stay here last night there's no reason or purpose for you to go inside of my house and have anybody invade my home and take anything we ain't talking about no car we talking about you going in my with them about you know what's going on here in this apartment obviously knew were banging on that door you know and that's why we kicked it in because we got a call that a young woman was getting downplay her boyfriend's actions his protection order the state of the apartment and witness testimony said otherwise while the officer was busy talking with the female another officer made a illegal firearm on the 2nd of February 2023 police responded to a call from a concerned homeowner while he was making a routine check on his property he was alarmed to find lights on inside and called no one's supposed to be here at all the squatters claim they've been granted temporary access to the residence by a man named Wayne however their explanation was met with skepticism because the suspects couldn't provide any information about the man how long have you guys been here uh just yesterday yesterday and we got to try to go find some work okay cuz right now you're trespassing okay well we won't be back no problem one second so we get this figured out this is crazy why did he do that all right who is Wayne you got a first our last name for Wayne way I don't even know his last name that's a friend of his oh my God you got a date of birth no address phone number for all I know is here he he he said he lives here that's all I knew no phone number for him no contact information nothing whatsoever you got a number much they said um some guy named Wayne they've been here for a day obviously somebody's been here longer than a day I'm not sure if you guys been here no Wayne has I got I got I got a phone number but his phone Wii phone number it's a Wii phone number that's fine um anything so I can see if I can try to contact figure out what you guys got going on the suspects claimed they'd only been staying there for one day and that Wayne let them in to back up their story they gave the officer a contact number for the mysterious landlord whether or not they've been duped by this elusive Wayne didn't matter the homeowner wanted the suspects trespass from the property you know if Wayne had anybody else here with him cuz I'm just wondering cuz I'm seeing a lot of WS over here and I'm sure they're not yours oh they a mine you know it mhm he's outside right now he's doing a check on his property and noticed that somebody's been in here and nobody's supposed to be here while the officer was keeping an eye on the suspects the homeowner inspected his property and he was understandably upset to discover his home including many of his belongings have been substantially damaged sir are you trying to have them trespass from the property or they destroy my house oh no they destroy my house now our L system take off everything all of this and then mess up my stuff all of them um is this your stuff this box yes mind is they destroy Maybe checking everything and then maybe they sold this some a maybe the homeowner was pretty much devastated whether or not the suspects were responsible for the damage it's hard to imag imagine having such little respect for someone else's property in response the cops arrested both suspects and transported them to the county jail to face the consequences of their actions we going to jail step up for him are we going to jail we're going to jail I know I understand that but you guys are in Florida the cops responded to a call about squatters living in a vacant apartment there yeah I see you because they P it and pick up the cas so there shouldn't be anyone that's locked it's locked by room for more squatters but as the female suspect ECT said it was just her and her cousin inside outside the woman's Behavior towards police began to escalate into physical threats it takes a special kind of entitlement to break into someone's home and then threaten police officers for daring to question you lucky you got beat boys the friend all right what you going to do I think we're going to hit them both for TR that's what I think we're going to do all I need housing out here I was can't trespass me cuz I live out here cuz she going to put her hand on me bro tell that why she give her name and gave her date of birth as 1996 which would make her 27 at the time that's why the officer was a little bit stunned when she told him how old she was you have a FL driver's license I'm a whole mine I'm only 15 bro and you were born in '96 yes that's not a minor well I like well to me it feel like a minor yall look at me as a miner you're adult yeah I haven't treated you like Aid
