attacked made threats towards our staff person but also um some transphobic um comments made directly to one of our youth um that we have a zero tolerance for the building in question is a part of the Daybreak housing program this program helps youth between 18 and 24 years of age get a better start at adulthood being homeless at such a tender young age is horrible and the last thing these young people need is a Caren teacher insulting and threatening them bro this is crazy what's your badge number 21 bad I can't wait to talk to the commissioner about you okay this is crazy I asked you to identify your I wasn't even on Daybreak property I was on the sidewalk dude I wasn't even on how I was on the phone outside not talking to nobody but my phone they want you trespassed they want me we'll do the guy finally admitted he was drunk but I think even the cops were astonished by the test results his BAC level was 342 that's four times over the legal limit even without the medicine I'm amazed this guy was able to walk at all he was eventually charged with operating Under the Influence everyone can understand that teachers are under a lot of stress because let's face it kids can be a handful so when they finally get a chance to go out have a good time and let off some steam things can easily get out of control for real is it does anyone uh occupy it and there it goes right there what's your address you don't need to know my ADD not giving it to you well you're you're probably going to go to jail if you don't get out of here really really for don't here you know if I do or not I live on the third floor absolutely well it's off my debit card but you can you could absolutely look it up my friend is that your jacket no that's not mine that's not my jacket I don't work okay what time it is right now without checking the clock what time would you say it is probably like almost 2 like 1:30 1:45 and what time did you leave good Bowl probably like 1:30ish okay so you left good bowl and came right over here or did you make any other stops no like we didn't make any other stops like we all decided we were leaving okay I had work in the morning so I didn't want to get too drunk or anything so um what time did you start your first drink roughly my first drink probably like midnight okay and what time did you finish your last one I didn't even finish my last one is probably like I mean I didn't check the time but probably like 1: 120 1:30 okay it's pretty refreshing to have the suspect just come right out and tell the truth she probably thought that two shots and a drink weren't that much but for a small person like her that could pack a hell of a wup in an hour and a half especially considering what she had to drink what what kind of drinks were they so I had a MOS on at good bll and then I had one fireball shot and then I had one pickle shot at tipy Turtle okay were they single shots double shots I mean I just ordered like regular I don't know how they pour them but I was assing single I didn't ask for doubl and then that that mixed drink you know if that Wasing I mean I finished half of it I'm assuming it was a single got okay uh right now if you had to to rate yourself on a scale of 0 to 10 unless you're being completely sober being the most intoxicated you've ever been in your life or would you say you are right now probably like a five but definitely like I yeah did she think that made her less accountable mind you the scow mule is a cocktail made from vodka and Fireballs a cinnamon whiskey which is marketed as tastes like heaven Burns Like Hell add that to the pickle shot which is most commonly made with vodka or tequila and you've got an extremely explosive combination um if I were to hand you the the keys to a school bus full of kids right now would you feel safe driving that probably not cuz I am an education major and I like do care like I would never care for any kids intoxicated ever okay so so so you think because you are intox toxicated it's probably not safe to be driving kids around not kids around no I would never want to have other lives reliable okay um do you take any uh or have you used any illegal drugs of any kind absolutely any prescription medications whether they're prescribed to you or not okay uh have you had any recent head injuries no okay other than this uh have you been in any car crashes or physical fights in the last 24 hours no absolutely not okay this girl was answering everything truthfully but most of what she said did not not go in her favor first off she admitted to drinking and now she's admitted to being intoxicated I think she grossly underestimated just how drunk she was uh would you be willing to do a couple tests to make sure it's good for you to be D Absol okay um if I could just have you face me stand with your feet together and your arms down by your side uh first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to check your eyes okay so what I'd like you to do follow the tip of my finger with your eyes and your eyes only without moving your head you understand yes sir uh this next test we're going to do is called the walk and turn test sort of what it sounds like um uh so for the purpose of this test we're going to use this on painted part of this line here the concrete not the white line yeah like the the thing in between the two white lines so if didn't go that well either the officer then asked about the drinking again and she then confessed to having a margarita at around 5:00 and going to the gym afterward looks like this future teacher might have a drinking problem uh how did you think you did on those tests I feel like I did fine felt like you did fine like if if you had to rate yourself were we talking like like uh 60% 70% 80% 90% um probably like at eight like at least passing yeah like so like eight out of 10 yeah okay hypothetical do you think if you were to drive at an 8 out of 10 is necessarily safe if there's a 20% chance you might be running somebody over or honestly not like I would obviously always want my friends to be with someone who's like 100% okay to drive yes I was got I definitely didn't think I was too drunk to drive okay I only had I didn't even finish my dream tonight gotcha okay well based on everything that's happened tonight okay with with the crash that happened here um signs of intoxication I'm seeing performance on these tests I don't think it's safe you be driving tonight okay can I have my friend to me home uh nope uh so if you can place your hands behind your back you are under arrest for DWI right now okay the young woman remained calm as a cucumber and it's a great example of how not to freak out when you're being arrested if you cooperate with the cops chances are they'll to we have to call in anyways you're I have to tell him the suspect's an education major at Texas A&M University she's also a teaching assistant so most likely Clint was her Superior and was probably wanted to her she's think herot emotion right right so this is actually the high school's like end of the year staff party in there the assistant principal came out she's was a supervisor she got let go she saw the lady that caught her and it made her upset she came storming out here they stopped her before she got in her truck to drive and they just waited for get your side ball boyfriend he's on his way this is another one of those situations that could have been res OLED peacefully the lady made a mistake got drunk and her boyfriend was on his way to pick her up so she was about to go home sleep it off and that would be the end of it the question is how did she manage to mess this up just let me drive home oh no you're not going to let you drive wait he's on his way okay we're just and doing extremely stupid things she could have been sound asleep already in her bed right now instead she's about to be hog tied and taken to jail my man is on his way my man is on his way come goe knocked his body cam off and that's obviously battery on a law enforcement officer surprisingly the suspect was only charged with disorderly intoxication and resisting an officer I guess the officers
