I understand it was an accident whose responsibility is it to read those numbers when comps assigned to a case they have to know every bit of important information while it's normal for people to make mistakes one stupid blunder by cops can lead to ugly consequences Florida officers learned this the hard way when they arrived at a Pasco County residence number 17043 to serve an eviction on July 28th [Music] 2022 what's that last week last week yeah that's a week yeah and I looked in CCIS nothing's been changed got keys bro they mov nothing lock usually have the electric but I guess this one wasn't installed let's try the back right there's nobody home either the officers walked right past some very crucial information they even made notes of some missing information about the resident but proceeded with their duties despite not making contact with the resident you'd think a fully furnished house might have tipped them off but they continue ringing the bell and knocking on the door vehicle was parked over there where I'm parked now your mother pulled into the parking lot next to that or parking spot next to them struck that vehicle and continued here she then got out of the vehicle and went inside and continued her business business in there until she came back out here okay when I got here I was called here by this officer based on concerns from the staff inside that she was impaired this guy with tat who's an officer he's one of our our civilian officers yes okay he was called here to investigate the crash he called me because of the concerns that were voiced by the staff on her behavior and Her speech and things like thator what is she's violent I'm trying to explain it to you me the opportunity Eugene goes on to assure them that after this she won't be driving anymore but the evidence of her accident is still nowhere to be found not even on her own vehicle and that's not all that's missing from officer maduro's story where's the other vehicle though we're going to take care of them the other vehicle's gone they didn't even know that they were involved in an accident do they have any damage this is an all damage I I don't know I was not here for the accident inves yeah cuz if they left they didn't have any damage I mean we have an insurance we have a lawyers we strong lawyers and we know that we know if anything is going to happen one phone call everything's going to be taken care of we live right around the corner really right I still have a job to do we but you can't you're not going to take her are you you cannot take her to from what I've seen she's impaired should not be D she's not impaired okay that's not for that's not the determination listen are you ready to face to face the judges are you ready to that I think you enough you are too young for that sir I this is not my first DUI so don't she's not du she's not drinking she's not I'm not going to sit here and debate it with you she's not drunk are you are you out of your mind impairment doesn't necessarily mean alcohol as I've already explained I she's on medications yes she exactly so she should not be driving maybe but the doctor say can Maduro goes on to say that Eugene is to blame for this situation because he allowed his mom to drive despite knowing her limitations this just shows that Maduro has no intention of ENT aing the idea that there may have going to put in for her license to be re about for her to be re-evaluated on the status of her driver's license okay until that happens she cannot drive okay likely it's probably a result of the mistake and the officer was ordered to reverse his actions despite maduro's bad police work he doesn't even offer an apology he took her medical history into consideration yet still decided to arrest but the bottom line is is impairment shouldn't be driving these officers seem like bullies with Badges and Maduro is the worst of them all even Perez expressed concerns over the actions of the other he was experiencing a crisis outside an adult store and running through traffic he'd been to rehab four times for his issues handcuffed by security already Tony's condition worsened after officers wake him up by this time Tony's now been lying Face Down Under Pressure for over 10 minutes and the officers continue making sarcastic comments smiling and laughing medical help arrives and Tony's unmoving body is then flopped onto a JY by these oblivious cops is he knocked out or he ain't dead is he no oh okay I think I'll go he didn't just die down there did he I don't think he did is he breathing hope I didn't kill him yeah he's not breathing he's not breathing nope oh [Music] compression the inhumane behavior of these officers is disgusting they smile and make jokes around this dead man's body and it was all they're doing EMTs on site performed chest compressions and other life-saving Maneuvers for about 10 minutes the sheer anger in the emt's face was clear he knew exactly what happened keep you got it no apprciate you sorry we tried Tony was pronounced dead on the scene despite a seven-year Court battle and a million dooll award to Tony's Family the officers face no known criminal charges it remains unclear whether the Dallas Police Department took any disciplinary action against them the medical examiner ruled Tony's death a homicide by excessive force the officers later apologized in court for their remarks while Tony was lying lifeless on the ground whether on or off duty a dumb cop will always do dumb things on July 2nd 2023 police officer Mauricio gares was found in his car on on the side of the road by Officer Gonzalez and it didn't look like he was fit to drive hey how you doing tus police put your car in park put your car in park hey yo put your car March 1st 2019 Boulder officer John Smiley in Colorado confronts Zed Atkinson a student picking up trash as his job outside his apartment building officer Smiley approaches Zed without probable cause this dumb officer made some assumptions about Zed and decided to give him a hard time for no clear reason I couldn't help I noticed you just sitting on the patio out there what's that I couldn't help investigation sadly in most cases these uniform criminals still keep their jobs despite flagrant disregard for People's Health and property considering just how much they can get away with I wouldn't
