So you can tell that ugly you on the crack corners. SO SUCK MY BLACK BLACK SKIN. Where is your ID? >> it in a place you cannot grab it and I will grab it. Where is it? It's in my purse. Can you grab it? Can I grab it? Do you have your supervisor? I am the supervisor. Turn around. For what? Turn around and put your hands behind For what? Teenage angst always backfires. Some of these kids show up loud, confident, and utterly convinced that the rules don't apply to them. However, they'll be learning a very painful lesson when the cops teach entitled teens that they don't make the rules. There's nothing in my [ __ ] car. I'm not a drug dealer. I'M NOT A DRUG DEALER. You think I'm a drug dealer because I'm black? On November 19th, 2025, the cops are dispatched after reports of a hit-and-run. Shortly after, they responded to the call and quickly located the alleged offender. Turn the car off. Turn the car off. Turn the car off. Turn the car off right now. Unbuckle. Step on out here for me. Don't touch me. Step on out here. No. No. Don't Don't try to fight me. Don't try to step on out. Knock it off. Do you hear me? I'm a 99-lb Obviously, the cop was more than certain that he detained the right suspect. He'd given the suspect, Shantae, direct orders to put her hands behind her back, but she was not going to go down without a fight. Are you serious? Hands behind your back. You're under arrest. >> All right, now I'm under arrest? Step it up. Under arrest. See it. Are you serious? Real hands. I can't. I'm pregnant. You see that [ __ ] This is why I did it. I'm not resisting. See her. With Shantae in handcuffs, the cops then began their search. While she'd clearly been resisting, in her mind, the cop had been way out of bounds. Thankfully, the body cam captured her entitlement in all its glory. You You weak I'm literally 99 lbs. Do you see her pulling your weight on him? On her? You Don't even worry about it. Yeah. All right. Talking about some [ __ ] Be cool. Be calm. You I'm doing this because I don't want to fight you, see? Cuz you can't take me to jail about [ __ ] You can't take me to jail about [ __ ] Literally. Slide it. Dude, I parked as soon as you asked her to get out of the car. Oh, yeah, she parked right here. Didn't even look at me. So I I opened the door up. Told her to step out. Grabbed her arm and slightly pulled her. The cops then inspected her vehicle for signs of damage. After that, they took a look inside it and let's just say they found some things that caught their attention. There's alcohol in the car. Empty bottles and an open bottle of Tito's. You worried about a [ __ ] beef for real? What No. You worried about me? Beef for real? I don't have any on my record. I ain't got nothing. I ain't on my record. Nothing. I don't have no disturbance. I don't have no [ __ ] assaults. I have [ __ ] That's stupid. When I sit here and talk about some [ __ ] I'm I'm being aggressive with him. You're a whole man. YOU'RE A WHOLE THING. I'M 100 LBS, 120. I'M NOT EVEN 120 LBS. I'm 102 lbs. How much do you weigh? You're There's the odor of alcohol is just radiating. It's radiating. Yeah. I had two drinks. What? No. Get in the car. Okay. What What did you have to drink? Tito's. Tito's? Mhm. Okay, so you had some Tito's. [music] How much of the Tito's did you Two shots. Two shots? How long ago did you have that? Two hours ago. So were you involved in an accident? No. You weren't? No. Everything was starting to make sense. The hit-and-run, the attitude, and the woman's aggression. It was also becoming clear she was under the influence. While she denied being involved in the hit-and-run, she wasn't convincing the officer. Well, Sandy, is it my car damaged? Any type of accident report? Yeah. I have insurance. Okay. And that's That's good. I'm glad you have it. >> Yeah, I have insurance. I have full coverage. So you had two shots. Yeah. Okay. On a scale of 1 to 10 >> Hey. I didn't hit him. He didn't call you a Don't call No, I don't let him call me a [ __ ] I didn't hit him. On a scale of 1 to 10, one one being you're going to church on a Sunday morning and 10 being the most intoxicated you've ever been in your entire life, where I'm pissed off. Okay, that's not what I asked. >> I'm not mad. >> Okay. I'm I'm talking about impairment, okay? So on a scale of 1 to 10, one being you're going to church on a Sunday morning, and 10 being the most I need to scratch my hurt. Scratch my I'm I'm not scratching you, okay? I'm I'm not doing that. All right. So on that scale >> to take me to corporate with you? You want me to corporate with you, but you don't want to sit here and scratch my eye? Well, I I just don't want to touch you. I don't like this. >> Hold on. Don't ask me to That's why right? Just take me to jail. She continued telling the officer that unless he scratched her face, she wasn't going to cooperate. But it really didn't matter. She seemed to be way too distracted by the cop searching her vehicle to be cooperating anyway. There's not nothing in my [ __ ] car. I'm not a drug dealer. I'm not a drug dealer. You think I'm a drug dealer because I'm black? Did anybody say that? I'm not a drug dealer. Did anybody say that? DID YOU FIND ANYTHING IN MY CAR? They They found an open bottle OF TITO'S. THAT'S FINE. WHAT? You just asked if they found it. I'm just trying to answer the question. >> Okay, so just ask me. So I'm just trying to ask you >> No, but I'm I'm I I don't need I'm not drunk. I'm not I'm literally I'm just pissed off. Okay, SO JUST ANSWER ANSWER MY QUESTION THEN. I ANSWERED YOUR QUESTION ALREADY. What was your question? >> On a scale of 1 to 10 I'm a three. You're a three. >> But on the pissed OFF SCALE, I'M A 10. I I GET THAT. OKAY. >> OKAY. So what the [ __ ] you asking me right now? No one accused the woman of being a drug dealer or having drugs in her car, and all the woman's defensiveness was achieving was making her look like she had something to hide. As the cop wasn't getting anywhere with her, he reconvened with the other officers to discuss next steps. I'm back in the car, okay? Yeah, she's going to be DUI. Do you want a DUI? All right. Supposed to get my classroom visit. She had two dozen donuts in the back of my car, right? So Do we even have a Do we have a hit-and-run, too? Have we confirmed that? >> at her car. There's not much damage on the car. I didn't see any. Other than it has a flat tire, but or has a spare on it. All right, Shantae. Shantae. I'm going to have you walk back to my car with you. >> dog? Where's my I'm going to have you walk back to my car. >> It's my dog. WHERE'S SOMEBODY? I ASKED YOU A SIMPLE QUESTION. HEY. I just told you You're doing Hey, your dog is with somebody. Shantae had quite the attitude despite the fact she'd been busted drinking and driving and fleeing the scene of an accident. She was then escorted to another squad car to be taken to jail. What's wrong with you? You racist ass Hey, HOLD ON. NO, THAT'S RACIST. [ __ ] WHAT THE [ __ ] are you doing to you? What the Okay, just Take this handcuffs off of me. I don't like y'all. Just take these handcuffs off of me. I'm cool. Okay. No, no. Sit back. I'm cool. Sit back. Just take the Are my hands down? You are. You're under arrest, okay? Okay, that's fine. Can you take this off of me? The cops, I can't do that, okay? You don't have anything >> Where am I going to jail? Where am I going to jail? You're under arrest for DUI, okay? DUI? Yeah. You're driving under the influence. Y'all Y'all tested me? Well, we will back at the PD. I'll give you a chance to do all the tests, okay? All right. Throughout the journey to the jailhouse, she continued treating the officer with complete disdain. And when they finally got there, the woman's attitude hadn't improved. Shut the [ __ ] up. No. No, I don't give a [ __ ] No, you should know already, right? I I don't know. But you should know already, right? >> That's fine. You just want >> your ass already. Right? You know, that's an address. >> up. Stop talking to me. No, it's an address. So you should know where I'm at, right? I I know >> Don't ask me [ __ ] Shut the [ __ ] up. Okay. Thank you. Do I get my car right now? No, it's your car. Did I say car? Did I say car? I said car. Well, you're mumbling. Sorry. No, I said car. You're mumbling. That's what I'm saying. I'm not mumbling. I'm not mumbling. It's not mumbling. I said, do I need my car now? I said that. I said I'm not mumbling. I didn't mumble. Did you hear me mumble? I said a car. Car. Shantae was charged with driving under the influence, unlawful possession of cannabis, resisting arrest, improper lane usage, and transporting alcohol while driving. On July 25th, 2025, the cops were dispatched to a residence. Reportedly, a man had physically abused his girlfriend. However, when they arrived on scene, they quickly realized that the case wasn't going to be cut and dry. Hey, is he still in here? Yes, he's still in here. Where's he at? >> [music] >> Did you see somebody fall down? No. Who did he hit? The girlfriend. Oh, he hit his girlfriend? What happened? Yeah, you did. That's why we're here. What happened? They're saying you hit your girlfriend out there. I don't have a girlfriend. Yeah? Girl that's crying on the front porch right now? She said that? Yep. Put your hands behind your back. The suspect, Dwayne, seemed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. He didn't deny hitting the woman, but he continued acting clueless about why the cops were there. As he screamed and shouted at the woman, the cops escorted him out. It's not going to be a fun day for you. Now, what did you What did we get called in here for? Walk downstairs. I'm Dwayne Wilson Jr. Okay, slow down. We're going to talk to you. What did I do? Step down. What did I do? I was in the house. I'm by myself in house. I'm by myself. Dwayne, take a seat. I didn't do nothing. Keep your feet up. I didn't do nothing, bro. With Dwayne secured in the back of the squad car, the cops started questioning his girlfriend. By that point, however, the entire scene had become a chaotic mess. It is 1:00 a.m. If you keep yelling, I'm going to arrest you for disorderly. Stop yelling. If you keep yelling, I'm going to arrest you. The next person that yells is getting arrested. STOP YELLING. I'M TALKING TO YOU. YOU WANT TO GO OVER ME ONE MORE TIME, YOU'RE GETTING CUT. Sit over there. Now. No, I just want my I just want my I paid rent here. You guys cursed, SHE LIVES HERE. I PAID RENT HERE. NOW, GIVE ME MY DON'T HIT ME. Then stop touching me. Step back. I want my No. I want my It was nearly impossible to understand what was happening, and the girls on the porch would have to quickly calm down, or else some of them were going to find themselves in handcuffs. I paid rent here. I paid R E N T rent here. Yeah. I'm glad you know how to spell. Thanks. I'm a black woman. I know MY RIGHTS. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU BEING BLACK. YOU'RE acting childish is what's happening. Hey, Bria. Bria. Bria. I want my I paid rent here. I paid rent here. I I paid rent here. I want my Why are you yelling? The officer was right. The color of the woman's skin had absolutely nothing to do with it. She really had to calm down a bit and stop being an entitled brat before she wore out the cops' patience. I paid rent here. You were here before. YOU ALREADY KNOW. I PAID RENT HERE. SO, STOP TELLING ME TO GO GET MY NO. NO. GO GET MY AND THEN [ __ ] YOU, YOU WHITE [ __ ] He's mad cuz he white. white white [ __ ] You can arrest me now. I'm staying. I want my Nobody care about nothing. [ __ ] my I paid rent here. So, WHAT CAN YOU DO? NOTHING. BUT THAT OFFICER TRYING TO SIT THERE AND SAY I AIN'T in the I'm that officer. So, [ __ ] you, white ass I want everything I left. We're going to help I paid rent here. The cops, of course, were there to help her. They'd responded to reports that her boyfriend had beaten her up. They were more than happy to help the woman gather her belongings so she could leave, but she first had to calm down a bit and cooperate. Okay, good. Okay, that's fine. But you can tell that ugly honky He on the crack of the corner. So, suck my black black skin. He can suck it and choke on it for all I give a That little white ass honky I don't care. You can arrest me. I want my He want to sit here and tell me he going to arrest me for trying to ask for my That's my property. WHAT YOU GOING to arrest me for? Cuz that's my property. But tell me But I want you to tell me But I want you to tell me I'm a black I'm a black I want you to tell me What can this officer arrest me for if I'm asking for my Literally, the cops had no desire whatsoever to arrest the woman. They were there for her boyfriend, and she made the call to report the man. By this point, she was attacking the very people who were there to help her. No. This child told If you read me my rights, bro, you said told me What am I getting arrested for? I want to understand what I'm getting arrested for. >> You're not under arrest. You're detained. You're telling me I'm under arrest, but you're reading me my rights, dumb. While Bria claimed she was the victim, the woman's friends told the cops a very different story. They were pointing their finger at her, saying she was the aggressor. Considering how terrible she was acting, it wasn't a surprise. I know I know they fight all the time. I don't know if they want to Yeah, she's not She's not watching them. So, everybody's saying the problem's not He's not He's in the back of the cop cruiser called But it was She was Has she been living here? Cuz I know she here every other Yes, she She they're supposed to pay $200 a month. I got $50 of it. Okay. And I gave it back because I felt bad because she said it was her last So, I gave it back, and I said she can stay here. She can stay here regardless of whether she can stay here cuz I've been here like a lot. Yes. Someone's going to take care of her. Um give me a second. Stop talking to me with y'all speaking. She continued having a meltdown on the porch, screaming that the cops were racist. It was pretty ironic, though, because she was the only one making racist remarks. Eventually, the cops had had enough. What you going to do? Huh? You going to sit there and sit there? All right. All right. Is that what you going to do? You can arrest me. I don't care. Cuz at the end of the day, what she going to do? She didn't say nothing to that when he said something to me. Huh? Like what? What did I do, bro? What did I do? Let me out. Tell me what I did, bro. Please, tell me what I did. I didn't do I'm in the I'm in the house. As a black man, isn't this supposed to be black man Friday? No, I'm black. It's Bria. So, y'all I'm going to sit down for time, do nothing. You It's You look like a cabbage patch kid, you little ugly little cross-eyed little I don't care. It's you till the end of the day. It's till the end of the day. It's Bria. You. You know what you going to do? You know I'm a black Do you You. You. You. If anything, her boyfriend ought to dump the woman for being a disgusting racist. With the evidence stacked against her, the cops then released her boyfriend and put her in the back of a squad car. I know I'm not I didn't do nothing wrong. You're not going to jail, buddy. I'm so I'm sure of it, sir. I didn't do nothing wrong. Who? Your girlfriend. Why? Because she threw a bottle of liquor at you, which caused your injury. Who says she threw a bottle of liquor at me? Everybody in the house. Everybody? Every single person that's in that house is willing to fill out a statement form and said that she hit you first. She didn't hit me at all. That's what everybody else is saying. >> Nobody hit me at all. I love you, babe. I love you so much. I love you so much, Dwayne. I'm so sorry, babe. I'm so sorry. I got this car. I got this car. I'm so sorry. I didn't I didn't do anything. I can't put my rent. Just want to say my bad. He ain't do nothing wrong. He ain't do nothing wrong. My baby ain't do nothing wrong. I'm with my mama. I'm with my mama. Please. I'm with my What an incredibly toxic relationship. Like we said, Dwayne was released, and Bria got arrested. She was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and assault on law enforcement. On the 6th of September, 2024, the cops got a report that a woman tried to rob a laundromat. They responded to the scene and encountered the suspect just a few blocks away from the crime. What's going on over here today? I was at Dunkin' Donuts, so I don't know. Somebody stole my wallet and I don't know. She called the police. I don't know. I don't have a wallet, so that woman stole my wallet. Her name is Carrie. Okay, that's what happened? Yeah, I don't have a wallet. Where where where did this happen at? Where did it happen? Yeah. Give me a favor, take your hands out of your pockets, ma'am. I know. That's okay. That's okay. I know. I I just don't know what's in your pockets. It happened in there. We just talk on the sidewalk. I don't want anyone to get hit by a car. No, cuz I don't have identification. I know who you are. I know who you are. I know who you are. Don't walk away. It's Carrie. I know, Carrie Willis. I know who you are. I don't have anything. I don't even have a wallet. I just got out. I came from Alabama. As things turned out, the suspect, Carrie Willis, had just gotten out of prison the day before. The cop was more than familiar with her and he knew that any moment things could take a turn for the worse and sure enough, they did. Okay, I told I don't have a wallet. Listen to me. I just got out. I don't have a wallet. Listen, you walk away, you're going to be arrested. Do you understand it? Watch out. Okay. Carrie. Get out of the street. What? No. Watch out. I called the police. I have nothing to do with anything. Watching her run across the street was both reckless and futile. There was no telling where she was planning on going and since the cop knew exactly where she was, he just took his time and eventually caught up with her. I went on the bus. I don't know. I don't live here. I went on the bus. Well, I don't know where you live. I just got out of jail. I went on the I know. I know. I know all this. [music] So, here's the deal, all right? I don't need to give you my wallet. Well, you I went to the Athens Police Department. I reported my wallet. Do me a favor, don't don't reach in there. Please don't reach in there. Okay. Here's the deal. Yeah. There's some stuff that happened this morning, okay, over at the laundry. Okay? So, do you want to tell me about that or >> The lady came in at uh 6 >> [music] >> uh 7:41 and that was it and I opened the door for her a hour and a 45 minutes ago. Yeah. And then uh she came in 2 hours ago. Yeah. She came in at 6:00 and it's 8:04. It's 8:05. Huh? It's a altercation This is not the uh Haiti's. Thank you. >> not accurate. That's not accurate. We saw a video. Yeah. Yeah, what were you what were you doing in there all night? What was I doing there? I wasn't in there all night. It's on video. I wasn't in there all night. >> You were. It was on video. I I wasn't in there. Why would I be in there all night? >> Well, I don't know cuz maybe you don't have a place to stay. Getting answers out of the woman was like pulling teeth. It was like she was allergic to telling the truth. That being said, the cops had a job to do, so they kept pressing her for more answers. So, here's what I need you to do, okay? I need you to stand up. I need you to put your hands behind your back cuz you're going to be arrested. You're going to be charged with battery, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. [music] No, I just got out of Cook County Jail. Okay, listen to me. What's going to happen is you'll be brought down to the Athens Police Department. You'll be processed and you'll be given given a court date and you'll be released. I just got out of jail. Okay, you will be charged, given paperwork and a court date and then you can come to that court date. You will be released today, but you do have to go to the jail to get processed. She tried to fight me, look. Those are old injuries. No, it's not. Those are old. I never even No, it's not. >> Those are scabbed up. No, it's not. Oh, I haven't even No, it's not. Okay. Can I go to the hospital? You can possibly go there. Why do you need to go to the hospital? Because these are new injuries. Those are very old injuries. >> No, they're not. I'm not a doctor and I can't I would like to go to the hospital. Okay, well, we can do that after you get released from the jail. No, I would like to go to the hospital. For what? These injuries hurt me. >> Those are old scabbed injuries. That's a that's an old injury. This is not old. The cops knew what she was up to and she was doing everything she could to delay the inevitable. They tried to reach an agreement with her, but it wasn't that easy. Unsurprisingly with this woman, nothing came easily. I want to go to the hospital. >> it. Can you call the EMT? >> Yeah, we will have the paramedics come get you at the hospital at the jail. No, I would like you to call the hospital now. Okay, I'll tell you what then. Go ahead and stand up and we'll we're going to put you in cuffs and then we'll call an ambulance. No, I want you to call I want you to call the hospital cuz I wait on the bus. That's not an option. I want you to call the hospital. It's not happening. I want you We will We will get you medical attention if that's what you are requesting. Do you know Do you know somebody that lives here? Yes. We will get you medical attention, but we're going to have to go to the jail first and we will call an ambulance [music] for you if that's what you want. I want you to call the ambulance. I don't have a I want you to call the ambulance. Fine. My mom says right down the street. >> All right, you're going to have to come with us. I want you to call the ambulance. We will call Listen to what I'm telling you one more time. Listen. Look at me. Please look at me. I don't believe the police. I would like you to call an ambulance. Okay, you know what? Here's what's going to happen. You're going to go to the jail first and I will call an ambulance. The ambulance can meet us down there and they can come check you out while we're doing the paperwork and getting you processed. I would like you to call an ambulance right now. [music] I'm not calling an ambulance right now. I would like you to call an ambulance. >> matter what you want. I'm telling you what we're going to do. >> to call an ambulance. I'm scarred up and I have my purse back and you did nothing and I would like you to call an ambulance. You walked away from us. You walked away from us. Yeah, you walked away from us. I because Yeah. But I not saying my and I saved my case. Her attitude was unbearable, but luckily for her, the cops had the patience of saints. There are plenty of other cops out there that would have put her in handcuffs the moment she ran off. We will get you medical attention if that's what you require, but you do have to come with us. That is that is not negotiable. I will do what you need and I will get you an ambulance to meet us at the at the Athens Police Department and have you checked out, but you do need to come with us. I will promise you that I will have them meet us there. I promise you that. I will call them as soon as we're en route. We will meet them have them meet you down there, okay? And they'll check you out and they'll look at your old injuries and they'll see what they can do Are you hungry? Yeah. We can get you some food, too, okay? What I don't want to have to happen here is I don't want you to try to fight with us right now and then we have to take you down to the ground and force you to come with us. I don't want to do that, okay? I prefer that you cooperate with us, okay? And would you do that for us? Yeah, these see Okay, just take off the backpack, okay? Okay, that's coming with us. We just need you to take the backpack off. She agreed to cooperate, but she agreed to do it in her own entitled way. That meant she'd be choosing the order she'd follow and those she wouldn't. Just take the backpack off right now. I can show you No, let me show you what's in my backpack. I prefer you don't do that right now. See, look. Look, all I got all my private stuff with this and Oh, it's all like cleaning stuff. Okay. And no and Axe. You used all my Axe. I have my gel. All right, Carrie. Okay, Carrie Willis, right? Yeah. Okay, I'll tell you what, Carrie. I appreciate you showing me all this. Yes, it We'll we'll come out Cuz you owe me I just got this back. It's evidence. Okay. Sunglasses. Okay, you'll get it back. You'll get it back. Right. I'll tell you what. Let's uh let's go ahead and stand up. I keep clean. Okay, come on. I appreciate all this. I appreciate all this, all right? Well, we're going to have that come with you. We just need you to stand up and we just need to put your hands behind your back again. We're going to I'll get you Why do we need to put my hands behind my back? You're under arrest. I told you. She continued arguing that she was the victim, but as the officer said, the entire incident had been captured on the laundromat's cameras. She could deflect all she wanted, but she was headed to jail. I can show you We got to go. We got to go. Hey, what are you doing? Carrie. Don't walk into this house, okay? I'm not walking into a house. I don't walk into the house. Talk to them. What you just Let's go. Okay, come on. Going to grab your water bottle? Racist profile. Well, it's really not. >> And you're white and >> That's true. It is absolutely correct. I guess that's correct as well. So So, I don't know. Will you walk? You're going to have to walk, okay? Okay, you walk. >> Have I been very polite to you? Yes, but you tried to arrest me. >> Well, you are under arrest. You're under arrest. No, I didn't say I'm not under arrest. Okay, well, we're going to put you in cuffs. And if you don't want to be under arrest, that's fine, but you're going to be in cuffs. And we're going to go to the police department. I'm not walking with you. Okay, I appreciate that. Let's go this way. Once again, the accusations of racism were baseless. Just because the woman was black and the officers were white is not proof of racism. She'd committed a crime and the cops had a job to do. Who's trying to get you? Yeah, I was just trying to put my bra my chest That's like hands behind your back, ma'am. I was just trying to put my bra my chest cam. Okay, I appreciate all this. Right. Thank you for for doing this. We we We just have to work go to the police department the other way. All right, do you have anything in your pockets right now that could hurt us, like a knife, any needles, anything you picked up that's sharp, broken glass, anything like that? Do you know what's in your pockets right now? It's my bra. Okay. Okay, it's in your bag. Okay, I'm just going to I'm just going to make sure there's nothing in your pockets here. All right, we'll have you have a seat right here. Hold on a second, let me get this. All right, I want to get this seat belt on just so you don't slide. Let's see if I can Does that hurt you? They go right at the top of your head. All right. All right, let's uh we're going to pick that up front and then we're going to get you down there and we'll take those cuffs off once we get down there, okay, Carrie? They charged the woman with disorderly conduct, obstructing justice, battery and criminal trespassing. On June 15th, 2025 at 5:30 a.m., the cops were dispatched to a neighborhood after reportedly three young men had gotten drunk and were causing a disturbance. What are you guys doing out here at 5:30 in the morning? I'm waiting for my brother to come pick us up. Okay, where do you guys live? I live Hey. Come back here. I live 10 minutes away. I'm sure you see straight through me. Okay, why is there a broken beer bottle in the street? That was nothing. Do you have an ID with you? No. Me? Yes, you. No. here were visibly drunk. Seemingly, they'd been on an all night bender and they were causing trouble on the walk home. Another cop arrived on scene to question two [music] of the men while the other cop hopped in his cruiser to track the third one down who seemed to have stumbled down the street. >> I told you stop. So why didn't So you do you have open alcohol in the street. So yes, you do have to stop. >> Okay. Okay. You ready? I don't have an ID on me. >> How old are you? 21. I don't believe you. You're hanging out with kids that are not 21. >> I'm walking home. No, you're not. Stop or you're going to be under arrest. You want to go that route? >> No. Okay. Do you have an ID on you cuz I can just or I can arrest you No. check your pockets and search. I do not have an ID on me. Okay. What's your name? Noah. Hm? Noah. Noah? Noah. Noah. What's your last name? The suspect here, Noah, had the audacity to think that he could simply walk away from the cop like that. He'd already been caught with an open container and if he continued to act like the rules didn't apply to him, things were only going to get worse. You got a middle name? Nope. What's your birthday? Hm? I don't have to give it to Put the bottles down. done. Am I under arrest? Yes, you are. Can I get my bottles >> No. Put your bottles down. You're under arrest. I got to go to the bathroom. No. Put your bottles down. You're under arrest. You're You're an adult. Put them down. Are they not under arrest? No, they're not because they're being compliant. Can I be compliant? No. Too late for that. Do you have an ID on you cuz I'm going to check and if I find it I'm going to be pretty pissed. Okay, and you're not 21, right? Yeah, I thought not. He'd secured himself a trip to jail. It was completely unavoidable as all he had to do was behave like a grown adult. But if you thought that was dumb, then he did something even dumber. Where is your ID? I put it in a place you cannot grab it and I will grab it. Where is it? It's in my pocket. Can I grab it? Can I grab it? You can take me out. I will grab it. I will pull it out. I will be compliant. How old are you? I don't have to give So you're an adult? I am an adult. I'm actually an adult and I probably want to die because I don't know why. Do you want to know why? Don't say that. I know but I want to die. Do you want to know why? Because I walked from a girl I I should be home right now. You should be home right now sleeping. >> to know why? Because I tried to get my friend to walk with me. I'll show it to you first. If you get your ID >> thing? I'm being with my suicide girl. Because I need It's not okay. Okay, that's a fake ID. Yeah. So I'll take that cuz you can't have that. >> it? >> [music] >> Give me the ID, dude. Give me the ID. You want to go back in handcuffs? No. Give me your your actual ID. I don't have one on me. I don't have it on me. So why would you tell me you had one? I didn't. >> You think I was going You think this was going to get past me? No. Turn around. What an incredibly dumb move. Every time the guy opened his mouth, he just made things worse for himself. The cop was sick of his antics and if he didn't start cooperating, things were bound to get worse. Get down on the ground now. Get down. Get the [ __ ] out. Get out. Put your arms out to your side. I need one more person down where I'm at further down the block. I just want to die. >> [snorts] >> You're under arrest. No. Pain in the Complying with the officer >> [music] >> and deciding to put his hands behind his back was about the smartest thing he'd done that day. He was extremely lucky that he hadn't got tased. You want to fight me over a fake ID, you idiot. Yes, you did. Yeah, my body cam still on, so Stand up. You had no problem fighting with me. You should have no problem standing up. >> want to. That's not his file. It's a fake ID. That's what he wanted to fight me over. After securing Noah, the cops then turned their attention back to his friends. And while they were drunk as well, they were a lot more cooperative than Noah. What did Noah do? Oh, it's Noah? Yes, it's Noah. Noah's being an idiot. Noah wanted to fight me over having a fake ID and wanted to take it back after I took it from him. I'm trying to I swear to god. I'm trying to do the same He tried I told I asked his name. He tried to give me a fake ID as his actual ID thinking I wasn't going to realize it. And when I tried to toss it to the side, he took it back and fight me for it. >> Wait, so what happened? And then what happened? What happened? >> Tried to take it back from me. I tried to tell him he's under arrest again and he wanted to fight me. He tried to take it from you? Oh my Are they going to pick you up? Yes. How old are you guys? Uh 19. How old are you actually? >> [music] >> 19. You can I ran your ID. Yeah, we're good. We have his ID. Yeah. Okay. I'm We got It just goes to show that a little cooperation goes a long way. Noah's friends weren't in trouble. They were underage and had been drinking but the cops were willing to let them off the hook as they'd been very cooperative and didn't cause any trouble. Did you guys get a call? >> Yes, we did. That's how we're here. We Trust me, I was I was supposed to be going home in 20 minutes. I had no idea. I had no idea. I apologize. They They told us to look for three people in the middle of the Oh, are we allowed you? I'm surprised you didn't pull up in my driveway but I apologize. Usually I did not think Where do you stay at? We're good. He's I'm not sure about him cuz he wanted to be a pain in the So you guys have been cool. You did exactly what I said to do. So he's probably going to need a ride in about 30, 40 minutes. So if you can arrange somebody who's sober to come pick him up I'd appreciate it. I might be able to get there by the end of the day. Perfect. As long as The young man said they'd been up at a party all night and that they'd started their journey home but decided to call an Uber. Sadly for them, that's when the cops showed up. We had no bad intentions. No, you guys are cool. We You don't want to listen. We were probably loud so I understand that. We didn't mean to be. We were just trying to figure out >> Cuz you guys are You guys are kids. I get it. We were We were just trying to get home. He's close. Noah is close. I was trying to just Uber home. What's Noah's last name? Okay. You know how to spell What his birthday is? You know what his birthday is? His birthday Do you have a Facebook or anything? Uh he definitely has He's trying to be a pain in my butt right now cuz he's being You recognize his face. >> [laughter] >> I just want to let you know, buddy. I'm good. Um if there's nothing else, go out. Yeah, I appreciate it. I just want to make sure I didn't drop anything important. Noah got charges for resisting arrest, underage drinking and possession of a fake ID. Hopefully next time, he'll do what his friends did and cooperate when he has an encounter with police. >> [music] >> On the 4th of February, 2026, the cops were dispatched to a bar after reportedly a woman there was repeatedly trying to get back in the bar despite being told she wasn't allowed back in. Are we good? No. Yeah, hi. Yeah. Uh so they were asked to leave about 9:30 and came back and he was the one that was originally asked to leave for being intoxicated and aggressive with other guests. Okay. And uh now they just keep going every door and harassing all my security guards to get let back in. Okay. Thank you. Yep. All right. No, you're fine. Here's the deal. You cannot come back here. Do you understand? >> want to go in. I don't want to go in. Okay, so leave the property. Yeah, no. Go. Leave here. I want Leaving now. Why can't I go? No, I want to go >> No, we are leaving. I'm ignoring you. >> Let's go. I would like to make a formal complaint. About what? >> I can't make a formal complaint. No, let's go. Why? Because they are They do not want you here. You keep coming back and you're harassing the staff. >> leaving. The only one making sense here was her male companion. He kept trying to convince the woman to walk away from the place but she just wouldn't listen. So eventually, the cop here had to take on a more parental role. I want to ask a question. Excuse me. I don't know what First off, no. That's rude. You're going to act like a child, you're going to get treated like a child. They are telling you to go. >> No. I am not in their establishment. You are You're under their convergence, okay? Go. Go. We're going home. Stop. I'm asking a question. We are walking away. We are going home. I want to ask a question. There were no questions to be asked. Before the officer stepped in, the staff had already made it clear to them that they wanted them to leave. I want to ask a question. I will leave if you tell me to leave. That's fine. What I want to ask is why can I not ask questions about the establishment? You said you just wanted to file a formal complaint. You don't do that. No. >> I've been as nice as possible. Please. You're a trespassing here. No. No. If we get another call, listen. Stop interrupting me. I'm not interrupting you. Yes, you are. Go on. If we get called about you one more time, I will take you to jail for public nuisance. Do you understand? >> I understand. Stop trying to yell. Get Do what you got to do. Go home. Can I talk? Can I talk? >> We're done talking. No. We're done talking. >> We are done. You got to go home. It wasn't up for discussion, and it was time for them to go. The cops had already informed the woman that if she didn't leave the place, she'd be arrested. Most people, of course, would take the hint, cut their losses, and head on home. This entitled teen, however, was not like most people. You're going to [ __ ] jail if you don't walk away from me right now. >> out of the road. I can't walk away. I'm I'm not allowed. Your hands are on me. No. No. What happened? What happened? Oh my god. You can't walk away. You can't do Let me go. Let me go. Let me go. They don't have a phone for me. They don't have What happened? No. Don't resist. All right. Yeah, do that. There you go. Do not hit me. Do you understand? They have something. I'm going to write her All right. Let's go. You're going to jail. Some people just can't recognize a good opportunity, even if it's right in front of them. They'd offered the woman freedom, but she just couldn't accept the fact that she wasn't in charge. So, instead of heading home, she was headed to jail. What are your stats? This is not a game. Do you want to say Do you have anything illegal on you? I have nothing illegal on me. You can touch me any way you want. I'm not touching you. Not you. Anyone. Can I actually grab her passport from him cuz I need an ID for her? All right. You got her? I'll give her the keys. Oh, you should have done it when we asked you to. It's fine. I'm happy you took my car. You had your chance. I don't care. I got my car. I don't know who took the keys. Yeah, they're going to get disinfected anyway. It's fine. There you go. Yeah, he's holding my stuff. It's fine. It's fine. Let's go. Oh my god, it's fine. No, it's not fine because, guess what? Now you're going to jail. I have no reason. Not right now. I'm not in the mood. With the suspect secured in the back of a squad car, they searched her belongings. At the same time, she began knocking on the window trying to get the officer's attention. What do you want? Pardon? Oh, I just wanted to talk to my mom. Nah, that's not how this goes. So, wait. I have a question then. Genuine question. What What are my rights? What are my rights? I haven't been told. You're You're detained You're detained right now. No, but You haven't been told What are you talking about? I haven't been told my rights. You You have the rights of every US citizen. What are you talking about? Yeah, I don't know that. I'm I live in the UK, so I don't know what my rights are. Thank you. So, your rights are Right now, you're being arrested for trespassing and disorderly conduct. Okay, cool. You were asked to leave multiple times. So, your >> [music] >> your rights right now are to go to jail and bond out in the morning when you see a judge. So, I can't talk I'll tell you what. Nope. Okay. Okay, you're going to go to jail because you've been asked to leave already multiple times. Okay, cool. This is the second place you've been trespassed from tonight. You already trespassed from the Whole Foods earlier tonight. Yeah, because I couldn't find my bag. That's a good reason. No, it's not when you're asked to leave, you leave. Okay? Uh so, now you're going to go to jail. You'll get booked in. You'll see a judge in the morning. They'll set your bond, and you'll be able to get out from there. A judge? Yep. Judge, like a magistrate. As they finished up searching her belongings, they started their long ride to jail. Sadly for the officer driving her, the entire way there, he had to listen to the woman ruminate about the law. I have a very, like, keen sense of justice, and I think I haven't really done enough of wrong to justify this, and therefore I'm not upset. But I appreciate you do your job, and I respect that. And I think it's very good that you're in the job that you are. So, thank you. For being a woman in in authority. That's a great thing. I don't do that. I probably should, but I don't think I don't think I'd be good at it. I think speaking your mind isn't enough to get arrested in the US in the UK, sorry. In the US, it is, apparently. She was criticizing the First Amendment, which was interesting given that in the UK, people there can get arrested for what they say and post online. During the drive, the officer noticed that she slipped a hand out of her handcuffs and popped something into her mouth. As a result, he called for backup and pulled the car over. You want to play games? Get out. Ow. I thought we were leaving the [ __ ] Starbucks. Ow. Ow. What are you doing? >> up the car. Don't try to act like your hands are in there. We both know it isn't. They're not. Oh. They're both double locked. What did you pop in your mouth? I didn't put anything in my mouth. Yes, you did. I saw you on camera. You can pull this one off. I didn't put anything in my mouth. Is there anything else you'd like to do? Take a seat. Let's go. Can I strip? It looks like your left is I don't think my left one will come off. I don't think I'll find the right one is. Yep. All right, let's see if we can pull them off. Well, the right one never came off. That's fine. Can I still complain then? I'm actually quite comfortable in here. Thank you. They charged the woman with disorderly conduct, trespassing, and resisting without violence. On May the 7th, 2025, the cops were called out to a Starbucks. Reportedly, an arrogant young woman there was refusing to leave the premises. Hey. Hey, that was 6912. Hey, we want you to leave. Let's go. Ma'am, we're asking that you move along, okay? Grab your phone and let's go. That was 912. What's your name? They want you to move along. The store is requesting that you grab your stuff. That was 912, 9685. So, grab your phone and let's go. You can keep talking as you're going, okay? Let's >> Wait a minute. Hold on. What are you guys talking about? Hold on, Mom. Hold on. Hold on. Stay on the phone. The store Stay on the phone. Ma'am, the store is asking you for you to leave. They want you to head out. I'm not going to leave. For what? They said they said >> They said you've been here too long. They said they were just asking I literally just got here like 20 minutes ago. What are you talking about? I'm just telling you what they said. I can't say what they're saying. What's going on? The store is asking for you to leave. The cops had given the woman a direct order to leave the store. They didn't want to arrest her or detain her. They just wanted her to leave. As long as she did that, she wouldn't face any other consequences. Security is asking me to move along. Ma'am, I'm not security. I'm a police officer. Don't talk to me like that. First of all, those are not my pronouns. Second of all, I'm not talking. Okay. This is does not involve you. It does. It's nothing personal. I'm not I'm talking to my mom. Okay. You can talk to her outside. >> go. Hold on. I'm talking to my mom. Ma'am, are you going to leave? She just said keep them. What's your What's your pronoun? Hold on. For one, I'm getting asked to leave out of here for no reason. >> If you don't leave, you're going to be placed under arrest. Hold on. Nope, there's no holding on. Do you want to go to jail? The cops didn't care about her pronouns, and to be honest, that was the least of their concerns. Their main priority was to escort her off the property as the staff had requested. Talking to her wasn't working, so they had to try a different approach. Okay, you have 5 seconds to stand up and walk out of here. There's no holding on. I'm talking to my mom. All right, you're going to go to jail. Wow, they're taking me to jail. I'm leaving. I'm leaving. I'm leaving. I'm leaving. >> up then. Stand up. Let me go. All right, stand up. Let me go. Get your legs up. Stand up. Let me go. I'm leaving. Okay, stand up. Let me go. Okay, stand up. I'm leaving. If you're leaving, stand up. >> leaving. Why are you arresting me like I've done something wrong? I haven't done anything. Stand up. >> What do you mean, trespass? Mom, they're talking about trespass. I'm on the phone with my mom. The level of entitlement was just astounding. She really needed to learn that she wasn't the one calling the shots. She'd been given a direct order to stand up so they could detain her, and she could have avoided all this if she'd done it the first time like they asked her, or even the second or the third time. I haven't done anything. On your back. I won't leave. I won't leave. I won't leave. You won't have to arrest me. Here's your phone. First of all, I won't I won't Let me go. You don't have to arrest me. You don't have to arrest me. I will leave. I will leave. I said I will leave. I said I will leave. We're taking you. I'm on the phone with I'm on the I'm on the phone with my mom. They want to push you against the table? Stop texting her. I'm leaving. Nope. You had your chance. What do you mean, I had my chance? Mom, they're saying I had my What are you talking about? I literally What did I do? What did I do? You were asked to leave by us. What the [ __ ] did I do? I didn't do anything but sit in a Starbucks. Yeah, it doesn't matter. I said I would leave and now you're arresting me. Some people just never learn. It was hard to tell if she was ignorant or just playing dumb. [music] But saying she hadn't done anything wrong while refusing direct orders from the cops was downright ridiculous. What am I being arrested for? What am I being Criminal trespass in the first degree. What am I under arrest for? This way. What am I under arrest for? Why are you twisting my arm? Why are you twisting my arm when I'm asking you what am I under arrest for? Criminal trespass in THE FIRST DEGREE. >> [screaming] >> HOW THE [ __ ] CAN I WALK AWAY when they're arresting me for no reason talking about I'm trespassing at Starbucks? When all the whole time we me and you were talking the whole time, what was I doing? Ask her to leave. Don't twist my [ __ ] arm again. Don't twist my arm again like you're not strong. You know that you're strong. Don't twist my Get off my arm. That's what I'm trying to tell you. Stop. I'm holding still but you keep twisting my [ __ ] arm. The entire situation was avoidable and she had nobody to blame but herself. The cops then tried to search the woman before putting her in the back of the squad car but she didn't make it easy for them. You're so [ __ ] tough. Get your [ __ ] hand off my face. Stop. Get your mouth away from my hand. You've had plenty of time Can you calm down? You're not calming down. Just do it. Relax. We have to search your person. Just do it. Do you understand what I'm saying? Stop. Why do you keep doing that? Like I keep telling y'all. Let's get her on the ground. What is wrong with you? LET ME GO. WHY ARE YOU ALL UP IN MY ASS? Get off of me. Is she in training like I keep asking you? What the did I do wrong on my Starbucks and not being treated wrong? Yeah, she's in training clearly. Now you got a bunch of people coming. We could just calm down, search your person, put you in the car, place you under arrest, take you to jail. You're making this harder than it has to be. Can you calm down? Can you stand up like a normal person? Perfect. Stop tensing. Audaciously, she tried to make it look like the cops were in the wrong when it was her who was clearly the problem. More cops arrived on scene to help with the search and just as expected, she talked to the cops like she was their boss. Can you do me a favor? Stop resisting, okay? Stop Stop resisting, okay? All right. Take it easy. Stop resisting. To the side. Okay. Starbucks, I get arrested like Are you going to be cool if I put you in the car? In the car. What's the other one I got it. This one right here. I got you. Wait, don't don't force me like that. Animal. Look, wait. Get in the car. You must be in training. Hey, yes. I got you. I got you. There you go. I'm still asking. Why is she doing all this? Don't push me like that. You're a animal. Sit in the car. You're an animal. Sit in the car. I got it. I got it. For no charges, for no cases. What are you grabbing on me for? I'm not doing nothing. You're nobody. I'm not doing anything. She must be in training. Okay. Sit back now. Jesus Christ, get somebody who's much worse than me. You picked me up at a Starbucks doing nothing. The cops were done dealing with the woman's attitude. It's amazing how some people can be so oblivious to the potential results of their actions. The cops then went back in Starbucks to talk to the employees. How long were they here for? I'd say about 45-ish minutes. Okay. Just in the classroom. Well, they came in and they sat at the table that was outside of the room. It looked like she was just coming in to ask to ask for money. And that's when I was kind of watching but then she went and sat at the table. She wasn't purchasing anything which that's kind of our policy so we let them a little bit. And then I noticed that she kind of like was like waving her hands and like just wasn't acknowledging anybody. She moved to the conference room like about like 10 minutes later. She still didn't purchase anything so then I went to go like let her know like hey, you know, you have to purchase something. Go up to her and let her know she wasn't acknowledging me. All she did was have her hands down like moving her hands around, had her head down. She She said something like I just want to see like my daughter or something. And then I was like okay. She She just wasn't like acknowledging me at all. So then I just like left and then that's how I called you guys. Okay. How many times did you ask her to leave? Uh like once. As the officer got a statement from the manager, other cops were outside still dealing with the suspect. She started talking about pronouns and transitioning and it seemed to calm her down as she was transported to jail. Do you know who Caitlyn Jenner is? Caitlyn Jenner? Yes. Uh not really. You don't know who that is? No. Is that uh uh Caitlyn Jenner? Is that uh uh Mr. Bruce Jenner who transitioned? Can you sit back, please? Lean back. You're fine. That's all I need. So you know who that is. Okay. Well, I asked. Well, I asked. I don't know him personally. I don't know her personally. I you know You know what? Okay. Are you saying you're transitioning? No, I I'm saying I know him and yes. Her, it's a her now, right? I'm just asking. I don't know. That may be a difference and that may be a reason why we're having difficulty identifying you. I'm like California on beats. So California, okay. What am I being indicted on? I can't speak for California. Well, if somebody asked you if you ask me the question, I'll answer it. This is not an argument. I can explain it to you. Okay. I can explain You asked me a question and I'm going to answer it for you. Okay, there's no argument. I'm not going to argue with you. The suspect, whose pronouns were still unclear, was taken to jail and charged with criminal trespassing and resisting arrest. On December 19th, 2025, the cops were dispatched to a residence after reports of domestic violence. As they made their way there, they spotted the suspect driving away from the scene so they initiated a traffic stop. Put one hand on the rail. Step out. Step out of the vehicle. Step out of the vehicle. I'll explain it to you. I want to talk to your supervisor. I am the supervisor. For what? Turn around, put your hands up. For what? FOR WHAT? WHAT DID I DO? I'm not playing with you. Put your hands behind your What did I do? I don't know what I did wrong. I'll explain it to you in a minute but this isn't the way you think things go. I'm not doing anything. I'm not DOING THIS TODAY. YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASED. FOR WHAT? YOU'RE GOING to get The suspect did something the moment he refused to get out of the vehicle and put his hands behind his back. Even if he thought that he hadn't committed a crime, if he wanted to dispute the charges, he could do so in court and not on the side of the road. You're under arrest. For what? Hey, stop it off. I didn't do nothing wrong. I I think he's got the cuffs. GRAB THE CUFFS. FIGHT IT. FOR WHAT? STOP. Knock it off. Stop it. Get the body camera. GET THAT STOP. FIGHT IT. THEY'RE ON IT. I'M NOT THEY'RE UP AGAINST YOU'RE NOT UNDER ARREST RIGHT NOW BUT you're going TO BE. YOU GUYS DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THE [ __ ] HAPPENED. Arrest for what? For what? The cops are on bro. Put your right hand over. I can't. You guys have them. Are you stupid? Stupid. You guys over here about my mom, huh? About my mom. Is that why you guys are here? What she tell you? If anything, he should wish that the officers' body cams weren't on because the footage would be showing the opposite of what he'd hoped. By scuffling with the cops, the only thing he accomplished was getting an additional charge for resisting [music] arrest. Do I got to show you guys the video of her bothering me? Calm down for what? I'm I was going to get my You guys don't know [ __ ] It's always my Oh, just take me. I want to go. I want TO GO. YOU GUYS CAN HEAR ME SAY I WANT TO GO. I'M DONE with this I I don't want to do this no more. I'm done. I don't want to do this Arrest me. I'm done with This is for I I'm glad you guys are taping me. The cops were more than happy to grant the man's wish. He was taken to a nearby squad car and they searched the man before he was placed in the backseat. Initially, all the cops wanted to do was talk to him but he couldn't drop his ego and cooperate with them. Threaten me. Tell me you're going to break my wrist. Guys Break my wrist. I want you guys to. If you would do what you're told. Do what I'm told. I told you to step out of the vehicle and you didn't do it. You walked up to me all tense acting like I was going to do something to you, bro. I had my I told I turned the keys off. I put my hands on the steering wheel. I put my hands out the god damn window and you're like, "Get out the car." >> [music] >> I'm like, "Why? What did I do?" You had no reason to detain me right away. You had no reason what That's not true. Oh, then what's the reason? What's the reason? >> you to. We're investigating reason, bro. That's not a reason. We're investigating We're investigating a domestic Okay. >> Just I want to talk to him. As the man was furious with the arresting officer, a supervisor took over to continue the questioning. The suspect stated that his family had been through hard times recently and that sometimes things would get volatile. Long story short, my dad's getting involved, my sister's chiming in. They're all ganging up on me and they're not they're freaking out. So, I'm freaking out. So, it's getting chaotic. Everyone's screaming, yelling at me, telling me why the aren't you downstairs cooking your food? You don't got to like I had like three pieces of chicken done and cooked on the stove. Why I don't understand why people are coming up to me now. Chicken Chicken assault. Chicken battery. There's no We don't have any charges on him. We don't have any charges on him. There's something there and there's charges on him there from the house where I obstructed. We should just said she's going to charge him with domestic. I mean, yeah. He He threw a piece of chicken at her. There's a chicken stain. He chucked chicken at her? >> [snorts] >> Well, I guess she tried when she went to go climb call 911, he took her phone, too. So. He's not supposed to be at the house. Even when using a chicken drumstick, assault is still assault. They might have been willing to take it easy on him, but due to his aggressive behavior, by now it seemed out of the question. Before continuing talking to the man, they read him his Miranda rights.
