IS THAT? THAT. >> [screaming] >> THAT. >> DID YOU YOU BETTER BACK THE [ __ ] UP. >> I SEE GOD. THE mother Ah, arrest me. Cuz you're all going to be on the Ah, [ __ ] Ah, ha, ha. And they don't know >> [laughter] >> Yeah. Mhm, speak with me. >> Stop pushing. >> What? >> Walk with me. >> Walk. >> I will walk with you. >> Walk. >> Walk with you. >> Stop walking. >> When these suspects came face-to-face with police, they acted less like adults and more like kids throwing tantrums. Instead of being cooperative, when things stopped going their way, they completely lost control. Here are seven times suspects had full-blown meltdowns on body cam. >> Because you >> behind that steering wheel If You got the keys, so If you get behind that steering wheel You've been drinking. YOU'RE NOT DRIVING. BACK. ELSE BE SO mother [ __ ] tough. >> On the 14th of June, 2024, the cops were dispatched to a residence. Reportedly, a woman said her daughter was acting rudely during a dispute over a vape. When the officers got there, they realized pretty quickly that the daughter was drunk and almost immediately, things escalated fast. >> What's going on? >> Hey. I was just looking for my I was looking for my vape. >> Mhm. >> And it wasn't there. >> Okay. >> And she tried to put me out and she called the police on me. And all of this god damn And I called the police, too. >> Mhm. >> Just to make sure everything was okay and kosher, cuz I go somewhere else. I don't mind that. >> Okay. >> But my [ __ ] is not in my god damn room like it's supposed to be. >> So, you can't find your vape and that's what started all of this. >> No, it's not that. The whole thing that has started this is a conversation with her having with somebody else that she invited into this home >> Mhm. >> right here. And I've been staying here for a long god damn time. >> I've talked to you here before. >> The cops had dealt with the suspect before, so they knew already that it was not going to be a straightforward call. Like we said, the suspect, Lashana, was clearly drunk, and it seemed to be a waste of the officer's time to call them up over a vape. >> And she want to invite somebody else up in here. >> And she lives here as well. >> She got this mother off my god damn name with my god damn pastor. >> Are you Are you Are It's been a while since I talked to you. Lashana or Tina? You're Lashana, right? >> Yes. >> Okay. Just trying to see if I remembered correctly. Okay. And did anything get physical? What happened? >> No, nothing got physical. >> of pissed off yelling at each other? >> She took my god damn >> Okay. All right, let me go speak with her. If you just want to talk to him for a second. >> I want my god damn >> It's rarely a good sign when the cops already know you too well. The officer stepped inside to talk to her mother, who shed a little more light on things. There was also a minor in the house, which made the whole situation even more concerning. >> Just now I was She's been all over this house. You don't know where you set your vape down. You haven't been outside. >> Mhm. >> In the car sitting. That's why the door is open right now. >> So, she's been drinking? >> Yes. >> Like she usually does. >> [music] >> She's been doing good. >> Mhm. >> She's been doing good for the last 2 days. >> Yeah. >> Been drinking. First day she felt she was doing okay, so she felt like she could drink the next day. >> No. >> You're not allowed to drink in my house. >> Those are your kids. You don't understand that cuz she just >> If you drink >> I don't know who my father is. Okay? >> You know she like does this stuff all the time, obviously. The police department knows that. You know that when she drinks and >> And I'm confused. I don't know if I should be white or black. >> From previous incidents, the cop was already familiar with the woman's drinking problems, so it [music] wasn't that surprising. Given the ongoing issues, the cop advised the woman to get a protection order against her daughter. >> I just want my vape, though. Cuz I paid $25 for that, and I've been paying for a lot for this god damn house. And I wanted to play I wanted to pay for a washer and a dryer. But my washer and dryer just came up missing, and I just want my washer and dryer. >> Okay, honey. >> I I want my vape. My vape. >> There's We have no idea where your vape is. I misplaced mine all the time, okay? I don't know where it is, either. >> I'm going to beat somebody's >> [music] >> ass, honey. >> Is there someplace else you said that you have like someplace else that you can stay? >> It was right there in the middle of the floor where I had it at. Now, >> [music] >> the first time when we called you, she said that Razul was up the street. >> I don't know what that has to do with any of this. Right now we're I'm focusing on kind of getting you two separated. >> Listen, though. >> You guys need to separate. >> Can you Can you listen? >> All that chaos was over a $25 vape. It seemed a little bit dramatic, even for a drunk woman who had a habit of talking nonsense. On top of things, her attitude towards the officers wasn't going to make things any better. >> She sent Darion, in essence, out here to look for Rasul when Rasul was supposedly up in the house. Okay? >> Mhm. >> Somebody killed my mom. >> Is he in the house? Did you check? >> Rasul is. >> There's no Rasul in here. >> I was just in >> Did you check >> I was just in the house. >> four five >> What are we doing? How are you How are we separating you guys? >> Did you check all five >> That has nothing to do with this situation. How are we separating you guys? >> rooms? >> We can't search your entire house for a vape. Unfortunately, those things are incredibly easy to overlook. >> person >> person? >> a person >> You want me to look for a person? >> a person >> Why Who is this person that you expect to be in the house? >> She said Rasul. >> Who's Rasul? >> What does Rasul have to do with any of this? >> You said >> With what's going on right now? >> You said it. >> You brought this up. >> No, I did not. You said it. >> She was so incredibly drunk, she couldn't remember what she said just a few seconds ago. She contradicted herself over and over, and she also kept bringing up a man named Rasul. The cops had no idea who this mystery person was or how they were relevant to the situation. >> You're drunk. You're making zero sense. How are we going to get you separated from her right now? >> You know what? Just forget >> Can I give you a ride somewhere? >> No, you cannot. I sit in a car because you >> behind that steering wheel >> If you got Rasul If you get behind that steering wheel, you've been drinking. >> Bye. >> You're not driving. >> I CAN'T PULL OFF NOWHERE. IT'S DEAD. DEAD DEAD >> DO YOU YOU BETTER back the [ __ ] up. >> What? Back >> Back the [ __ ] up right now. What? >> Back the >> Back the [ __ ] up right now. What? >> Back up. >> Back the [ __ ] up right now. What? >> BACK >> Y'ALL FEMALES BE SO [ __ ] tough. >> OKAY. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> I'M NOT. >> YOU'RE NOT. Put your hands behind YOUR >> NO, I'M NOT. >> WHY DO YOU ALWAYS do this [ __ ] >> It's like >> Work. Work. >> Get her hands. Get a cuff on there. >> I swear to God y'all going to hell. >> In just a matter of minutes, everything went from zero to a hundred and you could hear how fed up the woman's mother was by the way she talked about her daughter. And to make things worse, >> [music] >> the woman's young child was nearby and witnessed her meltdown. >> Y'all going to hell. Give my baby. >> I got him. >> WHY YOU SHUT UP? >> SHUT UP. GET MY PHONE. THERE YOU GO. There you go. >> No, that's going with you. >> There you go. >> No, that's going >> Come on, baby. >> I swear to God you better put that [ __ ] phone down. >> It's going with you. So, when you get out of THE CAR >> NOT. >> YOUR MAMA NEED TO STOP DOING THIS. >> [ __ ] YOU need to shut the [ __ ] up. >> You need to >> YOU SO GOD DAMN DUMB. >> I'M >> YOU DUMB TOO. Come on. Come on. [ __ ] YOU BETTER NOT. >> COME ON, SIT. >> I'M NOT GETTING IN YOUR CAR. >> GET YOU'RE GETTING IN MY CAR. >> But no, I'm not. NO, I'M NOT. NO! I'M GETTING IN YOUR CAR. I WANT TO GET IN YOUR CAR. HELLO. >> THE BATTERY'S DEAD. >> HELLO. I HAVE MY [ __ ] RIGHTS. I HAVE MY RIGHTS. SHUT THE [ __ ] UP TALKING TO ME. SHUT THE [ __ ] STOP TALKING TO ME. >> GET IN. >> I HATE YOU. >> GET IN. >> I HATE YOU. COME ON. GET IN THE CAR. COME ON. >> AT THE END OF THINGS, 27-year-old Lashana was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and a felony count of battery on an officer. She was later sentenced to 2 years probation and had to pay a $1,200 fine. And the kicker? All of this happened over a missing thing. On September 20th, 2024, the cops in Atlanta were called out to an airport. Reportedly, there was a customer causing a scene in an airport bar and they were hurling abuse at the employees. When the officers got there, the man was trying to be a tough guy, refusing to cooperate, and that's when things went from bad to worse. >> What happened? >> Well, um I think everybody at the bar can tell you that I wasn't here for the majority of it, but he was calling calling us black girls. He just walked past. Yeah, just walked past. After all of this, whispered in my ear like, "You guys won." He's just arrogant and mean. He got everybody else. >> Yeah, he left his wallet right there. He uh He called us black girls. He called us black girls. He called us black girls while I was walking up and he said, "Hey, black girl." So, I was like, I was like, "Sir, you're being disrespectful." You know, you don't address nobody like that. So, then as he's leaving, he goes calling me a [ __ ] And I said, "Excuse me." He said, "You already came back and sat in this way. I know how you are." >> He'd caused a scene at the bar and before the man took off, he was yelling racist abuse at the staff. Sadly for this guy, he'd left his wallet at the bar, so most likely, he'd have to go back for it. Initially, the cop explained there wasn't much he could do to stop the man from flying and he advised the staff to raise their concerns directly with the airline. >> Yeah, yeah. He ain't do nothing to be arrested. >> Yeah, that's what I'm saying. So, >> Names ain't going to hurt nobody. >> Yeah. >> But uh yeah. >> So, that's what I'm saying. Unless you want to get a red coat, then they can, you know, Don't fly. >> He got to be this way somewhere. >> So, you want me to give him his wallet? That's why y'all giving it to me? >> Hey, you can give it to him. But, uh and he was walking up saying beers and stuff like that, like Yeah. >> You said he was down this way? >> Yeah, I'm pointing him out for you. >> Yeah. >> The man hadn't been just racist and verbally abusive, [music] but during the altercation, there'd also been physical contact. One of the employees led the cop around the airport trying to locate the man and give him back his wallet. >> Which one? Is this one right here? Sir. >> What's [music] up? >> Come here. >> What do you want? >> Sir. Come on. I got something of yours, your wallet. Sir. You want [music] your wallet or not? Keep walking. Doesn't bother me. Yeah. You good? I did I I just take it as lost and found. But, it ain't my wallet. >> [music] >> It ain't mine, so Huh? I asked you to come to So, he kept walking. What is what? >> What is it, right? What is it, right? >> [music] >> Is this yours, yes or no? >> Yes. >> I asked you to stop. >> I didn't hear you. >> You didn't hear me? Yes, you did hear me. Where you going? >> [music] >> Where are you going? Come on. Who Who going to get in trouble? Who's going to get Come on. Come on. >> All the cop wanted to do was give the man back his wallet, but the suspect didn't listen and was just making things worse. Clearly, he knew he'd done something wrong back at the bar because it should have been easy for the man to get his wallet and leave. >> Walk with me or you're going to be going to jail tonight. >> Can I have my I will walk with you, no worries. But can I have my ID back? >> No. We're not going to play these games out here. >> What have I done? I haven't done anything. Can I have my [music] ID? >> You was being a disturbance at this restaurant. >> I just want my ID. >> You called me a stupid before you left twice. You called a girl a hot girl. >> Fine. If that's how you feel. Yo, come on. Where are you going? Where are you flying to? >> with you. What the [ __ ] are you talking about? >> Okay, come on. >> to me. >> Okay. >> Stop talking to me. I will walk with you. >> Stop touching you or talking to you? >> Stop walking with me. I will walk with you. Right? That's what you asked, right? >> You want to make a scene out here? You want to make a scene out here? Okay. >> That's what you asked, right? I will walk with you. Let's go. >> You You want to make a scene out here? >> No, I just want to get >> all this yelling and screaming? >> Oh my god. What >> Behind your back. >> I'm going to show you what I'm doing. >> What are you doing? >> Cuz we ain't not going to be doing this. >> By that point, he'd pushed the cop's patience just a little too far. If he kept screaming and shouting and ignoring the cop's orders, there was only one place he'd be going and that would be a jail cell. But even at that point, he didn't seem to be grasping just how serious things were. >> Don't push me. Stop pushing me, bro. >> Come on. >> Stop pushing. >> What? >> I will walk with you. >> Walk? >> I will walk with you. >> Walk? >> Stop pushing. I will walk with you. Stop walking with me. Stop walking with me, right? >> Walk. >> Stop walking with me. Stop walking with me. I will walk with you. I'm walking with you. Stop walking with me. Stop walking with me. I will walk with you. You don't want me to stop walking with me. I'm not walking with you. >> Cut it out. Cut it out. I was going to take you to the front. You want to act a fool? >> The cop deployed his taser and from that moment on there was a shift in the entire situation. The tough guy attitude that the suspect was putting on disappeared almost instantly. >> [screaming] [screaming] [crying] >> Now, get up. Get up. >> I didn't wake you. >> Get up. >> I didn't wake you, man. >> Get up. >> [crying] >> Get up. >> I was just trying to get with you, you just said. >> Get up. Come on, get up. >> I didn't do anything to you, man. >> 3701 is ready. >> I was just trying to get to you, get to my friend, man. >> [screaming] [crying] >> I was just trying to get to you, man. >> Come on. Get up. >> I was just trying to to get a girl with you, my friend. >> Okay. >> I was just trying to get to you, trying to get to you. >> 3008 3710 you're en route. >> I didn't do anything to you. >> Okay. Now, you going to jail. >> I didn't do anything to you. >> You're not going nowhere. Sit down. >> By going nowhere, stupid. >> Yeah. >> I'm going to tell you you grabbed me. >> I'm going to tell you you grabbed me. >> You I'm going to tell you I grabbed my own parents. >> That's good. >> How do you think they're cute? >> You know, that's what that's the call I got. Yeah, that's the call I got. >> Eventually, he snapped out of his infantile whining and went back to hurling insults at the officer once he found out that he was going to jail. It was like he thought crying was going to get him out of it, but he immediately found out that that's not how things work. >> You didn't do nothing, man. >> I know. That's why you going to jail. Cuz you didn't do nothing. Okay? >> Lawsuit. Lawsuit. >> You better not. >> Lawsuit. >> No, you better You better not go and think you're >> This is lawsuit. Huh? >> You lost. >> [groaning] >> I'm going to lose you. You're going to lose me. >> Hey, stop. >> You're going >> Relax. >> You're going to lose me. You're going to lose me. You're going to lose mother [ __ ] You are going to lose mother [ __ ] And that's the worst part, huh? You're going to lose mother [ __ ] >> Okay. >> I got you. I fought you. I fought you. I FOUGHT YOU. NOW, TURN AROUND. >> EVENTUALLY, they managed to get the man out of the airport and into a squad car. He was taken to the jailhouse where he'd booked and face charges. Since he'd resisted arrest [music] and tried to assault the cop physically, not just once but twice, things didn't look good for him. On the 25th of April, 2025 in Ohio, the cops are called out to a drive-thru store. Reportedly, the owner was trying to trespass a woman who was causing problems. The woman in question, whose name was Taylor, was refusing to leave the place and instead was accusing the shop owner of selling alcohol to underage customers. >> Hi. >> Hi. Are you the police officer that I made that call to? Okay. >> Sure am. >> Okay. I seen him selling to a minor. And what did he look like again? What was that? >> He sells liquor, right? >> No, he sells beer to a minor. He goes to school over there at Akron U. >> Okay, call the state liquor control. >> Call the state liquor control. We'll do that. So, you can't arrest him now? But, that's what you're supposed to do as a cop, right? >> That's right. >> If there's evidence. I'm telling you there's evidence. >> he wants you to leave the property. >> Oh, does he? Oh, does he really? Okay. That's fine. I will. No problem. You got my Wait. My house is on >> You need to leave the property. >> Do I need to leave? >> Yeah, if you don't leave I'm going >> Why? >> It's criminal trespass. >> Is it? It's criminal that you're not arresting him right now. >> Did she really think the cop could arrest the man just because she told him to? There was no evidence that he'd sold alcohol to minors, and overall, she just seemed angry at the man because he wouldn't sell her alcohol because she didn't have ID. >> I'm not doing anything. I called you because he's selling to a minor. >> you to leave the property. >> Like, they told me to come talk to me because he's a >> I'm talking to you. I told you what you need to do. Call state liquor, give them a tip. >> You're supposed to call state liquor. You're the cops. I don't even know what that is. going on? He's putting me for what? I didn't do anything. >> Ma'am, do you want to leave the property or do you want to go to jail? >> For what? >> Because because we're telling you you need to leave. So, now you're currently trespassing. >> Why? Like I came to buy something. >> Okay, and they want you to leave, which is their right. They can refuse service to you. So, >> Oh, but he did something wrong. I said I got calls too. >> They want you to leave. >> I called you. >> Ma'am, are you going to leave? >> I called you to help me. And he's trying He tried to hit me. >> Ma'am, are you going >> He tried to hit me, and you're not doing anything about it, huh? >> Yeah, we're going to send you to jail if you don't leave the property. That's what we're So, are you going to leave the property or do we have to send you to jail? >> Huh? >> She was making all kinds of claims about the man, first saying that he sold alcohol to minors, then moving on to something much more serious, alleging that he'd hit her. It was her word against his, and given the woman's behavior, she really [music] didn't seem like an honest or credible witness. >> Are you going to leave? >> I don't have to. I came here to buy something. >> Okay, and >> He's not He's not selling anything. >> Okay. >> Ma'am, last chance. >> Why is he not selling the beer then? If he's not selling anything, then no one's talking to >> He's not selling to you. He doesn't want to sell to you. He has the right to refuse service to you. Ask you to leave this property. >> So, he can sell to the minor? But, how did you know that? I didn't tell you that on the phone. >> Ma'am, are you going to leave? >> How do you know that? How do you know that? How do you know that? How do you know that? How do you know I didn't do anything. Sorry, can I arrest you guys today? But, I'm good. Yes, you are. No, no, no, no, no. Oh, yeah. Um >> I can't serve anybody. >> Hey! What did I do? Help me! Help! Help! Help! Help me! Help! >> Taylor, STOP [music] WITH THE POKING. >> HELP! I DIDN'T DO anything wrong! I didn't do anything! I didn't DO ANYTHING WRONG! I DIDN'T DO I DIDN'T DO HE'S TRYING TO HELP US. I DIDN'T I DIDN'T WRONG! HELP ME! >> SHE APPEARED to be having a psychotic episode. She was talking to herself, using different voices, [music] and making up lies. They were aware of the woman from previous incidents, and they'd had to get her in contact with mental health services. >> Get it on video. >> It is It is on video. >> It is on video? >> YES, IT IS. >> [screaming] >> HELP. HELP. Help me. Help. Help. Help. Help. Help. Help me. Help. Help. >> Listen, if you don't stop, we're going to put you in the wrap. >> Help. Help. HELP ME. HELP. HELP. I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING WRONG. HELP ME. I JUST CAME to shop. Help me. HELP ME. HELP. >> [screaming] >> HELP. HELP. HELP. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG. >> THAT'S NO, that's That's a wrap. We're going to put you in a wrap. >> Why you going to put me in a wrap? >> Because you're not going in the car. >> I'm not going to cry cuz I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. I WAS AT THE STORE, and he sold to a minor. OH MY GOD, I called you for help. >> You want to GO IN THERE? >> OH, MAN. OH, OKAY, we're just fine. I am, yes, Tay. It's going to hurt a little bit. >> She's talking to herself. Let's just put her in a >> What am I doing? I'm not DOING NOTHING WRONG. I CAME TO SHOP AT THE STORE. >> OKAY. LISTEN. >> Listen what? >> Last chance. >> Last chance? >> Get in the car or we're putting you in the wrap. >> For what? >> It wasn't clear who she was calling for help, or why she thought anybody was going to come to her rescue. Did she really think random bystanders would jump in, confront the cops, and somehow set her free? Obviously, she needed some serious help, but it wasn't the kind of help she was asking for. >> So, wrap me up? >> Yep. >> For not doing anything? >> Because you're being non-compliant. Will you get Will you get in the backseat? Will you sit in the backseat? All right. Have a seat in the backseat. >> Cuz this is going to work. Can I get you Exactly, Tay. Look. Got it. >> Okay. >> Damn. And everybody got their phones. Yes, they do. I SEE DOTS. [screaming] THE MOTHER AH, arrest me. Cuz you're all going to be on the Ah, [ __ ] Ah, ha, ha. And they don't Ah. Mhm, spit right in their car. Back, back, back. Oh, you all are on the Oh, yeah. Ah, ha, ha. I told you you're going TO GO TO JAIL. ONE OF THEM BEGGED CUZ HE JUST ARRESTED. NO BS, they did. Oh, and you just showed [music] the cops how racist they really are cuz I didn't do anything. I called you guys for help. Oh, [ __ ] Babe, oh, they are scared. Yes, they are. >> Just last week, they issued a pink slip for the woman and that's when the cops initiate an emergency mental health evaluation for a suspect. It's usually done when a person's a danger to themselves or to others. >> They about to go to jail anyway. Oh, they about to go to Oh, they going to go to jail, MY BABE. >> [screaming] >> LET'S GO, MOTHER. OH, THE WHITE DEVIL. THAT'S WHAT THEY don't hear me screaming. NO, THEY DON'T. SAY YOU GOOD NOW. OH, I AM. OH, I'M so I know cuz this does hurt me. Does it? Yes. Yes, it does but you this is the practice one. Oh, it was a practice one. Oh, I think he did it. Oh, you can get on the cuffs. I think I can but don't run too. This is good. It's making them look bad. Oh, it just made them tighter. Ah, it's okay. That's even better cuz then we did all You're the Oh, we did make them tighter on her wrists. >> [screaming] >> That makes YOU LOOK WORSE. OH, DOGS CUZ I DIDN'T DO OH, GOD. >> SHE TRIED TO get out of her handcuffs but instead just made them tighter. The cops decided that they had to get her into a mental health court as it's an alternative way to navigate the criminal justice system when people have severe mental health problems. What made the entire situation more tragic was that she lived with her 9-year-old son. >> So, I got called for a choice last week. First time she was having a full-on conversation with herself in a car window. I just let it go. Um and then we got called the second time cuz she was screaming out her window for like an hour. She was just screaming bloody murder like this. So, we went up, we went in the apartment. 9-year-old son's in there. Yes. And uh we ended up pinking and rule sixing the kid. >> Oh, what is this? My powers? I can make people listen to You can. Oh, yes. This what we be doing. We are in them, too, as well cuz God is in everybody, you idiots. Oh, [ __ ] So, no. No, I didn't. >> [cough] >> You have no cuz you got me in this mother car. >> No, not believing the voice at all. >> Just can't you watch me? I really am cuz you put them in the head. I do. Oh, they really are. Yes, cuz I didn't do any and they're not looking normal. They don't know who I am exactly. And they're like, "Who is this innocent?" And she has no record. Oh, keep Damn, you knew. Yes, yes, I did. Oh, she's so scared. Yes, I am. >> During the entire journey to jail, she was having a full-blown conversation with herself, which only confirmed the fact that she needed help from a mental health professional. They eventually arrived at the jailhouse, but she wasn't quite finished with her meltdown. >> So, when they got the car he's going to try to get me SEIU. Oh, that's how you get in. It may pick up any time. Okay. They're going to try to get out. He's working on his gun. No, he's [music] not. He's putting it away. Cuz he has to cuz if you bring out the gun and you shoot an innocent black girl that did nothing, you guys are Oh, man, you're We're trying to fix it they're so confused. Oh man why don't you just kill him? We can't. Do that please. But we can't. You have to. You got to make them shoot themselves. We can't do that and you're still having fun and you're with an innocent one. Yes you can but don't do it in front of Taylor it's too graphic make sure he goes in. But what about the cuffs? Ah. >> They arrested Taylor and she was charged with criminal trespass and obstruction. She'd be required to see a judge who would decide the next steps. Most likely the cops got in touch with mental health services hoping they could intervene and get her the help she clearly needs. On the 9th of November 2025 the cops are called out to a public supermarket after reportedly there was a man in the parking lot who was refusing to leave and he was being loud and disorderly. When the officers got there he became even more belligerent. >> All right you're trespassing from the plaza now. You're trespassing get out of here. You're trespassing. Okay I need your ID. I need your ID. All right you got to go to the sidewalk. No [music] you absolutely do. You're the furthest thing from him. You you are the furthest thing from Jesus Christ trust [music] me. >> Bizarrely he told the cop to refer to him as Jesus Christ. He was walking in the middle of the road and refused to move off the sidewalk even though they'd asked the man multiple times. The officer was trying to make sure the man didn't get hit by a car. >> Show me your gloves. Show me your gloves mate. Show me your >> Thank you, sir. >> I'll be back. >> All right, you're you're trespassed from this plaza, okay? You're trespassed. Leave to the sidewalk. >> I'm not going anywhere, man. >> Leave to the sidewalk. >> I'm not going anywhere. >> Where are you going? >> Put your hands on me. I have grace. >> Where are you going? >> Pray for you. >> Leave to the sidewalk right now. You're going to jail. >> Mr. If I have to go to jail >> going to be the last time we're telling you this. If you keep walking this way, we're going to take you to jail. >> [music] >> If I have to go to jail for Jesus, I pray these things. Let the whole world see that I've done nothing wrong in the name of >> Okay. >> in the name and that I walk in nobility, truth, and honor. And these clowns >> Uh-huh. >> want to throw me in a cage. >> Publix doesn't want you back, and you're walking right towards the direction of Publix. >> God damn right. Damn right I am. I'm going to run right in the face of trouble. I'm going to run right the [ __ ] in the face of my enemies. >> At that point, it seemed like he wanted to go to jail. He got almost to the exit of the parking lot, but instead of just leaving, he walked right back in. It seemed like the man just didn't want to be told what to do, so he was pushing against it like a toddler. >> I'm going to smear my [ __ ] right in your face. I'm going to let the whole world know what the [ __ ] you stand for. You guys watching? You watching what they do to innocent men? I pray. I pray these things. >> Well, we'll see. >> Let the whole world see. >> Sir, you're you're walking right back to Publix. >> Yeah, I'm going right >> Told you that Publix does not want you back. >> not open. This is not a public right? This is not a public way of right? This is not a public way of right, you stupid This is a public way of transportation. >> Get out of the ground with this. Get out of this. Get out of Okay. Don't put your hands behind your back, okay? >> Put your hands behind your back. Behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Behind your back, okay? >> Stop. >> Put your hands behind your back, sir, okay? >> Stop. I pray against all these people. Stronger than you. In the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost. I pray against these people. >> Yep. >> I pray against you. I'm watching you. Put your hands behind your back. >> Eventually, the cops had had enough as he pushed them too far. And just to think, he'd been so close to leaving the place and walking free. Sadly for this guy, >> [music] >> having a meltdown was higher on his priority list than having his own freedom. >> Yeah. >> You can go drive it. >> You think? >> Job. Why didn't you listen to us? >> I don't have to listen to you. I listen to Jesus. Do you understand that? >> leave the plaza, man. >> I don't give >> You're trespassed from the plaza. >> I don't give a [ __ ] what you say. Do you understand that? >> All right. >> Do you understand that? >> All right. >> Are you not comprehending? >> Okay. >> Are you stupid? >> Okay. What do I do now, guys? Calm down, man. >> No, I'm not going to calm down. You just got me in handcuffs. Where the [ __ ] is your supervisor? I want a supervisor right now. >> You got one. What's up? >> somebody to tell me what the [ __ ] I did so wrong that required these gentlemen to throw me on the ground like a [ __ ] animal. The [ __ ] was so wrong with your stupid >> Okay. >> Why would you ever treat a spirit like this? >> They break in and they throw you to like trash like dumpster. >> I don't think you're I don't think you're trash, I'm sorry. >> I know I'm not trash. >> you're not. It's all right. You're good. >> What is my crime here, gentlemen? >> Trespassing after warning. >> Trespassing. >> Yeah. >> Every time you guys come around it's like trespassing. >> Yeah. >> I'm trash. It's never like Please don't worry about that. >> Can you just uh I don't know what you're doing. >> Please don't ever worry about that. I'm not getting in the back of your cop car, so take me to jail. I'm not getting in there. You better be taking me to jail before I get in the back of that cop car. Do you understand that? No, no. Don't you Take my necklace. >> Listen, stop. You got to stop. >> necklace. Don't you touch that. Don't you touch that. Don't you touch that, mister. Don't you touch my necklace. [music] Don't you touch that. >> Relax. >> Obviously, he'd had run-ins with the law before since he said they were always accusing him of trespassing. Clearly, he had not learned his lesson. They searched the man's backpack, but they couldn't find his ID. On top of everything, as if things weren't weird enough, they got even weirder on the ride to jail. >> What's your name, sir? >> Oh, you already have all the answers, mister. >> No, I don't. >> Yes, you do. You have all the answers, >> Okay. >> if you have the eyes to see and the ears to hear. >> Yeah. >> You have all the answers. It's a whispering in the wind. >> Uh-huh. >> What is God telling you my name is? >> I have no idea. >> Well, then you're not listening very hard, are you? >> I guess not. >> I'll pray for you. >> Thank you. >> I'll pray deeply for you. >> Thank you. >> They arrested the man and he was taken to the county jail and he was booked for trespassing and resisting without violence. According to court records, the case was later resolved with no contest pleas on both charges. They required the man to pay $420 in court costs. On September 15th, 2025, a cop was conducting traffic enforcement and spotted a man in his 60s riding an e-bike through an intersection without yielding to an oncoming vehicle. After the suspect, later identified as Scott, refused to identify himself, rode off, and then circled back to keep shouting at the cop, what should have been a simple warning quickly spiraled out of control. >> I'm being >> I want a lawyer. I want a lawyer. >> Let me see your driver's license. >> I WANT A LAWYER. >> LET me see your driver's license. >> No, I want a lawyer right now. >> You don't get a lawyer right now. You get a lawyer when you go to court. >> I want a lawyer. You're hurting my arm. >> Listen, you are under a traffic stop. You provide me Provide me your identification or you go to jail. >> I don't do that. >> You are under a traffic stop. Give me your identification or go to jail. >> I want a lawyer. >> Traffic 15. Can I get a 10-15 code 3? >> You're not allowed to talk to me. Once I ask for a lawyer, that's >> You don't understand how this goes. Okay. Are you going to provide me your identification? >> No, I don't have to do that. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> What? Hold on. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> YOU ATTACKING ME FOR? MY ARM. OH MY GOD. HELP ME, GOD. I GOT BAD SHOULDERS. >> GIVE ME THE CAMERA. >> OH MY GOD, STOP IT. I GOT BAD SHOULDERS. I GOT BAD SHOULDERS. I got bad shoulders. MY SHOULDERS I CAN'T DO THAT. MY shoulders Oh my god. I can't GET THEM OFF. OH MY GOD. OH MY GOD. Somebody help me. >> Stop. >> No, I can't stop. My shoulders I dislocated you. My shoulders HAVE TO BE REPLACED. TAKE THESE things off. Take the cuffs off. My shoulders are dislocated. >> You are going to get so sued. You're going to get so sued. >> Ow, >> my shoulders. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR BRAIN? >> Like we said, it all should have ended with a simple written warning, but instead, other cops soon arrived to take Scott off to jail. But even at that point, it still wasn't over. Scott insisted that he'd been injured during the arrest and needed medical attention for his shoulder. >> You had to fight me on the ground, so >> fight you. MY SHOULDERS WERE BREAKING. >> OKAY, all I did was ask for your ID. You're failing to give me your ID. >> That's it. >> Yeah, because there was no need for it. >> Okay. >> What is wrong with you? >> Okay. All right, get up and let me see it. >> We're going to need an ambulance. >> All right, they're coming. >> My shoulders are messed up and I told you that. >> I asked you for your ID. >> My shoulders wouldn't go to that position, sir. Then you jammed your knee on my back. I'm 65. I'M HALF YOUR SIZE. But I'm half your size. Don't you get it? What's wrong going on with my bike? >> Get in. >> No, what? This is crazy. >> A trained medical professional examined Scott's shoulders and found no sign of injury, which didn't shock anyone. But despite that, he continued to insist he was hurt and said the medics hadn't examined him properly, dragging out his dramatic performance. >> Holy god, yeah, I'm a criminal, too, man. I go robbing old ladies at night. Oh. Oh my god. I'm not kidding. I'm like my arms hurt. Real bad. >> All right. >> Real bad. >> All right. Watch your legs. >> Hey, sir, just like you were saying earlier, you wanted to go to the hospital on your own. You could probably get booked in and go to the hospital or we Is that what you want to do? >> me? >> Yes. If we're going to end this stupidity on both sides, I think we should do that. >> You'll have to go through the process. You can go there after or we can take you there ahead of time. >> What can I do for him? I'm going to need backup. >> okay? >> Resisting what? >> Resisting a law enforcement officer in the legal performance of his duties. >> He's filming. I could not move my shoulder. >> I'm just saying this is not the place to try it. You have a There's a court system for this. >> Yeah, but you were the one laughing at me and you admitted it. Yes or no? >> Yes, I did. >> Yeah, because you don't believe me that I'm hurt. So, when I get home from the hospital, back into jail, I'm going to have x-rays. Okay? Thank you. >> like to go to the hospital prior to going to the jail? >> If these cuffs come off at the hospital, >> They go back on after you. You're just going to get a hospital bill and booked. That's the only difference. >> That's fine. >> To no one's surprise, during the entire ride down to the station, he continued his rant. By that point, the damage had been done and all the complaining in the world was not going to change his fate. >> You guys are just wasting so much taxpayer money. This is This is pitiful. This is a waste of time. Slow day? Really? >> I'm going to echo 225. Property 22, status check. >> Can I wait He going to do your wife. Say you got this old guy. Yeah, we keep messing. Bump him around a little bit. Yeah, good for you. Good for you. Hey kids, this is what I did today. I bumped around a 65-year-old man. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, kid. Yeah, the Yeah, the other guy roughed him up good. There you go. I don't believe it. Thanks, Dad. Boy, you guys are good parents. >> He was taken to the hospital to be medically evaluated as he continued insisting that his shoulder hurt. After they released the man 3 hours later, he was placed back in handcuffs and taken to the county jail to be booked. >> Hello. I have to ask you one question before you come in, okay? Um, do you feel like you're intoxicated? >> No. >> No drugs or alcohol? >> No. >> Well, do you think you'll bond out of here? >> I don't I don't do What's my bond? I don't even know what's going on. >> Once I know your charge, I'll know your bond. >> Yeah. Eat my violence. >> Eat my Okay. >> Yeah. Oh, I'm a criminal. No, we're going to court. I'm going to court. I should never >> no. >> You shouldn't have pulled me over. I wasn't speeding. Wasn't speeding. Wasn't doing anything wrong. Then he follows me cuz I didn't agree with him. He followed me. >> Well, even if you >> And then when I didn't agree with him, that's when he gave me the traffic stop. >> Well, hold on. Even if you bond out of here and pay the $150 >> I'm not paying nothing. I'm not paying anything. >> Well, you pay, you get >> I'm going to stay in jail. >> Oh, you're going to stay in jail? >> I have no choice. I don't have money. I don't and I don't have anyone to call. >> Um what about uh Pace sticker? Do you have a Pace sticker and you do do have any inhaler for any asthma? >> No. >> No. >> For no apparent reason. Yes. >> You do? No, okay, good. Don't don't joke about it cuz like >> No, I'm This whole thing ridiculous. >> I understand. >> E-bike? >> They charged the man with resisting arrest and he also got a ticket for failing to yield at the intersection. After the man's arrest, he posted a $500 bond and was given a fine for the moving violation totaling $166. According to court records, they assigned the man a court day for the following month. On September 20th, 2023 in Illinois, the cops are called out to a residence due to a domestic dispute. When the officer got there, it was a very chaotic scene. A dispute had broken out between an entitled 21-year-old and her mother's boyfriend. >> I got you, man. >> All right. >> She does not live here. >> All okay. So, what's what's >> She just got off work. >> Okay. >> She's being disrespectful. We just moved here. That's why we moved away from where we was cuz all my girlfriend's kids is so disrespectful. >> Okay. >> I don't want [music] her to take her somewhere. She got to get out of my house. >> Okay. So, she doesn't live here and >> She doesn't live here. >> Okay. >> You hear me? >> Mhm. >> Yeah, just this I don't want to hear. She got to go. Well, I don't They going to take you somewhere, but you getting up OUT OF HERE. >> WHAT'S GOING ON? >> [ __ ] GIVE ME ONE GIVE ME ONE SECOND. Call the police. What? I'm in MY HOUSE. >> I SAID I'M GOING TO TALK TO THE POLICE. YOU STOP TALKING. STOP. >> CAN you get her out of my house? >> The man called police, he said, because his girlfriend's daughter refused to leave the place and disrespected him inside his home. The woman didn't live there and he wanted her off the property, but it was clear from her attitude that she wasn't going to make that easy. >> I'm going to tell her the same thing. >> All right. Hey, bring it down. Okay. Okay. So, your mom's boyfriend. [music] >> Whatever he want to be. >> Okay. Do you live here? >> No. >> Okay. I'm visiting. How old are you? >> 21. >> Okay, got you. Got you. Okay, so you came over to visit your mom. You guys kind of got into it. And now, where did Do you live around here or do you live >> I live in I have a house here, but I live in Iowa City. >> Okay. >> The officer asked the man to step into another room and that way he could talk to [music] her separately and try to calm things down. Once alone with the officer, she said the whole thing started when she had an argument with her mother, but her mother had left for work. >> Are you guys >> siblings as well? >> Yeah, her >> all siblings. He's nobody's daddy. He wants to be the man of the house so >> She explained she lived at the house just 2 days a week. The officer then talked to her mother on the phone and he advised the woman that she'd have to limit how often she stayed at the house because otherwise she'd be establishing residency by regularly staying there. >> Hey man, so did you get anywhere with getting a ride? >> No, they're my ride. >> Okay. So, [ __ ] your mom. She's at work so obviously he's not going to give you a ride. >> No, I don't want him to give me a ride. This is my mom's house. >> Right. >> So >> Your mom and him, they live here. >> Right. >> They're they've allowed you to stay here and live here. >> mom. He has no allowance over He's not on my birth certificate. He's not >> He has residency. >> [music] >> Yeah. >> He has residency. >> Barely. >> Okay. >> Well according to the state of Illinois he's established residency. >> My address is my mom's address, literally. So try to figure it out. So so what what are you talking about? What we doing? >> So, here's the thing is you do not have residency here. You know, you're you stay [music] here infrequently a couple nights a week here, but it's not you know a consistent thing. >> No, it is. >> Okay. >> This is every single week. I'm down here every single week. I have to come back down here on Tuesday. Literally, this is every week. I don't miss a week. >> Okay. So, do you have someone that can give you [music] >> No, they're my ride. >> Her sense of entitlement was really quite shocking. She turned up at the house, started [music] shouting and swearing, and causing a headache for everyone there, yet she was still expecting that they'd give her a ride back to her house. >> What about a friend's house that you can stay >> know anybody down here. What did my mom say? >> Your mom doesn't want you here. Well, your mom was saying that you have a place in Rock Island? >> Yeah, but why the [ __ ] would I go there if I have no way home? >> Okay, but maybe that's somewhere that you can go to cool to let cooler heads prevail. >> I'm not trying to hear nothing. I'm going to find wherever I need to go. I'm cool. I don't even have my keys to the house, so why the [ __ ] would I go to a house that there's I don't have keys to? >> Well, the thing is is >> I'm not staying here. I don't I don't I don't I don't give a rat's ass. I don't I don't even want to be talked to no >> Okay, so where where are you going to go? >> See you right here until I find me somewhere to go. I I don't I don't have [ __ ] to y'all, him, my mama, nothing. They could die for all I give a rat's ass about. And that's just how I feel. >> So, let's work on finding someone >> That's what I'm trying to do. >> Okay. All right, don't just just stop talking. >> The way she talked to the officer showed just how entitled she really was. Despite the woman's attitude, the cops offered to give her a ride home, but she declined. Later on, she could use that as an excuse that she didn't have a way to leave the property. >> You don't need to make this any worse. >> No, cuz y'all are no help. >> I just offered to give you a ride somewhere. >> I don't need y'all's ride. Not sitting in a police car. I've been I I don't want you. No, I'm I'm pregnant. I'm not sitting in a police car. I'm cool. I take my chances walking somewhere. >> Do you have a lot of stuff here? >> Yes, I do. Cuz this is where I come to on a Monday and Tuesday. And where I'm I would say if that's the case, for me to just keep up this lease so I don't get evicted. I want you to But now she has to find somewhere for her So, when you talk to her, please let her know she needs to get a U-Haul to come and get and the rest of his clothes because he can no longer come back in there. If I when I find me a ride to I will see you today. I when I find my keys, I'm taking them with me. So, nobody will be able to get in my house. >> At that point, it wasn't clear if she was actually pregnant or just lying about it hoping the cops would go easy on her. Either way, though, she'd still committed a crime as she refused to leave the property after being asked multiple times to do so. >> You've been on the phone long enough. You need to listen to what we're saying. Here's the deal. >> I'm on the phone. Don't disrespect me. >> You're about to end up in handcuffs >> So, now the police >> You need to move along. Find a different place >> to do this to move along. Don't you see where I'm trying to find a ride? DON'T YOU SEE I'M TRYING TO FIND A RIDE? DON'T YOU SEE I'M TRYING TO FIND A RIDE? >> OKAY. That's fine. Stand up. Stand up. >> Stand up. >> I'm trying to I'm trying TO FIND A RIDE AND THEY ONLY NEED TO disrespect me. >> Hang up the Hang up the phone. >> I'm trying Bro. I'm trying to They're arresting me. THEY'RE ARRESTING ME. I'M TRYING TO FIND A RIDE AND THEY'RE SITTING HERE TAKING MY PHONE. BRO. I AM PANICKING. GET OFF OF ME. GET OFF OF ME. >> [screaming] >> DON'T TOUCH I'M TRYING TO RIDE. BRO. >> STOP. BRING YOUR ARM BACK. YOU'RE GOING to get charged with resisting, too. >> That's cool. >> Okay, that's cool. >> I don't care. >> Okay. Bring your hand back. >> Relax your arm. >> No. >> Yes. >> Cuz [clears throat] why am I going to handcuffs? >> Because you're refusing >> I'm trying to find me a ride. >> Stop. >> Stop. >> In the end, she was arrested and taken to jail and they charged the woman with trespassing and resisting arrest. On July 29th, 2025, the cops were called out to an Arby's restaurant after [music] reportedly, the staff was dealing with an extremely disorderly customer. When one of the employees got her order wrong, the elderly woman got extremely irate. It was an extreme reaction to a very small mistake. >> I'm not letting She's hitting me. I've been threatened. >> So, where are you going? >> I What you mean I'm annoying my voice? I've been hit. You know what I'm saying? I'm not yelling at you. I'm loud. I'm not yelling at you. >> Found that girl 21 years OLD. >> I WANT CASH. I'M 15. >> I'M NOT ASKING YOU AGAIN. >> IT was an extreme reaction to a very small mistake. Out in the parking lot, she continued having a meltdown insisting she'd been assaulted by one of the employees. But they couldn't just take her word for it and the officer turned to the manager to get a better picture of what had happened. >> You were saying what's going on here? >> Oh, yeah. So, she I guess she probably messed up the order a little bit so she asked why was it so much. So, she started getting a little rude. She started being a little disrespectful and stuff like that. So, I took over the headset, took over her cuz I was trying to make it right, you know, of course. And so, she comes to the window and I guess she kind of told her real quick how much she owed. So, she was like, "Yeah, whatever. Blah, blah, blah." And then I'm like, I'm like, "It's, you know, we fix it." So, she said, that she yelled at her. She told her, "Give me my money back." and all that. So, she started cussing at her and all that. She was like, Hurt your employee? >> The manager explained that the employee got the order [music] wrong and it charged the woman just a little too much. When the woman complained about it, they realized their mistake and gave the woman a refund. But instead of just taking it and leaving, she decided to make a huge scene. >> And so, she comes back in and asks for a refund of $400. She sees this and I want her $100 and me and the general general manager were trying to calm this lady down. >> Yeah. >> And she's like, she's still yelling. She's going to keep calling corporate. She's trying to get over the counter, making threats, telling us she's going to be waiting outside when she get off. >> I said get in your car, yeah. >> I will not be getting IN MY CAR. >> YOU ARE NOT TO SPEAK TO ANYBODY LIKE >> WHAT IN THE DAMN SHUT UP. DON'T SPEAK TO ME. >> WE'RE NOT DOING THAT. >> What in the damn we not? What in the damn don't speak to me. >> Hey, stop now or I'll put you in handcuffs in the back of my car till you calm down. No, you listen to me. Ma'am. >> No, WAIT A MINUTE. >> I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF THE ATTITUDE. >> I HAD ENOUGH, TOO. >> BE AN ADULT. >> I SEE A MOUTH THERE. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? >> LET'S GO AHEAD. >> I'VE BEEN ASSAULTED. >> YOU DON'T WANT TO COME OUT. >> I'LL GET OUT. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> I'VE BEEN ASSAULTED. I'VE BEEN ASSAULTED, MAN. >> YOU'RE THE one acting like a toddler. Get out of the car. >> I'll watch her right there. >> Come at it. >> I'm coming. >> Then come on. >> I just called her mom. I am in work, y'all. >> You're good. You're good, sweetheart. >> No, don't do my arm like that. >> What is that? >> Please don't do that. >> I Oh my god. >> Yes, she did. >> God. What is it? >> It's snuff. It's like it's like dip. It's like dip. >> I got to Is this your phone, sweetheart, right here? >> Yep, yep. Put it in my phone, baby. >> Where you work at? >> I work for her. I just drive to do the nursing. >> It wouldn't have been so tight if you weren't pulling away from me the entire time. >> I'm going to sue you, baby. >> Look. >> I was Listen, I promise. >> After causing a scene like that, she [music] suddenly switched her tone up and tried to act polite with the cops like she hadn't just spent the last 10 minutes screaming her head off. But it was clear the woman's nice act was not going to work, although. >> I'm sorry. >> And you weren't listening to anything nobody was telling you. >> Yes, I was. >> No, you weren't. We wouldn't have kicked you out of the car. >> Please. I'm sorry. Please. >> So, if not, there's no way you're going to be leaving. >> baby. Listen, you you a god-given man. Come on now. Don't do that. I promise. I got upset and she did me like this and she smacked me. Okay. Over there guy, what you doing? >> Okay. That gives you no right to fight us, though. >> No right. I'm not fighting YOU, BABY. I PROMISE. >> OKAY. OKAY. HEY, CHILL. I NEED YOU TO CHILL. Just stop talking to her right now. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> I'm so sorry. >> Listen. >> What's your problem? I promise she smacked me. I didn't say nothing. Okay, baby. I'm sorry. I didn't do nothing. >> Right now. >> Hold on. Give me a minute. Give me a minute. Woo! I'm okay. >> According to the suspect, she'd been hit by the Arby's worker who had reached across the counter to strike her. Furthermore, she said it happened after she left the drive-thru and came into the restaurant to complain about [music] the mix-up, despite the fact she'd already been given a refund. >> But she smacked me, baby. >> Okay. Okay. >> She got over the counter and she smacked me. >> Let's just Let's just breathe for a second, okay? >> Okay. >> Let's breathe. Let's breathe. >> Woo! >> Yeah. >> So, what? >> Stop. We'll explain it. I'm trying to help you out. >> Thank you, baby. I appreciate it. I promise you I'm not trying to be cooperative. No, I don't have it. But she hit me on this side right here, but I don't have any proof. >> Okay. I'll just need to check. >> Okay. I don't think I have a bruise. I ain't looked in no mirror, but I'm black. >> It was a pretty bold claim to accuse the Arby's worker of hitting her across the counter, since whether or not it really happened could be verified on video. Before the cops took next steps, they wanted to get both sides of the story. >> Okay, where is she at? >> In my face on this side of my face. >> All right, type? >> Yes. >> Okay, was it a closed fist, open hand? >> I don't know, baby. I don't know. She just hit me. >> Okay. >> And then I lost >> Okay. Uh what happened after she hit you? You guys just separated? Did you guys just separate or did you guys >> No, they grabbed her and um took her to the back when she hit me. And I cuz I was trying to get over the counter and get her. I'm not going to lie to you. >> Was there any fighting at all inside there? >> There was some I saw some some little When I walked up, I did see >> Yeah, actually it happened in the drive-thru. But then she came in talking about some she want to She took She was She came in talking about some come outside. I said, "Y'all So, I did lose my patience and I swung over the counter, too. But other than that >> You got to put your hand on your phone. >> Yeah, I'm just going to do it so I don't stand >> So, after you guys did the refund >> Sorry. >> She came She came inside? >> Yeah. Yeah, so she wouldn't So, it was more of a Yeah, kind of like a I don't know what she thought she was going to jump at. We were trying to solve it. >> We really were. She's doing the same thing she's been doing the whole time, just yelling. >> As for the employee, she admitted to hitting the woman, saying she'd felt threatened. Even so, she'd broken the law, and whatever the context was, it still counted as assault. As a result, they arrested the employee, and she was taken to jail. >> Was the employee kind of like yelling back at her, too? Going back and forth? >> No, not really. She was got What I could tell is starting to upset her cuz she didn't want to work no more. >> Yeah, yeah. Yeah. >> You threatening She was like She kind [music] of said a little bit, but not She didn't really say much. She just threatened her the whole time, but She literally was trying to jump over the counter, so I I pulled her because I was not about to let her do that. >> Okay. But there was a lot of like You know, you you You know, I'm I'm going to wait for you. Yeah, I'm going to wait for you when you get off work, all that stuff. And kept on yelling, so she couldn't The young girl couldn't hold it in, so >> Cuz lady in the red is wanting us to take her for threatening her, but I wanted to see footage first. >> Yeah. But definitely disorderly conduct, based on what the told me cuz they gave her a refund at the window already. She came back in wanting the number to, I guess, corporate or whatever. >> In the end, they charged the woman with disorderly conduct. She was trespassed from Arby's, which is usually a 1-year ban. As for the employee, after admitting to hitting the woman, they charged her with battery. At the end of the day, every one of these suspects completely unraveled the moment they were confronted. When these suspects have their full-blown meltdowns on body cam, the consequences that follow also get caught on camera. And as far as the footage goes, it's always incredibly satisfying.
