from police officers who brutally assaulted an innocent 18-year-old victim to know if my phone is me the phone to a deputy who tried to misuse his position of authority is there any way we you can give me a one time refesh courtesy if I show you my ID here are five cases of corrupt cops who got sued and fired starting with the case of 18-year-old Taylor Brown I expect them from them black dude okay you also kicked me in the head so you also I came out here willingly cuz I trusted you and look at what you're doing on February 8th 202 2 3 the apartment of college student Taylor Brown went up in Flames officers from the normal police station were dispatched to the scene of the accident from which they took Miss Brown to the station for questioning however after being delayed without any questions Ms Brown requested to be taken home and the following interaction ensued seize my phone for what go go ahead and hang up why goe and hang up they want to seize my phone but I'm not under arrest for you're not under arrest but your phone's going to be seized oh no no we're going to you're going to hang up the phone um SE my phone but I'm not in C them all around me for a second you you listen for a second so the fire is going to be under investigation that's fine okay and we're going to seize your phone why because we are cuz the fire is under investigation I need to know where my phone so you can hand me the phone or I can take the phone but I need to know where my phone's being they're not telling me a reason why my phone I just I just did but you said it's under investigation what y so so listen to me the fire that's her phone so the fire is going to be under investigation and your phone's going to be seized is sh yes everybody's phone's being seized oh no because you you never told me that my phone would be seized when I got here she didn't tell me okay and when I and when I got here the detective wasn't here we were waiting for the detective so the detective is going to seiz your phone no one told me any of this okay you told me that you about to take me home okay so I'm not going to sit here and argue with you the officer seized Miss Brown phone without reasonable explanation and even proceeded to restrain her with violent Force have to know if my phone is go hand me the phone do not K okay push your legs up stop relax relax Mom I'm not guys have you have resisting and aggravated battery of a police officer oh my God okay I'll do the interview you still have the charges I didn't aggravate you you assaulted me okay so relax you assaulted me I'm 18 years old and you assaulted me of course I'm aggravated I wasn't a resisting arrest you didn't say that I was under arrest you didn't give me a reason no nope I said your phone was we took your phone I came here officers you're going to jail I kicked you all because you all were manhandling me I couldn't move I was scared we KCK police officers but I was scared hello you would do the same thing still be double locked if they weren't double locked that they weren't go ahead and double lock them why is my stuff being seized you told me I was coming here for an interview I to the cage jail wherever we're going I need to make a call I get one call I know that much Taylor was arrested and taken to jail that night but was released around 1: p.m. the next day but she wasn't going to let the unfair arrest and irresponsibility of the officers go so on the 23rd of February 2023 Ms Brown sued all the normal police officers involved in this repulsive event but corrupt cops don't always abuse innocent citizens sometimes they abuse their position of power I mean I don't like to make a big deal out of it or anything like that but I know when you show a professional courtesy agency to agency why are you not just I'm doing my job on October 6th 2018 Mrs Coker wife of then Deputy Coker was pulled over for a traffic stop after she committed a violation however rather than comply with the officer watch how she became impossibly insufferable so I'm actually doing a traffic stop now why trying to stop back there yes you did we didn't yes you did can I have your license tra life approve for registration you have a video I don't need a video I saw you do it oh no you need a video no I don't I saw you do it he did your harassment my neighbors we'll be going to court cuz you did not see me do it okay you say so about my insurance somewhere cuz I know you didn't see I have a perfect driving record so good luck with that you guys have been targeting me and targeting me and targeting me because all the [ __ ] neighbors complain and I'm not doing anything so I don't know tring to get it my insurance I don't know whatever might be TI it for my that's okay I got you eventually Deputy Coker was charged with misdirected action in official investigation and improper use of official position and in January 2020 his certificate was revoked proving that Justice isn't dead after all and this isn't the first time a cop would try to avoid the consequences of their actions by flaunting their position and thankfully they don't get away with it either this time she said because I'm driving too fast oh okay but I'm a penel County deputy and I'm just trying to get to my house which is right there gotcha okay yeah okay how long you been with USO 5 years gotcha the first thing this woman said as soon as she was asked for her ID after being pulled over was that she was a penis County Deputy clearly she hoped this meant she would be asked to drive away without any investigation but she was wrong can see driver's license registration for insurance I'm kind of D okay and my driver's huh I'm a pelis County Deputy okay do you have your license registration no you don't do you have your ID on you um do you have a any weapons on you no okay well I'm a deputy but well that's why I'm asking do you have any weapons on you or I live right there okay I would normally but do you have your some kind of ID or anything on you my ID is not here but I'm a penel kind W okay do you have some kind of idea on you no I was just driving that way I dropped my friend off and then I went this way because my I live right there I get that but I pulled you over cuz you were flying past everybody and you were cut no I was just driving okay when I was ping D at this point you were going like 56 and a 40 you were flying no I was not flying I was just do you have your registration with your name on it or anything well this car is not mine so okay do you have anything with your name on it is that your driver's license right there it's my driver's license and my um can I see your driver's license sure you have your uh work ID no it's at home in my tried all the tricks she had from over familiarizing to mildly threatening the officers involved and so was deeply offended when she realized none of her tactics were working all righty go step out of done irreversible damage to an innocent person what do you want what the put it down mother put it down on May 30th 2021 Idaho Springs police officers received a report about a 75-year-old man who had supposedly assaulted a nextdoor neighbor this was what happened when they arrived at the scene no no no hey I'm Tim this is Britney that was the neighbor right there one's it called wait wait this is Britney she's the one that got hit I'm I live here this is my friend Britney and then this is my neighbor that hit her I wasn't even here I was outside I literally just saw banged on the door like or through the wall bam and I'm sleeping shut the [ __ ] up and so I like came out I was like what what's going on he busted all of my sh my my nose my mouth okay all all was like hey what was disturbing you and he was like shut the [ __ ] up boom was he white black he's white does he have haird gray hair yeah gray hair he's the older guy about this tall okay that and that guy lives right there in been split open during the assault he developed a stroke and eventually had to undergo heart surgery with uncertain chances of survival the officer involved was charged with assault in the third degree against an atrisk person and terminated from his position while corrupt cops are usually cocky and entitled the next officer May cleanse your pallet of this distasteful Behavior because he was officers found Deputy John Guzman hanging out of his car visibly intoxicated watch how the interaction unfolded sir are you okay hello hello sir oh my have a single one over here sir is your foot on
