Do not release the dog with his hands up. Do not do not do not get the dog off of it. Get the dog off of it. This is Officer Ryan Speakman from the Circleville Police Department. He is currently in pursuit of a semitr on US Route 35, joined by several other officers, including the one featured in this footage. On July 4th, 2023, at around 10:00 a.m., law enforcement instructed the semi-truck, allegedly missing a mud flap, to pull over. The 23-year-old driver, Jadarius Rose, seemed uncertain about the reason for being stopped. Witness what he decides to do after complying. County line. Okay, I'm coming too slow. You don't want bit on the ground. You're going to get bit. Come to me, man. After approximately 15 minutes, Rose stops again upon noticing the significant number of patrol cars tailing him. He exits his vehicle bewildered. Officer Ryan Speakman is present on the opposite side of the road with a K9 dog and police cruisers. A clear instruction is given not to release the dog. However, keep an eye on Officer Ryan's actions. Do not do not let them Don't release the dog. Do not release the dog with his hands up. Do not release the dog with his hands up. [Applause] I got a squad for the suspect. All right, kids are clearing the vehicle now. Put your hand back. Put your hand back. Give me your hand. Give me your hand. Hello. Even when the dog is eventually released, there is confusion about whom to target. Rose sustained severe injuries when the K9 dog aggressively attacked his arm. Following Rose's arrest, the police provide him with some first aid and call for paramedics. Get the first [Applause] What? Yes. Clear that. You got a first aid kit going up right now. Yep. He's He's bringing it to me. No. Why you keep bending my arm? We're trying to get a wrap. We're wrapping it up. We're not trying to hurt you. Here. Here. Here. Bad. Hey. Rose was released from the hospital that day and was subsequently taken to the Ross County Jail. He was released from jail on July 7th. On July 26th, 2023, Officer Ryan Speakman was terminated. If you think this was the maximum incompetence a cop could show on his duty, then you haven't heard of the arrest of Jennifer Hillard. Let him get out the door. It was too smoky. This is Rick Wiffles from the Minnesota State Police Department. On November 6th, 2016, at around 6:45 p.m. on Sunday, police and fire crews were sent to an apartment building in the 500 block of Broadway in response to a fire alarm and visible smoke emanating from the structure. Upon arrival, responders extinguished a fire in the living room. Initially thinking the residence was empty, officers heard a crash and found a woman's leg protruding from the ceiling of the laundry room. As an officer prepared to investigate with a ladder, Hillard suddenly crashed through the ceiling tiles and landed forcefully on the ground. She was initially arrested on account of the possession of meth. The police investigate the scene while she is taken to the police car where the drama unfolds. [Music] Associates are 54 53. I'll call him here in a minute. After having escaped handcuffs and getting to the driver's seat from an 11-in wide window, Hillard had clocked over 120 mph in pursuit of an escape. Luckily, the cop car she was driving was stopped by the deployment of stopsticks near the city of Sock Center. Do not move your hands. You hear me? Do not move your hands. You got me. I'll get you. Do not move your hands. Okay. Hillard confronted charges of theft, arson, and possession of a controlled substance. Additionally, she had two pending felony controlled substance cases. One in Todd County from May and another in Henipin County on November 2nd. If you think this was an end to simple arrests turning chaotic, probably you haven't heard of the arrest William Flores made. Come down to your knees. Down on your knees. Down on your knees. Put your hands on your head. Hands on your head. They are flat flat on the ground. This is officer William Flores and Officer Robert Shai from the Meny Police Department. On the 16th of September, 2022, at around 1000 p.m., they reached an apartment complex located in the 27700 block of Aspel Road, Meny. The suspect, Robert Aerys, a 19-year-old male, was supposedly banging on a nearby apartment door and terrorizing. Upon reaching, Officer Shai knocks on the apartment door. Is that a gun? Bobby, what you got, Bobby? The handgun in possession of Aerys was a 9mm handgun. It was found to be unregistered and unserialized, identified as a polymer 80. At the scene, it was loaded with one round in the chamber and five rounds in the magazine. Fortunately, Aerys avoided injury from gunfire shot by Officer William. In his statement to detectives, Aerys acknowledged recognizing the officers as law enforcement when opening the apartment door. Consequently, Aris was arrested for two felony handgun violations and was subsequently booked into custody at the Quas Bird Detention Center. If you think this arrest created a scene, watch the next footage of an uncontrollable arrest, even for half a dozen cops. You can back down. No, no, no, no, no. Don't [ __ ] up. car. The car had loud music on that alarmed nearby people to report it to the authorities. Cops from the Raleigh Police Department arrive on the scene. As the conversation proceeds between a cop and Hall, the officer decides to detain Hall. Watch what Hall did in response that was even unmanageable for six police officers. Stack up on me, Riley. However, Hall faces charges of resisting a public officer and assaulting a government official with an initial bond set at $45,000. Officer Rosario was arrested the next morning and charged with two counts of battery and one count of official misconduct. Springfield police confirmed that he was on unpaid administrative leave while an internal investigation was ongoing. The Illinois State Police have completed their criminal investigation into the incident. Springfield police in a statement emphasized that the actions of Rosario do not reflect the dedicated men and women of the Springfield Police Department. Rosario was terminated and placed on two years probation. Some sources report he was undergoing a challenging period marked by heavy drinking and a divorce. As an Iraq veteran dealing with PTSD, his sentencing did not explicitly prohibit him from returning to policing in the future. At the time of the incident, he had been on the job for 25 months. These incidents could have been much simpler, but the incompetence of some cops turns things chaotic. If you enjoyed the video, drop a like and subscribe. Goodbye.
