Look, you don't know. >> Back up. Back up. >> No, no, I'm leaving. >> No, because I'm trying to figure something out, so you're going to be detained. >> It doesn't make a difference who your family is. This is private property. >> Oh, it doesn't, cuz I've seen I've seen otherwise. Don't touch my Stop. >> I didn't have my seat belt on. You're breaking the law, so you're going to jail. You're going to jail. You want to be my best friend? >> Not really, no. >> These cocky teenagers think they can outsmart everyone, even the police. Whether it's a drug-abusing teen lashing out at her own mother, or causing such a scene that they get booted from a flight, it's always satisfying to watch these cocky teenagers try to outsmart the police and failing miserably. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop. We're fighting one. >> When did I say that I was leaving? >> Stop, please. >> On May 17th, 2025, the cops responded to a domestic dispute after reportedly, a man's girlfriend was threatening violence and [music] refusing to let him collect his belongings. It wasn't the cops' first run-in with the suspect. >> Has she said anything to you since you've been gone? >> Yeah, she's she said she's going to go to her dad's. >> Okay. >> But I don't really believe her. >> Okay, do you think she's here right now? >> She is, yeah. >> Okay. All right, well, we will head over there. Um we'll stand by the door like we did the last time, and hopefully she just kind of hangs out with us. You got your keys and stuff to get inside? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> She's very unstable right now. >> Yeah. >> I I I just don't know what what she's going to do. She told me she was going to kill herself and assault and battery. So, so please don't harm me. I I I I should go in there a second. I miss you. >> When did she say that she's going to kill herself? >> No, um she said for me to kill myself. >> Oh, for you to kill yourself. Oh, okay. >> Um maybe not maybe this time. >> I see. Okay. Well, don't listen to what she says. She's just being mean. >> She's She can't control her actions. She's just very scared and sad. I hear you. I'm afraid of her. >> Yeah. >> I know they don't. I just need more clothes and stuff. Um I'm not trying to be disrespectful. I can't. >> Okay. >> It was obvious from the start how shaken the victim was. The way the man talked and hesitated made it clear to the officer that it wasn't the first time things had escalated like this. The officer accompanied the man, whose name was Hugo, back to the house and the suspect, Hannah, was inside the house waiting. >> This is the moment that I'm being accused of. >> No, I I I'm not I was just waiting I was waiting to um I was waiting for um >> Come in. He said he didn't need you for the medication that you didn't take yesterday. 15 minutes after that last time. Hey Hugo. Are you almost done? Again >> You got to shout a little louder, man. I can't hear you. >> almost done. >> Oh, okay. >> Again, this was communicated directly >> Okay. Well, I'm sorry. That's a little change of plans here. Can you just give us just a little >> Can you use your critical thinking? >> Okay. Well, if you can just pack up whatever you need to >> That's what I was already trying to >> Yeah, in this area and then he'll try to Maybe you guys can switch or something. >> when I was here. >> Yeah, I hear you. >> While the man gathered up his belongings, Hannah stayed outside with the cops being uncooperative and cocky. She claimed she was about to leave, but her actions said otherwise. Instead of walking away, she was lingering and arguing and dragging her feet. >> I'm not walking away. Would you like to go? >> I don't want to be in your personal space. >> Yeah, do you Are you trying to exit the house? >> I would like to get my stuff without the person calling the police when I'm not even near there. >> Okay. >> Is a way from all of my things. >> So, I stepped here so I could shout to him like you said I could. I have not entered with residence whatsoever cuz I know yesterday you did not want any of that, so I'm respecting your wishes and standing here like yesterday. >> even play a phenomenal game, Hugo. I can't wait to see the display you put on [music] in front of the judge. I really can't. >> Just just keep getting your stuff, Hugo. Just keep getting your stuff. >> Getting your stuff, yes. I know you're a >> Yeah. And I'm just trying to get everybody where they need to go. >> Which is what was occurring before you were here, but you think you know everything, so you can sit there and be sarcastic because you think you know everything. >> Okay. >> Actually, the cops had already been called to the house the day before for a similar situation. If you got the cops coming to your door 2 days in a row, maybe you should start rethinking your life decisions and do a bit of self-assessment. >> Is that everything? Okay. >> I have >> Do you believe she's going to try to >> on you? >> Um >> What do you think she's just messing around? >> I don't know. >> Oh, you don't know. >> Back up. Back up. >> No, I'm leaving. >> No, because I'm trying to figure something out, so you're going to be detained. >> Stop >> Stop resisting. >> Stop. >> WHAT BITING ONE? >> THAT I SAID THAT I WAS LEAVING >> MA'AM, STOP. PLEASE LEAVE. >> You did it on purpose. THE MOMENT THAT I SAID THAT I WAS LEAVING YOU COME BACK AND YOU THINK YOU >> YOU BRING THE NO, you didn't. >> Just stop her. >> You are a INSTIGATOR AND A REF. YOU'RE AFRAID OF ME. YOU'RE AFRAID OF ME. You should be. >> She made a seriously bold and reckless move by swinging at the man right in front of the cops. It immediately raised the question of how far she might have gone if the cops hadn't been there. Even so, it was a seriously dumb move and it led directly to her detainment. >> Let's go to the bar. >> Stop resisting. You're talking charges. >> You're an animal, you piece of >> Stop, Hannah. >> You're an animal, you piece of >> Hannah, stop. >> You're an animal, you piece of I have a heart condition. >> Listen, you don't want to do that. >> You did IT SOME APARTMENTS. >> Hold on. >> I thought you had me waiting. >> You got her? >> Yep. >> You wanted to get YOUR STUFF THE MOMENT I'M LEAVING. WHAT ARE YOU DOING AFTER THIS? It's >> Hannah, stop. >> Shut up, you >> I'm coming. >> I'm going to ask you. >> Even after being detained and handcuffed and clearly under arrest, she kept on fighting. She was struggling and arguing like it might somehow change the outcome, but it didn't. By that point, she was going to jail and nothing she could do was going to change it. >> I got my dog, Floyd. Do it. >> [laughter] >> Why stop? You white stupid white Kill yourself, Hugo. Your self, you god damn groper wreck. Predator. You like playing ball. I CAN'T. >> WATCH THE LEGS. WATCH THE LEGS. HERE, LET'S Who's got a Holly? >> I don't care. I can't >> YOU JUST RUINED MY LIFE FOR YOU, [ __ ] 21 YEARS I'VE KNOWN YOU GUYS. >> HANNAH, try to relax, please. >> Try to relax? Shut the [ __ ] up, you >> Try to relax. >> Shut up. Do it. Press harder. He deserves to be tased. He deserves to be tased. >> Luckily, when things got hostile, Hugo decided to call the police because otherwise, there was no telling what Hannah might have done. She was acting really crazy and clearly, she wasn't going to calm down anytime soon. >> Yep. Hugo, please. I got him. Hugo, yeah. Literally away. >> Do you want me to go inside? No, no, stay inside, yeah. >> Hugo, [ __ ] Whatever you apologize. >> They arrested Hannah and she was charged with resisting arrest, harassment, obstruction and battery on an officer. What began as a domestic dispute spiraled very quickly into a long list of charges. On the 29th of February, 2024, the cops encountered two intoxicated teenagers wandering along a dangerous roadway. Reportedly, they've been kicked out of their Uber and based on their behavior, it wasn't hard to see why. >> Hey guys, come here. Have a seat right here on the curb for me. Have a seat. Have a seat. She has a thing. Thank you. Have a seat. >> We just We just had an Uber that dropped >> Okay. >> us off but they can't drive us to the strip. >> Do me a favor. Have a seat. >> The way you said she has a thing, that's terrible. >> Okay, that's fine. You understood it though, right? >> No, I'm sorry. We just had an Uber that's trying to >> I know but hang on. Listen to me and listen to what happened to you. You just got kicked out of an Uber, right? You were just on an Uber on 95? >> Yes. >> Okay. I'm not sure that they're going to pick you up. I know you said I Perfect answer. I hope they do pick you up. Absolutely. >> Hey, hello. So >> Where are you going? >> What are you guys trying to say? >> What I'm trying to say is you're not able to be an adult, right? You're walking on 95, you're walking on the road, you're causing problems with firefighters, you're causing problems with each other. So we're trying to help you get out of here. >> I'm sorry about that. >> I will help you get out of here. >> The teens had clearly been drinking, but the one in the striped shirt looked particularly worse for wear. He was unsteady on his feet and kept slurring his words. His friend was trying to rein his behavior in and seemed aware of what the consequences might be. >> Are you guys from South Florida? >> Miami. >> I am from >> I am from Miami, but I'm not like I'm not college. I'm not from college. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, college. I'm sorry about him. I'm not trying >> All right, you're all good. >> I don't want any problems. >> I don't want problems. >> Yeah, I didn't want to >> Yeah, you are. Then we're good. >> Exactly. >> Go back and entertain him. Where are you guys coming from? Have a good time? >> What? >> Have a good time? >> Yeah, no, I I didn't obviously want this scenario to happen. >> No, you're fine. You're not in trouble. I'm just asking if you had a good time. >> I'm trying to meet up with our clients up at the FLL airport in Fort Lauderdale. >> Okay. So you're on your way to from Miami to Fort Lauderdale. >> The Uber just got upset with us, so he just >> Yeah, I saw the problem. >> He didn't speak English. >> Sounds like you got the same thing with this one. >> This is so ridiculous. >> So my suggestion, cuz they already know where you want to go, my suggestion to you is to keep him quiet and you stay quiet. >> After being kicked out of one Uber, they had tried to call another. Unfortunately, Uber had logged their behavior and their ride was declined. One of the cops asked for their names, but they refused to provide them and after that, things escalated fast. >> All right, you guys want to go this route? >> You go to the backseat. >> Why though? First, I'm investigating. >> No, I'm not. >> You are. >> Sit down. No. >> No, no, no, no, no, no, no. >> I'm asking you why. >> No. Turn around. No. >> I'm asking you why. >> Turn around. >> Stop raising your hands, dude. >> I'm not. Word. Word. >> Have a seat. >> Word. >> Have a seat now. >> Word. Word. >> Lunging at a cop like that wasn't just idiotic, it was incredibly dangerous. The cops are trained to react to any perceived threat, especially aggressive and sudden movements. Whatever the guy thought he was going to accomplish was unclear. >> Word. Try it. I dare you. You're dead. >> Yeah. >> Do it. Do it. Go through my pockets. >> I don't have anything in there. >> I dare you though. Now you're going to jail. >> Do it. Do it. I'm not like that. >> be next. >> Huh? >> He might be next. I doubt it. He's been very cooperative. This one is a >> Do me. Do me. Do me. You have to control your lady. How about that? Stupid. I feel like God. I'm dealing with Call me out. I'm dealing with an 18-year-old man. >> You guys nice? Okay. Stop. >> I don't really >> Stop being >> You're stupid. >> You're being an idiot. >> I don't really >> You're stupid. >> At least one of the teens realized that his friend was being stupid and tried to calm him down. It didn't help though, and he continued acting stupid and just made things worse for himself. >> I don't care. Call me. I owe you all yours. >> All right, bro. We're going to try this one more time. You saw what happened to your buddy, right? >> Yes. >> When we're conducting an investigation we ask you for your name, you are obligated to give it to us. If not, you're charged with resisting. Just like him. Possibly battery for him the way he came at my partner. >> Yes, ma'am. >> So you understand? >> Yes, ma'am. >> So I'm going to ask your name, you're going to give it to me, right? >> That's my name. >> Perfect. What's your social? >> I I told everything >> Your social security number? >> Yes, but Ma'am, what do you mean social >> Social security number? >> No, no, I don't know >> Do you not know what a social security number is? No, your social security number issued by the government. You're trying to Don't worry about it. >> The fact that he didn't know what a social security number was was almost laughable, but it didn't make the kid a criminal. However, what the cops uncovered next quickly changed the tone. >> Where do you live? >> New York City. >> New Jersey. >> I know, I'm not I'm not from New Jersey. >> Where are you from? >> New York. >> You have a New Jersey driver's license right here with your name. Are we clear? >> Yes. >> So that means you must have lived in New Jersey at some point in time, correct? >> I have not. >> So, are you telling me you have a fake ID? >> But I'm 21 years old. >> Are you telling me you have a fake ID? >> not have a fake ID. >> So, where did this come from? >> Him. My friend. >> Oh, so he made it for you? >> No, but I'm I'm not I'm not under age. I'm 21 years old. >> I didn't say anything about under age, did I? >> No, neither did I. >> Where did the driver's license come from? Let's hear it. >> My friend. >> How did he get it? >> I don't know, but I'm >> You don't want to lie, bro. >> I'm not trying to lie. >> I'm asking you, where did you get the New Jersey ID if you've never lived in New Jersey? >> [music] >> Are you telling me this is a fake ID? Did you obtain it from the New Jersey driver's department? Yes or no? >> It's not a real ID. >> Okay, so the answer is? >> It's not a real ID. >> The answer is? >> No, it's a fake ID. >> Did you get it from New Jersey driver's department? >> I did not. >> Thank you. >> He claimed to be 21, but if that was really the case, why would he need to carry a fake ID? Something wasn't adding up here, and the cops were quickly going to get to the bottom of it. >> There was something happened on the highway, there was something that happened here. I think the problem is you're trying to take care of your friend and he's just gone, and he caused this scene. So, it's hard for you to get to a parking lot or get an Uber or whatever. >> was not upset with me, he was upset with my friend and then he basically was like, "Get out." because of him. My friend was being a liability towards the Uber, so >> If you have a phone and you feel like you're okay, I'm going to That's probably the route we're going to go, okay? >> I say no. >> Say you um Are you Are you good with that? I'm going to cut him loose. >> The man who had lunged at the cops and ignored their commands was taken into custody and charged with resisting without violence and disorderly intoxication in public. His friend wasn't charged and was free to go. On the 26th of August, 2025 in Ohio, the cops are called out to a house after reportedly an 18-year-old named Autumn had repeatedly struck her mother in the face. By the time the officers arrived, it was clear things were far more serious than a typical mother-daughter argument. >> Can you go up on the front porch for a sec? I'll talk to you in a minute. >> Why do you think I wanted to die that night? >> You heard it all? >> Cuz nobody loves me. >> What's going on? >> She just got released from the hospital and I don't know why. Because she's acting like this. >> Was she pink-slipped there or something? >> I don't know if they pink-slipped her or not, but she said she was [music] going to kill herself. >> [snorts] >> And then she's acting like this. Um she told me that I know she smoked weed. >> No, you've been there. You bought me the pot before. >> She told me that um it was laced with meth and >> Okay. >> I don't know if she's been to sleep or not. >> Okay. >> And if she has, it's been 3 days. >> She just got back from the hospital, though? >> Yeah, they released her and I don't know why. >> Okay. Was there some kind of physical fight between you two? >> She hit me. >> Where'd she hit you at? >> In the face. >> The officer asked whether Autumn had been pink-slipped, which is another word for an involuntary hospital admission, which is used during a mental health crisis. It's a measure typically taken when a person's a danger to themselves or others. >> Was it just Was it like a punch or open-hand slap or >> Just >> open-hand smack? How did that go? >> Kind of >> Yeah, yeah, I hit her four times and I kept on trying to hit her cuz I didn't hit her the first time. That's what happened. Cuz you deserved it. You really did. And that's how you guys try to punish me, huh? I'm just going to hit her cuz I know the cops ain't going to Yeah, I'm 18, girl. I don't give a I will actually go in the jail for that. >> Okay, okay. I'll talk to you in a minute. Answer me. >> Why am I wanted? Might go over your head. >> I wanted to do? Why am I going to do? >> Domestic violence. >> Everybody she's going to have to leave her. She's also planning >> Hold on, let me >> She's my whole life. >> Like you don't even want to hear my side of the story. >> As far as what had just happened, Autumn showed little remorse. Despite how serious things were, she didn't back down. Instead, she said her mother deserved it, and that counter response just made her look more guilty. >> Arrest her. She's bought me weed. She's bought me weed. No, she's bought me weed. Okay, I'm telling everyone in that Yeah, I know her full name and her address, too. She's bought me weed, and mentally abused me. All that [ __ ] She's legally bought me weed. >> Okay. >> No, stop throwing me. >> All right, you're under arrest. So, you are being >> Sorry, I thought you were just trying to I didn't know how to piss the cop. >> Yeah, that's what I was trying to tell you. Just relax, and listen to what I have to say, okay? I'm going to need you to separate your feet, all right? Do you have anything on you that's going to stick me, stab me, or poke me? I have to search you before I put you in the car, okay? >> Instead of taking any kind of accountability, she began accusing her mother of all sorts of things. After searching her, she was placed in the back of a squad car, and they got ready to take her to jail. Inside the car, though, things only got weirder. >> Was it more than once that she hit you like that? >> She's slapped me a couple of times. >> A couple times? >> Your arm was in the way, so I waited to hit you. My arm hit your hand, not your face. And it wasn't even hard enough for you to really know how mad I was at you. >> Uh you were laying on the couch in the living >> No, I was sitting on the couch in the living room. >> Okay. >> Or I met it she might have um Or I was standing up, and then she started hitting me, so I like fell back onto the couch. I don't remember. >> Okay. And she continued to hit you, or like >> She tried to, yeah. >> Okay. How many times would you say she hit you like that in the face? >> Three times. >> Three times, okay. That's your daughter, correct? >> The officer asked the mother for a written statement detailing what had happened. That way, they could try and piece the incident together, and determine what would happen next with Autumn. >> Do you want to talk to us? >> No. >> Okay. So, basically, I mean, you kind of admitted to everything while you were here. >> Well, I also want to talk to a lawyer instead. >> Okay, well, you'll get the chance to do that. >> Okay, so, then I don't want to talk. >> All right, all right. Thank you. >> I want a lawyer. I'm going to bring you on a kidnapping charge. >> Okay. >> I would, too. Like, maybe my lawyer will be my best friend. Again, Mom, who was trying to kill me. Like, what? And then she called the police for me hitting her one time, and she used to hit me all the time. I'm not even talking about just as a kid. >> She just got You got released from the hospital today, right, Autumn? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> My mom doesn't love me, and no one told me that he doesn't love me. >> [laughter] >> That's probably him. I bet it would be. Like, you know I'm going to call my dad, right? >> [laughter] >> The truth may be out. Okay, but what is he doing with that? Stupid. >> [laughter] >> Clearly, she was not in her right state of mind. She was talking and laughing to herself, [music] but nothing she said made much sense. She'd only been released from the hospital that morning, and with her mother suspecting she'd been taking hard drugs, the entire incident was just more unsettling. >> [laughter] >> Can you Can officers get a restraining order in jail? >> Yeah. >> [laughter] >> I mean, can they? >> Yeah. >> I don't know. Now look what you did again. >> [laughter] >> I don't know. Ask my lawyer. >> Okay. [laughter] >> I lie, but only in jokes. >> Autumn told the cop she'd been arrested for domestic violence before, but she couldn't remember if she'd been convicted. Ordinarily, a regular person might remember that, but for a seasoned offender, it was obviously hard to keep track. >> You know what I like about this mental hospital? So, what if Instead of sending people to the mental hospital, we just gave them all the money that they wanted to live in their own house. You want to be my best friend? >> [music] >> Not really, no. >> It would be so fun to just be normal. What if it was normal? It would still be fun. What if I TOLD YOU? >> [laughter] >> OKAY, THEN I WOULD LIKE >> [laughter] >> Oh my god. I don't give a [ __ ] I don't give a [ __ ] She hit me. And then my stepdad jumped me. Like, you cannot jump a child. Right? Like, imagine if everyone in the family just started whooping your ass. >> Even at that point, she was still not showing remorse, and she remained detached, pretty much unfazed by the fact that she repeatedly hit her mother. For most people, the idea alone would be haunting their conscience. >> Um, am I not going to jail? >> No, with this kind of charge you have to. >> It's hard, too. >> The state of Ohio basically said we we would get in trouble if I didn't take it. >> I can't take it anymore, Brian. >> But I guess on the good news, probably will be out tomorrow. >> Oh. >> Most likely. You don't really get held very long for DV. The thing is, though, once you're out there'll be a protective order in place. So you can't >> It'll It'll be a what? >> A protective order. So you can't communicate with mom, you can't go to mom's house, you can't be around her. >> All right. That's actually a good ass system for me at least. I don't know about everyone else in the world cuz you know we all have different universes and we all have different lives. I don't know, maybe I should actually never talk to my mom again. >> Do you struggle with mental health stuff? >> Yes, very bad. I don't remember any of it actually but like I was in jail you know? I probably didn't just forgot. I was in jail 2 days later. >> Do you use any kind of drugs right now? >> Yeah, but I was kind of like that before. I didn't have my seatbelt on. You're breaking the law, you're going to jail. You're going to jail. >> I got you here safely, didn't I? >> No, you're going to jail. >> Ultimately, they arrested the woman and she was charged with domestic violence. It was a serious but inevitable outcome to an already troubling situation. On July 22nd, 2025, the cops responded to reports of a disturbance at an airport after a worker said a customer had been harassing the staff. The woman, who was clearly intoxicated, was trying to board a flight. The staff member gave her two clear options. She [music] could accept a refund or rebook for a later flight once she'd sobered up. Either way, getting on her current flight was not going to happen. It was obvious to everyone that she was in no state to fly. >> I'm not leaving tomorrow. I gave you I gave you two options and I need you to choose one. You're as young as me. All right. No. You know that I have to go. You're going to go twice. Okay. You're not taller than she is. Yes, we are. No, ma'am. Miss. I don't really want to do this. >> This is what you're going to do, though. >> The only reason that I'm so upset is because I got here at 12:00. Look, you want to know how long I waited? I got >> The woman at the desk made it absolutely clear that as far as the airline went, she was not going to fly. However, the woman kept arguing and refusing [music] to accept their decision. And even with the cops nearby, she just got more angry and stubborn. >> I checked in at 8:47 a.m., right? >> Since she no longer has a flight, she's no longer traveling with you. >> Yeah. >> You're done? >> Yeah. >> What is it? You're done? >> Yeah. >> You're done? Let's go. >> So, when is my money coming back to my card? >> 7 to 10 business days. >> No, it's a Friday. >> It's a credit. You get the credit back to your >> Miss. I don't have any money on my card. I already booked the flights for here. >> Yeah, I will. >> So, when I when you give me the credit, I can use that for another flight? But listen to me. You're saying it's taking 7 to 10 business days for the refund, right? So, what I'm going to get the whole 150 back? I'm going to get the whole 150 Yes, sir. I did back up. How much you want me to back up? You act like I'm going to shoot you or something. I'm just >> They even offered the woman a very generous option that she could fly the next day. All she had to do at that point was listen to the cops and walk away. But instead, she chose to keep on arguing, which made things tense for everyone involved. She began making serious accusations, offering no evidence at all to back them up. Like we said, things were tense already, and the woman's claims just confused things more and made it harder for the cops to come up with a resolution. They took her away from the terminal, and she was escorted outside to a squad car. Even after a generous offer to book a new flight, she'd refused to cooperate and simply escalated things further. >> The lady told me that I could come. The lady told me I could come so how much is my first class? Tell me how. The lady told me I could come so how much is my anniversary? She told me that That's what I'm saying. >> We asked you to leave. Watch your watch your language. Watch your language. We're not at the bar. >> She kept complaining about the money she spent on the flight even after being told she'd get a refund. However, she was focused on the wrong issue. Instead of worrying about that $150, what she should have been worried about was going to jail. >> I'm not intoxicated. All I did was try to get an extra Yes. But all I did was try to get an extra flight. You hear me? I don't have any email address. >> You hear me? I was not Not funny. Y'all should like know that. I just paid $800 extra for a flight. You hear me? >> In the end, she was arrested at the airport and taken to the county jail. They charged the woman with disorderly intoxication and trespassing as well. Instead of catching her flight that day, she ended up catching charges. On the 13th of March, 2024, the cops were called out to a bar after a woman was denied entry for being disorderly. But instead of simply leaving, she started acting entitled and caused a disturbance outside. >> I grew up here. I live right across the street. I don't care. I'm going in the bar that I want to go in to see all of my friends. >> You're not going in the bar. >> I can't go in the bar? >> No. >> For what reason? >> What do you not understand about no? >> I'm saying that I grew up here. I know everybody here. >> Can we trespass her or no? >> I know everybody here. I know everybody here. I grew up here. >> Security has said I can trespass you. Either leave now or go to jail. It's your choice. Do you understand? Yes or no? >> For what reason? Give me a reason. >> She's been very nice so far. If you do not leave right now, you're going to go in handcuffs. >> For what reason? >> You have 10 seconds. >> For what reason? Trespassing for what reason? I'm 22 years old. For what reason? >> She kept saying she lived across the street like that meant anything at all. It didn't matter how close she lived to the place. They could trespass the woman for any reason. On top of that, if she didn't follow the cops' orders, she was just going to make things worse. >> He's being very nice to you. >> No, she's not. >> Listen. I don't want to see you go to jail tonight >> I live right across the street. It was pissing me off. All of my friends are here. >> I do well with my understanding. I get frustrated, but right now I don't want to see you go to jail for trespassing, so please please you got to walk away. >> I don't want to go home. All of my friends are here. I live right across the street. I live in What the [ __ ] is going on? >> is irrelevant to the current situation right >> What what am I saying? That's irrelevant to you. >> You're 22 years old. You live here. All of this is irrelevant information to you. You're not being allowed here right now. >> Why am I not being allowed here right now? Because she's a girl cop and she's a What the [ __ ] am I not being allowed here for? >> The staff had said that they didn't want her at the bar and let the officers trespass her from the premises. It wouldn't be the end of the world for the woman if she missed a night out with her friends and it was definitely a lighter consequence than spending the night in jail. >> So what am I not being allowed here for? >> The business doesn't want you >> Why doesn't the business not want me here? >> The security has said that they do not want you in their business. >> Why? >> They don't have to give a reason why. It's private property. >> No, I want to know why cuz I live right across the street. I'm 22 years old. Why am I not allowed here? What's your name? What's your badge number? >> My name is Dip. Here and we don't have badge numbers. >> What's your badge number? Every sheriff every officer has badge numbers. You don't have a badge number? >> Do you see a number on my badge? >> No? >> Right now we don't have badge numbers. So you need to leave. Respectfully security has told you you need to leave. We have told you you need to leave. We're giving >> Why? Why? I'm asking you why. >> I'm the manager here. >> I'm best friends I'm best friends with so many people that own bars here. I live right across the street. I don't know why I'm not allowed to come in here. >> The manager explained that they hadn't let her in because she was arguing with her ex-boyfriend in the a After seeing that the security staff thought she might be trouble, so they denied the woman entry. >> First of all, if you don't leave, we're going to arrest you for trespassing because I've already asked you to leave. They've asked you to leave. >> But, why? Why? >> explained to you. >> to go. >> No, you didn't give me a very valid reason. >> Listen. >> I'm 20 years old. I grew up right across the street. I know everybody who knows every bar that owns the I know everybody that owns every bar on this road. >> too, as well. >> It's spring break. Oh my god, I'm going to have a drink. I'm not [ __ ] up. >> That's You've gotten more chances than anybody has ever gotten. >> Yes, but I don't understand why I'm not allowed in. >> You need to leave. >> When the cops asked her, she refused to give her name, a move that rarely helps a person, and sometimes can lead to additional charges. Being trespassed from the bar meant that legally, she couldn't come back to the bar for a year, and if she did, she'd be arrested. >> I would like to give a valid person my ID that knows my family that will let me in. >> It doesn't make a difference who your family is. This is private property. >> doesn't? Cuz I've seen I've seen otherwise. >> Well, I can tell you right now >> Growing up right across the street, I've seen otherwise. >> You know everybody. You know everybody that knows everybody. We've already been over that, right? Now, you're wasting their time. >> I don't care if I'm wasting their time. They're rude to me. >> No, they weren't. >> Yes, they were. >> Do you want to fill out Do you want to fill out an affidavit? >> I did. >> So, you're going to go to jail? >> No. I Why am I Why am I going to jail? Put your hands No. You hit me. My phone. What the [ __ ] are you putting me on the ground for? >> Cuz you're not complying. >> I'm resisting arrest. >> That's correct. Stop resisting, okay? >> Hand me my cell phone. No. You hit me. My cell phone? No, you're No, what the [ __ ] is happening here? >> She was so entitled, she thought she could act however she wanted and still be allowed in the bar. It was like the rules didn't apply to her just because she lived across the street and claimed to know everyone inside. >> I'm calling my mother from my phone. I don't know what the [ __ ] is wrong with you. Sorry, you're going to pay for this. >> Do you have anything on your person? >> No. >> Follow this. Is that a purse? >> Don't touch my phone. Stop. I'm not going to deal with this. Do you understand? >> Stop touching me. >> No. >> No. >> to search you. >> No. >> I have to >> Are you recording? >> Yes. >> Tell me what your name is. What the What's your name? >> Stop. >> What's your What's your badge number? >> Stop. You're making it way worse on yourself. >> What's your badge number? >> Stop. >> What's your badge number? >> HAVE BADGE NUMBERS. >> WHY? WHY don't y'all have badge numbers? Don't throw my purse on the ground. What's your badge number? My arrest her. What's your badge number? >> What's up? >> Put her in the car. >> Why am I going in the [ __ ] Why? Why? Why? >> As far as her attitude went, it wasn't doing her any favors and as a matter of fact, she was just adding more charges to her rap sheet. She'd not only been trespassed, but she also resisted arrest and she even pushed the officer, another serious offense with serious consequences. >> You were given every single chance you possibly could have gotten to walk >> can see what she was doing. She was so [ __ ] Yeah, I live here and she was mean. >> I mean, I gave her every opportunity. >> She was given more opportunities than I give a lot of people. >> I'm I'm still hot. >> I'm still hot. Yeah, I heard the I heard the key breaks. I was like, "Oh." >> Why? [music] Why can't you open your eyes? Yeah, give me just a second. I'm getting the paperwork now. All right. >> Hey, Rachel. >> [laughter] >> Hey, guys. Is that better? >> The cops found out, like we said, that the entire thing started when she saw her ex-boyfriend outside waiting in line. She tried to stop him from going in the bar and started following the man around. >> Why? I can't see. >> Because you refused to leave after you were asked multiple times. >> Multiple times? I didn't do anything. >> No, I said you refused to leave the business when you were asked multiple times. >> I don't get why I was refused to leave. >> Because you were causing an issue with your ex-boyfriend. >> I asked one question to my ex. Like, you can look at the cameras. I can take it to court. You can look at the cameras. One question to him. And then suddenly I was refused entry. >> Well, so no, you didn't just ask him one question. You followed him around for 10 minutes, kept >> No, I didn't follow him around for 10 minutes. >> You You kept grabbing at him. He kept telling you to stop. >> You can look at the cameras. I didn't >> I I watched it happen. >> No, I was left. Look at the cameras and take it to court if that's the case. >> The woman insisted she knew the bar manager, who she said never would have refused her entry. She obviously thought she was important, but the general manager was in charge that night, and he was the one who refused to let her in. >> property general manager >> Right, so the owner has left him in charge and responsible for the said operation. >> That's awesome. That's so great. >> of the property >> That general manager >> Yes. >> He doesn't know. >> Okay. >> That's why at Tailfins, the guy that owns that, he runs that. Mr. John, he runs that by himself. So, he doesn't have to deal with things like this cuz he's the only guy. Why am I in trouble for being a trouble to somebody and then not being allowed into somewhere that I know everybody? >> Security said that they weren't going to let you in because you were potentially going to cause a disturbance within the bar and disrupt business. >> I was never going to cause a disturbance. All of my friends are there. >> Okay. Well, they said no. >> I grew up in that bar. >> claims she'd been going to the bar since she was 6 years old, and that statement raised a few questions, to say the least. Whether that was true or not, she refused to take any accountability, and even at that point, she couldn't see what she'd done wrong. >> I'm not a spring breaker. Who does some stupid The girl who lives here, who grew up here, who works at the Coconut Joe's bar. And I just got broken up with I would do anything to not be arrested. >> The officer explained to her that she'd be taken to the station to be booked. After that, she'd be taken to the county jail, where she'd be spending the night. The next morning, she'd see a judge who would decide the woman's fate. >> I don't understand why is the issue. Even if I were 100% sober, I wouldn't pursue. I've had one shot, and I saw a cop. I am not allowed in a place of business because I talked to a boy who broke my [ __ ] heart. >> Okay. So, I've explained that to you multiple times. >> No. >> Okay. >> It doesn't make sense to me. >> They charged the suspect with failure to leave after request, and she played no contest, but was found guilty. She was also charged with resisting without violence, but it was dismissed by the judge. On the 4th of April, 2025, the cops were called to a Sea Coast Bank after the staff reported a possible fraud. When the officers got there, they were told the suspect's name was Noah, and what initially appeared to be a simple mistake spiraled quickly into something more sinister. >> Hey, boss. They said they were having an issue with the check or something like that. >> Yeah. >> And then they said that Okay. >> I got to let you go, man. I'll I'll talk to you later. >> So, they closed your account or something like that? >> They closed my account. I don't have an account here. >> Okay. Then, they just >> a cashier's check. >> Okay. Do you have your license with you? >> They took it. >> Okay. Give me your ID just for the time being. I just need to see it for the time Where did you get the cashier's check from? >> It was mailed to me for Bitcoin. >> Oh, okay. So, what you just like >> I >> So, some Bitcoin and then they sent you like a cashier's check for it? >> It's like a I just invested for them, basically. >> Okay. >> They don't know about >> So, you're just investing the money for them? >> Yeah, and then I take like a very small cut for that fee. >> The employees had a problem with the check, which they believed to be fake. The suspect was acting oblivious, and at one point, the officer here seemed convinced by his act. After digging a little, the officers found he had $83,000 worth of Bitcoin. >> Just you're just going to hang tight for the time being. I'm just trying to figure out what's up with the check and all that stuff, so. >> This is scary. This is real. I don't know what's >> Could be one of those things where the person handed you like a check that bounced or >> tried to hold something. I don't know. >> Is the the >> It's a new account? >> So, when we pull this up, this account has been purged off our system, but when you pull it in there, it actually pulls this company. It just doesn't show as an active account anymore. >> Um and honestly, I think this this guy's like oblivious. I don't think he he knows what's going on because I don't think he is >> It's a possibility that cuz what he's explained to me is that he normally gets like checks for like what he for his job and stuff like that. Normally just never cashed a check before. He's like, all right, that works, I guess. He saw that it was from Seco's, came down all the way down here to see if he can cash it. So, I'm assuming 850. You said this account was closed about a year ago, right? >> Yeah. >> Due to fraud. >> Yeah, due to fraud. >> Once they dug deeper, the employees found the account that he was trying to transfer the money into and learned that it was closed a year earlier due to fraudulent activity. And on top of that, just by looking at it, the check appeared fake. >> This check doesn't look like our checks. >> Yeah, not at all. >> No, [clears throat] not at all. >> So, like we have like certain internal numbers that we use on the micro line here. The this account number is the account number that was closed and when we issue cashier's checks, we don't put account numbers for um just security purposes. We use internal account numbers when we issue them. Um so, they can't take out $850 from an account that was already closed. >> Okay. >> And what's concerning is that he's getting checks from different places and he could be part of like he I don't know if he's a victim or whatever, but he could be falling into he's getting checks from different places for >> Yeah. >> or whatever. >> Noah claimed that he didn't personally know who sent him the check and said he got the check in the mail. He also insisted that he had no idea the account had been closed a year earlier and then went on to say that his stepdad was a cop hoping to lend some credibility to his explanation. >> Hey, with that with that account that the check you received, did you send them like any of your bank information like that or anything or is it just Yeah, like any any money to them? Did you >> this is the way it works is like that you receive it, then you go through with like um >> Yeah, we take it like um I don't even know what the percentage is. I think it's like a 5% fee for the investment. >> Okay. Is it just you that does this or is it like you >> It's for somebody, yeah. They just They >> They have leads, supposedly. And then, you know, they have people who just want to invest. I don't actually find the people myself. >> Mhm. >> And then, um And then, yeah, it's like Zelle or Cash App or anything like that. And then, we do like Bitcoin and then like Solana and like other like forms of crypto. >> What? So, you haven't sent the >> [music] >> that The person sent you that anything as of yet? >> Never sent them anything. Never heard of their name, nothing. Like, it's just a Like, I don't know. I've been doing this probably 15 times now. I just started a few months ago with that. >> He insisted to the cops that he cashed a few checks in other banks, and it was the first time he'd had any problems. But as far as the cops went, this wasn't just about his dodgy check. He'd also been driving an unregistered vehicle. >> That tag on your car, what's up with that? It's not going to come back to the same day. >> I just got the car like a little over a week ago. I have a week or a month left. >> Okay, the tag What tag is on there? >> I don't know. It's my [ __ ] old tag. >> Your old tag? To a different car? >> I don't >> You can't [laughter] do that. >> I know. >> You can't You have to transfer the >> days. >> Yeah, no, you have to transfer the information like right away. You Technically, you're driving an unregistered vehicle cuz the tag is like an old tag. On top of it, is it >> I got 30 days in the state of Florida, right? My step dad is called the county after you receive the >> I'm pretty positive that like you have to have it like like a temp tag. Your full Your full good to send. >> with your Facebook. >> So, at this point, he was not only suspected of trying to commit fraud, but he turned up in an unregistered vehicle, so it should not have been driven on public roads. People often get fines for it, and in the future, insurance costs can go up as well. >> How have you been in contact with? How have you been contacting? >> I've contacted him through a student. >> It's through what? >> up. >> Okay, so it's your boss, basically. >> yeah. >> Okay. Do you have his number? >> I Yeah. >> The officer then talked to a member of the bank's fraud detection team who had originally flagged the check. When the cops tried to call Noah's so-called boss, the number didn't exist. At that point, the bank was ready to press charges. >> We confirmed that this is a counterfeit check that this kid is trying to cash. >> Okay. >> And I understand you guys were trying to find out if was the signer, is that what you guys were trying to do? >> Correct. Yeah, do we know if he's sign signer for the company? Or whatever that account is from? >> Yeah. And who you're you're looking to see if he's a signer, is that correct? >> Correct. Yes. >> Okay. So, that is No, he is not. >> Okay. >> What I'm guessing is Can you tell me what type of conversation this kid is What type of story this kid is telling you? >> From my understanding >> and who he's getting it from? >> Yeah, so from my understanding is that he explained that he received the check via the mail from this gentleman here in the Um and he usually does this through his boss, which is my other officer speaking to you right now. Um according to him, he received $850 um via cashier's check um to basically purchase like Bitcoin and then invest it for this person and then he The way it works is he basically takes a 5% cut. Is the way he explained it to me. >> Yeah, he's a he's a mule. >> A Bitcoin mule is somebody who receives, transfers, or converts stolen money into cryptocurrency on behalf of someone else. Sometimes criminals use people like Noah. These so-called mules help them in their laundering schemes, and when someone gets caught, it's only the mule that gets the consequence. >> You've never met the boss? We can't contact him to verify anything? >> I don't know why you can't contact him now because he's not reading anything or nothing is going through on my end, either. >> Because it's not >> Yeah, I'm Yeah, I'm catching that now. >> [laughter] >> All right. >> According to the fraud prevention worker, they see scams like this all the time. The cops were now going to find out if he was aware of the crime or if he really was oblivious. Bizarrely, he said he'd been heavily smoking weed, which had impaired his memory and made him forget he made contact with the boss. >> Being that you are essentially just taking money off the top and then depositing the rest. I mean none of this seemed like something that you should stop doing at any point. >> I'm a teenager, dude. I'm not the smartest. You know what I mean? It was 50 bucks in my pocket and an investment I have to do for somebody and that fed me at the end of the day. You know what I mean? People sell drugs for a reason. People traffic for a reason. People dance on poles for a reason. Like you have to do what you got to do, you know what I mean? >> But like this it didn't occur to you that this probably isn't legal. >> I didn't care. I needed money. You know what I mean? I don't I don't really give a [ __ ] You know, I needed food on my table. I've been homeless for months cuz my mom kicked me out thanks to this. I got my mom scammed out of $15,000. >> You'd think that after getting his own mom scammed out of 15 grand, he would have given up. Instead though, he just kept scamming even more. He said it himself, he didn't care if it was illegal and undoubtedly, it was a really dumb thing to say to a cop. >> No, I'm going to need you to stand up, all right? >> Yep. Okay, can I get like an explanation at least exactly what is going on? >> All right. >> a possible fraudulent check now. >> Here's the fraudulent >> It's a fraudulent check? >> Yes. >> It came back fraudulent? >> Yes. And to an account that is >> locked. >> Yeah, it's been shut down for over a year. >> Over a year? >> Yes. Since March of uh '24. >> Awesome. So, I just myself on that one. >> They arrested Noah and he was later charged with fraud for uttering a false instrument. On the 31st of January, 2025 in Florida, the cops saw a pickup truck full of teenagers speeding through a parking lot. After seeing the lights and sirens, the driver tried to run from the cops, but when the officer caught up with them, something had changed. The original driver was now in the backseat. >> How you doing? Open your mouth and let me see your tongue, please. So, what do you want to do? Two things. Okay? You were driving. You guys just switched. I just saw it, okay? When you were driving in that parking lot, you were speeding. You also got a modified exhaust. You guys have a nice day. >> The boy in the backseat had been the original driver. He also admitted that the truck was his dad's. While switching seats isn't usually illegal, it's an entirely different story if you do it while pursued by police. >> All right. Anybody in this car got a medical marijuana card? Is there any marijuana in the vehicle? Be honest with me. I'm going to tell you right now, okay? I'm going to search the vehicle because I smell marijuana coming out of the odor of marijuana coming out of the vehicle. I'm giving you the opportunity to just be straight with me. If there is, I'll you know, I'll let you know what it is. We can work through it. But if I find other stuff and stuff that, then my hands are going to be tied. Do you have some on you? All right, cool. If he has marijuana, he just told me he has marijuana. So, we got to search the whole car. Stop. Cuz you're going to turn this into something that doesn't have to be turned into, okay? So, you're Listen, you're going to get out the car and you're going to wait right here, okay? You're going to have a seat right here. Have a seat on the curb. >> Why I got to sit? >> Listen, bro. I'm not going to I'm not going to play this game with you. >> I can sit on the curb. >> Obviously, the teens were not going to be cooperative. They'd already tried to outsmart the cop by switching seats and then gave him attitude when he asked them to sit on the curb. At that point, he asked the other two passengers to exit the vehicle. >> I mean, I've explained it to you. I saw you driving. All right? You were the one who was speeding down that parking lot over there. So, either I tow your car or you're going to jump on our cruiser. It's up to you. >> I was driving. >> I've explained it to you. I'll explain it to you again, okay? I saw you with my own eyes. I have you on camera on the dash cam. You were driving when I saw you. When I saw you commit the infraction of speeding through a parking lot. Whip around and come right back out here. >> How fast was he going? >> I don't have to tell you. >> Listen, how fast was he going? Listen. >> How fast was he going? >> What's your name? >> How fast was he going? >> What's your name? >> If he was speeding, how fast was he going? >> What's your name? >> What What What does the thing say? >> What's your name? >> How fast was he going? >> What's your name? >> Look, he doesn't He can't tell you. >> going Are you going to >> How fast was he going? >> Are you going >> For some reason, the boy who'd originally been driving the car found the whole situation very amusing. The entire time, he just sat there smirking. If he only knew how much trouble he was in, he'd be wiping that smile off his face pretty quick. >> Stand up. Stand up. >> I'm not standing. >> Can you stand up? >> Cuz you can't tell me how fast he was going. >> Who can tell me how fast he was going? How fast [music] was he going? >> The cop started searching the young man, and what they uncovered next shifted things entirely. The cops also found out that the boys who switched weren't just friends, they were also brothers. >> You have a firearm on you? >> I don't [snorts] have it. >> This is an explosive? Is it? >> No, it's not an explosive. >> Here, record this. >> It's illegal to It's illegal to resist my name. He's trying to get something so bad. >> In the state of Florida, it's legal to carry a firearm both open and concealed if you're a resident and 21 or older. The man insisted he had a permit to carry, but they wanted to make sure he was telling the truth. >> All right, so I I explained it to you. I don't understand why you don't understand. Your buddies, they're hyping you up and they're going to make you go to jail. So, how old are you? You're 22. You have a firearm on you, right? It's reg- It's registered to you. You're allowed to have it. I understand that. That's okay, right? >> Whose truck is that? >> Is that truck not smart of you, man, when you're dealing with law enforcement and you just have a gun tucked into you like that? You know? >> You said what? >> I said it's not smart of you to just when we're dealing with all this like that for you to just keep the fact that you have a gun on you just, you know, at least let, you know, to prevent anything, just let people know that you have a gun. >> The gun had been sitting in the waistband of his pants, not secured in a holster, just loosely tucked in place. It was dangerous to do so, especially during a police stop, and he should have disclosed it immediately. >> Why'd you guys switch seats? You got no license. Your license is revoked and she just recently went to jail for it. Right? A couple months ago, a few months ago? All right. Is that the reason why? By you guys switching seats like that, you're obstructing because now you guys are trying to lie and you guys are trying to, you know what I mean? So, it's not it's not a good look. Hey, what's your name? All right, stand up. Just find your butt. Right now you're still being detained, okay? Obstruction. I Remember when you jumped in the front of the driver's seat to drive with your brother? You didn't have a driver's a driver's license. >> That's right. >> Saw it with my own eyes. >> When the brothers spotted the cops following them, they quickly made a plan to switch seats since one of the brothers, the driver, had a license that was revoked. They thought they could outsmart the officer, but they were sorely mistaken. >> Just sit in here. Hey, how old are you, bro? >> I'm 24. >> 24? That's your wallet? That's your phone? >> Yeah, yeah. >> You want me to take it with you? >> It's going to either stay in the car or the car's going to get towed. >> Is your grandma here? >> Yes. Yes, she she she's the old lady in front of the truck. >> Oh, okay, okay, I got you. So, you want me to give your property to her? >> She's still right there. >> Yeah, she's there. >> The white car. >> You told her what happened? >> Yeah. Yeah, I told her she's going to wait for me at the jail. >> Okay. You told her what what happened? >> Yeah. >> What'd she say? >> She's crying the entire time. So. >> He just told me that the mom knows that he's most weak. >> Yeah, she >> Hi, grandma. >> Hi. >> How you doing? >> I'm good. >> Okay. So, did they explain it to you? Your grandkids, okay? They were doing something that is not good. >> By that point, the cops had detained the other two passengers and the brothers had been arrested and were about to be taken to jail. Just minutes later, their grandmother showed up to pick up their belongings. >> So, so what about the other two? >> The one of them The other one had a marijuana in his pocket, so he's got to go to jail, too. >> Which one? >> The Spanish one. >> Oh, okay. Well, what's the other one got? >> The other one is just going to be set free to go. >> Okay. Well, how does that I can take him home? >> Okay. I'll I'll wait. I'll Just wait for me here and then I'll let you know, okay? >> Okay. >> All right. What's your name now? What's your name? What is it? >> Tyree. >> Tyree, okay. I'm going to take a picture of you and then you're going to be set to go, okay? All right, you're good. So, she said she's going to drive you home. >> All right. >> All right. See you, man. I talked to your grandma. I let her know what you guys did about switching seats and stuff. And huh? That's illegal, bro. That's illegal because you're obstructing my investigation, especially when I especially when I go up to the window. >> I know, but I'm saying like how is that obstructing your inv- >> Because I saw him commit the infraction. So, when I go make contact with him, he's telling me, "Nah, that wasn't me. That wasn't me. I was driving." So, right there you're causing me you're you're obstructing my investigation. >> As for the original driver, he was charged with driving on a suspended license and obstructing an officer. These arrogant teenagers thought they could outsmart the cops, but eventually the reality caught up with them fast. When faced with no-nonsense cops, they thought their plans might work, but ended up failing miserably.
