On July 6th, 2023, the Oswego County Sheriff's Office received several reports of a woman harassing someone in the town of Granby. As deputies arrived to confront the suspect, 23-year-old Amanda Wilder at his home, they realized just how problematic this situation is. All right. I was up at 1:00 this morning. Jaden, I know you're in there. So, listen up. You go come to the door right now and explain your side of things, you will be charged with harassment and a criminal summons will be put out for you. So, that means whenever you are found in Mets, you'll be brought to court. Do you understand that? There's charges. So, it probably behooves you to come outside. Come outside and talk. All right, then. Harassment and this, let's go. When the deputies arrived, Amanda was inside her home, which meant he had just refused to obey their commands. What happened was I got the go-ahead for the harassment, and um when I came back over to the window where I knew where it where she was at, I told her like, "Hey, listen. Come to the door, talk with us a little bit, or you're just going to get a harassment charge, no questions asked. Opens up the window blinds. Get the [ __ ] off my property. Perfect. Technically it's not her property. Technically you can be there either way. Well, either way, like they didn't want to talk to me, so um what I'm going to do is if you're not going anywhere, I need to fill out a I'll be here all day. I got to fill out a information real quick. So, that's just like the criminal summons portion. So, I'll fill that out. You're going to have to sign it. And then I'm also going to have to take a statement from you. You want me to walk over with it? Uh if you here with the kids, though. If you if you want to hang out inside, that's fine. Well, I just do she my kid's mom texted me that she's got a bunch of stuff too of her threatening to kill her and all beat her up and all sorts of [ __ ] Okay. Yeah, she's borderline 941. I believe it's at 4:23 or 2:23 that you said that she sent the text message that Yeah, I got I got that. that uh they said that they're going to burn the house down after Hey Jade, Deputy DeHart again. Now, listen. If you go back over to 126 Cedarwood Drive, you'll be trespassed, okay? It's another violation, another arrest. Just wanted to make sure you were aware. Tell me what to You just said Ultimately, Amanda was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, four theory first-degree obstruction of governmental administration, and second-degree resisting arrest.
