Listen. Listen. I'm not. Listen to me. I'M NOT THE PART OF YOUR DAUGHTER. RELAX. She was sick and we weren't I'm not leaving this car. You're going to get taken. I'm not leaving. Okay. I am not under that law. Whatever it is that What code is that law? Please don't leave my family on the side of the road. I might have misunders I might have misunderstood something, buddy. Come on. Please. Yeah, but I had my case law. Dealing with criminals is already stressful enough, but sometimes the cops come across the dreaded sovereign citizens. These quote unquote private Americans are notorious for kicking up a hurricane of chaos with their delusional beliefs. But on most occasions, cops give sovereign citizens a muchneeded dose of reality. I'm asking you to step out of the car before we're forced to break the window. Do you want your window broken? It's a legitimate question. On the 15th of February 2023, an Orland Park police officer was doing patrols in a local shopping mall parking lot. He spotted a vehicle with mismatch VINs, no front license plates, and fictitious back plates. Why you looking at the plate? Because it's a ban. This is what I do every day. You don't do that. You ain't got no proper cost to do that. We ain't broke no law. Absolutely. I have a problem. Listen, I'm not trying to start [ __ ] here. That's cool. So, I I do this. I do this every day. Hey, you see I'm in the unmarked backed in cars. No front plates. You look at this car and it's clearly a fictitious plate on the back. No fictitious plates. The plate plates are on a car to be visible to the public. We do. We call our lawyer and do that. We don't talk to nobody for nothing. We don't know what was a call. No probable call. We don't even know. We don't even know who is this or what. You hear me? So, let's go. Right. But I'm asking if it was Yeah. Stand back. You get one more unit. No, you're not free to go just yet. You're not free to go. You're not free to go. Ma'am, do not get back in that car. Yep. If you leave, your tire's going to pop. Your tire will pop if you leave. The couple inside the car was about as uncooperative as they could be. And the officer immediately knew that this was not going to be an easy investigation and called for backup. With this quick-thinking cop putting wheelchocks beneath the vehicle, they can no longer drive away and the cop can continue his investigation. I am an Orland Park police officer. I'm telling you that right now. Get your phone out of tape. You violating our rights, man. You violating. I am not violating my rights. You're not about to leave. Or 753. Think of you going to try and take off on me. Or 753. Let me get another guy. Step out of the car. Step out of the car. Step out of the car. Because you're leaving after I told you you couldn't leave. Who are you? I'm calling for police. Hey, could you take I stopped. I stopped him. Everything's done for him. Take him. Step out of the car for me. video. Everybody knows. The sound of the air hissing out of the tires as he drove away was immensely satisfying, but he couldn't say he wasn't warned this would happen. Sovereign citizens always want to claim that their rights are being violated, but it's usually far from the truth. This is private. I'm in a mall eating, okay, with my significant other. Okay. Now, I'm asking for a supervisor. I'm going to tell you to get out of the car right now or you're going to be placed in the custod. There will be one at the Orland Park Police Department. I'm not running anywhere. Everybody putting on their gloves like you guys can't have a conversation. We will outside of this car. No. No. You You have to listen. Sir, if you don't step out of the car, you're going to be arrested for obstructing. Excuse me, sir. If you don't step out of the car, you're going to be arrested for obstructing. I'm not obstruct. I'm not I'm asking I'm telling you to step out of the car. Hold on. You're telling me You're telling me my my plates are fictitious. Correct. You have no probable cause for checking my plates or for checking my van number. This is what I'm saying. on the back door. No, that's what I'm saying. Now, now I'm calm. I'm calm. I'm relaxed. I'm asking for a supervisor. Supervisor. If anything, it was the suspect who was the one who couldn't have a conversation. If he could, the entire situation would have been resolved by now. The suspect was clearly thicker than a brick wall, and the officer here was completely within his rights to check any vehicle's license plates and registration. In the meantime, the sergeant arrived on scene, but this didn't improve the suspect's attitude much. I just got here, right? So, I'm doing the best I can. Okay. So, what is the issue? The issue is I don't know this gentleman from nothing in the world. Never seen them before. I just came out the Cheesecake Factory. I'm being told my these plates are fictitious. Is that true? These First of all, I don't answer questions. Okay. I will not be driving the car. It's illegal. I will not be I will not be operating I will not be operating this. So you're saying that it's not true. I'm saying what I said to you. That's all I'm saying. Okay. Now he's checking and he's doing things and there's no probable cause for that. What is the probable cause is for officer to peek on this car. to peek on the car. The probable cause the probable cause is the Secretary of State and the Illinois State Legislature say we can walk around this parking lot and run every single license plate if we want to. Okay. We don't need probable cause to run your license plate, sir. Okay. What's your next question concerning the law? The suspect, later identified as Michael, very obviously did not understand the concept of probable cause whatsoever. Sovereign citizens like this guy usually have the worst understanding of the law, which makes their stubborn attitudes both amusing and annoying at the same time. But I haven't broken any laws. Okay, please give me that identification now. I have identification, but I haven't broken any law. Okay. Will you please give me that identification? What law have I broken? You don't have proper registration for your motor vehicle. That's the law that you've broken. I haven't. First of all, what's the what's the what's the articulate reason of suspicion? There is none. We're allowed. We don't have to have one. You You have to have one. Are you Mr. Fox? You have to have one. Sir, I'm going to ask you to step out of the car and identify yourself for me. This This is very illegal. This is very illegal. It was blatantly obvious that Michael was very misinformed about his rights and his persistent arguing was becoming a serious nuisance at this point. Not even the sergeant was able to get through to him. And it seems like this sovereign citizen would be an incredibly tough nut to crack. I'm not driving. Are you traveling? Why do I need a Why do I need a driving license? Are you traveling? Are you I'm not operating the commercial vehicle. It's in the ignition. I'm not I'm not operating. And you're And you're laughing. And you're laughing. That's my last name, actually. It's ridiculous. The argument was going in circles, and the female officer couldn't keep a straight face anymore because of his ridiculous excuses. But how do you think they'll feel knowing that everyone on the internet is now giggling at their moronic actions? The plates on your car don't match don't match the vehicle, which gives him the right to investigate that. Okay. I died for this. Well, nobody nobody's here. Nobody's going to die here. We're just asking you to step out and talk to us. Telling you Okay, we're just we're just asking you to step out and speak with us at this point. I'm speaking right now. I understand, but I would feel more comfortable if you stepped out and talk to me. I'm speaking to you now. You're comfortable. I have I have nothing going on. Okay. Uh I have Listen, you guys have weapons. I have no weapons. You have no reason to fear or to be uncomfortable. Are there any officers out here that are pointing weapons at you? No. Right. Absolutely. We're just we're just talking at this point. So, at this point, he gave you a lawful order that you weren't free that you weren't that you weren't free to leave. I was sawful about an order. He didn't give me a lawful order. No matter how much logic and reasoning the officer employed, Michael wasn't budging even an inch. It seems like he had absolutely nowhere to be because it looked like he didn't mind arguing all day. And as Michael was becoming more audacious, the cops were getting more desperate to remove him from the vehicle. Cuz at this point, you weren't free to leave. You're not free to leave. And you could either step out and be placed under arrest for obstructing. You guys could bring a bigger supervisor to to tell me why I broke the law. I haven't broke the law. I haven't broke the law. I've been through this before. I've been through this before. And I got the tape to show it. And I'm constantly going through. You're not listening to me. I I don't even know your first name. You know mine. Okay. What's your first name? I'm not identifying myself. I haven't broken anything. laws. I haven't broken any laws. Okay. I'm going to identify you as sir at this point. Okay. Sir, at this point, the officer has observed license. License. Listen to me. Listen to me. Listen to me. I'm going to I'm going to explain it to you. Michael was pulling out all the sovereign citizen stops, even filming the police officers. The entire investigation could have been resolved within minutes had these deluded citizens not made such a scene. Okay? Trust me when I tell you this. I don't want anybody to get hurt. I'm asking you to step out so that we can have a civil how many months. Hold on. I'm sorry. I missed what you said. Female officer here because I'm here. You can dismiss this. I don't like her. I'm condescending. I always want her touching it. Y nobody nobody wants nobody wants to put nobody wants to put hands on you and general okay attitude is ridiculous I understand that she needs retrain for real I need you guys to step out of the vehicle okay and and the and the reason I'm stepping out of the vehicle because you're going to be placed under arrest for obstruction under arrest for obstruct Things got even crazier when the passenger who was allegedly pregnant started chiming in as Well, she was almost as irate and more hysterical than Michael. And together, these two made a problematic duo. They kept on blabbering about how the female officer needed retraining. But maybe it's these guys who needed retraining on how to be better citizens. I understand she's pregnant. I want nobody to get hurt. So now I'm basically in fear because I'm telling you guys I haven't broke any law. When you don't break any law, you don't have to identify yourself. But you have. Okay. So, at this point, I'm asking you to step out because our next option here is to break the window and to force you out of the vehicle, which we don't want to do. I don't want to go be physical with you at all. I want you to comply and we can have a discussion about it. But at this point, you don't want to listen. You don't want to listen to the investigation. So, at this point, I'm asking you to step out of the car before we're forced to break the window. Do you want your window broken? It's a legitimate question. Here we have a perfect example of what sovereign citizens do when their other tactics fail. They start acting like victims and claim they're being threatened. The officers have been more than lenient with Michael and his girlfriend, but their patience now is running thin. So there's no authority that could prevent my rights were being infringed on at this point basically because there's two sergeant. You are a sergeant. He's a sergeant and no one stepping in. So you're we have not violated your rights to be very clear. Okay? You have refused to comply with Sergeant Wall's orders and now unfortunately you are pushing our hands to a point where we're going to have to physically remove you from the vehicle to place you under arrest, which we don't want to do. I don't I don't think we could possibly be any more reasonable or offer a grander explanation in the parking lot of a mall than we have. Okay. So, that's as simple as I can make it. If you step out, it'll make life a lot easier. I'm about to step out. I appreciate it. That's right. You're You're welcome to live stream whatever you want to do. Just step out of the car. Okay. Thank you very much. So, hold on. What are we doing? You're being placed under arrest is what we're doing. Don't resist. Put your hands behind your back. The argument that his rights were being infringed on held absolutely no weight whatsoever. Because the only thing the cops were denying Michael of was permission to act obnoxiously entitled. By some miracle, he decided to finally step out of his vehicle only to act surprised about the handcuffs. Of course, when that happened, the man's attitude took a dive. I'm being searched illegally. My number is 708931 that video. Can we get you a ride somewhere, miss? We can take you to our station. You're more than welcome to go back into the mall, wait for your own ride, or we can take you to the station. Can I just get an ID just saying that we had uh documentation with you? The cherry on the cake was that their car wasn't even registered to them. So, the rude woman would be hitching a ride to the station as well. The last mission was searching their vehicle, and this would hold even more surprises. Inside the car, the cops found a huge bag of candy and mail address to a number of different people, which all in all was pretty fishy. No, while you search, uh, check some secondary bin locations on this car based on these circumstances. You're still recording, right? Yeah. Keep recording while you're searching. Joshua Curry, Capital One, mail like starting to be cracked open. There's another one in here for somebody else. This is Joshua Curry again. All the way open. I guess I'll bring these back. Hey, photograph. Photograph this plate. Yeah. And take it off. I have Michael was charged with resisting a peace officer, possession of a stolen or altered registration, and attempting to elude a police officer. However, all the charges were later dismissed in court. Our next case involves a speeding driver who thought it was a good idea to run from the cops. On October 26th, 2023, an Oklahoma City police officer pulled over a speeding vehicle. Unfortunately, on that fateful day, the driver wasn't feeling exceptionally cooperative. I need driver license insurance, please. I can't hear you. I need your window down. You're speeding. You are. The speed limit's only 60. You're going 75. Everybody else, right? I can't believe insurance. I need your driver license insurance, ma'am. Do what? Okay. You got an ID on you? I need you to step out of the vehicle. Do what? I can't hear you. The first thing the driver was concerned about was whether or not the officer's body cam was filming. And this was already a warning sign. It took quite a bit of coaxing from the officer to get the driver to hand over her information because oddly she was using her daughter as an excuse because of her low blood sugar. Would you like my supervisor? He's on the way. Would you like me to call an ambulance for you? My driver's taking off. We're going north. After claiming a medical emergency, the woman got back in her car and drove away. Now, if it was a real emergency, why would she refuse an ambulance? The chase only lasted a few minutes until the suspect stopped for gas like she forgot the cop was following her. Get out OF THE CAR, MA'AM. MA'AM, GET OUT OF the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car, MAN. GET OUT OF the car. Get the away from us. Get the away. Get the away from our car. I'm not. Get away from me. Get out of the car. I'm not. Get away from me. I told you my daughter's having an emergency. I understand that. I told you I'd REQUEST EMSA. YOU CANNOT RUN FROM THE TRAFFIC STOP. I'm not I DON'T HAVE TO CONTRACT WITH YOU. I'M NOT CONTRACTING WITH YOU. I'M NOT CONTRACTING WITH YOU. 911. Get out of the car. 911. She's resisting. She's not getting out of the car. Come out of the car. I'm not getting out. The way the daughter was cussing and screaming at the officers revealed a lot about her upbringing and it's a safe bet here that she was a sovereign citizen in training. Hopefully, this would be a lesson for her to not act this way with law enforcement. And instead of giving up the fight, the mother refused to get out of her vehicle and then opted to call 911. I need you to come to Memorial and Bryant. You have an Oklahoma City police officer that is trying to break my arm and my daughter is ill and I'm trying to get her something to eat. He is literally breaking my arm in memorial an Oklahoma City police officer. He has my license, my insurance, and he's trying to break my arm. And I I I do not contract with Oklahoma City police. My daughter is ill and I need to get her food. He's trying to make me contract with an ambulance and I do not want to. He is breaking my arm. HE'S breaking my arm. No, he's trying to pull me out of my own vehicle. And I want him to I want I don't have to. I want you to let go. Let go of me, man. Ma'am, let go of me. The insane female driver was switching between making insane accusations and even arguing with the 911 operator. She took absolutely no accountability for her behavior, and this put the officers on the back foot. There's a time, of course, to back off and calm down. But this idea went right over the woman's head. You're a trafficker and you've got me here breaking my arm cuz you probably traffic all the dope in here, don't you? Okay. I'm asking you to let go of my arm. I'm asking you to let go right now. Please let go. No, ma'am. I'm not letting go. You got to get out of the vehicle. I'm not getting out. You're getting out of the vehicle, ma'am. Lieutenant Goodman, listen. I'm gone. Listen to me. I'm not. She was going. She was sick. We were I'm not leaving this car. I'm not leaving. Okay. [Music] I'm not leaving my car. I DIDN'T. I DIDN'T do anything. [Music] Okay. I can't My arm. My arm. Please stop. That leg. And we're going to stand up. All right. Stand up. I didn't do anything. I'm not going. I didn't contract with you guys. Stop. I didn't contract. I didn't I didn't do anything. Stop. Please stop. When the lieutenant arrived, there was no more playing around. She was forcefully taken from the car as the officers were left with no other choice. Her wild accusations were unfortunately just starting. And as soon as the handcuffs were on, her attitude got worse. If that was even possible. Ma'am, I'm Lieutenant G. I'm the supervisor. You asked for the scene. I know. Laughing at me and I needed to leave. Listen, okay, let me know. Okay. He did his job. Okay. She was not in medical distress. We could have sent an ambulance where you were if you needed one. I want you to leave me alone, please. I didn't. I don't even know what you mean by contract. You were violating some type of a traffic that got you stopped. It wasn't. He realized that there was not a medical emergency there. He said ticket, but you know, he didn't though. None of that's true. None of that. He He didn't stop me. Okay. He did. Tell you why. He wouldn't. And then he said I was speeding, but I was born the same. But I was born the same speed as everyone. I wasn't speeding. He did. But I wasn't going to give up my license because I wasn't contracting with you guys. that means I'm not I'm not doing business here. So I told him I gave him my license. I am I believe in the laws of your country. Okay. Being handcuffed and sat down on the sidewalk would be a serious low point and a wakeup call for just about everyone. But for this sovereign citizen, it only triggered her into a rage. She was incredibly rude to the officer who was trying to help her out. But hey, what's new, right? I'm not doing business here. And he's laughing. He's laughing. You're things about car camera and body camera. We can address that, but we can't address things like that when you're violating traffic laws. We're calling police officers outside of here. Police helicopters coming. You got highway patrol. You have our officers. You You do. That's what happens when you run from the police. I didn't run from the police. You left the traffic. I I told him I said, "You have my license and my insurance. This is an emergency. I need to go to that gas station. I'm getting her food." I'm not I'm not lying. An acceptance location if it was an emergency. I'm sorry. Ambulance would have been dispatched. I don't want an ambulance. I can't pay for an ambulance. Despite numerous attempts at reasoning, the woman was convinced she was acting within her madeup world of rights. However, this woman's defenses were quickly being picked apart by the sharp officer. And you know, we're in the 50th worst state for women to survive, and we're survivors of domestic violence. Her dad tried to kill her. That's why she has a biotoxins and we just still get destroyed by men here. All men standing around here not to see. And he trafficked with you guys. He trafficked with you guys in 2015. Methamphetamines. Officer Long, where is he? So disgusting. Your whole group is disgusting. My arm is broke. She was hurling random accusations of her alleged knowledge of drug trafficking within the police department, which was bizarre indeed. While she may have had a history with bad men, the cops that were handling her had nothing to do about it. Ironically, she complained about her arm being hurt, but declined any medical assistance when it was offered to her. What do you think? Was she faking it? Don't be rushed with me, okay? Okay. He's already broke my arm. You're not going to treat me like that. I'm not going to treat you like that. Okay. Stop. Just Just listen. And all you have to do is stand here and face the car while I pat you up with me. If you're not going to cooperate, then I'm going to have to me out in front of other people. You're right. I'm not. Yeah, you're not. Not even the search could be completed without this woman giving the officers an earful. And she had plenty of complaints every step of the way. Her protests weren't running out of steam, and she couldn't even come up with more believable arguments. Any way you look at it, it was obvious the cops weren't harming her at all. Get in the car, please. Because you're going to taser me. No, please ask me to get in the car. I don't want to get in the car. I don't want to go. I'm not I don't want to get in the car. I don't want to contract this way. I don't want to get in the car. Why? No, I don't I don't deserve to go to jail. That man was laughing at me. Please get in the car in I don't want to go to jail. Please get in the car, sir. I am not. I don't deserve to go to jail. I was taking care of my daughter at the car. Let's go. It's a foregone conclusion, ma'am. It's armed kidnapping. This is armed kidnapping. From every angle, it was obvious that the officers weren't harming her at all. Some people deserve to go to jail, and some people don't. And she definitely belongs to the first category. Getting her in the cop car was a challenge in itself, but thankfully once it was done, the girl's father arrived to pick her up while her mother was taking a ride straight to the police station over a simple traffic stop. I pray for you guys every day. Well, I do. And and don't be don't clate about it or or or play it down because you don't know how many people that are connected that pray for you guys that you have no idea the the prayers that go up for for people that are just running the bank. You're running the bank. That's what you're doing. This is a bank. And this man pulled me over at 63 miles an hour when I had the same cars going around me. And he just wanted to pick on a woman today. That's what it felt like. So I tell him that I needed to move on and he starts laughing at me and he wears the title supervisor and he laughed at a woman that was just tried saying that we needed to go on. I'm not a criminal. This doesn't make me feel like a criminal. I'm going to write about this cuz I'm a writer and I've published two books and I'm going to write about you guys publicly. Her condescending attitude was absolutely detestable, and the woman stating that she prayed for the police was an obviously lousy attempt to get on the cop's good side. Unfortunately, this woman had made her bed, and now she'd have to lie in it. And then I'm coming after your freaking personal property, and I will put leans on your house, your wife's house, your house, your kids' house, and I will. So, you guys keep doing this, and you can't do this to people. We're living, breathing souls, and you're treating me like I'm property of a bank because you're a bank and I'm going to treat you like a bank personally when I'm done. You better start figuring it out, kid. You're riding around in the car with a badge taking people off the street. I'm a citizen. Actually, I'm not. I'm a I'm not a 14th Amendment citizen. And you can't do this to people. You cannot. and there's going to come a day where your power changes and then you're going to have these accountabilities for doing this to people. The fact that she thought she'd actually get anywhere by throwing baseless accusations at them was utterly laughable. But then when she started threatening the officer's homes, it became clear she was completely nuts and delusional. I don't want to go in here. We're have to go inside. I don't want to go in here. I'm going to have a nervous breakdown. I don't want to go in here. Your arms me. Yeah, this is kidnapping. You're kidnapping me from the side of the road, dude. Watch that curve. Dude, you're kidnapping me. I didn't do anything to go in here. People dying in here. Even when they arrived at the station, this unhinged woman still couldn't tell the difference between getting kidnapped and getting arrested. But maybe the charges she'll face can make her understand it a little bit clearer. She was charged with resisting arrest and fleeing and eluding a police officer. On May 2nd, 2024 in Neapville, Illinois, a traffic stop became much more complicated than the officer expected. When the officer signaled for the vehicle to pull over, the driver completely ignored the request and then got out of the car in a local parking lot instead. Get back in your car right now. Get back in your car. Get in your car. What are you doing? Hey. Hey. I don't know what your problem is. Send me it back. Hey, hey, hey. Stop walking away from the stop. Get back in the car. I feel threatened. Get back in the car. No. Get back in the car. Do you have the police camera on? Yes, I do. I feel very threatening. You touching your Get back cuz you're getting out of the car. Call the police. Call the police. Call the police. He's not. Get back in your car. I don't know who this man is and I'm into my car. I'm stopping you because you crossed over the lane. Improper lane usage. I turned around and pulled you over. You got out of your car. Please get back in your car. Uh, no. Call your supervisor. No. Get back in your car. No. What's your deal? I don't know what your problem is. I pulled you over. Why are you in here in the car? I didn't attack you. I didn't even touch you. Get back in your car. You need to take a moment. I don't know what your problem is. Please don't. Things were off to an incredibly dramatic start, and the cop could already tell that she was going to be a nightmare to detain. The officer called for backup. Can you hear me out? So, I pulled you over. Maybe you didn't notice, but I got out of the car and I said, "Hey, please get back in your car cuz I conducted a traffic stop on you and now you're not listening to direction. I need you to get back in the car." Excuse me, ma'am. Ma'am, call your supervisor. You have no right to do this. On the way, call your supervisor to pull you over? Yes, I do. So, we're going to stay here. I don't mind. I'm not going to put you in cage or anything like that right now. So, what? I haven't done anything. Cuz you're not listening to my orders. I haven't done anything. I need you to relax. You need to sit down. That's fine. We don't need to escalate any further. I haven't done anything. Okay. You committed. You're trying to put me in handcuffs. What law have I broken? Cuz you're not listening to me. That's not a law. I know my laws. Okay. So, you disobeyed a traffic violence. I'm not talking to you. I need a lawyer. I'm not talking to you. Get your supervisor. I need a lawyer. That's fine. I got people coming. I need a supervisor. So, what I'm going to need is your identification right now. No, sir. Get your Okay. So, are you refusing to identify yourself? Yes, sir. This woman was the sole reason that the situation was escalating. The hilarious part is that the reason why she was stopped was for improper lane usage. So, it would have been easier to settle if she just complied. Calling a lawyer for a traffic stop is a bit much, don't you think? Do you work here? I don't answer questions, especially from people who are attacking me. Okay. Cuz she's calm right now. I pulled over for improper language and she crashed over the middle there and then she got out of the car. I'm not sure if she realized I was pulling her over. And so now she's out of the car. feeding it back into the car or identify herself. So, okay, that's where we're at right now. I didn't need to go hands on cuz she's still standing here. So, yeah. You want you come back? Yeah, if you just let me know about the plate. Okay. So, now I got a bunch of my officers here. So, I'm going to need you to provide me with your license. No, sir. Okay. Then you're going to be under arrest. I want you to know the reason for the proper lane usage. Backup officers arrived on scene like the dramatic suspect had requested. But shockingly, or rather not so shockingly, this didn't inspire the woman to cooperate. If being stopped for a traffic violation freaked her out that much, then she surely won't be able to handle what's coming for her next. That is incorrect. Okay. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back, please. Um, you got your cuffs on you? Yeah, I have mine in my pocket here. Oh, I just switched. That's right. What is What is the reason for my detainment? Because you're not giving your driver license. Can I Can I talk to you? If you got pulled over for a traffic stop, whatever the probable cause is, it is what it is. You are driving a car. You're operating a motor vehicle on an Illinois roadway and you have to provide your driver's license. If you fail to do that, you're going to be under arrest. So, we can go go through your things and find out who you are. You have no reason for search. Where's your warrant? Eventually, the officers had to turn to using hand gestures to try and make this woman understand why she was being arrested. But getting through to this woman is like cutting through a coconut with a butter knife. And like the sovereign citizen that she is, she clearly didn't have even the faintest grasp of the law and how she broke it. You are have no right to go through my purse. No, you do not have right to go through my purse. You are incorrectly I am not. Stop resisting right now. What is the reason for my detainment? Because you're not providing your driver's license. We're past that point, ma'am. We are passing. What is the reason for my detainment? Because you did not. I do not understand. I am not under this. I am not in agreement with this. I am not in agreement. I do not approve of this. What is the reason for your detainment? You're not being What is the reason for your detainment? You're not providing your driver's That is not a valid reason. Okay. There is no reason for you to You can fight this in court. That's the whole point of this, right? So, yes. And you will all What's your badge number? What is your badge number? A Arbor. The cops don't need her permission to detain her. It's a mystery how suspects like this one just can't understand how absurd their understanding of the law is. She insisted on getting the officer's badge numbers, but how much would you bet that she won't remember them even 5 minutes later? What is the reason for my detainment? This was the reason. That is not against the law. You said that something not against the law. I am not under that law. Whatever it is that What code is that law? When you get What code is the law? When you receive a driver's license, you sign and you promise that when you are stopped by an officer that you will identif What is the code? What is the code number? It's under a I don't know the exact code, but you have to provide identification when you get pulled over. You were involved in a traffic stop today. And that's what happened. You have to say who you are. Well, there's no reason for me to be detained, especially in handcuffs. I do not understand. I do not understand. The female officer sass in this situation was very well timed and quite amusing, but no amount of reasoning was making an impact on the suspect. If it was illegal to arrest a criminal who claimed not to understand the reason for the arrest, all criminals would be walking freely. They're detaining my credit cards at this moment. Is this car being recorded? Yep. Thank you. What time does your computer say? 10:30? Yeah. Do you know your bond number? I'm sorry. Do you know your bond number by heart? My bond number? Bond? Bond number? I don't know what that is. Okay. Again, I would like to reiterate I do not understand. I do not comply. Which Neapville police station are you taking me to? Oh, okay. I'm not What is that? I'm not aware of the address. Can you tell me what the address is? Yeah. Ironically, the woman refused to get in the cop car when she was arrested, but when they got to the station, she then refused to get out. It would be nice if she'd make up her mind sometime soon, but I guess the officers weren't that lucky. And we have to book you. The longer that you refuse to let us book you, the longer you're going to sit here. It's not going to go away. We're not going to go away. You're just going to sit here forever. We have to book you. Whether or not you agree with it, I will not comply. I do not understand. I'm not going to assist you in my il illawful arrest. This is incorrect and I would like to talk to my lawyer. Okay. Well, you can't do that until we book you. Once we book you, you can talk to whoever you want to talk to. You're not going to get a phone call. You're not going to go to the bathroom. You're not going to get anything until you let us book you something that is incorrectly ill. Okay. Well, I do not understand and I do not I'm just going to let you know the longer that we wait here, we can wait here all day. I don't care. I'll be here. But if we don't book you here, we're gonna take you we're gonna take you straight up to county and then you're going to spend the night at DuPage County. For someone who clearly didn't want to be in police custody, she sure was dragging the process out a whole lot. This woman was as stubborn as an ox. Her opportunity to comply with the officers and avoid spending a night in jail is slipping right through her fingers. Somehow though, she just doesn't seem too bothered about it. I'm not going to assist in my detainment. No, it's not assisting in your detainment. It's just cooperating to get you in there so we can I'm not going to assist in my detainment. Well, they're going to they're going to bring you in there. Is there a medical condition that we should be aware of? I am on my menstrual cycle. Okay. Is there something that you can't get out of the car that you need to like maybe see a doctor or something or I will not answer any questions. Okay. Well, they need to they need to bring you into the jail for processing. What is the reason for my detainment? I've explained it a few times. So, I wasn't there. So, I'm just asking you question. So, I'll explain it to you for you again. So, you committed a traffic violation. Avoid. If wasting the officer's time was a sport, this woman would most certainly take gold. At this point, she was just being a real pain. And the reason why she refused to get out of the car was a mystery to everyone but her. How about I ask all answer all your questions and in return, you just come on in here so that we can kind of get the I'm not going to do anything that is in agreement. I do not understand. I do not comply. That's fine. That's fine. and I'm not going to assist in in an unlawful detainment. Okay. No, sir. Well, what what what going to happen is that you were going to be brought into the jail and I'm just kind of telling you what's going to happen so that we can move this process along. You are under arrest. Okay? You understand that? And what he needs to do is just bring you in there to start the process so that we can get you out of here. And in order to do that, there is a intake room in there that they want to bring you in. And let me just so there's no surprises to you. I don't want you to be scared. I don't want there to be any issues and I want to answer all your questions. What he wants you to do, which is part of this procedure, which is not is is happening, okay? I'm just letting you know, is that we want you to step out of the car. They're going to bring you into the sally port or into the shakedown area over here, which is where they're going to search you to make sure you don't have anything else because they have to do that before you enter the jail. And then once you're in the jail, they're going to they're going to take your cuffs off. They're going to put you in a cell and they're going to ask you a bunch of questions. Whether you answer them or not, that's truly up to you. They're going to get their process going and as soon as they're done, they're going to let you go. As a last resort, they attempted to explain all the next steps to the woman, hoping they might get some cooperation out of her, but it was a long shot and everybody knew it. I swear, I've never seen a person who loves being in a cop car this much. I remain silent. I plead the fifth. Okay, we're going to take you out. Get the door. So, go ahead and take your foot in here. We're going to go ahead and move your feet out. Okay, do not hurt me. Do not hurt me because if you hurt me, I have not done anything to you. Just want you to walk. Do not hurt me. Okay. You need to sit in this car or this chair. I do not understand and I do not comply. Okay. Hold on a second. Why don't you sit down? Think about what you're doing. All we want you to do pull my pants back up, please. All we want you to do is walk. Can you pull my pants back up? Can you pull my pants up? Absolutely. Why don't you stand up so we can do that? Okay. Can you pull my pants up? Can you stand up so we can do that? No, please. Okay. Well, no, then I can't. Do you need do you need a a paramedic or an ambulance to check you out? In her mind, being dragged and sat on the ground is somehow less embarrassing than just using her feet to walk inside. They eventually reach a point where they must take serious action. This quickly turned into quite the scene with a woman pushing everyone's patience to the absolute limits. Ma'am, we're we're trying to help you, but you're the one laying on the ground like a dead fish. Okay. All we're asking is comply and I do not understand. Complying has nothing to do with this. you. It's just being a human being and standing up. So, if you want to take the outside, um I think she's going to wait again. So, one, two, three. Can you please bring my buddy? Okay. Come down. my with her final act of defiance. The cops had no choice now but to carry this woman like the sack of potatoes she was pretending to be. She was charged with improper lane change, obstructing an officer and resisting arrest. On the 7th of January 2023 in Clearwater, Florida, the cops pulled over a black Nissan Ultima going 15 mph over the speed limit. It should have been an easy issue to settle, but the driver, who was later identified as Renard Shaw, decided to make things difficult for everyone, including himself. Can I see your license, please? Can I see your license, please? Can I see your license, please? What's going on? I need to see your license. Do you have a license? I need to see your license. What's going on? I need to see your license, sir. I'm asking you, what's your reasonable license? And I want to see your license and I'll tell you why. But until I see your license, I'm not talking to you cuz I need to see your license. Either you have a license or you don't have a license. I don't need to see your Met license. I need to see his license. He's driving. Do you have a license, sir? An officer asking for your license is a pretty standard procedure. But Renord was acting like the officer had asked him to do an impossible magic trick. His defense here is that he was merely quote unquote traveling. And this indicated that he's one of those brainwashed sovereign citizens. I'm not going to argue with you, sir. I was not speeding. Is the camera on? Yes, the camera's on. I was not speeding. Okay. I got you in the 55 and a 40. So, yes, you were speeding. Can you show me that on No, I don't have to show you that on the radar. You wasn't speeding. Yes, I was. I'm not going to argue. Can I have your license, please? I do have a license. I wasn't speeding. You sent me back up here. I wasn't speeding up. Yes, sir. You were I'm not going to argue, sir. I'm calling them back up right now. You have a license, sir? No. crime. I'm sorry. What? I did not commit a crime. I didn't say you committed a crime. I said you committed an infraction. A civil infraction. So, don't make it worse than what it is. The suspect, of course, had little to no knowledge of the law. But he was still trying to be difficult, which could make for an extremely dangerous combination. The argument between Shaw and the officer was already going in circles. But any attempts at talking sense into him failed miserably. Sir, do you have an ID? I need to see your ID. I'm not going to identify myself. I need Sir, I didn't say I'm committed. Yes, sir. Okay, that's my side. And I legally pulled you over. So, that's what I'm allowed to do. You're required by law to show you your license. You have a license. Sorry, sir. Yes, sir. You are. Why am I being detained? Cuz you you're speeding. That's not a crime. I didn't say it was a crime. You were being detained, sir. Don't try and leave that. You'll then commit a crime then. Actually, not identify yourself after I asked for it legally. It's actually a crime. So, yeah. So, you want to identify yourself or not? You're saying that I I failed to identify myself as a crime because I legally stopped you. Now you're interfering with my investigation. See, so who are you investigating? You then who? Then who am I? The lights were on, but it was obvious there was no one at home since Shaw was failing to understand everything the officer was telling him. Sovereign citizens like this are so convinced of their misinformed stance that they believe it themselves wholeheartedly. What you want to do, sir? Show me some ID, please. I don't know ID. I'm sorry. ID. You don't have an ID and you're driving the vehicle. Traveling. No. So, you're driving the vehicle. Okay. He's saying he's traveling. So, you have no ID. What's your name, sir? Hey, but he's refused to identify himself. He says he's traveling. By this time, more officers had arrived on scene. When stopped for driving violations, like driving without a license, sovereign citizens frequently use the I'm just traveling excuse. But at this point, there's only one place he'll be traveling to, and the cops will be driving him there. You're required to in the state of Florida provide me ID when I pull you over illegally. You've been stopped for speeding. I've explained it to you. I've explained it to you. I have a witness here that says that I was not and I've got a radar that says you were the radar in my car. No, you're not going to see my car. Okay. I'm not required by law to show you my vehicle. Okay. So, now we've got five cops here. The road all block because you want to identify yourself. That's all. Simple. All you got to do is identify yourself. I told you what I would do. Keep your ticket and go to court. That's that's real simple. Write your ticket. I can't write ticket. Let you identify yourself, sir. Write your ticket. Go ahead. Write your ticket. Right, sir. And I want to see your ID, sir. You have an ID? Shaw here seemed pretty upset at the outcome of his uncooperative attitude. When demanding information and arguing technicalities didn't work, Shaw decided to take a different approach and put on a stonefaced act. He even tried ignoring the officers. I was not speeding. I was not. I was not. I was not. Okay. I was not. Then we can go to court on that, sir. I was not right. You go to court. I was not. And I need your ID to be able to write ticket. That's what I'm saying. Yes, sir. I do. If you're conducting an investigation, you must know who you're investigating. You must know who you're investigating. If you don't know who you're in, While reciting his arguments, Shaw backed up the officer's reasoning as to why he needed to identify Shaw. But Shaw didn't even realize he'd made a mistake. He was so busy trying to appear knowledgeable that he ended up sounding even dumber. Get out of the car, sir. Get out of the car. Out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Why you arrest? Why are you arresting me? I'm not even resisting. I'm not even I'm not even resisting. Watch out. He can't resist. I'm not even resisting. I'm not resisting. I'm not doing nothing. Watch out. Watch out. I'm not resisting. I'm not doing nothing. The situation quickly escalated when the officers decided enough was enough. But dragging him out of the car, of course, came with its own set of problems. Just like speeding and refusing to identify himself, it's no surprise that Shaw also denied resisting while he was actively resisting the arrest. Hey, look at me. Look at me. Look at me. Look at me. All of this. You drove it, sir. All you do is identify yourself. Let me get walk with them. We'll get you when you get in the car. Go. Get in the car. What am I in the car? In the car. What am I being arrested for? Obstruction. Obstruction of what? The windows are wind up. I'll be suffocated in this car. I'll be suffoc I'm suffocating. Put your foot in. I'm suffocating in this car, bro. Put your foot in. I'm suffocating in the car, bro. Not one single step in the process was easy with Shaw, and he somehow managed to act shocked and indignant at the fact that he was being arrested. After being loaded in the cop car, Shaw seemed to calm down a bit. He was still argumentative, but there were a few moments when it looked like he was actually listening. Officer is lying. He can't prove that I was speeding. He He can prove that you were speeding. He has radar in his car, but I was not speeding. I have a witness who was right there beside me. I was not speeding. That's that's something that you had to fight in court. You can't fight on the side of the street. I wasn't fighting it on the side of the street. I was asking to articulate what suspicion but you failing to identify yourself. Okay, that is a crime. How did I fail to identify myself? Am I Am I accused of me committing a crime? You were speeding. It was a civil infraction. A crime. It's a crime not to identify yourself. Yes, you're speeding a crime. I don't think you you're not following along what I said. It's an infraction where you would that he was going to write you a citation. Okay. But you then failing to identify yourself, that is the crime. That is what created this whole mess. If you would have just given your ID, you would have been on your way right now. But now you're going to go to jail, okay? And you actually got a felony as well. This guy Shaw really had some audacity. He was arguing about the radar evidence, but thankfully things were now out of the officer's hands and set for court. The officer gave him a hell of a reality check. And if that didn't sink in, hopefully his day in court would be a much more effective wakeup call. Sir, are you done talking? Okay. Oh, good luck to you, sir. You just roll up. Who's this? Who's this guy, dude? Who is this guy, dude? That's my boyfriend. It's your boyfriend. Okay, cool. So, he's going to be going to jail. Okay. So, well, first off, he has no valid driver's license. Okay. He failed to identify himself. So, that's obstruction and also resisting with violence. Okay. So, he's going to go to jail for a felony and a couple misdemeanors. What? For a felony and a couple misdemeanors. Before the cops drove Shaw to jail, the cops still had to talk to his passenger, Tamika Nunez, who was actually the owner of the car Shaw was driving. Does he live with you? His address from mine. What's his address? How long have you been dating? Over a year. Over a year. And you have no idea what his address is? He lives in need or something. I don't know the exact address. Is he married or something? I don't think so. You've been dating for a year and you don't know if he's married and you don't know his address. I understand how that makes absolutely no sense. I don't know his address. Okay. All right. So, here's the deal. We're going to be taking your car. Okay. We're going to be impounding it. Um, and has this ever been impounded? Has this ever been a felonious impound before? No. Okay. So, what we're going to do is we're going to do a felonious impound on it. Okay. So, if this is ever used in the commission of a felony again, we're going to seize it. Okay. Which means it then belongs to the city of Clearwater. The female was led off with a very stern warning and the very sad news that her car will be impounded. Shaw was charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license and obstruction or resisting without violence. He also got a ticket for speeding. On the 13th of January 2020 in Flaggler County, Florida, police officers spotted a vehicle driving without any license plates. They pulled over the vehicle and approached the driver. And it didn't take long before the driver made it clear that he was a sovereign citizen. Please. Oh, is it? Please. Step out of the truck for me, please. I already got one in. I'm not going to ask you again, sir. Okay. Well, I'm pulling you for a lawful reason. I'm pulling you for a lawful reason. Okay. And now I'm giving you a lawful order to exit your vehicle. If you fail to compare, okay, that's fine. and you can reserve your rights, but I am telling you a lawful order to exit your vehicle. Okay. Malachi, the so-called sovereign citizen, tried to talk himself out of the traffic stop, but thankfully the officer spotted this behavior immediately, put an end to it quickly. To ensure he couldn't speed off, wheel blocks were inserted under his wheels. It wasn't long before the man started demanding to see a supervisor. We've given you a lawful order. At this time, you are under arrest. Okay? So, if you don't want to step out of the vehicle, we will remove you from the vehicle. We would like to not do that, but if we have to, we will. I'm not threatening you. I'm explaining what's going on. At this point, your tires have deflation devices on them. So, if you want to drive away, your tires are going to go flat as well. All right. Step out of the vehicle. This is your last opportunity before we take you out of the vehicle. Last opportunity, man. [Music] We just told you that. Yeah. You are breaking the law. Yeah, you are. He's got a knife on. No, no, no, no. It's here. Here. What are you doing? We told you you're under arrest. For what? I gave you I gave you my paperwork. I gave you Supreme Court. I'm nearly done. I told you what you did. I told you to step out of the vehicle. I asked for your documentation. I gave you my document. No, I asked for your driver's license. You've got to provide me one. The cops were left with no other choice but to do what was possibly one of the smoothest window breaks ever. Once the door was open and Malachi got dragged out, the officers learned something equally concerning. His wife was sitting in the front seat with a baby on her lap and not in a car seat. Do you understand that? You assaulted. Do you understand that? I understand. I over. You overstand? Yes, sir. All right. Yes, sir. Do you want to provide your name or no? Sir, I do not wish the contract. That's fine. I'll just book you as a condo. Please stay over here by your vehicle. All right. Don't go to jail yourself by not listening, please. All right. Do you have a driver's license or anything? Cuz if this vehicle's unregistered and you don't have a license, it's going to come with us. All right. It's coming with us out of Florida. Even after being read his rights, Malachi was trying to be smart with the officers. Unfortunately, there were three kids in the vehicle with the couple. And as soon as the officers started talking to the woman, it became clear that she was a real piece of work herself. So, did they ask him to exit the vehicle? Unlawfully. What did he need to exit the vehicle for? We had the window down and we're conversing with them. Okay. So, does he have a driver's license? He has the right to travel and paperwork that says that. Okay. which he handed to your officer, sheriff, deputy, whatever you guys want to be called. Please don't leave my family on the side of the road. I might have misunders I might have misunderstood something, buddy. Come on. Please. We explained it extreme. Yeah, but I had my case law. I wasn't I didn't think I was breaking the law. Please don't. You refused to step out. But I misunderstood. We explained to you all that. I'm telling you might not miss. Probably should have listened. I was told you still have to have a driver's license in the state of Florida in order to operate a motor vehicle. You can travel this wherever you operating a motor vehicle. He's he's he's driving. He is not driving. He is not operating a motor vehicle. He is transferring his property, his private property from one place to the next. Okay. He is not driving. Okay. Well, he's going to jail for that. So that's that's crazy. It it's not it's really not. It is crazy. I'm sorry you feel that way. Looks like the infamous I'm not traveling argument has now been upgraded to quote unquote transferring private property. Man, these sovereign citizens seem to be getting more and more creative as time goes on. Can they get any worse than this? Are all the the kids okay? No, they're not okay. Okay. Are they injured? Do they need rescue? No, they don't need rescue. Okay, so they're okay. No, they are not okay. Are they injured? No, they are not injured. There any other weapons? Ma'am, put the knife down. Put the knife down. Yes, it's very Okay, but don't grab a knife when we ask you if there's any weapons. Step away from the car now. Step away from the car. Do not grab a knife. Go back there now. Back here. You have a child. Can you just You have a child and you're pulling knives. Okay, buddy. Ask. Yeah, ask. That's That's Yes, sir. There's more knives in the car. Not Yes, sir. Here's a knife. We'll get you on the way. Okay. Where are you headed to? Well, we were going to the beach. We have no idea why she'd grab a knife in the presence of the cops. It was clear that logical thinking wasn't her strong suit given how difficult it was to explain to her what's wrong about what she just did. You guys are doing a fantastic job. Do not speak to anyone you don't know ever. She's wondering if you would be willing to turn over any cash that you have or anything. Briefcase. It's in my briefcase for her to get a a taxi cab. Is that fine with you? Yeah. Yes. Yes. Okay. Besides that knife, are there any other weapons in the vehicle? Don't grab it. I'm asking. No. Thank you. The worst thing about this entire situation was the possibility they'd brainwashed their kids, raising them with their false ideologies with how they're acting in front of their kids. They're certainly setting them up for some difficulty later in life. Because I don't have to. You guys are a corporation. I do not have to contract with you. If you need my driver's license to look me up, that's fine. But I wasn't operating this, right? And neither was he. We were merely transferring our private property. I mean, that's neither here nor there cuz we're not going through all that stuff. That that doesn't hold up in the court. I'm just saying it doesn't hold up in the court system. Okay? If it did, nobody would have a driver's license. It wouldn't be required. So, I'm sorry you feel that way, but it is in the state of Florida. I can't tell you about any other state. Okay. So, do you have a driver's license in the vehicle? Yeah. It's funny how sovereign citizens have somehow excluded themselves from the laws and rules that everyone else has to follow. Thankfully, this delusional attitude doesn't hold up in court whatsoever. And to think otherwise just makes you look like a tinfoil hat loony. And we'll give you the money, what not he needs. We'll take you to like a 24-hour restaurant uh restaurant or whatever you need so you can hang out until you get your ride. Okay. What about all my in the car? Well, I don't know what to tell you. Next time, step out of the vehicle when you're giving a law order. I don't know what to tell you. You didn't tell me to do anything. Well, we gave him multiple times. We just reviewed it on video with supervisors. We gave him at least 10 opportunities to step out. Okay. But all my kids' stuff is in there. All right. Well, all I can tell you is in the future, make a better decision when you're giving lawful orders. All right. Don't tell me anything. We told him multiple times. He did not want to answer. Maybe get your vehicle registered and you can drive it away. It's not registered. It's not insured. It's not allowed to be on our roads. Everybody else out here registers, ensures their stuff so they don't hurt anybody. I'm not going to let you drive away unregistered and uninsured because you don't feel like the laws apply to you. Where's my driver's license? If he has it, I'll get it to you. If you need anything out of the vehicle, code, we'll get it to you. Okay. Yeah, I need a bunch of You have it? Awesome. Do you have any other questions for Yeah, I need to get all my [ __ ] out of the car. You can grab Well, you can grab whatever you can take with you or you can get it out of the toward down there. It's right in the town as well. I just want you to know that you're a Sorry. I'm sure you feel that way. Beat it. We've given you every option. Let me in my truck. Not right now. If you want to come out with knives, we're not letting you in there anymore. The cops were still nice enough to try and get the woman and her kids a ride somewhere safe. But all she did was return the favor with insults. And just when she thought she was going to hurt the cop's feelings, the cops shut down her insults like a pro. So, you can go ahead and tell me your side of the story. Okay. I I Okay. First of all, uh I've been studying. Look, I've been led obvious people, man, I don't even know how to say this. Look, I really, what I'm trying to say is the laws like the Supreme Court cases and all that stuff. I literally thought I was being lawful compliant. I honestly thought that your supervisor was going to come and let me go. I literally I didn't think you were breaking the window, right? Obviously, come on, man. Can I talk to him, please? Can I please my kids, man? I mean, I mean, here's the thing, man. Look, I wasn't trying to be at the end of the day. I'm not going to be doing this again. I didn't Let me Let me talk Let me talk to you man to man. Yes, sir. Okay. You didn't want to give me your name? If you think you were doing something lawful, why would you give me your name? Because that's what I was told that that's how it works that you can't. That's why I kept saying I don't want to contract. Okay. Because I know I mean that's what this there's a lot of information out there right now. Well, I'm explaining to you. Okay. Yes, sir. I've been and I told you if you step out of the car, we could have had a civil conversation. I would have let you go, man. I would have we would have figured something out about your truck. All right. Okay. And probably cut you some tickets and we could have gotten you out of here. You're taken care of. Okay. But you don't want to tell me your name. You don't want to You didn't want to roll the window down and talk to me like an adult. Then you tell me speak louder. After being read his rights, Malachi started being less arrogant than his wife. It's like he's almost admitting that they were misinformed about the law, which is absolutely true. But ignorance of the law excuses no one. And hopefully after this, he'll leave all this sovereign citizen nonsense behind him. We don't play that game, man. At the end of the day, dude, can you is there can you go back in time, man, and just get all my At the end of the day, man, everybody out here pays their registration. Everybody out here pays their insurance. Everybody out here pays for a driver's license generally. Yes, sir. Okay. Everyone knows what you have to do. If there was some magic ticket that I could print out and I don't have to register my cars, believe you me, pal, I wouldn't have them registered. So, that's that's it. We'll do what we can to help out your your is this your wife? Yes, my wife. We'll do what we can. Now, there's three cards in your wallet that have her name on it. It was way too late to backtrack now. And Malachi would now have to deal with the fact that his actions have landed him in some serious trouble and in front of his kids, no less. And just like that, their delusions about how the law works were quickly shattered. I get it. But dude, I'll never make a mistake like this again. Straight up. Either way, whether you let me go or not, my children, man. All right. Well, we're going to help we're going to we're going to figure out where we can get them to make sure that they are safe. Okay. And that they have resources they can contact. Okay. All right. So, correct. Yeah. All right. I'm Deputy Ley. All right. I was just talking to make sure I'm saying it right. All right. Um, so he is going to jail today. Okay. He will have a bond. Now, what he's telling me is that you guys have like $1,000 in cash in the car or something like that. All right. You have access to a decent amount of money. Okay. What I'm what I'm saying is if you would like, we could give you a ride to in town, okay, where you can contact the bail bondsman, man. Sure. Yeah, that'd be great. Okay. I'm just trying to help out as much as I can. So, is that is that It's weird. Some of your officers just have like really smug looks on their faces. I don't like you for some reason. You're all right. He's all right. But you and Officer Grady got a whole different aura about you. The cops still took the high road and tried to help them, even though they definitely didn't deserve it. Instead of making a rational argument, the woman based her dislike of the officers on their auras, whatever the heck that meant. Pretty wacky. I don't have anything else to say. They asked me if we had a knife, and I responded. They're arguing semantics on procedures and how I'm supposed to respond. That's on them. Come on. Beyond that, they're offering to give me a ride somewhere near to where you will be. I've accepted that, but other than that, we don't have much business to do. They can give me a ride, and that's that. I've done nothing wrong. You've done nothing wrong. They'll argue their semantics. We can argue ours, and that'll be that. All right. Whatever. I'll be done here. All right. I love you. I'll talk to you later. You did nothing wrong. This is what the police will do to you if you don't comply and surrender to their every whim. Okay? That's that simple. Your dad did nothing wrong. I love you, baby girl. You good? Okay. At the end of the day, she still tried to convince Malachi that he didn't do a single thing wrong. After determining the vehicle was registered to them, the tow truck was cancelled. Malachi was charged with resisting without violence, as well as driving without a valid driver's license. We hope seeing delusional sovereign citizens wreak havoc would make everyone have a deeper appreciation of the law and how we keep order in our society.
