respect authority so much that I'm a law by the citizen so for me to sit here like I said any other time or even drinking I get it but come on bro I've been doing this for too long like I I know my approached and and requested that he move back for safety reasons the man firmly maintained his position emphasizing that he was on a public sidewalk and had the legal right to film from a reasonable distance for those who don't know the First Amendment of the US Constitution grants the citizen the rights of freedom of speech and freedom of press he also repeatedly stated that passengers in a vehicle are not required to provide identification unless they have committed a crime a point the officer did not challenge as anybody should remember anybody in a passenger of a vehicle should not
