possession of marijuana before then Charleston Police Officers had intercepted the FedEx package which was sent to Mr miles's home but addressed to a person who did not live there the officers had gone undercover around Mr miles's home to see who would pick it up when the package disappeared and Mr miles is pulled away from the house they assumed he had taken it and the following interaction
