Please, I'll ask you to Your kids. How many children does she have? Three and two on the way. I only see one. Why do they want to separate us? They won't even let me out to you. You have to come to me. I don't know. We'll try and find your bag. Go ahead. You're not allowed to arrest me. You are. YOU ARE NOT A REAL COP. IT'S NO SECRET that relationships can be rough, but while it's completely normal to have some bumps in the road with abusive partners, things get really messy. And abusers always deserve punishment. With that said, it could be incredibly satisfying when a vicious, barbaric, and manipulative partner gets what's coming to them. In this new compilation, we uncover stories about abusive girlfriends who got busted. We guarantee you'll be getting a real sense of satisfaction witnessing these heartless partners get dealt with by the police. It gets pretty wild. For our first entry, we're heading to Ohio and a girlfriend who's as wild as the state's reputation in modern-day internet culture. In November 2023, a worried mother called the authorities to check up on her son. He hadn't been in contact with the family for some time, and the mother thought the girlfriend may have turned off his phone. The police arrived and the man said he had simply lost the device. However, not long after, the man's sister checked up on him and found that the girlfriend had taken the man's phone and laptop. The cops arrived and encountered the man, his abusive girlfriend, and his sister at the residence. Please let me do I tried to be nice. Austin, you have his stuff. I don't have his stuff. You have his stuff. I asked you to get your things nicely. Austin, his stuff is everywhere. Austin, Austin, no you don't. I promise. Austin, they're trying to separate us again. If I get to stay with Austin. Austin, listen. You two can step outside together. Come here. With everybody, Austin. Protect our stuff. Let everybody come outside, Austin. Everybody. Don't leave anybody in here alone with your stuff. I'm trying to protect both of our stuff. you won't do that. Austin, they're trying to separate us. Okay. Let me take the sister. Let me take the sisters. Come out here. There are trying to separate us. They're trying to separate us. Do me a favor. Get that stuff for me. I'll come back down here and talk to you in a minute. His phone is in that bag. He won't get back. His computer needs to be plugged in. You can plug it in. Is it all his stuff? His computer and his phone. Think about it. Because that's That's all Mine is Your sister. Back up. Why do you care about your computer phone? Why do you care? Why do you care about it? It's his Which you can have. You know what? Why do you want it? All of our stuff. I don't. He was getting ready to plug it in. Why do you care? We were separated. Austin, you were protecting Come here. In the very first minute, we're already seeing so many red flags here. One of the officers is taking the man outside the residence while they're dealing with the woman. However, pay close attention to her actions all throughout this segment as she'll do anything to try and manipulate her boyfriend and the officers all throughout the process. As the girlfriend is still causing a scene, the officer talks to the man candidly and calmly. Do you want her in the house with you? Austin. I was just trying to help her to get her to stay in the house with you. What the hell is going on? What's going on? I need to figure out if you want them to leave or stay. Don't separate us, Austin. Do you want them to stay? We were going to spend Thanksgiving with Austin. Your family didn't even want you. My wife. This year. I'm leaving. Why are you leaving Thanksgiving this year? Austin, stop talking. Stop Hey. Stop talking. Tell him to stop talking. Hey, listen. Listen. Last time. Stop talking for 5 minutes and let me talk to him. You got me? Listen. Stop. Can you talk to us together? No. No. I'm talking to Austin. Cuz this is Austin. Exactly. Look, we can never be together. Why? Just wait. I am talking to him. I'm not trying to take I'm not trying to take him away. If you just wait, if you wait 5 minutes and let me talk to Austin. If you ever needed a real definition of what a gaslighter is, this woman might be the perfect example. There's a lot to unpack here, and the man, Austin, is visibly fed up by all this. The cops are doing their best to calm the woman down, but there seems to be no reasoning with her. She just keeps talking over them, trying to emotionally manipulate everyone in sight. The officer calmly talks to Austin and very reasonably presents the situation and some of the rational options in front of him, but the woman's just not backing down. Austin. This is your place. You tell me what you want. Austin, do you want to go to the front? And that's what's going to happen. I don't It says if I don't get her out you just don't know what you want. No, we're not Hey, listen. I'm going to tell you one more time, okay? I need you to calm down. Please calm down. She's probably going to get a little bit angry. So, I'm going to take you downstairs. Come on. Let's go downstairs and talk. I'm not I'm not trying to take you away from your place. I just want to take you downstairs so then you can actually talk to me. Please calm her. All right. You If you settle down right now and Settle down. It's very likely that Austin feels some emotional attachment to this woman. At the same time, he also feels very conflicted and is by now aware that his girlfriend's extremely manipulative. Apart from talking non-stop and playing a victim, notice the tone of her voice and how she's trying to play into his emotions. Her next line is just borderline comedic. Fortunately, the cops are handling this and Austin's sister is also there to talk some sense into him. Hey, listen. Austin. Will you listen to me? Austin, where are your documents? to talk to Who do been missing for 24 hours? I have to go. Who are you? Austin. Austin, don't You cannot You're good. She She might freak out for a minute. If you want to get down there and talk, you go ahead and get down and talk. Just don't freak out. Slow down and As long as you sit up here with me. Austin. He's going to go talk to his dad on the phone. Why do they want to separate us? They won't even let me out to you. You have to come to me. Listen. Listen. Look at me. Listen. Don't give me to them, Austin. Austin, I can get them. Don't show them where they're at. Listen. Don't show them yet. Can I come in, Austin? No. Austin. Austin, don't show them. You have to plug my phone in. Austin. There's no question. It's always good for the cops to have cameras on them. Apart from sharing these stories with the world, it's also possible to review any culprits' words and actions. The woman mentioned that Austin should not show something to the police and that he should first plug her phone in. This is just another one of those red flags that's not going to help her. However, the woman keeps escalating the situation and now she's going to get even more persistent. Don't Don't shut the door, AUSTIN. AUSTIN, NO. GOD, AUSTIN, NO. AUSTIN, HE'S SMILING. LET ME LET ME IN. AUSTIN. JUST CALM DOWN, AUSTIN. AUSTIN. AUSTIN, THEY'RE SMILING. LET ME IN. DON'T GIVE ME to them. No, you guys are going to hurt me. Put your hands on me and you're going to get hurt. I'M NOT TRYING AUSTIN. AUSTIN. YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED AUSTIN, YOU HAVE TO SAVE ME. STOP. AUSTIN, DON'T GIVE ME TO THEM. WHAT'S GOING ON? AUSTIN. AUSTIN. 405, you want to head this way. Austin, COME ON, THEY'RE GOING TO TAKE ME AWAY. HE SAID I COULD STAY. I'VE BEEN WROTE DOWN. HE SAID I COULD STAY. LISTEN. JUST calm down. Calm down. Austin, open the door. Open the door, AUSTIN. I CAN'T SEE YOU. LET GO. LET HIM OPEN THE DOOR. NO, THE DOOR'S not opening. Austin. AUSTIN, PLEASE DON'T SHOW THEM, AUSTIN. THEY JUST GOT US SEPARATED. THEY GOT ME ON THE OUTSIDE AND YOU ON THE END. WE clearly cannot see the cop's face, but whether he was smiling or not, as the woman keeps saying, isn't really important. This was yet another one of her attempts to keep pushing her narrative and manipulating Austin. However, she's getting really desperate and it's not working out for her. With each new word she utters, the cops get more annoyed. Although they're still trying to solve things the nice way. You're not allowed TO DO THIS. YOU HAVE TO LET US SEE EACH OTHER. YOU'RE BREAKING THE RULES, AUSTIN. AUSTIN. AUSTIN. HEY, watch out. I'm going to go walk out. Austin, can I still stay? Austin. Can I come back in? Austin, stand up for me. Austin, can I come in? Hey, listen. Austin. Austin, right. So, all you have to do is end this. Let her Let her go. Come up here. Who's on the phone? Can I come in? Who's on the phone? Austin, can I come in? You watch out. They're going to My stuff's in there. Okay, they're going to talk to you. I need to get my dog. No one's going to touch you. Austin, my dog's in there. Can I come in, Austin? They're not letting me in. Don't shut the door. Austin. Austin, DON'T LEAVE ME. AUSTIN, DON'T SHUT THE DOOR. HEY, STOP. NO. YOU JUST GRABBED ME, ALL RIGHT? I DIDN'T GRAB YOU. I DIDN'T TOUCH YOU. EVERYBODY'S BEEN HURTING ME AND I DON'T KNOW WHY. NO ONE'S TOUCHING YOU. AUSTIN, DO NOT SHOOT YOUR SISTER. WELL, NOW she remembers that her dog's inside. On a serious note, she stoops to a new low by not wanting Austin to talk to his sister. On top of all this, she's really close to getting into physical contact with the officers. However, we can't help but chuckle at least a little bit at what she says next and how the cop responds. What the [ __ ] is going on? WHAT IS GOING ON? I WANT TO KNOW WHAT'S GOING on with you. Me, too. Do you need help? NO. NO, YOU'RE going Is something going on? No. So, we got We're eloping. Wait. We're getting married. I'd like to talk to him, please. Well, Can I have a lighter, please? Ma'am. Maybe. Austin. Listen. Listen. Listen. What I'm going to tell you is Okay. You're not going to tell me what to do, first of all. You got that, okay? You You understand that? I'm looking for a lighter to smoke a cigarette. All right. Go downstairs, smoke a cigarette. I'm not leaving, Austin. Austin. Right now, you are. Why? Because I'm telling you you're going to be right now while they're talking. Okay? You're causing more of an issue right now than what needs to be. Austin. There's people in 1003 that's trying to sleep and they can't because you're out here yelling. We tried to get them out because they have kids stuff out here. At what point the jacket? That's kids stuff? The only thing? The rest of stuff is a tire. Although the whole background isn't entirely clear from the footage, it seems that the woman has a child or children from a previous partner. Anyhow, after some more shouting from her end and some back and forth with the cops, the woman once again goes full on guilt-tripping and tries to provoke Austin to act somehow. At the same time, the cops at the scene are getting seriously irritated with her behavior. Austin. Austin, this cop is trying TO MAKE ME GO DOWNSTAIRS, AUSTIN. Only you can make ME LEAVE. I'LL BE THERE BEFORE you long. What the Oh. What is going on? I don't know what's going on. You tell me. Austin, you have to let me back in, please. I can't tell you what's going on, but what I can tell you is you're really too close to me. If you would, scoot back. Can you get me a lighter? Yeah, if you want a lighter, I'll get you a lighter. Austin, can I have my stuff? Hang on. Austin, please give me my stuff. Austin. Austin, they're taking me away. Let's go downstairs. Hi. Let's go downstairs. Come on. Come on. Let's go downstairs. I'm going to ask you one more time to come downstairs, Yes. You were going to What are you talking about? We're going to get your stuff here in a minute. Okay. In a minute. Yes, let's go downstairs. They're making me leave, Austin. We're not making you leave. We're just trying to separate you. And give me your hand, too. Okay, we're going to let you go downstairs and talk to that sergeant. I don't want to talk to that sergeant. That's what I want you to do. Why? Because. Okay, in a minute, please. No, I want you to go downstairs. At this point, the woman continues to be defiant. And by the way, has anyone counted how many times she said Austin? Moving forward, the plot thickens a little as the woman's former husband appears at the scene. And maybe a bit unexpectedly, he's there to support Austin and shed more light on the situation. He's probably been through some of the same drama as well. Another cop is downstairs and addresses the new character in this story. Who are you to this situation? Well, I'm her her ex-husband. Her his mom posted on Facebook that he had gone missing for 2 hours and that she couldn't get a hold of him. I reached out to his mom and I've been talking to him and his mom. His mom's on the phone right now. Right. She just wanted me to come over to make sure that nothing happened to her daughter, but she came over here to check on him. What's Is she over here? Who over here? Her daughter is. She's in the Okay. Now, that's an interesting twist. The ex-husband is on Austin's side and he's here to help support Austin's mother. Just to avoid confusion in this whole mess, the daughter he's mentioning here is Austin's sister, whom we saw earlier. Meanwhile, the girlfriend continues on with her show and the cop who was downstairs comes to intervene. Even though he was a bit further away, he's also fed up with the scene she's making. Hey, stop. He told you like 15 times to sit right there. Just sit right there for 5 SECONDS. JUST SIT right there for 5 seconds. So I can talk to him and you can figure out what's going on cuz you don't know what's going on, obviously, cuz you're freaking out. So just give me a second. Give me a second. I have a family too. Austin, like listen to them. Do you see what they're saying? All right, we're going to bring all your stuff out. All right, we're going to bring Can I still sit? Slide your butt back. Sit back. Sit back. Calm down. What are you doing? Just come out here and talk to me, Austin. Who is this sister's in there? Austin. Hey. Austin. Hey. Stand by here. You can wait your turn. I am. Austin, they took ALL MY STUFF. AUSTIN, THEY TOOK MY BAG. AUSTIN, they took MY BAG AND MY PASSPORT. AUSTIN. THEY DID NOT. YES, THEY DID. THEY'RE NOT IN HERE, AUSTIN. AUSTIN, MY BLACK BAG, MY JACK BAG, my red bag. What is a jack bag? Austin, look at me. They took my stuff. Austin, Austin. That's right. Austin. If you've been following this whatsoever, it's obvious that she's not capable of sitting still for even 5 seconds. Whatever the cops say, she repeats the same old narrative over and over again. But apart from causing a disturbance in the middle of the night, she's also once again getting in physical contact with the cops. It's nothing serious yet, but she's clearly stepping over the line here. Only you can SAY I CAN STAY, AUSTIN. DON'T TOUCH ME. DON'T TOUCH ME. AUSTIN. YOU WON'T. AUSTIN, YOU HAVE TO PROTECT ME. AUSTIN. MA'AM, WHAT IS YOUR NAME? WHAT IS YOUR NAME? AUSTIN. KANYE. AUSTIN. KANYE. KANYE. AUSTIN. KANYE. AUSTIN. You're not making Get your butt Austin. any of this any better. Austin, please. Can you make sure you got all your stuff? And go where? He crashed my car. Right now you just need to make sure you have it all. Austin, your car. Austin, look at me. After a while, the woman's stuff has been removed from the residence by Austin and the cops. The guilt-tripping routine isn't working out for her, and the cops have given her plenty of warnings at this point. And honestly, they've been more than patient with her, but everyone has their limits. Okay. You're you're you're treading on thin ice. Okay. Stop touching him. Don't get in his face. You're not getting back in the apartment. He's done told you, so quit trying to push past him. Austin, I put gas in your truck. Can I put my stuff in your truck, Austin? Austin, I cannot carry all this. Kanye, you know where you're at right now? Yes, I do. Where are you? Ohio. Okay. What day is it? Austin, Thursday. Austin. Exactly. I know where I'm at. Austin. That is her baby. Like Austin, listen to me. Listen. Austin, let me answer it. Tony, get off the porch. Where do you want to go? Austin, can I put my stuff in your trunk and you take me somewhere safe? Where do you want to go? to take me. Austin, please. You want to take me to the POLICE STATION? YES. YES, AUSTIN. YES. SHE JUST SAID NO. I'M GOING TO TELL YOU ONE MORE TIME. You just asked. You asked. Okay, enough is enough. Her stuff is now out and the cops have no choice but to drag her down. Since she's been warned so many times and won't leave the property, they've decided to take more drastic measures. But now that she's even more desperate, she won't go down that easily. Apart from kicking and screaming, she doubles down on her same old routine all while getting cuffed. Will you still take me somewhere safe? AUSTIN, NO. AUSTIN, LOOK WHAT THEY'RE DOING. THEY'RE BREAKING MY ARM OFF. STOP. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK, PLEASE. WHY? PLEASE. AUSTIN, LOOK WHAT WHAT THEY'RE DOING. OH, WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS? AUSTIN. AUSTIN, YOU SAID you would take ME SOMEWHERE SAFE. COME ON, JENNIFER. LET'S GO. OH, AUSTIN, LOOK AT THIS. OH, LOOK WHAT THEY'RE DOING, AUSTIN. AUSTIN, LOOK WHAT THEY'RE DOING. THEY HAVE THE WRONG PERSON. AUSTIN. PROTECT ME. AUSTIN, PLEASE LOOK AT ME. GET HER OUT OF HERE. SHE'S LYING. Where's my glasses? Yeah. Austin. Austin, look. You said you would take ME SOMEWHERE SAFE. AUSTIN, look at me. Look what they're doing TO ME RIGHT NOW. YOU HAVE TO SEE THIS. LOOK, AUSTIN. AUSTIN, LOOK. THAT ONE'S LOOK, AUSTIN. Fortunately for Austin and the neighbors, the woman is finally being taken to the police car. But as they're trying to put her inside, it seems she has a few more tricks up her sleeve. So, she comes up with a new tactic. Suddenly, she realizes that she needs to pee. PERFECT TIMING, HUH? OW. GET IN THE CAR. TELL ME WHAT'S GOING ON, AUSTIN. GET IN THE CAR. I WILL. WHAT What are Let's do it RIGHT NOW. AUSTIN. AUSTIN, PROTECT ME. YOU GOT THE FRONT? AUSTIN! AUSTIN! YOU REALLY GOT TO HOBBLE. AUSTIN! STOP. Just stop. But let me sit down. We are trying to put you in the car. I'm about to piss my pants. I'm about to pee. I'm serious. I don't want to piss my pants and be in this situation. Get in the car. I just need to squat and piss. We're not pissing here. I have to pee. I have a seat Sit down. I have to pee. We could have already took you to the bathroom. If you would have just sat down, we would have I need to pee. Give us a second. I need to pee now. Whatever she's trying to pull off here, it's not going to work out. Come on. These are the same exact manipulating methods she's been using. And judging by what we saw, it seems that this is the only thing she knows how to do. And she's not even particularly good at it. Curiously, she keeps asking what's going on. And the cops make it clear that she's going to jail for disorderly conduct. But before she gets in the car, this woman makes one final scene. Let me If you want TO PEE PEE. I HAVE TO PULL MY PANTS DOWN. NO, pee right here. I can't. I'm about to Well, then hold it. I And quit acting like a 2-year-old so we can get you in the car. Let me pee. Right here. I can't run nowhere, can't I? I can't run anywhere. I can't run anywhere. I've done nothing. Okay, there you go. There's smokes in your pocket. Sit. Are you done? AUSTIN! AUSTIN! CAN I PLEASE PEE? YOU'RE BREAKING MY WRIST. PLEASE! WELL, THEN calm down. Yeah, sit down. We'll get you in the back seat. Let me pee first. Please let me pee. Can I PULL MY PANTS DOWN AND pee right here? Please let No, no, you can't pull your pants out. You're going to expose yourself and that's not care. No. They finally managed to get her in the patrol car. As she's taken into custody, the officers at the scene talk to Austin and try try clear things up. They also address the woman's wrecked car, which was something she blamed Austin for. Unsurprisingly, this turned out to be yet another lie. Where's your car at now? Had it towed in so I could impound it at the wrecking lot cuz she was trying to have tell me I wrecked the car and I was the only one driving, which I was not. She was driving and we were she was trying to get to somewhere where she had to go and she was trying to try and put the blame on me that I wrecked her car, which I did not. Now, that was one hell of a night shift for the cops. They'll definitely need some rest after this. The woman was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Whatever happened afterwards, we definitely feel bad for her cellmates. On a more positive note, Austin can finally feel at ease. This next story takes place one evening when a man calls in the authorities over his abusive ex-partner. Despite separating, the woman was still living with him at the time and as he told the cops at the scene, he'd already reported the abuse, but they weren't able to do anything due to lack of evidence. However, this time around, he's recorded it all on his phone. The moment the police arrive, he immediately steps out of his home and shows the footage to the officers there. She just hit me. May I please have my property? I told you guys last night she hit me. You didn't believe me. Whatever. Here's her putting her hands on me, physically assaulting me. The first thing she said to the police officer that showed up last night was that she would kick my ass and she admitted that she swung on me. She tried to grab my property. Uh that was a gift to me. No, it wasn't. I walked downstairs. I asked her to turn the music down cuz I have to go to bed so I go to work. That's it. Give me my You saw her just physically assault me. May I please have my property? I don't know how to rewind it. I am so done with it. I've been nothing but cordial and nice. That property belongs to me. Uh that was a gift Right there, you just saw her hit me. The cops can never be too safe with these kind of calls, but to be fair, the man has some pretty hard evidence on his hands. With the evidence proving that he's telling the truth, the cops need to take action. What the man added next makes a lot of sense and says a lot about the situation. She's physically hitting me on a regular basis. I don't care that I'm twice your size. It's ridiculous. I don't deserve it. I've told you guys last night she hit me. I told you tonight she hit me. There's video evidence that she hit me. She's cussing and screaming at me and belittling me. All I asked her to do was turn the music down so I go to sleep. That's it. I've been She called me a little [ __ ] and and talking about my parents, talking about my daughter. I [ __ ] The things she said about my daughter, I don't even want to tell you. I haven't been with her all night. This is I I I can show you the video from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked downstairs and said, "Could you please turn the music down so I go to sleep?" I got it all on video. Please remove her from my house. I want a restraining order. I want to file assault charges. I want her gone. I did this last night. I'm not doing it again. Well, that's a pretty solid case he's built there. After also pointing out that this is his ex-girlfriend, who for some reason is still living in his home, he tells the officers that he wants her out. After the man shares a few more bits of information to prove his point, the cops enter the home and find the woman inside. Hello. What's going on tonight? What's going on last night, tonight? Same thing that's been going on for the last 6 months since I met him. Okay. He I have nothing bad to say I mean I do but I don't. Like I love the guy, but he's just very emotionally I think he drinks too much and then he goes off on me. And this has been going on so it happened last night and we called y'all out and they asked him to leave and he did but he came back. I hid under the bed because he he has guns I'm not sure I mean I don't think he would do that. Whatever. So I have been packing I told told the police last night like I don't I don't want anything any harm nothing to him. I just want to leave with all my stuff. Everything I own my daughter's ashes everything I have is here in this house I just want to take them. The woman has a different view of the story and while there's evidence on the man's end they still have to listen to her story. As they're trying to make sense of the situation the woman adds that all of his stories are made up. That's a bit of a bold statement considering the evidence he provided but this woman has her own version of the story to share. I'm sitting down here wrapping stuff and putting it away and yes I'm drinking because I you know believe this is my life right now. What am I going to So he he comes down I can see it on the camera he comes down He was asked fighting me for I had the tequila bottle over there because he already went through one last night and he's asking for his property. It was a bottle of tequila he's already been drinking. I said no I'm not giving that to him. Then he was looking for his property is that what he was talking about? Is that what he was asking I going to do with those? I don't know. All right. The bottle. He touched Is that what he was talking about with his with his property when he came down? Yes the tequila and it's hidden right there because I hid it from him last night after the police left when he snuck back in he literally sat and drank a bottle of Patron. Okay well he's allowed to drink. I don't I understand that but you're not hearing what I'm saying. I'm hearing you. No you're not the whole reason we get into these fights is cuz of the tequila. It's over alcohol. Right. Okay but he's allowed to drink. Okay whatever what do you want? What happened when you came down here? I just told you. He's got it on video. LOOK AT IT. He's got it skewed apparently, however he wants it. Well, so far these arguments aren't really going in her favor. But with all the evidence shown to them, the cops have a full picture now. Sure, drinking a lot isn't the best thing ever, but it's certainly not against the law. But what is potentially against the law is not allowing people to do what they want to do in their home. And most importantly, physically assaulting them. The cop at the scene has heard enough and is going to take action. Put your hands behind your back. Go ahead, you mother You're under arrest. You are under arrest. YOU ARE NOT UNDER ARREST. NO. NO. NO, I DID NOT DO ANYTHING. STOP RESISTING. I'M NOT RESISTING. DO YOU WANT TO PUT YOUR ARMS BEHIND YOUR BACK. I'M KIDDING. PUT YOUR ARMS BEHIND YOUR BACK NOW. PUT YOUR ARMS BEHIND YOUR BACK NOW OR YOU'RE GOING to get a resisting charge. I'm not resisting. I AM HURT. MY SHOULDER. YOU ARE RESISTING. I'M TORN. I HURT SHOULDER DEAR. OKAY. You ripped me my shoulder. No. Well, that went from zero to a hundred in a second. And let's not forget the good old I'm not resisting defense. Initially, the woman pretended to cooperate, but she immediately jumped into the chair there and as you saw, resisted arrest. Despite claiming that she's supposedly not resisting arrest, it's pretty clear that she is. If she had just cooperated, this thing could have been over fast, but she decided to make it complicated. OH MY LEFT SHOULDER. OH MY GOD, YOU GUYS ARE CRUEL. I didn't do anything. Oh, you guys got pissed about something I said. Okay. Now you're going to probably get a resisting charge, okay? Okay. You know what? Unbelievable. Unbelievable. This is so ridiculous. My my own bed. Yep. Can I get my shoes on? A resistance charge? You guys were fighting you're three against one. Really, I was resisting? I was saving my shoulder. I have torn shoulder. All you had to do is put your arms behind your back. I can't put this shoulder behind my back. Do you understand that? If you've ever had a torn Well, when you pull away onto a chair, that is resisting. So, sorry about your left sis. Okay. Okay. Michael, I hope you're happy. Call my children. This is all you, Michael. Well, we got to hand it to her. That was an epic comeback from the female cop. Now, the worst part is over and the cops did some pretty swift work here, not allowing room for more chaos. Now that she's been taken to the police car, the woman starts playing the blame game and the feeling of guilt kicks in as well. I've never been in trouble in my life. This is some of the worst. The worst of metal no patience. An addiction like I don't This is not what I am. I ain't locked in the wrong guy. I know I'm the [ __ ] one in the cop car. This is crazy. Anything sharp or illegal on you? I don't think so. I don't even know what's in my pocket. I took my keys out of his drawers. I hid all his bullets up in the house. I you know I'm not resisting. I cannot even believe Ma'am, you understand Yes, I get defensive when you pull away from all the officers. I get defensive because I have been abused my entire life. Ma'am, when an officer gives you a lawful order put your arms behind your back and you pull away from us, that is called resisting. Do you understand that? I understand. Yes. So, there. Now we're in the clear, okay? Yes, we are. So, you can thank yourself, not us, for resisting arrest. And there we go. Another great comeback from the female cop. To follow it up, the woman adds a few more lines of self-pity. At this point, she's arrested. There's no turning back on what she did. And yet, she decided to go down this path and indulge in denial. Are you guys serious? You're a For what? Domestic violence, domestic violence and resisting arrest. I have never done a thing in my life. I I tell you I do what you guys do, but on a different level. Like this is not fair. He has thrown me so hard. He threw me over you. Ever see The cop says that you can see all the bruises on me from it. And I finally you try to stand up for myself. Unbelievable. The tricky thing here is to know who actually did what in this situation. What's not going in her favor is that the cops have video proof of her beating her ex-partner, but there's nothing to prove what she's claiming here. The female cop now shows a more compassionate side and assists the arrested woman. This might seem a little odd to some viewers, but the suspect is now cooperative and she is experiencing some pain. In regards to your shoulder, do you need EMS for that? No, but I if you could, please just loosen these a little bit. They're tight. Yes. Yes, I can. I apologize for You're good. You're good. I never even caught your first name. What's your first name? This is not who I am. I cannot believe he's getting away with this. Well, ma'am, in order for me to loosen your cuffs, I need you to turn that way, okay? I cannot believe this is me. I would try anything just to get out. Yeah. Sorry, I'm got to fix my I don't disrespect. I do get defensive because I okay. I understand. Oh, no. Just like that. Turn a little bit more for me. There you go. Oh, you're My daughter over there If she's telling the truth, this really is an unfortunate situation for the woman and maybe the other side isn't as innocent as we previously thought. Nonetheless, the woman was caught red-handed and will go to jail. Apart from assisting her physically, the officer took some time to talk to the woman and just let her vent a little. Sometimes people have a way of gaslighting us and then make us look like the crazy ones when we lose our Oh, he had that whole thing. I know. And then No, I know you think I'm making No, I don't think that at all. I don't think that at all. I think that you are hurt and you are upset. Rightfully so, okay. Why do I have to go to jail? I can't do this, you guys. I'll lose my night nursing degree. That's not true. So, Katrina Katrina I need you to hear me out, you're okay? Take a couple deep breaths for me and I'm going to explain something to you, okay? There you go. Couple deep breaths for me. All right. So, just because this is happening tonight doesn't mean you're going to be convicted of any criminal charges, okay? He can go to court and drop everything that's going on tonight, all right? So, it's going to be up to him and from the back and forth of it, he probably won't want this to go any further. He's upset right now just like you, okay? After the officer shared a few more words of comfort and talked a bit more with her, the woman was then taken into custody. From there on, she was cooperative and processed further. In the end, the woman pleaded no contest to one lesser charge of disorderly conduct. After that, the resisting arrest charges were dismissed. As a result, she got a total of 30 days in jail and one year probation. Despite a lesser sentence, all of this could have been avoided if she just cooperated. If there's one thing we've learned so far, it's that you should never try to lie to the cops. In this new case, cops in Kissimmee, Florida answered a call about a domestic dispute. A woman called them in saying she was abused by her now ex-boyfriend who allegedly cheated on her. At the scene, the officers talked to the woman who now explains what's happening. Nearby is the shirtless boyfriend and they're both explaining their sides of the story. Yes, he punched several times. Punched my head several times. Tried to choke me out, threw me again. So, if you could do a CT scan, you'll see all the loss of of air cuz he choked me. Pummeled me, literally pummeled my head. It's happened several times before, but I am sick and tired of it now. Yeah. She attacked me. My car is full of my Come on, come on, come over here. We'll talk over here. This is my cell phone. I don't have any weapons on me. My car is full with my belongings. I was leaving. She took the dog out of the car, which is registered in my name, and attacked me and bit me. Okay, stand over here. From the very start, the cops see that there are conflicting claims between the two parties. They took a moment to distance the man and the woman and get both sides of the story further. In all this chaos, the man had packed the car with his belongings and there seems to be an issue regarding the couple's dogs. So, Paul, she's saying I cheated on her. I did not. It's in the house. It would never left my pants. I had a pocket knife and it was right here the entire time. I never took it out of my pants. I took it out just now. Do you have anything on you at all? No. Where are your gloves on the truck? All I have is a chapstick in my right pocket. That is it. All I want to do is just take my dog and leave. That's it. And she ripped my shirt trying to get me to stop. As I'm leaving. Are you guys dating? We were. How long have you been together? 3 years. Turn around. Nothing in Nothing in Just the chapstick in my left pocket. Just the chapstick. Yeah, I leave with the dog. The man seems to be calm, cooperative, and respectful towards the officer. Although this is a positive sign, the cops still need to investigate and get all the information they can from both parties. Unfortunately for him, despite packing all his things, the man cannot leave just yet. On the other hand, he continues being calm and cooperative. He's then asked by the cop to detail the timeline of events and how it all started. She's convinced that I cheated on her. Those are dogs? I'm taking the big one. That's the only one I'm taking. Okay, so what happened today? She's convinced that you were cheating on her? Yes. And the girl we called the girl and the girl specifically said, "I did not cheat on you." And she has these delusions as if I did. So I said, "Okay, I will pack my things up and I will leave." My officer, you can see my car is full with all my belongings. I was taking my dog, which is a registered in my name. Uh-huh. She has the other dog, which is registered in her and her mother's name. Okay. That dog is registered in my name. Okay. So then, you're packing your stuff up. What happened? No, I'm not even packing. My stuff is done being packed. Your stuff is packed in there? is already packed. Like I'm ready to leave. That's all I was trying to leave. That's it. And she attacked me. Okay. So you're trying to leave. So when I I'm trying to get the details. I I finished packing my stuff in the car. I put the dog in the car. She runs out, takes the dog out of the back seat, and I go into the house and I grab the leash and she bites my arm. She grabs you, grabs the leash, she bites your arm. my arm to let go. Okay. And she grabbed my shirt and she said and she say, "Oh, don't reach in your pocket." I I was never reaching for it. How am I doing that? the shirt at? The ripped shirt? In the middle Would you like to see it? There's nobody else in the house, sir. But the moment they reached the house, they find out that the woman locked the door. Either way, these are some serious accusations. Not only did the woman attempt to take his pet, but she also physically assaulted him. So far, the man claims that the woman is delusional and that she wants to take both dogs. That was her reasoning behind fighting her now ex-boyfriend. Since the man had a spare key, both he and the cop spent some time in the house. They then walk outside to continue the investigation since there are a lot of open questions. We still have to investigate and figure this stuff out. But yeah, he's going this side. The dog has a chip that's registered to him. Yeah, cuz I registered her. I did as well. Now we just got to figure this out and then go from there. All right, bye. All right, I need a shirt. We're going to search inside there. Search inside. There's no weapons in here. I got Search inside. Are you sure you don't want medical attention? I'm okay. I literally just want to leave. That's it. And how long you guys were dating for? Um, 3 years. You lived together for how long? 2 and 1/2. 2 and 1/2? I would like to just leave with the dog and call it quits. That's it. That's all it was? That's what the plan was. As you can see, my car is full. I had no intentions of going back and forth with her. I'm going to step outside slowly. We know that breakups are rough, but this whole drama brought in a lot more trouble than it should have. The investigation continues, and the man keeps himself calm and cooperative. You may have noticed that he pointed out that he's coming slowly out of his car, which is a green flag as opposed to a red one. Yet, it's still not time for him to leave with the dog that he claims is his. After checking his ID, the cops also ask about his injuries, which were visible while he was shirtless. Do you want to press charges against her? No, I literally just want the dog and I want to leave. I don't want anything to do Do you have blood on you or are you bleeding anywhere? There's She's got cuts on his chest. And he had he had a bite mark on his arm. A bite mark? Like a human bite mark? Like human bite mark. Yeah. She's saying He's saying He's saying that he was trying to leave. I got all my stuff up front. My stuff is packed. Trunk is full. I was literally just trying to leave with the He tried to pick up the bigger dog. That's his dog. Husky one? She was already in the car. She took the leash of her and ran in the house with her. I just want to leave with the dog. She got the dog. She bit him in the arm. And grabbed my shirt. And this queen I had a pocket knife on my waist and my mother was on the phone on speaker because I knew she would do this. My mother was on the phone with the with KPD operator and no one you I didn't reach for it nothing. I actually took it off and it's in the room. We got to say this is very transparent of him, especially the pocket knife part. He's not complaining, he's not being defensive, and it's noticeable that the cops feel pretty relaxed with him. However, there's another issue. The woman has minor injuries on her as well. The female officer at the scene questions him about that. So how did she get marks on her then? Did you hit her or touch her in any way? To get her off of me, yes. Okay. Cuz she literally even as I was pushing her, my nails are extremely long. Even as I'm pushing her to get off of me, she still ripped my shirt. My mother was on the phone. is it? I think the dog I think that it's just Here, lift lift it up if you don't mind. If you don't mind. And oh god, his neck too. And and the bite? And the bite. Okay. All right. So I'm not pressing charges. I don't care to press charges. I just want to leave with the dog and that's it. I don't care about anything else. The cops then inform him that the dog problem is potentially more complicated. It could be seen at this point as joint property and it could be a civil issue, which is something that they can't get involved with. However, the man claims to be covered in that aspect as well. So it's I don't think it's fair how she keeps both and I paid I pay rent here as well. Do you have any proof that you're the one who solely purchased the dog and it's in your name? Yes. Yes. It's in the house. Where in the house? In the house. I have a backpack of all her paperwork with my name on it. Registered in my name. She's claiming that she filed for a ESA a month ago. Uh-huh. She never did. She didn't have a card. While at this point, we still can't say if he's being 100% honest, this side of the story does feel solid. And again, he doesn't cause any trouble or obstruct the investigation. Now that we have him covered, it's time to hear the woman's side of the story. But as the situation unravels, her arguments will start to feel flimsier. Pay close attention to what she claims. Really? The other night, we went out Uh-huh. with a friend of mine. Uh-huh. I had been with him for almost 2 years. We went to downtown. We got lit. Mhm. Me and him got a little too drunk. Uh-huh. So then they drove me home. They drove me home. And then both of them left. And they went to the street right next to Olive Oil High School. Uh-huh. And they had cheated on me with a best friend. I know this TMI, but just know that I'm going through it. It's okay. Just so you know, I've not eaten Mhm. since probably 3:00 a.m. on February 8th in downtown. I have not had one single meal. What what happened? What happened? Today, I'm not I'm not getting food. Yeah. So then we had a laugh. I told him we're done. But he's has not accepted it. Mhm. I told him you need to go. Mhm. Because he he has been the past several nights, he has been physically assaulting me. Just last night we were up until 7:00 in the morning. He walked in the bathroom. Mhm. Same thing. Mhm. Strangling me. Spitting in my face. Punching me in the head. Punching me in my thigh. My thigh with his knee knee like I'm bruised basically. Apart from the claims about her ex's infidelity, the woman made some other concerning revelations. On top of all this, she further adds that he's the real owner of both dogs and that they're her ESA animals. She further claims that once he packed his stuff, that's when the whole thing went down. He ran in the room. He said, "You're not taking my dog." No, I can't take this dog. Just trying to get that out of me literally cuz he he knows I will die without her. Uh-huh. Literally. He takes her. I open the door and I'm like, "You're not taking her." I'm sorry. I open the door. I take her out, I put her back in the house. That's when he says, "I'm going to kill you." Grabs me by my hair, throws me to the ground, starts punching me in the head. I'm covering my face, punching me or just stomping me, stomping me on my whole body, punching me again and again and again. It all went ballistic. Then I get up. I lock the door so he he can't go. I go downstairs. You can go by yourself. You're not taking my dog. I lock the door, he's hitting me like that. Grabs me like this. So yeah, I think he's I was losing air. It's not the first time he's strangled me. Not the first time. Okay. I bit him. Finally let go. He grabs me again, throws me literally right next to that little that little dog kennel. Throws me again, starts punching me, he says he's going to kill me. Pummeling me, pummeling, pummeling me. So I grab a hold of his shirt and yes, I ripped it. That's the only way he would let me go. I'm not an abusive person. Okay. So let's get this straight. He punched her in the head, strangled her, and stomped her on the ground. And there seem to be no visible injuries. He's either a really unskilled puncher or she's making all this up. And what about the claims that she locked the door during the struggle because she's like that. Those are some bold claims and the cops will obviously have to check up on them. I have video proof. I never reported it the second time. I said he obviously wants to kill me. We need to make sure what happened. Okay, so everything you said happened right here, okay? I know. I know. I should have reported it. I'm stupid, but he's the violent one. We need to make sure that they check you out right now, okay? Because they're here, but they need to check you now and get you checked out, okay? I know. So, you got the gist of the story? Yeah. Okay. I know it's confusing. Sorry about this. Sorry. We were just Everything that happened today was with the dog. You guys were arguing over the dog. Yes. Oh yeah, in my He went ballistic and started hitting you. And where's the Yeah, where's the Are there injuries on you? I don't know. don't know. I don't know. This is from last night. I don't know. When he choked you, you bit him? Yes. I tried to let go of it. Grab his shirt. Yes. Okay. Okay. Yes. I did that because I'm not violent. I'm a person I don't have a history of that, but if it's for my dogs, I will go to war with them. I don't care. He's going to kill me. Like literally if I let that happen. He wouldn't have because it's happened several times. I just don't report it. I have them in my phone but just in case. Mhm. You have any other marks on you? I don't think so. I don't know. It's a little strange to share so many details about the violent fight and then say how you don't know where the bruises and marks are, isn't it? She once again points out that he hit her in the head. When they mention how she should be checked out by EMS, the woman then continued explaining the supposed incident. When he stomped on you, wait, where was it at? What body part of your body? My head. Your head? My head. Punched me. Follow me. Follow me. I covered my face and my head. So if you could do a CT scan, I don't know. You'll see trauma in my head. Stomped my head out and my back and I'm in fetal position on the passenger side. The reggae. The reggae, you can go uh The three officers now need to make sense of the situation together. They don't have much time and they need to act. The situation is far from simple and there are a lot of aspects that they can't get involved in. However, they do address the minor injury she has and how they don't really support her claim. We're not getting in the middle of whatever civil issues are, but what charges do we have on either if any? I'm going to get the medical kit. I I got that part. The thing is that based on the next statement after a duty due. Well, what I'm saying is cuz she's she's saying a lot, but her injuries don't match I get stomped in the head and I have one little scratch on my forehead. She also said she was strangled and when she was in here claiming that she cuz I air when he put him in a rear naked choke when she bit him. That's why we have the bite mark on his arm. Domestic battery and strangulation? Yeah, but the way he's saying it is that he tried to get the dog. She took the dog out of his car. Yep. They got inside. They got inside. She wanted to get the dog the dog. He then bit the arm. And then he grabbed his her his shirt and ripped it. He has all these scratches on him. She gouged his eyes out. He has all these scratches around his neck. So that happened in the bedroom. She blocked him from leaving. And said and basically held him in there while she called the police and said you're not leaving. This is a disaster. And what a disaster it is. The cops went back and forth trying to untangle the conflicting claims. However, no matter how they approached it, all the evidence pointed out that the female wasn't being honest. The biggest giveaway was the lack of injuries compared to the physical attack she claimed he did. Another cop at the scene seems to have a clearer picture of what happened. She called the police. She says that he was taking the dog and he was packing his stuff up to leave. Okay. She said that's her dog. That's her dog. Okay. She opened the She opened the the door and took him Took the dog. Took the dog back inside. Okay. He went to get the dog. He went for the leash. Uh-huh. She bit him in the arm. Ooh. And so he was pushing her away like get away get away get away. Mhm. And she just grabbed onto his shirt and ripped his shirt. Okay. And when that happened he ended up pushing her hard. She fell in the living room. Okay. Well, self defense? Yeah. So supposedly they went After that like the dog went placing the back was placing the bedroom. Mhm. So he went to the bedroom to get the dog. Okay. When that happened she basically blocked his blocked him inside. Called the police and said I'm going to go you're going to jail." Oh, that's interesting. Her version of the story was that she locked the door because she's like that, implying that she was so courageous and that she wanted to contain him in the house and defend her dogs despite all the alleged abuse. The officer further unravels the narrative and compares the statements from the man and the woman. And then he's also saying Yeah, she said you can leave. He's like, "I she said I can leave, but like you can't take the dog." Uh-huh. And what she's saying is Complete opposite, basically. in other words, she's saying wait, she's saying it makes little sense, but the injuries don't match. She says Go ahead. This is new. I don't like it. I got to get my three and I got three something. 9:36, I think. Yeah. So So what he's so what she says is that that's her dog, she wants to save the dog. She opened the door and got the dog out there out of out of the car. Okay. He follows her inside and starts like hitting her and kicking her. Mhm. This is what she's saying. She's saying. Okay. And like hitting her multiple times in the in the head. Okay. At some point, she wraps he wraps his arm around her like her head so she can't breathe. She chokes. Okay. So the only way for her to stop is to bite him in the arm. Okay. So he lets go and then she's kind of like grabbing onto his shirt like defending herself. Mhm. From there he supposedly that that's when she called the police after that. Okay. But all she has is a little scratch right here and like a scratch right here. The whole story of the man stomping on her head doesn't hold water. In other words, she made the whole thing up and she most likely never saw a real victim of such a violent crime. Recapping the whole thing, the cops come to the final conclusion that she's definitely trying to manipulate and twist the narrative. Everything you told me is pretty much what Yeah. he said. Um so we definitely have battery and false imprisonment. She gave me a whole sob story of She's going to be using my phone. versus her injuries don't match up. I'm sure. I think they're casting you like definite damage. Yeah, she said there's going to be massive damage in her head because he was like hitting her head. You saw You saw his like chest injury? Yeah. Okay. Um he wants to leave if you need him to stay here. Mhm. You tell me what you need. Yeah, I would say for him to stay here until I talk to her. At least for the meantime. Okay. That way, you know, I I told him it's not that I don't believe you. It's just I have to make sure everything what you're telling me is consistent with her. In the end, the woman was arrested, charged with assault and false imprisonment. This is just more proof of how you can never really lie to the police. Well, maybe you can, but at least try to think up a more convincing story. Getting pummeled on the head, as she claimed, will definitely result in more serious and very visible injuries. Fortunately for the cops, she didn't cause much trouble while being taken to jail. For the final story, we go back to the early morning of June 17th, 2022. We find ourselves at an apartment complex where a woman's trying to get her former partner out of her apartment. At this point, the cops are arriving to answer a disturbance call and don't know much about the situation yet. But they're soon going to find out that they're dealing with a pretty difficult person. One of the officers knocks on the apartment door and waits a little to get a response, despite hearing voices from the inside. Leave, I'm not. Thank you. She has my bike. Leave, you wanted to be gone. Leave. So we're not going to close the door? I'm not. Yes, I am. This is my home. I didn't open it for you. He did. I'm not opening this door to you. Listen. I do. I said no. Nobody's opening the door to the cops here. No, leave. And I'm done. No. What's your religion? We're exes, just lost his child. Yeah. Friends. Friends don't Please get out of my house. I did not invite you in. I have You do not have here for domestic disturbance. No, but you do not have a right to enter my home unless I've invited you. You do not have a warrant. I did not open my door to you. He opened it to leave. I understand. Then bring your supervisor, but I want him gone. You don't want to talk to me? That's right, I'm not talking to anybody. I'm done. Goodnight. He can leave. Okay. As he wanted. Goodbye. It's as if this woman is deliberately trying to wave as many red flags as possible. Why in the world are you suddenly so upset with police officers being there? Are you hiding something? Apparently, she wasn't the one who called the cops. What she says next is a pretty decent case of TMI, and the woman gets a little too rowdy for the cops' taste. You can't tell me that you're not giving me STDs because without a rubber like you promised. You can I don't know. Give me the 120-plus dollars that you owe me, and then I'll give you your bike back. Like you agreed months ago. But oh no, cuz it's always a lie to you. Please leave. Didn't you guys call the police? I did. Oh, you did? Out of my home! No, I will get the supervisor now. I did not invite you in. Don't be a Obviously, THEN DON'T COME IN MY HOME. NOW. OKAY, I'll call 911 again. Do we need to do this? Go ahead. Great. Get out of my house, please. Go ahead. Get out of my house. I have by every right in law. You do not have a NO, YOU DO NOT HAVE A RIGHT TO COME IN MY HOUSE. YOU ARE NOT touching I'm not touching you, but you don't have a right to be in my home without a warrant. Get out, please. YOU ARE NOT INVITED IN BY THE HOMEOWNER. GOODBYE. That's great, please step outside my door. Oh, so we're calling a manager now? He's a cop, not a Starbucks worker. More back and forth ensues as the woman claims that the cop is not allowed to enter her home without a warrant, and she calls this trespassing. Meanwhile, the second officer arrives at the scene to find the woman shouting at his partner. We'll switch to his body camera now. NO, GET OUT OF MY HOUSE. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO THREATEN ME IN MY HOUSE? HE'S NOT I DID NOT INVITE HIM IN. HE'S NOT JUST GOING TO WALK IN MY HOUSE. THIS IS YOUR HE'S NOT HE DOES NOT HAVE A WARRANT. HE needs to get He's threatening me and I'm No. It's a domestic ISSUE? NOT I DID NOT OPEN THAT DOOR TO HIM. HE DID. NO, GET OUT OF MY HOUSE NOW. YOU CAN STAND RIGHT THERE AND THE DOOR WILL STAY OPEN. I DON'T GIVE A [ __ ] OUT OF MY HOUSE NOW. Can I see your badge number? Card No, I want the card, please. I didn't invite you in my home and you are breaking the law. You have no right to enter a dwelling being at all without permission. Oh, I'm going to keep it up. I'm going to keep it up. Ma'am, please do not come Do you not COME INTO MY HOUSE AND TELL me what I can and can't do? You were not invited in. I did not give you permission to be here. Now, you are trespassing and threatening me. It's funny how all of this could have been avoided if only she wasn't shouting. And now she's making things worse by being outright disrespectful towards the cop. Did you catch the moment when she was blowing on his face? Meanwhile, the man who was in the apartment is in front of the building and tells the other officer what really happened. Okay, so what's going on? She trapped me in the house. We've already been here once. Um that's uh she she's like assaulted me before. Um obviously I can't touch her. I can't you know, I don't want to uh be physical with her. And um Is she your girlfriend? She's like an ex. We hang out. We were friends. And um she knew I had to go to work this morning at like 5:30. I do house painting. And um when I started to leave, she just like started going off on me. And she would block the door and just go "No, you can't do this." And she took my bike. I came out and I need my bike. Um and uh Did it get physical at any point in time? No. Okay. What what is it that you need? Do you just I just want my bike. I was just trying to leave, but she was threatening me. So, you just want your bicycle? Yes. Okay. Whatever the story may be here, the man is being very cooperative and causes no trouble at all. That just adds another red flag on the woman's end, since she only continues to escalate the situation. However, the cops are not taking this lightly. They seem to have no patience for her behavior, and now they've decided to take action. You're like this close to being arrested for resisting. my house. Sir, I Please stop. I'm not resisting. Stop. You're You are resisting. No, right now I am, cuz you're hurting me. Sir. Okay, stop. I will not let you handcuff me. Stop. Put your hands behind your back. I done THIS BEFORE. I WILL. Please stop. Put your hands behind your back. I SAID I WILL. YOU DO NOT need to use excessive force. You came into my home without invitation. You're under arrest for resisting and obstructing. You understand? did not do anything. Okay. Okay, can I Can I Can I not deal with him anymore? Please let him No, he's been nothing. Please stop. You're hurting ME. I WILL GET UP. I HAVE A BROKEN TOE. We're walking We're walking to MY HOUSE. NO, MY SON is inside this apartment. PLEASE GET ME OUT OF THESE CUFFS. I will I will cooperate. Please get me out of these cuffs. Hold on. Did she say that her son is in the apartment as well? Considering the mess we've seen inside, things continue to not go in her favor. How can she raise a kid there under these living conditions? She's now probably more aware of the situation she's in and is trying to be a little more cooperative. However, these are early morning hours, and she's not getting any quieter. I have a son. I had an officer walk into my home without my permission. Please get these off of me. I am protecting my child and myself. Please, I didn't He walked into my home without my permission. I did not open my door to him. He does not have a warrant. Please stop. You're under arrest for resisting and obstructing. You Can you put I'm not going anywhere. Can you please stop? I'm going to get my cuffs off. babies. Please stop. You are very Can you please take these off? Put them in the front. Please, I'm not going to run. I have a baby. Please take these off of me. need to go outside. I can't. My son is inside. Let me sit down, please. That's fine. I need to sit down. I have a baby. Just sit down. Thank you. Sit down. Did she just say babies? As in plural? So, there are more kids in that house? Fortunately, she decided to back down, and the cops are now going easier on her. After all, the situation is a little different than expected when they now know that there are children inside the apartment. Meanwhile, one of the worried neighbors comes in to ask about the matter as the cops are trying to calm the woman down. Do you live here? Are our kids going to be okay? Do you live here? I I live downstairs. Okay. Well, we'll talk to you in a minute. Can you hand out there for me? I'm trying to calm down. Can I please have these off? I'm not going to go anywhere. While two of the officers are talking the woman down, he's trying to get a word with someone to see if they've taken her children into account. The third officer approaches the apartment to get more information from it, and then proceeds to look for the children inside. He's right. I'm her downstairs neighbor. I'm willing to know her. I know uh her kids. All right. Yes. And Are they fine? I'm going to I'm going to put an eye on them. I'm willing to know that Okay, you want to do it a different way? I'm going to check on him right now. He's not somebody that can be talked to like a human being. So, if Mel doesn't finish Please let me finish. It's different with your guys' attitude today, it's okay. He does not have permission to go in my house. Sir, please. Okay, we're we're done with that. I'm just sitting on this I'm no I'm just I'm breathing. You told me to calm down. Sir, please let me I'm melting. Can I please go Can I please breathe? I'm trying to breathe. I can't I can't breathe. Just put it back on this side. Two girls and one boy. Well, this doesn't sound good. It's one thing to cause a disturbance early in the morning, but it's a lot more serious if you have three kids involved in a situation like this, and especially especially if the cops have only found one so far. After calming down a little, the woman clarifies the situation with her children. Sir, I just said the other two are with somebody else. Okay, good. Good. They're coming here at 6:00 in the morning. Okay, good. Can I please just take a fat ticket? Anything, please don't use this. I have nothing but them. Yeah. I will I will do anything. Please I'm calm. Have a seat and calm down. I apologize. Okay. Please. So, only one child is in here, sir. I'm not going to say Please don't don't do anything tighter, please. I will not slip it, I promise. I promise. Please don't Please don't. Hey. Hey. YOU'RE NO, SERIOUSLY, YOU'RE CUTTING OFF CIRCULATION. YOU'RE CUTTING OFF CIRCULATION. FORTUNATELY, the situation hasn't escalated further and now seems to be getting resolved. And most importantly, they realized that the kids are all right and that they will be coming home. The cops then calmly explain to her what the issue really is. Just don't yell anymore. Then do you guys have to stop jumping down my throat? Okay. I've done nothing wrong. I put no hands on anybody. Okay. Everything's going to be all right. We're all on camera here. Nothing's going to happen. I want to know I want Nothing's going to happen. wait he treated me. He came in my home. Did not invite anybody into my home. Can I explain to you something? Can I talk? Hold on real quick but I Can I talk to you? Yes. Yes, but I have a question about what you're explaining. So what Can I finish explaining to you? I'm going to answer your question. probably forget the question. He needs to to me, okay? He He needs to stop searching my things. I have every right for him to stop. He needs to stop. Any domestic related issue Okay? We are 100% we can come into your house, investigate what we need to do. I did not open the door to him. As the cop explained, if there's a domestic related issue, they don't need a warrant to enter someone's home. One thing that also stood out was her complaining about the cops searching through her things. This may indicate that she's hiding something. Meanwhile, the neighbor was in front of the door the whole time and honestly, the woman should be thankful to him since he helped ease things up a little with the police. Were you up here earlier, sir? I'm sorry. Were you up here earlier? No. Okay. Is there anything else that we can help you with? Oh, I I want to make sure her kids are going to be all right. Yeah, as a matter of fact when they're going to come come back from wherever they are. It's the look that. uh I need to know if the she's going to be here for them and stuff, or anybody's going to be here for them. Yes, she's going to be here for them. She's She's not going to jail. All she's going to get is a ticket, okay? Okay. Okay, so thank you. Yeah, her her her boy's going to be okay. It's not just her boy. She's got two little girls here. She's going to be here when her her two children get in. Despite the woman's disrespectful stance all throughout this incident, it's a relief to hear this. The cops have now finished explaining the entire situation to her. Meanwhile, the bicycle was taken to the woman's ex, and they now proceed to ask for clarification about what really happened here. So, what's going on with the bike and everything? Can you give me a rundown on what the story is, why we're here? The man's 42 years old and got me pregnant. Okay. And moved him out of his trailer. He was cheating on me, still helped him. He lived with me. How long have you Have you guys been like that? We were Yeah, pretty much for over a year. A year? Okay. And um he owes me money, and I literally asked him, "If you're going to be with people, can you please wear condoms?" He refused to answer. I said, "That's kind of [ __ ] That is my body, too. I have every right to know." He's like, "I've I'm not dealing with this." And tries to leave, and I'm like, "Do you need to at least give me that? That's it." "Oh, you're threatening me. You're trying to keep me here." I was like, "Because I want a really answer was just today that this argument happened? Okay. Just now. So, what what Did he have the bike here and you kicked him out, or what what exactly happened? him, I was like, "I can I'll keep the bike until you pay me my $120 plus that you said you'd pay me for months now." leave on it though, or did you make him leave, or what happened? He The cops knocked, and he was like, "Answer the door." I was like, "I'm not answering the door." He answered the door. I said, "Go." Got you. Then the cops stepped in my house and threatened That story's pretty wild. Nonetheless, they've now finally gotten the full picture of this situation. Both parties are now letting their guards down, and the cops explained that they'll uncuff her when they get information about her children. However, she's not that keen on answering this due to the fear of having anything reported to Child Protective Services. Those cuffs are going to come off. I'm not going to do anything crazy. I love my children. stay on once we're done, Valerie, okay? For right now, they're going to stay on, okay? I just need to get a little more information. I need to get You have two girls and a boy, right? I really I just need to get their names, date of birth. Why do you need that? I involved in this case. I need it cuz they're in the household. Has CPS been called? Anybody who's in the household Anybody who's in the household I heard you. I heard you. I asked you a question. Okay. I'm not ignoring yours, but I asked you a question. Okay. Are you calling CPS? We're just making a report. It's just for the police report. are you reporting this and Yes, ma'am, I am. Yes. Thank you. That's all I needed. Can I get Can you Let's start with the boy. The information about this disturbance will be sent to the Child Protective Services, and it's up to CPS to decide whether to open a case on it. The cops are there just to make a report. As the whole thing's coming to a close, the cops take her out of the apartment to relax and take her handcuffs off. I wish Done this stuff Sir, you threatened me in my home. That's how I felt. You may not have perceived it that way, but that is exactly how I felt, and it would not have happened that way, so please, maybe next time just take down the cop attitude, because it would have gone a lot different. I don't know. I would have worked it out. I was not mad at you, but I did not appreciate how I felt approached. Well So, if and I'm a very reasonable person. The next time the police respond, especially in reference to a domestic disturbance It wasn't even a domestic disturbance. He's panicking. Panicking. So, why am I getting a ticket? So, you're getting a ticket for resisting, evading, or obstructing an officer during uh an investigation, okay? Despite all the mess, everything's pretty much cut and dried at this point. The woman, whose name is Valerie, was charged with resisting or obstructing and domestic disturbance. Due to the patience of police officers at the scene, a bigger incident was avoided. She was lucky this time around, and we hope her kids are okay. The stories of abusive girlfriends could sometimes be wilder than they seem.
