Where's my bear? >> Back up. >> You have to leave. >> Let's go. >> Help. I'm scared. [screaming] >> Help. >> Melissa. >> Jesus Christ. >> Are you kidding me? >> Get away. >> No. >> Your brother. >> It's black people. >> Get out of here. >> It's black people. We pay your salary. >> Hey, you do. >> Yeah. >> Thank you. Thank you. >> You're tired of this. Let's pay you enough. I made more money than you could have. Uh-huh. I'm just telling you with your goddamn I'm then my load was packed up. >> Some customers walk in loud and demanding and ready to argue with anyone in their path. But when things go too far, the authorities get called and their attitudes get tested really quickly. When these entitled customers with attitude problems meet nononsense police, >> you're going to go to jail now if you don't go outside. >> I can go outside. [screaming] >> Then go. >> It don't matter. I can go outside. I'm going outside. >> This is a liar. On the 1st of October 2024, an officer was dispatched to a Speedway gas station after reportedly a woman there was threatening staff and customers and refusing to leave. >> You you you those type of white people. You like to be seen. You couldn't even give me my gas so I can go. You want to be seen. >> You one of them white people. What's going on? >> You want to say that somebody doing something to you, but I'm not in no no direction of her. >> Relax. >> I'm not in no no direction of her. >> Listen. Listen. Relax. Okay. >> Because I wanted to give my gas. And this, she didn't want to give me my gas. >> Listen to me. >> And I'm like, why you don't want to give me my gas? >> Listen to me. Go outside and talk to me. >> Yeah, we can go outside. >> For a moment there, it seemed like she was going to calm down a bit and follow the officer outside. But when the clerk informed her she was being trespassed from Speedway, she went absolutely berserk. >> Just tell her she was trespassed. >> Ma'am, >> I don't trespass. I will slap you in real life. >> Ma'am, go outside. You've been trespassed. >> I will slap you in real life. >> Listen, I will slap you. >> Listen, you're going to go to jail now if you don't go outside. >> Go outside. >> Then go. >> It don't matter. [screaming] I can go outside. I'm going outside. Ma'am, >> this is a liar. >> Go outside. You're going to go >> She's a liar. She a liar. No suck. >> I'm not going to jail. >> Hey, send me another unit. >> What an incredibly dumb move. If she had just followed the cop's orders and walked out, she would have just gotten a trespass ordinance and would have been sent on her way. No handcuffs and no jail. Somehow though, she just couldn't resist getting the last word in. >> Turn around and face the wall. Spread your feet apart. >> Why you doing me right there? >> Spread your feet apart. Spread your feet apart. >> But my feet are spread apart. hurt my face. >> Kick your leg out to the right and don't move. >> What you mean to my right? >> Your right leg to the right and don't move. >> What you mean? What you mean? >> I don't know what you mean. I don't know what you mean. I don't know what you mean. I don't know what you mean. You don't. >> You don't need to do me. >> All right. Just relax. Just relax. I never I never been I never been arrested. >> All right. Why she want to ask me my gas? >> Why I'm getting arrested? Mama get arrested. Cuz she want to ask me my gas. >> Come on. >> Why am I getting arrested? Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Why? Why you driving me like Why you driving me like that? >> Because you're not walking. >> The reason why she was getting arrested should have been obvious. She was throwing a fit in a public place, harassing and threatening staff, and then refusing to leave after being trespassed. It was anybody's guess why it wasn't clear to her. >> I don't need to go to jail. I asked that lady why she wasn't giving me no gas. That's the only thing that I asked that lady. I didn't ask her nothing. I'm literally going to jail for asking her why I didn't go to get no jail. No gas. >> Bro, sir, please don't take me to jail. I literally just had a baby. >> Please, please, please. >> Sir, sir, please. Can we talk about this? Can we talk about this? >> We're done talking. >> Be me a chance. Be a chance. Be a chance right now. You're >> officer. Officer, I was >> I'll talk to I'll talk to you. >> You didn't give me a chance. >> Close that door. >> You just called the door on me. >> Hey, bro. >> Of course. Anything else for me? >> I'm good. Thank you, buddy. >> All right. Yes, sir. >> You, too. >> From the back of the squad car, she continued claiming the cop didn't give her a chance to cooperate and step outside. Well, that was her side of the story, but the officer talked to the employees and their version of events was different. >> And then she paid for $10 in gas. She went out to the pump. She came back in, yelled at us to set the pump. It was still on there. >> Okay. >> She went back out, then came back in again, and started just screaming and carrying on. At that point, once you start raising your voice and yelling all of us, you're going to slap out of us and all that nonsense. >> I canceled her gas and I handed her a receipt and told her to get out. >> Okay. And then it escalated from there. There was a customer standing here >> and she said she was going to slap the out of you. >> Yep. >> I came nice to that lady and all because I checked her by taking my $20. >> If that was her version of being nice, just imagine dealing with her on a bad day. She not only threatened to slap the staff, but she also threatened to hit a customer. The cop had heard enough already, and the only thing left to do at that point was to take her to jail where she belonged. She gave me gas, but she didn't give me $30 worth of gas. So I said, "You didn't give me $30 worth of gas." And she got mad. Bro, I don't be on no [ __ ] I literally live on a golf course and [ __ ] want to play with me like I'm just some black ain't [ __ ] piece of [ __ ] My kids go to a good school. My kids go to a private school. This will be a good lawsuit. I already got two lawsuits going on right now. >> That'll be a good That'll be a good lawsuit. I don't care. I don't care. I don't care. I don't care cuz I ain't do nothing to her. I ain't threaten her. I didn't do nothing to her. All I asked for was my gas. And y'all came and arrested me for no reason. I didn't do nothing. I wasn't aggressive to y'all. I wasn't nothing to y'all. Y'all came and arrested me for no reason. What was going on in this woman's brain? How could she still possibly think the cops arrested her for no reason? She was either lying or the woman's moral compass was so broken that she thought she acted reasonably in the gas station. >> Because I try to make sure I follow all the rules. All the rules. I try to make sure I follow. >> So go ahead, lock me up. It don't matter. It be a lawsuit. She sitting there running my license. You're running my license. It's nothing gonna come up. It's nothing gonna come up. I'm a good girl. Let me out your car. You're doing illegal. And I'm going to sue you. And I'm going to sue you for every second that you keep me in here. So keep me in here. I want you to keep me here cuz I'm going sue your ass for every second. >> I'm literally a good person. Y'all can literally look at my record and see that I haven't been in no trouble. I didn't put my hands on nobody. I didn't do nothing to nobody. And you taking me from my son, bro. I'm going to sue this, bro. I'm glad. I'm glad. I'm glad. And my and my lawyer just got me 410,000 from Uber. So, I'm not even tripping. That's going to be my my my lawyer that's working on your >> I bet you cuz my lawyer he ain't nothing to with >> She could swear up and down she'd done nothing wrong but body cams never lie. The woman was threatening to lawyer up on the cop, but it didn't scare him one bit. The footage clearly showed that she was in the wrong and not the other way around. >> That's why they coming up for 500,000 [ __ ] Yeah. Play with me and my lawyer, [ __ ] You want to play with me? You'll be the next one on the news. You wanna You wanna arrest me for something that I say. Let's see what happened. Check me in. Take me in. Book me in. Let's see what happened. I'mma show you. I'mma show you. Lift already coming off for a million dollars. Lift already coming off for a million [music] dollars. Y'all want to play with me? I ain't do nothing wrong. I ain't put my hands on nobody. I ain't threaten nobody. I ain't do nothing to nobody. Can you can you can you let me out these cops so I go punch you in your face and I can get that charge? Cuz that's the charge that I want to punch you in your face. That's the charge that I want to punch you in your face. So can you get me out so I can punch you in your face? I ain't even got to get hype cuz all those charges going to get dropped. All of them. All of them. Cuz you taking me to jail on the false pretense. All my charges going to get dropped. watch. >> They charged the woman with disorderly conduct as well as trespassing. She was entitled. All right. There's no doubt about that. But she had nothing on our next suspect. [music] On May the 5th, 2025, the cops were dispatched to a hotel after reportedly an intoxicated woman was causing a disturbance. Like clockwork, when she was asked to leave by the clerk, she pulled the race card on him and also on the cops. >> Good morning. Hello. Did you call? >> No. >> No. >> The carpets did. I'm going to be here to make sure that they don't one side. >> Okay. I'm guessing they called about you then. >> Absolutely. >> All right. Here. Why don't you hang up here? >> I am. >> Uh, actual. >> Oh, yeah. How about you let them know? And you did like what I come over. You adjusted your prices accordingly to the >> Don't talk to him. Talk to us in here. >> All right. Tell me what's going on. >> His ass is a racist ass. >> Okay. >> I have been uh a membership. A member cuz you have to have a membership. I know >> of this facility since they opened. >> All right. >> When he saw me walk in here, he immediately adjusted my prices >> based on how she was talking. There was about a one ina- million chance that that's how things went down. The hotel was part of a chain and clerks can't go around adjusting prices as they see fit. But according to this woman, that's exactly what the clerk did. And the woman's reasons for thinking it were baseless. >> He is a racist. And I'm going to stand on that because before I even got here, the room was available. once I got here and saw me and he has had a problem with me prior till today and I hopefully if y'all keep my complaints in y'all system you will see that I have had numerous occasions and I'm going to be honest with you only reason why I continue to book with these is because I smoke is now legal in the state of little noise and these is the only that allow you to smoke in their rooms. >> In other words, she was willing to forgo what she claimed was blatant racism because they allowed her to smoke weed in her room. Something was strange here and things just weren't adding up. Regardless, it wasn't the clerk's fault and he told the cops he wanted her gone. >> Hey, you going to keep smiling because you was a racist >> and I'm going to keep saying >> what does he want though? >> Just leave. >> All right. He doesn't want your hair. That's fine. >> Give me my money back for the embarrassment of my guest. Give me my reimbursement back for me and my guest cuz my guest is sitting outside. And if you would like to see a wife, I got three of them sitting outside. >> Did she pay anything? >> He said he returned your money. All right. He said you got >> lie. >> So here's the deal. You're a member here, right? >> Beyond. >> Well, he doesn't want you here. So right now you got to leave. >> Okay. So give me back money cuz the shut up because the members don't tell me to shut up says >> that I paid my money and I get access to the facility that I paid my access to. So if you have if you have a complaint, you can come back. >> You can come and talk to his boss right now. you need to leave. >> The cop here was getting conflicting stories. As for the drunk woman, she said the hotel didn't give her money back, but the clerk said already that he'd paid her back. By that point, the cops had had enough of her games and gave her one last chance to leave. >> Told you to leave the property. >> Leave the property. The doors that way. Have a good night. >> Oh, that's cuz this is a white thing. >> No, >> that's just use. >> She's leaving. >> Sister was towards that way. Don't look back. >> I don't. Go. Head out. >> And I know. >> Head out. Start walking. >> No. >> Let's go. >> You see the shoes I walk in. >> I will push you out that door, ma'am. >> For what, sweetheart? >> Leave. They don't want you. Let's go. >> Is this Is this a another membership of the White Patel? >> Yeah, you can go the You can go in O forest. There's a ton of motel there. Hi, dog. >> First stop, sweetheart. >> I live. >> Go. Okay, then there's a metra. Head north. Let's go. >> You honestly didn't sire my voice outside. >> You said there's other people. >> Keep looking. >> Why don't you go? >> Talk about being passive aggressive. She had zero evidence that anyone was being racist towards her. And the reason why the clerk called the cops on her was that she was drunk and obnoxious. She was outside now and all she had to do was leave the place. But instead, she decided to stick around and argue. >> Hold on to the sidewalk. >> Yeah, I'll give you a report number right now. They have anything that says my cancellation membership number right now >> because you know I pay for that right >> get it right now. We'll get it right now. No, >> you got to stay outside. >> So, can I get anything all this? Because these these guys can still charge me. You know that, right? >> The charges. >> Can you take him to civil court? >> I told you you're not. >> Who's your Who's your ride? >> I would like a validate public transportation. Oh. Oh, okay. Cool. Just make sure you're not driving. >> It seems very valid. White police officers defending white ass want you here because you're ignorant. >> I'm on the floor to >> you ignorant. >> You see for No, >> it's black people. >> Get out of here. >> It's black people. We pay your salary. >> Hey, you do. Yeah. >> Thank you. Thank you. >> Every time she opened her mouth, it was racism, racism, racism. Ironically, the only one being racist here was her. Not to mention, she was really pressing her luck stepping to the cop like that. >> All y'all were together. >> Yes. Yes. Same. >> That's why I give about one of them. >> You're going to get out. >> Don't touch me. Get out of the property. Go. Get off. You're done. Don't get off the property. >> Come on. >> Get my Get my property first. >> They want to sign. >> And remember, it's always hood justice. >> Now, you are formerly trespassing property. If you do not leave right now, you will be placed under arrest. Yes. >> Are you going to leave? >> Yes, sir. >> Are you going to leave? >> Yes, sir. >> Start Cisro. >> I see your B, >> baby. I'm going to go further than that. >> Yeah, right there. That's your exit. You ain't going anywhere near there. That's your exit right there. >> You think I don't know? >> That's your exit. Start walking. >> I know. >> Start walking. >> No, actually that 2025 truck is >> Oh, nice. >> Nice. >> Well, at that point, it looked like that would be the end of things. She was just going to get in her vehicle and drive off. But the problem here was she was drunk out of her mind. In the state she was in, there was no way the cops were going to let her drive out of there. >> Don't get in the car. For what? >> You're not driving away. >> I can't get in my drive. >> We just told you that. >> You told me that I had to take a blood test to drive my car. >> So, we're not going to let you get in the car. >> You said that. >> We're not let you have open alcohol in the car. >> I never said I had open alcohol. >> Well, he said you can see it. >> I can see it. >> Get back. Get back on the car. Go back here. >> Go. Go. Miss. >> No. I'm okay. >> You need some stuff over here. >> What are you Come on. >> What are you doing that for? What are you doing that for? >> Under arrest. >> For what? >> Battery for trespassing. >> For trespassing what? For trespassing what? >> Here. [laughter] >> For trespassing. >> Yeah. Can you lock her? Cops. >> For trespassing what? >> Is that your girl? >> I don't do that at She said, she said you're with her. >> No, I don't know her. [laughter] >> So, you don't know her at all, >> bro? I don't know. >> All right. Good. Good man. [laughter] Good man. >> You're >> Yeah, I am. >> And I'm sure I look >> off of me. >> Stop. >> That ain't going to work. >> You're like 12 lbs. All right. Stop. >> Then you arresting me then. you touching me for? >> We told you. >> I'm like 12 lb, right? Remember? >> Yes. >> I'm like 12. >> They charged the woman with criminal trespass as well as battery. >> On the 27th of August 2024, a woman showed up at a stranger's house asking for help, saying she was hungry and hot. The homeowner didn't invite her inside, but gave her water and offered to drive her to a gas station and then to Taco Bell. However, when they got there, the woman started yelling, saying that her money had been stolen. She then jumped out of the vehicle and started throwing things around before running into Taco Bell. >> I'm waiting on my food. Can you talk to him? >> Hey, >> he's right here. >> And ma'am, can I order my drink? >> We're here. >> Thank you. >> Thank you. >> Got your food. You got your drink? >> Yeah, I do. >> Can we talk over here? just robbed and on camera. >> Can we I'm I'm going to grab your food and take it over here. Okay. >> Okay. >> She appeared to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The man who called police had been kind enough to give her a lift and help her get some food. It was nice of the man to do that, but just listen to how she repayed him. >> This just put me in her car. >> Hold on. Hold on. >> Should we step outside if you don't like my tone? Cuz I'm from Texas. >> No, I didn't say. Well, I'm a Confederate and we won the Confederate war and maybe we're having a misunderstanding. >> Okay. >> And I don't want to offend you or your people. >> So, should we step outside cuz this is the tone in my voice and I'll never lose it because honey, I was born. Okay. >> Listen, can you step back please for me? You're getting in my personal space. Okay. >> I'm sorry. In the South, we trust people. Forgive me for trusting you. That won't happen again. My apologies. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I want my stuff back and that's on camera. >> What? What's going on? >> And uh >> what happened? >> Stupid may seem stupid, but I want that on that camera. These belongings that went missing. >> What What went missing? >> What went missing? Yeah. I'm not going to explain detail to detail, but I have a judge in the state of Illinois. Um can I write it down for you? calling mommy. >> Can you step back, loser? Invading my personal space. Okay. >> She continued being standoffish, taking everything the cop said and twisting it into something negative. The cop was getting frustrated, so he asked her to step outside so they can continue the conversation. Instead, though, the woman decided she wanted to sit down and eat. >> I was robbed in this building. >> Alyssa, >> I was robbed by a lady. Sir, >> Alyssa, we do not need to be yelling over there. Okay. >> I'm protecting my rights at the US citizen. I haven't eaten in 4 days. >> Okay. Well, we can step outside and eat. Okay. >> I'm going to eat in here as a human being, and you're not going to belittle me. >> What are you wanting us to do? >> Get my belongings back. >> What are your belongings? That's what I'm just trying to figure out. Figure it out. That's your job. >> So, what was >> Would you like me to sue you? >> What was stolen? >> Figure it the out. There's a camera. There's witnesses. If you can't figure it out, someone else will. >> Unfortunately, that's not how things work. If her things had been stolen and she wanted them back so badly, she would have done her best to describe them to him so he could do his best to help locate them. It wasn't the cop's job to figure it out for her. >> Ma'am, >> listen. >> Ma'am, I feel unsafe. Ma'am, >> you guys want her removed? >> Ma'am, I feel >> Are you guys wanting her? Okay. >> I'm from the south and the south is blocking me. >> Alissa, >> I'll step out. >> Hey, let me show you something about Southern Pride. It's on camera. That stole my Excuse me, sir. out of my bag. stole my money. >> Okay. Well, let's step out and talk about it. Okay. >> Yeah, we will. >> Do you want me to get you a drink? Are you >> Am I not allowed to eat in here? >> They don't want you to. >> Oh, they don't. They don't want me. Can I have an explanation? A written reason why? >> They don't need an explanation. They don't want. >> They do. Actually, I'm not a goddamn dumb. >> Do you want to walk out? >> My attorney wants a written explanation. >> Melissa, you can leave right now or you will be forcibly over. Is it the 26th >> of August? >> It's not. Do you know what day it is? >> 26th of August. >> It is not. >> The officer here was being more than cordial with her, and he'd already given her multiple orders to step outside, but she blatantly refused. Backup arrived to help him out, and for a moment, it looked like she was going to leave, but it turned out to be wishful thinking. >> And I'll be right back. anyone goes near that area. >> Okay. >> So, >> what were you going to steal my bag? Was that a threat? >> Nope. I just didn't want to see >> Alyssa, we are working with you right now. >> You don't need to be up here at the counter. So, can you go get your bags and I'll get you a taco? >> I walked away. >> Go get your bags and I'll get you a taco and we'll get out of here. >> And then what safe? >> Alissa, >> what? Excuse me. I'm asking for a safe spot. May I be arrested for asking for a safe spot? >> I'm trying to work with you >> because you tased me last time. >> Did not taste. >> Instead of leaving, she walked up to the front counter and began berating the staff. By that point, the cops had seen enough. They tried to be nice, but their patience had run out. They gave the woman one more chance to leave. >> Where's my [screaming] back? >> So, you have to leave Taco Bell. >> Let's go. [laughter] Help. I'm scared. Help. >> Listen, we're trying to help you, but you're not letting us help you. You have to leave. >> That's great. I'm going to wait. >> Nope. You have to leave. >> That's great. >> Okay. This is the last time I'm telling you to leave or we're detaining you in handcuffs. Leave. Leave the property. Leave the parking lot. >> Leave Taco Bell >> right now. [screaming] She was out of Taco Bell, but that didn't mean she was done causing a nuisance. Almost immediately, she bolted straight across a busy roadway and hopped into a stranger's car. For the woman's own safety, the cops had to chase after her. >> Alissa. >> Jesus Christ. Are you kidding me? >> 33. >> Put in park. Put in park. Exit the vehicle. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> Get out of the vehicle. Get out of the ground. [screaming] >> You me you appreciate it. >> You prove it. >> Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> They're walking across. Put your hands behind your back. >> For what? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Tell me for what? >> Calm down. >> Calm down. Listen. Put your hands behind your back. Do this for me. Put your hands behind your back. Calm down. Okay. >> Hey, calm down. Listen. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> The suspect here, Alyssa, really needed to calm down a bit. And if she didn't, the cops might have to resort to more desperate measures. Thankfully, there were plenty of cops on scene, and they overpowered the woman without resorting to their tasers. >> Elissa, stop. >> Stop, sweetheart. >> Okay, stop. >> Okay, right there. >> Okay, >> I need spitting. Fighting. >> [screaming] [screaming] >> going to the hospital. >> She was claiming that he wanted to go to the hospital after >> I never said that. >> I don't I don't care. >> Sir, I never said that. >> Let's uh let's go to St. Joe real quick. She can go there. >> Sir, I never said that. >> Are you When did you say >> Sir, I have a ride somewhere. I don't >> You don't want to go to the hospital? You don't want to go to the hospital? >> No, sir. >> Go to jail. All right. >> N. >> All right. [screaming] >> They charge the woman with obstructing resisting and aggravated battery on a peace officer. When it comes to drunk people in fast food restaurants, it's not the best setup. But what's even worse than that is drunk people in airports. On the 9th of July 2025, the cops were dispatched to Tampa International Airport after reportedly a male passenger there was causing a disturbance. >> Would you ask him since I don't want to have Ask him to please pull up his pants cuz there's children. >> Can you pull up my nasty bastard? >> There's kids. >> I got kids. Don't talk about kids. I'm a teacher. >> I don't care. Pull your pants up. >> Thank you. And stop watching my ass. >> Do it discreetly and don't do it like that. You do respect as a real mother. You like me gay bag. >> Don't play with me. >> Get on the airplane with us. It's >> not my decision, sir. >> Who's is it? >> Would be the airlines. >> Okay. Well, I think we're off for a bad day. >> You can talk to the airlines. I >> will. Thanks. >> The man was right to be concerned because all he wanted was to have a quiet flight home. The last thing anyone wants is to be stuck on a plane next to a madman. Luckily, Delta made the right call and refused to let the man fly. >> All right. I'm Officer Melosa, the airport PD. Did you want the refund? [clears throat and cough] Cuz you're not booked on this flight anymore. cuz you're not working on a flight. You have to leave. >> I didn't hear you. You didn't even >> You're no longer ticketed passengers, so you need to leave the airite. >> Okay, I know that. That's it. >> Respect other people. You I don't want him job like that. You ain't got to go like that. Don't make this look like this. Sit down and talk whatever. I'm not. >> By that point, he'd been officially notified that he wouldn't be allowed to fly and that he was being trespassed from the airport. It wasn't up for debate, so he'd have to gather his things up and leave the airport immediately. >> Delta is not going to let you on the flight. >> Yeah. Yeah. I got it. I paid for it. So what? >> So they are going to refund you your money, but you're not flying on this plane. [music] Okay. So what he's telling you is is because you're not talking about nothing else. So give me my refund. Give me my refund. >> You need to leave the or you're going to go to jail. Do you understand? >> I'm asking you for something. I'm hearing you. You got to cut it down. I'm old. >> I'm a real. >> So when I say, "Yeah, give me my refund and I go to American Airlines." >> Okay. >> I don't have to go with Delta. >> Let's talk real and be cool. Ain't no argument with that. No, I didn't know none of this until I'm just known now. I can't get you did it the right way and you're talking about your man. I understand. >> I get two words out of my mouth and you start talking. I didn't talk what you doing now. >> What? >> The man was incredibly irritating and he continued demanding a refund even though the cops advised him Delta processed it already and the money would soon be in his account. He was eventually given a receipt and with that the man left. Sadly, that didn't mean he'd be doing it quietly. >> Thank you. And where do I go? Can you assist me? And let's go. And that's it. >> So, you want to go to Is that what you want? >> Thank you. And that's it. Let me get my refund and buy another ticket and I'm good. Thank you. All that I ain't got time for that. Are you kidding me? >> You tired of this? Pay you enough. I made more money than you couldn't have. >> Uhhuh. I'm just telling you for your goddamn I'm telling and then my love will tap you. I want to know who the [ __ ] is the one where I can catch my flight. Give me their name. >> You said American. You want to try American? >> You know what I mean? I'm being honest. Who is the one that stopped me from Texas? My flight. Who is the person that called in on me? >> Who filed the complaint was none of the man's business. And by that point, he was just looking to start a fight. He'd gotten his refund and they were going to escort the man to another airline so he could purchase a new ticket home. You would think that would have been good enough, >> but the Delta supervisor made that decision. >> What was the probable cause? >> They don't need probable cause. It's a private entity. >> No, you are a private entity of Wait a minute. Talking to a small creative >> I'm not being hostile. I'm trying to tell you your So let me You say no. Uh-uh. What I'm telling you as a man. >> Listen. >> What are you like? I know you're up. You like to Anyway, let's go get you booked a >> That's it. >> Okay, let's do it. >> Let's go get you. >> You know what I mean? >> I need the same mother price. >> Well, it's going to be up to the airlines, boss. >> Ah, now we have a situation. >> Now, all due respect, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold on. >> You did the talk. My turn. You're not going. Listen to me. Why would you touch my body? Sir, >> listen to me so that you understand. >> So listen to me so that you understand. I'm going to let go, but you're going to stand right here and listen. Let me go. >> You understand what I'm saying? >> Then listen to me. Listen to me. Okay. >> I don't listen. I receive. >> Okay. Then receive a child. Then >> tell a child to listen to a grown man. I'm not playing your game. >> If you don't go get a ticket, >> let me get the ticket. Let me get the apple and that's it. And then I do what I do. It was a ridiculous argument. The price of a flight varies across airlines and prices fluctuate frequently. He was trying to get an airline to price match another airlines fairs just because another airline had kicked him off his flight. Sadly for this guy, that's not how it works. >> Because you're wasting our time. >> You're wasting every's time. >> Whole time. Are they paying for my [ __ ] >> No. >> You got to get the fair. You could have got on [laughter] the right price for my because how you're act that's why you got denied boarding. I know I did not get it. And because you don't have a flight, you need to leave the airport right now. >> I paid for my ticket. Let me catch another flight or catch a bus. >> First of all, let me talk them and I tell my works my way. You a police officer. You don't work for the airline. >> Boy, stop. >> Right. So, >> so shut the up your mother. Are you gonna leave? Are you going to leave? >> He work for the airport. >> You either need to book a flight or you need to leave. >> Trying to book a flight. All I said when I came out the bathroom, respectfully, this touched my shirt. You know him up a >> American allies. >> Okay, then walk over there and try to book it or you need to leave or you're going to go to jail. >> That's it. And escort me. >> I want you to escort me. Not him. >> I don't like him. He just got a short man. >> Literally, there was no problem at all, and he was being incredibly petty. All he had to do was pay for his ticket, sit down, and shut up. But he just couldn't resist arguing with the cops, and eventually he just pushed things too far. >> Okay, you're not traveling with American e need to get a taxi and Uber or you're going to jail. >> I'm not here. >> Oh, girl, she got the original. >> All right. And you you've been afforded. >> I'm good. I'm good. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. >> Hold on. Hold. I'm not ready. >> It's not no problem. Relax. Stop. >> I didn't do >> I don't want to do airlines. Right. >> Right y'all. I never touch >> Let's just go. Let me get out of here. I was just trying to tell him >> somebody relax. >> I I got >> You've had way you to drink. >> I didn't have no drink. >> You reap a booze, dude. >> No, I don't. I smell good. >> All right, let's go. >> Let me get out of here and release these cuffs and I go my way. I call my lady and I'm good. >> What you need? >> All right, bro. They charged the man with disorderly intoxication and trespassing in an occupied structure. On the 10th of November 2025, the cops were dispatched to a Hilton hotel. Reportedly, a woman at the bar there was refusing to pay her bill. According to the suspect, a friend was supposed to meet her for dinner and drinks, but he failed to show up, so she was left to pay the bill. >> Hi, Simona. >> Hi, Simone. I'm just enjoying myself. I don't want to go. I'm I'm okay. I have a little bit of What if I was trying to get this gentleman to go home and sleep with me? Would that be okay? >> Well, we need you to pay the bill right now. >> Okay, I'll pay the bill when I'm ready. >> Well, you're not eating. Like they said, they're closed. >> You know, what is the plan for tonight? You'd like to take me to jail, prison, or have >> I don't I don't want to. I want you I want you to pay for your bill so we can go about >> You're not going to get me used to that life. I've I've suffered [music] enough. >> Ma'am, we're trying to turn a civil matter into not being a criminal matter. So, I'll just ask you, do you have means of being there? >> Because as of this point, it looks like >> that's none of your business. >> Well, it kind of is our business. >> No, until they quote. No, it's not. It's not. And I'm not interested. >> By the sound of it, the cops had dealt with the suspect, Simona, on some previous occasions. Like we said, her friend agreed to pay for dinner and drinks. And since they never showed up, according to the woman, it wasn't her fault. >> Could you go talk to her? >> No, ma'am. It's not the way it works. For right now, you can figure your friend's situation out afterwards. Right now, I need you to pay for your bill so we can move along. We have a busy night tonight. I just want to get get this over with. >> Buy Louis Vuitton or did you buy Versace? Take the Versace. >> No, I just need a form of [music] payment so we can get this bill. >> I I need a form of payment. You want a gift certificate? You want a coin? A couple of coins? I don't know. >> You have a credit card or a debit card? >> I actually don't because it was stolen. >> Okay. Do you have cash? >> I [music] have $10. >> Okay. >> And then I can give you a Mexican coin and two others. How about How about you call somebody who can pay for your bill? >> I did and they're not answering. So, can I provide you with that person's information? Then you can go to their home and ask them to pay it. >> No, ma'am. >> The level of entitlement was just astounding. She was talking to police officers, not lone sharks. It wasn't their responsibility to hunt down her friends and shake them down for some cash to pay her bill. >> Danny, can you do me a favor and give me your credit card number and pay my bill, please? So I can sleep not at jail tonight. I'm not in the movie at uh the Hilton. Sure. I don't care about the hotel. So why don't it's not fun. It's not fun at all. >> Can you please pay my bill? Okay. I am not spending the night in jail again. I If you want to send one of your friends to spend the night in the car with me, they can do that. I'm not spending the night in jail again. It's an off. We're not doing one day on, one day off. Instead of your Danny, pay my bill. >> Pay my bill. >> Who was this guy, Danny? Was she even on the phone with someone else? Whatever the case, she began fiddling with her phone some more, looking into her contacts, trying to fool somebody into paying her bill. When that didn't work, she started looking at the other customers and even the cops for help. Sir, >> sir. >> Ma'am, he doesn't want to. Let him enjoy his food. >> I'm not talking to you. I'm not talking to you. >> Okay. Well, he doesn't want to talk to you either. Let him enjoy his food. >> He certainly did when he walked over to my table. >> Okay. Well, not anymore. >> Okay. So, can you pay my bill and I'll pay you back? >> No, ma'am. That's not the way it works. >> You need to figure the situation out. >> You're a police officer, >> ma'am. And >> do you have a way to pay for it? >> What would you like? Do you want my wallet? Take the wallet. >> No, they want a form of payment. Do you have >> I don't have a form of payment. You want my >> You don't have a form of payment? Is that what it's going to be? >> No. But so, okay. So, I have a question. By law, what would you do right now if your friend promised to pay your bill and take you out for your birthday over the phone and they were not able to do so? >> We're talking about right now. Okay. >> Okay. You din somewhere, you need to pay a bill. >> If you can't pay the bill, then you will be arrested. Okay. And I I don't want that. >> Why would I be arrested after being >> This is theft. >> It's not theft. Sadly for Simona, the officer was right. Going out for dinner and drinks, then refusing to pay the bill, is a crime called theft of services. The cops here had given her plenty of solutions, and if she didn't land on one soon, they'd have to put her in handcuffs. >> That's because your friend invited her here for dinner, >> right? >> But she didn't show up, >> right? >> Yet you still ordered food and drink, >> right? And she said she would cover it over the phone >> as a gift to me. >> No, because that would be your personal responsibility at that point. can't just supposed to do >> in that situation by law. So, >> it's not it's not a law thing. It's a personal responsibility. >> However, at this point, it was services because you have to what if I give you and provide you with an address and credit card information where my father lives and my mailing address and there you can get all of my information. >> You're not a credit. >> I am not right. And I but I am also not a thief. She continued trying to argue with the cops, insisting it wasn't theft. Sadly for her, the cops knew the lull better than she did. The cops were tired of it, and it was getting late, so it was time for Simona to find a solution. >> Simona, I've been I've been patient with you this whole time. We need to figure out a solution to this. I'm not going to stand here all night. >> Could you please pay my bill tonight? >> Do you want me to talk to him? >> Yeah. >> Sir Mario Pros Police Department. I'm with Simona here. Um, she she needs to pay a bill and she stated that you're able to provide means to pay for her $66 bill. We're dealing with a criminal matter. All right. He's not paying for your bill. You want to call someone else? >> Would you like to pay it? >> No, I would not like to pay your bill. >> Why? >> Ma'am, keep calling. Stop talking to me and keep calling. >> The officers here had gone above and beyond. They had better things to do than stand around a bar all night watching Simona try to mooch money off her friends. They gave her one last chance to make a phone call, but she used it instead to start arguing. >> So, what is the law when somebody is promised to be taken out to dinner? >> Yeah. One last chance >> and have that paid. I don't have a jail. >> Okay. >> And have that paid for. One last chance for what? I don't know who I'm going to call. Don't do that. >> Get on your back. Get up. Let's go. >> Okay. Hang on. Wait. Don't take my >> We're not going to resist. We're not going to add more charges. Okay. >> No, fine. All right. I'm going to lock them so they don't tighten up on you. Okay. This is all your stuff, ma'am. I'll put it in your purse. >> The cops did everything they could to keep her out of handcuffs, but she'd push things too far. All things considered, it was a really petty thing to be arrested for. That being said, restaurants are businesses, not feeding programs. So if you order a meal there, they expect you to pay. Do you have anything on you that we should know about right now? >> No. >> Okay. Okay. Have a seat. Come on. Have a seat. I'm going to reach over just to get the seat belt. You want to lean back for me? Just lean back for me. >> I'm going to reach over to get a seat belt. I only have one female in custody from my location to the station. Starting mileage is 111 433. >> After a short drive, they arrived at the station. Somehow, she still didn't know why they'd arrested her. If the cops were in the habit of just letting people off who didn't pay for their bill, then this kind of behavior would become pretty widespread. >> Have a seat for me right here, Simona. That would be a negative. >> Don't have a seat for me right here. >> Oh, no. >> Oh, okay. >> Um All right. Uh one layer of clothing, no earrings, no necklaces. Um shoes. If you want to keep your shoes on, take the shoelaces off. Um and we'll go from there. Okay. >> Okay. What am I here for? >> Um for theft, ma'am. >> I didn't steal anything. I provided you with an address and a place to pay back the bill in that type of situ. >> You have your chance to speak. >> I don't want to sit in jail. This is not for me. >> We'll try to get you out of here as soon as we can. Okay. >> When is that? >> As soon as we get our paperwork done. >> Okay. So, is that tomorrow morning? Tonight. I don't want to sleep here. >> No, it'll be a couple hours depending on how busy we are. >> Okay. But I haven't done anything wrong. >> Well, like I said, you can say you a situation that is very explanatory. >> Seems like you just need to make better relationships with different people. It seems like I'm in a very tough situation. >> She was trespassed from the Hilton and was eventually charged with theft. Her restaurant etiquette was bad. All right. But unlike our next suspect, at least she didn't start a fist fight with the chef. On the 7th of February 2025, the cops were dispatched to a restaurant after reportedly a chef had been punched in the face by a customer who wasn't happy with his order. This is my face. Hold your hand. He's got to go. Yes, he's got to go to the hospital. You've got to go to the hospital. >> At least check you out. >> You got to go to the hospital. >> Just check you out real quick. >> Going to teach me up here. >> At least at least they can check you out. >> I don't need any. >> They're already on their way. >> No, I don't. Everyone get back. So what happened? >> This guy comes over and starts screaming at him that he doesn't like the Marsala wine sauce. He took a picture and he started screaming at my husband he doesn't like the Marsala wine sauce and he said you just going like fighting with hell. He said you effing get out of my way. He said to me and they said what you call my wife all the guys started get up and he went up to my husband and what I was >> punched my husband in the head. >> After the assault the man had a serious goose egg on his head. What kind of person lashes out at a chef like that just because they didn't like the wine sauce? The chef told the cops there was video footage of the incident and that he wanted to press charges. Thankfully, the cops caught up with the suspect just down the street. >> Hey, were you guys just on? >> Yes. >> Okay. [singing] What happened to you? >> Yeah. Hope they have it on camera. >> Yeah, it's okay. All right. Um, are you guys injured at all? >> No, I hit him back. >> Okay. All right. Let's just uh go over here by my car really quick. >> I just need to get some info from you, guys. Okay. [screaming] >> So, you said he attacked you and then you hit him back. >> Yeah, for sure. >> Okay. Uh what did I Were you involved at all? >> She wasn't involved at all. >> Okay. Can I just get charging anyway? >> Why do you need her ID? >> So that I could identify both of you cuz you were both mentioned. >> She did nothing. >> I did nothing. I wasn't I was on the table. He was by the bar with >> So you witnessed it, >> huh? >> You witnessed what happened? >> I got out when I They were all on top of him. That's what happened. Okay. >> Yeah. >> And sit down. >> The chef came around. He started hitting me. I said, "You're hitting me." And I I did nothing at first. >> So why why did he hit me? >> He was angry that I complained about the food. >> It was a classic case of he said, she said. The suspect claimed that the chef attacked first, but the chef and his wife said it was the other way around. While all that was going on, the cops were watching security footage from the restaurant in real time. I said, "Chef, I just want to show you what it looks like. You know, this looks like nothing like chicken marsala." Yeah, but well, the plate is empty. She ate it, right? Or you ate it. I said, "Yeah, we were hung. We ate nothing all day. We weren't going to go complain. I just So, what what I'm going to do?" I said, "I'm not looking for free food. I don't want free. I just want to tell you for the next guy. It tasted nothing at all like chickens." Ah, get out of here, guys. So, she tells the woman whatever her name is. Just say her name is Diane. So, hey D, get him out of here. So, she comes, she taps him on my shoulder. I said, "Don't effing touch me. Don't She's tapping me." "Get out, sir. Get out, sir." So, before I could get out, he comes around and he attacks me. >> How did he attack you? What did he do? >> He started hitting me. He starts pushing me hitting me. You can see I hope I hopefully they have cameras. They do. Okay. Do >> you have any, sir? >> We're looking at him now. Okay, good. >> By that point, the man was just wasting his breath. He knew that he'd started the altercation and that he'd thrown the first punch. After all, he wasn't the one with blood gushing out of his head. Before too long, the cops finished up with the surveillance footage and confronted him with the facts. >> I hate the police involved in anything. She told me >> I was going to call the police. I don't like the police involved. So, I left. They said to leave. So, I'm like I'm thinking they want me to leave because he attacked me first. So, I defended myself mildly, mildly. But then I got jumped by all of these guys because he's the nice people. Whatever. >> Do you have any injuries on your back where he was hitting you? >> He came he came face to face. >> Okay. I thought you said he came around your back and stuff. >> So he came around from the back from from there. He came around this way. The bars here. >> Where did he hit you at? >> He started hitting me here from >> Can I see Can I see if you have any injuries? >> I don't think I have any injuries. The guy's a little nothing. >> Okay. So, you don't think that you do, but we still need to check for injuries? >> Why aren't you cooperating with us? What's What's going on? >> You're wanting to report a crime. Correct. >> I didn't want to report any crime. I don't care. That's the way we are. Okay. >> From New York, New Jersey. We fight our battles. We move on. They told me, "Do you want to leave or do you want to call the police or you can just leave?" I just left. >> He didn't want to cooperate because he knew he was guilty of assaulting someone. He didn't want the cops involved because he knew he'd be headed straight to jail. It was just as simple as that. >> Okay. The video will show you. >> The video will show you he attacked me first. >> I'm trying I'm trying >> and I defended myself. >> I'm trying to explain to you that when we do an investigation, it's not just off of one thing. We get everything. We get your statement, her statement, his statement, people their statement, video footage. We get everything. Cuz if I just did everything off of video, then I wouldn't be >> I'm not complaining of any any injuries from this guy, you know. But he came me hitting me in the chest. I said >> I said you're hitting me. Okay. And I told the women woman first he hit me on the shoulder. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. I said don't effing touch me. Then he lost it. He came around face to face and he start pushing blah blah blah. I said, "You're hitting me. You're hitting me." Cuz I didn't want to hit him. But he kept going. So I hit him back. >> According to every witness, they said the suspect was the primary aggressor. Still though, he continued to stick to his story that he was attacked first. Back at the restaurant though, the surveillance footage told a different story. >> That's him yelling. He was yelling at him, telling him he doesn't like the way the Marcela wine sauce was. He He took a picture of the dish. He ate the dish. The whole dish was empty, by the way. You could see him. He was sitting by the love symbol and he walked over here to yell at him. I'm saying, "Please leave." So now he called me an effing. So everybody's getting mad now, obviously. And everyone at this table could see the way my husband and me >> from underneath. My husband kept saying, "Get back." Because he was trying to touch me. Come back to stay away. And he gave him a punch in the face because I was blocking him >> in between them. And Cal said, "Please go." So they tried to pull him back and then I was standing and he punched Cal in the face. >> Yeah. >> And obviously >> Okay. >> Plus I They said he has a big ring ring on. >> Can I take your Do you mind giving us statement? >> Absolutely not. That's absolutely I don't mind. Of course. After reviewing all the evidence, the cops finished up with their witness statements and the officer in charge ordered the man's arrest. The only place this guy was heading was directly to jail. >> Sir, find your back. >> Thank you. >> And now you're under arrest for battery. Okay. >> Do you wish to talk to us? I'm going to read your rights anyway. So, we'll go. >> Turn your hand this way. >> Wow. >> Step in the vehicle for me. Let me turn on the light for you. All right, go ahead and step up. They're just going to ask you a few questions. Okay. Take any kind of medication? >> Okay. But nothing like on a daily basis. You have allergies to medication. I'm going check your blood pressure. Okay. Thank you. They charged the man with a salt and battery. All because his chicken masala didn't look right to him. On the 10th of May, 2025 in Orange County, a cop was dispatched to a library where reportedly a woman there had been causing a disturbance. If there's one place a loudmouth doesn't belong, it's a public library. >> Cindy, my name's Kaitlyn. We um going to move forward with trespassing you from our library for not following staff directive and banging the mouse. So, you need to know you cannot revisit the library to be here or you will be subject to arrest. That's all locations. >> He didn't give me no trespass warning. He just told me to stop, but I have music on so I can't hear anything outside of here. >> Okay. This is the trespass warning and you can appeal that by mail, email, or through the web. So, we'll give you this paperwork. Okay? And we're going to have to ask you to leave. And then that's your um legal trespass paperwork for the city of All right. >> Everything seemed to be pretty straightforward. She'd been making a ruckus. People complained about it and therefore she was asked to leave. But before doing so, she demanded to know the name of the person who' complained. >> What's his name? The person that complained. >> No one complain. You're just not following staff directive by >> There's a name though. There's a name though. >> My name's on his officer Jaylen Chris. >> The the person that made the complaint. >> We're you're you're leaving right now or you're going to end up going to jail. Okay. >> I can't go to jail because I'm I didn't do anything. I didn't commit any crime. >> Well, as right now you're being told to leave and you're refusing to leave. So, if you continue to refuse to leave, >> I'm not refusing to leave. >> Okay. >> How would I be taken to jail? There's no evidence. >> Okay. Just gather your things and we'll walk out so that way it doesn't even go that route. Okay. >> But you have to explain how I can be taken to jail. >> Ma'am, if you don't get up and start leaving right now, I'm going to put you in handcuffs and take you to jail. And I don't want to do that. Okay. >> You're going to put me in handcuffs? >> Yes, ma'am. I need you. I need you to gather your things up. >> You want to go? >> I'm going to give you one more opportunity. Gather your things up and let's go. Okay. The level of entitlement was right through the roof. The cop didn't need to give her any evidence or allow her to review it before she decided whether or not she'd cooperate. The suspect here, Cindy, was being trespassed and it was time for her to go. >> Can you get the employees name, please? >> No, ma'am. You need to leave. >> You need to give me the employees name. >> You can go through the appeals process and put my name on the shooting trespass. My name is Caitlyn. >> But there was the situation that I have to explain if I take it further. >> Be trespassed right now. >> Then why are you telling me what to do and I'm simply asking for a name and I can't get a name? >> Or you're going to be arrested. >> I'm not going to get arrested. >> You need to leave now. >> I'm not going to get arrested. >> As long as you leave, then yes, you will not get arrested. >> How would I get arrested though? Explain how we get arrested. You have to have probable cause before you get arrested. >> This is one more chance. You stand up and leave or I arrest you right now. >> Whatever she was studying at the library, it clearly wasn't law. The cop already had calls to arrest her because she refused to leave the place after being trespassed. He was kind enough to give her a little more time to cooperate, but her time was running out. >> I'm not scared. >> I'm not trying to I'm not trying to make you scared. >> No, you're very unprofessional. All >> you going to get up or or we're going to go to jail? >> Very unprofessional. >> There we go. >> Okay, >> it's fine. I'm going to see you guys. I'm going to see you guys. Just grab your stuff. >> You don't need to worry about any of that. Grab your stuff and let's start walking towards the exit. >> You're not going to tell me what to do. You're telling me to leave so I take my leave. >> And you're going to have to get ready for a lawsuit. What's your name? >> Ma'am, start making your way towards the door. >> What's your name? You don't even You don't even use You're under arrest. >> You didn't even I'm just asking for now under arrest. >> I'm just asking for a name. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I'm not resisting. I'm about to leave. How can I be arrested if I'm about >> 700? Can I get a 45, please? >> I'm about to leave. >> Put your hands behind your back. I don't want to hurt you. Stop. >> I'm about to leave, though. >> Stop. >> As far as her behavior went, it was classic entitlement. The cop gave her multiple warnings to get her belongings and leave. But instead, she decided to take her time and keep running her mouth. Clearly, she was asking for much more serious consequences. I'm >> on the fourth floor. >> I was not resisting. I was just looking at the name and asking for the first name. >> Stop moving. Stop. >> I don't want to hurt you, man. Stop, >> sir. Just let me explain. I was just looking at the name. You saw me get up. You saw me get up. I was about to leave. I promise you. >> If I move her, I'm going to hurt her. So, I'm just going to wait. >> I was just asking for the name. >> That's all right. >> Sir, I was just asking >> I have one resisting. Just send me 45. Don't initiate 45. >> Oh my god. >> I'm holding her now. I just need one more to help me cuff. >> I was just asking you for the name, sir. When are these people going to learn? Cindy wasn't being arrested for asking for a name. They were arresting the woman for refusing to leave after being trespassed. Neither the officer nor the library owed Cindy an explanation. Thankfully, some backup arrived on scene to help him deal with the suspect. >> Please. Okay. Thank you so much. >> Stop. Do not twist around. >> I'm not. >> I just simply ask for the name. >> Do not resist all the information you need. All right. Just let us get you security and we'll figure things out. Okay. >> Okay. Okay. >> We really try to give her every chance to walk out, but she didn't want to. >> No, he didn't. I was just about to get out. >> I was just about to leave. You can ask anybody else. >> Now we're walking out. It'll all be documented on body. So, >> can you grab her stuff and meet us downstairs? How much does she get arrested for ridiculous? >> Thank you. >> I'm not about to go down. You guys are not letting me go. >> You're under you're under arrest, man. You're going >> No, I'm not. >> She challenged the cops to see the body cam footage like it might somehow prove she was in the right. There was no point in arguing with her because she wouldn't get it anyway. In her mind, she was the victim here. And nothing the cops could say was going to change that. >> Done. It's done. >> All right. Give us some time. It's done. Okay. >> No. No. Please. I was I was about to get up and I just asked for a name and he put handcuffs on me. >> That makes no sense. >> All right. Well, take a look at the cameras. >> Please do. I was just about to leave. >> All right. Give us a second. Okay. >> I have work to go to. I have things to do. >> All right. Just bear with us. Okay. >> Just get up and leave next time. >> I promise you. I I'm I'm not a part person. I care about this life like that. There's other libraries I go to.
