You going to beat me up? >> Hey, are you flexing on me right now? >> Oh, are you going to beat me up? >> On me. >> You? >> Yeah. >> Go yourself. >> This mother right here, >> bro. See, you're a tough guy cuz you got a badge on and aing gun and aing taser. I just want to go. I just want to go to bed. >> Play with me, >> bro. You're a boy. >> I already knew it was a boy. >> Do you want to go to the hospital? >> All right. Go back in THE CELL. DON'T TOUCH ME. YOU ALREADY KILL MYING CHILD. [screaming] I'm bleeding. >> Some people are used to getting their way through means of intimidation. They bully people and ignore warnings. But when they finally push their luck too far, reality catches up with them. And we see what happens when these entitled bullies finally get what they deserve from nononsense cops. Listen, >> you want to shoot me? >> I'm not going to shoot you now. >> On the 28th of July, 2023, the cops got a very distressing call. They were alerted to a domestic dispute between an elderly woman and her son whose name was Mike. When the cops got to the house, the man greeted the cops with immediate hostility. >> What? >> Let's try and work something out tonight to get you and your mom separated just to let things cool down. I didn't do anything since the last time you left. I have done absolutely nothing. >> I know. I know. But what from what your mom is telling me, [music] like I said, that she said soon as I left, against my wishes, what you and I shook on, she said that you kept going at her verbally. >> Oh, you know what? That's a lie. >> She's a liar. Did you take him to the hospital? >> Shut up. You're an idiot. >> All Mike's mom wanted was for the cops to take him to the hospital because Mike had COPD and his mother seemed concerned about him. But in response to her concern, he just continued [music] with his verbal abuse. Understandably, the cops had a hunch that Mike was drunk. >> See, this is what I deal with every day. I quit smoking. I smoked for 50 freaking years and I quit smoking. >> On the on the contrary, I don't even know you. But this is what your mom's dealing with. But your mom's dealing with you. Your mom's dealing with you. You're the problem. >> Oh, really? >> Yeah. You're the problem. >> You're No, you're the problem. >> No, you're the problem. >> Yeah. >> You know what? You don't impress me. Nothing. >> You talk to your mom that way. That's ridiculous, dude. How many beers have you had today? >> Oh, what? Are you going to give me a cui? >> No. >> Nah. >> Now you want. >> Real productive day. >> You little >> Real productive day. >> Now you're a >> real productive day, man. >> Now you're a >> No. You start doing your >> Yeah. >> Go ahead. Go ahead. Like >> you're going to beat me up? >> Hey, are you flexing on me right now? >> Oh, are you going to beat me up? >> Are you flexing on me? >> You. >> Yeah. >> Go yourself. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> He behaved less like a grown man and more like a child throwing a tantrum. In fact, he told the cops he'd been smoking for more than 50 years, which would put him well into his 60s. But despite the man's age, he was still living at home with his elderly mother. >> If it's so bad here, why don't you leave? >> Instead of staying at your mom's house. >> Well, you're right. >> You're leaving. >> You're grown, aren't you? >> I am leaving, actually. >> Yeah. Good job. >> Are youing >> Good job. >> Are you? >> Good job. >> What the are you? >> You probably live in your mom'sing basement. >> I guarantee you I'm guarantee you I'm not. >> No, you. As one of the cops went inside to check on his mother, the man's behavior got even more threatening. [music] Instead of showing any concern about his elderly mother, he seemed determined to cause more problems. Essentially, the copier was left babysitting a grown man who couldn't act his age. >> I ain't going nowhere, mother. >> I ain't going nowhere. >> Okay. >> Mhm. >> 5971 38. >> Come and get it. you up here in my yard. >> Yeah, don't touch me. First of all, >> don't touch me. >> Go yourself. >> Don't touch me. >> Okay, you know what? >> How you doing, mom? Look at this stupid mother you got out here. Hi ma'am. >> Look at that. >> That ain't happening. >> 711 at it. >> Stop. >> What are you making? >> Stop. Stop. >> Stop. >> Dude, stop. >> You stop. >> No. >> Stop. >> Just stop. No. My You know what? Get the out of here. >> Listen, I'm going to put the let you in here. >> I'm here for a pull. Stop. >> I'm going to put you in handcuffs. >> You ain't putting me in. It's so tempting. >> Yeah, >> but what's tempting? >> I don't want a felony against my knocking you on your >> You want to hit me, don't you? >> Yes, I do. >> Well, let's talk about it outside. Come on. >> It was no wonder she called the cops on him as he was angry and drunk and doineering. Clearly, the cops were shocked and appalled by his behavior toward his own mother. The way the man was learing, the cops couldn't talk to his mother, so they had to escort the man outside. >> Behind your back. Come on. >> Sure. Actually, >> actually you worthless suckers. Stop. You >> stop. >> No. >> Stop. >> No. >> You mother you. >> Listen. >> You want to shoot me? >> I'm not going to shoot you. >> No. >> Come on. Shoot me. >> Yeah. >> This mother right here. Stop. No. this little sucker right here. >> Time's here. Just one more unit. >> Eventually, the cops had had enough of his games. He wasn't going to make it easy for the cops to arrest him, and they'd been humoring the man for far too long. At that point, the cops decided to firmly take control. You know this. Where are you? >> I got shield and you shake it. Mikeing you. >> Just put your hands. >> This doesn't have to go. Act you up you go this you off him. Off him. Get off him. >> You get a felony right there. You just kicked us. >> I don't give up. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Hey. >> Yeah. You >> Mike, it's over. It's over. >> Let's sit up. Come on. Let's sit up. >> It ain't over. >> Let's sit up. Oh, that's a felony. >> They eventually managed to put him in handcuffs, but as they did so, he picked up a few charges, including a felony. He was led to a squad car, but he still refused to calm down, which might have helped the man's case. >> I did absolutely nothing to go to here. No, I don't care what the >> I don't care. >> Step outside and then you started throwing your hand in mom's face. Okay. There's a cushion seat. >> Anything you >> just sit down. >> No, I like it better this way. >> You fool. >> Okay. >> Just take a seat. >> No. >> As they got ready to take him into custody, suddenly he insisted they call an ambulance, but he didn't explain why. The cops followed their protocol and called an ambulance for him so paramedics could evaluate him before they took him to jail. >> You remember me? You sucking mother. >> We got to back you up a little bit. >> I'll see you backwards. >> I will see you. >> I would see you. >> You [ __ ] talk like that. Okay. yourself. >> You act like >> In the end, he was taken to jail and charged with resisting arrest, obstructing a police officer, and aggravated battery on law enforcement. Hopefully, for the sake of his elderly mother, he'd finally decide to find somewhere else to live. On July 14th, 2025, the cops were called out to a nursing home after reportedly the staff said one of their patients had assaulted several other residents. The suspect, Bobby, was a known bully in the home and had a history of attacking and harassing other seniors. >> What happened, Bobby? >> What's up? >> Okay. >> Why did you hit them? >> Okay. I know. >> Bobby, why'd you hit them? >> I'm listening. >> Not listening. >> Okay. >> Don't laugh, babe. >> Stop. >> Bobby. >> Bobby, stop. >> I'm listening. >> That's not That's not cool. Okay. You can't be punching people. You can't be throwing that at people either. Okay. >> I have eight. >> Okay. >> You got to be nice, okay? You can't be doing that to people. Honestly, let's get out of here. We leave everybody outside. >> Okay. Are you cool going inside? >> You got to go inside according to them. >> Everybody loves me. >> No, it's not, >> Bobby. >> No, it's not. No, it's not. >> Bobby, just be nice. Please don't be hitting people cuz you get in trouble for that. >> I'm sorry. You're sorry. Okay. >> Care for cancer. >> Okay. >> Just don't be hitting people. Okay. >> I don't want to be back here. I don't want to be back here. >> It was clear the cops knew Bobby and they had dealt with her before. They warned the woman that if they were called back there again, they'd be taking her to jail. She was testing everyone's patience, but she didn't seem concerned whatsoever. Okay. So, they want you inside. It's not that hard. It's It's not that If she goes inside, can she goes awake then? Can we go inside? >> Let's go home. >> She can't go home until her day is over. [snorts] >> I want to see her. >> Okay. So, >> I go home and >> All right. We're not going to do that anymore. So, you can get into a lot of trouble for that. But here's the thing. You got to go inside. I'm not. >> Why is it Why is it so hard? >> All people love me. >> H >> I made a tree. All people love me. >> They're going to laugh at you. What if >> they love me? >> They love you. >> A lot of them do. Now, >> yes, you can. >> Bobby, can we just go inside, please? >> No. >> Please. We're not. >> No, I'm not. Please. >> At the mall. at the mall. >> They want you to go inside. What? >> I can't force you, but can you just do that for us, please? >> Can you guys take her to the hospital >> for what? >> This is what This is what I administrator >> to be evaluated. >> So, we she can't if she's not homicidal, so a threat to herself or others. >> She can't just be we can't do that. That's taking her rights away. >> The nursing staff wanted her taken to a hospital, but she didn't appear to be in need of medical help. Instead, the cops decided they could call the paramedics and have her medically evaluated to see if the hospital was necessary. >> Bobby, be nice, please. >> A threat to herself, >> please. >> She's a threat to others. She's How many people has she hit today? >> We've gone to a lot of batteries. >> A petition is taking her rights away to choose to go to the hospital. I'm not doing that today. So, I I cannot just petition her just because she's not cooperating. >> Oh, man. I would get in a lot of trouble and you guys >> don't want to allow me. >> If she wants to go to the hospital, she absolutely can. But I cannot force. >> You want to go to the hospital, Bobby? >> Okay. Again. >> Everybody. >> Okay. I can't force you. >> I'm We can't We're not >> Bobby, can you please just go inside? >> Oh, please. >> Oh, >> otherwise she certainly is a threat to me. How? And you mean how? How many times has she charged towards one of her residents? At least four. And I had to intervene. >> At least four times. >> Okay. >> We cannot petition someone for we can't do that. >> That's stupid. Can't forget. That's stupid. I don't know why. >> At that point, it was a bit of a dilemma. Before they could take her to a hospital, the cops had to be sure she was really a threat to others. Even though the staff said she was, they didn't seem completely convinced that she would actually harm someone. And on top of that, if she didn't want to go to the hospital, they couldn't force her to go. >> So, our policy is to call the police every time she >> which we can take the report for that. Absolutely. >> Those swims are idiots. Ask Kathy Maltra. cancer. >> My god. >> Okay, Bobby, I don't want to be back here cuz you battered someone else. Okay, >> bring everybody out. >> Okay, you can't be hitting people, so I need you to understand that. >> You can't be hitting people. You can't be >> Bobby. You can't be throwing stuff behind or into this. >> Okay. He wants He wants a petition. >> So for what? >> He wants a pet. Am I going to tell him no? >> No. I guess you said no. For >> Are you not going to say >> Do you feel like someone >> The manager wanted a medical petition for her to be taken to jail. A petition is granted by a medical professional or a friend or a family member if they think the person suffers from a mental disorder and is a danger to themselves or others. >> Bobby. >> Bobby. No hitting people. >> Oscar. >> Oscar. Yes. >> Nice to meet you. >> God bless you. >> I've never seen you. God bless you. But >> please, Bobby. >> I'm not going. >> I I mean it. I'm trying to be as nice as possible. Say with me. >> No. Okay. >> My friends. Okay. >> Okay. I'm trying to just talk to you with respect, okay? Be nice to people. No hitting people, please. Can you do that? >> Can you do that? >> Okay. No hitting people. Okay. >> After she appeared to have calmed down a bit, the officers left. At first, it appeared like the officer's heartto-heart might have gotten through to her, but that's not how things turned out because only an hour later, the cops had to come back again because Bobby was assaulting and bullying other residents. Stand up. >> You got to stand up. >> Three. We're going to stand up, right? >> Oh, no. No. I'm not going to hurt him. I want to stand up, right? >> I don't know. Something. >> So, Bobby, >> you ready to get something? All we need to do is stand up. >> We're going to stand. >> I'm not going nowhere. >> Oh no, Oscar. I heard Oscar. >> Okay, aim that way. >> I don't know. I don't know how. I don't know. I don't know. Eventually, they got Bobby to lie down and they strapped her to the bed. At that point, they were going to take her to the hospital at last. What seemed very telling about her general presence in the nursing home was how the other residents reacted as they escorted her out. I mean, >> she added three nurses, too. So, I think >> in the end, she was taken to the hospital and medically cleared. Later on, she was charged with aggravated battery as well as elder abuse. She was kicked out of the nursing home and she was trespassed as well, meaning she couldn't come back. On the 4th of June 2024, the cops were called out to a residence to investigate a disturbance after a caller reported two people who were screaming at each other. They were yelling and acting disorderly. And when the officers got there, the boyfriend, Corey, immediately started escalating things. >> Still yelling inside. She said it was just a fight between her and her boyfriend, but everything was fine now. But if you walk up close to that door, you hear them screaming at each other. >> Knock on the door again. Tell her come out. I want to see your boyfriend, too. Make sure everything's good. >> I need you to come out here and talk to [music] us, man. >> Who's the boy? >> Tell him you need to step out here so we can talk to him. >> You can shut my door, please. >> Sir, I'm going to tell you right now that you're not going to tell me what's going >> You CANNOT PAY. CAN'T DO THAT. THIS IS ILLEGAL. IT'S ILLEGAL. This is illegal. YOU NEED TO GET YOUR OFFICER. YOU NEED TO GET YOUR OFFICER. THIS IS ILLEGAL. THIS IS ILLEGAL. THIS IS >> IF YOU SLAM a door in a cop's face, you can be sure it's not going to end well. To make matters worse, not only was Cory being hostile, the man's girlfriend was loudly playing the victim, acting like she was a legal expert. They were definitely a match, but for all the wrong reasons. ME. YOU >> KNOW, RIGHT, BRO. [screaming] Get off me. [screaming] >> YOU GUYS NEED TO CHILL OUT, >> BABE. TAKES ALL YOU >> CHILL. >> It don't look like it does it. >> Dude, what are you guys doing? >> This is illegal. >> Doing this, son. This is illegal. THEY CAN'T COME IN OUR HOUSE. We didn't give him the right. >> You guys cannot detain him. You didn't have a right to STEP IN MY HOUSE. RIDDLE. YOU DIDN'T HAVE A RIGHT TO STEP IN MY HOUSE. WE DIDN'T GIVE PERMISSION. >> THIS IS ILLEGAL. I'm suing you. >> No, bro. Why is he being detained? Why is he being detained? Step back. >> WHY IS HE BEING ATTACKED? >> IN MOST CASES, [music] if there's a person in a house who's in immediate danger, the cops don't need a warrant to go inside. In this instance, it was a domestic violence call and they had probable calls. >> WHAT'S YOUR PASS NUMBER? I ASKED >> 2312. >> DUDE, is your cam on? IS HIS CAM OFF? HIS CAM BETTER HAVE BEEN ON. >> HE WALKED INTO my gone. >> Down my goddamn door. >> You guys can't do this. I got you. >> Babe, you need to chill out. >> No, you can shut the up too. We'll talk >> here because you >> are you arresting him or just detecting him? >> No, he's arrested. >> Why? Why? >> We tried to explain to you why we were checking on >> We were trying to be a bro. Like, I don't understand. No, WE CAN'T ARREST HIM. THIS SIDE. >> NO, you guys don't understand. >> Stand them up. >> You guys can't do this. >> Three people get people. >> Cory, I don't even know what >> No. YEAH, YOU KNOW this is illegal. >> YEAH, THIS ONE'S SMART. >> YOU CAME TO MY HOUSE WITHOUT PERMISSION. I'm suing you. >> I'm suing you, bro. I'm suing you. >> You're suing. As far as Cory being arrested, it seemed like even the girl's mother wasn't against it, which said a lot about their toxic relationship and the toll that it took on the people around them. Based on how these two were acting, it was clear they were both bullies. >> Take me to jail. Get me the out. >> It's illegal as other side. It's illegal as >> Yeah. >> No, bro. >> Babe, stop. Dude, stop. >> This isn't helping you. >> No. Take my cash before they take that. Take my cash before they take that. >> Why is he being arrested? [music] >> Cuz they inside. >> I will explain it to you. >> No. >> No. take my bandana too. I swear to God they take her home. >> This is illegal. You guys, this is You violated. >> She want to get a cop just right. >> She want to get that change out. >> I know my rights. >> Listen, I'm going to explain to you rights. He came in without permission. He wasn't being aggressive towards anybody. >> He said to shut the door, man. Fix my cops, please. I ain't mad at y'all. I'm mad at that mother cop that bars in my door. Illegal. Got him. >> Dude, he didn't have permission. [music] >> Step in. >> Stop. You're not helping your case. >> I don't give a >> It's illegal. >> We had a call about a domestic fight between you two. >> No, we were 6 feet apart. That's not domestic. >> Not what our call was. Okay. I come up to talk to you. >> We asked him to step outside to talk to us and he can't do this. We >> arguing. >> Okay. We had a domestic >> came in illegally. >> Listen. WED DOMESTIC PART BETTER ON >> I'M TRYING TO LISTEN. >> HEY, mine's been on the whole time. It's still on. So, it's showing how you're acting. >> I don't care. But that's illegal. >> Will you listen to me? >> I didn't have permission to come into my dog. I'M GOING TO BEAT YOU GUYS AND YOU GUYS COULD HAVE SHOT MY DOGS. >> Do you see our guns out? [music] >> Like, >> okay. >> IT'S NOT OKAY. JESSICA, >> DON'T. >> OBVIOUSLY, for the neighbors to call the cops on them, they must have been making a heck of a lot of noise. What the cops were hearing as they arrested the pair was just a little sample. The cops had only been called out to check if everybody was okay. But the way the couple reacted only made [music] things a lot worse for them. >> Why is another cop coming? There's no reason to be another cop here, bro. You better tell him to go. >> You better settle down. >> Then arrest me, bro. I don't care. >> Write her number down. >> Sure. >> She's going to want to >> He was obstructing our investigation. Okay. How did you >> Shut up, bro. Let me talk to him. >> Get right. >> He He didn't step out when we asked him to. Went to slam the door in our face. That's not what you do when we're here. >> Okay. I understand. >> That was simple. >> After arresting Cory and getting the information [music] they needed, the officers left. But as he was taken to the jail house, he continued threatening the officer, trying to bully him. But the reality was he was just getting in more trouble. Some people are really their own worst enemy. White, >> can you tell me what kind of medicine you're on, buddy? >> Man, I should have you in the face, you illegal. >> What drugs are you on? >> In and out, you idiot. >> What kind of drugs are you on? >> Are you realizing that I'm going to be in and out because of this? >> You guys were screaming and yelling at each other. We can't walk away. >> Doesn't matter. I'm in my own property, you dumb. >> You were doing it out in the street earlier. >> My own property. >> We called you guys. We got a call. on property. >> We can hear you screaming and yelling and come back. >> Everything is fine. My just came out and you dumb. Obviously, we're fine. >> We can hear you guys. >> We can hear you guys screaming each other. >> If I see you without that badge, bro. >> Dispatch, Newton for >> Newton four. Go ahead. >> This subject's now threatening everybody at the jail with bodily harm. Said that we're all going to get messed [music] up. He's extremely uncooperative and extremely violent. >> That ain't the way the law works. Quit talking. >> You've got the right to remain silent. Please exercise it. >> Are you sure? I'd like to talk to you. >> No. >> Well, too bad. If not, I'm going to sue this whole place. >> Okay. My charges, so there's no reason for me to be here. At the end of things, 20-year-old Cory was charged [music] with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and a felony count for threatening a public official. And as much as he tried to pass the blame off to the cops or his girlfriend, the only [music] person really responsible was himself. On the 13th of April 2026 in Boca Raton, Florida, the cops came face tof face with Ricky Del Rio, a self-proclaimed rich guy who was barefoot, clearly drunk, and looking for attention. He challenged the cops to a fight multiple times, and was convinced that his wealth made him untouchable. >> What's wrong? >> What's up? >> You tell me. >> Nothing, honestly. >> You live there? >> Doesn't matter. >> Huh? >> It's not your business. >> It's not my business. Correct. >> Oh, okay. >> All right. >> I guess you tell me. >> All right. >> You all amped up for no reason. You're out here with no shoes on. >> I just told you. >> You didn't tell me anything. You said it's not my business. >> I just told you it's not your business, right? >> Oh, you got a mouth on you. >> I do. Oh, I just told you what I said, right? >> What is it? What? What is it about your language that makes you think you can just use it however you want? >> Well, it's a free country. >> Is it because you know that I'm not going to punch you in the face? I think it's that. >> Why would you do that? Why would I do that? >> Yeah. >> Well, I wouldn't do it cuz I'm in uniform. If I wasn't in uniform, I tune you up just by the the way that you're talking to me. That's not how you talk to Yes. That's how you talk to Is that how you talk to your father? Is that how you talk to your father? >> No, I respect you talk to your mother like that from I I have a lot of respect for my father. >> You do? So, do you respect other people of authority? Do you respect me? >> Oh, I don't look at you as authority. >> Why is that? >> I mean, I look at you as an equal. >> As an equal? >> Do you? >> You're standing out here barefoot drunk >> and we're equal. Why do you think I'm drunk? >> Why do I think you're drunk? I was I don't think you're drunk. I know you're drunk. >> Obviously, he had no respect for authority, but he wasn't the only one who was letting his ego take over. When the cops said that if he wasn't wearing his uniform, he would have punched him in the face. Things really took an unprofessional turn. Neither side seemed willing to deescalate. >> You make a month. >> Doesn't matter. Oh, you think it's your Oh, you think it's the money that gives you the respect, demands the respect. You think it's the money, >> your account, >> the account does you nothing when your jaw is wired shut and you're sitting in an emergency room cuz somebody who doesn't care about your money or your watch knocked you out because you don't know how to [music] keep your mouth shut. And then you know what happens? Here's the worst part. Your parents sit in the lobby and they say, "Why did you talk to him like that? Did we raise you to talk to people like that?" No, they didn't. But here you are 2:00 in the morning barefoot out here drunk talking to me crazy. >> Well, who's going to wire him on show? >> Not me. >> I know it's not. That's the unfortunate part. >> I know. I know. >> Unfortunately, >> somebody won't. >> It's good. >> Somebody will. >> If you don't need to be here, they can >> What's all right? >> It's not Hey, you're not going to w my mouth shut. >> Not now. I'm not. >> Instead of being professional, the [music] cop was stooping to Ricky's level despite the fact that he was totally sober and in uniform. It's got to be hard for the cops to deal with entitled suspects so frequently, but retaliating like that is never a good look. >> I have zero chance of being in trouble. I've done nothing wrong tonight. So, Trust me, if you did something wrong, you're going to be going to jail. I promise you that. >> Guess what, motherucker? I haven't done anything wrong. >> See, it's that mouth of yours. That's what it is. It's the mouth. >> Fortunately, I can't get arrested for my mouth. >> Oh, God. I wish you could >> cuz I'd be dragging you, kicking and screaming all the way to >> I bet you wish it, but fortunately, it's not going to happen. >> Mhm. >> You're a handsome guy, you know that? >> Thought you were playing the quiet game. >> Well, I play I mean, to be honest, I do whatever the I want. [laughter] >> It's kind of how I It's kind of how I work in life, right? Sure. >> Follow me on Instagram. >> Sure. >> Ricky Del Rio. >> Okay. >> You do whatever you want, but you're standing there sitting put cuz I told you so. But you do whatever you want. >> Well, not really. I do >> I am very conscious. And >> I promise you this. You move from that spot. >> Well, I'm sure you'll probably do something wrong to me. So, I am very conscious that if I were to move from the spot and walk inside like I know I have the right to do. >> You do have the right to do that. I believe so. >> Oh, you believe? >> At the end of the day, you tell me if I do or if I don't. >> No, I mean, look, you said you're the one calling the shots here, right? You said you do whatever you want. >> Am I allowed to or no? >> You tell me. >> Do you allow me to? [music] >> What do you think? >> Well, I'm asking you, right? >> And I'm telling you. >> Am I allowed to go inside? >> What do you think, Ricky? What? >> I'm just asking you. Am I allowed to or no? >> What do we call it? Context clues. So, there's a officer here, an officer here. We got two officers. >> I'm just asking you at the end of it, right? I had nothing [snorts] to do with this investigation. >> Instead of just giving him a straight answer and telling the man that he wasn't allowed to go inside, the officer here was trying to play games. It was unnecessary and childish and was just adding [music] more fuel to the fire. >> What's the point of this? What What What are you getting at? >> What are you getting at? >> You're a ugly motherucker. That was it. >> Okay. [laughter] >> Okay. Yeah, I was just kidding. I was just bugging you, >> I guess. >> But um yeah, man. I guess I'll just stay here because I feel like if I go inside you'll you'll try to put your hands on me and if I try >> What's that gonna do? >> Well, I just feel like if I if I try to fight back like you'll probably just shoot me. So, >> you think if you and me were to like spar oneonone, you would have a chance. [laughter] >> I I don't want to say this like in a disrespectful way, but like don't shoot me, right? Don't shoot me. Like, oh, put your in the ground. [laughter] Are you kidding me? >> I I've been going to Combat Club since 2011, >> man. I would love to see you there. >> I genuinely feel like I would put you on your ass. I'd put any amount of money on it. >> One headkick and I'd crack your head open. >> Okay. >> That's how I feel. >> Okay. Hey, you're entitled to feel however you choose to feel >> cuz you're you're you're a fat. So, like [laughter] I feel like >> he told the cop that he didn't drink, but later on he admitted that earlier that night he'd [music] been drinking tequila. The cops were investigating an incident that it happened in the area. And when Ricky's behavior started raising red flags, he went from being a witness to a potential problem. [laughter] >> You know what I mean? You're >> So I'm praying you're stuff some to me cuz I'm going to sue the [ __ ] out of you, boy. [laughter] No, I I I go to school. I go to school for law. So I told my friend there, I said, "Hey, you sit your ass in there too and you wait until they get the inside that crib so we sue the out of you motheruckers too, right?" But um I'm a rich so you guys can't to me. You know what I mean? [laughter] >> You just say that word loosely. >> Uh 20k on my wrist. I don't give a >> bro. See, you're a tough guy cuz you got a badge on and a [ __ ] gun and aing taser. I just want to go. I just want to go to bed. >> Play with me, >> bro. You're a You ugly. You're a [ __ ] Nobody is scared of you, bro. >> He told the cops that he was from Wellington, Florida, which is an extremely wealthy community known as a seasonal playground for celebrities, athletes, and billionaires. And while Ricky was being held, the other cops were interviewing his friend. >> We're done with him. He's the victim. She's not going to jail. Who is he? We'll go with him. >> I'm free to go. >> I'm free to go. >> See me at combat club. See me there on some friendly. This is me being problematic. See me at combat club anytime you want. >> This you respect this [ __ ] >> [laughter] >> Please go yourself. Hey, please. >> I really I'm sorry. >> All right. So, I just have some questions. >> Um, first I'm going to just get a statement from you. >> Okay. >> Just real quick before I go inside. Go inside. >> Go inside. Get my number. Get my number. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Please, man. >> Come on, man. Ridiculous. I'm so sorry. [laughter] >> As far as Ricky went, he was determined to keep the attention on himself. Even after the cops had cleared him of wrongdoing and released him, he continued causing a scene. And the officer laughing at him just provoked him even more and was adding to the tension. >> Back up. Back up. Back up. >> You heard the gun? >> Hey, keep playing. Keep playing. >> Where is he? >> Hey, back off. Back off. Get him. Back off. >> Go to that car over there right now. >> I got movement. >> I can't. He's in the kitchen. Hey, show your hands. Show your hands. You want to play stupiding games? Come out here. >> GET OUT. GET OUT THE HOUSE RIGHT NOW. >> GET OUT OF THE HOUSE. >> COME ON. >> YOU ROCKING that gun again. >> Bro, get out the house now. >> Get out the house. You're going to go to jail. Get out. >> Walk out. >> WALK OUT WITH YOUR HANDS UP. >> WALK OUT. >> What are you guys talking about? >> What are you guys talking? >> Yo, what are you guys talking about? >> Yo, what are you guys talking about? Come on. Come on. Come on. In your room, correct? >> Even when we were standing outside here, even when we went inside, your place was still on the bed. Okay. >> 100%. >> At any point, did you give your friend permission to take your fire? >> Never. Okay. Never. >> At Then, can you explain to me why [music] it was inside of the bathroom on the right hand side? You said that's his room, correct? >> No. No. He doesn't live here. >> Okay. He doesn't live here. >> Me and my girl's place. He lives [music] in Lake Worth. >> Gotcha. >> None of the rooms in here are his. >> But he he never from from what you're saying is you never put that gun in that bathroom. >> No. Okay. It was on my bed. Master bed towards the end of the right. That's it. >> Okay. >> With Ricky in the vehicle. The cops then searched the house and found the gun in the bathroom. As things turned out, Ricky had been in jail three times before, so it seemed like a pattern and not just a one-time mistake. They charged the man with aggravated assault on law enforcement. On the 13th of January, 2025, the cops were called out to a rooming house after residents complained that a tenant there whose name was Princess was screaming and shouting and causing a scene. And on top of that, it wasn't the first time they'd reported her to police. >> Okay, what's going on? >> What's going on is his daughter's always causing problems. She only have a tooth. She's less than a year older than me. I'm 26. She's 28 [music] without a tooth and two kids, one autistic, one a baby. He jumps on his trip every night. He rides a scooter EVERY NIGHT ON TOP OF HIM. >> But why why are we here? What's what's the issue now? >> Cuz he keeps thinking that he can call the cops on me when I'm 26 years old, black, minding my business working [snorts] and paying my bills. When his daughter has the right to be here under her TWO KIDS AND CAUSE PROBLEMS EVERY NIGHT, THEY START BANGING at 11:00 a.m. THEY START BANGING AT 10:00 A.M. >> Lower your voice, please. Please. >> So, what where's your room at? >> Four. His daughter's right here. He's down there. His grandson can GO THROUGH THE HALL ROLLING THE ROLLER COASTER through the bathroom even when I'M IN IT. BANGING, BANGING. I DON'T HAVE no pants on right now talking to you guys. Do you know how serious this is to me? >> Do you want to put some pants on or I mean, >> no. According to the neighbors, in the early hours of the morning, she'd been shouting and throwing things. But according to Princess, the family in question had been misusing 911 and had been calling it for pretty much any inconvenience. But as far as Princess went, the way she [music] was behaving was way out of line. >> You guys simply drag that trampoline outside. So please take this >> take this scooter. >> It's not our property. AND THEN WATCH HOW hard they lose their minds cuz every MORNING AT 10:00 A.M. THEY'RE ROLLING THIS SCOOTER SOMEHOW. My kids all >> So you're good. I mean cuz we came in there was other people. So apparently you're waking people up. >> I promise you I will. when her son is banging across the hall, banging at the bathroom door, when he's touching my door, wiggling my door, when he's doing anything for the point of fact that she's not watching your son from her dad hall like I'm just saying like this is what happens. >> There's people trying to sleep. [music] >> That's what that's what I'm apparently thinking. >> Her yelling at her baby dad everything. How I show you my ones. I'm so sorry to be incorrect, BUT HAVE I BE BE REALISTIC WITH ME. I don't want you to. >> I I don't understand the question. >> Have I showed you guys my ones? >> No. >> I know I'm wearing a towel. Have I showed you guys any of my generals tonight? [music] >> No, but I think it's >> So, what reason do you have tonight to come at least and then waste your time? I wasn't talking no different inside my room. >> Why don't you go continue to do that in your room >> and tell them to leave me alone? >> Okay, I'm sure they will. Her behavior was bizarre and she was making very little sense and saying things that were completely irrelevant. The cops here seemed confused about it and [music] were probably considering whether she needed a mental health evaluation >> down the hallway. That's that's fine. But if >> No, it's not because that's noise [music] and I can't get sleep. >> That's your landlord maybe. >> I didn't say anything like bro. She lets her she lets her son. >> All right. Hey yeah. Just ring it. Yeah. >> I'm just saying. >> All right. This is something like taking it with your landlord. So, you know, there's nothing criminal here. >> Somewhere else. Maybe try to move somewhere else. >> 30 minutes later, she was still making a rockus [music] and the cops were called back. The house she lived in was a rooming house where rooms are rented out to separate residents who were unrelated. The entire time she was on the phone with her dad. >> Were you yelling before? No, not yelling or riding my scooter or jumping my trampoline across the hallway harder than her son does. So, every time her son does that, I want you guys to let Belar know I'm going to do that. I'm going to call the cops. >> Okay. [snorts] >> Every time he's riding his scooter or he's jumping his trampoline, I'm going call them. >> Listen, they called said you were yelling. We stood out here for a little bit. You [snorts] were on the phone. Maybe talking a little loud, but you weren't yelling. So, that's what that's why we're here. >> They last time. They always do this. They always do this. WHY IS THAT A PROBLEM with me? >> No, bro. But it's not okay because his daughter can DO WHATEVER SHE WANTS. SHE CAN HAVE SCREAMING NOW. People are the rooms out there. Just lower your voice. >> So what do you guys want to tell him? >> I'm just asking you to go to go to YOUR ROOM AND >> TELL MY DAD DOCUMENTATION. MY DAD remember No, I don't want that. It's >> 3:4 in the morning. Officers are waking up now because of you. But her her daughter my bro his daughter wakes ME UP EVERY DAY AT NIGHT 10:00 A.M. >> CUZ HER SON has son. >> First of all I've seen you in Neptune City like >> no you do have >> I don't have a twin. No >> he's got a brother but it's not a twin. >> Princess >> in Neptune City. >> No I do not. >> Lying hard as hell. >> Neptune City has a Chinese guy. Asian guy. Yes. >> I'm not I'm not I'm not saying that relates to you >> again. We're still loud. We're still loud. >> You're lying. You're lying. That's your brother. >> No, it's not. >> The entire time the cops were there, she was screaming and shouting. It was almost 4:00 a.m. and her neighbors had young children who of course needed sleep. She must have been a nightmare to live next to and it was no wonder they called the cops on her multiple times. >> You want me to talk to dad? I'll talk to dad. >> Yes, please. >> Oh, what's his name? >> Kelvin. >> Kelvin. Be right on this floor here. >> Hello, sir. >> Yeah. So, >> all right. So, let me speak to her and get her to like, you know, just calm down, go on her own. >> Yeah, I'll I'll tell her. You want to talk to her real quick and quick. >> Hi, father. >> You just go in your room and lay it down for the night. That's all they ask. >> Yeah, I can. If those people don't bother me, you know, listen, I'm telling you, go into your room. We'll continue this discussion. Just leave whatever's going on out there outside your door. I will with father. Can you tell these cops in front of me how many times you have bothered me since May of [snorts] last year when I moved in? >> Listen, all you have to do is go to your room, close the door, and we can talk. >> That's fine. It's been every time. But since May of last year, how many times did you count? >> All is go to your room. >> But father, but father, no, seriously, I'm in front of the cops still. How many times have these people bothered me since last May? >> All you have to do is go. I'm telling you. >> I know. Because I'm black, though. It's cuz I'm black. He's scared cuz I'm black. We're Haitian. >> Princess, you're doing too much. You're talking too much. I asked you. >> But I was living in Miami. But I was living in Miami. Bro, but father, no. No, no, no, no. Listen. Listen for one time. How many times I'm asking respectfully. How many times have these people bothered me? >> We're going in we're going in circles here. Just >> just call and I please. All right. >> Yes, please. >> All right. Have a good night. >> Appreciate you. >> Yep. You too. >> Next time I hear any noise, I'm calling you. >> Once they thought she calmed down a bit, the cops finally [music] left the residence. She'd gone back to her room. Or at least that's what they thought. Less than 10 minutes later, the neighbors called the cops again. >> As soon as you left the room, starts talking with the father of the [ __ ] champ. And then I come out my room to see what the she and she stand at the door. Get the out of here. >> He's on FaceTime. Call me on FaceTime. No, cuz I called them this time. You don't call us. >> Don't be mad like you're mad because you don't know who I'm around. My dad so mad cuz he don't know who I'm around. He's in Florida. I don't know these strangers. I put new pants on for you guys rather than towel. What are we >> What are we doing? >> You need to You need to go to bed. >> I can listen to you guys though, but I keep listening to them, too. And you guys aren't doing no. >> We're going to get called again and then we're going to arrest you. So, >> I'm going to call you again. >> But then you're going to get arrested for misuse. >> I'm up all night. I work till 4:00 or 5:00 a.m. They never You don't work. He don't work. >> Have you been drinking? >> Surfside. >> That's That's fine. But that's what I'm saying. Like, you're intoxicated. You're being loud. >> I'm not intoxicated. I had four sides. >> You urinated on yourself. weird cuz I thought I was getting in the shower. That was my dumb mistake cuz I realized the I was doing that dumb out with the shower. >> All right, listen. If you don't go in your room now and be quiet or you're going to get arrested. >> Clearly, the cops were losing their patience. She was utterly relentless and refused to cooperate or calm down. Eventually, she headed back to her room, but it didn't last too long. And within moments, she was right back at it. >> You're still sitting there. Goodbye. >> We're fine. We're in the public area. >> Oh, me too. Me, too. [laughter] Me, too. >> But you're acting disorderly. >> No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> You woke up the whole entire building here. >> Yeah. No, never that. There's crackheads in here. Never that. No, shut up. Okay, father. Listen, I'll meet you real quick. Let me show you something. Look how hard they're standing outside. Look how they're staring [music] outside. Listen, listen. Listen. Look at him. Look at him. Look at him. >> All right. You're under arrest. >> You're under arrest. We're not doing this all night. What am I doing? >> Hang up with your father. Please hang up with your father. >> My my hang. I'll hang up. Now you're calling back in a little bit. >> I can hang up now. I'm right here in front of my door. >> You've had so many >> officer. What have I done to you guys, though? >> We've told you so many. >> I'm in front of my door. No, you have no reason. >> YOU HAVE NO REASON. >> OH MY GOD. I'M IN FRONT OF MY DOOR. >> STOP. DON'T RESIST. >> Why are you guys doing >> Where's your phone? I got it here. Do you have keys or something? You want to lock your door? >> You guys drunk? Like, I promise you. Yes, I have keys. I have keys. I'll just KILL MYSELF. I'M PREGNANT. I DIDN'T WANT TO TELL YOU GUYS THAT I'm pregnant. I'm pregnant. [laughter] >> Okay, just go ahead and send me. >> Okay, >> you're just going to sleep a little bit at headquarters and we'll bring you back later. >> Am I standing? >> Yes, you're under arrest. >> I don't need to be cuz I ordered y'all once. >> I just want you guys to know. >> Let's get to headquarters. So, we can take the handcuffs off. All right. >> Okay. >> All right. Just sit tight. >> Whether she really was pregnant or not, it was unclear. But as far as the cops went, they weren't entirely convinced. Being in law enforcement, it wasn't the first time they'd heard something like that in the middle of an arrest. Whatever the case, they took her down to the station. And when they got there, things just escalated further. >> Princess, you need to relax. >> I TOOK TWO PREGNANCY TESTS. Two days ago, I WAS PREGNANT. OKAY. >> WERE YOU GUYS a baby? You was still a baby. >> Can we help you sit up first? >> Yes. Yes, you can have no problem against you. It's what he did to me before you guys GOT HERE. YOU WANT TO WALK out with me? >> Yeah, but I need his information before I do. Like, I swear to God, baby's already dead. Like, I need information now. Now, >> information's on the ticket. [snorts] >> Take these nuts. Take this blood on the floor. >> That's why you're going to the hospital. >> I'm not sitting ON THAT. NO. WHO THE HELL the you're going back IN THE CELL? >> I ALREADY BABY. >> I swear to God. You You get on the stretcher or you go back in the cell. >> The woman had been bleeding and there was tissue on the floor with blood on it. She wanted to take it to the hospital possibly to use as evidence since the woman thought she had a miscarriage because of the arrest. >> You're not taking the tissue. Sit on the stretcher. Go sit on the stretcher. >> Let me TAKE THE TISSUE. THAT'S ALL I HAVE. >> SIT ON THE STRETCHER. ARE youing serious? >> Yes, I'm very serious >> ABOUT MY CHILD. >> GO SIT ON THE CHILD. >> Go sit on the stretcher. >> That's how it come about. Children, act like it's one of y'all. >> Stretcher will go back in the cell. >> I know I'm being so like unsentimental, but the lawsuit is going to hit so heavy. Are y'all really being like that? Body cam's on, right? >> Yes. >> So, my tissues down this hole. I can't. >> No, you're not on too. Turn around. So, >> you got one last chance to sit on the structure. You're going back in the cell >> without my baby, right? The same way you him. You're going back in the cell. Do you want to go to the hospital? >> I already knew it was a boy. >> Do you want to go to the hospital? >> All right, go back in THE CELL. >> DON'T TOUCH IT. >> YOU'RE MYING CHILD. I'm bleeding. >> Get on the stretcher or in the cell. Do you understand? >> No. Get the >> Do you understand that? >> Why are you pushing me? >> Don't touch me. You murderer. >> Get on the stretch or back in the cell. You're a >> All right, back in THE CELL. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. STOP. >> YOU'RE GOING TO COUNTY JAIL. YOU hit me again. >> You my baby, though. >> Go back to the cell. >> In the end, she was taken to a hospital and was evaluated before the legal process could continue. [music] They charged the woman with disorderly conduct and also for a noise violation under city code. On the 3rd of June, 2025, the cops were called out to a residence after a woman reported her nightmare neighbor for throwing a slushie at her dog and causing a disturbance. From the moment the victim started talking to the cops about it, it was clear the call was not going to be simple or routine. >> Basically, I was standing in the door. >> Mhm. >> And she pushed me out of the doorway with full body weight lo. And I said, "Excuse me, works." Because this is what she did earlier today, right? In both my >> You reported that already? >> Oh, yeah. Yeah, this was at noon when I was at the dog park. >> So, um, she smashed all my doorbells so I can't tell when you're here. That's why I had to have you guys tell me when you're here cuz I can't see you or hear you. Um, so I'm standing here in the door with the door open. My dog goes right here to pee. >> My dog hates her. She avoids her. She's like taking the long run, right? She sees my dog. She goes up like this. And I'm like I'm like [ __ ] Like the exact word out of my mouth is [ __ ] Like you've now assaulted my dog. She turns around and starts charging me at the door. chases me up the steps. She's like, "Go on, take that dog in. Take that dog. Come back down." I'm like, "You know what? I'm not doing this with you." >> According to the neighbor, the woman had gotten an eviction notice several days before from the manager. As a result, the woman had gotten angry about it and was taking things out on her as well as her dog. She even smashed the woman's Ring camera. >> How you doing, man? >> You mind just going back inside your house real quick? I'm going to come talk to you in a second. >> What's that? I know. Can you go back in your home so I can talk to you in a few minutes? What? >> Feels more comfortable if she talks to us alone. >> Do you want to come over here? >> We want to go inside. You want to go inside? We can talk to you in your apartment. >> Come on. >> You can do that. >> What? >> All right. So, what's your name? >> Why? >> What's up? >> Why? >> Because we're here. We got to call here for something. So, what's your name? >> You called here for me? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> For what? >> Did you tell me? >> I don't know. I didn't call you. >> Okay. Are you having any issues with your neighbor? I don't know. >> You don't know if you don't know if you're having issues. >> I don't know. I live here. >> All right. >> So, at this point, we need your information for this investigation. >> Okay. >> So, are you going to give it to us or we're going to go the other route? >> What's the other route? >> You're going to come with us? >> Come with you. >> To the police station? >> To the police station? >> Okay. Let me get my stuff. >> No, no, no, no, no. Have a seat. Okay. >> Get what stuff? >> My stuff. >> What do you want to get? >> My stuff. >> What stuff? >> What's your stuff? >> My stuff. >> No. Come on. She told the cops [music] that she'd been forced to move her car from its usual spot and she parked it in front of her neighbor's house where a 24-hour surveillance camera could keep watch. Plain and simple, she didn't trust the woman to not do something reckless or even downright crazy. >> Don't you're not going in there. You're about to get locked up. Everybody sit down right there. >> For obstruction, don't sit on the floor. >> Don't sit on the steps. [music] Get out my way. >> No, absolutely not. Go sit on the steps. I want him to sit on the steps and you're blocking me. You have plenty of room, bud. >> Let's go. >> Okay, now I'm this way. Excuse me. >> Go to the steps. >> Cuz at this point, this point, the way you're acting, you're making me uncomfortable. You're going to go uncomfortable. >> Well, you're the one standing up. You're going to go in your house, right? When we tell you to sit down, >> have a seat. >> Take [laughter] a seat. Take a seat or you going to handcuff? Ask for me. >> Take a seat or you going to handcuff? You came out. You put yourself in a situation. It's for you. >> So what? trans. Put his hands behind your back. No, >> you're not under arrest right now. >> Put your hands on your back. Stop resisting. Put your hands behind on your back. You're getting detained. >> Put your hands behind. >> Put your hands behind your back. All right. Now you're under arrest. [music] >> Why are you doing that? >> That's it. >> You see this, right? You see this, right? >> They eventually managed to get her to go back outside and [music] sit on the steps, but based on the woman's reaction, it wasn't going to be possible to have a decent conversation with her. The only thing she was willing to do was bully the cops. >> So, ma'am, what's your first name? >> Get your out of my face. Get your out of my face. >> Sit down. >> Get your OUT OF MY FACE. Shut up. >> Get your Go get your car. Go get your car. >> What are you guys doing then? >> I'm calling somebody to watch your kid while you're going. >> HE'S THE ONE THAT LOOK, LOOK, >> Y'ALL. WOW. Y'all wow. >> We're trying to work with you, miss. >> I don't feel like it. Not especially not how he came up here. >> Not how he came up here. needs to watch him. Correct. >> No, I SHOULDN'T EVEN BE HERE. >> UNFORTUNATELY, this is the situation that you can ask. >> Why? Why? Ask him why. WHY? GET OUT OF HERE. NO, YOU WASN'T. YOU WAS ON SOME [ __ ] OUT OF HERE. >> She lived with her son who was disabled and at the moment he was upstairs in the house. The cops wanted to make sure that somebody would be looking after him, but the woman refused to unlock her phone so they could call a family member or a friend. It was yet another unnecessary obstacle. >> Watch out. They might arrest you. Don't let them arrest you. Cuz if that white lady goes and say something, [music] we all know what's going to happen. Going to be Johnny on a spotty. Johnny on a spotty for his white. Johnny on a spotty for when a white queen can play. It's a white complain for his white [screaming] gossane. >> Stop yelling. Stop cursing. >> Stop yelling and cursing. >> I'm cursing for his white queen. >> He said nothing. He said another word. >> What word? The n word. That's not a curse word. >> Okay. >> It's derogatory. To who? >> To who? >> To whoever doesn't want to hear it. You're in the middle of of the middle of a apartment complex. You only know derogatory >> names [crying] charge me for singing about the white queen. I'm obstructing the white test. Oh, mass don't get me now. Don't get me mass. Oh, he's been buck broken to do anything for his white masser. >> The cops found out she had not only broken the ring camera and thrown a slushie on her neighbor's dog, but also she made serious threats. Luckily though, the breaking of the camera had been captured on surveillance footage. >> These white queens acting out. These white queens acting out and let them. These white queens acting out and let them. The blacker the berry, the more tart the juice. What you talking about? Let me leave you alone. That look evil. So Wilson, what you do? All right, I'm going stop like you somebody like you probably got somebody's, don't you? Probably a little legally. Okay. >> Despite [music] the fact that the cops were right there, she was still making threats toward her neighbor. And even more shocking, she let the cops call CPS to pick her son up instead of just giving them a contact number [music] for someone she trusted. >> Oh, yeah. >> Is there a way that you could um email that video? >> I did. Yeah. Email email that email that. Tell them about your dog, too. How she almost bit me. You know she >> he was in my house. My dog wouldn't bite him. >> All right. >> Yeah. >> All right. Hope you willing to catch your body cuz you still live here. I come for you. >> I'll come for you. >> I'll come for you. >> Next time it won't be a threat. It won't be a threat >> when your ises in the garbage because that's where white trash belong. >> Yeah, I'm a $200,000 a year. >> You ain't You live here. [ __ ] You don't do I'm a $200,000. You got Medicaid. You got Medicaid. >> Coming for you. >> I'm coming for you. >> At the end of it, she had a bunch of serious charges. They arrested the woman and she [music] was charged with resisting arrest, obstruction, and making terroristic threats. For the neighbor's sake, she would hopefully move out of there and would stop causing issues. On September 26th, 2025, the cops are called out to a high school in Lake Villa, Illinois. A full-grown man there exploded at a parent who was there to watch the football game. By the time the officers got there, the man and his friends were visibly angry, confrontational, and clearly [music] they were looking for a fight. >> Stop moving. Stop. >> No. Stop. >> I get it. I don't know what happened. We're trying to figure it out. I need you to just relax. You shouldn't stop. I'm stay right here. Okay, sir. Stop. I'm a veteran. >> That's not stop, bro. >> All right. >> He does. He is a veteran. Just Just give >> you can explain. Relax. >> I We were walking past. Me and him were walking past. >> Okay. A gentleman walked past a random gentleman and said some about a >> Is that gentleman here? >> Wait, can I finish telling I'm sorry? No. The other gentleman kept No, the one that he said that the fat dude said had special needs. WALK PAST. HOLD ON, BRO. MOVE. MOVE. >> Go ahead. Go ahead. >> Why don't you just hear? I'll have you hang out, right? I'll have you hang out right there. I'll have you hang out right there. What's going on? >> The dude walked past, said some slick. >> Okay. And I'm like, >> what did he say? Do you remember >> something about the football game? >> Hey, go something the other. And we're like, bro, >> I'm from Chicago. I'm not cheering for any team. Keep going. >> Okay. >> And I said it just like that. Like, what are you even saying something to us for? >> We're not here in any uniform. >> Yeah. No colors, anything like that supporting anyone. >> As me and me and the darker gentlemen are walking off. Mhm. >> The other gentleman, >> the fat dude over there >> says, "Calm down." >> So, as we're walk, I'm like, "Bro, calm down for what?" Like, "Oh, he has special needs." Saying the guy that says whatever the random was, he has special. Okay. What is that? >> We're not in football uniforms or in colors. >> Okay. >> Why doesn't he say something to one of these football players? Oh, calm down. And he starts brushing up against me. The suspect here, whose name was James, was just furious over what seemed to be a very minor incident. He told the cops that another man made a comment about one of the teams and then asked him to calm down. Whatever had happened, it didn't sound like a reason for the man to blow up the way he did. >> Bro, get off of me. You're in my space. >> What is the problem? How am I being disrespectful? Oh, we have kids here, so how am I being disrespectful? >> Okay. >> Oh, you're cussing. How am I being disrespectful? And he kept walking up to me. So I >> Yes, I did. >> Get the out of my face. I kept walking. And we are being talked to. Why? >> I kept walking. >> Yes. After you you try to create some space. >> The guy kept coming up to me. Then his wife stepped in. So naturally once his wife stepped in, he's getting a little bit more. >> Yeah. He's puffing up. Yeah, >> bro. Cool. But how am I being ma'am? Move. After I pushed him the second time. >> Okay. His wife pushed me and then a young football player came and ran ran at me. I just grabbed the fence. >> The football player couldn't move me. >> Okay. >> And I walked across the street to create distance. >> The other man who was involved in the incident was talking to the cops nearby, giving his account of what had happened. Meanwhile, James' friend kept saying he was a veteran, as if somehow that excused the man's explosive behavior. >> He's right there. He's the guy in the hat, I believe. Hang on. I'm going to have you I'm not going to have you go over there. >> I just want to talk to >> No, no, no, no, no, no, no. I'm trying to control the situation. Hang out with my partner. I will talk to him. >> The officer then talked to the other party involved and [music] got his side of the story, but the audio for that interaction was redacted. After hearing the man's account, things had escalated into something far more serious. Instead of a simple heated argument, like James was saying, now it was [music] a battery case. >> We're leaving. >> Let's go. It's over. >> No, you're not leaving. >> No, I'm not. >> He's not leaving. I need your I need your ID. >> For what? ID light. >> Sir, that is crazy. You're talking. You need to stop. >> Stop. I just need your ID. Hey, how about this? He doesn't want anything. We are documenting this. He doesn't want anything. >> So, why do you need my ID? Otherwise, I'll be obstructed if he's ONLY WANTS TO DOCUMENT CUZ that is absolutely obstructing an investigation. You need to go where? I'll arrest you for a truck. >> You can't arrest me for anything%. >> I'll give you my name. I'll get back the up. >> I'm not doing nothing, >> BRO. GET IN MY FACE AGAIN. Find out what happened. Give me your ID. >> Instead of cooperating, James tried to walk away from things. And it was almost unbelievable based on how these three were acting that they [music] were full-g grown adults. They were acting more like toddlers who were unable to control their emotions when things didn't go their way. >> Last chance. Is there anything I can do to have you identify yourself? What is the reason why >> you're going to get back UP? >> HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> PUT YOUR HANDS BY your back. DO NOT MOVE >> RIGHT NOW. >> DO NOT MOVE. >> DO NOT MOVE. BRO, YOU'RE GOING TO GET TASER. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND HER BACK. TASER. TASER. PUT YOUR hands behind her back. >> What are you doing to me right now? >> Honestly, it really didn't have to get to this point. But James had pushed the cops to their limit and they tased him and handcuffed him and he faced several serious charges. And as if this guy's behavior hadn't already been just a giant red flag, at that point it only got more unhinged. >> I gave you my name. Yes. my >> ID and then >> I don't have to give you my ID% you ain't helping them ARE THE ONES IN TROUBLE. >> I DON'T WANT TO TALK. He didn't approach you the same way. >> You ain't talking about >> Shut up. I asked you. I gave you the option. Option of what? >> WHAT OPTION DID YOU GIVE? >> Stay down. >> Get up. STANDING UP. OKAY. >> Stay down. [groaning] >> Stay down. >> Okay. >> Stay down. >> I stay down. James was saying that he hurt his knee during the altercation. So, they followed their protocol and called him an ambulance. But as he waited for it to arrive, he continued hurling insults and he picked one of the cops in particular as his target. >> I advised you were under arrest. >> Yeah. All right. >> For what? You never >> told you obstructing. >> Yeah. All right. >> Said if you do not provide your ID, your name, and date of birth, you would be arrested. >> You I think you're a whatever you want. you personally. >> I'll go to jail for resist arrest and assault. >> You already are, >> dude. >> Let's Let's make it worth it. >> Hey, come on. What are we doing? >> Come on, bro. >> I'm sitting trying I'm sitting here trying to talk to you guys and he want >> a clans member. >> That could be anything further. >> No, he's definitely a clan. >> Come on. >> Oh, he's married to a black girl. >> Absolutely not. probably married to a >> lover. Your daughter probably likes it too much. >> Oh, the [ __ ] >> It's not It's people throw low blows, ain't it? >> Nothing I did to you was a low blow. >> They arrested the man. He was taken off to jail and he was charged with multiple felonies, including aggravated battery in a public place, resisting an officer, and several counts of aggravated battery against an officer. as he refused to give his name to them. He was also charged with obstructing ID. They mouththed off to the cops, intimidated the vulnerable, and they acted entitled like the rules didn't apply to them. But the moment the cops had enough of them, their tough guy act quickly fell apart, and these entitled bullies finally got what they deserved.
