming a Dunkin' Donuts employee just spat in her food. When she confronted the staff, they called her crazy and they asked her to leave. Offended, she called the police expecting the cops to arrest everyone on the spot. >> Hello, are you Christine? Sir, are you Christine? >> Did you call us? What's going on? >> Um I ordered some food earlier. Um Basically, I ordered the food and then um she was telling me that um she was telling me that um we were tight. It was kind of busy. So, um somebody gave me some money. They were sitting right here. They were like, "Hey, do you want some free food? Do you have anything to eat?" So, I go over there and I'm like, "Hey, um what's the cheapest option you got here?" Cuz I really don't ever come here. Um she's like, "A bagel." I'm like I just want a bagel. I just want a sandwich. I really wanted a like a sandwich like a breakfast sandwich and a donut. So she assumed that I just wanted a bagel with cream cheese. And I didn't correct her because we were so busy and everything happened so fast. So once that happens um I get the bagel and I realize that it was missing cream cheese. I always knew but I was just trying to wait it out because there were [clears throat] so many people here and she seemed busy. So once that happened I I I went back up there and I'm like hey can I return this? >> In other words, she had ordered one thing but wanted another thing and then complained when the employees gave her what she originally ordered. If anyone had pulled that stunt on a busy Wednesday morning like this one, any restaurant would have been frustrated. With that being said, were they so entirely frustrated that they'd spit in the woman's food before fixing her order? >> Okay, so what do you need from us? >> Um I just want to make a report that this might have spit in it. >> Okay, do you know if it has spit in it or anything? >> No, I'm not positive but >> Why do you Why do you think that it has spit in it? >> Um because I left it up there once they made it. Once they made it I kind of left it up there because I didn't want it anymore. So it's one of those things >> It still stayed in the bag up there and you >> Yeah. Yeah. I I thought I wasn't afraid to get in the line. It's more so that >> I can't understand you when you cover your mouth. >> I don't want to do a report or a report if I ever want to check this out for I mean I don't >> We're not going to check it out. I'll tell you that right now. It won't get checked out. >> I mean how does that work? >> It doesn't. It doesn't work. It's a sandwich. Yeah, we we don't do anything with that. We won't do like any DNA or anything like that. That's the problem because it's on food. >> I heard about that. Maybe a drink? >> No. They won't do anything with that. Yeah, what you see on TV is not what happens in real life, just so you know. Or like the crime scene stuff and all that. Yeah, we don't do all that. We have to have like you would have to die for us to [clears throat] come back and do that, basically. Like we would do an autopsy you know, on you and then find out where it might come from, but like yeah, this we would write a report, it's going to go nowhere. So [music] Yeah, it's still coming here. And they have no issue with that, but just try not to let him keep coming back here then if you feel like he's spitting in your food, just leave it at that. No, for what though? What's the report for then? >> There are real criminals out there committing horrible crimes, yet she wanted the cops to spend their entire day investigating her bagel. They even did her a favor and checked the cameras out, and guess what? At no point did anyone spit in her food. Now they have to confront the woman and tell her she's wrong. >> So Christine, um so you do the video, okay? Nothing happened here, so Okay, nothing. You sat there the whole time. Nothing happened. We watched the video, that's why I didn't solve it. If we were We found it and then we had to watch it, okay? Cuz I don't want you to feel like we didn't do our part, so I literally had to watch like 10 or 15 minutes. >> It was longer than that. >> Yeah, it felt like yeah, it was a long time, okay? So based off this time, all right? Because of how long you were here asking people for money and this that and the other Okay. They're they're a business, they're a business, okay? They don't want you coming back here, so they want you trespassed from here. So we're going to trespass you from here for 1 year. You're not allowed to come back. If you do, you're going to be subject to arrest and you'll go to county lockup for trespass after 1 year. Do you understand? That's crazy, but okay. Sure. >> Yeah, put a trespassing order on her. I don't want to see >> Okay, perfect. Thank you. >> I don't want her on the property. They can't be behind her I don't Okay, okay, thank you. I appreciate that. All right, so gather all your things and you need to go. You got to call corporate. They're not helping you anymore. You're trespassing now. Well, I assume that I can trust you guys as gentlemen and as upstanding officers. >> Yeah. >> Correct? >> Of course. >> Okay. Thank you. >> What did you say? >> Huh? >> No, no, I didn't hear you. >> I said don't ever [ __ ] call me crazy in your goddamn life. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> You're you're allowed to leave now. Have a good day. Yeah, you would know. >> As she stormed out of the store, she was insulting the cops and the manager, but to her credit, she walked away like she was supposed to. However, that didn't last long. >> Go ahead, you better leave. You better leave or you go to jail. You need to get off the property. You need to get off the property. You need to get off the property. You need to leave. Okay, come on. >> I assume this side of the third is not me. >> You're going to jail. >> It's not me. >> Trespass after warning. I told you to leave how many times now? At least five times. Yep, take your bag off. Good job. You just got yourself a trip to jail. >> Are you serious? >> Yes, I did. Yes, I am. >> Is it because your feelings are hurt? >> No, my No, it's because you don't listen. So, now you're going to go to jail. >> Okay, but you Was I attacking you? No. >> No, you don't have to attack me. You just don't listen and that gets you to go to jail. Have a good day. Come on, let's go. No, you're going to jail. Yep, I am a piece of [ __ ] You're right. Every day I wake up and I look at my mirror and I say I'm a piece of [ __ ] That's exactly what I say. >> I will [ __ ] you up. >> Please >> I will [ __ ] you up. >> Please try. >> Don't ever play with me. YEAH, AGGRESSIVE IS THAT THAT THAT. You not ever play with me. Okay. And then, let's talk about it. [ __ ] you. Why do you say that? Let's talk about it. I'M GOING TO TELL YOU, RIGHT? OH, THAT'S CRAZY. >> The cop searched the woman for weapons and contraband, then got ready to take her down to the station. As the cops wrapped the scene up, for nearly an hour, she continued her screaming fit. >> I PROMISE TO GOD. >> [screaming] >> YOU KILLED US, COP. I WON'T LET YOU PLAY WITH ME, DOG. YOU KNOW [screaming] YOU DID. YOU KNOW YOU DID. SO GOOD AT PLAYING DUMB, AIN'T IT? >> [screaming] >> WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO [screaming] SAY TO ME? WHATEVER. >> SHUT UP. >> [screaming] >> PLAY ON MY MAMA. COP. >> [music] >> YOU DON'T KNOW I'LL BE OUT. I DON'T KNOW. >> [screaming] >> OH MY GOD, I'M GOING TO DON'T EVEN LOOK AT ME. TRY PLAYING ME. I ain't taking you off. LET'S GO. TAKE OFF YOUR DUMB ASS. THEY CALL ME A PLAYER. >> [screaming] >> YOU THOUGHT I DIDN'T KNOW WHERE TO GET OUT. >> [screaming] >> I GOT TO PUT THIS OUT, BUT I SAID YOU WAY TOO BROKE. I'M BROKE? TOO BROKE. TOO BROKE. >> SHE SAYS YOU'RE BROKE. >> I KNOW. >> I guess. >> I'm sorry anyway. >> Let me out of MY TROUBLE JAIL. WHY DO I RUN [screaming] HERE? LET ME OUT OF MY TROUBLE JAIL. >> ARE YOU DONE? YOU'RE TIRED NOW? >> I DON'T KNOW, BUT I'M DONE. >> OH, YOU GOT you lost your voice box now, huh? Yeah, okay. Thank you. >> It was painful to everyone's ears, but it was also painful to her throat. Despite everything, she was only booked on one single charge of misdemeanor trespass after warning. She was deemed incompetent to stand trial and her case was transferred to a special mental health division. On the 8th of June, 2025, in Clearwater, Florida, a man called police saying that he'd just been swindled. He'd spent over $300 in a gentleman's club and he was pretty upset saying that none of the dancers had performed any special favors for him. >> Have a seat. Have a seat. Have a seat. What's going on this this evening? >> I mean, I'm here like for Right now it's 1:00 p.m. 1:00 a.m. I'm here like for six I let's say for 5:30 p.m. >> Okay. >> I drink I drink I drink I drink. I'm drunk right now. >> Okay. >> So? >> Where do you live? >> I live in Miami. >> You live in Miami? >> Yeah. >> How long have you lived in the state of Florida? >> I don't know for one year. >> And where did you live before that? >> I'm student. >> You're student? >> Yeah. >> From where? >> From Miami. I I I enter this strip club because finally I'm in 21. >> You're 21 years old? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Can I show him my ID? >> Sure, please. >> When I try to call 911, they close my phone. I I know why, so I feel more uncomfortable. So, I try try to call 911 again, you know? >> What was it what you do need an emergency service? >> Of course. >> What do you need? >> Like Put yourself in my space. If you spend like a $300 for nothing, what you going to do? >> Um >> Call 911. >> Because >> Call the USA, right? >> And you called 911 because you spent $300? >> For nothing. They told me bring more. >> The man told the cops that the girl charged him $40 for a dance. Then she said that if he wanted more, he'd have to spend more money. The man misunderstood and thought the word more meant services. So, he spent $300 expecting something that he'd never get. Also, he must have missed the part where prostitution is illegal in Florida. >> Is your first name Sultan? >> First name Sultan. Last name >> You don't have any money? >> No, I'm going to So, the problem is I spent $300 for what? They took a $300 cash for what? And when I try to call 911, they take my phone from me. You know that? And you can check the camera. I I don't need that $300. I need you to see this. >> here or did you get an Uber here? >> I drove here. This is my car over there. I need USA to just watch this. And >> And you paid $300 for a service? >> For no service. For nothing. For no service. For nothing. >> So, they didn't give you anything in return? >> Nothing. Beautiful lady come to me. To be honest, I like her. She told me give me $40 dance. Okay, no problem. I give her my $40. She told me if you want to do everything, like to be $300. I went to the service. I paid her $300. When I When we start, like, when he come to me, he told me you need to pay more. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. We need USA right now. What do you mean we need to pay more? You need to pay more. >> What all services were she going to provide? Okay. >> The cop was caught between a rock and a hard place. Was it just the ramblings of a drunken man who felt he'd been ripped off, or were the dancers in the club engaging in illegal prostitution? The cop was willing to let the man call an Uber so he could get home safe, but the man insisted on pushing his complaint. >> What What about the $300? For nothing? >> Well, you just told me that you were paying $300 for >> Yeah, what is that >> That's illegal. >> Right. So, that's illegal in the United States, in the state of Florida. >> Okay, I understand that. >> Okay. >> I I I I am very respectful USA. >> Okay, I appreciate that. >> Yeah. Uh if you told me to do something, I'm going to do it. >> Okay. >> Where is that $300? If that's illegal, where is that $300? Let's go back a little bit. >> Okay. Well, that would be a civil issue between you and the uh the establishment here, okay? Which we don't get involved with. What I do need you to do is I do need you to get on Uber. I need you to put in an address to where you're going to go safely and hop in the Uber and leave. Because if not, I'm going to have to take you to jail. >> Jail? >> Because Because you you you don't have a legitimate reason as to why you called 911 other than you paid $300 for and you weren't provided with services. >> The cops were willing to cut him some slack as he had just turned 21, and according to the man's ID, he'd only been in America for about a year. Maybe he was new to drinking and just had a few too many. He just needed to pull himself together and call an Uber and leave the place so the cops wouldn't take him to jail. >> I did. >> Can we see if your Uber is actually on the way? >> No, no, he is coming right now, but >> I I didn't see you order it. That's why I'm asking if I can see if the Uber is on the way. All right, what's the ticket number? >> You're fine, you're fine. >> Okay. Put your hands on your back for me. It's okay. Don't worry about it. We're going to find a safe place for you to sleep tonight. >> No, no, please don't send me to that jail, please. >> Yep, yep, you're going to jail. >> I'm going to show it on my phone, my phone. >> It's okay. I don't need you to show me. >> Please, bro. I'm going to show it, bro. >> It's okay. >> Please, bro. >> You're under arrest, okay? I'll come back and talk to you in a minute, sir. >> Why I come here? Please, bro, please. Don't touch my phone. >> Have a seat in the car. >> Of course. Just let me talk, please. >> Yeah, I'm listening. Go ahead. >> Of course. >> Put your feet in. >> Of course. Just where where where I going to go? Where I'm going to go? >> You're going to go to the Pinellas County Jail. Okay. Once you're sober, you'll be released. But you can't call in the United States. You can't call law enforcement because you were gypped $300 for According to >> Can I use the restroom, please? >> You may not use the restroom. Are you going to vomit? Okay, if you need to vomit, vomit outside the car. >> Can I open this? >> No. I can't let you out of the car. If you're going to vomit, you can vomit You tilt your head out and vomit. No, you're not getting out of the car. Put your feet back in the car. Put your feet back in the car. We're not doing this, okay? Sit up. >> With the man in custody, the officer went to talk to the manager because he'd love to know what the man spent $300 on and why he thought it might lead to something other than a private dance. >> What's going on this tonight? What's what's the deal with him? >> He paid for a large room, $300. >> A large room. >> Yeah. He went back and I guess he tried to get the girl and the girl was like, "No, that ain't happening." So, he tried to call 911 from inside the room. >> Okay. >> And she came out, she was like, "This guy is drunk. He's calling 911." >> So, it cost $300 to >> a half hour in a large room. >> Half hour in a large room. >> That's it and get a free drink. She not paying for what he did, you see it? >> Okay. >> So, he attempted to get with one of the ladies there. >> The ladies and she was like, "No, that's not happening." And >> They charged the man with misuse of 911. On May the 3rd, 2026 in Florida, the cops are called out to investigate a woman causing a scene. Apparently, she'd called 911 earlier reporting what she thought was a domestic dispute. The officers got there, but unfortunately, there wasn't much they could do, but the woman refused to accept that. >> Help in the situation. Take me to jail so I can have it recorded, please. >> What How do you want me to help the situation? >> that's helping me, dog. >> Please walk away. >> Take me to jail. >> Please walk away. >> No, take me to jail. >> For what? >> Public indecency. Take me to jail. >> What's the indecency here? >> You and YOUR [ __ ] ATTITUDE EARLIER, DOG. NOT ONLY DID I SEE THAT [ __ ] PUNCH HER, BUT DID I ASK YOU IF WE WAS [ __ ] LOOKING FOR THE SAME PERSON? >> DID I ASK YOU? >> AND YOU tried to tell me you've been here 9 years and know that is business. THAT IS BUSINESS IS MY BUSINESS. >> OKAY. >> Take me TO JAIL. [screaming] >> GET that cigarette out of my face. >> Uh for what? >> Because I'm asking you to. >> No, [ __ ] that. >> Okay. >> Take me TO GODDAMN JAIL for something, dog. >> No. The woman kept screaming and begging the cops to take her to jail. She wanted a report and was demanding video evidence. The cops just couldn't figure out what evidence she wanted. At that point, she hadn't committed a crime yet, but if she kept up with her screaming fit and continued disturbing the peace, that could easily change. >> And honestly, I need somebody to be a respondent when I that up. >> That pearl lady is back and she's yelling at me. >> What? >> I'm still at the same place. You went out of your way to come yell at me. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> BECAUSE YOU WENT OUT YOUR GOD WAY TO MAKE SURE THAT THAT MAN WAS HIDDEN OR TO MAKE SURE THAT I wasn't looking for him no god for. >> I told you to be careful who you're looking for cuz you don't know what could happen. >> no, you didn't, dog. >> Did I not? >> No. >> I was looking OUT FOR YOU. >> NO, YOU DIDN'T YOU SAID YOU DIDN'T BELIEVE THAT. >> Because she said >> didn't say that in like all so many words. Like it wasn't that was not the context. I don't want to put words in your mouth. >> Okay, but you were doing just that. >> But shut the dog. >> Daisy, right? >> you do that. >> Daisy, it it it it is Daisy, right? What we were saying was she told us she reported it. Okay, and if we look into the report and there's no report. What it wasn't. >> TO MAKE A GOD REPORT IS WHAT SHE SAID. >> NO, you weren't there with us. She told us she reported it 2 weeks ago. So we look in >> Excuse me, I am sitting in front of these officers again and not only have I I need another officer, please. >> Copy. >> Um >> Can you just tell her to not call 911? >> Um okay, so I called you to make a report, right? SO HOW ABOUT THIS DUMB MOTHER DOESN'T EVEN WANT TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT GOD DOG, THIS IS SOMEONE'S LIFE. >> THE WOMAN, whose name was Daisy, berated the 911 operator, claiming no one would let her speak. That's when the cops gave her a very stern warning, saying that if she called 911 again, they'd be arresting her for misusing emergency services. But remember, she'd been begging to get arrested the whole time. >> Don't call 911 you You want to go to jail, call 911 again. >> Officer what? This is KIND OF A GOD EMERGENCY. >> NO, it ain't. You got two officers right here. >> police officer. >> Okay, stop yelling. >> No, you. I keep telling you take me to jail for public indecency. >> What's so indecent about this? >> You. >> I can't be a vagrant. >> Honor dog. YOU BETTER CALL SOMEBODY ABOUT ME, [ __ ] >> I mean, you're still on the line with them? >> UH IT AIN'T 911 THAT I NEED to be on the god >> Who you want to be on the line with? >> You. And your improper god dog. You wasn't >> Improper what? >> service either. Dog, I'm Joan. What the [ __ ] can YOU TELL ME? WHAT? >> WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO? WHAT ARE YOU trying to accomplish here? >> I'm trying to prove a point. WHY THESE WHY IN THE HOLY GOD HAVE I [screaming] BEEN HOMELESS IN another [ __ ] county? BECAUSE YOU WAS IN COURT AND SAID I WASN'T WHO THE [ __ ] >> [screaming] >> I SAID I WAS. DOG, I DON'T HAVE MY KEYS. I REALLY AM wishing you had me keys. >> Daisy. >> say something to me or shut THE [ __ ] UP, DOG. >> As it was early in the morning, the only thing louder than Daisy were the roosters crowing. As she kept going off, one of the cops approached a group of early risers and asked if Daisy's behavior was disturbing the peace. They said it was okay, which wasn't the answer the cop was looking for. >> THE MOTHER OF THEM [screaming] GOD MASSES. >> OKAY. >> DOG, I WILL [ __ ] slay y'all. >> Where are you from? >> UM BABY, YOU SHOULD RUN LIKE I >> [screaming] >> RUN MY DICK. >> I DON'T WHERE ARE YOU FROM? >> [ __ ] YOU. >> OKAY. >> DO YOUR GOD JOB, DOG. [screaming] YOU AIN'T ASK ME FOR MY ID NOT ONE GOD TIME, BRO. >> YOU WANT to give US YOUR ID? >> DOG. >> OKAY. I'LL BRING YOUR ID. THANK YOU. >> WOAH, GUESS TYKIN CAN COME GET IT, TOO, DOG. I'M NOT EVEN [ __ ] playing with you improper ass. I'm I'm not >> Port Salerno >> because I'm really wanting to be alive in court. >> I don't know I don't know where that's from. I don't know where that's Where's Port Salerno at? >> What? >> Port Salerno? >> OUR HOMELESS SHELTER WHERE I JUST COME FROM. >> That that's What What part of Florida? >> Hialeah. >> Hialeah? When did Where you from? >> I thought you were looking familiar, dog. >> [laughter] >> Small world. What school did you go to there? >> I ain't GO TO SCHOOL, DOG. I'VE BEEN IN LISSY FOR THE LAST god >> Before that. >> years, dog. >> What What high school did you go to? >> Oh, I went to Beufort. >> No, 95. Beufort? >> Beufort? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Somehow, the conversation about their high school managed to calm her down. She asked the cops nicely again to take her to jail. She even offered to punch one of the cops if that's what it took to get arrested. >> [music] >> They told her that striking a cop was a terrible idea, and after being rejected like that, it sent her spiraling again into an ultra Karen meltdown. >> WHAT THE DON'T YOU GET >> YOU >> I HAVE >> [screaming] >> 11 CHILDREN. AND YOU DON'T WANT [screaming] TO LISTEN TO ME? >> I'M LISTENING. >> YOU You are a [ __ ] DISGRACE. TAKE ME TO JAIL SO I CAN RECORD THIS [ __ ] HELLO. HELLO. WHAT? >> I'M STILL waiting for you to do something illegal then if you want to go to jail that bad. >> Is there >> I'm about to degrade this video. >> Don't. Now you wanted another officer. Here you go. >> I'm not going to do anything to you but put me in handcuffs. >> Turn around and face the wall. Turn around and face the wall. Hey. Hey. Hey. WE GOT IT. >> [screaming] >> STOP PULLING AWAY. DON'T PULL AWAY. >> I'M NOT. >> WELL. >> Get off of me, officer. >> Sure. Take >> off of me, officer. >> I have split hooves in my driver's side. >> You son of a >> Ready? >> Nope. >> The cop searched the woman and then placed her in a squad car. Despite the fact that she got exactly what she wanted, she began kicking and squirming and putting up a fight in the backseat. Apparently during the struggle, her necklace had fallen off and she wanted to make sure the cops picked it up. >> If I was you you piece of no good I would pick up MY PEARLS. PICK UP MY PEARLS. >> [screaming] >> PICK UP MY WHERE'S MY GOD DAMN PHONE? WHERE IS MY PHONE? [screaming] YOU guys got my phone? You have no [crying] right to be making changes TO THE GOD STOP. >> WHAT? WHAT? >> FLEX, HEY. Look that way. Oh, please don't. >> All right, the other way, Hal. >> Ow. OW. OW. OW. OW. OW. >> YOU WANT TO COME TO THE POLICE STATION? ALL RIGHT. >> OW. >> [screaming] >> HEY, DAISY. >> I need you to not TAKE ME TO THE JAIL HOUSE. >> YEAH, we're going we're going. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Please. >> Okay, I just want you to to tell me really quick >> [ __ ] up, dog. HE'S IN HERE CHANGING [screaming] MY >> OKAY, would you like to tell ME WHAT HAPPENED? >> NO. YOU AND YOUR PARTNER, YOU'RE DONE. >> OKAY, ARE YOU INJURED? >> YEAH, I AM. >> DO YOU want an ambulance? >> YES, I DO, BUT YOU DON'T KNOW. NO, you're not getting out of that god easy. Take me to the courthouse. >> Okay, where where are you injured? >> It don't make a >> Where are you injured? >> It don't make a >> Can you tell me where you're injured so we know? >> Cuz I'm not talking to you. >> Okay. >> They charged the woman with two felony counts of public order crimes along with another felony count for criminal mischief with property damage >> [music] >> and one more for resisting. On the night of March 2026 in Florida, the cops arrived at a man's house after reportedly somebody had threatened him. At first, he said the person had a crowbar, then he changed the story to a flashlight. As far as the cops went, they had no idea what to expect, so they were expecting the worst. >> Uh I'm giving your officers full mate full permission to enter in. >> Okay. >> I'm recording in my pocket as I'm talking to this >> What is happening? >> Come Tell me what's happening. >> Uh there's not going to be any coming on the street. >> Tell me what's happening. Why did you call us? There's three tenants that don't belong here? >> Yes, sir. >> So they're not tenants? >> And I have audio. >> Okay, are they tenants or not? >> Absolutely not. This guy threatened me with a crowbar. >> What guy? >> As well as >> Is it any one of those two gentlemen? >> And I have the audio recording. >> one of those two gentlemen? >> It's not Arturo. It's the big guy upstairs with the uh tank top on. >> What's his name? >> The guy there isn't the innocent. >> What's What's the guy that threatened you upstairs? What's his name? >> He would not tell me his name. He just said I'm not >> So So he doesn't live here? >> He doesn't, no. No. >> What's he How How did he get in here? >> Um >> He's a guest of someone? >> He's my guest. >> He's your guest? >> Yeah. Okay. >> Peter. Peter. >> Yes, sir. One extra question. Do you live here? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Do you have any paper with your name on here? >> It doesn't matter. I've already went down and talked to the city commissioner, Donnie Lee, as well as the city court clerk. Um my eviction status is exactly legally sound. Um there's no reason why I should have to leave this residence. She has to file a default. >> Right. >> I did this [ __ ] roof. I mean >> Peter. >> $9,000 worth of tile. >> Relax. >> Yeah, you're good. You're good. >> Do you get Do you get mail here? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. How long have you been getting mail here? >> Uh 3 and 1/2 months. >> 3 and 1/2 months? Okay. >> But I I do not need to supply you with my ID because I've not done anything wrong, sir. >> you're you're a caller >> You're part of it. You're You're You're calling about a assault. >> So you do need to supply >> You can be a potential victim, right? >> The man here, Peter, ignored any logical conversation, and instead, he pointed to the man in the black tank top and claimed that he didn't belong in the house. He continued saying that they weren't tenants as if he was the landlord trying to evict a bunch of squatters. However, it sounded more like he was the one that didn't belong. >> I am not uncalm and you're telling me that I need to calm down. >> but you just told us your anxiety you don't want to stir up your anxiety. >> No, no, no, no. >> So I was just offering >> said any word about anxiety. >> Okay. >> No, I didn't talk to Gabe. >> Come to 924. >> You got to forward that to me. >> You can let me know when you're ready. Last night? >> Yeah, I remember you. >> Last night? >> When I got here. >> I said last night this lady was like calling me Steve. >> Copy I'll stand by when you're there. >> [ __ ] store. >> What happened last night? I wasn't working last night. >> This chick said that like I've been accused of stealing liquor from like she didn't say liquor, she said wine. >> Did you see any of this video? >> I did. >> No, he >> Nothing. >> So what video do you have? >> He's he's talking about tonight. No, he's >> Yeah, yeah, tonight, tonight, yeah. >> Cuz you you said you had video of something. >> They entered my room. >> How do you know they entered your room? >> I was at work. >> How do you know they entered your room? >> Cuz they removed all my clothes from there. >> know they entered your room? >> Cuz they removed all my clothes from there. >> Okay, how do you know they removed your clothes from there? >> Cuz I have a camera in my room. >> Okay, show me that footage. >> So why don't you show me the the footage? >> Okay. >> tried to attack me. >> Peter, Peter, one thing at a >> Show me the footage. >> The man failed to show the cops any footage. Completely fed up, they led him away from the house hoping the people inside would stop distracting him. Obviously, there was something going on here but until Peter told them exactly what happened, the cops really couldn't help. >> Here's the bottom line. Came home. The guy that drives the truck right here, the dude in the black tank top and the black pants. >> Yes. >> Came at me with a crowbar. He said you're not allowed here and you then you get the [ __ ] out. Um the other guy tried to chime in. Helena and I were >> What other guy? The guy sitting there? >> Yeah, yeah. He tried to chime in and >> Okay, I'm going to go talk to him. >> Helena was still in the background crying. >> Okay. >> I did the best I could to de-escalate the situation. I I've done every proper procedure legally that I'm supposed to do within my right and follow my statutes. >> Uh-huh. >> She has once again breached the entrance of my privacy after the attorney county court clerk >> Uh-huh. >> told her that she is not to be within my room touching anything >> Okay, can I ask you a question? >> until we see a judge. She cannot file a default. I am not a transient occupant. I've been here over 20 >> You have established residency. So, let me ask you a question. You said you have a camera in your room, right? >> I was just setting my phone. >> One of the cops went back inside to talk to the people in the house. Unfortunately, nobody on the property seemed willing or able to give the cops a straight answer. At that point, the cops didn't want to waste any more time and if Peter would just go to his room and sleep things off from whatever he was on, it'd be the best thing for everyone. >> Peter, listen. Listen to me. >> Listen to me, okay? Tonight >> Yes, sir. >> just go to your room. Don't bother these people at all. I'm going to tell them the same thing. >> What I have done >> Okay. So, listen to me. Listen to me. Stop talking, please. All right? You told me you had video. You didn't show me any video, so I think you just think that, okay? >> You think I just think that? >> Yes, because you said you had video and you didn't produce it, okay? >> I'm sorry. So, I'll produce it. >> Okay, I'm sorry. Produce it then. >> Okay. Don't bother them. If I have to come back here and they all tell me you're bothering them, I'm going to arrest you. Do you understand me, Peter? >> I These >> Do you understand me, Peter? >> These tenants don't live here. >> It doesn't matter. They're guests of the one that does, okay? So, do you understand what I'm saying? I'm going to take your silence as yes because clearly you understand English and clearly you're hearing me. >> that I am in my legal home and that tenants that don't live here, that do not live in my legal home, are allowed to attack me. I've called >> No, no, they're not allowed to attack you. I didn't say that. No, I didn't. I'm telling you to leave them alone. I'm telling you to leave them alone, yes. It's that easy. Leave them alone, okay? Leave them alone. Don't mess with them. If I come back and they tell me you're messing with them, you're going to jail. That's how easy it is. Stay right there. Stay right there. Stay right there. >> Inside the house, the cop was laying down the law. Nobody was to mess with Peter and if he found out that they did, he'd be coming right back to arrest them all. The same thing applied to Peter, but unfortunately, he didn't seem to understand. >> There is an event where this guy, once again, regardless of what it is being neglected, >> I don't think that's a word. >> comes at me with a crowbar within the vicinity of my own yard while the gate is locked. >> If anybody comes out with you with a crowbar, it doesn't matter where it's at. >> come, clean it up. >> It doesn't matter where it's at. Don't don't step into my into my space, okay? Don't step at me like that, all right? Cuz then we're going to have a problem. Don't make us have to come back. We're the same officers that were here. Hey. >> You have given me permission on your camera >> Okay. >> right now. Come here. I need you to put your hands behind your back. Stop fighting. Stop. Hey, you're going to get tased. You're going to get tased. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> You're going to get tased. >> Hey. >> Hey. >> to get tased. >> Turn around. >> Put your hands behind your back. Now. Or you're going to get tased. >> This is my home. >> I let you in my home. I told you not to mess with them. And I saw you go in there. >> They're drinking. They just poured me a drink. He poured me a rum and coke. >> It seems like the last thing Peter needed was a drink. The cops informed the man that he wasn't under arrest as he hadn't committed a crime, but they still had the jurisdiction to place him in protective custody not just for his own safety, but for others as well. If he didn't want to wake up tomorrow with charges on his record, he'd have to behave himself and not put up a fight. >> Am I being detained? >> Have a seat back here. >> Why am I being detained? >> Have a seat in the vehicle. >> Why am I being detained? >> Have a seat in the vehicle. >> Why am I BEING >> YOU STAND UP AND HAVE A SEAT IN THE VEHICLE. Or you're going to be drive stunned. >> That is making me too much OF A LIABILITY. >> I'M BEING illegally violated of my rights. I am being detained for no reason. >> GET IN THE VEHICLE. PULL HIM THROUGH. PULL HIM THROUGH. PULL him through. >> Pull through. >> He's kicking. >> Peter, get up, man. Get up and sit. Put your feet in. >> You're not arresting me for no reason. You're illegal. >> Stop resisting. Stop resisting. Okay? Stop. Stop. Are you going to get You're going to get it again. Now you're going to jail for battery on an LEO. You're done? >> I did nothing wrong. I let you in the presence of my home. I have you on camera. >> [snorts] >> You have battered me for no reason. >> Yep. Well, you're going to jail on battery on LEO now, so you got yourself and you're going to get tased. Okay? Stop. Put your feet down. You're going to get tased. You're going to get tased. Stop resisting. Stop resisting, all right? You're going to keep getting it. Resisting. >> As far as the taser went, it appears to have done the trick. He stopped fighting long enough for the cops to stand him up so they could put him in the back of a squad car, but little did the cops know he had one more burst of energy. >> Get in the car. >> Correct. Battery on a police officer. >> Get in the vehicle. >> Get in the car, all right? >> STOP RESISTING, OKAY? STOP RESISTING, ALL RIGHT? GET IN THE CAR. STOP RESISTING, ALL RIGHT? OKAY, PUT YOUR LEG IN. STOP RESISTING. >> PUT YOUR LEG IN. >> ALL RIGHT? YOU'RE GOING TO KEEP GETTING IT. >> HEY, YOU YOU AIN'T with us, dude. >> GET IN THE CAR, ALL RIGHT? OR YOU'RE GOING TO KEEP GETTING IT. >> GET IN the car. >> Charged with >> Battery on LEO, and resisting. >> Get in the [ __ ] car, NOW. >> I'M NOT PLAYING NO [ __ ] game with you, dude. >> Get in the [ __ ] car. >> Who got battery? >> Get in the [ __ ] car. >> Who got battery? >> [ __ ] car. >> Who got battery? >> They charged the man with resisting arrest, drug possession, and battery on law enforcement. On November 6th, 2020, 5 in Florida, a woman called 911 and asked if the cops could bring her some drugs. It stunned the dispatcher, and she thought she was talking about vital medication, like insulin or anti-anxiety meds, but instead she wanted crystal meth, and she thought the cops would deliver it like a pizza. >> Hello. Have you been calling us? >> Yeah. >> What can we do for you? >> Um I wanted I thought you guys were going to bring me something. >> What were we supposed to bring you? >> Like drugs. >> Drugs? What kind of drugs? What? What's that? >> Yeah. >> We're supposed to bring you in. Do you have any on you? >> No. >> You don't have any meth on you? >> No. >> Okay. >> Yeah, I'm positive. >> Okay. Then do you >> I Well, yeah, I'm pretty sure. >> You're pretty sure you >> Yeah, I don't have any. >> Do you want meth? >> Yeah. >> The cops couldn't believe what they were hearing. She said she had used two days ago, and she just had to have a fix. She had a pipe in her purse, but she was hesitant to show the cops. For someone who tried to order drugs through 911, she got awfully upset when the cops moved in to search her stuff. >> Get your hand out of your blanket, please. >> What do you mean like >> What's that? Stay right there. Stay right there. Stay right there. >> I'm not doing anything. What are you guys doing? >> asking you to stay on the ground. >> Stay on the ground. Don't get up. >> you stand up, you stand up, you're going to go in handcuffs. >> Why? I didn't do Why are you guys being like that? >> Okay, we're now we're now conducting a drug paraphernalia possession investigation, okay? >> But >> You You're telling us you have a pipe in your purse. We're now going to conduct an investigation, okay? It's in your immediate vicinity. This purse belongs to you, obviously. We are conducting a drug investigation now. Stay right there. >> are you talking about? How are you guys doing that to me? >> How are we not doing this? >> No. You can't do that. >> Yes, yes, we can. >> No. >> Yes, we can. It's based off probable cause. >> NO, IT'S NOT. HOW ARE YOU GUYS DOING that to me? >> A PROBABLE CAUSE SEARCH. >> NO. GIVE IT BACK. >> IT IS A probable cause search. >> No, you need to give it back to me. This is why I don't trust law enforcement. You need to give it back to me. >> Sit on the ground, or you're going to go in handcuffs. >> doing You can't stop me. >> Yes, I can. You're about to go in handcuffs. >> Why? >> You are going to go in handcuffs. >> Why am I going to >> going to go in handcuffs. Come on. Give me your hands. Come Roll over. >> I didn't do anything. YOU GUYS CAN'T DO THIS TO ME. >> OKAY. Roll over. Wait. stop moving so much. >> Why do you guys always do this to me? >> Unnecessary. >> The officers handcuffed the woman, later identified as Patricia, but they kept her on the ground till she agreed to calm down. The whole time, she said she hadn't done anything wrong and that the cops had no right to search her bag. It was like she knew the law better than they did. >> I didn't do anything. >> Yeah, you did. >> This is harassment [clears throat] to me. >> No, it's not. >> Why are you guys doing this to me? >> We're not doing anything. >> Yeah, you guys always put me in jail. >> You told us you had a pipe on [music] you. >> You can't really arrest somebody for that anyway. But >> Yes, we can. >> It's drug paraphernalia. >> No, you can't do this to me. >> Yeah, can we get at least one more unit, please? >> No. >> Good. Come out, female. >> I don't want to go back to jail. >> You want me to move these? >> Oh, you're hurting me. Get off of me. >> Get up. Get up. Stand up. Stand up. There you go. Do you have anything on you? >> No. >> Okay. I don't have gloves. You got one? Do you have any weapons anywhere? >> No, I didn't even do anything. >> Yes, you did. >> No, I didn't. I don't want to go to jail. >> [snorts] >> Please, I don't want to go. I don't want to go to jail. >> In the beginning, the cops felt bad for the woman. Even if they had found the pipe, there was a chance they would have taken her somewhere to get some help. Instead, though, she was kicking and fighting the cops, so instead of getting some help, she'd be spending the [music] night in jail. >> I don't want to go back to jail. >> I don't want you to go back to jail. >> I don't want to go to jail. >> We have to scratch you with misdemeanors. If you had just been cool, if you just had a >> I don't want you guys to take it though. >> Yeah, but then you resisted and then you kicked us and then you pushed us. Look, I'm going to call a spade a spade here. Getting a drug pipe is not If you really want to do drugs, it's not hard to get another one. Okay, I don't want you to have another one. But if you want to go to jail over one not wanting to lose one you have, was not a very smart move, okay? >> [laughter] >> I don't want to have to tackle you and bring you to the ground, okay? But you're putting me in an unsafe position. And you almost got tased. You were pretty close. We sit you on the curb. I think you might like that a little better than standing, okay? Sit down. There we go. You understand you have the right to remain silent, right? >> I didn't do anything though. >> Okay. >> I don't want to go to jail. I didn't do anything. >> Okay, I understand that you believe that, but >> No, but I didn't do anything. I don't want to go to jail. Why do you guys always put me in jail? >> You called us. >> Because I needed drugs. >> The sheriff's office is not going to bring you drugs. >> Well, you guys do other stuff. >> Patricia kept saying that she didn't want to go to jail and in reality, the cops didn't want to take her. But sadly, her behavior and decisions that night gave them no other option. The cops led her back to their vehicle hoping to give her some words of wisdom. >> Patricia, you can't be doing this when we tell you what to do, okay? You got to listen to us. This isn't Alaska and it isn't also the other state you came from. Okay? >> What's that address thing you wrote down? >> Yeah. She wanted us to deliver her and then I was like, "Well, do you have any paraphernalia?" And she's like, "No, maybe, what?" >> Well, cuz I said, "Do you have anything on you?" And she goes, "Well, wait, I Do you mean on my person?" I said, "Yes." She goes, older than me. >> Genie, I got a bag. >> Oh, she kicked you? >> Yeah, when she kicked your legs. >> She kicked my my my hands and my legs. >> When we had her on the ground? >> Yeah, she like went like this and started kicking. >> Oh. Oh, she hit you? >> Yeah. >> Oh, she hit you, too. She pushed you. >> Was it when we were first bringing her in? >> Yes. And she you went to grapple her. >> She pushed me and now my nose hurts. >> She must have She like swiped you. And then I was going to taze her in the back, but then you took over her back. So, I was like, well, I'd be tazing hat. She has an NCIC hit. So, when you run her, you'll get it cuz she broke into a PD's cruiser and tried to steal their guns. >> Where you going? >> Uh back in whatever state she's from. >> Alaska? >> Uh Washington, I think. Kent, Washington. So much so I called their dispatch and I just said her name. They're like, yeah, she calls 20 times a day. >> Oh, I feel like I heard about this. >> I wrote a report on it. >> Patricia was charged with resisting, battery on law enforcement, and possession of drug paraphernalia. On July 14th, 2025, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the cops are called out to an airport due to a man causing a disturbance. He was heavily intoxicated, so much so the TSA wouldn't even let him through security. They knew he'd cause a problem. >> Why am I What is What is going on? >> So, they have every right to deny you entry into here, right? They denied you entry, [clears throat] there's no negotiating this. All right, you're going to get your stuff, we're going to escort you out, and that's the end of the story. >> All right. You can make any sort of complaint with the TSA at a later time, all right? >> I'm going to take it by any chance. Is that your ticket for today's flight? >> Yes. What What? >> What? >> Is there anything I can do to change this? >> It's not acceptable, and I'm not going to stand for it, and you're not complying with it. You should have thought about that before you started cursing. >> I need >> I'm going to call your name. That is unacceptable. >> Is there any No. Now they can press charges if they want to because this is it's a lot Did you not see that? Are you yelling at anybody? They yelled at me. So you can grab your bag by another agent. Where's your bag? >> All right. Is that your ticket for today, sir? >> Yeah, I just wanted to pay for it, dude. >> Thank you. Let me see it. >> This is insane. >> The man claimed he was just walking peacefully through when a disgruntled TSA agent got up in his face. Now, if that were true, most likely he'd have been on his flight by now, but he failed to realize that in every airport there's about a thousand trained eyes honed on every square inch. Everybody at security saw the man acting like a fool, and the only one taking his side was him. >> I don't want No, I I beg to differ. I'm sure that had an influence on The guy decision making. >> The guy got in my face. >> But what about the girl right here that you were yelling at, too? >> I was explaining to her what >> All >> Dude, all's I had to do was put my wallet You didn't tell her You're like, "Go through. Get out." >> Is this yours, sir? >> Yeah. >> [clears throat] >> And is this the only bag you have? >> Yes. >> Is this All right. Can I get your ID as well? >> Sure. It's in my wallet. >> Get your wallet. >> The guy said, "Dude, you can't come through this." "You cannot come through with this." I said, "What do you want me to do with it?" I said, "She didn't ask me to put it in there." And he said, "Empty your" He made me come back after she didn't tell me what to do with it. >> Okay, so here's the other >> And I threw everything in here. >> Okay, so here's the other >> your guys are telling me two different things. >> So here's another problem. Okay, so let me explain. >> Okay. >> Once the supervisor >> You're violating my constitutional rights. >> I'm trying to Listen, they're going to explain it to you. I have a lot less patience than they do. Okay, we're not going to do this. >> Yeah, you want to make a charge of me? >> to her. Excuse me? Because if you want to do that, I'll throw you in handcuffs, and you're going to jail. So, stop with that bull [ __ ] Either you listen to her, or we're just going out. >> All right, and what about my refunded ticket? >> You deal that with the airline. >> Airline. Cuz we're going to go after we talk to the airline as well. >> Yeah. The TSA agent said that once the supervisor got there, they could quickly resolve things, but the man kept on arguing, and he pushed the situation past the point of no return. >> [music] >> After that, there was nothing he could say or do to make things better, but there were about a thousand ways he could make things worse. >> So, the way that guy treated me >> I'm not discussing >> That has nothing to >> Boom. Gavel has been struck. >> talk to somebody then. >> Okay, you can talk to anyone you want. >> Thank you. >> You're welcome. You got to sign with them. >> Here's all of your change. >> Hey, you sir. Go pick up your stuff, all of it. Let's go. >> All right, they're going to come. You got to wait. >> You got to wait. >> Yeah, I'm good. >> Yeah, you got to wait. Now you got to wait. >> Thank you. >> Excuse me? Pick up your stuff, all of it. One more. >> Okay, sir. >> Now you got to wait. >> For what? >> Someone else to come to the other one's side. >> Okay, good. I would like to talk. >> Sure you would. >> Sir, you can't talk that if Just this. >> This is done. All right? This attitude is done. All right? You're not allowed to do that in here. I am this close from being done with this. >> I got it. >> Do you understand? Do you want to keep this up? >> No. >> Okay. Then you stop. >> Okay. >> Are we clear? >> Clear. Clear. >> Well, he wasn't clear, and he was about the farthest thing from it. It was like this guy had never lost a fight in his life and he wasn't about to lose one now. If the cops who were there were not going to help him, he thought he might call a few who would. >> All right, buddy. So, your time has expired. Sorry, friend. I'm out. Thank you, man. >> You I don't think you understand. You're not free to go right now. >> Who says? >> I'm saying. Okay, you are detained. >> By who? >> Stand over there. >> Do you have cuffs? >> I don't have to cuff you to detain. If you want me to cuff you, I will gladly cuff you. >> What what do you Excuse me? What? I don't understand. I don't understand. I I'm not understanding this >> That seems to be your problem with this whole situation. >> Yes. >> If you want, we're going to put you in handcuffs and that we can >> Okay. >> Stop. >> Yes, I am. Everything is fine. There was an altercation with this guy. I got some guy He's not showing showing me any credentials at all. I don't know how my my I'm not sure what to do here. I am Can you help me, please? >> Who are you on the phone with? >> I'm on the phone with the Hollywood Police Department. >> So, now Okay. >> They're coming here, all right? >> They're going to call us. >> Yeah, okay, good. >> I'm in our jurisdiction here. >> Oh, so you're TSA big guy. All right, no problem. What do you What would you like me to do, man? >> This is a swift fish. >> I am trying to go to Connecticut. >> I understand you disrupted security. Here's my credentials since you're asking for them. >> Thank you. >> All right. >> Yeah. >> So. >> The cops weren't the TSA big guys, but the woman in the black jacket was. She listened to the man as he explained his story, saying it was just his second time flying and that the agents were rude to him and had gotten in his face. He was taking zero accountability for his behavior and thought he was an innocent victim who had just acted in self-defense. >> And what did you say to them after the guy was said what he said? You said nothing? You just You took your stuff >> Whatever Whatever may you could think what the constitution could Well, my constitution allows. >> Okay. >> How about that? >> Do you have a phone number? >> Yes, I do. >> Can I have that? I need the rest of the number, sir. >> This is the police department. >> Yes, sir. >> Is he safe? >> [laughter] >> I can't hear you, sir. I need to talk to you. I can't hear you. >> Sir. They don't have dress Hey. >> Yo, bro bro bro. >> Stop. >> This guy just hit me, dude. >> He didn't hit you. >> This guy just put his hands on me, dude. Do you need anything else? >> Dude. Dude, you just took I don't know. Dude. Dude. Dude, stay away from me, man. Dude. >> I'm going to handcuff you. Here we go. >> Oh my god. >> under arrest. >> Oh my god. Help me. HELP ME. DUDE. SIR. Why are What are you doing? >> Now you're under arrest. >> For what? >> They were arresting the man for disorderly conduct and intoxication. And just to think, all he had to do was talk to the head TSA agent. He could have sobered up a bit and booked another flight for the next day. Instead, he'd be spending the night in jail and he might get a lifetime ban from the airport. >> Dude, I am constitutional in my right. >> sit down now. >> Dude, you tried to force me to the pavement. You're going to be in handcuffs either way. >> Take a seat. >> I'm not dealing with that. >> I'm asking you to take a seat. In a minute, I'm about to make you take a seat. >> Yo. DUDE, SOMEBODY FILM THIS. DUDE, IS SOMEBODY FILM THIS? PLEASE. YO. DUDE. Help me, please. Help me. Miss. >> You know what you just did? You are probably no longer allowed to come to Fort Lauderdale Airport. All right. >> Dude, you just assaulted me, bro. >> fly. >> You just assaulted me, dude. You just assaulted me, bro. Never fly? >> Yep. >> You just assaulted me, dude. >> You're not flying out of here, I promise you. >> All right, that's fine. >> Sir, can I have the police department? >> Dude, you are hurt. >> Uh She's trying to do what you did. >> to do what you He hit >> Can you just get me out of the [ __ ] out of here, please? >> I already called 911. >> Dude, get me out of here. >> Okay. >> This guy just Jacked me. >> Come on. >> No, no. >> Sir, sir, sir. >> Woah, woah, woah. >> Get him away from me. Get him away from me. >> I got >> Get him away from me. >> In the end, he only got a charge for disorderly intoxication. For the better part of a day, some firefighters in Florida kept trying to track a woman down who kept calling. She was saying she needed medical help, and sometimes they'd get there, but she'd be gone. Other times, they'd take her to the hospital, but then the woman would escape. After the woman walked in to what she thought was a police station, the cops finally got involved. >> Yes, sir. >> Yes, sir. >> Yes, sir. >> She just called in a >> So >> They think I'm out of my mind. >> Does this mean I have the best now? >> No, this means that you're going to be dealing with them now. We're not coming back out for you. >> Yeah. >> Cuz you're not having a medical emergency. You've done it five times. >> Actually, I don't know what you're talking >> ask them to do a march back on you. >> get to the other place. >> And that's going to be a legal issue that we're going to be dealing with. >> Hold on before you make decisions. up to me. >> It's up to me, ma'am. >> Who is it up to? I need to talk to them. >> Baker. >> I'm not being Baker Acted. I'm being >> Marchman Act. >> What's that mean? >> It's called >> Mean? >> He'll explain to you. >> He doesn't know. >> What's it mean? >> So, it just means Well, that's eventually going to happen because >> Okay, so I'm not detained right now. >> Not at the moment. >> Okay. >> In Florida, there's a thing called the Marchman Act and it lets family members, guardians, or concerned individuals, in this case police officers, to petition the court for the involuntary or voluntary assessment, stabilization, and treatment of someone who's severely impaired by substance abuse. In other words, she's incredibly wasted and needed help. >> Medication. >> Okay. All right, I'm going to wait for my supervisor. Ma'am, if you can have a seat. Ma'am, if you can please have a seat. >> Who's charging her? >> Uh today is Megan, she's A-5. >> Okay. >> She's on her way. >> All right, thank you. >> Yep. Thank you, guys. >> I know you can't. I'm just looking at you cuz you were very calm and good to talk to. I need to go to the hospital, sir. >> Okay. What's wrong? No, no, no, sit down. >> I need these guys to take me to the hospital immediately, the one I wanted to go to. >> Please sit down. >> Do you know the one I'm talking about? Fisherman's Fund. >> It's a medical emergency. >> I am having a medical emergency. I need to go >> What What did you take today? >> Nothing. Nothing, that's the problem. I haven't taken my pills and so I'm acting like a psychopath. >> She has We took her three times. She was at the guidance clinic clinic. They already discharged her yesterday or today, I can't remember. We've taken her once today, refused already. Four times >> here. Come in here. I like the look of you. What's up? You can be in here. These guys >> I've been super polite with her. I've been as nice as I can. >> You have been really great. >> And I we can't keep her on our calls unless it's violating the statute to keep her on a normal one. She doesn't need >> abusing it. I just need to go to the right hospital. I need to go to the right hospital. >> need She doesn't need help, but she needs mental help. She doesn't >> I need to go to the right hospital, which is the one I'm trying to walk to. And I almost fainted coming here, and so I stopped in here because it looked like a police station. >> What looked like a police station was actually a US Border Patrol Station in Marathon, Florida. She told the agent she kept fainting and had a really bad habit of waking up in the middle of the night. However, the EMS crew immediately refuted her claims saying that nobody had seen her fainting or suddenly taking her clothes off. >> Unless I'm detained, then >> You are at the moment. Sit down. >> I'm not detained. >> Sit down. >> You need to read me my Miranda rights. >> Sit down. >> Everything I say can and will be used against me and >> I'm not asking you any incriminating questions. Sit down. Ma'am. Sit down. Sit down. What was your name again? I'll have to follow >> You did not detain me. >> your name again? >> I'm not detained right now. >> you're not, but just have a seat. >> Go away from these people. >> Okay, just have a seat and relax. I have requested that you be medically checked. >> Good. I need to go to the right place. >> Okay. I NEED YOU TO TAKE ME TO THE RIGHT HOSPITAL. AMEN. GOODBYE. >> She refused to listen to anything anyone was saying. According to her, 911's more like a service and she could call it when she wanted so she could hop between hospitals. Unfortunately, the longer she sat there, the quicker her ice melted in her brown paper bag. >> But I'm letting you know what's happening. >> Yes, I'm telling you that it's not needed. >> we're going to try and get you to the guidance place to get your mental health that you said you needed. >> you know I need it? >> don't you just drive me? >> We can't, ma'am. All right, she assaulted me. >> Can I get car four, please? >> She was complaining that her cuffs were too tight, cutting off the circulation in her left hand. But of course, that was a lie as the cops could see through the gap between her cuffs and her arm. >> Get off me. Quit touching me. I have not been detained. >> You're kidding me. >> Stop. Then let GO OF ME. >> YOU WANT TO GO TO the ground? Stop. Lay against the wall. >> You have not detained me. I don't have to do anything you say until you read me my Miranda rights. I AM FREE PERSON. >> [screaming] >> HAVE A SEAT. >> [laughter and crying] >> RELAX. >> GET YOUR HANDS OFF ME! >> [screaming] >> RELAX. >> GET YOUR HANDS OFF ME NOW! YOU ARE BREAKING the law by touching me, sir. I've been in the last 24 hours and I want your hands off me. I'm going to bite you if you don't get them off now. >> Ouch. >> 10 9 >> Okay. Okay. >> 7 >> Don't Don't do that. >> Sure do. Sure do. Better than >> You don't have to read me my Miranda rights cuz I'm a free person right now. >> I'll check out there. Just make sure that weapon's on her. >> Yeah. >> Oh, she just kicked me. >> It might not be clear to everyone, but the only time the cops have to read your Miranda rights is if they plan on asking you some incriminating questions. Everything you say or do during the interaction, such as kicking a police officer, can still be used against you in court. That part is simply implied. >> Get away from me! >> Have a seat. >> Get away from >> Have a seat. >> Get away from me! >> All right, let's go ahead and give you a hobble. >> Get away from me! >> It's uh here in my bag. We're going to help you. >> You're not helping me. You are hurting ME RIGHT NOW! >> [screaming] >> I'M NOT HURTING YOU. >> YOU'RE hurting me right now! You are! You're hurting me! You don't need TO DO THIS. SIR, THEY NEVER ARRESTED me properly. They need to go to jail right now. I can't. >> Yeah. >> If you take me to jail, please make him go to jail. >> The cops talked to the firefighters who had been dealing with her all day. Apparently, she had called four times in five hours claiming she was about to faint, but she wouldn't cooperate with dispatch, and when the help finally got there, she would vanish. When they finally found the woman and took her off to a local hospital, she escaped again and called 911 for the fifth and final time. >> I mean, I can stay behind until she gets out. Yeah, it's fine. >> to move if you take me to the I'm not going to I'm not going to move if you take me to the police station. >> You kicked me. You kicked him. You kicked another another uh >> I'm going to start kicking if you don't take me to the police station. >> the thing. You can't. >> I've been never properly charged with anything. >> You are You're charged with battery and no bail. >> They never properly arrested me. They never read me my Miranda rights. >> We don't have to. >> That's fine, but you used to. We never had to. Yes, you did. Why do they do it in the movies? >> Yeah, well this is in the movie. >> Yeah, it's in her life. >> Exactly. >> They charged the woman with resisting with violence and two counts of battery. The suspects learned the hard way that when it comes to 911, it's not a hotline for complaints, arguments, or bad decisions. It's only for emergencies. Every time someone ties the line up with a non-emergency call, they're playing games delaying help for someone who truly needs help from our firefighters, paramedics, and police. >> Please. Please.
