You were here that night, right? Like three of y'all. Remember it was three of y'all idiots. >> I guess I don't know. We don't go in there. What? >> For what? >> Last chance. Step out of the vehicle. >> All right. Time to go. >> Hold on. >> A home should be a place where people can relax and unwind in peace. But sometimes the neighbors make it difficult. And when the HOA fails to keep these pesky neighbors at bay, we all get to see what happens when cops confront nightmare neighbors after 911 calls. >> You don't give a about what's going on right now. You're just doing your job. You going to let them sit over there free? Well, we can't. I do care. >> We can't go have a seat. >> No, because y'all got >> cuz we have to keep you guys all separated. >> Here's why getting drunk and playing with firearms is never a good idea. On December 23rd, 2024, the cops were dispatched to a residence. Apparently, shots have been fired from the house next door. When the officers arrived, the scene was chaotic. >> Where3 traffic. >> Come out now. Come out now. Come out now. Come out. Come out. Come out. Face away from me. Face away from me. >> Come over here. Come over here. Come over. Come over here. Turn around. Turn around. Turn around. >> Okay. >> Did somebody get shot? >> Shut up. Did somebody get shot here? >> I didn't get hit. >> No shooting. Just a 22 at this time. miss. Miss, come here. I'm here. >> Stand over here for me. Okay. >> Hey, stay out of the house, >> bro. Stay out of the house. If I have to come get you, there's going to be a problem. >> Okay. I know, but I don't know that. And I'm trying to figure it out. and you're walking back in the house, so I needed to relax. >> Go front, please. >> Go front. >> The cops did their best to separate the two parties. The man in the black shirt, who came out with his hands up, and the woman in the bright dress, appear to be a couple. The two in tank tops, another man and woman, seemed to live together as well. It appeared the primary suspect in the case was the man who'd come out with his hands up. Listen, >> I fired a warning shot. I did, in the ground. This man is drunk. I had the gun on me already to begin with. I carry I got a license to carry. be drunk. Him and his girlfriend yesterday was already fighting. They came baming on the door talking about is she in here? This man be drunk to the point of damn near trying to damn near steamroll over a mother. I had him to try to stone your room. >> No, that's my neighbor. >> Yes, I do. And we don't want to be involved, but they're always constantly dragging us into their drama. >> Girl, you just had no He's a legal gun owner. And so am I. We're both registered. >> Hey, you guys. Ma'am, she she >> Okay. Yeah. No, I want to talk to her. Ma'am, come over here. Come over here. Let me talk to you over here. >> That man just shut down the front of >> here. Hey. >> Hey. Let's go over here. >> Let's just go over here to my car. Okay. >> Just go over here to my car right now. >> He doesn't listen. >> All right. Give me one second. All right. Yes. >> The cops took note that the woman in the white tank top was extremely agitated and was taking things out by shouting at the other couple. She said when the suspect fired his weapon, he'd only fired it at the ground. The suspect's partner explained things further. >> This morning we were coming home. >> They were arguing between the two of them. >> Yes. And they tried they knocked on our door trying to drag us into it. This morning we were like, "Hey, you know, last night was a little crazy and they were getting upset because we were saying something about it. He stepped in my man's face and right here in the doorstep and he was like that you I need you to move. I need you to move, Steve. Get out of my face. And he was like, "What you going to do if I don't? And what you going to do if I don't get your go inside?" He started acting just real belligerent. >> So where where did the gun come into play? You said you were in an argument. Then what happened? >> And he wouldn't move. He was being threatening and he said, "No, I what you going to do if I don't?" And he was like, "Move, move." And then he after so many back and forths, he pulled it out of his ways and said, "I'm going to need you to move." And he didn't. And no one got shot eventually. He just got so upset and he walked away. Then he started walking back. It was just >> Okay. When did they going to go off? >> When he started walking back >> and what did >> and it went somewhere over there. >> Slowly but surely, the cops were getting their facts together and it appeared the suspect might have fired his gun to protect himself and his wife. Additionally, the other couple was getting more and more agitated, angry at the cops for not immediately arresting the man. They didn't seem to understand that as far as the investigation went, there was a lot more to unpack. >> You don't give a about what's going on right now. You're just doing your job. You going to let them sit over there freely. But we can't do we can't go have a seat. >> No. >> Why? Because y'all got to keep you guys all separated already. Y'all see that we got recent calls previously over and over fighting each other. I haven't done that. >> But guess what? We're still together. Y'all say we don't belong together. How about the movie Mr. and Mrs. Smith? Why they make Why they make certain movies? It makes our moose for different >> We ain't leave each other though. >> Yeah. >> And we love each other. >> I'm sure you guys do. >> Absolutely. >> The woman continued arguing with the officers. She was demanding the cops get her a drink out of the refrigerator and had no understanding that they couldn't go in the house as it was clearly a crime scene. The officers then talked to the suspect. >> Yeah, it's it's it's on the couch. >> He wanted to blow it out of No, she wants to blow it out of the >> Oh, no. You how you going to sit here and let him talk to me like this? So this trunk want to get out hostile etc. We trying to go in the house bro. You want to keep reaching to my house. This man be drunk enough to the point that he don't be know what going on around here. >> This man I seen this man out here fighting get hit with a brick in his head. Get right up off the goddamn floor. Still ready to fight somebody. >> Damn. >> Right there. >> Right there. And the brick that's out there. Go look. It's a brick over there. Okay. >> So, what let's let's lead up to today. I got the back story. What happened yesterday, but what happened today? >> Today, the same thing. Like I said, man, him trying to get into a house, trying to get around us, etc., bro, I >> to your house with my house. The door open. >> Uhhuh. >> The door open, bro. >> Did he say why he was trying to get into your house? >> He He Babe, whatever it is, bro. Don't hyped him up on is what he's hyped up on. >> Okay. All right. At what point did a firearm get used in this? When I'm trying to get into my house and he trying to turn me around. >> You're trying to get into your house. >> You were standing outside? >> No, I'm Yeah, I'm outside trying to go inside with the keys. With the keys trying to get >> And he's already in your house. >> No, he's not in the house. We all outside. Everybody's standing outside. [music] >> Okay. >> Everybody was already outside. Nobody came to nobody's door to knock on nobody door, nothing. We were just coming back. They were outside. >> Okay. The cops were somewhat convinced that he'd shot the gun in self-defense, which if the man had a license, was perfectly legal. As they discussed taking his handcuffs off, another issue popped up. The woman in the white tank top got agitated because the other woman was standing in front of her door. >> He's moving right now. >> You so tough in front of the cops. I want you to keep that same energy when they leave cuz you know I will I will >> dirty. Let me talk about that dirty. No, stay on your side over there. >> Go back to the sidewalk. >> Let me see. Let's get real now since y'all want to play. >> Come on. Let's go back to the sidewalk, man. >> Dirty. Look at your socks. >> Look at him officer. Look at her. Dirty. You don't even >> ma'am. Come on. >> I'm baldheaded. I got longer hair than you. >> No. No. No. No. No. We're not doing that. Come on. >> You want to talk in front of the [ __ ] right, Shir? I will I will ball you up in the chicken wing for real. >> You know that and you just needed me all these days you expect to be my friend so you should come over and cook >> when you ain't had no electricity. >> The cops warned the woman that if she kept up her childish behavior and kept screaming at her neighbor, they were going to put her in handcuffs. That idea didn't seem to phase her as she continued taunting the officers and told them to place her in handcuffs. >> We need water cuz we out here. The police out here. They can't give us no water. >> I'm sorry. One of you guys is going in cuffs. Okay, come on. Let me see your hands. >> Nope. Let me see your hands cuz you're the You're the one that's been loudest out here. Okay. >> I didn't do anything. >> I gave you one warning. That's >> I didn't do anything. >> I gave you one warning. Let me see your other hand. >> I didn't do anything. >> I didn't do anything. >> I gave you a warning, didn't I? >> We gave you multiple warnings. >> What did I do? >> Come on. Let's go. You're going to go in the car. I'm trying to come with her. >> I do. I didn't do nothing wrong. >> You got her. >> Y'all y'all choose your battles, right? Like, choose your battles wrong. I didn't do nothing. >> It's a 66 m. We're not going to go. >> The cops handcuffed the woman in the white tank top, placed her in the back of a cruiser, and she was taken to jail. Unsurprisingly, both she and her boyfriend put up a fight about it, claiming she was innocent. And as she arrived at the jail house, she started really acting out. >> Come on, stand up. >> I don't want to stand up. >> Okay, cool. >> Grab another grab. >> Hey, y'all got the camera, right? >> Yes. >> Get the off of me like this. >> You're going to get ANOTHER CHARGE. >> I DON'T GIVE A Call a woman. I WANT A WOMAN PRISON. >> CALL a woman. YOU'RE NOT GOING TO DRAG ME LIKE THIS. >> WHAT? AND EXACTLY. >> Just to see what's going on. >> You're not going to drag me. Grab my leg like that. >> You do not want us to put your hand our hands on go inside. >> How? >> Said what? >> How can I go in there? >> Well, you could have said don't walk. >> How can I go in there? You just dragged me. >> Okay. So, stand up. >> Don't touch me. You percept. DON'T TOUCH ME. DON'T. I SAID YOU OFFICER. PLEASE DON'T LET HIM TOUCH. [laughter] Don't touch me. >> Oh, you're breaking my arm. >> Then stand up. Stand up. >> Get your hand in my neck without even choking me. >> Are you going to stand up? Face >> you. LET ME GIVE ME A CHIN. >> Face that way. Face that way. >> GIVE ME A CHIN. RUN YOURSELF. You keep dropping yourself. Come on. Breaking my >> After being placed in the cell, she ended up kicking an officer. They charged the woman with assault, battery on law enforcement, and disorderly intoxication. On the 12th of May 2025, the cops responded to a neighborhood. Apparently, a woman named Jean saw a man walking around with a baseball bat and he was making threats to multiple neighbors. Apparently, the man was also making racist comments. >> So, what are you seeing or hear happen? >> I heard the bangs. >> Okay. >> When I right after I seen him come down here with the baseball bat >> and who I heard the bangs on the house. >> Okay. >> And that's all I know him. >> Okay. You saw him walking down with baseball bat? >> Yeah. and he's standing out here bouncing off calling him filthy names and blowing off. And after he banged his house, after I heard the bangs on his house, uh I seen him backing off, walking, mouththing off at him and stuff. And this guy, the one in the the black Escalade, he was uh he drove off. >> Mhm. >> As he was walking down the street cussing and raising hell at him and all the crap that he was saying. And he he he went out. I don't know where he went. I don't know if he went out or around. And then when I seen y'all a while ago and he's saying, "Oh, the camera over there." And I guess maybe they don't want to get involved. >> The witness here, Jean, said the man said, "I'm going to kill you." to one of the neighbors. It was clearly a direct threat, and the cops took it seriously. One of the other neighbors pointed to the man's house and told the cops they should have arrested the man for a previous incident last week. Eventually, the cops identified the man and made contact with him. Hey D man, come here. What's going on? >> I don't got nothing to say. >> All right. All right. >> Yeah. Do something. I'm not being detained >> for what? >> Yes. Investigating something right now. Okay. >> For what? >> You got your ID with you? >> No. >> Okay. >> What? Am I being detained for what? >> Yes. >> For what? >> We are investigating a crime right now. >> What crime? >> Okay. Well, >> what crime? I'm asking you a question. What crime? working on that right now. But you are being detained right now for what? You're not free to leave. >> Where we going? >> Y'all, my dog. >> All right. D E A N D R E. >> Okay. Well, I need you to spell it for me. Okay. That's it. What >> is there a hyphen in it? >> What? The white man down there pointed a gun at me. Okay, if y'all got any more questions, I don't got nothing else to say. >> What's your birthday? >> 1206 2001. He pointed a gun at me and called the police. If you got anything that say, ask him because I bet you there's witnesses down there that say he pointed a gun at me. >> Okay, the gun's illegal. The gun that he has is illegal. It's an AR. It's illegal. >> DeAndre aka D was immediately combative and argumentative. D claimed that a man in the neighborhood, Dakota, had pointed an illegal firearm at him, which might explain why he was destroying people's houses with a baseball bat. >> Ask you some specific questions. Before I ask you, I'm going to review your rights. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say cannot be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present with you while you're being questioned. Cannot afford to hire a lawyer. One will be appointed to represent you. You can decide at any time exercise these rights and not answer any not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand each of these rights as I've explained them to you? Having these rights remind you what should you talk to me now? >> What do you have to ask >> about the incident between you and Dakota? >> He pointed the gun at me. >> How do we get to there? >> I drove by his house. >> Did you run your engine? >> No. >> Okay. So, multiple people are lying. Okay. What made you come back down the street at the back? >> Pointed a gun at me. Tried to physically assault me with a [ __ ] gun. >> Okay. So, how did you get there? >> How did we get there? Um, he decided that it was a good idea for him to go out and try to my girlfriend on a regular basis. He then decides after I come to get all my stuff to point a gun at me and now we're here. >> Where's your stuff? I already got my stuff. >> But his stuff was in your your stuff was in his house. >> It It was on his porch. Yes. Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. So, you came home today, revved your engine by his house. >> Did you ever tell him that you wanted to fight? You were calling him, telling him to come outside? >> No. >> D refused to answer any more questions. It was clear to the cops that he was the aggressor, and Dakota probably pulled the gun out for his protection. Also, he refused to tell the cops where the bat was and said he was just driving by his neighbor's house when they pointed the gun at him. Go ahead and put him in the back. Let's go ahead and put together right >> for what? >> For what? And I don't understand where I'm being for. >> I'm a mist aggravated assault. >> Aggravated assault on who? I didn't assault anybody. >> Yeah, he didn't assault anybody. I didn't assault anybody. I didn't touch anybody. >> That's not what assault is. >> What did I do? This man verbally attacked me multiple times. He punched me in a handcuff. >> That's crazy. >> Also, I think the bat's back up there in a bin. >> All right. >> You said you didn't assault him. >> No, he didn't assault nobody. >> Did you witness this? >> So, yeah. I mean, the only thing he >> All right. [cough] No, he just walked down there after he pointed a gun at us. >> Mhm. >> I mean, he didn't hit nobody. I got him. I said, "Come on, D. Come back. It ain't worth it." He didn't hit nobody. >> It says, "Aggravated assault is a more serious form of assault typically defined as an attack causing seriously bodily injury involving the use of a deadly weapon." >> Assault is a threat battery is touching. It says here >> assault is if I said I was going to kill you as I had a gun in my hand. Aggravated is the weapon involved, i.e. the bat. >> D's friend looked the charges up trying to prove the officers wrong. However, that didn't get him very far in defending his friend. The man then went on a rambling tangent which didn't answer any of the officer's questions. However, the officer promised the man she'd give his phone number to D later. To >> make y'all feel good. to make y'all feel good on the inside. >> But you know what's wonder what I had to talk to y'all about? I didn't do anything to this man. This man came outside and pointed a gun at me and you guys just arrested me. Like that's crazy. >> You're saying that you were out there with a bat whacking at his home. >> No. Hell no. >> All your neighbors are lying. >> Okay. All right. I was whacking that. >> Okay. straight. I feel like that. >> You got to call the police and use a You a >> You going to try to fight me, come out with a gun, then they call the police. >> Let's go. [ __ ] >> Or what? Or what? Or what? Or what is what I feel like. Y'all take these handcuffs [music] off. Believe that. Y'all take these handcuffs off. Everybody so mother tough, right? Man, I ain't resisting, bro. Anything in your pocket is going to stick to poke me, >> man. I ain't want to ask no questions. >> After searching the man, he was driven to jail and he was charged with aggravated assault. On April 22nd, 2023, the cops were dispatched to a residence due to a possible domestic disturbance. When the officers arrived, they were met by a very agitated man named Daniel. >> Hello. How y'all doing? >> What's going on? Y'all everybody all right? >> Yeah. >> You all right, sir? >> You okay? >> I'm good. >> He's leaving. >> Okay. >> Hang on. Hang on before you leave. I I need to talk to you before you leave. >> Where you from? >> Huh? >> Where you from? I'm from here. >> From where? You trying to count me? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. And what am I doing? >> I don't know. That's what I'm trying to You can't leave. >> Don't. >> Does he have any weapons in there? >> Please don't. Danny, don't do this. >> Hang on. Don't leave. >> Don't do this. Please put the thing down. Please. >> Give me traffic for a minute. Central Florida tag 6 boy Henry George Sam 6BHGS turned back to a gray Nissan Frontier male subject trying to leave. The man was clearly going to be difficult. So while he waited for backup to arrive, the officer stood behind the truck. In doing so, Daniel couldn't flee the scene without hitting the officer and racking up another charge. As the officer waited, the man got increasingly agitated and was blasting music full blast from the truck. Hey. Hey, Snow. Snow, come here real quick. What's up, boy? >> I know that ain't you, >> Scott. Hey, Snow. >> What's up? >> Hey, you change your name tag, bud? >> I didn't change my name tag. >> Why' you change your name tag? >> What do you mean? >> I didn't change my name tag. >> Listen, bro. I not playing. They're >> Huh? >> They're Indians. >> What? >> They're Indians. >> What are They're in here. >> Who? >> They're Indians. They are Indians. What's going on, man? >> What's up, man? >> What's your location? I've been there for a few days and I don't know. >> What's his What's his name? >> Daniel. >> Hey, >> Daniel. What's up? >> Didn't you work for Charlotte? >> Yeah. >> You work for Charlotte? >> Yeah. >> No. >> Charlotte uniform. >> This is our new We just got him. We just got him. >> Look, I'm being >> Daniel. What's up? >> Yes, it is. >> According to his girlfriend, the man had been getting drunk for days on end. It was unclear whatever else he'd been taking, but his girlfriend was scared for her safety. >> I'm not talking to nobody. Why would I >> Why would I talk? >> Turn it down. What do you want? [clears throat] >> Turn it down. So anyway, >> Daniel, >> there's meant some inconsistenc. And then he comes here this morning because he wanted to talk, which I didn't feel anything was wrong. He comes here and this is it. And I instantly told him to leave and then I thought he was going to bump into my car and that's it. And my friend called down the street cuz she knew saw his car and it was really loud and here we are. >> There's no fight. There's no escalating. I asked him to leave and then this is what I got. Nothing's a mess between the two of you. [laughter] But I'm not hurting. But just kind of like what I thought. >> As the woman explained things, the cop got a little insight about Daniel's behavior before they' arrived. It was a good thing the woman had a neighbor looking out for her because the way he was acting, he likely could have harmed her. >> Bro, you were here that night. All right. You were here that night. Remember it was three of y'all idiots. Oh, I do not. >> Back up. Back up. >> You're white, aren't you? Are you snow white or white snow? Which one are you? >> I'm just snow. >> No, you're white. >> Snow was the skinny one. Don't try me, bro. I'm not a idiot, bro. I got in my mind, bro. Get out of my face. >> Do you do you allow him in your house? >> Do you allow him in your house? >> No. Hey, don't go in that house. Don't go in that house. Don't go in that house. Don't. She don't want you to go in there. >> She don't want you to go in there. >> That's what I thought then. That's what I thought. Get out my face. >> Touch me. Touch me. >> You know what? Get in your car, bro. That's what you going to do. What you going to wait for? What you going to wait for? They going to pull up on you. >> They're going to come get you, bro. >> No. They going to come get you. They coming to get you, bro. Don't be scared. Tighten up now, bro. Now's the real moment, bro. Say it with your chest, bro. >> Say it with your chest, bro. Say it with your chest, bro. >> Say with your chest, bro. >> I don't even know what you're saying. I will destroy you, bro. I was going to look at you. >> It must have been the longest wait of the officer's life. It was getting increasingly difficult to keep control of the man. As in his drunken state, he was getting more agitated, refused to obey lawful orders, and even tried to run into his ex's house. >> I got to get him cuffed. >> Okay. >> For disconc. >> Hey, what's up, man? What's going on? >> What's up, bud? >> All right, so here's the deal. Right now, you're going to be detained. >> No. For what? >> Stop, bro. >> Stop. Get off of me, brother. Listen. Get off of me, bro. >> Chill, bro. >> Chill. Get off of me, bro. >> Get off of me, bro. Get them off of me. >> Stop. >> Get them off of me. >> You're going to go to the ground if you don't stop. >> You still got his one arm. >> No, he's got a back underneath. >> All right. Listen, I'm very >> Are you going to [laughter] put your hand behind your back or we got to do this? You guys are good. Just hold for a second. Yeah, just hold off for a second. Are you going to calm down? Put your hand behind your back, boss. We got another unit coming. Get >> off of me, bro. >> All right. Come on, man. >> Just put your hands behind your back. >> Get off me, man. >> Just put your hands behind your back. >> No. For what? >> Cuz you're going to just make it worse at this point, man. Just make it worse at this point. >> It's him, bro. It's him. >> We're going to do the other one like that unless you put it behind your back, man. So, put the other one behind your back. >> Oh, sorry about that. You're good. You're good. Well done, man. What? Why you throw my damn mind? >> Well, you weren't listening to us, man. We tried to give you every opportunity. >> Thankfully, the bystanders helped secure the man in handcuffs because due to how big Daniel was, it would have been extremely difficult without them. Next, they talked to the ex-girlfriend again, trying to piece together why he was acting that way. >> All right, go ahead. >> So, we've been broken up for some time now. He's um I hadn't talked to him the week. the last 3 days he's been calling me and saying stuff that has not even remotely made since he's there paranoid. Um he's it's coming to be his sister's anniversary. It's his nephew's birthday yesterday, but they deceased. So, he's in he's out of there. Um he came back. He wanted to talk last night. I did go to his house. He was kind of like this. So, I retreated cuz there's been some domestic issues in the past. Um but he's been asking for help with drugs. I believe he's been been back. He's been fine since he got out of jail until this week. Then he came here this morning, wanted to talk, wanted to go to breakfast. He seemed okay. I said, "I'll meet you." And then all of a sudden, he pulled up just kind of like you. And then he backed up and then he moved in again, so I can't leave. Came in, you know, kind of walked in the house. I, you know, just like this. I woke up and I said, "I thought we were going to breakfast." And then he came literally in my face. That's when he did that. I instantly called my friend. We had [snorts] a covert and that's how you got here. and he [clears throat] kind of pinned me in that corner. Um, I did have coffee, hot coffee, and I was like, "Okay, this is my only thing I get because he was going off and it wasn't he was just pacing, >> pacing, pacing, pacing, sweating, [clears throat] sweating, sweating, and just paranoia. You know, I know you're just things that doesn't even make sense." >> In the end, he wound up with a slew of charges, including battery on an officer, controlled substance possession, possessing drug paraphernalia, resisting an officer with violence, and disorderly conduct. On May 15th, 2024, the cops responded to a residence. Apparently, a man named Stanton had called in about his neighbor, Chris Ward, who had thrown dog feces in the yard, disrupting a party full of kids. He was also disturbing the peace with some other non- neighborly acts. >> Hey, what's going on, man? >> Hey, I'm Stanton. >> Doug Matics, how you doing? >> Good. And Mr. Ward here. >> Okay. As high as can be. He uh he came home. His music's real loud. We're having pool party style. 8-year-old little league party here. >> Yeah. >> He pulls into my grass. Super loud music. Bizarre. They didn't have a kid here. Playing real loud. Then he backs up. We have no beef. Like I mean, >> right. >> Backs up. He's at music. Then he comes over. I mean, acting strange. Know his name. We then watch him. He goes to all the cars here and tries to open everybody's car door. >> Okay. >> Talking out of his mind. He then keeps coming up to our fence and talking like on our property talking. He then walks up, has a huge dog of ba bag of dog poop, chunks it right in the middle of where everybody are. >> Yeah. I mean, like just huge things like just splatters all over. >> Two bags. One didn't make it and then one went over the fence and he's just like And he was shooting birds at us, too. >> Back and forth, shooting birds. >> And he keeps walking up and down to everybody's car here. He comes in our yard. Um >> I can tell you this is not the first time I've noticed behavior like this. One of my other neighbors noticed he was really high one time and he had a gun in his lap one time when he saw him driving. So, um, so obviously I was I was hoping he just went inside and slept it off, but when he threw the dog and, uh, then when he uh, you know, he keeps coming back, like, don't feel like we have a choice for our safety. >> Stanton explained to the officers that he was an attorney. When they asked the man if he wanted to prosecute Chris, he said that he had felt threatened and that what Chris had done was clearly assault, but he would still have to wake up and see him every day given that they were neighbors. The officer then knocked on Chris's door and tried to make contact with him. >> Sheriff's office, Mr. Ward, come to the door. >> I thought about it. I do want to press charges. >> Yeah, we got to get him to the door now. So, he's not answering. >> Is that the bag of poop right there on the fence? Yeah, that was the first one he threw and the second one landed right by that post that he's leaning on. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. That's not cool at all. So, he's not the XACCCPD Chris Ward. >> No, no, he owns or that has a janitorial company. >> Yeah, I do. I mean, if you're singing words and stuff, but you throw off a kids party like >> Yeah, >> I think you need to go. >> Oh, yeah. Simple. There's a light on down here. There's a light on down here. >> Ultimately, Stanton decided to press charges against the man. It was probably the right thing to do because with only a warning, something like this was bound to happen again. Shortly after, the cop was finally able to make contact with him. >> Hey, man. You missed the war? >> Yep. >> Hey, what's going on, man? >> No. What's up? >> We got some neighbors saying that you're uh throwing poop over there and having to in my yard. >> Who's doing what now? >> They were in my yard. >> You're under arrest. Turn around. Put your hands back. >> I mean, what? >> You're under arrest. Give me hands. >> Oh, for what? >> Simple assault. >> Here, you need to move that way. I can't grab this. >> For what? >> What the Hold on. Hold on. I got this. >> What the for? >> What's for? >> Simple assault. >> I ain't >> Hey, you need to relax. You understand? >> You ain't got >> I mean, goddamn. >> She ain't moving on. >> Well, I'm under arrest for >> simple assault. I ain't assaulted. I'm not assaulted. >> Okay. >> No, I ain't assaulted nothing. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> No, I ain't putting behind nothing cuz I ain't assaulted nothing. Watch out. >> WHAT AM I ASSAULTED? >> WHAT AM I ASSAULTED? TELL ME WHAT HAVE I. >> YEAH, MOTHER. YEAH. WHAT HAVE I WHAT HAVE I SALTED? NO. NO. NO. NO. YEAH. Y'ALL GOT ME. YEAH. YEAH. >> ON THE GROUND. >> YEAH. I AIN'T ON cuz I am the safest on theing ground. >> Yeah. >> On the ground. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> I ain't got what I got. >> By that point, the cops were past the point of explaining things to him or trying to reason with him at all. They pulled Chris away from his house and got him on the ground, but he continued resisting and shouting racial slurs at the officers, which only made things worse. The struggle continued for a while till they finally detained him. >> Give me this hand. I ain't giving you cuz I ain't done. I ain't done. I ain't done nothing. Y'all came the mother. No. Squeeze. Squeeze. Squeeze. Squeeze. Squeeze. Squeeze. Squeeze. Squeeze. SQUEEZE. YOU DON'T COVER MOTHER. You >> Let's get >> Let's get Let's get Let's get By. [snorts] >> Let's get him. I got I ain't resisting. I ain't done. >> You ain't resisting. >> No. >> You said you weren't going to do anything. That's resisting. >> I ain't do. >> Yeah, you did. >> Y'all tried to manhandle me. >> Nobody manhandled you. And you said no up. >> Look at the video. >> Okay. I got a video on my body. >> Oh. >> Yep. >> Bullsh. >> Yeah. >> Chris said he was innocent and he continued resisting arrest. Little did he know that his resistance would just lead to more charges. They eventually stood the man up and took him to a squad car. And at that point, things only intensified. >> Come on. Let's go. Let's go. >> Let's go. >> Yeah. Two. Chewy. Yeah. Get the >> Come on, Johnny. Come on. [screaming] >> The two of you mothers. >> Yeah. Yeah. Get it. >> All right. Hold on. We can't leave him like that. Not on the stomach. >> Hey, sit up, bud. Can I sit up? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. Listen. It's over. [ __ ] It's over. >> Can you loosen my hand quick? >> I will. You chill out. >> Yeah. Chill out. >> Turn around. All right. Sit in there. >> Dude, I was He'sing high as he didn't feel any pressure. >> 142. >> Almost broke his arm. Once he was secured in the squad car, all of Chris's neighbors erupted in applause. Everyone, of course, was grateful the cops were there. Chris, on the other hand, was a little less grateful, which wasn't a surprise. >> I mean, man, I don't trust you, man. All these all this going on to him. You think I'm going to talk? I mean, but I don't even know what I did. I opened the door and y'alling hit me. What the [ __ ] daddy let their dog his dog and other neighbors dog poop in mying yard below where y'all harass me and I gladly picked it up with the neighborhooding poop bag and gladly delivered it back into theiring yard. And y'all did that in my yard and I ain't do but open the door. Come on, man. >> 50-year-old Chris Ward was arrested and charged with simple assault and multiple counts of resisting arrest. A few weeks later, he was also charged with aggravated assault and burglary during a different incident. For this arrest, he spent two months in jail. Here's why you don't harbor criminals in your home. On August 12th, 2024, the cops responded to a neighborhood after getting reports of a woman identified as Elizabeth hiding a criminal in her house. And when the woman got caught, all hell broke loose. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> What's going on? >> What's going on? >> Interested. For >> the first time ever, my mouth shut, you guys. You guys pieces of >> Okay. Do you want to provide a statement or anything? >> Yeah. You guys are and you should all >> Were you aware of the order between you guys? >> Yeah, the order that you guys put on there that I've been trying to get out for 10 years. Yeah, I'm aware of that bull. >> Okay. >> You know, I have the worst I've ever done. Like I hope you all get shot in the night. Every last one of you. I hate >> I'm not going to go anywhere near him. I know the rules. >> Well, you're going in his direction. >> I can go wherever the [ __ ] I want TO FREAK HYDRATE. GET ME. Don't arrest me from my daughter, dude. >> That's your choice. >> No, it's yours. >> Yeah. All you have to do is go inside and walk away. >> That's my husband. YOU JUST UP MY ENTIRE LIFE. DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT? WHY THE DIDN'T you run? I bought you all kinds of time. >> Is he trying to get in? >> Yeah. I wanted him to run, dude. We're We're going on vacation right now. We're leaving for vacation. My boyfriend Colombian daughter's right there. We're going on vacation. Like when we would have been here. How would you like if she shut up with your with you? Why would it ruin your vacation? >> No contact. if against your will that you've gone to court multiple times to get rid of and they just won't do it because they're stupid. Do you understand that you're ruining our life? >> Apparently, by being together, the woman and her husband had violated a protective order. While the man could have left since the woman claimed she'd been buying him time, he refused to go. Also, it seemed like these two had made amends with each other as they were apparently leaving on vacation. >> I love you. I'm so sorry, Justin. I will MAKE SURE THAT JUSTIN PAYS FOR THIS WITH his life. I hate you. Okay. >> I hope you I hope each one of you get shot and in the head so neither one of you get to go home and be your wife either or your kids. If I could shoot you myself, I would. Hey, >> can he say goodbye to his daughter? >> No kid. >> Cuz you're acting like that. You're going to make it worse for her. >> Give her dad a hug. >> No. Please. >> No. You You of your behavior. >> Yeah. >> Your behavior. >> No. It's too late like that. >> You're not going to threaten our lives. Call us racist remarks and then ask us for a favor. >> No. after we're protecting an order that protects you. >> It doesn't protect me. >> It does. And I'm not going to argue with you, but no, you she cannot see him right now. >> Can we bounce? I don't think she's going to. >> We're ready to go. >> Yeah, let's just go. >> You want me to take him up there? >> We have him. He's going back. Okay. >> She doesn't want to do anything. >> Okay. [screaming] >> I HOPE YOU'RE ALL HAPPY. I'LL FEEL REAL GOOD INSIDE. Get the off my street. >> God. >> After the cops endured her abusive rants for a few more minutes, they decided it was probably best to leave and let her get on with her day. However, after the officers left, they got some calls from the neighbors saying she was again making threats. >> The neighbor is over there currently, correct? >> Yep. Uh would you be willing to uh aid in prosecution if we can develop uh some sort of criminal threats from this? >> Yep. >> Okay. >> Um what is she saying to you? >> She told me that she's going to shoot me in my head, that her gun is on her way down here, she's going to set my house on fire, that I'm dead to her, she will say this is everything. Like she's called me several times. >> Okay. Um how does that make you feel? What how are you feeling right now? I'm one scared for my life because I'm being threatened to be killed. Okay. And two, I own my home and so her threatening to damage my property is really >> So you believe that there is potential credibility to her threat? >> Yes, I do. >> I do. >> Is she armed with anything right now or >> She's outside calling somebody else to be with somebody else. >> Are you and your family safe inside right now? >> Huh? >> Are you and your family inside away from her? >> Uh we had to put a TV inside the car and that's how we got into this altercation. Now >> is your family back inside? Yeah, we're heading back inside now. >> Yeah, I would just say go inside, lock the doors, try to keep distance from her. >> Okay, [clears throat] we'll go inside. Um, >> she's calling the police on somebody else that's leaving our house right now, too. She's claiming that they have weapons. >> A lot. >> No, I totally understand. Um, we'll have some paperwork probably to do with you when we get there. Hopefully, we'll be there soon. >> Okay, thank you. >> Shortly after, the cops arrived on scene again. And when they got there, they were met by the neighbor who seemed pretty disappointed that no action had been taken against her earlier. >> So, I know we talked about it before, but she's starting We have a niece in here. She's talking he's been >> he he's been sitting here the whole time knowing that she's threatening to burn the house down. She's threatening to shoot her in the head. >> Yeah. Same thing she was saying before before we left. >> The other lady, whoever she just did, she's gone, but she was that's who she called the police on just now. [music] I'm afraid for my niece. >> Yep. um in regards and she's literally saying she just called somebody to bring a gun. Literally said I just called somebody to come here and shoot you got for 30 minutes about all >> Can you guys do me a favor? Can you go write down your full first name, middle initial, last name, date of birth, >> phone number. >> Okay. >> Um on a piece of paper for me, okay? >> And go wait inside. >> Okay. [snorts] >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> Yep. After listening to some of the threats she'd been making, the cops advised the neighbors that the best thing to do was go inside where they'd be safe. Shortly after, the neighbor's sister arrived to pick her knee up and the officer explained the whole thing to her. >> So, I can tell you she and her husband >> Yeah. >> have a no contact order. >> Okay. >> She is protected from him. >> Yeah. >> An anonymous person called today and told us that he was here in violation of the order. >> When we show up, he's outside. He runs inside the househ, >> right? >> Mhm. She comes out saying, "He's not here." >> Yeah. >> I don't He's not here. He's He He doesn't live here. We haven't seen him. She doesn't want to cooperate. >> Yeah. >> They call us 5 minutes later saying homeboy is in their backyard. >> Yeah. >> So, I go inside, see him sitting in the backyard. He sees me. I take a picture of him. He comes out here, we arrest him, take him to jail. >> Okay. >> She is pissed. >> Yeah. >> That we arrested him and ruined their vacation. She's out here running her mouth, calling everybody every name under the sun. >> That's what my sister does. She's calling nwords. So now your sister called us to come back and deal with her again. So I'm waiting for other officers to come out and deal with her. >> Okay. >> So >> all right. >> The cops devised a plan on how they were going to arrest her. She had called 911 and it was about something completely irrelevant. Most likely an attempt to get the cops off her back. The cop's plan was to get her to step outside so she could talk about the friend she called about. Then once she let her guard down, they'd step in and arrest her. Elizabeth. >> Hey, Elizabeth. >> Come out here and talk to me real quick. >> What's going on with your friend? >> With what? >> Your friend. >> Your friend. >> Elizabeth, she she's got D. She's not supposed to be here in the first place. >> Yeah, >> you guys should have arrested her when you're here the first time. >> She got Whoa. Whoa. Okay. Okay. Okay. WAIT. WAIT. MOM. I'M BEING ARRESTED. MOM, I'm being arrested. >> Mom, I'm being arrested. >> I got I lost myself. >> Mom, I'm being arrested right now. I'm not resisting. I'm not going to resist. >> Mom, I'm being arrested. Can my mom come get my daughter, please? >> Yeah, that's preferable. >> Okay. >> Yes, mom. Come get Haley right now. >> I'm not. >> Hey. Hey. I'm not I'm not going to resist. Haley, grandma's on her way. I promise. >> Tell her Grammy's on her way. Get her tell her to get her cell phone. >> She's in there screaming. Her cell phone's in the car. Mom, I can't tell her anything. They're picking me in the car. I can't tell her anything. >> Okay. Well, let's ask the officers to tell her to get the cell phone. >> No, I don't want to talk to her. >> Ma'am, all we're not leaving. We're not leaving yet. We need you to come here as soon as possible. That's all. Don't worry about anything else. Don't worry about granddaughter yet. We We'll stay here with granddaughter until you arrive. We just need to be as soon as possible. >> You do not need to be. I'm on my way. >> Why aren't you getting arrested? Because I got inside with the neighbor. >> I'm sorry I neighbor. I shouldn't. I mean, >> you you got to understand. My husband was just arrested. We're on our like 10 minutes later and we wouldn't have been [clears throat] here. >> She tried to explain to the cops that she was simply upset because they were ruining her vacation and separating her from her husband. She also said that her ex-boyfriend Justin was the one who called about her husband living with her because he was jealous she was going on vacation without him. >> But I'm just saying you guys like just as people not as cops. You guys understand that that like really sucks. Like if someone were to come to your house on vacation and take your wife from you >> at this point you should not be saying stuff like that. >> I'm just saying like as a person >> you said that you said Nick was the one who called. >> No, Justin. Justin, >> I can understand that it's extremely difficult situation, >> but there's just other stuff going on >> for on our side as professionals. >> I understand, but as but as a person, you understand how that would be. >> Yep. >> This is so wrong. On vacation right now. >> So, what were you saying to your neighbor? >> I told her she was a snitch and that she should have let my husband hide. >> What else? And then I hope she >> Okay. Did you threaten her with anything else? >> No. I hope she like she should have let him hide or he should have ran. I just I just wanted everything to go back to normal and just go on vacation with my husband. >> Did you threaten her at all? Did you say you're going to threaten her with a gun? >> No, I don't have a gun. I said I hope I said I hope she got shot, but I didn't tell you that I was I didn't say that I was going to do that. I said I hope she got shot >> and that you're going to burn her house down >> and that I hope her house burns down. I didn't say that I was going to do that. I hope your house burns down and I hope you get shot. That's what I said. But I didn't say that I was going to do I don't even have a gun. I don't even own a gun. So I was just mad. I'm sorry. >> They confronted the woman about her lies and asked her if she knew her husband was in the house when the cops arrived. She tried to talk her way out of being arrested, but it wasn't going to work. They arrested Elizabeth, and she was later charged with a class C felony for harassment. On the 5th of May 2024, the cops were dispatched to a residence after reports from a neighbor that a man was trying to break in through the side door. >> What are y'all doing? >> Trying to get open our door. We live here that Aubrey and everybody their moms. They just left out. >> Literally got her on the phone. >> You have ID on you? >> I don't have ID. It's everything's the house. >> Okay, hold on. I'm I'm just trying to figure out who you are, man. I have one. >> We're getting a call with people trying to break into the house. >> What's your first name, man? >> Adam Hersburg. >> Roger soap. Adam. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Middle name? >> Don't have one. >> Spell your last name. >> Hersburgger. H E R >> S H. >> Sorry. H E R >> S. [clears throat] >> Yeah. Why are you doing that? You're Oh, you confusing me. You're I thought Hersburgger. H E R S B E R G. No H. Not a second H. >> H E R S B E R G. >> Yeah. >> Okay. What's your birthday? >> 11 15 >> 95. >> 95. And you live here. >> I'm just saying. >> 85. >> 85 to catch that one. [laughter] >> I don't know your birthday, Doug. >> You messed me up over then. >> That's a >> That's What did you say? Harshburg. >> Hburger. >> That's pretty. >> What's happening? >> Are you guys twins? >> Who? Me and this guy. Oh, >> I mean your your his picture looks like your face. >> I know >> that's weird. >> Except he's got a mean lazy eye. >> Yeah, that's what I um >> make fun his lazy name. >> The officer noted that Adam, the man without ID, spelled his last name in a peculiar way. On the end of his name, there should have been the letters er, but for some reason he left it out. The cops both thought it was weird, but they decided to overlook it. Next up, the cops verified with the owners that he had permission to enter the residence. Hey, who is this? >> My name's Aubrey, the homeowner. >> Oh, hi Aubrey. Um, so we got a call. I don't know who called, but somebody called and said that somebody was breaking into your house. Um, and I have Adam and Steven here, and they're I guess they're locked out of the house. Adam, where you going? >> Water. >> Okay. >> Um, and that I guess they lock they're locked out of the house and they're trying to bust through the side door to get back in. >> Yeah, they locked the keys in the house. >> Okay. Okay. So, they have permission to be here. >> They do. >> Okay. Um, >> thank you. >> Oh god, that felt nice. [laughter] >> Do it again. >> Sorry. You just sprayed me with a hose. Um, >> I don't know why we didn't think of that. >> Sorry, we got you. My bad. I'm so sorry. >> Now, we really sprayed you with a hose. [laughter] >> You about to catch the batteries. >> All right. I just want to make sure they're allowed to be here cuz we got a call from somebody. So, >> yeah. No, they're definitely allowed to be there. Um, and they're allowed to do whatever they got to do to help. >> And your mom lives here, too? >> Yeah, she does. She's a little crazy. >> Is she supposed to be Is is there a way you could reach her and see where she's at? [clears throat] Maybe they don't have to break the door. >> Yeah, she didn't have a key, so she left the door unlocked. Um, she couldn't [clears throat] find her key. I don't know. But so they they'll probably have to do whatever they have to do. She said that she would be there in like 45 minutes. I told her to come sooner. Um, I can't get in touch with her like by calling her anymore and texting her. So, I don't know. >> The cops already had a better idea of what was going on. There were two guys locked out of the house and they were just trying to get back in. No big deal, right? That's what the officers thought till they confronted the man about his strange last name. And when they did so, he spun a confusing story. >> Okay. So, explain to me what you're what you don't >> Yeah, you're good. You're good. >> So, CO So, CO hit. >> Okay. Where were you born? >> In Greensville, >> North Carolina. >> Yes. But I was >> Okay. You know where That's where we started. >> Crazy. >> So, you were born into an Amish community. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. Amish don't believe in social securityities? >> They don't get them. Some If they do, if they go out of town, they do. I don't know anybody that has one. So, when we came down here, we started So, we started migrating down. We went down. We went to Asheville first. My uncle was like, "We got to change." So, he was like, he's the head of the operation. He's a ding-dong. >> Okay. So, how long ago did you did you leave your community to venture out somewhere else? >> 16 months, seven. No, a little more than that. Almost 2 years now. Almost. Almost. Cuz from leaving out from Greenville about 10 years old. >> And you don't have a middle name? No. Okay. Have you ever been in trouble in the state of Florida? >> No, man. >> No. Never. >> No tickets? >> I don't drive. >> Well, who's driving that? >> My buddy. >> He ain't driving that. Not this one. >> The one he left. So that's why we're waiting. >> The man explained to the cops that he was born in North Carolina and he was born in an Amish community. It seemed pretty unlikely because he said he was born in Greenville and that's not one of the two places in North Carolina where the Amish are living. They were struggling to believe his story about escaping from the Amish community. And since they couldn't identify him, they decided to detain him. >> I guess I don't know. We don't go in there. >> What? >> For what? Rocket flat. >> All right. >> Get on your stomach. >> What's wrong with you, madam? What are you doing? >> Your hand right now. For what? >> You got to get it again. >> You're going to GET AGAIN. >> I CAN'T. I CAN'T. YOUR HAND. >> LET [screaming] GO. I CAN'T. >> PLEASE. STOP. >> ON your stomach now. >> On your stomach right now. You got to get again. >> Ridiculous. >> Why are you guys doing this? >> YOU WANT IT AGAIN? >> NO. NO. NO. NO. >> Let's stop. >> Doing this. >> Cuz you ran. >> You scared me. >> Stupid. >> But my arm doesn't bend like that. >> Yes, it does. >> You want it again? >> No. No. Please don't. Try not to breathe again. >> Stop. >> I'm trying not to breathe, Diane. Please don't. >> I'm trying to help you. Relax for a second. >> I can't move again. I'm going to tase you again. >> Sorry. >> Don't move your hand. Got it. >> Okay. Just inhaling dirt. >> With Adam secured in handcuffs, the cops decided to let him catch his breath and hear the man out. He tried to explain to the cops about his previous arrest and warrants, but all of it sounded like an outlandish story, like the one that got him in trouble in the first place. I never had a gun, dude. >> I never had a gun and they hit me with a gun charge. >> Okay. >> Well, now you get another [laughter] charge. >> But now you get two more charges plus all the warrants that you have out for you. >> I know the warrants and that >> when you could have just been honest. >> Listen, honestly, they're get I'm about to get a life sentence, man, for something I didn't even do for a They're trying to habitualize me if I offend her. >> Okay. >> What do you think I'm How do you think I'm supposed to react to y'all? I'm not trying to do that. They take that into consideration. Not you running across. >> No, they don't. >> Yes, they do. >> Look at my arrest record. Look at it. I have not not one I have not one resisting arrest. >> You got gloves on you. >> I don't have not one resisting arrest. >> I mean, please. That's really going to give me a license. It's like I'm for real. Please. >> No, that's what you're getting. Resisting times, too. >> No, there's no burglary. You got me. >> He lives here. >> He does live here. >> I I was on the phone with >> you from that. >> No, I was on the phone there. So, >> please don't do it. If I get a resisting arrest now, >> you you just rent I know I did. I am not a I apologize, Y'ALL. I SWEAR TO GOD, I apologize. That's on everything I love. I'm scared, bro. I'm going to GET A LICENSE FOR SOME [ __ ] >> He was charged with three counts of obstructing without violence and providing false ID to law enforcement. He was found guilty on the false ID charge and one of the obstruction counts. The other two were dropped in court. He got 15 days in the county jail and court fees of $744. This next case is a prime example of why you shouldn't drink and drive, especially in residential areas. On the 22nd of April, 2025, the cops were dispatched to a residence. The owners called 911 because one of their neighbors had crashed their car directly into their yard. She's got an open container in the driver's side door. I can kind of hear it in her voice a little bit right now. >> Smell it. >> Smell it over the canyon where she >> texted her boyfriend voice of chat and said, can't remember his name, but said I'm going to be in a lot of trouble. John's going to here in a second. She's doesn't want to be checked out by us. That might change. >> Okay, gotcha. >> So, if you guys >> Okay. >> He said they're ready for you to take over. She's denying everything. >> Okay. >> Uh he said maybe >> denying like EMS and like stuff like that. So, yeah. >> Okay. He's saying maybe if you talk to her might persuade her a little bit. Who knows? >> Yeah, she is. I think she's toasted. >> In the driver's side door of the crash car, the cop saw an open bottle, so the driver might have been under the influence. In addition, they could smell the alcohol on her breath, furthering the cop's suspicion of a DUI. As for the driver, she was refusing medical care and knew she was going to be in trouble, but the cops wanted to talk to the woman first. >> Hello, >> I'm Officer Gear with the Police Department. What happened here? >> I have no idea. >> You don't know what happened? >> I was dropping one off a friend and I hit some. >> Yeah, you hit a car and something. >> I didn't hit a car. >> Well, you did hit a car. >> Okay. How much have you had to drink today? >> I have not that much. >> Not that much, >> I swear to God. >> Okay. All right. I can smell alcohol coming off of you. All right. >> [clears throat] >> I don't know what you got in the door here, but is that a That looks like a alcohol right there in the door. Okay. So, what I'm going to ask you to do is to do field sobriety for me. >> Would you be willing to do that? >> Um, do I need to call a lawyer? I will. >> Uh, you'll have the opportunity to do that, but that's not to the that's not the point right now. >> Call a lawyer right now. >> Okay. So, are you refusing to do field sobriety? >> I'm not calling I'm not refusing anything. >> Okay. Okay. Well, then I would ask you to step out of the vehicle and do some field sobriety for me. >> Okay. >> Okay. Go ahead. You step on >> I have autoimmune disease. >> You have I'm sorry. I couldn't understand. You're kind of slurring your words a little bit. >> I I'm not slurring my words. I have autoimmune disease. >> Auto autoimmune. Auto autoimmune. Right. Okay. >> Oh my god. I'm trying. >> The driver of the vehicle, Nicole, seemed intent on calling a lawyer before anything else. However, the cops had to do field sobriety tests to precisely determine whether she was intoxicated or not. As for the suspect, she made no effort at all to get out. >> Would you step out of the vehicle so we can do some field sobriety? >> I lived literally like a block away. >> Okay, I understand that. But you got into a wreck today, hit a car, and a couple other things, it looks like. Miss, I'm I'm asking you to step out of the vehicle to do field sobriety. >> I know you are. I know you. >> Are you willing to do that or no? >> No. >> Okay. No, that's fine. Um I have reason to believe that you're probably under the influence of of alcohol. >> That's >> which has impaired your ability to to drive. Okay. >> Are you you're refusing to do any kind of field sobriety? Okay. I'm going to ask you to get out of the vehicle then because you're being placed under arrest for DUI, miss. Yeah. >> I'm asking you to get out of the vehicle. You can hang up your phone right now and you can get out of the vehicle cuz you're going to be placed under arrest for DUI. >> Okay. You don't even have anybody. You don't even have the phone on. You're not even calling anybody right now. >> Okay. Well, I'm telling you that you can put the phone down and step out of the vehicle. >> Your phone come with you, but you have to step out now. >> Listen to me. This is the last time I will tell you and then I will pull you out of the vehicle and I will arrest you. Do you understand? Please get out of the vehicle. After this, I will pull you out of the vehicle and I will arrest you. Do you understand me? >> She continued bluffing and tapping on her phone, trying to ignore the officer. It seemed like all that alcohol had really gone to her head, and she didn't seem to realize just how much trouble she was in. After many failed attempts to coax her out of the vehicle, the cops did what they promised and yanked her out. >> Last chance. Step out of the vehicle. All right, time to go. Hold on. >> Stand up. >> Place your hands behind your back. >> Bear. >> That was the calmst I've ever seen somebody be after getting yanked out of a vehicle. Didn't even say a word. >> Didn't say a word. >> And then you guys >> Who is it? >> She got remarried to some dude. I don't know who it is. Used to be married to Justin. Gotcha. She a drinker. >> I think so. >> Yeah. >> But she used to be. So when you guys like I'm watching she going to fight and then you guys pull her nothing. I'm like what the was that pant leg got caught out here. >> I'm like literally my house is like right there. >> Yeah. Well, unfortunately you decided to hit a car and be drinking and driving tonight. >> Oh, >> my husband's working out. Get him wrong. >> All right, miss. Have a seat for me. >> I'm so sorry. >> I think you'd probably be more sorry to the people's car that you hit. >> You know, after securing her in the squad car, the cops finally proceeded with their investigation. They gathered up her belongings to take them to the station, then proceeded to search the vehicle. When they did so, they discovered something inside that was truly disgusting. >> I think she I think she went herself. I'm not sure. Just kind of I see what you're smelling, but like >> that's an awful smell. >> No, I just I just got the one beer here, which it's still >> cold. >> Yeah. >> So, that take this and we'll take her wallet, I guess, too. >> Yeah. She looks like she came off. Thank you, hit this vehicle, went all the way through the yard here, hit the tree, looked like she might have backed up, and this is where it just kind of petered out. But we got no damage to that vehicle or anything. I don't know how the rut was like going right through the car. She missed it just by an image. >> The cops suspected that between the alcohol and the shock of the situation, she might have defecated on herself inside her vehicle. They also determined that by some miracle, the vehicle she hit didn't have damage. And while there wasn't any damage, it still didn't excuse the woman and she would still face charges for driving under the influence. >> Nicole, >> thank you. >> If if you're if you're hurt. >> Thank you. I'm fine. Okay. Thank you. >> All right. But if you feel if you feel >> I'm fine. >> Okay. I'm just I'm not That's fine. What I'm saying is if later on >> if later on you start hurting, let me know and we'll get you out there. Okay. Thank you. All right. You all right? >> No, I'm sorry. >> You got to watch out from the door a little bit. >> I have fibromyalgia. >> Oh goodness. We're going to go right around this way. >> Can I please go to the bathroom? >> Can you step over here for me? >> Oh my god. Can I please toilet? There's literally a toilet right there. >> I know, but I can't let you out of my sight right now. >> Oh my god. >> No, I'm not going to blow in anything. >> Okay. Well, I have to give you the opportunity. >> Okay, you can't give me the opportunity. I'm not going to do it. I have to pee. Can I pee in that? >> Just a moment. Would you give me blood or urine? Urine. >> Yes. >> Yes. Which one? Blood. >> Urine. >> Urine. >> Right now. >> Right now. I'm going to give you urine. >> Well, I can't do that here. I'd have to go out to the hospital. >> So, right now urine. I'm not I I'll get a urine right now. >> She continued to refuse the breath test and it seemed like she had to use the bathroom so badly that she couldn't really focus on anything else. The officer then gave her an option to go to the hospital for a urine test, but she refused that as well. They charged the woman with DUI. Today, we've seen some of the worst neighbors ever. They blasted their loud music, threw dog poop over the fence, and in general disrupted the bliss that should be home. However, when it comes to these nasty neighbors, law enforcement has no tolerance at all. And we found out what happens when cops confront nightmare neighbors after 911 calls. Right now.
