reason security staff at El Hefe also stated that officer Romo became aggressive and began yelling at them it is reported he was also removed from the third bar he tried entering before officers Wall Township New Jersey the trooper insists that he is not intoxicated attributing his condition to Anesthesia from a recent prostate surgery he claims to have Hospital paperwork and says he is simply trying to get home a witness however describes his erratic Behavior his uniform is inside out he attempts to offer money to settle the situation and a weapon is visibly on him how we doing I am rescue 1068 102 this is Officer Mindy Cardwell from the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office on December 13th 2024 officer Cardwell conducted a routine traffic stop the stop began with her approaching the driver Jason Arrington and requesting his driver's license proof of insurance and other documents the reason for the Stop was that Arrington had allegedly run a red light while he insisted that the light was yellow when he crossed officer Cardwell stated that it had turned red before he entered the intersection watch what officer Cardwell is about to do lower your windows all of them what's up my man hey we got a Val driver's license proof of insurance all that good stuff he blew that uh red light the light was yellow and turn red while when I did it was red when you blew it was yellow okay immediately called for medical assistance and along with other officers applied a tourniquet while reassuring him an internal investigation later found her negligent in handling the firearm leading to
