She's putting gloves on and they smell bad. I don't want it touching MY BODY. [screaming] WHAT ARE YOU doing to MY BODY? [crying] >> I SAW SOMETHING IN her pocket as she's talking to me. She's trying to shove in the R. >> The cops are trained to face danger and fight criminals. But sometimes the suspects are so ridiculous the cops just have to have a laugh. >> You're under arrest now. Put your stuff down. >> Why? Robbie, put your stuff down. >> Put your stuff down. There are plenty of moments when the cops can't keep a straight face. Like when they're arresting these Karens, >> if I'm going to sign something, I want to make sure it's accurate. >> Well, I'll give you a copy. >> Although, I'm sure you're getting like, you know, paid to, you know, uh, be a sick piece of garbage. Hey. >> On the 17th of April 2025, the cops got a call from a hair salon about a disorderly customer. Reportedly, after they denied the woman's service, she became erratic. It wasn't exactly something you'd expect from a criminal defense attorney in New York. >> How many times have you asked her to leave? >> A lot. >> A lot. >> All right. Hey, take your hands out of the bag. >> Hi. >> Hi. I'm also crowd of the Naples Police Department. How are you doing today? >> Hi. How are you? Okay. How are you? >> Down. Yep. >> All right. What's going on? >> Um, at [music] 3:20 I came in here and I spoke to a woman and she said that she was going to call her supervisor regarding a hairstyle [music] >> because they didn't have a hair stylist here at that time. >> Okay. >> So, I have her number here cuz she's [music] a massage person. I guess she gave me her number when I left. Anyway, uh she called and she gave [music] uh two she sent uh she took two photographs of snitches of hair colors. Okay. >> So after that [music] time they said I would have to come back here at 4:30 which is you know I'll guess probably 10 minutes you know probably like about 450 now. I don't know. I haven't looked at my clock lately. >> So I went to Dawn uh Tequil >> downstairs. The officer didn't have to press the woman for additional details because she admitted right away to going to a bar and drinking. She claimed to have had only half of a mango tequila and a Long Island iced tea. >> And then I came back [music] up here and said, "Could you please uh you know do my hair?" >> Uhhuh. >> And they said, "No, we don't have your hair color. We [music] won't do your hair." And they got really stiff. I said, "Well, I waited for an hour and, you know, 10 [music] minutes >> for you to do my hair." And they said, "Well, we're going to call the police on you." And I said, "Go ahead." >> And I didn't like you to throw any like hair products around or do anything. I just sat there waiting. [music] >> It's a private business. They're asking you to leave. >> I was told to come back. >> So Oh, no. No. Here's the thing. You're either going to be trespassed on the property and arrested or you're going to leave. It's your choice. >> Oh, wow. What a you know, choice. The last time you guys arrested me, you stole my [music] tennis shoes and my clothes and my uh and my backpack. You want to see my [music] ID? >> Yeah. You have your ID? >> Yeah, I have no problem showing my ID. >> After the woman gave the officer her ID, he went down to the bar and confirmed what she'd [music] been drinking. And when he came back to trespass the woman, she made a startling revelation. >> Okay, I'm going to take a photo of you for a trespass. >> Why? I'm not trespassing. I want my I wanted my ID [music] back prior. >> You're going to be trespassing me. That's what's happen. What's your address here? >> Why am I trespassing? >> Well, they wanted you to leave and they don't want you to come back. So, you're being trespassing. What's your >> That's not trespassing. >> I I've been a criminal defense [music] attorney in the United States of America for >> That's great. But you're here. Okay, >> that's cool. Well, I'd like my ID and I'll leave. >> He's done with the paperwork. You're going to get it. What's an address for you here? >> I don't have an address here. >> You don't have any address? >> No, I was traveling. I was traveling. >> You're traveling? >> Yeah. >> All right. >> I'm so glad you know that verbiage. Thank you. >> Wow, that's cool. >> State attorney really did you justice, huh? >> Oh, you don't Yeah. You're not a state attorney. [music] >> I never said I was. >> The officer confirmed the trespass with the salon manager and then came back to deal with the obnoxious suspect. By that time, the woman's inner attorney had awoken and she began to nitpick the trespass statement. Oh, I mean this is just [music] saying that you're being trespass and you're not. >> Oh, wow. That's cool. I'm going to read it. Okay. Cuz you know, being [music] an attorney for like two decades, I kind of wouldn't like to read it. >> Pretty much this is the address of where you are. >> Oh, actually, I've never lived at this. I lived at this address for [music] 6 months. >> Well, you're traveling now. So, we we don't have an address. >> No, traveling. Oh, I'm not 5'7. Not 200. I'm more than that. >> Oh. Oh, sorry. You know. Oh, because Oh, well, the person you want to pretend is me [music] is like that like count of statistics. >> So, >> wow, that's cool. >> Sign right there on the X. Okay. >> Um, I'm going to change this 15. >> Okay. >> Red, brown. >> Hazel's fine. [music] Hazel, green. >> Okay. >> I just don't, you know, I mean, if I'm going to sign something, I want to make sure it's accurate. >> Well, I'll give you a copy. Although I'm sure you're getting like, [music] you know, paid to, you know, uh, be a sick piece of garbage. >> Are you going to sign it for me or you want to refuse? >> Yeah. No, I'm I'm signing it. >> That's the address. >> Oh, that's Oh, is this the address here? >> Yes, it is. >> Oh, really? Wow. >> The woman kept trying to change the [music] form by adding things to it. At some point, the cop decided enough was enough and told her to sign the thing or get arrested. However, this Karen attorney had a problem with authority. It just kind of like, you know, not a really well-written form. >> I'm sorry. You know, >> the aggressive stuff. Oh, I wasn't. Um, >> you're not changing that. >> Yeah. Well, I'm gonna I'm just going to like just going to write my version. I can put my version. >> You're signing it or I'm throwing your cuffs. >> Oh, wow. That'd be cool. Would you like feel important and strong and like a big piece of trash? >> Me. So, just sign it or I'm throwing your cuffs. Final one. >> Um, I'm just reading it. I wasn't disturbing the piece. I'm gonna say like I'm gonna put here I'm gonna put I'm gonna put here I disagree. >> You're not doing that. You're >> Why can't I Why can I say that? >> Final warning. >> It's not your form to fill out. It's just your form to sign. >> Yeah. >> Well, why would I sign something that I didn't agree with? >> Okay, then you don't sign it. But it's still >> Okay, don't sign it. >> Sign. Cool. I'm going to sign it right here that you refused to sign this form. Okay, >> that's fine. >> I'll get out. All right. >> It was a reasonable request, [music] but not to a person who was drunk. The woman didn't even hide the fact that she was drunk. It sounded like she had a bone to pick with someone and the cops just happened to be there. >> Don't come back or you're lying. >> It's a private establishment. They can do whatever they want. It's a civil form, not a legally. >> They don't They don't own this establishment. >> Yes, they do. >> No, they don't. >> Did they pay rent to have this little uh studio? >> No. >> How do you know? I know because I've traveled for the last five years and because prior to that we studied human trafficking and we had a triate case a bunch of against a bunch of psychopathic morons like you all. >> All right. Are you leaving now or am I throwing in cuffs? >> I I just like this in my in my bag. >> Okay. >> Thanks. Now I'm going to go get have some more drink. >> Okay. >> If you want to like follow me, I'm going to done. >> I don't like, you know, otherwise I'll like lose it cuz I, you know, I'm kind of a little intoxicated now, you know, being like uh, you know, uh, 60. >> Mhm. >> And, uh, battered, abused by a bunch of penny pieces of human trash. >> I'm glad. >> Really? Wow. >> Even though all the woman had was a backpack, it took her forever to get her things together. The cops soon lost their patience with her and gave her a final ultimatum to either leave or get arrested. >> I'm giving you 20 seconds to get out of here. 20 19 18 17 16 15 >> I'm trying to find my glasses. >> 12 11 10 9 my other glasses case. >> 7 6 5 4 3 two one All right, come on. You're going to cuffs. Put your hands on your back. >> Mhm. >> Ma'am, you should have behaved better. So, get in. >> No, I didn't behave badly. >> Come on, get in. >> I asked. Could you please make sure my backpack is in here? >> We'll get it. >> Thank you. I have quite a bit of money in there. >> That's great. Come on. >> Yeah, something you can steal. >> I don't do that. >> If the cops thought that would be the end of it, they had another thing coming. Even in the back of the squad car, she kept berating the cops. It's one thing to deal with a drunk person, but dealing with a drunk attorney is a whole other ball game. >> So, that's cool. Can you pretend like you like look through my bag and you're not going to steal my stuff? That's cool cuz you know uh you know that makes you really important, you know, and you're going to burn in hell or wherever. go wherever pieces of human garbage end up cuz I don't really know if it's hell or somebody place else but uh you know you're definitely not uh you know uh going to transcend anything. It's cool. We're devil worshippers. We're like moral people. Like I said, if I was going to be a devil worshipper, I wouldn't stay within the Judeo-Christian paradigm. Uh, we're not like above everything. We're like, "Somebody told us that, but I didn't tell us that." And I like, >> "That's cool. Rock on, guy." Kind of hot here. Here, can you like turn on the air conditioning? >> She was going on really weird tangents like thieving officers and devil worship, and she finally got a chance to cool off down at the jail. She was charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct, but she was set free on a bond of $650. On the 1st of July 2023, the cops noticed a black Honda Pilot driving erratically. Before the cops had a chance to respond, the vehicle swerved and hit two parked cars. The officers then moved in to investigate. >> Hello. Who's driving this? >> Okay. So, you know what I mean? Audio been recorded. What happened? I was coming around the corner and >> I hit the car. I don't know why I lost my dog today. >> Okay. Would it surprise you to know that we got several complaints on your vehicle prior to this? >> You almost getting in a head-on wreck down here. You've been drinking today at all or any of that? No. >> Cuz right before the accident, someone said you almost got in a head-on wreck with them down over here. >> Yeah. I accident. >> Yeah. So, what hap what happened down here, I guess, in the other wreck where you almost took someone out head on. >> Uh, I I didn't take anyone head on before >> and no alcohol, no drugs, no prescriptions, nothing like that? >> No. >> The driver denied being involved in a collision and said that she wasn't impaired. However, the cops started noticing some worrying signs. She declined any medical treatment and then started telling her Saabb story. >> So, you said you lost your job today >> and then you went to Shakys. >> Yeah, I just lost my job. I don't want to work. >> Okay. >> I really work. So, >> you work at Do you work at Shiggies? >> No, I work at a construction company. >> Okay. You dropped your hat now. >> Do you have any medical conditions you should be worried about or? >> Um, I have anxiety. >> Okay. >> Well, don't just stay calm cuz you're doing good. You're doing well. [music] Did you do you take medications for those? >> No. I don't. >> Do you take any prescription medications? >> Uh, no. Not for anxiety or anything like that. >> Well, what do you take prescriptions for? >> Um, a bladder of I have a overactive bladder. >> Okay. >> That I take, >> but no like pain medicines or marijuana like that. >> Fortunately, she was alone in the vehicle. But as she was looking for her papers, her husband popped up and he was clearly impaired and slurring his words. For some reason, that made the woman even more nervous than before. >> So, that's none of what I asked for. Okay. >> Right. And registration and insurance. >> Yeah. We need all that. Would she call you to come from home then? Is that what happened? >> No. No. We were on our way to work and uh there was a >> there was a cop in our front yard. >> A cop in your front yard? >> Yeah. >> Huh. >> It was weird. And uh I uh I he he was on um he he had his uh leash in his mouth and he he was walking through the he was thirsty and he was walking through the yard and I give him some water. Some water >> right now. >> Yeah. Yeah. He's a police dog. >> I mean I I don't know if you guys would lost it or what. The cop somehow managed to keep a straight face and he informed his colleague that there might be a canine loose in the man's yard. He went on questioning the husband, but as he did so, it only raised more questions. >> I asked you question. I asked you a question. How did you get here? >> Well, >> you said there was a police talking in your yard. I didn't answer my question of how you got here. My my wife went to work and when she went to work, she she turned it off and then she turned it on again and she had to move it out of the way cuz we work at a construction company and so she tried to turn it off and it didn't start. So we had to get down there and drag it with you know the the track and >> the car. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. So Lisa, what what what happened when the cop when without the cop? >> Ev, have you go over here for me? Let me deal with Lisa and we'll get back to you. >> So earlier I lost my job today. >> The suspect here, Lisa, stuck to her previous story. [music] She'd lost her job, didn't feel like cooking, drove to get some pizza, and then crashed her car. She had no recollection of driving erratically, drinking, or taking any medication. Something wasn't adding up here. So, they asked the woman to do some field sobriety tests. >> So, I'm concerned for you. And as I'm going to be straight up with you, that's what I saw there. You're dragging your feet when you walk. You're having a hard time standing up. You're leaning into the car. The other color that we had with you, I need you to be honest with me about your alcohol consumption today. Okay. >> How much did you have? [music] >> I didn't drink at all. You could take everything. >> Just then, what's going on with you today? I need to figure out what's going on with you. Um, I lost my [music] job and I'm a little distress. >> Okay. >> But that doesn't You should still be able to operate a vehicle safely at that point and make good decisions, right? So, it doesn't doesn't account for your lack of balance and things like that. >> Sorry. Just I I don't be scared. You're safe, right? We're here. I just I need you to take a deep breath cuz it's it's not going to go well if you're amped up, right? >> Deep breath. Take a moment to zent. Okay. The cop did a marvelous job keeping her calm and composed and cooperative. He was sure there was something wrong with her, but just couldn't figure out what it was. Therefore, [music] he did the only thing he could and continued with the tests. >> Don't move your head. >> Sorry. >> That one again. Don't move your head. >> Um, okay. So, this next one I'm going to demonstrate for you first. Okay. Like arms at your side, feet together. Touch your head back. My eyes are open, but yours are going to be closed. You're going to estimate 30 seconds. Bring your head forward. Open your eyes and say stop. Does that make sense? >> Okay. And I'll tell you when to begin. Okay. There it is. Okay. Tilt your head back. Close your eyes and begin. >> That's 30. >> Okay. 30 on the dot actually. And how'd you count that? By ones, by twos, by the >> one. Just one, two, and three. >> Okay. This next test, because this is pretty jagged here, I'm going to have you imagine there's a straight line going down the concrete here. Okay. Even though she aced the 30 secondond test, the walk and turn test was an utter disaster. So was the one leg stand test. [music] She complained about having knee surgery a few months ago, which only raised more suspicion about the woman not taking medication. >> Do you take any pain medicine for your knee or for your anxiety or anything like that? >> Uh, no. >> No. Did you take any medicines today? Any anti-depressants or anything? >> Um, [music] no. >> No. >> No. >> Have you prescribed any anti-depressants? >> Um, yeah. I've sub [music] subscribed anti-depressants. >> When did last 72 blow? >> Uh probably yesterday, >> but not today. But it was just a little blow. >> Go blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow blow. >> All right, we're good. >> All zero. So I'm at a crossroads here. Okay. It's definitely not alcohol that you're impaired by something because I I mean I was called a drug recognition expert. Okay. and I can pick up on signs of impairment that the normal like patrol officer is not going to pick up on. I'm picking up on all kinds of them here and I need to know why. [music] >> You've taken you've taken something else that you're not telling me about and I kind of annoyed me. >> No, I [music] I like I said, I took an anti-depressant last night before I went to bed. >> I was prescribed you and took it as prescribed last night. [music] >> Yes. >> Okay. The cop was still convinced she was too impaired to drive but just couldn't figure out what caused it. The answer appeared from an unlikely source when her husband mentioned that earlier that day he'd taken some benzoazipines. [music] >> What did she take? She take the same thing. >> She took the same thing. >> What time was that at? >> At the same time. >> I didn't hear the the original part. What time? What time? >> Um I I don't know. Probably um probably around the same time. [music] >> That's about 4. >> It's also uh today is the date in case you weren't familiar. >> Today is June 18th. Oh, I wish it was. Um, >> she she I'm a truck driver and um I this ruined my career. >> You shouldn't up. >> I know. >> So, I'm going to ask you a third time so you get a better answer. What time did you take the benzo? >> What time did she take the [music] benzo? >> Yeah, like on the clock time. >> Okay. >> She took it at [music] 3:00. The man's story was all over the place and the cop wasn't really sure if he could trust him. As a result, he went back to Lisa and confronted the woman with the new information. >> Okay, ma'am. >> We're trying to make the right decision here, okay? You can't even stand up right now. >> He's saying you guys benzos at 3:00 before he went to go get pizza. Did that happen? >> Uh, >> let's be honest with bulling. It's too hot for [music] this today. >> Okay. Yeah, I might have I might have saved that if I didn't get >> at 3:00. >> Uh I don't know what time it was. [music] But >> you So you lied to me. You said it was >> I thought it was last night, but it could have been today. [music] I was really upset about >> Yeah, we're good. >> You're under arrest from here. You're under arrest. So, let's be honest. You took Benzo's when? Before Shakys or what? >> Uh yeah. Uh [music] two uh hours before I went to Shakys. >> I thought you lost your job at 3. [music] Um, I came home actually. I I went to my [music] job. I was there until about two. My boss came in, told me [music] that I lost my job. I packed my stuff up. I came home. So, probably two or three. >> Okay. And then you How many benzo did you take? >> One. >> What was it? >> She eventually admitted to taking a whole bar of Xanax, which supposedly was left over from an old prescription. They were both arrested for driving under the influence. >> [music] >> And the woman got an extra charge of hit and run with property damage. That New York attorney sounded like she was mad at the world, but our next suspect was completely the opposite. She kept smiling throughout the traffic stop, not letting anything phase her. Not the handcuffs or even the threat of going to jail. Everything started with a traffic stop on the 23rd of April, 2024. >> Hey, roll down all your windows. >> Hey, roll down your window. Roll down your windows. >> No. Come up here. >> Roll down your roll down your window all the way. >> No. >> Why didn't you stop >> when we were trying to [snorts] pull you over? >> I didn't see it till we got >> Okay, you don't need the gum. Step out of the car. >> Okay. >> Turn to call. Step out. >> Can you handle this? >> Step out. [music] Where are you coming from? >> Pick it up. My kit. >> You can leave your phone in. >> Thank you. I know. Thank you. >> Can you walk over to my car? >> Keep your hands out your pocket. >> Stand over there. No, you're talking to you're talking to Deputy Markham. >> The suspect looked completely carefree, smiling ear to ear like they were just playing a game simultaneously. It was a great opportunity for young Deputy Markham to get some real-time experience. The question was, could the man stay professional with a smiling young woman who kept teasing him? >> Talk to Deputy Mark >> cuz he's young. >> Ma'am, look at me. Look at me. >> How much have you had to drink today? >> Nothing. >> Your lights are blue. Your eyes are blue. >> Okay. >> Shades, why is your sticker not wearing? >> Okay. Where you're coming? >> Okay. Can I deal with Shades? Where's your What's your name? >> My name's Deputy Markham. Deputy Sheriff's Office. The reason for the traffic stop >> is because over at Spring Spring Arbor >> and Robinson, you failed to stop. You completely blew >> the red light. Yes. >> You're lying because it's not a stop light. It's a red light. It's red, green, and yellow. >> Wait, how much have have you drinked all tonight? >> Not at all. Here you go. Shake my hand. Shake my hand. >> Listen. Will you submit to FSS? >> No. Shake my hand. You can't cuz you don't even have a name. >> What's your What's your name? >> What's your name? ID. >> You're going to give me a hard time anyways cuz I know I'm What? >> Do you have ID on you? Yes, I do. >> No, stay over here. >> Stay over here. >> Stay right here. >> You're not going to go in a handcuff. >> She was most likely intoxicated, but it didn't really explain how she managed to be so positive. It seemed to be getting to the deputy because he couldn't keep a straight face. >> I'm getting my ID. >> No, you're not. >> He just asked me. >> I said, "You had one?" >> Yes, I have one. Can I grab it in my wallet? >> No. Where's it at? >> In my wallet. Can I grab it now and hold my hand and I grab it? >> No, we're not going to hold your hand. >> You can't cuz you're being rude. Cuz you're rookie. Wait over here. Stand up here. >> Can I grab my ID? >> No. >> Wow. Why? >> Stand in front of the car. >> Stand in front of the car. >> For ID >> for the licensed driver. I have a driver's license. There's nothing in there. Take. Okay. >> Okay. Go ahead. >> Okay. That's not >> No, you can stay right here. >> No. >> Mean you're smiling cuz you know he's being rude and it's not rude. >> He is. >> You're being completely uncooperative. >> No. How? You asked me for ID. I just went to my wallet to grab it. >> Just take down our information. Okay, >> just stay right here. >> I'm going. >> It was clear that Deputy Markham was a rookie. And what he learned that day was that being a cop isn't always about crime fighting. Sometimes it's about struggling to take suspects seriously. >> Hang on. Listen to your >> vehicle register. >> Yes, I did. Listen, I get my ID. >> What's your What's your Don't touch me. >> No, I'm not going to I'm not touching. >> What's your first name? >> I I What's your first name? >> Spell it. >> K L A I R. A L A I R. >> What's your last name? >> For no reason. >> What's your last name? >> I'm not going to talk to you. >> I'm trying to get the ID out the car. Hold my hand and we can go get it together. >> Go get my ID. M I S H A W. >> Now hold my hand and let's get your license. >> I have a driver's license. M I S H A W. Now hold my hand. Give me my wallet. Get your driver's license. >> Calm down or phone cuffs. >> Um I don't. home. No, cuz of me. >> I I feel bad. So that's the charges that's training you cuz you don't have a name tag. >> What's your last name? How are you supposed Hil. >> As Deputy Markham stepped away, the suspect here, Clara, turned to the deputy supervisor. Being a lot more experienced, he knew things weren't going to end well. And it didn't take him too long to pull out the cuffs. >> Just stand right there. >> He's so weird. >> Go ahead. Do your thing. >> Can I go with him? >> No. >> Stand right there. >> You're weird. Okay, that's fine. That's your opinion. >> That's everybody's opinion. I can't be the shadiest. >> No, >> it's obvious you've been drinking. >> Not at all. >> Yeah, it is. >> No, you're just >> Go ahead and spit out the gum. >> No. >> Spit out the gum. >> No. >> Okay, you're going in handcuffs. We're done. Go on. Put your hands behind your back. I'm done. She refuses to spit out the gum. So, we're going to put her in handcuffs. >> Here. You want to put her in yours? >> You're being detained right now. >> I'm not fighting. Here you go. Here you go. I'm going to the I'm going to him. >> I'm not resisting. I'm going right to him. Stop pulling away. >> Here you go. I'm not resisting. I'm going to the one that I'm not cuz it's been out. Thank you. >> Okay. This isn't Burger King. You can't have it. >> Let me go. >> No. >> Tell him to let me go. >> The officer then told Deputy Markham to put her in the back of the squad car. But if they hoped that sitting her down would make her stop talking, they had another thing coming. >> Is it recorded? >> Yeah, it's recorded. I wanted to reporter with the guy that wanted me to spit out gun and put me in a handcuff doesn't have his own car. >> He made it seem like you were the rookie. >> Damn. I hate to be that guy. >> That paper. >> Look at my picture. That's my license. Look at me. >> And I'm not drunk. >> All right, ma'am. >> So respectful. >> So that's what's happening right now. I'm going to read you my rights and let me go. I'm going to read Listen, >> I'm going to read you your rights, okay? >> Because this is a criminal investigation, okay? You're suspected of criminal activity. >> What do you know that? So, what of activity? >> Are you going to listen to your rights? >> Yeah, but I can't. But I know you're the driver of the car and the only one that's looking crazy. I have the safe. >> Listen, can you listen? I'm not going to talk until you stop talking. So, you guys can start. >> You have the right to remain silent. >> Okay. >> She continued talking over the officer, but he managed to read her rights. Nevertheless, sadly though, getting this woman to take things seriously or answer their questions was a completely different matter. >> Do you understand each of these rights that I'm explaining [music] to you? >> Only cuz he's looking at me. Yes. >> Are you willing to give up these rights? >> My eyeballs. >> Are you willing to give up these rights to answer my questions? >> Only cuz he's looking at me. >> Yes or no? [music] >> Only cuz he is looking. >> Okay. I need a verbal yes or no. >> Verbal. >> Bring him over here. The real >> are you willing to give up these? As long as the state boys is round and not this one scary that you got to play a role for >> No, you can't answer for me. >> I'm asking you yes or no. >> Yeah, you can take me home. >> Okay. You understand these rights? I read you. >> Okay. Can Are you >> Yes or no? >> Yes. >> Yes. Okay. >> The other officer decided to step away for a moment and let the rookie handle things as best he could. Deputy Markham tried his best, but he was clearly out of his depth and the woman wasn't going easy on him. I'm traumatized to your employee. I'm trapped. Look at me. >> Do you have any medical conditions >> from him? >> Yes. Are you taking any medication? >> No. >> Why do you use your drive? >> Okay. Right now, I'm going to perform some tests on you. Okay. >> No, you're not. You're going to undo me and take >> I'm going to do HTN, which is horizontal gazing stag. >> I don't even listen. I don't even live a block away. Don't be >> Okay. Okay. Look at him. You don't have a name for a reason. >> Okay. Okay. That's what we're going to do. >> Your spot. Me, too. >> You're going to Okay. >> Okay. Let me out the handcuffs and I will. He put me in handcuffs for no reason. >> Are you wearing any contacts? >> All right. Now, I'm going to check your eyes. Okay. So, stare at the tip of my finger. >> This is not legal. No. Let me out if you are. Let me out. >> At one point, Deputy Markham turned to his colleagues for help, but they just shrugged their shoulders and let him learn from experience. After all, of course, if he couldn't handle a smiling young woman like Clara, who was ever so pleasant, how in the world could he handle a raging Karen in the future? >> Here's the thing. Honestly, my >> honestly, I'm concerned about your ability to drive. >> No. Well, I here my grandma moved by >> if you work Listen, if you work with me, >> I can try to [music] get you out of this so you don't have to go to jail, right? So, I want you I want you I don't want you listen >> to go to Okay. Can you talk to me though? >> The thing is I don't want you to go to jail. Okay? So, I want you to try to work with me. >> I won't I don't want >> So, so this guy >> I I read your rights earlier. You said you want to talk to your lawyer, but listen. >> Let me out. >> You are under arrest. >> I know I'm not >> for operating under the influence of drugs. Okay. >> I'm not under. >> So, you're under arrest. >> For what? >> For operating under the influence. >> That's not drugs. Ultimately, he was unable to convince the woman to do the field sobriety [music] tests and she refused the preliminary breath test. They arrested Clara and she was taken to jail for DUI. [music] On the 21st of February 2025, cops in Rosemont responded to a Marriott hotel. Reportedly, an unregistered guest was sleeping in a corridor. It wasn't exactly the station package offered by management. second floor at room 203. She's just uh on the floor. I don't know if she's guess or not. I was trying to make sure she had >> she like drunk or homeless. >> Yeah. No, she I mean she doesn't look homeless. I think she's just had a good time. >> What? >> Just trying to figure out what >> I think. I'm not sure. She I didn't >> I don't know what her name is. >> Try asking her. >> No, she's like she's not responsible. >> What floor? >> I'm trying to wake her up. >> Second floor. Yes. Yeah. >> You take the elevator or the stairs? >> Oh, you can take the stairs down the hallway. >> Okay. >> Ma'am. Hello. >> Hello. >> The suspect was completely knocked out. Nevertheless, the officer tread carefully because she might have been a guest who just lost her key or passed out before making it to the room. The first step was to wake the woman up and identify her. >> Hey, Rosemont, please. >> Rosemont, please. No, no, you're not in trouble. >> You're not in trouble. >> I need you to wake up. Okay. Are you a guest here? >> What's your name? >> All right, we're not doing this. Come on, >> ma'am. Are you okay? >> You got to talk to one of us here. >> Are you staying in this hotel? Are you a guest here? Do you have a room? What room are you in? Do you know? >> Okay. You're not in trouble. >> No, I know. >> Okay. We're just trying to help you. The front desk called us because they found you. We tried to wake you up because you can't be sleeping in the hallway. >> You're very out of it. So, we're [music] just trying to figure out what's going on. >> I know that's a a wild way to wake up, but >> the good news is it didn't take long to wake her up. But the bad news was that basically she was giving them the silent treatment. She was giving very vague answers which begged the question, if she really was a guest, why wouldn't she just say that right away? >> Is this your room right here? 203. Do you know? Do you have any idea? >> No. >> Who Who are you here with? Yourself or who who are you staying with? >> I don't know. >> You don't know? >> No, I don't know. >> Who Who is that? >> Why? cuz we're trying to we're trying to get you to them so we can leave. >> Cuz right now this is glorified babysitting. I want to get you to your room so I can leave. >> Who are you staying with? Can we call them? Can you call them on your phone? Cuz you're being difficult for no reason. If you just answer our question, we can get you to your room. >> You know how cold it is outside? If you don't cooperate with us, the hotel won't want you to be here, right? And then cuz right now everything's all good. I mean, we're trying to help you. If if you don't want to talk to us and don't want to help us, then then we're going to have to kick you out of the hotel. >> Oh, that's great. Go ahead. >> The woman looked utterly confused, so the cops assumed she had no idea what they were saying. Understandably, they were probably a little bit hesitant to throw her out if she had nowhere to go on a cold winter night. Are you understanding me? Do you speak Spanish? >> Sure do. [music] Thanks. That's great. >> All right. >> You're fine. >> I know. >> Can you put on your shoes for me? >> No, I'm good. Thank [music] you. >> Oh, okay. All right. That's >> Is this your stuff? So then why don't you grab your stuff cuz we're not staying right here. >> Oh, that's weird. Go ahead. That's great. Thank you. Are you okay? >> No room. >> She's not registered here. >> Cool. Okay, get up. Got to go. Get up. Okay, >> let's go. No, >> I'm okay. >> Stand up. >> Do you want to get up or you want to stop? >> Is there anything I could say or do to make you change your mind right now? >> No. >> Stand up. >> After confirming the woman was not a paying guest, it seemed pretty clear to the cops that she was trolling them. Even so, dragging a woman out of a hotel by her hands and feet is not something the cops look forward to. Therefore, they gave her a little more grace and tried to reason with her one more time. >> Because you're not a registered guest at this hotel, then you are being trespassed from the hotel. >> Do you want to put your shoes on first or do you want us just to bring you and kick you out of the hotel? >> Stand up. >> Does she want to stay when she's here? >> She won't answer anything. No. >> Stand up. Okay. She doesn't want to make any phone calls, anything. >> I'll grab you every opportunity. We'll just >> You want to stand up? >> No. >> Okay. >> There's a very easy way to do this. I mean, for some reason. >> Luckily for the officers, she wasn't kicking or screaming, but she did resist. The officers dragged her to an elevator, and the manager let her know she was being formally trespassed. Then, for a moment or two, it seemed like she was coming to her senses. >> Are you willing to leave on your own free will? >> Yeah, I I really don't. >> We're going to stay here until you leave. >> Oh, well, okay. Cool. Cool. Do you >> this way? >> Okay. So, should I do >> start? Walk and follow me. >> Hey, wait for your stuff. >> Here's your stuff. >> Don't you want your phone? >> What are you doing here? Don't you want your phone? >> Put your shoes on like a baby now. >> Oh my god. my baby too, right? That's so fun. >> By that point, it seemed like the woman might be having mental health issues. First, she tried walking outside in nothing but a t-shirt. Then, she started acting like a baby. Something was clearly wrong here, and it probably made the officers a bit more sympathetic. >> Why don't you call your mom or dad or something? >> My mom and dad are okay. Thank you so much. So, understand. I'm okay, though. >> Thanks. >> Have a good night. Happy birthday. >> It looked like the woman was having a really rough birthday, and she didn't really appear to be homeless, so the cops tried to ensure she'd arrive safely at her destination, wherever that might be. >> What hotel are you staying in so we can give you a ride there? >> I know the hotel that I can stay in. >> What's the name? >> Really? Why? >> I'm being very patient. What hotel are you staying? >> Well, I'm in the authentic, right? >> So, you tell me why should I >> Can I see your phone? Make a phone call to figure out where your friends are or your mom or your dad or whoever you're with. >> Do you have your phone on you? Can I see your phone quick? >> No, it's not my problem. >> Okay. So, you don't want any help from us? >> No. >> Okay. >> Thanks, though. I appreciate that. >> All right. We tried to help. >> All right. Have a good night. You might think that was the end of it, but she somehow managed to find her way back to the hotel. The cops were still there, so they had no other choice but to arrest her. >> Are you staying in town anywhere? Are you staying in a hotel? What are you doing? >> Oh, I know the actual dude. You know what's great? I don't have to do that. Also, by the way, collect the >> Hey, >> you know what's even better? >> Stop it. Stop resisting. Please. Please stop. >> Oh my god. >> Stop resisting. >> I didn't resist anything. >> Right now. >> I'm not letting you go. You're going to jail. >> Why? >> Because we told you you are trespassed. The hotel told you you are trespassed. You then came back. We told you you cannot come back. Let's go. >> Like your typical entitled drunk person, she decided to make a bad situation a whole lot worse. Even after numerous warnings, she kept resisting the officers and even tried to hit them. >> You're catching another charge. Let's go to the car because you're resisting. Let's walk to the car. >> I have already told you you're under arrest. Now you are resisting arrest. Let's >> do it. Cut it. >> Stop it. >> I did not. >> You hit me. That's battery. You better cut it out. Stop. >> How am I supposed to stop? >> Dude, I'm literally telling you. >> Get up. >> Get up. >> I'm telling you. I'm not fine. >> You are though. >> Get in the car. Get in the car. >> Get in the car. >> Yeah, I get that. I'm just >> Get in the car. >> God, dude. >> Get in the car. >> I'm just I'm trying. >> She continued her silly act all the way to jail. Upon arrival, they charged the woman with criminal trespass and resisting arrest. On the 6th of December 2024 in Florida, an officer on routine patrol saw a speeding Toyota Camry. Moments later, he saw it speed through a red light. And after the driver noticed police, he pulled over. >> Excuse me. >> Yeah, you went through a red light and you're speeding. >> Yeah. Oh, I'm sorry. I'm trying to get a go. My My cousin left my car in Cocoa Beach last night. He stole it. I'm This is my mom's car. I'm trying to trying to get over to my friend's house and jump my car out Cocoa Beach because this is her car. I'm trying to get out there. He's I just went and got I just I'm trying to get my tools to go out to Cocoa Beach to jump her car and she's freaking because she wants her car back. I'm trying to get comfort in to get my car jump. So, I'm trying to get that car back out there. See? I just got >> You roll out the other window. >> Yeah. I'm sorry. >> So, she's freaking cuz I'm trying to get my car back. This is her car. >> Okay. >> While the officer listened to the suspect ramble, he barely managed to keep his composure. After letting out a bit of a laugh, he regained his professionalism and asked the woman for her documents. >> All right. Do you have any weapons in the vehicle? Any drugs in the vehicle? Anything like that? No. >> Okay. My my insurance card is in my car, I believe. >> Okay. You mind if I search? >> No, I don't have anything parked. Like I said, I'm trying to go to my I'm trying to go down to my mom's car. >> Well, I'll just have you shut off the vehicle and step up for Can I put all this back, please, sir? >> Just set it off to the side. >> Okay. Damn. >> What was I doing wrong? Officer, >> you were speeding and you went through a red light. [music] Now, put the stuff Put the stuff to your to the side. >> Jack Oats and Barton. >> What? Jack Oats and Bart or Morel and Barton. Hey, >> give me a second. >> Your stuff's fine. Step out. >> Why do I have to step out of the car? >> Because I'm telling you to get >> in the car and step out. >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> Can I get my jacket at least, please? >> Just leave it there. Just step out. >> Oh my god. I didn't do anything wrong. >> Step out over there by >> The woman was visibly I rate, but the officer had reason to be suspicious. He got the canine out and performed a drug search and sure enough, the dog hit on the car, indicating drugs were present. There's nothing. This is illegal. There's nothing in my car. >> I had nothing in my car. There's wheels in the car. And there's because there's a bottom pill in my car. There's my pills in my building. Bottom wheels in my car. That's it. Right here. That's why. This is my car. Because it's my car. This is it. >> So, it's your car. It's your mom's car. >> This is my mother's car. In the car. That's not right. Stop. >> What the hell are you doing to your pants? >> Why are you >> right in the back? >> Rather desperately, she was trying to hide something in her pants. One of the cops tried to stop the woman and she started struggling and resisting, but there was nowhere to run. >> It's a needle. >> Stop. >> It's a needle. Why are you coming? >> Stop. >> Stop or you're going to get a hit on the ground. You're going to get a resistance car now. Stop up against the car. You're getting out of control. >> Stop. Give me your hand. >> Give me your hand. [laughter] >> I need a female officer. >> Stop. I don't want you to hurt my needle. See my needle. I don't want you to see my needle. I can't be the needle. I don't want you to see my diabetic needle is all [ __ ] >> You thought I wanted to jump. >> I don't want you to see my diabetic needle is all I tell you about. >> There's nothing wrong with being diabetic. It's not against the law. >> No one's going to say no one's going to say this. >> Stop. >> When you find multiple needles and pills on a suspect, it usually means they're a drug dealer or an addict. But this lady had a cover story because she used to be a nurse and said the medication was for her mother. The cops, however, [music] weren't quite convinced. >> She I saw something in her pocket as she's talking to me. She's trying to shove it in her. >> It was a needle. That's what it was. >> It was a needle. >> Fine. >> You have the right to remain silent. Trying to help you out. Just be quiet. Don't worry. >> You got to tell me why I didn't know why I was a nurse. I was a nurse 18 years. I'm on a 5ear sentence and I have till October. till August 25th to go back and get my flux. I have three years. >> I have three years [music] to go back. Yes, sir. >> Three years. >> And if I get if I lose it, I if I don't if I go to jail, I won't go back. I won't get [music] my license in the August >> of next year. >> I can tell you right now, your eyes are pinpointed. And you're talking a thousand miles an hour. >> Scared. >> When I'm scared, I don't. That's how you're talking. >> My mother, I'm telling you. >> Stop. >> Stop. I'm >> telling you, sir. That's what I'm scared of. >> Stop. You're lucky we didn't put you on the ground cuz that's where you were going. >> The officer lectured the woman for a minute, but whatever she was on, she was having a hard time coming down. After they memorandized the woman, she began insisting to call her mother. >> Why can't you call my mom? >> How old are you? >> 48. >> Okay, I'm not going to >> My mom thinks I'm going to get my car. Why can't you keep going? >> Why can't you stop? >> I want to get that out of my out of there. Pull it out. It hurt stabbing me. Sir, can I get >> the female officer coming? I'm not going to re stabbing me. So, I got to pull it out. >> Stop. >> It is stabbing me. >> Stop it out. >> No. >> Why can't I pull IT? IT'S STABBING ME. >> STOP. >> Why are you hurting me like this? >> I'm not trying to hurt you. >> All around. Cut. >> It's helping me. >> And she put pocketing me. She put [music] it in her back of her pants. >> That's insane. >> There is a needle poking me right there. Can you get it? >> Okay, I can get it. Just relax. Where is it at? It's in the back. Okay, so here's what I need you to do. Listen what I need you to do. Not move. Do you understand? I understand, but don't move. >> Hold still. >> Do not move. >> It's never pleasant, of course, when someone's fiddling with your backside and they're telling you to hold still. But the suspect here had ulterior motives. [snorts] There was something stuffed in her underwear, and she didn't want the cops to find it. Wonder what it was. >> I didn't mean it was >> Those are my vitamins. I swear. >> You're fine. I just dropped it. >> Those are my pills. Those are my vitamins. Just hang for me. I got to put all your property in a bag. Okay. >> Okay. Those are vitamins. >> And I also need you I know you're right. >> We have something in our pants. So I need you to hold it. >> Oh, those are my That's my Those are my dedication. Those are my pills. Those are my riding packs. Those are my Those are my vitamins. [music] >> Her eyes are super strict. >> Those are my vitamins packs, ma'am. This has my medicines in it. >> Tweezers or something. >> Yeah, that's my [music] vitamin pack. >> Of course, normal people don't go to all that trouble to hide their vitamins in diabetic needles. There was a pretty good chance she was lying to them. The female officer conducted a thorough search, checking the woman's mouth, her bra, and even the woman's shoes. That's when the woman made a very strange request. >> You have my vitamins back. Well, that'll have to be put into evidence that you can't take any of that stuff with you. >> Can I have my organs? >> No. >> We can't give you anything like that. >> I have to take my I have to squeeze it into my mouth and stuff. >> When you get to the shoes out of my I chew those back into my mouth and squeeze it in my mouth. >> When you get to the jail, you'll tell me if it's a medication you can have. They'll give it to you. >> Put your shoes on. >> Put your [music] shoes on. >> I promise you. What did you tell me you would take me to jail? >> Why you got You look it up. Yeah. >> Please don't take me to jail, sir. I won't get my nursing license. >> The one on the hood. We didn't even We haven't even got that far. >> I won't I've been there for three years. If you won't get my nursing license, >> what's your name? >> What's your last name? >> I won't get my nursing license back. [music] Sir, I've been here for 30 years. If you arrest me, I won't get my nurse pills. I've been a nurse for 20 something years. Why are you >> supposed to be >> half a milligram of >> I don't know. Doesn't have a picture on here. See if you can figure out what these are. >> The officer took a test kit out to see if the vitamins were indeed what the suspect claimed. In addition, the officer's colleague wanted to test what was in that tube they'd found because the suspect was freaking out over it. >> See what I mean? All little baggies. >> There might still be residue. There's residue of something. Oh, something's inside of that. Some residue. >> Okay. >> This is probably whatever she's shooting up cuz that needle had blood in it. >> Yeah. >> Want some orange heroin? Nope. It's just not super strong. And there wasn't [music] very much on there. There was only a little bit of residue off. It's >> Can you please give me a chance, officer, please? >> You were already You were read your rights, correct? [music] >> Yes, please. >> All right. You said you understood that. Okay. >> Please be nice. >> All right. What's in the tube? >> Those are like vitamins like I know you don't think so, but they are. They're like vitamin things. You crush them and then you squeeze and you crush them down and then you put them in your mouth. They're from Lyademia. They're they're like Oh, they're like I can't explain it, but they they're like um >> I don't hide them. >> They're [snorts] not hiding. They're they're like they're they're like you get them from me, you got to order them [music] online. >> They charged the woman with resisting without violence, possession of f, possession of drug paraphernalia, failing to stop at a red light, and speeding. She posted a $3,000 bond, and eventually took a plea deal. She got 9 months in jail with 70 days suspended. The court also suspended her driver's license, and the woman's fines in court cost were over $1,000. On March 24th, 2025 in Florida, Christopher Marlo, 40 years old, came back to the Interchange Plaza where he had been recently trespassed. Reportedly, he was yelling to himself and loitering on the property. But the really amusing thing was he was wearing a clown costume that looked like Ronald McDonald. >> Don't go anywhere, Chris. You're not free to leave. >> Yeah, it's not free to leave. I'm going >> No, you're not free to leave. You're under arrest now. Put your stuff down. Why? Put yourself down. On the ground now. >> Turn over now. Turn over now. Off. >> Turn over now. >> You turn over. >> God damn you. Give me >> your other arm. Give me your other arm. >> How you got to tug arm off, buddy? Stupid I know you me anyway. >> As tall as the man was, the cops [music] didn't have much trouble taking him down and placing him in handcuffs. They immediately searched him and naturally he wasn't too happy about it. You >> should have treated you like a big pig. >> Sit up. >> Leave me laying down. My shoulder hurt. Sit up. Sit up, dude. Bag, too, huh? Stupid crappy one piece of crap. >> Piece of talis. Stupid. >> You know I know about your >> All right. Well, stand up for me. >> No, you guys can drive you to the car. Shoot, boy. >> Hey. >> Okay, let's go. >> Yeah. Check out >> why it's called per why don't you arrest those mother stupid mother >> you look like a clown >> no I am a clown stupid I've been a CLUB SINCE I WAS BAPTIST WHILE THROWING up face on eye. >> One of the cops figured Christopher had to be a jugalo, meaning he was a fan of ICP or insane clown posi, a rather famous hip-hop duo. There's actually an entire subculture of jugalos as well as jugalttes and they have their own unique characteristics as well as idioms and slang. >> Jugalo and a clown a different thing. >> No, we're not. >> Jugo is develop the jugles were developed by clowns to begin with. >> Okay. So, it's insane clowny. >> Yeah. Okay. >> You got the clown business, too. They don't go around, kids. >> I got [music] you. >> I raised two beautiful daughters. You bast one of my daughters to a goddamn house. >> All right. >> As I don't trust you, mother. >> I don't care if you can't trust trust me from nowhere. >> Yeah, we can. >> [ __ ] >> That's not right. >> Okay. He he normally normally carries a machete or some kind of knife in his backpack, but >> I know I said these past few days or whatever. >> I've only seen him with the nose. He upgraded to a full costume. >> While John Wayne Gayy, the notorious serial killer, dressed up as Pogo the clown and went to kids parties. Christopher, on the other hand, had a more original yet eerie alter ego that went with his new costume. Well, you got plenty more. >> I was the only scene involved. >> You got Oh my goodness. >> The whole set. >> The whole set. That's all he wears now. >> Yeah. >> He calls himself wicked Jesus. >> Yeah. He was holding it. >> It was in his pocket. >> So, we trespassed him earlier. corner. >> And then I pull up right here. I'm like, "Christopher, you're not free to leave." He goes, "No, I know. I can leave now. I'm leaving." I'm like, "No, you're not free to leave, Christopher." I said, "Turn your turn around. Put your hands behind your back." As I got up to him and I was like, "Um, you're under arrest." And he pulled back, got in like a fighting state. >> Okay. >> And then started screaming at me. So I was like, "Step it up." And then I just my hands on took him down. >> So many of the fighters. So, he got rid of the machete and then he got a flare gun. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Apparently, Christopher, who referred to himself as Wicked Jesus, decided to change his choice of weapons. He'd upgraded from using a machete to using lighters and a flare gun. While it might sound less threatening, a flare gun can easily maim a person and cause serious injuries, if not death. The cops realized how serious things were. >> Absolutely. That's lethal force right there. 100%. >> For for us, I mean, that's absolutely lethal force. Yep. Well, we told you you you were trespassed from the plaza. >> I don't give a no goddamn body cam. >> It was not none of you. That's three. >> All three of us were out there with you earlier. >> That doesn't make body cam. >> It was on body cam. >> No deal. >> It was on body cam. [clears throat] >> Would anybody that was a witness want to talk to them? >> Have you ever Have you ever met Christopher before? >> No. >> Yeah. He looks like the guy that stands at I95 and picks >> I'm just looking at the handsome cop right there. >> Which one? >> Oh, I'll let him know. He'll like that. >> He'll like that. >> Some witnesses take note of the criminals and others take note of cute cops. Regardless, the two ladies concluded Christopher had to be on some kind of drugs due to the way he was acting. >> Oh, yeah. >> Normally likes >> Yeah, he's not Yeah, he's not having a good day today. I know. I >> But yes, Christopher is the uh Palm Bay clown. So >> is he? Oh, he's a p what? >> Clown. >> Does he cause any problems with that? >> Usually not. No. But today he's having >> Yeah. Yeah. Yep. So, um you both were se seated here. >> Right here. Talking to himself and he was being crazy and he started getting a little rowdy and he took him down. >> So, when you say rowdy, what did he do? >> I can tell you cuz I'm hyped. >> Yeah, she was right there. Hyper having a cigarette. >> Yeah. And he was just talking like crazy and >> I only been out three months and got five. >> And he was just going crazy. >> Yeah. >> Craziness. So, you know. >> Yeah. [laughter] >> Yeah. >> This guy here ain't bad either. >> As the officers tried to get more info about him, the lady just couldn't take her eyes off these handsome cops. But she eventually managed to focus and she recounted the events as she saw them. >> Could you describe his stance or anything? >> He's just talking to himself at the time. Yes. >> Very fidgety. Can't sit still. Um just scream talking loud. I'll just say that. Talking very loud. And um >> did he present any weapons or anything? >> No. >> Definitely a mental health issue. >> I was trying to see if maybe I didn't know if he was talking to himself or maybe on the cell phone. in, you know, I didn't want to look at him because I didn't want to draw attention, but um I couldn't see anything, but apparently he did have one, but it was real offkilter the whole entire time he was out there. Um did he make any sort of like aggressive stance or anything like that? >> Not until the cops came and grabbed him. >> Okay. >> And then one got him and the other one flew down. >> Yeah. >> Taser, taser. he was likely suffering from mental health problems and the witnesses agreed that he appeared to be tweaking. It's a slang term for people acting wild and erratic, usually when they're under the influence of cocaine or methamphetamine. >> Can I talk to >> Can I talk to the chief? This is bull up. >> Why? >> Here's what's going to happen. Okay. >> You were out there with a sergeant who was my supervisor. >> Uhhuh. >> He was the guy with the white hair, >> right? >> Was it other guy? >> Yeah. No, not the tall guy. The other shorter guy. guy. The older guy with >> the older shorter guy with white hair. >> I could have spoke whatever guy that is. >> He's a sergeant. >> Uhhuh. >> Yes. So, >> what does this bird drive please me under? >> Hold on. So, what's going to happen now? And I want your full cooperation. Okay. What's going to happen now is I'm going to take this seat belt off. We're going to walk willingly >> in through this door. >> We're going to proceed to book you. All right. After that, we're going to take your photo. >> Wow. >> And then we're going to put you in a cell. So when we put you in the cell on it's a temporary space. You're going to be taken out at some point. We're going to drive you up to the jail. So >> Well, for what? Drive police. >> Hold on. >> He demanded to talk to the police chief, but the officer explained that the chief wasn't there. And the only person he could talk to was an acting lieutenant. Unfortunately, that didn't sit well with him. >> I'd rather talk to the chief, please. >> It ain't going to be the chief. It's going to be another sergeant who's acting lieutenant. Okay. Acting lieutenant means he's a fake lieutenant. >> No, he's just acting in place of the lieutenant who is on vacation today. >> So, he's a very experienced been here for a longer time sergeant. >> Does he have a does he have a >> He's my sergeant supervisor. >> Listen here. Listen here. Does Does he have a degree in psychology to handle people like me? >> I assume so. >> No, I don't go for assum. I don't go for assume sub. >> So, do you want to talk to that person who's going to come here and talk to you? >> Can you just take me to mental health instead? >> It work. No, it work way better. It worked way better. I can go talk to >> You can ask him about that. >> All right, that'll work. >> Do you want to talk to him? >> Yeah, but I want to get out of his car first. >> Okay, so we're going to take you out of the car and then you're going to go into a cell. The minute you start acting up, it's not going to go well because then you're not going to talk to the guy and we're just going to do it the way we're going to do it. Okay. So, I need your full cooperation. >> Instead of telling me to junk you, take me in a circle of cat. >> I'm not telling you that this would please. >> No. >> Why? >> Because again, you're going to talk to I'm not I'm not sitting here and arguing with you about this. All right. I'm telling you what's going to happen. Hey, >> Christopher, also known as Wicked Jesus and the Palm Bay clown, eventually agreed to stop clowning around and start cooperating. They booked the man without any further issues. And he was charged with trespassing and resisting arrest. If you're in Florida and you're caught by the cops with an open container of alcohol, you can expect to have problems. But on the 9th of April 2022, a Sarasota woman decided to test her luck. After seeing her drinking in public, the cops approached the woman in a very calm manner. But by that point, she was already drunk. >> Hello. >> What are you doing? >> Okay. With your uh beer. >> I'm not okay. >> No, not really. Not on the street. >> Ma'am, you break your bike. Ma'am. Ma'am, >> you want a ticket for that? >> No. Here, take it. >> Okay. Hey, come here. Hey, get over here. >> Now you can give us your name. >> Want to go to jail? >> No. >> No. >> Don't hit me. >> Don't touch me. In the state of Florida, it's generally prohibited to carry an open container either in cars or public spaces. The suspect was riding a bicycle with a beer in her hand, which was clearly illegal. >> I just touched you. >> You have no right. Touch me. >> You going to jail? >> You hear me? >> Now you're going to jail. >> Going to jail for what? >> Oh, now you hear me. >> Stop resisting. Stop resisting right now. Stop right now. Stop resisting. >> Don't kick. >> Don't punch. >> Get your fingers out of my >> What the >> Don't That's two. That's two. >> Two. What? >> Stop. >> Po. >> You think you're a police officer? You You know who I am. What's your Zach? Zack, you [screaming] p youing p. It seemed like the suspect was begging to go to jail. An open container violation is pretty minor and she probably could have gotten away with just a ticket. But it's a totally different story to assault a cop and she could get a much more serious charge. >> You're being a pig. Zach, >> I know who Zach is. >> You know who Zach is, you [ __ ] liar. >> And now you need me and you kicked me. >> You deserved it. >> This is my restaurant. >> I just was wondering if you knew who she was. >> No, no, no. cuz she was up on your deck. >> We've never seen her before. You know, we used to have have them sleeping under the tables and stuff and then I did the partner program and you guys have always been good keeping an eye on the place and >> you know, we're just running out of places to be. >> Were you here yesterday? >> No, no, we just we just happened to be going by. We were on a call around the corner. >> Yeah. >> And she pulled around the corner on her bike drinking a beer, >> right? >> Which was a simple solution. >> Could have been in and out. >> She made it difficult. Just let her go. >> Are you okay? I saw you fine. >> I'm good. I'm good. Thank you. >> The cops decided to wait for the female officer before they searched her. She was still calm at that point, but she was visibly I raped. And the moment they asked the woman to sit in the squad car, everything fell apart. >> Have a seat in the car. I can talk to you. >> All right. What's your name? >> I don't have a name that matters to you. >> HEY, DO >> NO, I DON'T. YOU'RE LYING TO ME. >> Why do you think you don't matter? [gasps] >> Why do I matter? Just take me to the hospital. >> What's your first name? >> It's Megan. Okay. >> Now, Megan, you have not been real cooperative. >> I didn't do anything. I was drinking a beer. >> Why can't I drink a beer? [screaming] >> Clearly, Megan wasn't very familiar with the law in Sarasota. Within the city limits, public drinking is banned. Outside the city, you can drink in public places like parks, but you're not allowed to do so while on streets and sidewalks, especially if you're riding a bicycle. >> How old I am? I'm 38 years old. Why can't I have a beer if I want to? Do you guys have any idea what you've done to me already? I have no freedom. Is that what you're saying? I'm not free. Everyone else can have fun except for me. That isn't fair. I CAN'T EVEN EAT. YOU GUYS WON'T help me at all. >> Stop. [crying] [laughter] >> I just want to go home. Let me go home. [laughter] >> There's an officer here. Okay. So, I need you to step on out of the car, right? Okay. Step on out of here. Just when it seemed like she'd calmed down a bit, the female officer arrived to do the search. At first, she didn't seem to mind so much, but then she saw the latex gloves. >> Hello. Don't put those on. >> Don't put it on >> the gloves. >> Oh, I need to >> off. She's very nice. >> She's putting gloves on and they smell bad. I don't want touching my body. WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO MY BODY? >> I DON'T WANT TO TOUCH. You're touching my body. >> You have anything on you? [crying] >> Faster. I can do this, the faster we go. >> Don't touch me. I just want to go home. I don't have anything. I just had a beer. Why can't I drink a beer? [laughter] >> Why can't I drink a beer? Why can't I drink a beer? >> What are YOU TALKING ABOUT? BUT THERE IS NO CITY. >> YOU need a turn. >> Don't touch me. >> I'm not doing this with [laughter] you. >> Screaming doesn't do anything. You're acting like a child. >> I'm not acting like a child. Yes, you are. >> No, I'm not. >> Megan didn't appreciate being called a child, even though she really was acting like one. And if you thought she'd already put on a performance, you'd be caught off guard like the cops were by what she did next. >> Do anything. didn't do anything. [laughter] [laughter] >> I know you do what I do. Don't touch me like that. You're making me pissed. Stop it. Megan, STOP. STOP IT. STOP IT. [screaming] STOP IT. Stop it. STOP IT. STOP IT. Stop it. Stop it. Stop it. [screaming] >> [screaming] >> GET [screaming] IN THE CAR. >> GET in the car. >> If you're going to kick, that's going to be another charge. You understand? But right now, you're going to have a container for a battery. >> Call me. Call me right now. Call me lawyer. getting oil. >> The cops made several attempts to get her in the vehicle, but she continued to resist. Then all of a sudden, she relaxed and got in by herself. But being calm didn't last very long, and the cops realized they'd have to strap the woman in. >> Get in the car. >> I'm getting out. Don't touch me anymore. You pig. Littlest pig. Pill. Okay. They assaulted me and harassed me. >> And how did they do that? >> What are you talking about? I was walking down the street doing absolutely nothing and I get harassed all the time. >> Cuz you were drinking a beer. >> So what? >> All right. It's legal to drink in the city of Sarasota. >> Is that illegal to drink? >> Uhhuh. And when an officer gives you a lawful command, you have to obey it. >> Yeah. >> How long have you been in Sarasota? >> Since when has it been illegal? >> Um, I don't know. >> 23 years or I've been here 23 and it's been since the point. >> When the supervisor arrived, she was complaining about the cuts on her arms and legs. Regardless, she was still taken to jail and was charged with resisting without violence and carrying an open container. Thanks for sticking with us to the very end.
