those dogs now on July 28th 2021 Palm Coast Florida deputy morgante was called out to a scene because of an animal problem when she arrived she was met by a retired NYPD cop who had some disturbing things to share about what was going on I don't know these people they just pulled up and the dogs were passing out there was like fluid coming out of the back of the dogs the flu was coming out of the dogs from the rear end yeah because they they're like dehydrated there puppies in there was the actual um door open or closed no it was closed when they pulled up yeah how did you how did you see the right there and uh they opened the back and I heard the dogs yelling and screaming they were panicking the dogs are panicking shaking and everything we had them all at a rest stop see I got an AC unit right here we just left the rest stop maybe like 10 minutes ago and we got here where's that puppy which puppy is it back here the brown it's thing we got to get him some water I don't have I can't get a hold of her dad she's got to hold my dogs all right just for a second let's get the dog's water where's the water I don't know my her her father's we somewhere hang tight let's get the water actually grab them dogs out cuz I'm trying man I'm just fre out right now grab that puppy grab those gra they're dying do you understand this I know this do you understand that the man's excuse for not giving the dogs water is that he couldn't get a hold of his father-in-law what does that have to do with anything he even admits to just coming from a rest stop where he could have given the but then we never met back up with him so he loaded everything in the back of the okay what were you with him in Tennessee okay how do y'all know each other uh we've been together for about a year we stops and each time we stopped I did have that AC un plugged up into uh the it it's supposed to be going through the U was in the U-Haul we stopped for about an hour each time so that way they could get AC or get some refresh we took them out and walked in and then let him go to the bathroom okay when was the last time they had water uh earlier this morning around 5ish so they didn't give the dogs water for over 5 hours the man tells the officer that they've been on the road since 9 last night that means the dogs have been in the back of the U-Haul for a minim 9 hours in the southern heat beyond the fact that it's just incredibly stupid it's also just evil to treat your animals that way you guys traveling with another party as well yeah but we don't know where he's at anymore okay was there any animals in that vehicle no we picked up everything and put them in the back of here from the other party you don't know where they're at you have their information we can't get a hold of them anymore who is it father y'all do own all the animal that's that's what you said yeah but the puppies were getting rid of we didn't plan on keeping them down here they weren't even supposed to happen we were visiting here and sing with bun of do and it happen and so we were trying to take care of them wait till they were OD up find I can't take care of I mean considering that we're on the side we're in the parking lot and now they're dehydrated and we're trying to pull them down and then about 5:00 is when you realize that the dogs and the cats didn't have any any sort of um water right okay do y'all have money okay so at that point why didn't you go and purchase water for them well we thought we'd be meeting up with their dad but we still never got a hold of them that's why we stopped here to see if we can get everything okay but you also told me as well that you stopped at 7:00 this morning yeah at a rest stop okay they have water there they have free water so you didn't even have to purchase it from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. they knew the dogs didn't have any water but they still didn't get them water after stopping twice this couple story isn't adding up either they're really dumb or they're pretending to be ignorant in order to get away with their crimes a 7 hours of without any type of liquid where's the food and all that do you have any food for them well we just gave them the last we've been having wet food for them okay when was the where's the last when did you give them the last about 5:00 so you gave make sure that they had food but no water you know water is more essential than food that they can survive a little bit longer without food than water I I can't tell you exactly how hot it is currently but just by me standing here I'm sweating we gave them uh we got we had medicine that's supposed to knock them out for 12 hours so that way we can make the whole trip at night but uh we stopped to rest twice uh last night about an hour so that ended up killing the time on it and what made you pull over here today I uh I real I remember that they've been out that long I'm sorry I realized that they were without water that long so we needed to B water okay when you pulled over what did you notice when you open the back or before you open the back uh the puppies were screeching so I had her come out check on the puppies while I ran to go see about uh everything in the store okay and what did the dogs and cats look like to you I I didn't I just opened the gate told her to come around and check on it that's that's you just opened it and left okay you just heard the puppy screeching so he knew the dogs ran out of water at 5:00 a.m. but he just told the officer he pulled into this parking lot hours later because he noticed they didn't have any water it seems to me he's trying to tell the police what he thinks they want to hear to make himself look better next the deputy has to interview the female suspect I had no idea to you didn't know how to transport animals I this actually the first time I've actually had this the only animal I actually had was the one that pregnant the one with the puppies M she was going okay I've never done this before and I felt like it I knew it was going to be a bad idea El to do okay now when you guys stopped what did you do we stopped here today what did you do we I got out the open all pting puppies having and I knew that I I didn't know what to do but I knew I had to do get water the was ging open stressed out and crying but I don't I had just woke up I would I'm not even where it was at this just keeps getting more infuriating the only animal she actually had for a long time was the pregnant dog that had puppies yet she didn't bother to check on her it's hard to tell if her in September 2023 police in Lacrosse Wisconsin responded to a call regarding an aggressive pitbull that escaped a residence the woman who owned the dog had previously made reports about her dog claiming the dog had attacked her and bit another person that's my other dog in the car and that's why he's there I had my friend come here cuz he Buster my that to come to me whose dog that one yours both of them so why can't you take care of your dog why I was in here mixing up benel and dog food to put him down they're doing euthanization why would you do that because they're killing him puppies okay all right so yeah these dogs are going with animal control uh your uncle shot three of them and your uncle's under arrest and he's already in outout to the jail for animal cruelty it's personality from earlier also her story doesn't add up at all she first says that she's not going to give the dog back to an abusive owner and then she says she was going to give it back I need your I to care at all about these dogs I guess animal abuse is just another normal day for this guy I would suggest calling Animal Control letting them know that you would like to surrender all three of your not able to properly care for you should surrender because like I said it's not fair to them and I'm sorry to let you know but two and a half days ago right uh did not cause what the dogs look like now understand okay the officer's right these dogs have been abused and neglected for months for them to be this skinny I just don't understand people like this if you don't have the means to take
